A survey carried out in Lake Tana in 2015 found that Hg levels in some fish species exceeded internationally accepted safe levels for fish consumption. The current study assesses human exposure to Hg through fish consumption around the Lake Tana. Of particular interest was that a dietary intake of fishes is currently a health risk for Bihar Dar residents and anglers. Hair samples were collected from three different groups: anglers, college students and teachers, and daily laborers. A questionary includes gender, age, weight, activity. Frequency of fish consumption and origin of the eaten fish were completed by each participant. Mercury concentrations in hair were significantly higher (P value <0.05) for anglers (mean?±?standard deviation 0.120?±?0.199 μg/g) than college students (mean?±?standard deviation 0.018?±?0.039 μg/g) or daily workers (mean?±?standard deviation 16?±?9.5 ng/g). Anglers consumed fish more often than daily workers and college group. Moreover, there was also a strong correlation (P value <0.05) between the logarithms of total mercury and age associated with mercury concentration in scalp hair. Mercury concentrations in the hair of men were on average twice the value of the women. Also, users of skin lightening soap on a daily basis had 2.5 times greater mercury in scalp hair than non-users. Despite the different sources of mercury exposure mentioned above, the mercury concentrations of the scalp hair of participants of this study were below levels deemed to pose a threat to health.  相似文献

Coastal populations with high seafood consumption in the South Caspian Sea (Iran) have a significant exposure to dietary mercury. This study assesses the biomonitoring of mercury in mothers and breastfed infants in the South Caspian Sea. The mean of mercury concentration in the hair of 93 pairs of mothers and infants was obtained and was 3.55 and 1.89???g?g?1, respectively. A statistically significant correlation (R?=?0.850, P?=?0.000) was seen between mercury concentration in the hair of mothers and infants. The results of this study indicate that hair mercury concentrations exceeded the USEPA reference dose of 1???g?g?1 in 82.7?% of mothers and 61.2?% of infants. Also, 31?% of the mothers and 10.7?% of the infants had mercury concentrations more than the WHO ??threshold?? level (5???g?g?1). The age and fish consumption of mothers were the factors that significantly affected the hair mercury concentration of mothers and infants. Number of dental amalgam fillings of mothers was the factor that only affected mercury in the hair of mothers. According to the results, we can conclude that the main determinant of mercury exposure was the intake of mercury through fish consumption of mothers.  相似文献

Streptomyces lividans 1326 carries inducible mercury resistance genes on the chromosome, which are arranged in two divergently transcribed operons. Expression of the genes is negatively regulated by the repressor MerR, which binds in the intercistronic region between the two operons. The merR gene was expressed in E. coli using a T7 RNA polymerase/promoter expression system, and MerR was purified to around 95% homogeneity by ammonium sulfate precipitation, gel filtration and affinity chromatography. Gel filtration showed that the native MerR is a dimer with a molecular mass of 31?kDa. Two DNA binding sites were identified in the intercistronic mer promoter region by footprinting experiments. No evidence for cooperativity in the binding of MerR to the adjacent operator sequences was observed in gel mobility shift assays. The dissociation constants (KD) for binding of MerR were: binding site I, 8.5?×?10?9?M; binding site II, 1.2?×?10?8?M; and for the complete promoter/operator region 1?×?10?8?M. The half-life of the MerR-DNA complex was 19.4?min and 18.8?min for binding site I and binding site II, respectively. The KD value for binding of mercury(II)chloride to MerR, again determined by mobility shift assay, was 1.1?×?10?7?M.  相似文献

