Nifuratel (Magmilor) was compared with metronidazole (Flagyl) in the treatment of trichomonal vaginitis by a randomized double-blind trial. Only 18 out of 47 patients (38%) treated with nifuratel were found to be cured, whereas 42 out of 49 patients (85%) treated with metronidazole were cured. Severe reactions, necessitating withdrawal of treatment, occurred in three patients treated with nifuratel. There were no serious side-effects with metronidazole. The results of this trial indicate that nifuratel is not a satisfactory substitute for metronidazole in the treatment of trichomoniasis.  相似文献

Subjective adverse reactions to metronidazole were analyzed in 111 patients with amebiasis. Metronidazole was administered to 36 patients at a daily dose of 2250 mg and 75 patients at daily doses lower than 2250 mg. The reactions reported included nausea without vomiting in 11 (9.9%) patients, nausea with vomiting in 2 (1.8%), dysgeusia in 2 (1.8%), diarrhea in 1 (0.9%), headache in 1 (0.9%), numbness in 1 (0.9%), dizziness in 1 (0.9%), urticaria in 1 (0.9%), exanthema in 1 (0.9%), and discomfort in 1 (0.9%). Nausea was reported by 28% (10/36) of the patients receiving metronidazole at a daily dose of 2250 mg and 4% (3/75) of the patients receiving lower daily doses. The duration of the metronidazole administration in days was not associated with the appearance of nausea. No life-threatening adverse reactions were identified, and good clinical therapeutic effects were observed in 96% (107/111) of the patients. While metronidazole appears to be a safe anti-protozoal agent for patients with amebiasis, our results indicate that a daily metronidazole dose of 2250 mg is excessive for amebiasis, as it often induces nausea.  相似文献

Aim. Eradication therapy with proton pump inhibitor, clarithromycin and amoxicillin is extensively used, although it fails in a considerable number of cases. A ‘rescue’ therapy with a quadruple combination of omeprazole, bismuth, tetracycline and metronidazole (or ranitidine bismuth citrate with these same antibiotics) has been recommended, but it still fails in approximately 20% of cases. Our aim was to evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of a rifabutin‐based regimen in patients with two consecutive H. pylori eradication failures. Patients and Methods. Design: Prospective multicenter study. Patients: Consecutive patients in whom a first eradication trial with omeprazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin and a second trial with omeprazole, bismuth, tetracycline and metronidazole (three patients) or ranitidine bismuth citrate with these same antibiotics (11 patients) had failed were included. Intervention: A third eradication regimen with rifabutin (150 mg bid), amoxicillin (1 g bid) and omeprazole (20 mg bid) was prescribed for 14 days. All drugs were administered together after breakfast and dinner. Compliance with therapy was determined from the interrogatory and the recovery of empty envelopes of medications. Outcome: H. pylori eradication was defined as a negative 13C‐urea breath test 8 weeks after completing therapy. Results. Fourteen patients have been included. Mean age ± SD was 42 ± 11 years, 41% males, peptic ulcer (57%), functional dyspepsia (43%). All patients took all the medications and completed the study protocol. Per‐protocol and intention‐to‐treat eradication was achieved in 11/14 patients (79%; 95% confidence interval = 49–95%). Adverse effects were reported in five patients (36%), and included: abdominal pain (three patients), nausea and vomiting (one patient), and oral candidiasis (one patient); no patient abandoned the treatment due to adverse effects. Conclusion. Rifabutin‐based rescue therapy constitutes an encouraging strategy after multiple previous eradication failures with key antibiotics such as amoxicillin, clarithromycin, metronidazole and tetracycline.  相似文献

