采用国际上通用的营养评价方法,对绣球菌[Sparassis crispa(Wulf.)Fr.]子实体进行了蛋白质营养价值评价。结果为绣球菌子实体的粗蛋白质含量为12.9%,氨基酸总量为9.33%,其中必需氨基酸含量占氨基酸总量的33.9%。绣球菌的赖氨酸为第一限制氨基酸,苏氨酸相对过剩。绣球菌子实体蛋白质的化学评分(CS)、氨基酸评价(AAS)、必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)、生物价(BV)、营养指数(NI)和氨基酸比值系数分(SRCAA)分别为80.9,87.3,78.3,73.6,10.1和87.9。绣球菌的营养价值高于松口蘑(Tricholoma matsutake)和茶树菇(A-grocybe aegerita)。因此,绣球菌子实体是良好的菌类蛋白源。  相似文献

绣球菌菌丝在蛋白胨培养基中生长最佳,硫酸铵、尿素、复合肥对菌丝生长有抑制作用。选用基础培养基或在基础培养基中添加0.3%蛋白胨作为绣球菌母种培养基较为合适。栽培料中添加淀粉可促进绣球菌的生长,接种50d后观察发现,添加新鲜去皮马铃薯块比马铃薯淀粉效果好,前者100%菌袋出现原基,后者只有50%菌袋出现原基,且原基正处在胶质片时期。添加大米淀粉,小麦淀粉效果与马铃薯块接近,甘薯淀粉与马铃薯淀粉效果接近。  相似文献

Fructification and yield of the edible mushrooms Pleurotus pulmonarius and Stropharia rugosoannulata are clearly enhanced when wheat straw is supplemented with 30% Lolium perenne grass chaff. The bioactive compound in the methanol extract of grass chaff was identified as beta-adenosine. In vitro biological activity tests showed that 0.012 mg of beta-adenosine per ml of medium stimulated earlier fructification of Pleurotus pulmonarius. Mushroom fruiting trials showed that when 12 mg beta-adenosine was added to 1 kg wet wheat straw, primordia of Pleurotus pulmonarius appeared two days earlier and primordia of Stropharia rugosoannulata appeared 18 days earlier when compared to pure wheat straw substrate. This concentration of beta-adenosine had no impact on the mushroom yield of Pleurotus, but resulted in a 2.2 fold increase in yield for Stropharia. beta-Adenosine at 25 mg per kg wet wheat straw increased the yield of Pleurotus with 52% and the yield of Stropharia with 258%, but this concentration delayed primordial formation in Pleurotus.  相似文献

Phylogenies based on ITS and LSU sequences show that the Sparassis crispa complex comprises several monophyletic clades, in some cases co\rresponding to named taxa (i.e. S. crispa, S. radicata), but others lacking names (i.e. eastern and southwestern North American S. “crispa”). In our study, morphological examination of numerous collections also distinguished subtle differences correlated with geographic distribution. Underlying these problems, several taxa lacked type specimens for taxonomic analysis. In this paper, appropriate epitypes are designated and names assigned. Extensive sexual compatibility experiments, described within, indicate that monokaryon, haploid isolates of collections from North America and Europe are consistently sexually compatible to some degree. Inherent in the study, different “species concepts” were tested, with the “biological species concept,” based on sexual compatibility, being the least restrictive. We propose two new taxa, S. americana and S. americana f. arizonica.  相似文献

Cauliflower mushroom (Sparassis latifolia or S. crispa) is popular for food and medicine. Importance of new varieties of Sparassis was raised and studied widely by protection system of UPOV. In this study, 10 crossbred strains of Sparassis latifolia that specifically expressed distinctive features during basidiocarp formation and mycelium growth were applied to sawdust medium inoculated with S. latifolia mycelia. The 10 crossbred strains were divided into 3 groups on the basis of morphological (size of marginal wave and basidiocarp color) and genetic characteristics. Each phenotype of the parent and crossbred strains represented 3 marginal wave-sizes (large, medium, and small) and 3 color notations (NN155D, 163C, and 8D). Our result suggests that morphological characteristics of cauliflower mushroom can be affected by various environmental and genetic stimuli under artificial conditions such as crossbreed. Also this research showed genetic differences among breeding isolates and their morphological characteristics were correlated with the molecular data within parent and crossed strain.  相似文献

