With the view of using Nucella lapillus and Monodonta lineata as bioindicators in biomonitoring programs in the NW coast of Portugal, the sensitivity to copper and cadmium of these two common species in Atlantic coasts of Europe was investigated. Assays based on mortality and on the activity of the enzymes cholinesterases (ChE) and glutathione S-transferases (GST) were used, as these biomarkers have been used in biomonitoring studies in the area. ChEs present in foot muscle of both species were characterised and found to show properties of both typical acetylcholinesterase and pseudocholinesterase. Cadmium LC50s for N. lapillus and M. lineata were 2.64 and 2.44 mg/L, respectively, while the lowest observed effect concentration (LOEC) was 1.53 mg/L for both species. LOEC value for cooper was 0.075 mg/L for both. Cadmium in vivo exposure increased ChE activity of N. lapillus, but had no effects on M. lineata ChE. No in vitro effects of cadmium on ChE activity of any of the tested species was observed. Copper had no significant in vivo effects on ChE activity, although it inhibited the ChE of both species in vitro, the IC50s being 5.87 and 12.17 mg/L for N. lapillus and M. lineata, respectively. Cadmium had no significant effects on GST activity of either species, while copper caused a significant reduction of N. lapillus GST (LOEC=0.044 mg/L) but had no effect on M. lineata GST. Results indicate that (i) N. lapillus and M. lineata have a similar acute sensitivity to cadmium and copper; (ii) ChE and GST of these species are sensitive to cadmium (iii) ChEs of both species are inhibited by copper at concentrations in the mg/L range and therefore, its use is limited to heavily polluted sites; (iv) N. lapillus GST does not seem to be a suitable biomarker for copper, at least in the range of concentrations tested, since it was inhibited by copper, but no clear concentration-response relationship was observed.  相似文献

Results are presented from a validation (with 5 laboratories) of the Fish Sexual Development Test (FSDT) developed to detect endocrine disrupters (EDs) and included in the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) working program. The aromatase-inhibiting fungicide prochloraz was tested in zebrafish (Danio rerio) and fathead minnow (Pimephales promelas). The fish were exposed during sexual differentiation and development from 0 to 60 days post hatch (dph). After exposure, the vitellogenin (VTG) concentrations were quantified in head/tail homogenate and the sex ratio was determined (defined as female, male, intersex or undifferentiated). NOEC/LOEC and EC(x) designs were compared to optimize the test approach. Results show that both species are highly sensitive to prochloraz during sexual development. They respond by skewing of the sex ratio towards male phenotype and by a VTG decline in females. The NOEC/LOEC approach is preferred because sex ratio is difficult to analyze with a regression model. The mean NOEC/LOEC for prochloraz on the sex ratio was 43.3/134 μg/L and 101/293 μg/L for zebrafish and fathead minnow, respectively. The mean NOEC/LOEC on the decline in female VTG concentration was 65/110 μg/L and ~30/68 μg/L respectively. In conclusion, zebrafish and fathead minnow are suitable species in the FSDT and their sexual differentiation is equally labile to EDs.  相似文献

Biomarkers are a widely applied approach in environmental studies. Analyses of cholinesterase (ChE), glutathione S-transferase (GST) and lipid peroxidation (LPO) are biomarkers that can provide information regarding early effects of pollutants at different biochemical levels on an organism. The aim of this study was to evaluate the biomarker approach on a Costa Rican native and relevant species. For this, larvae of gar (Atractosteus tropicus) were exposed to the organophosphorus nematicide, ethoprophos. Acute (96hr) exposure was conducted with pesticide concentrations ranging from 0.1 microg/L to 1 500 microg/L. The 96hr LC50 calculated was 859.7 microg/L. After exposure, three biomarkers (ChE, GST and LPO) were analyzed in fish that survived the acute test. The lowest observed effect concentration (LOEC) regarding ChE activity inhibition was 50 microg/L. This concentration produced a significant inhibition (p<0.05) of the enzyme by 20%. The highest concentration tested without showing any effect on ChE activity and therefore considered as no observed effect concentration (NOEC) was 10 microg/L. Ethoprophos concentration of 400 microg/L caused a ChE inhibition by 79%. In this study, no significant variations (p>0.05) in GST activity and LPO were observed in A. tropicus larvae after exposure to ethoprophos.  相似文献

