生态位理论已成为现代生态学的重要内容。在生态位概念百年演变史中,“空间生态位”、“功能生态位”与“多维超体积生态位”最具代表性。生态位宽度和生态位重叠是描述物种内和物种间生态位关系最重要的2个指标。本文系统总结了生态位概念的演变历史及其主要测度公式在昆虫生态学中的应用概况;并就如何利用生态位理论,开展害虫综合治理提出了几点看法;最后就生态位理论在昆虫生态学中存在的问题及应用前景进行了分析和展望。合理利用生态位理论,将为切实制定有害生物综合治理策略和探讨外来入侵物种种群形成机理等方面提供理论指导。  相似文献

根据2011年5月、8月、10月和12月莱州湾底拖网调查资料,对该海域鱼类群落优势种的生态位进行了研究。结果表明,全年调查共捕获鱼类49种,各季节优势种种类数分别为春季3种,夏季5种,秋季3种,冬季4种。夏、冬季优势种的丛生指数较低,春、秋季较高;冬、春季优势种的平均拥挤度较低,夏、秋季较高。基于欧氏距离的优势种丰度聚类结果同优势度排序结果吻合。主成分分析(PCA)表明,青鳞小沙丁鱼(Sardinella zunasi)和赤鼻棱鳀(Thryssa kammalensis)分别是影响第一轴和第二轴的主要种类。绯鱼衔(Callionymus beniteguri)、鲬(Platycephalus indicus)、髭缟虾虎鱼(Tridentiger barbatus)和短吻红舌鳎(Cynoglossus joyneri)是时空二维生态位宽度最高的种类(2)。时空生态位显著重叠(0.6)的种类有7组,其中银姑鱼(Pennahia argentata)和皮氏叫姑鱼(Johnius belengerii)重叠值最高(0.798)。δ~(13)C值变幅(CR)最大的种类为斑鱼祭(Konosirus punctatus),δ~(15)N值变幅(NR)最大的种类为青鳞小沙丁鱼;青鳞小沙丁鱼和鱼祭生态位总面积超过20,皮氏叫姑鱼生态位总面积最小(1.38)且与其他优势种营养生态位重叠较高。等级聚类、排序、PCA和优势种排序结果较一致,而与时空生态位宽度分析结果差异较大,表明莱州湾鱼类群落结构受洄游鱼类的影响较大。时空生态位宽度较高的种类主要为集群特征不明显的周年定居种(绯鱼衔、鲬、短吻红舌鳎等底层鱼类),而季节洄游种(青鳞小沙丁鱼、鱼祭、赤鼻棱鳀等中上层鱼类)因时间生态位宽度较低导致时空生态位宽度较低。时空生态位和营养生态位分析表明,生态位重叠导致的资源利用性竞争并不是导致莱州湾鱼类群落结构现状的决定性因素,而更多可能是人为干扰形成的。  相似文献

The family Profundulidae is a group of small-sized fish species distributed between southern Mexico and Honduras, where they are frequently the only fish representatives at higher elevations in the basins where they occur. We characterized their ecological niche using different methods and metrics drawn from niche modelling and by re-examining phylogenetic relationships of a recently published molecular phylogeny of this family to gain a better understanding of its biogeographic and evolutionary history. We assessed both lines of evidence from the perspective of niche conservatism to set a foundation for discussing hypotheses about the processes underlying the distribution and evolution of the group. In fish clades where the species composition is not clear, we examined whether niche classification could be informative to discriminate groups geographically and ecologically consistent with any of the different hypotheses of valid species. The characterization of the ecological niche was carried out using the Maxent algorithm under different parameterizations and the projection of the presence on the main components of the most relevant environmental coverage, and the niche comparison was calculated with two indices (D and I), both in environmental space and in that projected geographically. With the molecular data, a species tree was generated using the *BEAST method. The comparison of these data was calculated with an age-overlap correlation test. Based on the molecular phylogeny and on niche overlap analyses, we uncovered strong evidence to support the idea that ecologically similar species are not necessarily sister species. The correlation analysis for genetic distance and niche overlap was not significant (P > 0.05). In clades with taxonomic conflicts, we only identified Profundulus oaxacae as a geographically and ecologically distinct group from P. punctatus. All the evidence considered leads us to propose that Profundulidae do not show evidence of niche conservatism and that there are reasons to consider P. oaxacae as a valid species. Our study suggests that niche divergence is a driving evolutionary force that caused the diversification and speciation processes of the Profundulidae, along with the geological and climatic events that promoted the expansion or contraction of suitable environments.  相似文献