The structure and speciation of the complexes formed between mercury(II) ions and glutathione (GSH = L-glutamyl-L-cysteinyl-glycine) have been studied for a series of alkaline aqueous solutions (\( C_{{{\text{Hg}}^{{2 + }}}}\,{\sim18\,{\rm{mmol}}\,{\rm{{dm^{-3}}}}}\) and C GSH = 40–200 mmol dm?3 at pH ~10.5) by means of extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) and 199Hg NMR spectroscopy at ambient temperature. The dominant complexes are [Hg(GS)2]4? and [Hg(GS)3]7?, with mean Hg–S bond distances of 2.32(1) and 2.42(2) Å observed in digonal and trigonal Hg–S coordination, respectively. The proportions of the Hg2+–glutathione complexes were evaluated by fitting linear combinations of model EXAFS oscillations representing each species to the experimental EXAFS spectra. The [Hg(GS)4]10? complex, with four sulfur atoms coordinated at a mean Hg–S bond distance of 2.52(2) Å, is present in minor amounts (<30%) in solutions containing a large excess of glutathione (C GSH ≥ 160 mmol dm?3). Comparable alkaline mercury(II) cysteine (H2Cys) solutions were also investigated and a reduced tendency to form higher complexes was observed, because the deprotonated amino group of Cys2? allows the stable [Hg(S,N-Cys)2]2? chelate to form. The effect of temperature on the distribution of the Hg2+–glutathione complexes was studied by comparing the EXAFS spectra at ambient temperature and at 25 K of a series of glycerol/water (33/67, v/v) frozen glasses with \( C_{{{\text{Hg}}^{{2 + }} }} \,{\sim7\,{\rm{mmol}}\,{\rm{{dm^{-3}}}}} \) and C GSH = 16–81 mmol dm?3. Complexes with high Hg–S coordination numbers, [Hg(GS)3]7? and [Hg(GS)4]10?, became strongly favored when just a moderate excess of glutathione (C GSH ≥28 mmol dm?3) was used in the glassy samples, as expected for a stepwise exothermic bond formation. Addition of glycerol had no effect on the Hg(II)–glutathione speciation, as shown by the similarity of the EXAFS spectra obtained at room temperature for two parallel series of Hg(II)-glutathione solutions with \( C_{{{\text{Hg}}^{{2 + }} }} \,{\sim7\,{\rm{mmol}}\,{\rm{{dm^{-3}}}}},\) with and without 33% glycerol. Also, the 199Hg NMR chemical shifts of a series of ~18 mmol dm?3 mercury(II) glutathione solutions with 33% glycerol were not significantly different from those of the corresponding series in aqueous solution.  相似文献

The present criteria and rules controlling the approval of the use of probiotics are limited to antibiotic resistance patterns and the presence of antibiotic resistance genes in bacteria. There is little information available in the literature regarding the risk of the usage of probiotics in the presence of antibiotic pressure. In this study we investigated the development and transfer of antibiotic resistance in Bacillus subtilis selected in vitro by chlortetracycline in a stepwise manner. Bacillus subtilis was exposed to increasing concentrations of chlortetracyclineto induce in vitro resistance to chlortetracycline, and the minimal inhibitory concentrations were determinedfor the mutants. Resistant B. subtilis were conjugated with Escherichia coli NK5449 and Enterococcus faecalis JH2-2 using the filter mating. Three B. subtilis tetracycline resistant mutants (namely, BS-1, BS-2, and BS-3) were derived in vitro. A tetracycline resistant gene, tet (K), was found in the plasmids of BS-1 and BS-2. Three conjugates (BS-1N, BS-2N, and BS-3N) were obtained when the resistant B. subtilis was conjugated with E. coli NK5449. The conjugation frequencies for the BS-1N, BS-2N, and BS-3N conjugates were 4.57×10?7, 1.4×10?7, and 1.3×10?8, respectively. The tet(K) gene was found only in the plasmids of BS-1N. These results indicate that long-term use of probiotics under antibiotic selection pressure could cause antibiotic resistance, and the resistance gene could be transferred to other bacteria. The risk arising from the use of probiotics under antibiotic pressure should be considered in the criteria and rules for the safety assessment of probiotics.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the potential risk of mercury contamination near the Mid-Atlantic Ridge relating total mercury (THg) concentrations in the human scalp hair (n?=?110) and high fish consumption levels. THg was quantified in human scalp hair, and volunteers were questioned about age, gender, and smoking habits being subsequently grouped in categories based on the individual average intake of fish meals per week. THg concentrations ([THg]) in hair samples ranged from 0.05 to 2.24 μg g?1, and significant differences were found according to age (p?<?0.05) and also among volunteers presenting different fish consumption rates (p?<?0.001) being the highest [THg] observed on the adult population and also on volunteers that indicated consuming five or more meals of fish per week. Results indicate a pattern of increased mercury accumulation with increasing fish consumption. Despite mercury availability and a potential mercury intake of up to seven times, the WHO provisional tolerable weekly intake of mercury value, in consequence of high fish consumption, mercury concentrations in scalp hair are comparatively low regarding recommended levels by WHO.  相似文献

