从海滨盐碱土筛选出4种耐盐无机解磷真菌(FM)。摇瓶培养发现:随着NaCl浓度升高,解磷真菌生物量降低,解磷能力下降。pH在7.0~8.5时,随着pH升高FM1生物量和解磷能力急剧下降;而FM4、FM2略有下降;FM3则在逐渐上升,pH8.5时达到最高值;pH9.0时4种解磷真菌的生物量和解磷能力都急剧下降。FM2在高浓度NaCl和较高的pH条件下仍保持较高的生物量和解磷能力。  相似文献

昆虫病原真菌在自然环境中对害虫数量起着抑制作用,在害虫的微生物防治中也占有独特的地位。长期以来,在应用昆虫病原真菌防治人畜害虫方面研究进展较为缓慢,六十年代以来才有较大的发展。本文介绍了近十年的发展概况,并讨论了影响这个研究领域迅速发展的原因及病原真菌在生物防治中应用的潜力。认为尽管至今对这类真菌了解还较少,但通过今后加强有关方面的研究工作,其应用前景是广阔的。  相似文献

虫生真菌分子生物学的在研究自开展以来,有20多种与杀虫毒力相关的蛋白酶得到纯化,而与之相对应的基因也分别得到克隆、测序。陆续的基因克隆表明,虫生具菌中的重要毒力基因以基因族的形式存在,在精确的表达调控下以适应不同的寄主种类和不同的环境条件。基因工程研究表明,以增加毒力基因拷贝的方式可显提高虫生真菌的杀虫速率,带有外源基因标记的菌株也是环境释放示综研究的良好材料及方法。  相似文献

利用分离自不同生境烟叶上的7个真菌菌株菌剂处理上部叶烤烟烟丝,分析表明,处理后烟叶内与品质相关的主要化学成分含量发生了改变,烟叶品质得到改善。其中菌株BF03、BF06及BF63使烟叶内糖、氮、烟碱、蛋白质等主要化学成分含量及各种成分之间比例趋于平衡。评吸结果表明,经供试菌剂处理的烟叶香气质提高,香气量增加,刺激性减小,余味舒适,烟叶品质明显高于对照。  相似文献

华东地区根结线虫寄生真菌调查*   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
通过对5种分离根结线虫寄生真菌的方法的比较,发现通过雌成虫平板分离法和卵平板分离法有较高的成功率,其他三种自幼虫上或土壤中分离的方法很少取得成功。从华东地区104个根结线虫样品中分离得到根结线虫寄生真菌638个菌株, 鉴定为14个属22个种,其中Cylindrocarpon destructans, C.heteronema, Fusarium equiseti, F.lateritium, F.proliferatum, Gliocladium virens, Humicola fuscoatra, Idriella lunata, Trichoderma hamatum, T.harzianum, Verticillium catenulatum, Volutella ciliata 为首次报道在根结线虫上寄生。通过种群分析发现Fusarium solani出现频率最高, F. oxysporum, Paceilomyces lilacinus 和 Acremonium strictum为常见种,这些种在根结线虫上广泛分布。同时还发现卵和成虫寄生真菌有所不同,Gliocladium virens 和Trichoderma harzianum仅在卵上分离到,而Volutella ciliata, Trichoderma hamatum 和Idriella lunata仅在雌成虫分离到,从幼虫上仅分离一次Paecilomyces lilacinus。其它真菌在卵和成虫上均可分离得到,真菌种类在三种根结线虫上和在不同地区有所不同。  相似文献

研究了迷迭香酸对不同植物病原真菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑制活性。试验结果表明,迷迭香酸对供试的8种植物病原真菌菌丝生长均有抑制作用,其中对番茄灰霉病菌、芒果灰斑病菌、柑桔青霉和梨黑斑病菌抑制作用较强,EC50分别为615.04μg/mL、698.23μg/mL、714.50μg/mL和809.10μg/mL;对杉木猝倒病菌和苹果树腐烂病菌抑制作用次之,EC50分别为1039.92μg/mL和1044.72μg/mL;对松枯梢病菌和种实霉烂病菌的抑制作用较弱,EC50分别为1256.90μg/mL和1270.87μg/mL。迷迭香酸对供试的6种植物病原真菌孢子萌发也有明显的抑制作用,EC50大致在400~700μg/mL范围,其中对梨黑斑病菌孢子萌发抑制作用最强,EC50为395.37μg/mL。  相似文献