2008年9月-2009年2月,在江西官山国家级自然保护区对白颈长尾雉(Syrmaticus ellioti)和白鹇(Lophura nycthemera)及其栖息地生态因子进行调查,通过8个资源轴分析了2个种的多维生态位宽度、重叠及种间竞争.结果表明,白鹇和白颈长尾雉综合空间生态位宽度分别仅为0.268和0.294;白鹇的海拔和坡度空间生态位大于白颈长尾雉.而白颈长尾雉的坡向生态位宽度大于白鹇,在其他资源轴上二者接近;白颈长尾雉和白鹇的栖息地生态位相似性为0.425,竞争系数为0.584,竞争比较激烈.应加强低海拔地区植被及水源的保护,减少人为干扰.  相似文献

Climate may play important roles in speciation, such as causing the range fragmentation that underlies allopatric speciation (through niche conservatism) or driving divergence of parapatric populations along climatic gradients (through niche divergence). Here, we developed new methods to test the frequency of climate niche conservatism and divergence in speciation, and applied it to species pairs of squamate reptiles (lizards and snakes). We used a large‐scale phylogeny to identify 242 sister species pairs for analysis. From these, we selected all terrestrial allopatric pairs with sufficient occurrence records (= 49 pairs) and inferred whether each originated via climatic niche conservatism or climatic niche divergence. Among the 242 pairs, allopatric pairs were most common (41.3%), rather than parapatric (19.4%), partially sympatric (17.7%), or fully sympatric species pairs (21.5%). Among the 49 selected allopatric pairs, most appeared to have originated via climatic niche divergence (61–76%, depending on the details of the methods). Surprisingly, we found greater climatic niche divergence between allopatric sister species than between parapatric pairs, even after correcting for geographic distance. We also found that niche divergence did not increase with time, further implicating niche divergence in driving lineage splitting. Overall, our results suggest that climatic niche divergence may often play an important role in allopatric speciation, and the methodology developed here can be used to address the generality of these findings in other organisms.  相似文献

基于天宝岩国家级自然保护区内长苞铁杉群落的调查数据 ,以不同高度作为一维资源位状态 ,以个体多度为生态位计测的资源状态指标 ,对群落中的 1 2个优势树种进行了生态位的计测和分析。结果表明 ,长苞铁杉具有较大的生态位宽度值 ,具有一定的稳定性 ;各优势树种 ,均表现出一定程度的对环境适应的相似性和生态位重叠。长苞铁杉与阳性树种柳杉、耐荫树种中偏阳性树种木荷之间的生态位相似性和生态位重叠值比与耐荫性树种深山含笑、细叶青冈之间的都要大。这些分析结果为珍稀濒危植物长苞铁杉的保护提供了科学依据  相似文献

采用Levins生态位宽度及重叠、Shannon-Wiener生态位宽度测度式,定量分析福建三明钩栲群落8个主要伴生树种的生态位宽度、生态位重叠。结果表明,该群落中优势种的生态位宽度值均普遍较大;生态位宽的种群对生态位窄的种群可能有较大的重叠值,反之则低;揭示钩栲的生态位特征及空间分布格局,对今后生产实践具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

肺脏是个开放的复杂器官,覆盖其表面的上皮细胞持续暴露在病原微生物和大气污染物中,最易受到损伤,因而关于它的结构和功能修复问题一直是研究的热点。成体干细胞具有多向分化潜能,在不同niche的作用下可以分化成不同的细胞。肺脏的不同区域含有不同的干细胞,而且这些上皮干细胞在某些特定的条件下可以产生增殖和转分化,因而这些不同水平的干细胞可以通过不同的修复方式来实施肺脏结构和功能的维持和修复,但这些干细胞的来源及其在肺脏修复中的作用和机制并不十分清楚。因此对肺脏成体干细胞的研究进展进行综述以期对肺脏的修复有一个新的认识。  相似文献

