寄主和温度对西花蓟马生长发育的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
研究了4种豆科寄主植物及5个不同温度处理对西花蓟马生长发育的影响,并对各虫态的发育起点温度和有效积温进行了分析.结果表明:同一温度条件下,西花蓟马取 食不同豆科寄主植物时,各虫态的发育历期差异显著,但不同温度下不同寄主处理间的差异性不同;西花蓟马的未成熟期取食四季豆叶片时发育最快,取食蚕豆叶片时发育最慢,两寄主间存在显著差异;取食同一寄主植物时,不同温度处理下,西花蓟马各虫态的发育历期差异显著,且随温度升高历期缩短,发育速率和温度之间为直线关系;西花蓟马各虫态在不同寄主植物上的发育起点温度和有效积温各不相同,未成熟期取食蚕豆叶片时发育起点温度最低为6.35℃,但需要的有效积温最高为331.36日度.  相似文献

通过在人工气候箱内饲养香蕉花蓟马,测定了14、18、22、26℃和30℃5个温度下香蕉花蓟马不同虫态的发育历期,分析了温度与香蕉花蓟马发育速率的关系,计算了其发育起点温度、有效积温及存活率。结果表明:香蕉花蓟马各虫态的发育历期随温度的升高而缩短,发育速率和温度之间有很大的相关性;香蕉花蓟马卵、一龄若虫、二龄若虫、预蛹、蛹及世代的发育起点温度分别为8.26、10.56、7.92、9.17、9.53、8.69℃,世代的有效积温为153.81d·℃。26℃下香蕉花蓟马的世代存活率最高,为63.16%;30℃下的存活率最低,为46.34%。  相似文献

在15、20、25℃和30℃,RH75%的条件下,分析了温度与西花蓟马发育速率的关系,并测定了西花蓟马的发育起点温度、有效积温和存活率。结果表明:在15~30℃范围内,西花蓟马各虫期的发育速率随温度的升高而加快;用直接最优法对发育起点温度和有效积温进行估算,求得西花蓟马的卵、若虫、预蛹和伪蛹及世代发育起点温度分别为5.70、7.04、4.49、6.84℃和6.23℃;世代的有效积温为219.73d·℃。西花蓟马的世代存活率在25℃时最高,为40.12%;30℃时西花蓟马的存活率最低,为17.80%。  相似文献

西花蓟马Frankliniella occidentalis(Pergande)是传入我国的重要入侵害虫,在贵阳地区对豆科蔬菜为害十分严重。在25℃条件下,组建了西花蓟马取食大豆叶片、豇豆叶片、四季豆叶片和四季豆豆荚时的实验种群生命表。结果表明:西花蓟马未成熟期取食四季豆豆荚时存活率最高,取食其它3种豆科蔬菜时存活率相差不大。西花蓟马取食四季豆豆荚时内禀增长力最高为0.1626,取食豇豆叶片时最低为0.0834,净增值率也是取食四季豆豆荚时最高,取食大豆叶片时最低,表明四季豆豆荚最有利于西花蓟马的生长发育和繁殖。在不同豆科蔬菜上的稳定年龄组配中未成熟期所占的比例很大,而成虫期所占的比例相对较小。  相似文献

