Comparative analysis of characteristics of rhythmic theta-activity in the neurones of the medial septal nucleus and nucleus of diagonal band was performed in intact rabbits after. i. v. injection of pentobarbital, and in rabbits with chronic lesion of the ascending brain-stem afferent fibers. In both conditions theta-bursts disappeared in some cells with unstable periodic rhythmic modulation; substantial population of the septal units preserved regular burst activity. Main characteristics of theta-bursts were almost identical in both states, their mean frequency decreased to 3.5 Hz. The theta-rhythm in hippocampal EEG was usually absent; but low-frequency rhythmic activity could be evoked by electrical or sensory stimulation as well as by injection of bemegrid or physostigmine. The data show that the ascending brain-stem afferents control: the frequency of the bursts in a population of septal units regarded as bursting pace-maker cells; the total number of the septal cells secondarily (synaptically) involved into rhythmic activity. The effect of pentobarbital upon theta-rhythm results from elimination of these influences upon the septal cells.  相似文献

The effects of caudate and septal stimulation on hippocampal activity were studied. Sodium penicillin was intravenously injected in order to induce a steady rate of interictal epileptic activity. Penicillin injection caused significant reduction of the rate of occurrence and duration of hippocampal rhythmic slow activity (RSA). Spontaneous RSA as well as RSA-eliciting caudate and septal stimulation induced a marked inhibition on frequency of epileptiform complexes. Lesions of the medial septal nucleus made it impossible to record RSA or to observe any sort of influence on hippocampal epileptiform activity by caudate stimulation. This result suggests that the septum is important for RSA genesis in the striato-hippocampal pathway or in the reciprocal septo-hippocampal connections.  相似文献

1. Frontal and parieto-occipital electroencephalography (EEG) of young (4 months-old) and aged (17 and 22 months-old) Wistar rats were analyzed, both during movement and during waking immobility. 2. The levels of monoamines, serotonin and their metabolites were measured from the frontal cortex, parieto-occipital cortex, hippocampus, brainstem and midbrain. 3. In aged rats, as compared to young rats, the most apparent changes of the quantitative EEG spectrum were the decreased amplitude of alpha (5-10 Hz) and beta (10-20 Hz) frequency bands in the frontal and parieto-occipital cortices during both movement and waking immobility behavior (p less than 0.05). 4. The levels of dopamine (DA), homovanillinic acid (HVA), serotonin (5-HT), 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) or the ratios of 5-HT/5-HIAA and DA/HVA did not differ between young and aged rats in any brain region studied, with the exceptions of brainstem DA and parieto-occipital 5-HIAA, which were elevated in aged rats (p less than 0.05). 5. In the frontal cortex, hippocampus and midbrain, noradrenaline (NA) levels of aged rats were slightly increased as compared to young rats (p less than 0.05). 6. NA levels of the parieto-occipital cortex and brainstem did not change during aging. 7. Furthermore, there were no clear correlations between the decreased amplitude of the quantitative EEG spectrum and monoamine or serotonin concentrations, or the ratios of 5-HT/5-HIAA and DA/HVA in the cerebral cortex of aging Wistar rat.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

The present study sought to determine whether arterial baroreceptor afferents mediate the inhibitory effect of an acute increase in arterial blood pressure (AP) on thirst stimulated by systemically administered ANG II or by hyperosmolality. Approximately 2 wk after sinoaortic denervation, one of four doses of ANG II (10, 40, 100, or 250 ng. kg(-1) x min(-1)) was infused intravenously in control and complete sinoaortic-denervated (SAD) rats. Complete SAD rats ingested more water than control rats when infused with 40, 100, or 250 ng x kg(-1) x min(-1) ANG II. Furthermore, complete SAD rats displayed significantly shorter latencies to drink compared with control rats. In a separate group of rats, drinking behavior was stimulated by increases in plasma osmolality, and mean AP was raised by an infusion of phenylephrine (PE). The infusion of PE significantly reduced water intake and lengthened the latencies to drink in control rats but not in complete SAD rats. In all experiments, drinking behavior of rats that were subjected to sinoaortic denervation surgery but had residual baroreceptor reflex function (partial SAD rats) was similar to that of control rats. Thus it appears that arterial baroreceptor afferents mediate the inhibitory effect of an acute increase in AP on thirst stimulated by ANG II or hyperosmolality.  相似文献