为了解昆承湖优势种鱼类资源利用情况,首先利用生态位方法计算了时间、空间及营养三个资源维度的生态位宽度及重叠值,然后根据时空-营养生态位宽度值将优势种鱼类划分为广位种、中位种和窄位种,最后讨论了生态位宽度及重叠的可能原因。结果显示:刀鲚Coilia nasus、蒙古鲌Chanodichthys mongolicus、似鱎Toxabramis swinhonis、似鳊Pseudobrama simoni、鳙Hypophthalmichthys nobilis、鲢Hypophthalmichthys molitrix、花鱼骨Hemibarbus maculatus、似刺鳊鮈Paracanthobrama guichenoti、大鳍鱊Acheilognathus macropterus和鲫Carassius auratus为优势种。在时间维度:鲢的生态位宽度最大,似鳊的最小;生态位重叠具有显著意义的有24对,占总的53.33%。在空间维度,似刺鳊鮈最大,鲢最小;生态位重叠具有显著意义的有36对,占总的80%。在营养维度,最大的为鲫,最小的为花鱼骨;生态位重叠具有显著意义的有8对,占17.78%...  相似文献

Differences in life-history traits between tropical and temperate lineages are often attributed to differences in their climatic niche dynamics. For example, the more frequent appearance of migratory behaviour in temperate-breeding species than in species originally breeding in the tropics is believed to have resulted partly from tropical climatic stability and niche conservatism constraining tropical species from shifting their ranges. However, little is known about the patterns and processes underlying climatic niche evolution in migrant and resident animals. We evaluated the evolution of overlap in climatic niches between seasons and its relationship to migratory behaviour in the Parulidae, a family of New World passerine birds. We used ordination methods to measure seasonal niche overlap and niche breadth of 54 resident and 49 migrant species and used phylogenetic comparative methods to assess patterns of climatic niche evolution. We found that despite travelling thousands of kilometres, migrants tracked climatic conditions across the year to a greater extent than tropical residents. Migrant species had wider niches than resident species, although residents as a group occupied a wider climatic space and niches of migrants and residents overlapped extensively. Neither breeding latitude nor migratory distance explained variation among species in climatic niche overlap between seasons. Our findings support the notion that tropical species have narrower niches than temperate-breeders, but does not necessarily constrain their ability to shift or expand their geographical ranges and become migratory. Overall, the tropics may have been historically less likely to experience the suite of components that generate strong selection pressures for the evolution of migratory behaviour.  相似文献

国内对生态位和种间关联性的研究主要集中于植物、鸟类和游泳动物群落等方面,而针对鱼类生态位和种间关联性研究鲜有报道.本文基于2015年春季(5月)和秋季(9月)温州南部沿岸海域渔业资源调查与渔获物分析,运用生态位测定、方差比率(VR)、χ2检验、联结系数(AC)、种对共同出现百分率(PC)和点相关系数(Ф)等方法对主要鱼类间的关系进行研究.结果表明: 该海域共鉴定出鱼类47种,隶属于9目27科41属,其中优势种4种,重要种9种,共占17%.通过生态位宽度聚类分析,按生态位宽度将主要鱼类划分为2类:第1类广生态位种包括龙头鱼、棘头梅童鱼、日本鳀、镰鲳、白姑鱼、六指马鲅、蓝圆鲹和带鱼;第2类狭生态位种包括海鳗、六丝矛尾鰕虎鱼、宽体舌鳎、小黄鱼和鳓.主要鱼类间的生态位重叠值为0~0.90,表明物种对资源利用的相似程度存在差异.生态位宽度较窄的宽体舌鳎和海鳗,其重叠值相对较高,说明两个物种间存在一定的竞争.利用VR分析得出主要鱼类间的关联性呈显著正相关.鉴于Ф值能降低χ2检验、联结系数(AC)、种对共同出现百分率(PC)对联结性分析的影响,故采用Ф值测定,得出63个种对为正联结,种间联结性和生态位两者分别与群落结构稳定和群落更替具有不同程度的相关性.  相似文献