Sublethal effects of medetomidine, a new generation antifouling compound, on lumpfish (Cyclopterus lumpus L.) and cod (Gadus morhua L.) larvae were examined. The effects on respiration rate and on colour adaptation of newly hatched larvae were assessed after 24-96 h exposure. Exposure of lumpfish larvae to the experimental concentrations resulted in a significant decrease in respiration rate (Lowest Observed Effect Concentration (LOEC) = 5-10 nM) and in the percentage of dark larvae (LOEC = 4 nM). However, no effects on respiration rate of cod larvae were detected. In addition to lumpfish larvae being affected at low concentrations of medetomidine, a reversibility of the effects was observed when 96 h-exposed larvae were incubated in clean seawater for 24-48 h. Considerations relating to the future commercialisation of medetomidine for antifouling purposes are discussed.  相似文献

The threats posed by insecticide resistance to Aedes aegypti in the context of controlling dengue have led to an urgent search for an environmentally safer alternative chemical with more effective larvicidal properties. Among many molecules tested, 2-methylanthraquinone showed the lowest LC50 for A. aegypti in a previous study and the highest LC50 for zebrafish embryos. Embryos were exposed at concentrations of 1.0, 2.19, 4.78, 10.46, 22.87, 50.0 and 100.0 mg/L, and malformations and mortality were significantly observed only at the highest exposures of 50 and 100 mg/L after 96 h. Micronucleus test and comet assay in zebrafish adults were both negative after exposures at 6.25, 12.5, 25.0, 50.0 and 100.0 mg/L for 96 h. Several biochemical biomarkers were analyzed in adults, and 2-methylanthraquinone did not interfere with acetylcholinesterase activity. The lactate dehydrogenase activity was higher at concentrations of 25 and 100 mg/L. Glutathione-S-Transferase (GST) activities were tested in the gill and body (muscle tail). The gill was more sensitive than body for GST activity after exposure to 2-methylanthraquinone, showing the highest activities, and 2-methylanthraquinone showed low toxicity to a non-target organism.  相似文献

Elevated concentrations of dissolved carbon dioxide (CO2) and reduced pH levels are observed during the culture and transportation of aquatic organisms. Studies on the toxicity effects of CO2 in penaeid shrimp are scarce when compared to the amount of research in fish. The objective of the present study was to determine the lethal concentration and safety levels of CO2 for juvenile white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei. Juveniles (1.76 ± 0.36 g) were exposed for 96 h to one of six concentrations of dissolved CO2 (14.5, 23.8, 59.0, 88.0, 115.0, and 175.0 mg/L) or a control condition (without the addition of CO2), and their survival was monitored for 96 h. The LC50 values with 95% confidence limits at 24, 48, 72, and 96 h were 130.05 (104.2–162.1), 77.2 (73.8–80.02), 69.65 (65.47–74.32), and 59.12 (53.08–66.07) mg/L of CO2, respectively. The calculated safety level was 5.9 mg/L of CO2, and the highest concentration that did not induce significantly higher mortality than that observed in controls (NOEC) was 23.8 mg/L of CO2. We recommend that CO2 levels should be kept below the safety level obtained in this study.  相似文献

We report the results of research on acute and chronic effects of linear alkylbenzensulfonate (LAS) on two tubificid species. 96 h LC50 assay values were estimated at 10° for Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri and Branchiura sowerbyi exposed to different concentrations of LAS dissolved in water, both with and without sediment. The presence of sediments modified LAS toxicity and increased values: NOEC and LOEC resulted in values 2.5 times higher for Branchiura sowerbyi and 4–4.5 times for Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri, when the sediments were present. The chronic effects induced by a long exposure to LAS were evaluated for different stages of the biological cycle of Branchiura sowerbyi. Using concentrations between the NOEC and LOEC (0.5, 2.5, and 5 ppm), with control, we could observe that: 1) at 5 ppm the cocoons were laid precociously compared to controls, 2) in all treated series the number of cocoons was lower than in controls, 3) the mean number of oocytes per cocoon was lower for the worms submitted to LAS, compared to the control, 4) the period of embryonic development was similar for all used concentrations and for control, and 5) the number of degenerated cocoons was unchanged by the LAS treatment.  相似文献