The functional role of the different classes of visceral afferents that innervate the large intestine is poorly understood. Recent evidence suggests that low-threshold, wide-dynamic-range rectal afferents play an important role in the detection and transmission of visceral pain induced by noxious colorectal distension in mice. However, it is not clear which classes of spinal afferents are activated during naturally occurring colonic motor patterns or during intense contractions of the gut smooth muscle. We developed an in vitro colorectum preparation to test how the major classes of rectal afferents are activated during spontaneous colonic migrating motor complex (CMMC) or pharmacologically induced contraction. During CMMCs, circular muscle contractions increased firing in low-threshold, wide-dynamic-range muscular afferents and muscular-mucosal afferents, which generated a mean firing rate of 1.53 ± 0.23 Hz (n = 8) under isotonic conditions and 2.52 ± 0.36 Hz (n = 17) under isometric conditions. These low-threshold rectal afferents were reliably activated by low levels of circumferential stretch induced by increases in length (1-2 mm) or load (1-3 g). In a small proportion of cases (5 of 34 units), some low-threshold muscular and muscular-mucosal afferents decreased their firing rate during the peak of the CMMC contractions. High-threshold afferents were never activated during spontaneous CMMC contractions or tonic contractions induced by bethanechol (100 μM). High-threshold rectal afferents were only activated by intense levels of circumferential stretch (10-20 g). These results show that, in the rectal nerves of mice, low-threshold, wide-dynamic-range muscular and muscular-mucosal afferents are excited during contraction of the circular muscle that occurs during spontaneous CMMCs. No activation of high-threshold rectal afferents was detected during CMMCs or intense contractile activity in na?ve mouse colorectum.  相似文献

The present study was designed to investigate brain stem responses to manual acupuncture (MA) and electroacupuncture (EA) at different frequencies at pericardial P (5-6) acupoints located over the median nerve. Activity of premotor sympathetic cardiovascular neurons in the rostral ventral lateral medulla (rVLM) was recorded during stimulation of visceral and somatic afferents in ventilated anesthetized rats. We stimulated either the splanchnic nerve at 2 Hz (0.1-0.4 mA, 0.5 ms) or the median nerve for 30 s at 2, 10, 20, 40, or 100 Hz using EA (0.3-0.5 mA, 0.5 ms) or at approximately 2 Hz with MA. Twelve of 18 cells responsive to splanchnic and median nerve stimulation could be antidromically driven from the intermediolateral columns of the thoracic spinal cord, T2-T4, indicating that they were premotor sympathetic neurons. All 18 neurons received baroreceptor input, providing evidence of their cardiovascular sympathoexcitatory function. Evoked responses during stimulation of the splanchnic nerve were inhibited by 49 +/- 6% (n = 7) with EA and by 46 +/- 4% (n = 6) with MA, indicating that the extent of inhibitory effects of the two modalities were similar. Inhibition lasted for 20 min after termination of EA or MA. Cardiovascular premotor rVLM neurons responded to 2-Hz electrical stimulation at P 5-6 and to a lesser extent to 10-, 20-, 40-, and 100-Hz stimulation (53 +/- 10, 16 +/- 2, 8 +/- 2, 2 +/- 1, and 0 +/- 0 impulses/30 stimulations, n = 7). These results indicate that rVLM premotor sympathetic cardiovascular neurons that receive convergent input from the splanchnic and median nerves during low-frequency EA and MA are inhibited similarly for prolonged periods by low-frequency MA and EA.  相似文献

Summary Forest-dwelling scorpions (Heterometrus, Pandinus) were continuously observed by time-lapse video recording and their behavior and body position were analyzed. Activity recorded on the tapes was scored into three states: (1) activity, (2) alert immobility, and (3) relaxed immobility. Arousal thresholds were determined by mechanical stimulation. Responsiveness was highest during activity and alert immobility, and significantly lower during relaxed immobility. Heart rate was continuously measured by chronically implanted electrodes and related to the behavioral state. Heart rate was highest during activity, intermediate in alert immobility, and lowest during relaxed immobility. Activity bouts were associated with sudden increases in heart rate. Settling down, however, was associated with a progressive decline in heart rate. The presence of rest regulation was investigated by 12 h rest deprivation by mechanical stimulation. During recovery, after initial activation, alert immobility and relaxed immobility were decreased. It can be concluded that rest in the scorpion is not a homogeneous state. The subdivision into alert and relaxed immobility on the basis of body posture revealed differences in arousal threshold and heart rate between the two states. The compensation of rest after rest deprivation indicates the presence of regulatory mechanisms comparable with those present in mammals and several nonmammalian vertebrate species, thus providing evidence for a sleep-like state in scorpions.Abbreviations SD sleep deprivation - L light - D dark or dim - LD light-dark or dim - H Heterometrus - P Pandinus  相似文献