为明确温度和寄主对扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis生长发育的影响,本文在室内研究了不同温度和不同寄主上该虫的发育历期、发育起点温度、有效积温、成虫性比和存活率,结果表明:18℃-30℃范围内,随着温度升高,扶桑绵粉蚧发育历期逐渐缩短,34℃与30℃下无明显差异。该虫不同虫期发育起点温度均较高,其中2龄雄若虫和雌若虫最高,分别为19.11℃、16.14℃,蛹最低,为12.22℃。有效积温蛹最大,为87.40日·度,1龄若虫次之(77.12日·度),2龄雄若虫最小(26.32日·度)。18℃-30℃时各虫期死亡率随着温度升高而降低,34℃时又有升高。取食4种寄主时扶桑绵粉蚧发育历期有所变化,1龄若虫番茄上显著长于马铃薯;2龄雌雄若虫番茄上显著长于扶桑和马铃薯;3龄雌若虫以烟草和番茄上较长,扶桑和马铃薯上较短;雄蛹、雄成虫历期均无差异;烟草上雌成虫存活时间最长;雌虫整个虫期存活时间最长,为53.77 d,番茄次之(48.65 d),扶桑、马铃薯较短,分别为43.39 d、39.79 d。雄虫整个虫期存活时间烟草明显长于扶桑。不同寄主上扶桑绵粉蚧雌雄虫比率差异较大,以马铃薯上雄虫率最高(37.78%),其次为扶桑(26.67%),烟草上最低(8.01%)。  相似文献

为探明温度对以白茶为寄主植物的产虫茶昆虫米缟螟生长发育的影响,分别设置5个温度条件(31、28、25、22、19℃),研究温度对米缟螟各虫态平均发育历期、发育速率和存活率的影响,计算各虫态发育起点温度和有效积温.结果表明:温度对米缟螟各虫态平均发育历期影响显著,除卵的发育历期随温度的升高而缩短外,幼虫、蛹及未成熟期的发育历期均在25℃达到最小值,分别为(249.53±23.83)d、(12.94±1.27)d和(273.00±24.19)d;除蛹外米缟螟各虫态发育速率与温度呈极显著相关,其中卵的发育速率与温度呈线性相关,幼虫、蛹和未成熟期则呈抛物线相关;温度显著影响各虫态存活率,卵、幼虫、蛹及未成熟期各虫态存活率均在25℃最高,分别为94.0%、73.8%、91.3%和63.4%,22和19℃次之,31℃最低;幼虫及蛹存活率在31℃均为0,表明米缟螟不耐高温;卵、幼虫、蛹及未成熟期的发育起点温度分别为13.21、17.12、14.76和16.47℃,有效积温分别为117.94、870.88、149.70和1442.75日·度.研究结果与米缟螟在贵州息烽地区一年发生2至3代的事实大致相符.  相似文献

为了明确黏虫赤眼蜂的发育起点温度和有效积温,本研究以柞蚕卵为中间繁育寄主,测定了黏虫赤眼蜂在17℃、20℃、23℃、26℃、29℃下各虫态的发育历期,并运用有效积温法则计算出黏虫赤眼蜂的发育起点温度和有效积温。结果表明:黏虫赤眼蜂各虫态在17℃~29℃均能正常发育,并且各温度下的发育历期明显不同,世代发育历期也明显不同,均随着温度的升高而逐渐变短。柞蚕卵繁育黏虫赤眼蜂的卵期、幼虫前期、幼虫中期、幼虫后期、预蛹期、蛹期的发育起点温度分别为8.01℃、15.41℃、13.51℃、13.32℃、15.39℃、9.04℃,有效积温分别为22.01、7.66、8.98、9.19、37.23、115.22℃·d。本研究为指导利用柞蚕卵大量繁育黏虫赤眼蜂以及探索诱导滞育温度提供了理论依据。  相似文献

室内观察测定5个恒温条件下,核桃扁叶甲Gastrolina depressa Baly各虫态的发育历期及起点温度和有效积温。结果表明:在16~32℃温度范围内,核桃扁叶甲均能完成发育,其发育历期随温度的升高而缩短,卵期、幼虫期、蛹期、产卵前期的发育起点温度分别为9.4,12.2,14.3和11.1℃,有效积温分别为43.2,77.2,36.0和104.7日.度;整个世代的发育起点温度为12.0℃,有效积温为260.5日.度。持续过高温度不适合核桃扁叶甲的生长发育。  相似文献

