With the current rate of biodiversity loss, conservation management practices require a comprehensive understanding of eco-evolutionary relationships, history, and genetic structure of species. Assessments of genetic diversity are crucial, especially in rare, endemic, or threatened forest tree species with small and isolated populations, such as peat bog pine (Pinus uliginosa N.). Here, we used a novel approach, combining genetic diversity assessment, ecological niche modeling, and population demography inference to explore the complex history of a few remnant populations of this endangered pine. To asses the relative influence of isolation and fragmentation on genetic diversity in the taxonomic context, the patterns of genetic variation found in P. uliginosa were contrasted with those observed in its close relatives with much bigger distribution ranges and larger populations (Pinus sylvestris, Pinus mugo, and Pinus uncinata). We found a similar level of genetic diversity across the species at nuclear loci but contrasting patterns of variability distribution at chloroplast markers. We detected the signatures of an ancient genetic bottleneck dated at around 26 400 years ago, indicating a drastic reduction in the population size of P. uligionosa during the Last Glacial Maximum. In addition, we found substantial differentiation between current populations as a result of enhanced genetic drift during long-lasting isolation. The research suggests potential conservation management strategies for peat bog pine and emphasizes the importance of using complementary approaches for their successful development.  相似文献

针对辽宁省章古台地区樟子松人工固沙林出现的衰退枯死现象,系统地研究了樟子松人工固沙林衰退的主要特征.结果表明,衰退的樟子松人工固沙林外貌景观呈灰绿色,针叶纤细,开花结实率低,平均单株球果数量为10.4~16.5个,成熟种子千粒重为6.96~7.39g,种子空粒、涩粒较多.生长季内2年生针叶营养元素季节变化规律相似,但N、P含量下降,K含量明显增高,表明养分循环失调;衰退林分2年生针叶叶绿素含量较高,健康林分1年生较高且增幅较大.松枯梢病的侵害是樟子松人工固沙林衰退的最明显标志.林分衰退后,树高和胸径生长量下降明显,林分胸径分布结构“左移”(径级小的株数增多),衰弱(亡)木数量增加了15.9%~27.2%;根量分别减少了22.9%~28.9%,其中吸收根减少量最大.  相似文献

沙地樟子松人工林叶片-枯落物-土壤氮磷化学计量特征   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为揭示沙地樟子松人工林N、P分配格局及化学计量特征,以呼伦贝尔沙地、科尔沁沙地、毛乌素沙地不同龄组(中龄林、近熟林和成熟林)沙地樟子松人工林为研究对象,测定分析其叶片、枯落物和土壤N、P含量及化学计量比.结果表明: 研究区3个龄组沙地樟子松人工林叶片、枯落物和土壤N、P含量分别为0.17~49.02和0.11~3.01 g·kg-1,N/P为0.51~19.74,均表现为叶片>枯落物>土壤,且N含量和N/P在3个组分间存在显著差异,叶片P含量显著高于枯落物和土壤.不同地区或林龄对沙地樟子松人工林各组分N、P含量及N/P有一定的影响,但地区和林龄的交互作用对沙地樟子松人工林各组分N/P无显著影响.随着林龄的增加,沙地樟子松各组分N、P含量也增加,在成熟林达到最大值,而N/P没有表现出明显的规律.沙地樟子松人工林N、P含量及N/P在3个组分间呈显著正相关关系.呼伦贝尔沙地和科尔沁沙地樟子松叶片N/P在14.53~15.57,说明这两个地区沙地樟子松人工林的生长可能受N、P的共同限制;毛乌素沙地樟子松叶片N/P在18.56~19.71,说明该地樟子松人工林生长可能受P限制,且林龄对沙地樟子松N、P养分限制的影响不显著.建议在沙地樟子松人工林抚育管理时,依据当地实际情况适当添加N肥或P肥,以提高沙地樟子松林的生产力.研究结果有助于进一步了解N、P在沙地樟子松人工林叶片-枯落物-土壤系统中的相互作用与制约规律,并为沙地樟子松人工林经营管理提供科学依据.  相似文献