During inspiration the heart rate (HR) increases and during expiration it decreases. Contribution of respiratory sinus arrhythmia (RSA) to spontaneous heart rate variability (HRV) can be measured as the high frequency (HF) component of variation in consecutive R-R intervals on ECG. In conscious rats, slowing of HR is associated with an increase in HF. The aim of this study was to investigate whether this relationship between HF and HR is preserved during anesthesia in rat. A 15 minutes long ECG signal was recorded from rats (N=15) under moderate chloral hydrate (CHL) anesthesia. Recordings were extended with 45 minutes to investigate the effect of atropine (N=3), against controls (N=3). Short term HRV was investigated in 30 seconds long epochs. HF was considered the frequency band between 0.8 and 1.6 Hz. RSA was quantified as the relative spectral power of the HF. Respiratory frequency (RF) was quantified as the mean spectral frequency within the HF band. One minute estimates of HR, RSA and HF were calculated by averaging 3 epochs of 30 seconds overlapped 50%. The average HR was 427 +/- 3 bpm. The magnitude of RSA was 45 +/- 1% at a RF of 71 +/- 1 rpm. We found that: (1) the decrease in HR that occurs during CHL anesthesia in rat correlates with an increase in RSA; (2) atropine reduces RSA and the time-dependent decrease in HR; (3) the time-dependent increase in RSA is preserved after atropine. We conclude that the correlation between RSA and HR reflects the cardio-pulmonary coupling under parasympathetic control.  相似文献

Several studies have indicated that weak, extremely-low-frequency (ELF; 1–100 Hz) magnetic fields affect brain electrical activity and memory processes in man and laboratory animals. Our studies sought to determine whether ELF magnetic fields could couple directly with brain tissue and affect neuronal activity in vitro. We used rat hippocampal slices to study field effects on a specific brain activity known as rhythmic slow activity (RSA), or theta rhythm, which occurs in 7–15 s bursts in the hippocampus during memory functions. RSA, which, in vivo, is a cholinergic activity, is induced in hippocampal slices by perfusion of the tissue with carbachol, a stable analog of acetylcholine. We previously demonstrated that the free radical nitric oxide (NO), synthesized in carbachol-treated hippocampal slices, lengthened and destabilized the intervals between successive RSA episodes. Here, we investigate the possibility that sinusoidal ELF magnetic fields could trigger the NO-dependent perturbation of the rate of occurrence of the RSA episodes. Carbachol-treated slices were exposed for 10 min epochs to 1 or 60 Hz magnetic fields with field intensities of 5.6, 56, or 560 μT (rms), or they were sham exposed. All exposures took place in the presence of an ambient DC field of 45 μT, with an angle of -66° from the horizontal plane. Sinusoidal 1 Hz fields at 56 and 560 μT, but not at 5.6 μT, triggered the irreversible destabilization of RSA intervals. Fields at 60 Hz resulted in similar, but not statistically significant, trends. Fields had no effects on RSA when NO synthesis was pharmacologically inhibited. However, field effects could take place when extracellular NO, diffusing from its cell of origin to the extracellular space, was chelated by hemoglobin. These results suggest that ELF magnetic fields exert a strong influence on NO systems in the brain; therefore, they could modulate the functional state of a variety of neuronal ensembles. © 1996 Wiley-Liss, Inc.  相似文献

In acute experiments on immobilized carps, under dark adaptation conditions, studies have been made on the electrical activity of the telencephalon and midbrain tectum. It was found that in the latter photostimulation evokes local rhythmic activity which includes fast (30-50 Hz) phasic (200-300 ms) and slow (8-14 Hz) tonic (up to 3-4 s) components. High rhythm of this activity may be observed only in "healthy" preparations, coinciding with on-rhythm in the midbrain tectum. Low rhythm does not depend on the presence of rhythmic activity in the tectum. Various aspects of the development of the thalamo-telencephalic system in vertebrates are discussed.  相似文献