The study on the acute,sublethal and chronic toxicity of 1,8-dihydroxyanthraquinone (1,8-dihAQ) to Daphnia magna showed that the 48 h LC50 was 0.37 mg稬-1,and the feeding behavior of Daphnia magna was severely affected by the compound.When exposed to 0.2 mg稬-1 of 1,8-dihAQ for 5 h,the filtration and ingestion rate of Daphnia magna was inhibited by 97%.Chronic toxicity test results indicated that the reproduction ability decreased dramatically after exposing to sublethal concentration of 1,8-dihAQ.It could be inferred that reproduction parameters and intrinsic rate of natural increase were the sensitive parameters in characterizing sublethal toxicity.The NOEC and LOEC values for reproduction parameters were also given.  相似文献

We evaluated the antimutagenic effect of Letinula edodes (Berk.) Pegler (Shiitake) on the frequency of micronuclei in mice treated with N-ethyl-N-nitrosourea (ENU) or cyclophosphamide (CP). Mice were orally (gavage) pretreated for 15 consecutive days with solutions of Shiitake (0.6 ml per day, gavage) prepared at three different temperatures: 4, 21 (RT), and 60 degrees C. Then, the animals were intraperitoneally injected on day 15 with CP (25 or 50mg/kg) or ENU (50 mg/kg) and killed 24 or 48 h after treatment for evaluation of micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes (MNPCEs) in bone marrow and micronucleated reticulocytes (MNRETs). A mixture of L. edodes lineages (LE 95/016, 96/14, 96/17, 96/22, 96/23, 97/27, and 97/28) significantly decreased the frequencies of MNPCEs and MNRETs induced by CP (25 and 50mg/kg). When a single lineage from the mixture (LE 96/17) was tested we also found a significant reduction in the frequencies of MNPCEs and MNRETs induced by both CP or ENU (50mg/kg). The comet assay was also performed 3h after ENU treatment using mice pretreated with the single lineage (LE 96/17) of L. edodes. The results showed a high degree of variability with some indications of an antigenotoxic effect. Taken together, our data show that solutions from Shiitake inhibit in vivo mutagenicity of CP and ENU.  相似文献

The potential for trichloroethylene (TCE) and perchloroethylene (PERC) to induce developmental toxicity was investigated in Crl:CD (SD) rats whole-body exposed to target concentrations of 0, 50, 150 or 600 ppm TCE or 0, 75, 250 or 600 ppm PERC for six hours/day, seven days/week on gestation day (GD) 6-20 and 6-19, respectively. Actual chamber concentrations were essentially identical to target with the exception of the low PERC exposure level, which was 65 ppm. The highest exposure levels exceeded the limit concentration (2 mg/L) specified in the applicable test guidelines. Maternal necropsies were performed the day following the last exposure. Dams exposed to 600 ppm TCE exhibited maternal toxicity, as evidenced by decreased body weight gain (22% less than control) during GD 6-9. There were no maternal effects at 50 or 150 ppm TCE and no indications of developmental toxicity (including heart defects or other terata) at any exposure level tested. Therefore, the TCE NOEC for maternal toxicity was 150 ppm, whereas the embryo/fetal NOEC was 600 ppm. Maternal responses to PERC were limited to slight, but statistically significant reductions in body weight gain and feed consumption during the first 3 days of exposure to 600 ppm, resulting in a maternal NOEC of 250 ppm. Developmental effects at 600 ppm consisted of reduced gravid uterus, placental and fetal body weights, and decreased ossification of thoracic vertebral centra. Developmental effects at 250 ppm were of minimal toxicological significance, being limited to minor decreases in fetal and placental weight. There were no developmental effects at 65 ppm.  相似文献

为研究辛基酚(OP)对雄性泥鳅抗氧化酶活性及血清卵黄蛋白原(VTG)含量的影响,将雄性泥鳅分别暴露于4种不同质量浓度OP(0.12、0.19、0.32、0.52 mg/L)中持续7、14、21 d和28 d,采用试剂盒检测肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与过氧化氢酶(CAT)的含量,采用碱不稳定性蛋白结合磷法检测血清VTG的含量。结果表明,0.12 mg/L OP胁迫14 d,肝脏SOD和CAT含量均无显著变化,但是随着胁迫剂量增大和时间延长,SOD和CAT含量降低极其显著,在0.52 mg/L OP胁迫28 d时降到最低水平;泥鳅在0.12 mg/L OP中暴露7 d时,血清VTG含量就有极其显著升高,且随着胁迫剂量增大和时间的延长,VTG含量呈升高趋势。提示OP胁迫对SOD和CAT活性有显著的抑制作用,并随胁迫剂量增大和时间延长而抑制加剧,造成氧化损伤;OP胁迫可诱导VTG合成,并随暴露剂量增大和时间延长而诱导增强,具有明显的雌激素效应,这可能与其氧化损伤有密切关系。  相似文献