中国有着世界上最大面积的人工林, 如何维持人工林的可持续性已成为气候变化背景下需要面对的重大挑战。樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica)以其抗旱、抗寒、耐贫瘠等优良特性成为中国北方生态治理中最主要的常绿针叶树种之一, 近70年来发挥了巨大的防风固沙与生态固碳功能。然而, 随着林分的生长与气候变化, 樟子松人工固沙林正经历着越来越严峻的环境胁迫, 部分地区出现了林分“早衰”或死亡的现象, 引起了人们对樟子松固沙林适应与应对气候变化能力的担忧。该文在回溯樟子松基本生物学特征与引种推广历史, 系统总结近年来樟子松林林水关系研究新成果的基础上, 全面分析了樟子松固沙林林水关系存在的主要矛盾, 并提出了基于林水关系相协调的林分经营措施的调整: 由倡导防护功能为主的单一目标向包含林分稳定性、生态固碳功能、可持续发展等多目标平衡方向调整; 由以沙地森林景观培育为主向以良好土壤生境培育为主的方向调整; 由倡导天然更新为主向以人工造林与天然更新相结合的世代更新方向调整。在立足于北方沙地脆弱生境与气候变化客观现实的基础背景下, 应坚持樟子松在固沙林生态系统演化过程中的先锋种与建群种地位, 基于“以水定绿”原则, 采取“隔行带伐+再造林”等方式开展林分密度动态调控, 促进林分向异龄林结构演化, 促进樟子松固沙林生态服务的优质化和生态固碳功能的最大化。  相似文献

樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica)是我国北方重要的用材、园林绿化及生态防护树种。研究膨大剂处理对樟子松种实性状的影响,可以为樟子松优质球果的高产、稳产的科学管理方式提供依据。本研究以吉林省延边自治区汪清县亲和种子园樟子松优良单株为研究对象,分析氯吡脲(PPU)和α-萘乙酸钠(α-NA)2种膨大剂处理对樟子松球果产量、球果质量、种子产量和种子质量等指标的影响。膨大剂处理后,樟子松种实性状的平均值均大于对照,表明膨大剂处理对于樟子松的种实发育有促进作用;樟子松的球果重、单果出籽量、种长及种宽在各处理间差异均达极显著水平(P<0.001),表明膨大剂处理对樟子松球果产量以及种子质量有极显著影响。膨大剂处理后单果出籽量和单果出籽重的表型变异系数分别达到28.54%、33.88%。利用球果性状对各处理进行综合评价,初步选出氯吡脲浓度10 mg·L-1为最佳处理,该处理条件下球果长、球果宽、球果重的现实增益分别为11.81%、4.65%和24.35%;根据种子性状初步选出α-萘乙酸钠质量浓度为10 mg·L-1的...  相似文献

沙地樟子松是我国北方重要的防风固沙造林树种,也是一种典型的外生菌根依赖型树种。为揭示呼伦贝尔沙地樟子松外生菌根真菌多样性,以中龄、近熟、成熟3个龄组沙地樟子松人工林和沙地樟子松天然林为研究对象,采用野外调查和分子生物学相结合的研究方法,鉴定分析沙地樟子松外生菌根真菌种群特征。研究结果表明:(1)呼伦贝尔沙地樟子松外生菌根真菌共有10个OTU属于子囊菌,48个OTU属于担子菌,隶属于21科25属。(2)天然林优势菌为糙缘腺革菌属Amphinema、丝膜菌属Cortinarius和乳牛肝菌属Suillus,人工林优势菌为乳牛肝菌属,其余菌种相对丰度随着林龄变化波动较大。(3)天然林与人工林外生菌根真菌种群Shannon、Simpson和Pielou指数存在显著差异(P<0.05),人工林间alpha多样性指数差异不显著(P>0.05)。(4)呼伦贝尔沙地樟子松天然林和人工林外生菌根真菌种群组成存在较大差异,其中近熟林的外生菌根真菌群落组成与天然林的最为接近。  相似文献

利用Vaganov-Shashkin模型对呼伦贝尔地区4个样点的沙地樟子松标准化宽度年表进行模拟研究,在2000年以前时段拟合度较好,而2000年以后时段拟合度较差。进而选取2000年以前的模拟结果进行径向生长过程分析。结果表明: 呼伦贝尔沙地樟子松主要的生长季为每年的5—9月,温度对每年樟子松生长初期与末期具有显著影响,而在树木生长季旺盛期,土壤湿度的不足是制约树木生长的主要因素。极端窄年树木径向生长速率受土壤湿度的影响较极端宽年明显,生长季中期7—8月树木径向生长速率在宽窄年份均呈降低趋势,表明该时期沙地樟子松生长均受到不同程度的干旱胁迫。研究结果与我国半干旱地区树木年轮生理模型分析特征相符,模型对呼伦贝尔沙地樟子松径向生长模拟具有一定的适用性。  相似文献