In this study, concentration of mercury was determined in the trophic levels of benthic, benthopelagic, pelagic fish species, and river birds from Arvand River, located in the Khuzestan province in the lowlands of southwestern Iran at the head of the Persian Gulf. The order of mercury concentrations in tissues of the fish species was as follows: liver>gill>muscle and in tissues of the kingfisher species was as follows: feather>liver>kidney>muscle. Therefore, liver in fish and feather in kingfisher exhibited higher mercury concentration than the other tissues. There was a positive correlation between mercury concentrations in fish and kingfisher species with size of its food items. We expected to see higher mercury levels in tissues of female species because they are larger and can eat larger food items. The results of this study show that the highest mean mercury level were found in the kingfisher (Anas crecca), followed by benthic (Epinephelus diacanthus), benthopelagic (Chanos chanos), and pelagic fish (Strongylura strongylura). Mean value of mercury in fish species, S. strongylura were (0.61 μg g?1 dry weight), C. chanos (0.45 μg g?1 dry weight), E. diacanthus (0.87 μg g?1 dry weight), and in kingfisher species A. crecca was (2.64 μg g?1 dry weight). Significant correlation between mercury concentration in fish and kingfisher may be related to high variability of mercury in the fish.  相似文献

A column transport experiment was conducted to examine the release and methylation of Hg using Hg contaminated sediment from the floodplain of the South River near Waynesboro, Virginia. Three input solutions were sequentially introduced into the column. Input 1 was unamended South River water, Input 2 was river water amended with 100 mg L?1 SO4 and 3600 mg L?1 lactate, and Input 3 was river water amended with 500 mg L?1 SO4 and 340 mg L?1 lactate. During the first stage of the experiment (Input 1) the effluent Hg concentration was initially 4 µg L?1 and peaked at 21 µg L?1 and after 21 pore volumes stabilized at 13 µg L?1. During the second stage, at high lactate to SO4 ratios, elevated concentrations of acetic and propionic acids were detected, indicating that fermentative bacteria were dominant. During the third stage, at high SO4 to lactate ratios, a decrease in SO4 and an increase in H2S concentrations were detected in the column effluent indicating that SO4 reduction was occurring. Concentrations of methyl Hg (MeHg) in the effluent were variable over the duration of the experiment. During the first phase, concentrations of MeHg remained <3.3 ng L?1. During the fermentative stage, concentrations of MeHg increased to a maximum value of 32 ng L?1, and during the sulfate-reducing stage to a maximum value of 266 ng L?1. When the column was deconstructed both molecular and cultural techniques indicated that sulfate reducing bacteria were most dominant near the influent port. These results indicate that the formation of MeHg in the sediment is not limited by the availability of Hg and that the bacterial community that contributes to mercury methylation can respond quickly to changes in the abundances of electron donors and acceptors.  相似文献

Mercury occurrence was evaluated in samples of edible muscle tissue of 27 blue sharks (Prionace glauca) caught in the Atlantic Ocean, adjacent to the south and southeastern Brazilian coast, indicating a slight increase in comparison with previous data obtained for the same studied area and being higher than those fish caught at different sites of the Atlantic Ocean. Total Hg concentrations ranged from 0.46 to 2.40 mg kg?1 with the organic Hg fraction ranging between 0.44 and 2.37 mg kg?1. A negative correlation between total Hg concentration in muscle tissue and blue shark size was obtained, and 40 % of samples analyzed had Hg concentrations higher than 1.0 mg kg?1 Hg, the maximum concentration permitted in Brazilian predator fish. Data obtained showed that total Hg can be used as a reliable predictor of organic Hg in blue shark muscle because 95 to 98 % of the total Hg measured was found to be organic mercury. The wide range of Hg concentrations obtained for our set of samples can be explained by the heterogeneity of sampled population and the large size of the studied area. Given the adverse toxicological effects of Hg on animals and humans, a regular monitoring program of Hg contamination in Brazilian marine ecosystem can be recommended.  相似文献

