Effect of flask closure method and post‐pressing time on the upper denture base adaptation Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of flask‐closure methods, post‐pressing times and acrylic resins on denture base adaptation. Materials and methods: The resins were flasked using a hydraulic press and closed with the traditional clamp or RS system. Conventional heat‐cure resin was polymerised immediately or at 6 h post‐pressing at 74°C for 9 h. Rapid cycle heat‐cure resin was polymerised in boiling water for 20 min. After cooling, the bases were deflasked and the sets of cast‐base transversally sectioned in the regions distal to the canine, mesial to the first molar and in the posterior palatal zone. The adaptation was measured with an optical microscope (0.0005 mm) at five reference points for each section. Data were analysed using anova and Tukey’s test (α = 0.05). Results: Traditional clamp and immediate post‐pressing time improved base adaptation for conventional heat‐cure resin. Both post‐pressing times showed most accurate base adaptation for conventional heat‐cure resin when the traditional clamp was used. Immediate post‐pressing time improved base adaptation for conventional heat‐cure resin and the 6‐h delay in time was significant for the rapid cycle heat‐cure resin. Conclusions: Traditional clamp and immediate post‐pressing time improved base adaptation for conventional heat‐cure resin.  相似文献

doi: 10.1111/j.1741‐2358.2010.00392.x Influence of different metal flask systems on tooth displacement in complete upper dentures Objective: To verify the occurrence of tooth displacement in dentures processed by moist hot‐polymerisation using traditional and experimental metal flask systems. Materials and methods: Waxed complete dentures were randomly assigned to three groups (n = 10), including traditional (TF) and experimental flasks (DF and HHF). Metal pins were placed at the incisal edge of maxillary central incisors (I), buccal cusp of first premolars (P) and mesiobuccal cusp of second molars (M). Transversal (I–I, P–P and M–M) and anteroposterior (LI–LM and RI–RM) distances were measured before and after denture processing using an optical microscope. The dentures were processed by hot water curing cycle (9 h/74°C). Collected data were analysed by anova , Paired Student’s t‐test and Holm–Sidak method (p < 0.05). Results: All measured distances demonstrated contraction after polymerisation, except for LI–LM in TF and RI–RM in DF and HHF. Statistically significant differences were found between the distances P–P for DF and HHF, and M–M for all groups. Comparison among flask systems revealed statistically significant difference in the P–P distance for the TF and HHF. Conclusion: Different flask systems did not cause variation in tooth displacement during denture processing, with the exception of P–P distances for the TF and HHF. There is no evidence that different metal flask systems would promote tooth displacement of clinical significance.  相似文献

Evaluation of Vickers hardness of different types of acrylic denture base resins with and without glass fibre reinforcement Objective: To evaluate the Vickers hardness of different acrylic resins for denture bases with and without the addition of glass fibres. Background: It has been suggested that different polymerisation methods, as well as the addition of glass fibre (FV) might improve the hardness of acrylic. Materials and methods: Five types of acrylic resin were tested: Vipi Wave (VW), microwave polymerisation; Vipi Flash (VF), auto‐polymerisation; Lucitone (LT), QC20 (QC) and Vipi Cril (VC), conventional heat‐polymerisation, all with or without glass fibre reinforcement (GFR) and distributed into 10 groups (n = 12). Specimens were then submitted to Vickers hardness testing with a 25‐g load for 30 s. All data were submitted to anova and Tukey’s HSD test. Results: A significant statistical difference was observed with regard to the polymerisation method and the GFR (p < 0.05). Without the GFR, the acrylic resin VC presented the highest hardness values, and VF and LT presented the lowest. In the presence of GFR, VC resin still presented the highest Vickers hardness values, and VF and QC presented the lowest. Conclusions: The acrylic resin VC and VW presented higher hardness values than VF and QC resins. Moreover, GFR increased the Vickers hardness of resins VW, VC and LT.  相似文献