Reflex effects of cardiac receptor (CR) stimulation are attenuated in pregnant rats. We tested whether CR afferent discharge is reduced during pregnancy by measuring single fiber activity in response to increases in right atrial pressure (RAP) in anesthetized pregnant and virgin rats with sinoaortic denervation. Single fiber activity was isolated from fine filaments of the right cervical vagus nerve. Changes in CR discharge, RAP, and arterial pressure were recorded in response to atrial saline injections (25-300 microl). Resting RAP was similar between groups, and spontaneous CR discharge was similar in pregnant rats (1.95+/-0.21 Hz) and in low-frequency (LF) receptors in virgin rats (1.30+/-0.2 Hz). In virgin, but not pregnant rats, a subset (24%) of CR had higher-frequency (HF) spontaneous discharge (9.91+/-1.19 Hz). During stimulation, the level of RAP above which CR firing increased was significantly higher in pregnant rats, but CR activity was clustered into an LF discharge range. Thus gestation appears to reduce the activity of CR afferents, possibly by increasing stimulus threshold or by selective inactivation of a subset of HF discharging receptors.  相似文献

Changes in spontaneous activity of the urinary bladder during postnatal development were examined in muscle strips from the base and dome of bladders from 1- to 5-wk-old rats. Activity was analyzed using fast Fourier transformation (FFT), nonlinear cross prediction, and the Shannon entropy test. Spontaneous activity was not detected in strips from 1- to 5-day-old rats but was observed in 50% of strips from 6- to 7-day-old rats and was prominent in strips from 2-wk-old animals. FFT analysis revealed one peak in activity, which was significantly faster in the bladder base (0.21 +/- 0.03 Hz) than in the dome (0.08 +/- 0.01 Hz). A second peak at approximately 0.5 Hz was detected at 3-5 wk of age. Atropine but not tetrodotoxin decreased the amplitude of spontaneous contractions, whereas carbachol, a muscarinic agonist, unmasked or stimulated spontaneous activity. These data suggest that slow rhythmic activity observed previously in neonatal whole bladders is generated by pacemaker cells in the bladder base or dome. The emergence of faster activity in bladders from older animals may reflect the development of multiple pacemaker sites, which would reduce coordination within the bladder wall and improve storage function in the mature bladder.  相似文献

689 long-term electroencephalographic recordings from 88 rats with chronically implanted electrodes were evaluated with reference to the onset and development of rhythmic spike episodes of 8-9 Hz frequency characteristic of quiet wakefulness. Episodes occurred in the recordings of 88% of the test animals. Recordings completely devoid of episodes came from selected rats highly sensitive to an acoustic epileptogenic stimulus and from 50% of rats of a Wistar-Velaz barrier breed. These two groups differed from the other animals in respect of their greater aggressiveness and restlessness in the chronic experiment. The episodes were not evoked by the surgical procedure--implantation of a cobalt-gelatin pin in the brain--or to the actual implantation of chronic electrodes in the brain. The shortest recorded latent period for the appearance of episodes was one week after the implantation of electrodes and the longest was 6 months. The animals' mean age at the time of the onset of episodes was 3.8 months and the lowest age was 2.5 months (i.e. immediately after implantation of the electrodes). The electrodes were not implanted before the age of 2.5 months. In repeated chronic recordings during the animals' life, both the number and the duration of the episodes increased. In most of the rats, the spike frequency in the episode was 8-9 Hz and was maintained at a stable value characteristic for each rat. Episodic rhythmic activity can thus occur in a state of quiet wakefulness in the electroencephalogram of all the given groups of rats (except highly sensitive animals) from early adulthood up to the age regarded in the rat as senility. The results to date indicate that the main condition for its appearance is the attainment of an optimum state of vigilance--quiet immobile wakefulness. The mechanisms leading to this stage of vigilance display both individual and group differences and are evidently related to the ability to become habituated to the experimental environment.  相似文献

