目的:探讨血压、血脂、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与脑梗死发病危险性的相关性,为及时防止脑梗死的发病及早期诊断脑梗死提供理论依据。方法:采用回顾性病例对照研究,用全自动生化分析仪器检测各项生化指标,并运用SPSS 20.0软件包对256例脑梗死患者和216例健康对照者的血生化指标进行统计分析。同时,将脑梗死组分为三组:单纯脑梗死组、合并高血压组、合并糖尿病组,分别与正常对照组进行血脂水平的分析比较。结果:血压、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇酯(HDL-C)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、血糖、hs-CRP水平和总胆固醇/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(TC/HDL-C)比值在病例组和对照组间有显著性差异(P0.05)。同时,在三组不同的病例组中血脂(TC、TG、LDL-C、TC/HDL-C)水平和HCY水平明显高于正常对照组,而HDL-C水平则明显低于对照组。(P0.05)。结论:高血压、高血糖、HCY、hs-CRP水平增高及血脂异常均与脑梗死发病危险性相关,联合检测上述指标对预防及治疗脑梗死均有重要意义。  相似文献

Abstract

Total T lymphocytes and their subsets CD3+8+, CD3M+, CD4+45R+, respectively TCRab+ and TCRgd+ cells as well as CD19+B cells exhibited significantly circadian variations in venous blood from healthy men with peak times between 23.00 to 24.00 h, respectively around 21.00 h. Natural killer (NK) cells peaked between 11.00 and 12.00 h insignificantly. A similar inverse relationship was found between T (B) cells and plasma levels of ACTH, cortisol and human growth hormone, whereas NK cells and prolactin levels may be related in another way.  相似文献

The viscosity of blood, measured by the usual viscometers in which slip is not considered, is found to be flow dependent, varying markedly with shear rate, pressure gradient, and vessel diameter in the lower ranges of these factors. The study postulates, on grounds thought reasonable, that slip may be present in blood flow, as a function of the nature of the wall surfaces, shear stress at the wall, and relative cell volume (RCV) adjacent to the wall. It presumes that blood possesses a specific, flow-independent viscosity, and determines theoretically the viscosity indications of viscometers if blood slipped in the instruments. The study shows that if the slip function is of a certain plausible form, these viscosity indications would exhibit a flow dependence of much the same pattern as the actual indications supplied by the usual viscometers. The slip postulate permits, therefore, an interpretation of the “anomalous” flow behavior of blood, dispensing with the prevailing assumption of an ad hoc variability of its viscosity with flow factors. To the extent that viscometric data for blood may be representative of other non-newtonian fluids, the slip postulate may be applicable to these fluids.  相似文献

目的:了解罗格列酮(Rosiglitazone)处理果糖饲养的SD大鼠后对肝、肾功能,血常规的影响。方法:将24只成年健康SD大鼠随机分为A、B两组。A组持续喂高果糖饲料1月后再随机分为:①高果糖饲养组;②果糖饲养同时用罗格列酮处理组。B组喂标准饲料1月后随机分为:①对照组;②罗格列酮处理组。采用氧化酶法、放免法等技术方法测定大鼠的空腹血糖、血脂、胰岛素水平,肝功能,肾功能,血常规等指标。结果:与对照组相比:果糖饲养组大鼠直接胆红素、总胆红素、间接胆红素、血糖、胰岛素、总胆固醇、甘油三酯等指标均升高;而总蛋白、钾、钠、氯、胰岛素敏感指数等指标均下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而罗格列酮处理组中总胆红素、间接胆红素、尿酸和尿素/肌酐等指标均升高;而总蛋白、球蛋白、钾、钠、氨水平、甘油三酯、血常规细胞数、血红蛋白均下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与果糖饲养组相比,果糖饲养罗格列酮处理组的总胆红素、直接胆红素、谷草转氨酶、间接胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、总胆固醇均升高;而胰岛素、甘油三酯、钙离子水平均下降差异均具有统计学意义,且前面三个指标的差异更明显(P<0.05)。结论:罗格列酮在治疗过程中虽改善了果糖饲养SD大鼠所引起的胰岛素抵抗,但会加重肝肾功能障碍;对机体有一定的毒副作用。  相似文献

目的:对羊血进行提取SOD。方法:采用有机溶剂去除血红蛋白、热变性、丙酮沉淀、DEAE-32离子交换柱层析的方法,对羊红细胞Cu,Zn-SOD进行分离纯化。利用非变性凝胶电泳NBT活性染色鉴定SOD,SDS-PAGE测定分子量。结果:表明1 000ml羊血中得到SOD干粉1 257mg,总活力为79 453U,比活力为3 871.4U/mg。活性染色结果证明羊血SOD有2条带,表明已达到电泳纯。SDS-PAGE测得SOD亚基分子量分别为16.71kDa、15.97kDa。H2O2对羊血CuZn-SOD活性有抑制作用,通过紫外光谱扫描,羊血SOD在231nm处有最大吸收峰。  相似文献