根据陕北黄龙林区辽东栎群落30个样地资料,通过聚类对该群落进行了类型划分,共划分为6个群丛,分别为A.辽东栎(Quercus liaotungensis)-土庄绣线菊(Spiraea pubescens)、B.辽东栎-虎榛子(Ostryopsis davidiana)、c.辽东栎-胡枝子(Lespedeza bicolor)、D.辽东栎.水枸子(Cotoneasten multtflorus)、E.辽东栎-白刺花(Sophora viciifolia)、F.辽东栎-黄蔷薇(Rosa hugonis)。另外,对各类型辽东栎林和不同坡向辽东栎群落的生物多样性进行了计算,结果表明各群落Whittaker多样性指数存在明显的差异,并与其所处的生境条件密切相关,其中与坡向关系较大,即北坡〉西北坡〉东南坡〉西南坡〉南坡。最后,对辽东栎林乔木层和灌木层组成种类生态位和生态位重叠进行了计算分析,结果表明,乔木层,辽东栎、油松、白桦不仅生态位宽度较大(LB值1.2—1.5),而且三者之间的生态位重叠值也较大(0ik值0.7—0.9);在现演替阶段它们之间存在着较为激烈的资源利用性竞争;灌木层,土庄绣线菊、榛子、铁杆蒿、黄蔷薇生态位宽度较大(LB〉1),而葱皮忍冬、南蛇藤、鼠李、鞘柄菝葜较小(LB为0.4—0.45);生态位重叠值〉0.8的种对仅占灌木计算种对的2.8%,而〈0.6的种对占87.4%。  相似文献

采用Levins生态位宽度公式和Petrailis生态位特定重叠指数测定了汾河水库和河道中 5 0个主要硅藻种的生态位宽度和生态位重叠 ,并对生态位宽度和生态位重叠的关系进行了初步探讨 ,结果表明 ,着生硅藻中的原子舟形藻、眼斑小环藻、平卧桥弯藻、尖菱形藻、短小舟形藻、线形曲壳藻、阿尔夫舟形藻等生态位最大 ,浮游硅藻中 ,以具星小环藻、团聚小环藻、眼斑小环藻生态位最宽 ;同时表明 ,生态位宽度大的种与其它种的生态位重叠也较大。生态位重叠表明 ,着生硅藻中 ,生态位重叠普遍偏高 ,河道中 ,清洁水体指示种普通等片藻进攻性最强 ,水库中以α -中污和 β-中污带生物比索曲壳藻进攻性最高。从生态位普遍重叠指数分析 ,浮游硅藻明显小于着生硅藻 ,表明浮游生境下 ,硅藻分化明显 ,着生环境中 ,硅藻对资源利用充分  相似文献

台州玉环北部沿岸海域主要游泳动物生态位和种间联结性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
基于2016年11月(秋季)和2017年4月(春季)在玉环北部沿岸海域渔业调查所获的数据资料,运用相对重要性指数(IRI)、生态位宽度、生态位重叠、方差比率法、X2 检验、联结系数(AC)、Jaccard指数(JI)、点相关系数(Φ)和Spearman秩相关系数等方法对主要游泳动物物种间的生态位和种间联结性进行研究.结果表明: 三疣梭子蟹的生态位宽度值最大,占绝对竞争优势;重要经济种类刀鲚与长蛸的生态位宽度值最小,处于弱势竞争地位.该海域主要游泳动物生态位重叠程度不均匀,可能是由于生活环境多样化所致.总体联结性分析表明,本海域物种之间呈不显著负关联. X2检验、AC、JI结果均与总体联结性的结果一致且物种之间趋于独立.Φ和Spearman秩相关系数的结果显示,正联结的种对多于负联结的种对,可能是由于所捕获的大个体海鳗对其他物种产生空间排斥,使得其余14个物种组成的种对间多呈现正联结所致.根据Spearman秩相关系数计算结果,采用聚类分析方法将15个物种分为5个生态种组:同一生态种组内,各物种对生境具有相似的生态适应性要求;不同生态种组的物种之间则具有不同的生活习性和不同的生态要求.  相似文献