【目的】白眉野草螟Agriphila aeneociliella(Eversmann)是近年在我国小麦上新发现的一种害虫,以幼虫在小麦茎基部取食危害,造成缺苗断垄,对我国小麦的安全生产构成潜在的威胁。本研究旨在明确温度和食料对其生长发育的影响,对该害虫的预测预报和有效防控具有重要的指导意义。【方法】在光周期14L∶10D,RH 70%±5%的条件下,设置系列恒定温度,用小麦作饲料,记录和分析不同温度下幼虫各龄的发育历期、存活率,明确其发育起点温度、有效积温;设置温度25℃,光周期14L∶10D,RH 70%±5%的条件,分别用小麦、玉米和人工饲料饲养,分析不同食料对其生长发育和成活率的影响。【结果】在恒温(13~29℃)范围内,白眉野草螟幼虫发育历期随温度升高而逐渐缩短,存活率没有明显差异;在恒温33℃,该虫不能完成幼虫期生长发育而死亡。不同食料饲养后,幼虫各龄发育历期存在显著差异,顺序为取食小麦取食玉米取食人工饲料,尤其是1-3龄幼虫差异最为明显,取食小麦、玉米的4-6龄幼虫发育历期差异未到达显著水平,但显著低于取食人工饲料的幼虫。【结论】白眉野草螟幼虫具有很强的温度适应能力,不同温度对其发育历期具有显著的影响;在目前白眉野草螟发生危害区的主要粮食作物中,小麦为其最适宜寄主,室内条件下取食玉米也能完成幼虫期的生长发育。本研究为制定白眉野草螟在我国的潜在发生危害区提供了理论数据,为田间种群动态变化的预测预报和综合治理提供了技术支撑。  相似文献

【目的】为了探讨外源信息化合物对茶小绿叶蝉Empoasca vitis G?the其优势天敌时序动态的影响和对叶蝉的生态控制效应,本文研究了3种外源信息化合物对茶园小绿叶蝉和蜘蛛种群数量的影响。【方法】将用水杨酸(SA)、水杨酸甲酯(MeSA)、芳樟醇及添加有抗氧化剂和抗紫外线剂浸泡后的诱芯在田间悬挂1、3、7、14 d后,在距诱芯1、2、3 m处分别调查了茶小绿叶蝉和蜘蛛的个体数,以正己烷浸泡的诱芯作对照。【结果】不同处理均使叶蝉的种群数量下降,其中以水杨酸的抑制作用最明显,水杨酸甲酯次之;悬挂7 d后对叶蝉的数量影响最大,显著低于悬挂前。各处理均能增加蜘蛛种群数量,以水杨酸甲酯对蜘蛛的诱集作用最明显;悬挂3 d后蜘蛛数量增加最多;不同距离的诱芯对叶蝉和天敌密度影响差异均不明显。【结论】外源SA和MeSA能够降低田间茶小绿叶蝉的种群密度,并对天敌具有一定的诱集效果,研究结果为茶园叶蝉的防治与优势天敌的保护和利用提供了重要的依据。  相似文献

Endogenous Methyl Salicylate in Pathogen-Inoculated Tobacco Plants   总被引:14,自引:3,他引:11  
The tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) cultivar Xanthi-nc (genotype NN) produces high levels of salicylic acid (SA) after inoculation with the tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). Gaseous methyl salicylate (MeSA), a major volatile produced in TMV-inoculated tobacco plants, was recently shown to be an airborne defense signal. Using an assay developed to measure the MeSA present in tissue, we have shown that in TMV-inoculated tobacco plants the level of MeSA increases dramatically, paralleling increases in SA. MeSA accumulation was also observed in upper, noninoculated leaves. In TMV-inoculated tobacco shifted from 32 to 24°C, the MeSA concentration increased from nondetectable levels to 2318 ng/g fresh weight 12 h after the temperature shift, but subsequently decreased with the onset of the hypersensitive response. Similar results were observed in plants inoculated with Pseudomonas syringae pathovar phaseolicola, in which MeSA levels were highest just before the hypersensitive response-induced tissue desiccation. Transgenic NahG plants unable to accumulate SA also did not accumulate MeSA after TMV inoculation, and did not show increased resistance to TMV following MeSA treatment. Based on the spatial and temporal kinetics of its accumulation, we conclude that tissue MeSA may play a role similar to that of volatile MeSA in the pathogen-induced defense response.  相似文献