Background: Failure of bonding between acrylic resin teeth and denture base material is a considerable problem for patients who wear complete dentures. Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the bond strength between acrylic resins and resin denture teeth with different thermocycling and polymerisation methods. Materials and methods: Microwave‐polymerised (Onda‐Cryl), heat‐polymerised (Clássico) and autopolymerising (Jet) acrylic resins and resin denture tooth (Biotone) were used. The acrylic resins were polymerised according to the following: (A) microwave – fast cycle, Onda‐Cryl; (B) microwave – long cycle, Onda‐Cryl; (C) microwave – manufacturer’s cycle, Onda‐Cryl; (T) water bath – long cycle, Clássico; and (Q) bench polymerisation cycle, Jet. Twenty specimens were prepared for each polymerisation method. Ten were thermocycled, and 10 did not receive thermocycling. For the purpose of the study, a shear test was used. Data were analysed with the Kruskal–Wallis test and Dunn’s multiple comparisons test (p = 0.05). Results: Cycles B, C and T were similar (p > 0.05), and had statistically higher bonding values than cycles A and Q (p < 0.05) for the thermocycled and non‐thermocycled groups. For all cycles, there were no statistically significant differences between thermocycled and non‐thermocycled groups (p > 0.05), except for cycle Q (p = 0.0038). Conclusion: Thermocycling decreased the bond strength, but not significantly for microwave and heat‐polymerised cycles. Regarding the bond strength of denture teeth to acrylic resin, the fast microwave polymerisation cycle should be avoided when polymerising Onda‐Cryl acrylic resin. In addition, Jet acrylic resin is not adequate for use in denture repair.  相似文献

doi: 10.1111/j.1741‐2358.2011.00515.x Flexural and bond strengths of relined denture polymers assessed by four‐point bending tests and Weibull analysis Objectives: The aim of this study was to (1) investigate the flexural strengths of three denture resins i.e. heat, photopolymerised and microwaved and how it was affected by relining with auto‐ and visible light–polymerised hard reliners, (2) investigate the bond strengths between denture resins and hard reliners and (3) interpret the results of both tests by utilising Weibull analysis. Materials and methods: Specimens (65 × 10 × 2.5 mm) from denture resins, relined and bonded combinations were tested using a four‐point bending test in a universal testing machine and a crosshead speed of 5 mm/min. Ten specimens for each bulk resin and denture resin–reliner combination for a total of 150 were tested. Results: Statistical analysis indicated significant differences between bulk materials (p < 0.001) and between reliners (p < 0.001) for flexural and bond strength tests. Conclusion: It was concluded that (1) the four‐point flexural strength was different between the denture base materials, (2) flexure strength between bulk and relined or between relined with autopolymerised and photopolymerised bases was different, (3) flexural strength among relined denture bases was different and (4) bond strengths among relined denture bases were different.  相似文献

Background: The fracture between acrylic denture base material and artificial teeth is a common clinical occurrence in dental prosthodontic practice. Objective: To evaluate the bond strength between acrylic resins and resin denture teeth when submitted by two protocols of monomer liquid application on the tooth surface and using different polymerisation methods. Material and methods: Microwave‐polymerised (Onda‐Cryl), heat‐polymerised (Clássico) and autopolymerising (Jet) acrylic resins and a brand of resin denture teeth (Biotone) were used. The acrylic resins were polymerised according to the cycles: (A) microwave – fast cycle, Onda‐Cryl; (B) microwave – long cycle, Onda‐Cryl; (C) microwave – manufacturer’s cycle, Onda‐Cryl; (T) water bath – long cycle, Clássico and (Q) bench polymerisation cycle, Jet. Thirty specimens were prepared for each polymerisation method; 10 were packed with acrylic resin after 60 s of monomer liquid application on the tooth surface, 10 after 180 s and 10 without any monomer liquid application. For the purpose of the study, a shear test was used. anova and Tukey tests were performed to identify significant differences (α = 0.05). Results: The highest bond strength values were found for monomer surface treatments, regardless of the polymerisation cycles. The highest significant values were found for cycles B (15.4 ± 1.8 MPa), C (11.9 ± 4.9 MPa) and T (15.4 ± 2.6 MPa) for non‐treated and 60 s methylmethacrylate treated groups. Comparing the monomer liquid treatment, they did not differ significantly (p > 0.05), except for cycle A (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Chemical treatment using monomer on the tooth surface prior to the acrylic resin packing improved the bond strength between resin denture tooth and acrylic resin, regardless of monomer liquid treatment protocols. The microwavable resin, polymerised by fast cycle and autopolymerising resin should be avoided for processing denture and denture repairs, respectively.  相似文献