舟山长白海域主要游泳动物生态位及其分化研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
基于2016年10月(秋季)和2017年4月(春季)舟山长白海域的渔业资源调查数据,运用生态位宽度、生态位重叠及冗余分析等方法,研究了主要游泳动物的生态位,种间生态关系及生态位分化。结果显示:春、秋季主要游泳动物分别11种与8种,两季生态位宽度值差异均较大,其中春季广生态位种、中生态位种均为3种,而秋季均为2种,窄生态位种分别为5种与4种。相对重要性指数(IRI)与生态位宽度值(Bi)之间呈显著正相关。生态位重叠程度不均衡,秋季主要游泳动物的生态位重叠程度较高,Oik > 0.6的种对数占总种对数的42.86%;春季的重叠程度较低,仅占总种对数的21.82%。RDA分析得出温度、盐度为影响主要游泳动物分布的直接因素,而溶解氧、悬浮物和pH等则为重要因素,主要游泳动物在这些资源维上存在生态分化现象。综上,分布在毗邻杭州湾口且位于著名的岱衢洋的主要游泳动物种类总体营养级较低却生态宽度值较大,大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)、黄姑鱼(Nibea albiflora)等一些传统的高营养级、典型特色经济种类却沦为生态位宽度极小的一般种或少有种,群落种类显著减少,资源量下降,群落结构与功能退化,稳定性下降。因此,加强游泳动物资源修复、保护与管理十分迫切且具有重要意义。  相似文献

In Chile, all necrotic arachnidism is attributed to the Chilean recluse spider Loxosceles laeta (Nicolet) (Araneae: Sicariidae). It is predated by the spitting spider Scytodes globula (Nicolet) (Araneae: Scytodidae). The biology of each of these species is not well known and it is important to clarify their distributions. The aims of this study are to elucidate the variables involved in the niches of both species based on environmental and human footprint variables, and to construct geographic maps that will be useful in estimating potential distributions and in defining a map of estimated risk for loxoscelism in Chile. Loxosceles laeta was found to be associated with high temperatures and low rates of precipitation, whereas although S. globula was also associated with high temperatures, its distribution was associated with a higher level of precipitation. The main variable associated with the distribution of L. laeta was the human footprint (48.6%), which suggests that this is a highly invasive species. Similarly to other species, the distribution of L. laeta reaches its southern limit at the Los Lagos region in Chile, which coincides with high levels of precipitation and low temperatures. The potential distribution of L. laeta in Chile corresponds to the distribution of cases of loxoscelism.  相似文献

基于对秦岭山区濒危植物秦岭冷杉(Abies chensiensis)分布群落的样地调查,采用定量分析的方法,研究了秦岭冷杉群落中主要种群的生态位宽度、生态位相似性比例和生态位重叠,结果表明:(1)分别用Levins和Shannon-weiner两指数测得的主要种群的生态位宽度结果基本一致,即乔木、灌木和草本层中生态位宽度最大的依次为秦岭冷杉、箭竹(Sinarundinaria nitida)和苔草(Carex lanceolata),秦岭冷杉与生态位宽度值大的种群易形成混交林;(2)生态位宽度较高的两个种群,种对相似性比例一般较高;(3)秦岭冷杉群落中各主要种群之间的生态位重叠程度较低,表明种群对群落环境资源的分享比较充分,群落处于相对稳定状态。  相似文献

对麻姑山马尾松纯林的虫生真菌群落进行了调查研究,共发现了3科6属14种。该林区虫生真菌群落的主要成分是环链棒束孢、球孢白僵菌和粉棒束孢,虫生菌种类较少,较为单一。对3种优势虫生真菌环链棒束孢、球孢白僵菌和粉棒束孢的营养、时间及营养-时间二维生态位进行了分析。结果表明,环链棒束孢与粉棒束孢的营养生态位重叠度最大,与球孢白僵菌时间生态重叠度最大。而球孢白僵菌的营养生态位宽度、时间生态位宽度和营养-时间二维生态位宽度都为最大。球孢白僵菌在自然界中发生时间长,分布范围广,寄主昆虫丰富,生存能力强的实际情况也支持这一分析结果。  相似文献