【目的】探讨菜豆对昆虫取食防御反应的生化机制。【方法】研究了西花蓟马Frankliniella occidentalis取食、机械损伤以及外源水杨酸甲酯(MeSA)和茉莉酸(JA)处理后菜豆叶片防御酶活性的变化。【结果】西花蓟马取食、机械损伤及MeSA和JA处理均能明显提高过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,前2种处理POD活性在72 h上升到最高峰,而后2种处理则在48 h达到最高峰。蛋白酶抑制剂(PI)活性在西花蓟马取食后升高最明显。JA途径关键酶脂氧合酶(LOX)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性在西花蓟马取食、机械损伤和JA诱导处理均升高,但外源MeSA诱导处理则不能诱导它们的活性(P>0.05)。SA途径的关键酶苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)在西花蓟马取食和机械损伤后均有一个先升高后下降的过程,外源MeSA诱导只在24 h引起PAL活性升高,其余时间下和对照没有明显的区别,外源JA诱导未能引起PAL活性的显著变化(P>0.05)。西花蓟马取食、JA和MeSA诱导以及机械损伤均能诱导β-1,3 葡聚糖酶(PR-2)活性上升(P<0.05)。【结论】结果说明,不同处理可诱导菜豆植株产生明显的防御反应,但酶活性的变化与处理方式和处理时间有关。  相似文献

Aim

The dietary contents have a very important role in the management of metabolic syndrome along with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Indian diet contains a large amount of carbohydrates that set off unpredictable blood sugar fluctuations and leads to increased risk of diabetic complications. The aim of the present study was to identify the effect of mulberry tea in the reduction of abnormally high postprandial blood glucose (PPG) levels in T2DM patients.

Methods

The study design was follow-up T2DM, 20 diabetic patients were given plain tea (control) and 28 diabetic patients were given mulberry tea (test subject) to measure the effect of mulberry tea on fasting blood glucose and PPG levels. Fasting blood glucose samples were collected after a standard breakfast. The PPG levels were recorded after the consumption of 70 ml tea along with 1 teaspoon of sugar after 90 min in all 48 patients.

Results

Fasting blood glucose levels in control and test group samples were found to be 178.55 ± 35.61 and 153.50 ± 48.10, respectively. After the consumption of plain tea and mulberry tea, the PPG values were recorded as 287.20 ± 56.37 and 210.21 ± 58.73, respectively. A highly significant (p < 0.001) change in the PPG level was observed in response to mulberry tea in all the test patients compared with control. Moreover, the effect size was also found to be very large (1.31).

Conclusion

Mulberry tea suppresses postprandial rise of blood glucose levels after 90 min of its consumption.  相似文献

Background

Green tea has become renowned for its health benefits. In this study, we investigated the anti-stress effect of two kinds of green tea against a mental stress task load.

Methods

Warm water, ordinary green tea (Sagara), and shaded white tea, which contains more amino acid components than Sagara, were used as test samples in a randomized cross-over design study. Eighteen students (nine male and nine female) participated in three experimental trials on different days at intervals of seven days. Saliva was collected before beverage intake and after performing the mental stress load tasks. Concentration of chromogranin A (CgA) in the saliva was used as an index of autonomic nervous system activity.

Results

CgA level increased after the mental tasks, but intake of green tea inhibited this increase; the anti-stress effect was even greater after consumption of shaded white tea. Intake of shaded white tea also lowered Total Mood Disturbance (TMD) score on the Profile of Mood States (POMS); subjects in this condition tended to perform more calculations in the arithmetic task than those in the warm water treatment condition.