Background: Microwave energy has proved to be an effective method for disinfecting acrylic dentures. However, the effect of microwave heating on the porosity of autopolymerising denture reline resins has not been investigated. Objective: The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of microwave disinfection on the porosity of autopolymerised denture reline materials (Kooliner‐K, New Truliner‐NT, Tokuso Rebase Fast‐TR and Ufi Gel Hard‐UGH) and a conventional heat‐polymerised denture base resin (Lucitone 550‐L). Material and methods: Specimens (10 mm × 20 mm × 1 mm) were obtained from the impression surface of the palatal mucosa in a single person and divided into four groups (n = 5). The porosity was evaluated after polymerisation (C1), after two cycles of microwave disinfection (MW2), after seven cycles of microwave disinfection (MW7) and after 7 days storage in water at 37°C (C2). Specimens from group MW7 were exposed to microwave disinfection daily being stored in water at 37°C between exposures. All the replicas were sputter coated with gold and micrographs/digital images were taken of each replica using scanning electron microscopy at magnification × 100. The SEM micrographs were then examined using an image analyser to determine the number of pores. Comparison between materials and groups were made using Kruskal–Wallis tests. Results: MW7 resulted in a significant increase in the number from the pores of material K, but decreased in number in reline material TR and UGH reline resin. The number of pores in materials NT and L remained unaffected following microwave disinfection. Conclusion: Differences in the porosity amongst the materials and for different experimental conditions were observed following microwave disinfection.  相似文献

Objective: To test the efficacy of two methods of treatment for denture stomatitis in aged care institutions. Background data: Candida‐associated denture stomatitis has been associated with a lack of denture hygiene. Materials and methods: Sixty subjects with denture stomatitis were randomly divided into three groups: sodium hypochlorite denture soak, microwaving and control. Both methods of treatment were carried out on a nightly basis for 1 week, excepting the control group. Standardised photographs of the palate and microbial samples of palate, upper and lower dentures were taken before and after treatment. Results: Both hypochlorite and microwave irradiation significantly reduced the numbers of Candida and aerobic bacteria on both dentures and both methods significantly reduced Candida on the palate. However, palatal aerobic bacteria were not significantly reduced by either method and the controls showed insignificant changes at all three sites for both Candida and aerobes. Conclusion: While both methods of denture disinfection were successful, except for the counts of palatal aerobic bacteria, three independent observers of the clinical photographs had difficulty in identifying the controls but were more successful with the treatments. The raters also showed that there was no difference between both methods of disinfection and this agreed with the microbiological analysis.  相似文献

Effect of long‐term water immersion on the fracture toughness of denture base and reline resins purpose: This study evaluated the fracture toughness (FT) of one denture base (Lucitone 550 – L) and four hard reline resins [Ufi Gel Hard (UH), Tokuyama Rebase II (TR), New Truliner (NT) and Kooliner (K)], and the effect of long‐term water storage on this property. Materials and methods: Forty specimens (40 × 8 × 4 mm) of each material were made, and FT was assessed after polymerisation (control of reliners), after 48 ± 2 h in water at 37°C (control of denture base resin) and after storage in water at 37°C for 7, 90 or 180 days (all materials). Data (MPa.m1/2) were analysed by two‐way anova and Games–Howell test (p = 0.05). Results: Resin L exhibited the highest FT mean values. After 180 days of storage, FT mean values of L (3.37), UH (1.53) and K (1.20) were higher than those of the other periods. FT mean values of NT decreased from control (1.63) to 7 days (1.30) and then remained constant. FT mean values of TR (1.13) were similar in all periods of analysis. Conclusion: The denture base resin L showed higher FT mean values than the reline resins. Long‐term water storage increased the FT of L, UH and K, reduced the FT of NT and did not influence the FT of TR.  相似文献

Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate yeast carriage in healthy denture wearers by swabbing and to evaluate the effect of denture hygiene habits. Materials and methods: Denture wearers (n = 87) without evidence of denture stomatitis or any other oral disease were investigated by separately swabbing the fitting surface of the upper denture and the corresponding palatal mucosa in contact with the appliance. In a group of volunteers, a gel without any active compound was spread on the palatal side of the denture once in every morning for 2 weeks. Results: Screening showed Candida colonisation of upper prosthesis in 75.9% of individuals. The most frequent species isolated were Candida albicans (77.9% of the positive cultures), Candida glabrata (44.1%) and Candida tropicalis (19.1%). Carriage of more than one yeast species was found in 48.5% of the contaminated dentures. There was a statistically significant association between denture contamination and palatal mucosa colonisation (chi‐squared test: p < 0.0001). Repeated swabbings after 1 week as well as during a weekly follow‐up for 1 month confirmed the denture contamination and its degree of severity. A daily gel application produced a yeast‐count decrease to 10% of the initial value after 2 weeks (chi‐squared test: p = 0.0134 and p = 0.2841 for prosthesis and palatal mucosa, respectively). Conclusion: This study documented the reliability of oral swabbing when investigating yeast carriage in healthy denture wearers. Moreover, just a diagnostic tool, sampling upper dentures for Candida could be the opportunity to verify the patient’s compliance to hygiene advice.  相似文献

目的:研究髂骨钉在脊柱-骨盆固定系统中对腰骶稳定性及螺钉应力分布的影响。方法:6具成人腰椎-骨盆防腐标本,分别按照三种不同的固定方式完成置钉连接操作,制成3个实验组:单纯腰椎后路长节段固定组(L2-L5组)、腰骶固定组(L2-S1组)、髂骨钉固定组(L2-S1-I组)。生物力学测试采用8 N·m纯力矩执行前屈、后伸、左右侧弯、左右旋转6个工况运动,比较各固定组L2、L5水平活动度以及L5椎弓根钉、S1螺钉应力。结果:L2-S1组、L2-S1-I组内固定系统以及腰骶关节活动度均明显降低(P0.05),L2-S1-I组的优势更加显著,尤其在抵抗固定系统旋转活动以及腰骶关节前屈活动时作用更明显。L2-S1-I组、L2-S1组L5椎弓根钉应力均较L2-L5组明显减小(P0.05);L2-S1-I组S1螺钉应力较L2-S1组显著减小(P0.05)。结论:髂骨钉技术能够提供良好的脊柱-骨盆固定效果,在维持腰骶稳定性方面优势明显;对近端固定螺钉有保护作用,在与S1螺钉联合使用时,能有效分担S1螺钉所受应力,显著降低螺钉松动、拔出的风险。  相似文献

Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of two post‐polymerisation treatments and different cycles of polymerisation on the cytotoxicity of two denture base resins. Materials and methods: The resins tested were Lucitone 550 and QC 20. Discs of resins were fabricated following the manufacturer's instructions. Lucitone 550 was processed by long cycle or short cycle. The resin QC 20 was processed by reverse cycle or normal cycle. The specimens were divided into groups: (i) post‐polymerised in microwave for 3 min at 500 W; (ii) post‐polymerised in water‐bath at 55°C for 60 min and (iii) without post‐polymerisation. Eluates were prepared by placing three discs into a sterile glass vial with 9 ml of Eagle's medium and incubated at 37°C for 24 hours. L929 cells were seeded into 96 well culture plates and DNA synthesis was assessed by 3H‐thymidine incorporation assay. Results: The results were submitted to two‐way anova and Tukey HSD test. QC 20 specimens polymerised by the normal cycle and submitted to microwave post‐polymerisation were graded as moderately cytotoxic. Similar results were observed for Lucitone 550 processed by long cycle without post‐polymerisation. The other experimental groups were graded as not cytotoxic. After water‐bath post‐polymerisation, specimens of Lucitone 550 processed by long cycle produced significantly lower inhibition of DNA synthesis than the other groups. Conclusion: The long cycle increased the cytotoxicity of Lucitone 550 and water‐bath post‐polymerisation reduced the cytotoxicity of Lucitone 550 processed by long cycle.  相似文献

Background: Xerostomia is a subjective complaint rather than a disease. It is caused by irradiation, medication, Sjogren's syndrome & neurological factors such as stress. Radiotherapeutic treatment of head and neck cancer patients often causes long term dysfunction involving their salivary function, swallowing capabilities & taste. All three of these domains are affected by radiation‐ induced damage to the salivary glands. This in turn results in poor retention of complete denture, frequent trauma to alveolar ridge & other oral infections. All these events drastically affects quality of life of ageing patients. Material and Method: A complete denture in heat cure acrylic resin was fabricated in which a palatal reservoir was made on the palatal side. Results: Problems arising due to xerostomia were reduced to a great extent. Conclusion: Prosthodontic management of Xerostomic patient include several techniques. This paper presents a case report of post radiotherapy edentulous patient in which complete denture with palatal reservoir filled with artificial saliva was fabricated.  相似文献