Glial potentials in hippocampus   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
In rats under urethane anaesthesia, intracellular recordings were made from 36 cells, mainly in CA1, that had all the characteristics of glia: unusually high and stable resting potentials (-79.6 +/- 6.0 mV, mean +/- SD) and total absence of spikes or synaptic potentials. They were exceptionally sensitive to surrounding neuronal activity, being readily depolarized by very low frequency stimulation (0.5-2 Hz) of the fimbria. In the range 0.5-2 Hz, the mean peak depolarizations increased linearly with frequency of fimbrial stimulation (9.1 +/- 0.53 mV/Hz). At frequencies of 5 Hz or more, the depolarizations were highly variable, sometimes reaching a maximum of 25-30 mV, but the overall mean was not significantly greater than for 2 Hz stimulation. The depolarizations decayed slowly, with a half-time of 4.2 +/- 1.22 s and were often followed by a prolonged undershoot (lasting over 1 min). Alvear and especially septal stimulation were much less effective in evoking glial depolarizations. One cell that initially had all the characteristics of a glia, during very prolonged stable recording, developed responses, such as synaptic potentials and 20-40 mV action potentials evoked by fimbrial or alvear stimulation, consistent with strong electrical coupling to at least one neighbouring neuron.  相似文献

In anesthetized, artificially ventilated cats with open chest, bilateral stimulation of all afferent vagal fibres (pulse duration: 800 microseconds, 30 Hz, train duration 30 to 40 s) produced marked changes in the spontaneous EEG activities in the primary somatosensory cortex (Sl area). They were characterized by depressed background rhythms, with a tendency to desynchronization, decreased amplitude and number of spindles, with altered pattern, and/or evoked sustained fast rhythmic activities. These effects occurred within 1 to 5 sec during vagal stimulation. On the contrary, the EEG response was weaker or absent when only myelinated vagal afferents were stimulated (100 microseconds). I.v. injection of phenyldiguanide (PDG), used for stimulation of unmyelinated vagal sensory fibres and mainly of pulmonary afferents, induced EEG changes within the first 30 s, similar to those observed during electrical vagal stimulation. These EEG responses were unrelated to the induced hypotension. Cervical bivagotomy produced persistent changes in EEG activity, with enhancement of the magnitude, duration and number of spindles, which resembled the delayed effects induced by PDG. The present results obtained with three test agents (electrical or chemical vagal stimulation and bivagotomy) demonstrated that, in cats, vagal afferent information interacted with the spontaneous EEG rhythms in the Sl area.  相似文献

Gastric filling activates vagal afferents involved in peripheral signaling to the central nervous system (CNS) for food intake. It is not known whether these afferents linearly encode increasing contractions of the antrum during antral distension (AD). The aim of this study was to investigate effects of AD and electrically enhanced antral contractions on responses of vagal afferents innervating the antrum. Single-fiber recordings were made from the vagal afferents in anesthetized male Long-Evans rats. Antral contractions were measured with a solid-state probe placed in the antrum. A nonexcitatory electrical stimulation (NES) inducing no smooth muscle contractions was applied during the ascending phase of antral contractions to enhance subsequent antral contractions. Fifty-six fibers identified during AD (1 ml for 30 s) were studied through different types of mechanical stimuli. Under normal conditions, one group of fibers exhibited rhythmic firing in phase with antral contractions. Another group of fibers had nonrhythmic spontaneous firing. Responses of 15 fibers were tested with NES during multiple-step distension (MSD). NES produced a mean increase in antral contraction amplitude (177.1 +/- 35.3%) and vagal afferent firing (21.6 +/- 2.6%). Results show that both passive distension and enhanced antral contractions activate distension-sensitive vagal afferents. Responses of these fibers increase linearly to enhanced antral contraction induced by NES or MSD up to a distending volume of 0.6 ml. However, responses reached a plateau at a distending volume >0.8 ml. We concluded that enhanced contraction of the antrum can activate vagal afferents signaling to the CNS.  相似文献

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the rhythmic movements or cues enhance the anticipatory postural adjustment (APA) of gait initiation. Healthy humans initiated gait in response to an auditory start cue (third cue). A first auditory cue was given 8?s before the start cue, and a second auditory cue was given 3?s before the start cue. The participants performed the rhythmic medio-lateral weight shift (ML-WS session), rhythmic anterior-posterior weight shift (AP-WS session), or rhythmic arm swing (arm swing session) in the time between the first and second cues. In the rhythmic cues session, rhythmic auditory cues with a frequency of 1?Hz were given in this time. In the stationary session, the participants maintained stationary stance in this time. The APA and initial step movement preceded by those rhythmic movements or cues were compared with those in the stationary session. The temporal characteristics of the initial step movement of the gait initiation were not changed by the rhythmic movements or cues. The medio-lateral displacement of the APA in the ML-WS and arm swing sessions was significantly greater than that in the stationary session. The anterior–posterior displacement of the APA in the rhythmic cues and arm swing sessions was significantly greater than that in the stationary session. Taken together, the rhythmic movements and cues enhance the APA of gait initiation. The present finding may be a clue or motive for the future investigation for using rhythmic movements or cues as the preparatory activity to enlarge the small APA of gait initiation in the patients with Parkinson’s disease.  相似文献