Differences in the ability of salivary proteins from Scandinavian and North American moose (Alces alces) to bind tannins from various preferred food plant sources were studied. Both Scandinavian and North American moose produce a salivary tannin-binding protein which binds only condensed tannins common in their diet. The tannins of winter-browsed stems of Pinus sylvestris and Salix pentandra were more effectively bound by salivary tannin-binding protein from North American moose than by those from Scandinavian moose. Tannins of P. sylvestris and S. pentandra stems were also more effective binding agents than tannins from S. caprea and Betula species. The interactions between salivary tannin-binding protein and plant tannins may be one factor affecting food plant choice of moose. The chemical and biochemical characteristics of plant tannins and the ability of salivary tannin-binding proteins to react with tannins should be taken into account in diet selection.  相似文献

在全球变暖的背景下,升温可能会影响树木的生长,导致森林生态系统的平衡受到干扰。本研究利用树轮年代学方法中的生长-气候响应函数、滑动相关分析,探讨大兴安岭漠河地区樟子松和落叶松径向生长的限制因子,以及二者径向生长对快速升温的响应。结果表明: 樟子松和落叶松的径向生长受温度和降水的共同作用,樟子松对气候变化的响应比落叶松更为敏感,对气候因子的敏感性比落叶松更稳定。樟子松径向生长与当年生长季月均温及月均最低温呈显著正相关,而落叶松与冬季月均温及月均最高温呈显著正相关。冬季降水促进樟子松生长,前一年生长季后期降水抑制落叶松的径向生长。1990年快速升温后,降水对樟子松的限制作用由升温前的负相关转变为升温后的显著正相关,高温对樟子松的抑制作用大于促进作用;高温对落叶松的抑制作用增强,降水对落叶松的限制作用也在升温后增强,生长速率显著下降,二者生长速率与温度和降水的相关性变化存在明显差异。本研究可为大兴安岭森林生态系统管理与保护提供科学依据。  相似文献

为筛选红花尔基樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica)优良抗旱菌树组合,采用樟子松林下5个优势外生菌根真菌菌株为接种体,分别对5个月龄樟子松实生苗进行人工接种,接种8个月后观察菌根侵染情况及菌根形态,并在非干旱胁迫和干旱胁迫条件下测定不同菌树组合的生长和生理生化指标。结果表明:5个乡土菌种均能成功侵染樟子松并形成典型的外生菌根;干旱胁迫下,菌根化樟子松的各项生长指标均显著高于对照(P<0.05),且接种粘盖牛肝菌(Suillus bovinus)具有最高的菌根侵染率、苗高、地上及地下生物量和根茎比;外生菌根共生体可通过提高植物SOD活性与POD活性,同时降低MDA含量来提高樟子松对干旱的耐受力;干旱胁迫下,所有接种处理苗木的萎蔫时间较对照处理均推迟,推迟时间最长的是粘盖牛肝菌接种处理,较对照推迟96.3 h;另外,接种处理均能显著延长宿主临界致死时间,尤其是接种粘盖牛肝菌可延长113.8 h。因此,可以认为粘盖牛肝菌与樟子松是一个较为理想的抗旱菌树组合。  相似文献

作者研究了中国东北所产的"樟子松"的核型。结果表明,大兴安岭山地生长的樟子松与欧洲赤松的核型类似,而沙地生长的樟子松的核型则有明显的变异。根据核型比较研究,作者认为,把山地樟子松视为欧洲赤松的原变种,沙地樟子松应视为另一变种。"樟子松"分布于黑龙江大兴安岭海拔400-900米山地及大兴安岭以西、西南一带沙地。因为它生长迅速,成材期短,能耐贫瘠干旱,为石质山地和草原沙地主要造林树种之一,在我国东北、内蒙、华北地区营林事业中占有重要的地位。多年来,在植物分类学上对于"樟子松"的归属问题还存在着一些分歧:V.L.Komarov(1901)、北川政夫(1939、1979)、竹内亮(1958)等人认为,中国东北产的"樟子松"与分布于欧亚大陆的欧洲赤松(Pinus sylvestris)同属一种;D.I.Litvinov(1905)及陈嵘(1937)、刘慎谔(1955)、吴仲伦(1956),郑万钧等(1961、1978)的研究认为东北 的樟子松均为欧洲赤松的变种(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica LitV.);近来又有的作者认为中国东北地区的"樟子松"根据产地不同可分为山地樟子松(分布于大兴安岭山地)与沙地樟子松(分布于大兴安岭以西的呼伦尔草原之沙地上)两种类型,并认为前者为欧洲赤松原变种,而后者则为欧洲赤松之另一变种。  相似文献