Cell extracts from shake cultures of the wild type and six mutant strains of Phycomyces converted [2-14C] MVA into carotenes, squalene and prenyl phosphates. Oxygen was required for the desaturation of phytoene. When compared with the wild type, cells extracts of carB and carR mutants are much less effective in phytoene dehydrogenation and lycopene cyclization, respectively. This confirms previous conclusions about the biochemical functions of the carB and carR genes, which were based on genetic and in vivo studies. CarA strain mutants accumulate, in vivo, much less β-carotene than the wild type. This correlates with a 10-fold decrease in carotenogenesis in vitro. The addition of retinol to incubations of cell extracts of the wild type and C2 strains stimulated β-carotene formation. Both carB and carR mutants show enhanced total carotenogenic activities in vitro and the carS mutant shows a higher β-carotene-synthesizing activity than the wild type. It is suggested that the feed-back regulatory mechanism known to control this pathway operates at the level of enzyme synthesis.  相似文献

本研究利用SL培养基从蚯蚓粪中分离到54株具有产酸性能的菌株,并以E. coli O157:H7 (EDL933株)作为指示菌株,采用点种法检测分离菌株的抑菌活性.结果表明其中6个菌株对指示菌具有拮抗作用,通过形态特征,结合16S rDNA序列分析,初步鉴定该6个菌株分别为食物魏斯特菌(Listeria welshimeri)、乳酸片球菌(Pediococcus acidilactici)、短乳杆菌(Lactobacillus brevis)和格氏乳球菌(Lactococcus garvieae).分离到的乳酸菌对E. coli O157:H7 (EDL933株)具有显著的抑制作用,发酵温度和初始pH值影响发酵液的抑菌作用,优化环境因子可以促进拮抗菌对E. coli O157:H7的抑制作用.本研究为进一步分离抗菌产物用于人畜共患病的预防和治疗提供了理论依据.  相似文献

Pandemic V. parahaemolyticus strains have rapidly changed their serotypes, but its determinants, especially K antigen, and the genes involved in serotype have been an open question. The purpose of this study was to gain insights into these points. Although V. parahaemolyticus is known to be lacking O-side chain on its lipopolysaccharide, and O antigens are thought to be represented by core OS, the genome sequence of V. parahaemolyticus O3:K6 strain RIMD2210633 suggests that this bacterium potentially synthesizes O-side chain. To explore possible relatedness between this O-side chain biosynthesis gene cluster, which is similar in the serotypes of Vibrio cholerae, and of V. parahaemolyticus, we amplified both core OS and O-side chain gene clusters of the strains belonging to various serotypes of V. parahaemolyticus by long PCR and performed PCR RFLP analyses. The results of our RFLP analyses suggest that the core OS biosynthesis gene cluster is related to the O antigens of pandemic V. parahaemolyticus and that the putative O-side chain gene cluster is related to K antigens of pandemic V. parahaemolyticus. We then determined the sequence of these regions of a pandemic O4:K68 strain, and compared it with the corresponding sequence of RIMD2210633. In addition, PCR analysis showed the putative O4 and K68 antigen gene clusters are unique to the strains belonging to the O4 and K68 serotype respectively. The data implies that the pandemic O4:K68 V. parahaemolyticus strain emerged from the pandemic O3:K6 strain by replacement of the putative O and K antigen gene clusters.  相似文献

The in vitro antifungal activity of cysteine (d- and l-cysteine) and its four derivatives (l-cysteine-methyl-ester, N-acetyl-cysteine, N-isobutyryl-d-cysteine, and N-isobutyryl-l-cysteine) were investigated on 20 fungal isolates representing 16 genera (Absidia, Actinomucor, Backusella, Gilbertella, Micromucor, Mortierella, Mucor, Mycotypha, Phycomyces, Rhizomucor, Rhizopus, Saksenaea, Syncephalastrum, Thamnostylum, Umbellopsis, and Zygorynchus). The inhibitory potential of different concentrations of these compounds, ranging from 0.625 to 10 mM, were investigated on the germination of sporangiospores as well as on hyphal extension, using broth microdilution method and agar plate test. Treatment with cysteine and its derivatives resulted in a strong inhibition in most studied strains. At 10 mM of compounds, complete blockage of growth was observed for some isolates. Sensitive species exhibited severe changes in colony morphology in the presence of 10 mM l-cysteine, N-acetyl-cysteine, and N-isobutyryl-l-cysteine. Microscopic observations revealed that 10 mM N-acetyl-cysteine induced dramatic modifications in the structural organization of the hyphae. Results suggest that cysteine and its derivatives have a therapeutic potential against fungal infections caused by Zygomycetes species.  相似文献