The eradication rate obtained using the classical triple therapy containing metronidazole, amoxicillin and bismuth citrate, was determined in 57 paediatric patients with digestive disorders, according to the susceptibility to metronidazole of the Helicobacter pylori strains (determined by agar dilution) and the cagA and vacA status (determined by PCR). Eradication was obtained in 38 out of 43 patients (88.3%) infected by H. pylori with metronidazole MIC < or = 2 mg l(-1), in 3 out of 6 patients (50%) when MIC was 4-8 mg l(-1) and in 4 out of 8 patients (50%) when MIC was > 8 mg l(-1). Among patients infected with cagA+ and cagA- strains an eradication rate of 75% (6/8) and 75% (18/24) was found, and 50% (3/6) and 80% (21/26) among vacA s1- and vacA s2-infected subjects (P > 0.05). H. pylori eradication depends on the susceptibility of the strain to metronidazole, being higher in patients infected with susceptible H. pylori. However, according to our data the cagA or vacA status was not an important factor in treatment failure in the eradication of H. pylori.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Proton pump inhibitor-amoxicillin-metronidazole is recommended as second-line Helicobacter pylori therapy in Japan. The authors assessed the efficacy and safety of second-line eradication using the H2-receptor antagonist famotidine as a substitute for proton pump inhibitor. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Sixty-one patients who failed in first-line H. pylori eradication using proton pump inhibitor-clarithromycin-amoxicillin were randomly assigned to either second-line therapy including metronidazole: a 7-day course of lansoprazole 30 mg, amoxicillin 750 mg, and metronidazole 250 mg, b.i.d. (lansoprazole group); or a 7-day course of famotidine 40 mg, amoxicillin 750 mg, and metronidazole 250 mg, b.i.d. (famotidine group). Eradication was assessed for each group at least 4 weeks after completing eradication therapy. Drug susceptibility test was performed using 57 strains in pretreatment to clarithromycin, metronidazole, and amoxicillin. RESULTS: Prior to second-line H. pylori eradication, the rate of resistance to clarithromycin was high at 84% (48/57). Similarly, resistance to metronidazole was low at 5.3% (3/57); however, no amoxicillin-resistant strains were found. The eradication rates for both lansoprazole and famotidine treatment groups were high at 97% (29/30) and 94% (29/31), respectively. CONCLUSIONS: Famotidine treatment including metronidazole-amoxicillin as second-line therapy provided a high eradication rate similar to lansoprazole therapy. Famotidine is therefore expected to serve as a useful H. pylori eradication regimen in patients with proton pump inhibitor allergy, an economic benefit in terms of reduced health-care costs is also anticipated.  相似文献

Background: Following the failure of first‐line Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy using a proton pump inhibitor, amoxicillin, and clarithromycin, second‐line therapy is conducted for 1 week using metronidazole instead of clarithromycin in Japan. Recent studies indicate that metronidazole‐containing therapy has a higher eradication rate with prolonged treatment duration, even with metronidazole resistance. The aim of this study was to reveal the efficacy of 2‐week metronidazole‐containing second‐line therapy. Methods: Eighty‐two consecutive outpatients who had failed in the first‐line eradication therapy were enrolled and second‐line therapy was initiated with 10 mg rabeprazole, 750 mg amoxicillin, and 250 mg metronidazole twice daily. After they had been screened by hematological examination 1 week after initiation, the treatment was continued for 2 weeks after initiation in patients without hematological abnormality. Cure was essentially confirmed by the urea breath test. Results: After one patient was lost, hematological examination showed elevated serum aminotransferase in 14 of 81 patients. Although it was mild without clinical issues, they were ethically excluded from this study. In the remaining 67 patients and the lost patient, the eradication rate with 2‐week therapy was 65/68 (96%, 95% confidence interval: 88–98%) by intention to treat analysis and 65/65 (100%, 94–100%) by per protocol analysis. The main adverse event was soft stools (39%), and no serious adverse event was observed. Conclusion: This 2‐week metronidazole‐containing second‐line therapy provides high efficacy in Japan where metronidazole resistance is rare.  相似文献

Cholecystectomy was carried out in 17 teenage girls for cholecystitis at Virginia Mason Hospital, Seattle, between 1971 and 1980. The incidence increased with increasing age. Gallbladder disease was associated with recent pregnancy or birth control pill use (71%), obesity (65%) and family history of gallbladder disease (47%). All but one patient had at least one of these risk factors. No patient had congenital anomalies, blood dyscrasias or other underlying illness. Patients most commonly had recurrent attacks of abdominal pain; seven had symptoms for more than six months. Although the clinical presentations were often mild, six patients had jaundice, three had chemical pancreatitis, one had hemorrhagic pancreatitis, one had pancreatic pseudocyst and abscess and one had a common duct stone. One patient had cholesterosis and 16 had cholelithiasis. All patients were cured by operation. During the same time period, only two boys, both aged 14 years, nonobese and with no family history of gallbladder disease, underwent cholecystectomy, both for acaculous cholecystitis.  相似文献