Conclusions

Salivary CgA concentration levels increased after mental stress load tasks, but ingestion of green tea inhibited this increase. This anti-stress effect was larger after the consumption of shaded white tea than after Sagara. Shaded white tea intake also lowered TMD score (POMS) and tended to improve performance on an arithmetic task compared to warm water, suggesting that shaded white tea might also improve mood during and after mental stress load.  相似文献

研究晚霜冻害危险性时空演变特征,对于优化区域农业生产布局和品种调优具有科学的指导意义。本研究利用西南茶区65个气象站点1971—2020年逐日气象数据,结合霜冻终日和茶芽萌发初日的变化特征及其相互关系,构建西南茶区灌木型茶树春梢晚霜冻害概率指数和冻害强度指数,分析西南茶区灌木型茶树晚霜冻害危险性时空演变特征。结果表明:1971—2020年,西南茶区霜冻终日和茶芽萌发初日均呈显著提前趋势,且霜冻终日的提早速率快于茶芽萌发初日的提早速率,萌发后的茶芽暴露于晚霜冻害的天数总体呈不显著下降趋势。西南茶区大部分区域灌木型茶树晚霜冻害危险性呈下降趋势,但贵州茶区呈不显著上升趋势。四川茶区西部边缘山区、贵州茶区西部与云南茶区东北部交界处等地灌木型茶树晚霜冻害危险性一直较高,四川盆地区、云南茶区南部和贵州茶区南部等地晚霜冻害危险性一直较低。云南茶区北部、中东部地区等区域晚霜冻害危险性呈明显下降趋势;而贵州茶区中部和东部区域灌木型茶树晚霜冻害危险性明显增加。  相似文献

为探讨菜豆对西花蓟马Frankliniella occidentalis取食的防御反应分子机制, 本实验利用荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)研究了西花蓟马取食、 机械损伤及外源水杨酸甲酯(MeSA)和茉莉酸(JA)处理对菜豆叶片防御相关基因(LOX, AOS, PAL及PR-2)相对表达量的影响。结果表明: 脂氧合酶基因(LOX)的相对表达量在外源JA和机械损伤诱导后分别在24 h和48 h时达到最大值, 但与对照相比差异不显著(P>0.05), 外源MeSA处理后LOX几乎没有表达, 西花蓟马取食后LOX的相对表达量在24 h显著升高, 约为对照的41.9倍, 且明显高于其余3个处理(P<0.05)。不同诱导处理后丙二烯氧化物合成酶基因(AOS)的相对表达量较低, 其中外源MeSA处理后在整个诱导时间内几乎没有表达。苯丙氨酸解氨酶基因(PAL)在机械损伤和外源JA处理后在整个诱导时间内几乎没有表达, 外源MeSA处理后PAL的表达量在24 h时最高, 为对照的1.9倍左右。PAL的相对表达量在遭受蓟马取食诱导后迅速升高, 在24 h时约为CK的4.3倍, 显著高于其他3种处理诱导的(P<0.05)。β-1, 3-葡聚糖酶基因(PR-2)的相对表达量在蓟马取食和外源JA处理的整个诱导时间内受到抑制, 机械损伤诱导后PR-2的表达水平在24 h时有所升高, 之后诱导期间内受到抑制。外源MeSA诱导后菜豆叶片中PR-2的相对表达量在24 h就急剧升高, 达到对照的6.63倍, 且显著高于其余3种处理诱导的(P<0.05), 但48 h后却几乎检测不到。研究结果提示, 西花蓟马取食不仅能够诱导SA和JA介导的信号传导途径, 且两通路间存在交互作用。  相似文献