In the present study we investigated the genetic structure and genetic diversity of Pinus sylvestris populations in Bulgaria using chloroplast microsatellite markers and terpene analysis. We were interested in addressing the following questions: (1) can population structure in Scots pine be detected via chloroplast microsatellites markers and terpenes; (2) are there differences in population differentiation between the two analyses; and (3) how are the patterns related to geographic distances. Twelve provenances were chosen throughout the species' range in Bulgaria. Following DNA extraction, chloroplast microsatellite (cpSSR) loci were surveyed using six primer pairs. Between 4 to 8 size variants were identified at each locus. A total of 35 size variants at the six loci were identified, 11 occurring at low frequencies (<1%). They were combined in 134 different haplotypes, of which seven represent 1/3 of the genetic structure. AMOVA analysis revealed that 10.99% of the variation was found among populations, while 89.01% was expressed within populations. The cpSSR analysis divided Scots pine populations into two groups, the first represented by populations located in the south-western part of the Rhodopes and Pirin mountains, while the second group is located in the northeast of Rhodopes and Rila mountains. Terpene analysis revealed that on average, 53% of the monoterpene pool in P. sylvestris was accounted for by -pinene (range 47–59%) followed by β-pinene (range 6–12%). The presence of two distinct groups is weekly consistent with physical distances between populations, similar significant correlation between genetic distance determined by chloroplast microsatellites analysis and chemotype distance (determined by terpenes) was observed. Our results suggest that the structural pattern of genetic diversity of cpDNA in Scots pine populations is the consequence of historical biogeographic processes.  相似文献

樟子松是三北地区造林的主要树种之一,研究樟子松人工林净生态系统碳交换(NEE)及其影响要素对理解我国人工林碳平衡有重要意义。本研究以辽西樟子松人工林为对象,采用涡度相关系统及其配套设备于2020年对樟子松人工林NEE和环境要素进行了原位连续观测。结果表明: 在0.5 h尺度上,1—12月夜间为碳源,白天为碳汇,且受干旱影响5—8月下午碳吸收受到明显抑制。在日尺度上,受干旱影响,控制夜间NEE季节动态的主要要素为土壤温度和土壤湿度,控制白天NEE季节动态的主要要素为土壤湿度和饱和水汽压差;土壤干旱时降水可促进夜间和白天NEE,并导致光合呼吸参数升高。在月尺度上,白天NEE与表观量子利用效率和最大光合速率均呈显著负相关,当空气温度小于5 ℃时,10 ℃生态系统呼吸和生态系统呼吸温度敏感性随空气温度降低而呈线性增加。2020年辽西樟子松人工林NEE积累量为-145.17 g C·m-2,表现为弱碳汇。  相似文献

红花尔基被誉为樟子松Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica的故乡,樟子松是我国北方主要的造林树种之一,也是典型的菌根依赖型树种。研究樟子松根围外生菌根真菌(ectomycorrhizal fungi,ECMF)群落结构特征对红花尔基沙地樟子松生态系统的保护具有重要意义。本研究以红花尔基天然樟子松根围土壤为研究对象,采用Illumina MiSeq测序技术研究了4个龄级(<10、11-20、21-30和31-40年,分别称作Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ龄级)天然樟子松根围土壤ECMF群落结构特征。结果表明:(1)测序共获得87 516条ECMF序列,划分为177个OTUs(operational taxonomic units,OTU),隶属于2个门,4个纲,12个目,26个科,43个属。(2)Ⅳ龄级中Ace丰富度指数和Shannon-Wiener多样性指数均显著高于Ⅰ龄级(P<0.05)。(3)不同龄级根围ECMF优势属占比不同,Ⅰ龄级中占比最大的为Inocybe(42.55%);Ⅱ和Ⅲ龄级中占比最大的均为Tricholoma,分别为31.64%和27.69%;Ⅳ龄级中占比最大的为Cortinarius(28.80%)。(4)冗余分析表明,土壤pH值对ECMF的影响程度最大,其次为速效钾和碱解氮;同时,不同理化因子对群落中优势属的影响也存在差异。  相似文献

大兴安岭是我国气候变化最为显著的地区之一,兴安落叶松和樟子松是该地区最为重要的树种,研究它们径向生长对气候变化的响应差异,可以为预测气候变化下我国北方森林动态提供科学依据。在大兴安岭地区选择6个样点共采集兴安落叶松树轮和樟子松树轮样芯451个,建立了12个标准年表。比较了1900年以来树木径向生长趋势,利用Pearson相关分析法分析各样点兴安落叶松和樟子松生长对气候因子的响应,运用线性混合模型探讨温度和降水对兴安落叶松和樟子松年径向生长的影响,通过滑动相关对比两个树种生长-气候关系的时间稳定性。结果表明: 兴安落叶松径向生长与3月平均温度呈负相关,与上一年冬季和当年7月降水呈正相关。樟子松径向生长与当年8月温度呈正相关,与当年生长季(5—9月)降水呈正相关。冬季降雪对兴安落叶松径向生长起到重要的促进作用,夏季过多降水对樟子松径向生长起到显著的限制作用。兴安落叶松和樟子松生长对气候变化的响应存在明显差异,因此,气候变化可能会影响北方森林生态系统的树木生长、物种组成以及空间分布等。  相似文献