This pilot study compared biofeedback to increase respiratory sinus arrhythmia (RSA) with EMG and incentive inspirometry biofeedback in asthmatic adults. A three-group design (Waiting List Control n = 5, RSA biofeedback n = 6, and EMG biofeedback n = 6) was used. Six sessions of training were given in each of the biofeedback groups. In each of three testing sessions, five min. of respiratory resistance and EKG were obtained before and after a 20-min biofeedback session. Additional five-min epochs of data were collected at the beginning and end of the biofeedback period (or, in the control group, self-relaxation). Decreases in respiratory impedance occurred only in the RSA biofeedback group. Traub-Hering-Mayer (THM) waves (.03-.12 Hz) in heart period increased significantly in amplitude during RSA biofeedback. Subjects did not report significantly more relaxation during EMG or RSA biofeedback than during the control condition. However, decreases in pulmonary impedance, across groups, were associated with increases in relaxation. The results are consistent with Vaschillo's theory that RSA biofeedback exercises homeostatic autonomic reflex mechanisms through increasing the amplitude of cardiac oscillations. However, deep breathing during RSA biofeedback is a possible alternate explanation.  相似文献

The hippocampus is a structure related to several cognitive processes, but not very much is known about its putative involvement in positive reinforcement. In its turn, the septum has been related to instrumental brain stimulation reward (BSR) by its electrical stimulation with trains of pulses. Although the anatomical relationships of the septo-hippocampal pathway are well established, the functional relationship between these structures during rewarding behaviors remains poorly understood. To explore hippocampal mechanisms involved in BSR, CA3-evoked field excitatory and inhibitory postsynaptic potentials (fEPSPs, fIPSPs) were recorded in the CA1 area during BSR in alert behaving mice. The synaptic efficiency was determined from changes in fEPSP and fIPSP amplitudes across the learning of a BSR task. The successive BSR sessions evoked a progressive increase of the performance in inverse relationship with a decrease in the amplitude of fEPSPs, but not of fIPSPs. Additionally, we evaluated CA1 local field potentials (LFPs) during a preference task, comparing 8-, 20-, and 100-Hz trains of septal BSR. We corroborate a clear preference for BSR at 100 Hz (in comparison with BSR at 20 Hz or 8 Hz), in parallel with an increase in the spectral power of the low theta band, and a decrease in the gamma. These results were replicated by intrahippocampal injections of a GABAB antagonist. Thus, the GABAergic septo-hippocampal pathway seems to carry information involved in the encoding of reward properties, where GABAB receptors seem to play a key role. With regard to the dorsal hippocampus, fEPSPs evoked at the CA3-CA1 synapse seem to reflect the BSR learning process, while hippocampal rhythmic activities are more related to reward properties.  相似文献

In experiments on 8 rabbits and 12 rats changes in electrograms of the visual cortex of alert animals were studied under photic stimulation in conditions of pharmacological action on monoamine (MA) brain systems. After injection of MA precursors (5-oxitriptophane and d, 1-dioxiphenylalanine) following phenomena were observed: a) decrease of the amplitude of the averaged evoked potentials to rhythmic photic stimuli (1-20 imp. sec.-1); b) an enhancement of fast (15-25 Hz) oscillations in the cortical spontaneous electrical activity and weakening and modification of the effects of the blockader of synthesis of MA-alpha-methyl-dioxiphenylalanine. Under light stimulation potentiation of MA precursors effects was observed in the frequency spectra of electrocorticograms. In the same conditions the specificity of action of cathecholamines precursor was revealed in the form of an increase of power of rhythms of 5-7 Hz and it; decrease in 2-3 Hz. Possible mechanisms of the revealed phenomena are discussed.  相似文献