Dientamoeba fragilis is an intestinal protozoan, an inhabitant of the human gastrointestinal tract, with a worldwide distribution. The reported prevalence of D. fragilis varies worldwide in different populations between 0.3% and 82.9%, and its role as a pathogen is still unclear. The parasite has been identified in the faeces of asymptomatic patients and with different acute and chronic symptoms, like abdominal pain, diarrhoea, flatulence, nausea and vomiting.The aims of this study were to evaluate the prevalence of D. fragilis in the North-East of Italy, and the clinical improvement of symptoms after recommended treatment with paromomycin or metronidazole. Furthermore, a literature review of D. fragilis prevalence studies in Italy was carried out to show the Italian situation.Of 575 enrolled people, 85 (14.8%) were positive for D. fragilis. The most prevalent symptoms were abdominal pain 28.2%, anal itching 27.1%, watery diarrhoea 18.8%, meteorism 16.5% and nausea/lack of appetite 14.1%. The high rate of anal itching was unexpected, because it wasn't a common symptom. 32 patients were co-infected with B. hominis (37.7%) and three with G. lamblia (3.5%).Our study showed paromomycin had a high efficacy for treatment of D. fragilis infections 100.0% (45/45), while caution must be used when using metronidazole 53.3% (24/40). We recommend paromomycin for empirical treatment, given its great effectiveness in our population.  相似文献

Background To refine our understanding of anti- Helicobacter pylori treatment regimens further, we evaluated the efficacy and safety of lansoprazole given in combination with clarithromycin and metronidazole for 7 days in an open-label, multicenter study.
Materials and Methods. H. pylori -positive patients self-administered lansoprazole, 30 mg; clarithromycin, 500 mg; and metronidazole, 500 mg bid for 7 days. Patients were assessed at pretreatment, at which time the presence of H. pylori was documented by rapid urease test or histology and culture, following study drug administration (week 1) for a brief evaluation only, and at least 4 weeks posttreatment (week 5), including endoscopy with collection of biopsy specimens for culture and histology testing.
Results. Of the 60 patients enrolled in the study, 59 had confirmed H. pylori infection, and 51 were included in an intent-to-treat analysis of efficacy. Primary metronidazole and clarithromycin resistance were observed in 84% and 8% of study patients, respectively. One month after the end of therapy, H. pylori infection was cured in 40 of 51 patients (78%); 95% confidence interval, 65%–89%). The triple-therapy regimen was well-tolerated, with only 2 patients (4%) requiring premature withdrawal from the study due to treatment-related adverse events. Taste perversion (15.0%) and diarrhea (11.7%) were the most frequently reported adverse events possibly or probably related to study medication during the treatment period.
Conclusion. Despite a high prevalence of metronidazole resistance, a 1-week, triple-drug combination of lansoprazole, clarithromycin, and metronidazole is effective treatment for and well-tolerated by patients with H. pylori infection.  相似文献

The gutter treatment for ingrowing toenails consists of introducing a small guard along the side of the toenail and requires only three outpatient attendances. The gutter is left in place for eight to 12 weeks and then removed by the patient. Two studies were carried out to establish the long-term results of the method. In one, a preliminary retrospective study, 13 out of 25 patients who had received the gutter treatment were cured after one year compared with five out of 15 patients in whom the toenail had been avulsed. In a randomised prospective study 20 out of 36 patients (56%) treated by the gutter method were cured after one year compared with 27 out of 32 (84%) in whom the wedge resection procedure had been used. The gutter treatment demands little skill and may be carried out in general practice. It gives an excellent cosmetic result with immediate pain relief and does not compromise further surgery should this be required, thus fulfilling the main requirements for the primary treatment of choice.  相似文献