Several strains of bacteria unusually highly resistant to mercury were isolated from seawater and marine sediment samples and identified by 16S rDNA sequencing and were also characterized by a battery of biochemical and morphological tests. The bacterial isolates were identified to belong to the genera Pseudomonas, Alcaligenes, Brevibacterium and Bacillus. Many of the chosen isolates were tested for growth in the presence of different heavy metals and a variety of xenobiotics. Growth curves of all six bacteria highly resistant to mercury examined for growth at different concentrations of Hg exhibited prolonged lag phase, during which time necessary physiological adaptations to toxic milieu were undergone. All the strains tested for antibiotic resistance showed little to no effect of antibiotics on their normal growth. Results of this study demonstrate the occurrence of diverse groups of marine prokaryotes capable of high tolerance to mercury with a potential to degrade a variety of toxic heavy metals and xenobiotics.  相似文献

Daily mineral intake (DMI) of Cu and Zn, percentage weekly intake (PWI) of As, Cd, Hg, Pb, and doses of 210Po were estimated by using their elemental concentration in muscle of two tuna species and the average tuna consumption in Mexico. Skipjack tuna Katsuwonus pelamis had significantly (p?<?0.05) higher levels of As (1.38???g?g?1 dw) and Cu (1.85???g?g?1 dw) than yellowfin tuna Thunnus albacares, whereas Pb concentrations (0.18???g?g?1 dw) were significantly (p?<?0.05) higher in T. albacares. The sequence of elemental concentrations in both species was Zn?>?Cu?>?As?>?Hg?>?Pb?>?Cd. In T. albacares, concentrations of Cd and Pb in muscle tissue were positively correlated (p?<?0.05) with weight of specimens, while Cu was negatively correlated. DMI values were below 10?%. PWI figures (<2?%) are not potentially harmful to human health. 210Po concentration in T. albacares and K. pelamis accounts for 13.5 to 89.7?% of the median individual annual dose (7.1???Sv) from consumption of marine fish and shellfish for the world population.  相似文献

High-density (n > 1012 cm?3) argon-mercury plasma produced by a short (t ~ 20 μs) high-power pulsed discharge in argon with an admixture of mercury vapor at a discharge current of ~50 A, an argon pressure of ~4 mm Hg, and a mercury vapor pressure of ~10?3 mm Hg was studied using optical spectroscopy and radio physics methods. It is found that the lifetime of this plasma after the end of the discharge pulse is up to 10?2 s. It is shown that such an abnormally long lifetime of such an afterglow plasma, as compared to the plasma of an argon discharge without an admixture of mercury vapor, is related to the long residence time of atoms and ions of both argon and mercury in highly excited states due to chemi-ionization processes involving long-lived metastable argon ions. It is suggested that dissociative recombination of highly excited molecular ions of argon play an important role in the transfer of excitation to argon atoms and ions that are close to autoionization states.  相似文献

Mercury (Hg2+) is a natural element present in foods such as fish, water and soil. Exposure to mercury leads to severe toxic effects on the nervous, digestive, and immune systems. Here, a novel, green, and environmentally friendly fluorescent probe decorated with cysteine/MnO2 quantum dots (Cys@MnO2 QDs) was synthesized. This synthesis was carried out using a simple ultrasound technique with the aid of cysteine for fabricating Cys@MnO2 QDs to estimate Hg levels in fish and water samples. In this morphological study, Cys@MnO2 QDs were fully characterized using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, zeta potential analysis, fluorescence, ultraviolet–visible and infrared spectroscopy. The fluorescence of the synthesized Cys@MnO2 QDs was significantly quenched by gradually increasing the Hg(II) concentration. The quenching mechanism based on the Hg–S bonds strengthened the utility of the Cys@MnO2 QDs as a novel luminescent nanoprobe. The estimation of Hg was linear in the concentration range 0.7–100.0 ng mL−1 with a limit of quantitation equal to 0.30 ng mL−1. The Cys@MnO2 QDs are fluorescent probes with various benefits such as speed, ease of use, cost- effective, and being environmentally friendly; they are easily applied in food manufacturing and for public health improvement.  相似文献