The corticioid basidiomycete Peniophorella praetermissa has long been regarded as a morphologically variable species complex. An ITS-based phylogenetic study based on a worldwide sampling was carried out using parsimony and Bayesian inference. The resulting trees feature three major clades, further divided into well-supported subclades. These could be considered as distinct species, a contention that is further supported by crossing test data. Only two out of the eight phylogenetic lineages identified can be distinctly morphologically characterized: P. odontiaeformis and P. subpraetermissa. P. odontiaeformis is an odontioid species with a paleotropical distribution whereas the taxa in the remaining subclades have smooth basidiomata and are distributed in temperate areas. P. subpraetermissa is known only from the type collection and is distinguished microscopically by its reddish brown apically encrustated cystidia. Taxa in the remaining subclades are impossible to distinguish from each other morphologically, and therefore, are viewed as a species complex, P. praetermissa s. lat. One of the subclades, which is widely distributed but restricted to the Northern hemisphere, is proposed to represent P. praetermissa s. str. An epitype is selected from the same area as the holotype, among the specimens studied here. However, the geographically most widespread clade with many representatives from both hemispheres is here referred to as P. pertenuis, a taxon that was previously considered a synonym to P. praetermissa.  相似文献

The population dynamics of Pseudo-nitzschia species from the Quoddy Region of the Bay of Fundy was examined in a field-based study. Five stations were sampled over a period of 11 weeks during the course of one discrete bloom episode in 2003 with seven species of Pseudo-nitzschia found and enumerated: P. americana, P. delicatissima, P. pseudodelicatissima, P. fraudulenta, P. pungens, P. seriata and P. subpacifica. We related species abundance to physical and chemical properties of seawater (transparency, fluorescence, silicate, phosphate, nitrite + nitrate, ammonia, nitrite, oxygen, sigma-t, tidal level, tidal state and total depth of water column) using canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) to identify factors explaining the greatest amount of variance in their temporal and spatial distribution patterns. Our results indicate that abundance of species and groups of species correlated well with certain specific chemical and physical properties of seawater. P. pseudodelicatissima and P. delicatissima abundance was positively correlated with nitrates and P. americana with depth of the water column. P. pungens was more abundant in samples with higher concentrations of phosphates and lower concentrations of nitrates. P. seriata abundance was negatively associated with total fluorescence. P. subpacifica and P. fraudulenta abundances were not statistically related to any of the variables examined. Our data therefore provides direction for testable, hypothesis driven experiments that could provide predictive insights into the occurrence of certain harmful algal bloom (HAB) species should specific environmental variables be further affected along the gradients extracted in this study.  相似文献

The normal-alkane range in leaf cuticular waxes from 22 Persea species and cultivars and from the closely related genus Beilschmiedia was C23 H48 to C35, H72; alkanes with an odd number of carbon atoms predominated, C33 H68 usually constituting about half of the total wax. The alkane profiles gave good agreement with established taxonomy. Beilschmiedia showed an alkane distribution quite different from that of the Persea taxa. Amongst Persea species, the geographical and phylogenetic distinctiveness of P. indica and P. donnell-smithii were reflected in the distinctiveness of their alkanes. Within the subgenus Persea. the morphologically most distinct entity. P. schiedeana, also had a distinct alkane profile. Cultivars of hybrid origin indicated in their alkane proportions pronounced gene interaction.  相似文献

The monoterpene composition of the shoot cortical oleoresin allowed the natural range of Lodgepole pine (Pinus contorta) to be divided into chemically distinct regions. The trees examined were all grown in Britain from seed originally collected from 150 localities in north-west America. Those from the central area of the natural range contained a wide variety of monoterpene pattern-types, while those from more peripheral areas tended to be more exclusively characterized by their own specific pattern-types. Chemical evidence for introgression with Jack pine (P. banksiana) was detected in trees originating from central British Columbia, and there was also a highly localized and pronounced region of introgression chemotypes in coastal populations near the border of Oregon and California. Variations between trees grown in replicate plots and at different sites in Britain were small, and the results indicated that resin analysis of a sample of 25 trees was usually sufficient to determine the region of origin of an unknown population.  相似文献