Effect of reline material and denture base surface treatment on the impact strength of a denture base acrylic resin Objective: In this study, the effect of relining and surface treatment on the impact strength (IS) of a heat‐polymerising denture base acrylic resin (Lucitone 550‐L) was evaluated. Materials and methods: Rectangular bars of L were made (60 × 6 × 2 mm) and relined (2 mm) with the relining resins Ufi Gel Hard (UH) and Tokuso Rebase Fast (TR). Specimens relined with L and intact L, TR and UH specimens were also made (60 × 6 × 4 mm), for comparison. Before relining, the L surface was left untreated or wetted with methyl methacrylate monomer and/or the bonding agents (BA) supplied by manufacturers of the reline resins. V‐notches were machined at the midpoint of the length of all specimens. The notches were made either across the width (Nw) or across the thickness of the specimens (Nth). The Charpy impact test was performed using a 0.5‐J pendulum, which had been specially designed and constructed. Data were analysed separately for each notch position using one‐way analysis of variance and Tukey honestly significant difference posthoc test (p = 0.05). Results: The IS of L was similar to that of L/L. For the Nw notch, treating the denture base L with TR BA and relining with TR reline material produced the highest IS. Conclusion: The IS of specimens made from heat polymerising acrylic resin Lucitone 550 was increased after relining using the hard chairside reline resin TR with its proprietary BA.  相似文献

Background: The BMF may minimise tooth displacement, saving time and improving occlusion. Methods and materials: Forty pairs of dentures were randomised into four groups: stone wall in monomaxillary flask; silicone wall in BMF; stone wall in BMF; acrylic resin retentions and silicone in BMF. Dentures were processed by microwave irradiation. Two referential points were established on tooth surface. A microscope and a digital pachymeter were used to measure the distance between these points, and the angles α (right maxillary molar), β (left maxillary molar), α′ (right mandibular molar) and β′ (left mandibular molar) were calculated by the law of cosines. Data were submitted to Kruskal–Wallis (5% significance). Results: No difference was observed among the groups (p > 0.05). In the intra‐group analysis, α was significantly different for groups I, II and III; α′, for groups II and IV; β, for all groups; β′, for groups III and IV. Conclusion: First molar inclination was similar for monomaxillary and BMFs. The use of stone or silicone as investing materials presented the same effect on tooth inclination.  相似文献

Effect of double flasking and investing methods on artificial teeth movement in complete dentures processing Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate linear dimensional alterations of artificial teeth for complete dentures when using different investment and flasking techniques. Background: Dimensional changes in the vertical dimension may occur owing to changes in artificial teeth positioning caused by different investing and flasking techniques. Materials and methods: Thirty pairs of the complete dentures were manufactured and randomly divided into three groups (n = 10): (1) invested with type III stone in monomaxillary PVC flask; (2) invested with type III stone in bimaxillary PVC flask; and (3) invested with laboratory silicone in bimaxillary PVC flask. Dentures were polymerised by microwave, and 12 linear distances were measured before and after denture processing. Data were analysed by one‐way anova , considering manufacturing technique as the study factor. Tukey’s HSD was used as post hocanova (p = 0.05). Results: Most of the linear distances were comparable for all groups. All transversal maxillary and mandibular distances were higher for group 1 compared with groups 2 and 3 (p < 0.05), except the distance 3–6 for mandibular arch, in which no difference was found between groups (p < 0.05). Both maxillary diagonal distances were higher in group 1 (p < 0.05), and no differences were found among all groups for mandibular measurements. Conclusions: Double flasking technique independent on the investment material is shown to be the most effective method to reduce changes in artificial teeth positioning.  相似文献