Of 24 fungi belonging to more than five genera isolated from tubers of rotten Helianthus tuberosus, 11-inulinolytic active isolates were able to develop halo zones around their fungal colonies, indicating inulinase activity. Alternaria, Aspergillus, Fusarium, Pencillium and Trichoderma were the most common inulinolytic genera, representing more than 90?% of the total positive inulinolytic fungi. Aspergillus tamarii and Pencillium citrinum quantitatively recorded better growth (5.5 and 4.7?mg?ml?1) and inulinase production (21.53 and 20.15?U?ml?1) in submerged culture. The enzyme preparation showed also invertase activity. Aspergillus tamarii, as the most potent producer of inulinase, was identified using the Inter Transcribed Spacer marker. The sequence comparisons showed that our molecularly identified strain (GU295949) is related more closely to A. tamarii strains of the gene bank. Statistical screening using the fractional factorial Plackett-Burman design with 12 run was applied for screening ten variables, the low levels of pH (4.8), inoculum size (103 spore?g?1), NH4NO3 (1.0?mg?g?1) and MgSO4 (0.12?mg?g?1), were the most significant variables on A. tamarii inulinase production. The high inulinase/invertase ratio (1.841?C4.293) classified the enzyme preparation as inulinases, which can be used efficiently in production of fructose syrup from tubers of H. tuberosus.  相似文献

The present study is aimed at investigating the role of growth irradiance in determining the extent of mercury (Hg) toxicity on various physiological parameters viz. growth, pigment contents, photosynthesis, respiration, 14CO2 fixation, photosynthetic electron transport, photorespiration and enzyme activity of cyanobacterium Nostoc muscorum. A general decline was observed in all these parameters with increasing concentration of Hg except for carotenoids content and respiratory activity which exhibited significant enhancement. This effect was more pronounced in high light (130???mol photon m?2?s?1) exposed cells as compared to normal (70???mol photon m?2?s?1) and low (10???mol photon m?2?s?1) light exposed cells. Among the photosynthetic electron transport activities, whole chain was found to be more sensitive than photosystem II (PSII) and photosystem I (PSI). 14CO2 fixation was more affected as compared to O2 evolution when exposed to Hg and different light intensities. Photorespiratory activity, which is an index of protecting organisms from light-induced damage, also showed a similar declining trend. Enzyme assay revealed that among the carboxylating enzymes, activity of RUBISCO was more severely inhibited than PEPCase. Thus, these results suggest that Hg itself was toxic at all tested concentrations and high light intensity augmented its toxicity in N. muscorum inhibiting the growth, pigment contents and photosynthetic activity of the organism.  相似文献

In this study, mercury (Hg) concentrations in dustfall and topsoil were investigated. Three hundred forty-four samples were collected, including dustfall and topsoil samples, across an area of ~180 km2 in Wuda, China. Dustfall Hg concentration in Wuda ranged from 10 to 6453 ng·g?1, with an average of 305 ng·g?1, and topsoil Hg concentration ranged from 3 to 1537 ng·g?1, with an average value of 135 ng·g?1. The average dustfall Hg concentrations in the coalfield, industrial park, and urban areas were 289 ng·g?1, 809 ng·g?1, and 160 ng·g?1, respectively, and the corresponding average topsoil Hg concentrations were 216 ng·g?1, 242 ng·g?1, and 91 ng·g?1. Hg concentrations were significantly higher in the coalfield, industrial park, and urban areas compared with background values for Wuda and China tide soil. The coal Hg concentrations ranged from 273 to 346 ng·g?1, with an average value of 317 ng·g?1. Comparison of the Hg concentrations of Wuda coal with other regions and countries, indicated that Hg concentrations were significantly enriched in coal, highlighting that coal is the primary Hg source for Wuda District. While coal fires provided the primary source of Hg, some higher Hg values were caused by factors such as gangue hills and coalfield topography, the use of activated carbon with HgCl2 as a catalyst in the industrial park, and several coal washeries in wasteland areas. In addition to atmospheric Hg, underground coal seam emissions served as another potential Hg source in the coalfield. The surface soil Hg in the coalfield and industrial park areas should be given closer attention in the future.  相似文献