SCG, a purified beta-d-glucan, obtained from Sparassis crispa, exhibits various biological activities including an antitumor effect, enhancement of the hematopoietic response in cyclophosphamide-induced leukopenic mice, and induction of the production of cytokines. The mechanisms of these effects have been extensively investigated; however, an unambiguous structural characterization of SCG is yet to be achieved. It is well accepted that the biological effects of beta-glucan depend on its primary structures, conformation, and molecular weight. In the present study, we examine the difference of biological effects among beta-glucans, elucidate the primary structure of SCG, and compare with SPG from Schizophyllum commune using NMR spectroscopy. Our data reveal that SCG but not SPG induce cytokine production from bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (BMDCs) and their major structural units are a beta-(1-->3)-d-glucan backbone with single beta-(1-->6)-d-glucosyl side branching units every three residues.  相似文献

Studies have shown that certain foods contain compounds with antigenotoxic activities. Here, we ask if dried powders and/or extracts from three edible mushrooms, Agrocybe cylindracea, Lentinula edodes and Pleurotus ostreatus, have a mitigating effect on genotoxicity. We used two in vivo assays: the Drosophila DNA repair test and the Drosophila wing spot test (also known as SMART) which measures somatic mutation and recombination. Eight carcinogens were tested with the mushroom powders: 2-AAF, aflatoxin B1, DMBA, IQ, MeIQx, MNU NDMA, and 4NQO. We found that A. cylindracea and P. ostreatus powders can suppress DNA damage induced by each of the mutagens we tested. In contrast, L. edodes has an inhibitory effect on DNA damage induced by only a sub-set of mutagens, namely aflatoxin B1, NDMA, MNU and 4NQO. In addition, A. cylindracea extracts were able to suppress somatic cell mutation induced by aflatoxin B1, MMC, MNU, NDMA, NMOR and 4NQO. These results suggest that Agrocybe genus mushrooms contain factors with antigenotoxic activity, including anti-recombinogenic activity. Furthermore, the antigenotoxic activity of A. cylindracea powder can be extracted in water but not in ethyl acetate or methanol, and is sensitive to heat treatment. The data suggest that there is a novel antigenotoxic factor(s) in A. cylindracea, possibly in the form of a peptide or protein.  相似文献

A novel spiro-sesquiterpene, anthracophyllic acid (1), and a new aristolane sesquiterpene, anthracophyllone (2), were isolated from the mushroom Anthracophyllum sp. BCC18695, together with seven known compounds including aurisins A (3), G (4), K (5), nambinones A, C, axinysones A, and B. The relative configuration of 1 and the hitherto unknown absolute stereochemistry of 3 were determined based on X-ray spectroscopic data. Biological activities including antimalarial activity against Plasmodium falciparum K1 strain, antibacterial property against Bacillus cereus, and cytotoxicity against MCF-7, KB, NCI-H187, and Vero cells of the isolated compounds were also evaluated  相似文献

Two novel antioxidants (vinyl caffeate and trans-p-menth-8-en-7-yl caffeate) and seven known antioxidants (3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde, methyl 3,4-dihydroxy-benzoate, methyl caffeate, 3′,4′,5,7-tetra-hydroxy-flavone, caffeic acid, 6,7-dihydroxycoumarin, and rosmarinic acid) were isolated from Perilla frutescens Britton var. crispa (Thunb.). The redox potentials of the novel isolated antioxidative compounds were comparable to those of known antioxidants. trans-p-menth-8-en-7-yl caffeate was effective to prevent the oxidative degradation of perillaldehyde in the essential oil of P. frutescens.  相似文献

The Mediterranean sponge Axinella verrucosa has been investigated for its alkaloid composition and has been found to produce a complex mixture of bromopyrrole alkaloids. Along with the previously isolated compounds 5-18, four novel alkaloids of this class, compounds 1-4, have been isolated, and their structures established through spectroscopic methods. Compounds 1-4 were found to display neuroprotective activity against the agonists serotonin and glutamate in vitro.  相似文献

A new benzofuran derivative (1) was isolated from the roots of Petasites hybridus and its structure was determined as 1-(6-hydroxy-2-isopropenyl-1-benzofuran-5-yl)-1-ethanone by spectroscopic data and X-ray crystallographic analysis. The compound 1 showed moderate inhibitory activity on human breast cancer MCF-7 cells proliferation in vitro with an IC50 value of 48 μmol/L. The interaction of bovine serum albumin (BSA) and DNA with compound 1 were studied in an aqueous solution under physiological conditions by UV–vis spectroscopy.  相似文献