LY-04 and WSQIF are newly-synthesized compounds which were presented by the Institute of Pesticides Chemistry, Central China Normal University. LY-04 belongs to α-oxophosphonic acid derivatives, while WSQIF is an aromatic acetyl oxophospho04 and WSQIF were determined in S. obliquus cells at 24h, 48h, 72h, 96h represented by cell density. Our data showed that the 24h, 48h, 72h, 96h EC50 of LY-04 were 1983mg/L, 2943mg/L, 240mg/L and 65.0mg/L acetone, respectively, and the 24h,48h, 72h, 96h EC50 of WSQIF were 15.9mg/L, 53.0mg/L, 98.0mg/L and 28.8mg/L respectively. LY-04 displayed a higher insecticidal activity, while WSQIF showed a higher phytocidal activity. As LY-04 and WSQIF were designed to act as insecticide and herbicide, respectively, the results were in contrast to the anticipated ones. According to the toxicant classification standard,EC50 of both substances was far higher than 3mg/L, while the toxicity of LY-04 and WSQIF to aquatic algae were fairly low, indicating that these two pesticides are rather safe to the aquatic ecosystem.  相似文献

In order to regulate the management of contaminated land, many countries have been deriving soil screening values (SSV). However, the ecotoxicological data available for uranium is still insufficient and incapable to generate SSVs for European soils. In this sense, and so as to make up for this shortcoming, a battery of ecotoxicological assays focusing on soil functions and organisms, and a wide range of endpoints was carried out, using a natural soil artificially spiked with uranium. In terrestrial ecotoxicology, it is widely recognized that soils have different properties that can influence the bioavailability and the toxicity of chemicals. In this context, SSVs derived for artificial soils or for other types of natural soils, may lead to unfeasible environmental risk assessment. Hence, the use of natural regional representative soils is of great importance in the derivation of SSVs. A Portuguese natural reference soil PTRS1, from a granitic region, was thereby applied as test substrate. This study allowed the determination of NOEC, LOEC, EC20 and EC50 values for uranium. Dehydrogenase and urease enzymes displayed the lowest values (34.9 and <134.5 mg U Kg, respectively). Eisenia andrei and Enchytraeus crypticus revealed to be more sensitive to uranium than Folsomia candida. EC50 values of 631.00, 518.65 and 851.64 mg U Kg were recorded for the three species, respectively. Concerning plants, only Lactuca sativa was affected by U at concentrations up to 1000 mg U kg1. The outcomes of the study may in part be constrained by physical and chemical characteristics of soils, hence contributing to the discrepancy between the toxicity data generated in this study and that available in the literature. Following the assessment factor method, a predicted no effect concentration (PNEC) value of 15.5 mg kg−1dw was obtained for U. This PNEC value is proposed as a SSV for soils similar to the PTRS1.  相似文献

Cytochrome P450 family members participate in xenobiotic transformation as a detoxification mechanism. We have characterized a CYP gene, assigned to the 4G family, in Chironomus riparius, a reference organism in aquatic toxicology. Due to the potential interest of CYP genes and P450 proteins for monitoring pollution effects at the molecular level, the alterations in the pattern of expression of this gene, induced by different xenobiotics, were analyzed. Different compounds, such as the biocide tributyltin (TBTO) and two other well-known endocrine disruptors, nonylphenol (NP) and bisphenol A (BPA), were tested at different concentrations and acute exposures. Upregulation of the CrCYP4G gene was found after exposures to TBTO (1 ng/L 24h-0.1 ng/L 96 h) and, as measured by RT-PCR mRNA quantification, its level was up to twofold that of controls. However, in contrast, NP (1, 10, 100 μg/L, 24h) and BPA (0.5mg/L 24h-3mg/L 96 h) downregulated the gene (by around a half of the control level) suggesting that this gene responds specifically to particular chemicals in the environment. Glutathione-S-transferase (GST) enzymatic activity was also evaluated for each condition. A fairly good correlation was found with CYP4G gene behavior, as it was activated by TBTO (96 h), but inhibited by NP and BPA (24h). Only the higher concentration of BPA tested activated GST, whereas it inhibited CYP4G activity. The results show that different xenobiotics can induce distinct responses in the detoxification pathway, suggesting multiple xenobiotic transduction mechanisms. This work confirms that specific P450 codifying genes, as well as GST enzyme activities, could be suitable biomarkers for ecotoxicological studies.  相似文献