Stable anaerobic resistance of Tritrichomonas foetus to metronidazole was induced in vitro by cultivation of trichomonads in the Diamond's TYM medium with metronidazole in concentrations sublethal to the parasites. Nine metronidazole-resistant strains were derived from four drug-susceptible clones of the T. foetus strain KV-1. Subculturing the parasites at both increasing and constant pressure of the drug resulted in development of resistance if the medium contained at least 3 μg ml?1 of metronidazole and the organisms were exposed to the drug for 3 to 8 months. The development of resistance was gradual and in all clones investigated proceeded through similar sequence of stages: (1) Survival without growth and subsequent reproduction at low metronidazole concentrations (1 to 5 μg ml?1. (2) Survival and reproduction at moderate concentrations of the drug (10 to 15 μg ml?1. (3) Resistance to 100 μg ml?1 metronidazole, unstable in absence of selective pressure of the drug. (4) Resistance to high concentrations of metronidazole, stable when the organisms were maintained under nonselective conditions. The trichomonads with fully developed resistance were able to grow in anaerobic culture at 100 μg ml?1 metronidazole and could be maintained indefinitely under these conditions. The minimal lethal concentrations for metronidazole obtained with these strains in an anaerobic in vitro assay were, at 48 h, 500 to 1000 μg ml?1. This is 100 to 400 times higher than those obtained with the parent clones. The fully developed resistance was stable in organisms maintained in the absence of the drug over 2 years. The substrains with unstable resistance regained the susceptibility to high concentrations of metronidazole after 80 to 100 transfers in drug-free media. These strains, however, retained their resistance to moderate doses of metronidazole and full resistance could be restored by subculture in the presence of 10 μ ml?1 metronidazole.  相似文献

Aims: To investigate the transfer of antibiotic resistance from a donor Salmonella Typhimurium DT104 strain to a recipient Escherichia coli K12 strain. Methods and Results: Mating experiments were conducted in broth, milk and ground meat (beef) at incubation temperatures of 4, 15, 25 and 37°C for 18 and 36 h. Ampicillin‐resistance transfer was observed at similar frequencies in all transfer media at 25 and 37°C (10?4 to 10?5 log10 CFU ml g?1, transconjugants per recipient) for 18 h. At 15°C, transfer was observed in ground meat in the recipient strain (10?6, log10 CFU g?1, transconjugants per recipient), but not in broth or milk. At 4°C, transfer did not occur in any of the examined mediums. Further analysis of the E. coli K12 nalR transconjugant strain revealed the presence of a newly acquired plasmid (21 kbp) bearing the β‐lactamase gene blaTEM. Transconjugants isolated on the basis of resistance to ampicillin did not acquire any other resistant markers. Conclusion: This study demonstrates the transfer of antibiotic resistance in food matrices at mid‐range temperatures. Significance and Impact of the Study: It highlights the involvement of food matrices in the dissemination of antibiotic‐resistant genes and the evolution of antibiotic‐resistant bacteria.  相似文献

Five subgroups of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) were detected by PCR in three macrophyte rhizospheres (Polygonum densiflorum, Hymenachne donacifolia, and Ludwigia helminthorriza) and three subgroups in Eichhornia crassipes from La Granja, a floodplain lake from the upper Madeira basin. The SRB community varied according to the macrophyte species but with different degrees of association with their roots. The rhizosphere of the C4 plant Polygonum densiflorum had higher frequencies of SRB subgroups as well as higher mercury methylation potentials (27.5 to 36.1%) and carbon (16.06 ± 5.40%), nitrogen (2.03 ± 0.64%), Hg (94.50 ± 6.86 ng Hg g−1), and methylmercury (8.25 ± 1.45 ng Hg g−1) contents than the rhizosphere of the C3 plant Eichhornia crassipes. Mercury methylation in Polygonum densiflorum and Eichhornia crassipes was reduced when SRB metabolism was inhibited by sodium molybdate.  相似文献

A method of gene transfer to elite indica rice cultivars (BPT5204, IW-Ponni and CR1009) by microinjecting the embryonic shoot apical meristem (ESAM) of seeds with Agrobacterium is described. The ESAM microinjected with Agrobacterium cells containing binary plasmid was incubated in co-cultivation media at 28°C for 3?days in the dark and subsequently transferred to selection medium with appropriate supplements and antibiotic. The frequency of gene transfer under various concentrations of Agrobacterium and acetosyringone used were analyzed by staining for the presence of the marker enzyme ??-glucuronidase (GUS) carried as part of the binary plasmid and growth in the presence of antibiotic hygromycin. Results of this investigation show that the maximum efficiency of gene transfer took place when Agrobacterium was used at an OD600 of 0.3 and grown in the presence of 20?mg?1?1 acetosyringone.  相似文献