An in vitro gastrointestinal model, which simulates the conditions in the human digestive tract, was used to determine potential antimutagenic activity of extracts of black tea and green tea. In this paper, results are presented on the availability for absorption of potential antimutagenic compounds present in tea and on the influence of the food matrix on this activity. Between 60 and 180min after the tea was introduced into the model, antimutagenic activity was recovered from the jejunal compartment by means of dialysis: the dialysate appeared to inhibit the mutagenicity of the food mutagen MeIQx in the direct plate assay with Salmonella typhimurium (Ames test). The maximum inhibition was measured at 2h after the start of the experiment and was comparable for black tea and green tea extract. To determine the influence of food matrices on the antimutagenic activity of tea, the model was loaded with black tea together with milk or a homogenized standard breakfast. The maximum inhibition observed with black tea was reduced by 22, 42 and 78% in the presence of whole milk, semi-skimmed milk, and skimmed milk, respectively. Whole milk and skimmed milk abolished the antimutagenic activity of green tea by more than 90%; for semi-skimmed milk the inhibition was more than 60%. When a homogenized breakfast was added into the model together with the black tea extract, the antimutagenic activity was completely eliminated. When tea and MeIQx were added together into the digestion model, MeIQx mutagenicity was efficiently inhibited, with green tea showing a slightly stronger antimutagenic activity than black tea. In this case, the addition of milk had only a small inhibiting effect on the antimutagenicity.Antioxidant capacity and the concentration of catechins were also measured in the jejunal dialysates. The reduction in antimutagenic activity corresponded with reduction in antioxidant capacity and with a decrease of concentration of three catechins, viz. catechin, epigallocatechin gallate and epigallocatechin. The in vitro gastrointestinal model appears to be a useful tool to study the antimutagenicity of food components.  相似文献

Green tea is a commonly used beverage and green tea extract is a common dietary herbal supplement manufactured into different over-the-counter products. The aim of this in vitro study was to examine the steroid hormone secretion (progesterone and 17-β estradiol), proliferation and apoptosis of porcine ovarian granulosa cells after addition of green tea extract. Granulosa cells were incubated with green tea extract at five doses (0.1, 1, 10, 100 and 200?μg/ml) and the release of hormones by granulosa cells was assessed by EIA after 24?h exposure. The presence of proliferation and apoptotic markers was assessed by immunocytochemistry. Secretion of steroid hormones was not affected by green tea extract at all the doses in comparison to control. Also, markers of proliferation (PCNA and cyclin B1) were not affected by green tea extract. However, the highest dose (200?μg/ml) of green tea extract used in this study increased the accumulation of apoptotic markers caspase-3 and p53 in granulosa cells. In conclusion, our results indicate the impact of green tea extract at the highest dose used in this study on ovarian apoptosis through pathway that includes activation of caspase-3 and p53. Potential stimulation of these intracellular regulators could induce the process of apoptosis in ovarian cells.  相似文献

Systemic acquired resistance (SAR) is a state of heightened defense to a broad spectrum of pathogens that is activated throughout a plant following local infection. Development of SAR requires the translocation of one or more mobile signals from the site of infection through the vascular system to distal (systemic) tissues. The first such signal identified was methyl salicylate (MeSA) in tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum). Subsequent studies demonstrated that MeSA also serves as a SAR signal in Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) and potato (Solanum tuberosum). By contrast, another study suggested that MeSA is not required for SAR in Arabidopsis and raised questions regarding its signaling role in tobacco. Differences in experimental design, including the developmental age of the plants, the light intensity, and/or the strain of bacterial pathogen, were proposed to explain these conflicting results. Here, we demonstrate that the length of light exposure that plants receive after the primary infection determines the extent to which MeSA is required for SAR signaling. When the primary infection occurred late in the day and as a result infected plants received very little light exposure before entering the night/dark period, MeSA and its metabolizing enzymes were essential for SAR development. In contrast, when infection was done in the morning followed by 3.5 h or more of exposure to light, SAR developed in the absence of MeSA. However, MeSA was generally required for optimal SAR development. In addition to resolving the conflicting results concerning MeSA and SAR, this study underscores the importance of environmental factors on the plant's response to infection.  相似文献