【目的】本研究旨在为阐明小菜蛾Plutellaxylostella体温在其防治中的应用价值提供资料。【方法】在不同人工气候箱内温度(环境温度)下,测定小菜蛾2, 3和4龄幼虫的体温,建立各龄幼虫体温(y)与环境温度(x)的关系方程;同时测定了不同环境温度下不同浓度阿维菌素、毒死蜱、氟虫腈和高效氯氰菊酯分别处理后小菜蛾3龄幼虫在不同处理时间的体温。【结果】小菜蛾2, 3和 4龄幼虫体温(y)与环境温度(x)关系方程分别为y=0.95x+1.19(r=0.9463), y=0.95x+1.18(r=0.9988),以及y=0.93x+1.45(r=0.9989),等温点分别为22.16℃,21.40℃和21.41℃。在气候箱温度设定为15℃或40℃时,4种农药都对小菜蛾3龄幼虫体温无影响;而其他温度条件下,农药处理都可能改变小菜蛾3龄幼虫体温。对于阿维菌素,25℃下 2, 4和8 mg/L处理12 h,2和4 mg/L处理24 h, 0.5, 2, 4和8 mg/L处理36 h以及0.5, 1, 2和8 mg/L处理48 h时3龄幼虫体温均显著高于对照, 8 mg/L阿维菌素处理24 h时3龄幼虫体温显著低于对照;30℃下0.5 mg/L处理24 h及1 mg/L处理36 h 3龄幼虫体温显著低于对照,1 mg/L处理48 h和各浓度处理60 h时3龄幼虫体温均显著高于对照;35℃下只有1和8 mg/L处理48 h时3龄幼虫体温显著低于对照。对于毒死蜱,20℃下50, 200和800 mg/L处理24 h, 100, 400和800 mg/L处理36 h时3龄幼虫体温都显著低于对照;25℃下100和200 mg/L处理12h, 800 mg/L处理24 h, 100, 200和800 mg/L处理60 h时3龄幼虫体温均显著低于对照,而50, 100, 200和400 mg/L处理24 h, 100和200 mg/L处理36 h及100和400 mg/L处理48 h时3龄幼虫体温均显著高于对照;30℃下只有800 mg/L处理24 h时3龄幼虫体温显著低于对照,50, 100, 200和800 mg/L处理60 h时3龄幼虫体温显著高于对照。对于氟虫腈,20℃下只有0.5 mg/L处理36 h时3龄幼虫体温显著低于对照;25℃下 4 mg/L处理12 h和各浓度处理60 h时3龄幼虫体温显著低于对照,0.5 mg/L处理24 h以及0.25, 1和2mg/L处理48 h时3龄幼虫体温均显著高于对照;30℃下 0.25和0.5 mg/L处理12 h, 0.25和2 mg/L处理24h, 4 mg/L处理48 h以及2 mg/L处理60 h时3龄幼虫体温显著低于对照;35℃下只有0.25和0.5 mg/L处理60 h时3龄幼虫体温显著高于对照。对于高效氯氰菊酯,20℃下2和8 g/L处理36 h, 4和8 g/L处理48 h时3龄幼虫体温显著高于对照;25℃下 2, 4和8 g/L处理12 h时3龄幼虫体温均显著低于对照, 0.5, 4和8g/L处理24 h, 1, 4和 8 g/L处理36 h以及1, 2和4 g/L处理60 h时3龄幼虫体温均显著高于对照;30℃下 0.5和1 g/L浓度处理12 h, 0.5, 1, 4和8 g/L处理24 h以及1, 2和8 g/L处理60 h时3龄幼虫体温都显著低于对照。【结论】小菜蛾幼虫自律性体温调节能力低;阿维菌素、毒死蜱、氟虫腈或高效氯氰菊酯处理影响小菜蛾3龄幼虫的体温,影响形式随农药种类和浓度,环境温度及处理时间不同而不同。本研究拓宽了农药毒理学及害虫防治研究内容。  相似文献