Objectives: To evaluate the pattern of maxillary complete denture movement during chewing for free‐end removable partial dentures (RPD) wearers, compared to maxillary and mandibular complete denture wearers. Materials and methods: Eighteen edentulous participants (group I) and 10 volunteers with bilateral posterior edentulous mandibles (group II) comprised the sample. Measures of mean denture movement and its variability were obtained by a kinesiographic instrument K6‐I Diagnostic System, during the mastication of bread and a polysulphide block. Data were analysed using two‐way anova (α = 0.05). Results: Upper movement during chewing was significantly lower for group II, regardless of the test food. The test food did not influence the vertical or lateral position of the denture bases, but more anterior dislocation was found when polysulphide blocks were chewed. Group II presented lower intra‐individual variability for the vertical axis. Vertical displacement was also more precise with bread as a test food. Conclusion: It can be concluded that mandibular free‐end RPD wearers show smaller and more precise movements than mandibular complete denture wearers.  相似文献

We have investigated the mechanism and sequence context rules governing ribosome frameshifting promoted by aminoacyl-tRNA limitation. In the case of one shifty sequence, frameshifting promoted by lysyl-tRNA limitation occurs at the sequence AAG C and is due to rightward movement of the ribosome so as to read the AGC triplet overlapping the hungry codon from the right. The frequency of this event is unaffected by sequence elements more than three bases to the left (upstream) or two bases to the right (downstream) of the hungry codon, and only slightly affected by the identity of the base two bases to the right. It is strongly affected by the base immediately to the right of the hungry codon, which becomes the wobble base of the shifted triplet; and by the third base of the hungry codon, even though the two synonyms (AAG and AAA) call for the same aminoacyl-tRNA; and by the identity of the base immediately to the left of the hungry codon. The latter result suggests that the aminoacyl-tRNA in the P site affects the maintenance of reading frame at the adjacent A site of the ribosome. However, the DNA sequence makes it seem unlikely that the P-site tRNA shifts to the right in concert with the A-site tRNA, a mechanism that can account for leftward frameshifting (in the opposite direction) in retroviral translation. The specificity of sequence determinants of leftwing versus rightwing frameshifting is discussed.  相似文献

Background: Soft denture lining‐materials are more susceptible to microbial adhesion than hard denture base acrylic resin. Poor oral hygiene and Candida albicans infection are common among elderly denture wearers as these patients usually have difficulty in keeping them clean. Purpose: To evaluate the influence of the oral hygiene methods on the formation of a biofilm over a soft denture‐lining material. Material and methods: Twenty volunteers were randomly separated into two groups: G1 and G2. Ten volunteers performed daily hygiene of the prostheses with a soft toothbrush and toothpaste. The G2 performed a treatment identical to G1 but also immersed the prostheses in sodium hypochlorite 0.5% for 20 min, once a week. Quantification of the mean score values of biofilm formation at different times were statistically analysed using analysis of variance and Tukey’s test (α = 0.05). Results: G1 (0.65 ± 0.52) showed the lowest mean score values of biofilm formation. There was statistical difference between G1 and G2. The highest mean score values were found at 6 weeks (1.3 ± 1.08) and were statistically different from other times. doi: 10.1111/j.1741‐2358.2011.00461.x Examination of denture‐cleaning methods based on the quantity of microorganisms adhering to a denture Objectives: To investigate effective denture‐cleaning methods, we examined the relationships between the quantity of microorganisms adhering to dentures and the use of a denture brush and the frequency of use of a denture cleanser. Subjects and Methods: Denture plaque was collected from the mucosal surface of the examined dentures, which were 142 and 80 upper and lower complete dentures, respectively, worn by 96 outpatients (mean age: 71.9 years) of a university hospital and 41 nursing home residents (mean age: 84.8 years). The collected microorganisms were counted in terms of isolated representative colonies that were cultured and identified using standard methods. The use of a denture brush, the frequency of use, and the type and soaking time of denture cleansers as denture‐cleaning methods were surveyed. Results: The quantity of microorganisms was significantly lower in dentures of denture brush users than in those of non‐users in the outpatients (p < 0.01, Mann–Whitney U test). The quantity of microorganisms was significantly lower in the dentures of outpatients who used a denture cleanser daily or 3–4 times a week than in those who used one once or less per month and in the dentures of nursing home residents who used one daily than in those who used one at other frequencies (p < 0.05, Kruskal–Wallis test, followed by Dunn’s Multiple Comparison test). Conclusion: Within the limitations of this study, it was concluded that the use of a denture brush and daily use of denture cleanser should be recommended to complete dentures wearers as denture‐cleaning methods that effectively reduce the quantity of microorganisms adhering to dentures.  相似文献