Background. One week of quadruple therapy including metronidazole is recommended for Helicobacter pylori treatment failures after first line therapy regardless of resistance status. This study investigated whether a quadruple regimen containing furazolidone could be effective as a third‐line (salvage) therapy. Methods. All patients with previous H. pylori treatment failure after a clarithromycin‐metronidazole ± amoxicillin combination plus acid suppression were given lansoprazole 30 mg twice a day (bid), tripotassiumdicitratobismuthate 240 mg bid, tetracycline 1 g bid, metronidazole 400 mg (PPI‐B‐T‐M) three times a day (tid) for 1 week. In the case of treatment failure with this second‐line therapy, the same regimen was applied for 1 week except for using furazolidone 200 mg bid (PPI‐B‐T‐F) instead of metronidazole (sequential study design). Results. Eighteen consecutive patients were treated with PPI‐B‐T‐M. Eleven of those 18 remained H. pylori positive (38.9% cured). Pretherapeutic metronidazole resistance was associated with a lower probability of eradication success (10% vs. 75%, p= .04). Ten of these 11 patients agreed to be retreated by PPI‐B‐T‐F. Final cure of H. pylori with PPI‐B‐T‐F was achieved in 9/10 patients (90%) nonresponsive to PPI‐B‐T‐M. Conclusions. In the presence of metronidazole resistance, PPI‐B‐T‐M as a recommended second‐line therapy by the Maastricht consensus conference achieved unacceptable low cure rates in our metronidazole pretreated population. In this population, metronidazole based second‐line quadruple therapy may be best suited in case of a metronidazole‐free first line‐regimen (e.g. PPI‐clarithromycin‐amoxicillin) or a low prevalence of metronidazole resistance. Furazolidone in the PPI‐B‐T‐F combination does not have a cross‐resistance potential to metronidazole and is a promising salvage option after a failed PPI‐B‐T‐M regimen.  相似文献

A retrospective survey of women treated in prison for trichomonal vaginitis with metronidazole showed that 488 of 496 (98·3%) were cured after one course of drugs. Five of the eight treatment failures were successfully treated by further courses of metronidazole.A regimen of 400 mg metronidazole twice daily for seven days is simple and effective when taken in prescribed dosage. Metronidazole is still the drug of choice for trichomonal vaginitis. No toxic reactions were observed and there was no evidence that the drug has lost efficacy in the last ten years.  相似文献

Background and Aim. Failure of primary anti‐H. pylori therapy results in a high rate of antimicrobial resistance. Here, we investigated the efficacy of high‐dose dual therapy and quadruple therapy as salvage treatments for eradication of H. pylori resistant to both metronidazole and clarithromycin. Patients and Methods. Patients with at least one treatment failure and infected with H. pylori resistant to both metronidazole and clarithromycin, were randomized to receive either omeprazole 4 × 40 mg and amoxicillin 4 × 750 mg; or omeprazole 2 × 20 mg, bismuthcitrate 4 × 107 mg, metronidazole 4 × 500 mg and tetracycline 4 × 500 mg. Both regimens were given for 14 days. In cases of persistent infection, a cross‐over therapy was performed. Results. Eighty‐four patients were randomized. Cure of H. pylori infection was achieved in 31 patients after dual therapy and in 35 patients after quadruple therapy (per protocol: 83.8% (95% CI, 67.9–93.8) and 92.1% (95% CI, 78.6–98.3), respectively (p = 0.71); intention to treat: 75.6% (95% CI: 59.7–87.6) and 81.4% (95% CI: 66.6–91.6), respectively (p = 0.60)). Cross‐over therapy was performed in six of nine patients, four of whom were cured of the infection. Conclusion. Both high‐dose dual therapy and quadruple therapy are effective in curing H. pylori infection resistant to both metronidazole and clarithromycin in patients who experienced previous treatment failures.  相似文献

Netilmicin, a new aminoglycoside antibiotic, was used to treat 19 patients with urinary tract infection and 5 with systemic infection. The causal organisms were Escherichia coli (in 2), Klebsiella pneumoniae (in 4), Serratia marcescens (in 12) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (in 7); 1 patient was infected with two of these organisms. All the isolates of causal organisms except one of Serratia were initially sensitive to netilmicin but many were resistant to other aminoglycosides. Sixteen of the urinary tract infections responded to netilmicin therapy, although relapse occurred in three patients. Two of the three patients with musculoskeletal infection responded to combined therapy with surgery and netilmicin; the other patient responded to the same regimen but with carbenicillin added. Netilmicin cured pneumonia in one patient but failed in the other patient with pneumonia, who had leukemia. Superinfection occurred in five patients with urinary tract infection. Adverse reactions to netilmicin were minor. Netilmicin may prove to be a useful agent, particularly for infections due to multiresistant Klebsiella or Serratia, or when prolonged aminoglycoside therapy is required.  相似文献