Buprofezin is an insect growth regulator and widely used insecticide in Malaysia. The present study evaluated the toxic effects of buprofezin on the embryo and larvae of African catfish (Clarias gariepinus) as a model organism. The embryos and larvae were exposed to 7 different concentrations (0, 0.05, 0.5, 5, 25, 50 and 100 mg/L) of buprofezin. Each concentration was assessed in five replicates. Eggs were artificially fertilized and 200 eggs and larvae were subjected to a static bath treatment for all the concentrations. The mortality of embryos was significantly increased with increasing buprofezin concentrations from 5 to 100 mg/L (p< 0.05). However, the mortality was not significantly different (p<0.05) among the following concentrations: 0 (control), 0.05, 0.5 and 5 mg/L. Data obtained from the buprofezin acute toxicity tests were evaluated using probit analysis. The 24 h LC50 value (with 95% confidence limits) of buprofezin for embryos was estimated to be 6.725 (3.167-15.017) mg/L. The hatching of fish embryos was recorded as 68.8, 68.9, 66.9, 66.4, 26.9, 25.1 and 0.12% in response to 7 different concentrations of buprofezin, respectively. The mortality rate of larvae significantly (p<0.05) increased with increasing buprofezin concentrations exposed to 24-48 h. The 24 and 48 h LC50 values (with 95% confidence limits) of buprofezin for the larvae was estimated to be 5.702 (3.198-8.898) and 4.642 (3.264-6.287) mg/L respectively. There were no significant differences (p>0.05) in the LC50 values obtained at 24 and 48 h exposure times. Malformations were observed when the embryos and larvae exposed to more than 5 mg/L. The results emerged from the study suggest that even the low concentration (5 mg/L) of buprofezin in the aquatic environment may have adverse effect on the early embryonic and larval development of African catfish.  相似文献

Populations of Gammarus pulex (density 4000m?2) were exposed, over a 100-day period in a continuous-flow dosing system, to concentrations of copper below the 240 h median lethal concentration (LC50) for juveniles. 2. There was a significant effect of copper on the resulting population density. In the control and lowest treatment (11.0μg1-?1) it was double the initial density, but with increasing copper concentration there was a decrease in density until at the highest treatment (23.1 μg1-?1), it was less than that of the initial population. The lowest observed effect concentration (LOEC) for population density was 14.6 μg 1-?1. 3. Copper significantly affected the age composition of the final populations. In the control and lowest treatment concentration, the population was composed mainly of juvenile animals. With increasing copper concentration, however, there was a decrease in the number of juveniles, the LOEC being 14.6 μg1-?1. The number of adults in the final population was also significantly reduced by copper, with an LOEC of 18.2 μg1-?1. 4. The relationship between the body length and number of antennal segments of animals in the populations at each treatment concentration showed that growth was impaired by increased copper concentrations.  相似文献

The short-term (96?h) toxic effects of two polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), naphthalene (NAP) and pyrene (PYR), on the common prawn (Palaemon serratus) were investigated in laboratory bioassays, including a fitness related assay based on the post-exposure swimming velocity. Other effect criteria were biomarkers of neurotoxicity, oxidative stress and bioenergetics, and mortality. In the range of concentrations tested (NAP: 0.13–8?mg/L; PYR: 0.006–0.4?mg/L), both PAHs impaired the swimming velocity, induced oxidative stress and damage, and changed the activity of lactate dehydrogenase and isocitrate dehydrogenase. NAP also caused mortality (96 h-LC50?=?3.5?mg/L). Thus, both PAHs were able to cause toxic effects on P. serratus after a short period of exposure through the water, including the reduction of individual fitness. PYR was five folds more effective in reducing the swimming velocity of P. serratus than NAP. These findings are of interest for the marine ecological risk assessment of oil spills.  相似文献

以东湖茶港排污口底泥复溶水为试验相,采用96h急性毒性试验和胚胎—卵黄囊吸收阶段毒性试验方法,研究了东湖茶港排污口底泥对稀有的鮈鲫毒性。结果显示,高浓度的复溶水对稀有鮈鲫胚胎、仔鱼和幼鱼具有明显的毒性效应,而胚胎—卵黄囊吸收阶段更为敏感。随着复溶水浓度的增加,稀有鮈鲫受精卵孵化率降低,仔鱼畸形率增高、成活率降低、生长减慢;对胚胎—卵黄囊吸收阶段的NOEC、LOEC和MATC分别为12.5%、25%和17.68%;对幼鱼96h LC50为69.1%。本文的研究还表明,底泥经晾晒后毒性大幅降低,暗示恢复东湖通江状态并让水位自然涨落,可能有助于缓解污染、恢复生态环境。  相似文献