The analytical study of two hot-water extracts from the mushrooms Inonotus hispidus (Bull.) P. Karst and Sparassis crispa Wulf.:Fr was performed by NMR, HPLC-PAD-MS and GC-MS. The simultaneous use of different analytical techniques highlighted the diverse classes of natural products contained in these extracts. This study describes an attempt to adapt a useful phytochemical method to the direct investigation of plant water extracts, which represent the typical traditional manner for the administration of natural remedies. The heritage concerning plant processing procedures, known as traditional pharmaceutical knowledge, could play an important role in future research on medicinal species. This kind of study could be used as an update for current and future perspectives in this research field.  相似文献

Mushroom can be defined as a macrofungus with a distinctive fruiting body. Mushrooms of class Basidiomycete are primarily wood degradation fungi, but serve as food and a part of traditional medicine used by humans. Although their life cycle is fairly well-established, the information on the molecular components, especially proteins are very limited. Here, we report proteomics analysis of two edible mushrooms (fruiting bodies) Sparassis crispa and Hericium erinaceum using one- and two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (1-DGE and 2-DGE) based complementary proteomics approaches. 1-DGE coupled with liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry identified 77 (60 nonredundant proteins) and 121 (88 nonredundant proteins) proteins from S. crispa and H. erinaceum, respectively. 2-DGE analysis revealed 480 and 570 protein spots stained with colloidal coomassie brilliant blue in S. crispa and H. erinaceum, respectively. Of the 71 and 115 selected protein spots from S. crispa and H. erinaceum 2D gel blots on polyvinyldifluoride (PVDF) membranes, respectively, 29 and 35 nonredundant proteins were identified by N-terminal amino acid sequencing. Identified nonredundant proteins from 1- or 2-DGE belonged to 19 functional categories. Twenty-one proteins were found common in both S. crispa and H. erinaceum proteomes, including 14-3-3 protein and septin. Together this study provides evidence for the presence of a large number of functionally diverse proteins, expressed in the fruiting body of two economically important mushrooms, S. crispa and H. erinaceum. Bioactive compounds are extra nutritional constituents found in small quantities in foods. We have recently shown that a bioactive compound, inositol pentakisphosphate (IP5), a naturally occurring substance that is present in most legumes, wheat bran and nuts, inhibits cell growth of ovarian, lung and breast cancer cells. We demonstrated that IP5 specifically blocks the activation of the critical phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) effector Akt, a serine/threonine kinase which plays a key role in different intracellular processes such as cell survival and proliferation. Due to its role in cancer development and progression, the PI3K/Akt pathway is an attractive target for therapeutic intervention. Interestingly, IP5 possesses anti tumour activity in mice to the same extent than cytotoxic drug cisplatin. Furthermore, IP5 enhances the effect of cytotoxic drugs in ovarian and lung cancer cells. These results support a role for IP5 as an anti-tumour agent that may sensitise cancer cells to the action of commonly used anti-cancer drugs. In addition we have recently observed that specific modifications of the IP5 structure may result in compounds with the same solubility and lack of toxicity in vivo but broader range of action and a higher activity compared to parental molecule indicating that IP5 may represents a promising molecule for further development of novel anticancer drugs. Therefore, our study reveals a new pharmacologically active nutrient (nutraceutical) as a potential chemopreventive agent and a lead compound for possible development of potent small molecule PI3K/Akt inhibitors.  相似文献

A prenylated benzophenone, hyperibone A, was isolated from the hexane fraction of Brazilian propolis type 6. Its structure was determined by spectral analysis including 2D NMR. This compound exhibited cytotoxic activity against HeLa tumor cells (IC50 = 0.1756 μM), strong antimicrobial activity (MIC range—0.73–6.6 μg/mL; MBC range—2.92–106 μg/mL) against Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus sobrinus, Streptococcus oralis, Staphylococcus aureus, and Actinomyces naeslundii, and the results of its cytotoxic and antimicrobial activities were considered good.  相似文献

利用色谱技术从百两金Ardisia Crispa根的65%乙醇溶液中分离得到四个黄酮类化合物,根据理化性质和光谱数据分别鉴定为汉黄芩素(wogonin,1),千层纸素(oroxylin A,2),汉黄芩苷(wogonoside,3)和黄芩苷(ba-icalin,4)。四个化合物均为首次从该属植物中得到,其中化合物3对肝癌细胞Bel-7402具有较强的细胞毒活性,IC50为7.64μg/mL。  相似文献