Antibiotic resistance among Helicobacter pylori has been increasing worldwide and has begun to affect the overall efficacy of current antibiotic regimens adversely. We examined 220 pairs of H. pylori isolates obtained from both the antrum and corpus of separate patients; 109 (50%) harbored antibiotic-resistant H. pylori: amoxicillin (0.5%), clarithromycin (5.9%), furazolidone (1.4%), metronidazole (45.5%), nitrofurantoin (1.4%), and tetracycline (6.8%). Heteroresistance among the two biopsy sites from each patient was present in 41 of the 109 patients (38%) with antibiotic resistant H. pylori (e.g. 34% with resistant strains would be misclassified as susceptible if a biopsy of the antrum alone used for antimicrobial susceptibility testing). DNA fingerprinting genotype analysis was carried out on the 41 pairs of isolates with heteroresistance. While different patients had different fingerprinting patterns, each pair of isolates showed identical or similar fingerprinting patterns. These results suggest that antibiotic-resistant H. pylori typically develop from pre-existing susceptible strain rather than coinfection with a different strain. The minor differences in genotype (degeneration of genotype) seen reflect one of the processes for development of genetic diversity in H. pylori. No biopsy single site can be considered representative for antimicrobial susceptibility testing.  相似文献

A role of nutrients in the onset of migraine and other gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting, nausea, diarrhoea), skin reactions (rush, atopic dermatitis, Quincke'a edema), respiratory symptoms (bronchial asthma, cough, allergic rhinitis, polyps, congestion of the nasal mucosa), motion system disorders (jointache and edema), gynecological disorders (chronic and recurrent adnexitis), and sleep disorders together with emotional tension and behavioral disturbances has been assessed in 17 patients with atopy. Migraine attacks have been produced most frequently by cow milk (in 10 out of 17 patients), cabbage, flour and eggs in 5 patients, preservatives, cottage and Swiss cheese, porcine meat in 4 patients, colorants and chocolate in 3 patients, beef, strawberries, lemons and butter in 2 patients. Other nutrients produced headache in single patients. Migraine and other symptoms have diminished after an individual elimination diet. Recurrence has been noted after each consumption of allergen except one female patient with EEG abnormalities. Immunoglobulins E have been involved in headache-producing mechanism in 3 patients.  相似文献

The compound CMB-401 is an immunoconjugate consisting of the monoclonal antibody (MAb) hCTM01 directed against polymorphic epithelial mucin covalently bound to the cytotoxic antibiotic calicheamicin by an amide linker. We evaluated CMB-401 as monotherapy for the treatment of recurrent platinum-sensitive epithelial ovarian carcinoma (EOC). Twenty-one 21 women aged 38 to 80 years with recurrent EOC (recurrence >6 months after initial platinum-containing chemotherapy) were enrolled. Tumor response and serum cancer antigen 125 (CA125) levels were assessed before and after active treatment. After an initial intravenous (i.v.) dose of hCTM01 (without calicheamicin), the calicheamicin-linked CMB-401 (16 mg/m(2 ) i.v.) was administered over 60 min for up to 7 cycles, with 4 weeks between cycles. Nineteen patients were evaluable. Measurable changes observed following administration of CMB-401 did not meet the criteria for partial remission (PR). CMB-401 was not effective as monotherapy for this type of EOC. Adverse events experienced by patients in the study included nausea (95%), asthenia (90%), abdominal pain (62%), headache (57%), anorexia (57%), and diarrhea (57%), mostly at a toxicity grade level of 1 or 2. Based on published efficacy of conjugates that deliver calicheamicin via hybrid (bifunctional) linkers [e.g. gemtuzumab ozogamicin (Mylotarg) in acute myeloid leukemia], we hypothesize that the amide linker used in CMB-401 may have contributed to its failure to induce PR in patients in this study. Use of hybrid linkers to target hCTM01 or other antibodies to EOC may warrant further investigation.  相似文献

Propionibacterium acnes is a common skin colonizer and its involvement in central nervous system (CNS) infections may be related with previous neurosurgical procedures. P. acnes was isolated in pure or mixed cultures from ten patients with CNS infections during a 5-year period. The clinical presentation, treatment and outcome were retrospectively reviewed. Nine out of 11 patients had CNS infections after a neurosurgical procedure. The clinical presentation was: brain abscess (five patients), subdural or epidural empyema (four patients) and shunt meningitis (one patient). Three patients had also secondary meningitis. All patients received antibiotic therapy and all abscesses and empyemas were drained. The patient with shunt meningitis cured without catheter removal. Only one patient with a brain abscess by P. acnes died, but several months thereafter and as a consequence of a Gram-negative superinfection. P. acnes is a pathogen for the CNS and infections must be surgically managed under adequate antibiotic treatment.  相似文献

The efficacy and safety of six regimens of treatment for kala-azar (visceral leishmaniasis) with sodium stibogluconate were evaluated in a prospective randomised study to ascertain the optimal treatment for Indian patients. Altogether 371 patients with kala-azar were randomised to receive sodium stibogluconate intramuscularly at a dose of 10 mg/kg body weight/day for 20 or 40 days (groups A and A1, respectively), 15 mg/kg body weight/day for 20 or 40 days (groups B and B1, respectively), or 20 mg/kg body weight/day for 20 or 40 days (groups C and C1, respectively). Patients were examined blind before and at the end of treatment and every month for six months. The number of patients who were apparently cured—that is, those whose temperature had returned to normal at the end of their regimen of treatment—was 45 (78%) in group A, 53 (87%) in group A1, 50 (81%) in group B, 60 (95%) in group B1, 58 (92%) in group C, and 62 (97%) in group C1.At six months 62 patients (97%) in group C1, 51 (81%) in group C, 54 (86%) in group B1, 42 (68%) in group B, 45 (74%) in group A1, and 33 (57%) in group A had not relapsed and were cured as confirmed by a bone marrow aspirate free of parasites. The differences between groups C1 and C, B1 and B, and A1 and A were significant. Logistic regression of the proportion cured with the dose and length of treatment showed that both factors were significant in improving the rate of cure; the highest dose for the longer time (group C1) had the best rate of cure. One patient in group C1, 12 in group C, nine in group B1, 18 in group B, 15 in group A1, and 23 in group A were cured with extended courses of 20 mg sodium stibogluconate. One patient in each of groups C1, B, A1, and A became unresponsive to antimony and were cured with pentamidine. One patient in each of groups C1, B, and A became unresponsive to both antimony and pentamidine. The patients tolerated the longer duration of treatment safely, and side effects were minor.Sodium stibogluconate should be given intramuscularly in the dosage of 20 mg/kg for at least 40 days, when patients should be assessed for further treatment if necessary. Such a regimen should achieve the highest rate of cure with low toxicity and low rates of relapse and unresponsiveness.  相似文献

Background. The best regimen for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection has yet to be defined. Four-day quadruple therapy with tetracycline, metronidazole, bismuth, and a proton pump inhibitor has been shown to obtain a very high cure rate. However, the fact that it must be taken four times daily may interfere with compliance. The objective of the study was to test the efficacy and tolerability of a new 4-day therapy with 4 drugs taken every 12 hours to cure H. pylori infection.
Patients and Methods. Fifty-six consecutive patients with peptic ulcer disease and H. pylori infection were treated with an oral 4-day course with omeprazole (20 mg/12 hours), clarithromycin (500 mg/12 hours), amoxicillin (1 g/12 hours) and tinidazole (500 mg/12 hours). Efficacy of the treatment was determined at least 2 months after therapy either by biopsy (in the case of gastric ulcer) or by 13C-urea breath test. A second breath test was performed at least 6 months after therapy.
Results. Two patients were lost to follow-up. Forty-nine of the remaining 54 patients were cured at the first control [intention-to-treat cure rate: 87.5% (CI 95% 75–94%); per protocol cure rate: 90.7% (CI 95% 81–98%)]. Forty-three of these 49 cured patients returned for a second 13C urea breath-test at 6–12 months. Two of them were not cured, giving a long-term cure rate of 85.5% per protocol and 73.2% by intention-to-treat. Compliance was good, although 25 patients had mild side effects.
Conclusion. This particular four-day therapy is well tolerated, easy to follow, and achieves an acceptably high cure rate.  相似文献
