用以作用因子组配的生命表,种群趋势指数和控制指数评价小菜蛾颗粒体病毒对小菜蛾种群动态的作用。结果表明,施用该病毒对小菜蛾种群动态有明显的控制作用,种群趋势指数为0.97,干扰作用控制指数为0.19,即施用病毒后,其种群趋势指数相当于对照的0.19,施用化学杀虫剂的种群趋势指数为7.20,干扰作用控制指数为1.43,即种群趋势指数将增长为对照的1.43倍。  相似文献

该研究以洮河上游尕海-则岔自然保护区、卡车林区和冶力关林区的紫果云杉(Picea purpurea)天然种群为研究对象, 通过样地调查和数据统计, 绘制种群结构图, 编制静态生命表, 拟合并分析存活曲线, 运用数量化方法研究种群动态, 揭示种群生存现状, 预测种群发展趋势, 以期为该物种的保护、管理及结构恢复提供理论依据。结果显示: 3个林区紫果云杉种群自然更新能力强, 幼苗、幼树储量丰富, 幼小龄期死亡率普遍偏高; 尕海-则岔种群存活曲线符合Deevey-III型, 种群稳定结构完整, 卡车林区和冶力关林区种群存活曲线均符合Deevey-II型, 且均出现了局部衰退; 3个林区种群动态指数均大于0, 说明种群均属于增长型, 增长潜力为尕海-则岔>卡车>冶力关; 受随机干扰时卡车林区紫果云杉最敏感, 冶力关次之, 尕海-则岔种群最稳定。该研究表明: 竞争和自疏作用是造成紫果云杉幼小龄级个体存活率偏低的普遍因素, 3个林区不同的生存状况反映了紫果云杉种群在不同生境及生活史下生存能力的差异, 保护幼苗生存环境并提高幼苗质量和存活率是种群更新和发展的关键。尕海-则岔紫果云杉生存良好, 种群生存状况主要受自身生物学特性和环境因子的影响; 卡车林区主要受人为影响, 种群结构遭到破坏; 冶力关林区受分布限制, 造成种群结构不稳定, 须采取一定的人工措施来促进种群更新与增长。  相似文献

利用RAPD技术对天台大雷山4个不同生境:灌丛、常绿阔叶林、杉木林和竹林中的夏蜡梅群体进行遗传多样性研究。12个随机引物在80个个体中共检测到182个可重复的位点,其中多态位点为49个,总的多态位点百分率为26.92%。4个群体的多态位点百分率在6.04%~11.54%之间,平均为8.93%,其中竹林群体最高,常绿阔叶林群体最低,大小顺序为竹林群体>灌丛群体>杉木林群体>常绿阔叶林群体,Shannon指数和Nei指数估算结果为灌丛群体最高,其次是竹林群体,第三是杉木林群体,最低的是常绿阔叶林群体。AMOVA分子差异分析表明夏蜡梅群体间遗传分化程度高,71.91%的变异存在于群体间,28.09%的变异存在于群体内,群体间的基因分化系数(GST)为0.627 4。夏蜡梅群体间的基因流很低,Nm=0. 297 0。聚类分析结果表明杉木林群体和灌丛群体最先聚在一起,再与常绿阔叶林群体相聚,最后与竹林群体聚在一起。可见,夏蜡梅在各生境间有着不同的遗传多样性,且在各生境间发生了明显的遗传分化。  相似文献

为了解不同地理种群在适应当地栖息环境过程中的差异,于1996年利用直线夹地对内蒙古呼和浩特平原和由齐沙地环境,两个种群基因交流严重受阻的黑线仓鼠种群生殖特征进行了比较研究,结果表明,雌雄必比在平原环境较大,且秋季雌性明显增多,沙地环境全年维持稳定,平原环境雄性睾丸下降率在各季高于沙地环境近20%。平原环境雌性在夏季性成熟率较高,沙地环境季最高。平原环境中雌性怀孕率为春、夏季较高,沙地环境仅在春季最高,且小胎仔(窝仔数少于4)所占缃例较高(19.5%),两个种群平均胎仔数分别为6.0(平原)和5.9(沙地),这一结果说明不同地理种群生殖特性的差异受环境条件限制明显。  相似文献

对分布于内蒙古和林格尔(半干旱地区)和阿拉善(强干旱地区)地区的甘蒙锦鸡儿种群水分调节特性和抗逆性进行了比较研究.结果表明,阿拉善种群比和林格尔种群的叶片渗透调节物质含量高、渗透势低、渗透调节能力强,叶片含水量和自由水含量低、束缚水含量和束缚水/自由水比值高,叶水势和气孔导度低,表明阿拉善种群比和林格尔种群有更强的水分调节能力.阿拉善种群丙二醛(MDA)含量大于和林格尔种群,但细胞膜相对透性和超氧自由基含量小于和林格尔种群,表明阿拉善种群自由基清除能力强、细胞膜稳定性高.有效的水分调节能力和较强的抗逆性是甘蒙锦鸡儿适应干旱环境的重要生理基础.  相似文献

应用RAPD技术对生活于辣椒,烟草和番茄3种不同寄主上的棉铃虫(Helicover pa armigera)种群,并以烟草烟青虫(H.assulta)为外群进行了种群遗传分化的研究,研究结果表明:4个处理内个体间最大的遗传距离均小于处理间最小的遗传距离,烟青虫的遗传距离为0.177-0.346,棉铃虫的辣椒种群为0.289-0.404,烟草种群为0.396-0.505,番茄种群为0.329-0.382,采用UPDGA法进行聚类,并构建系统发育树。各处理成聚的遗传距离为:烟青虫是0.334,棉铃虫的辣椒种群是0.372,烟草种群是0.463,番茄种群是0.360。各处理均首先成聚,棉铃虫与烟青虫成聚的遗传距离(0.703),稍大于棉铃虫各种群的成聚值(0.639)。上述结果表明,棉铃虫不同寄主种群已经存在明显的遗传分化。  相似文献

调查了南京地区2007~2008年灰飞虱Laodelphax striatellus(Fallén)全年的种群结构和数量动态,结合当地温度资料分析了灰飞虱虫量与温度间的关系。结果表明,灰飞虱在南京地区存在明显的春秋季高峰期及冬夏季的低谷期,且夏季的低谷出现在夏季高温时期。越冬种群以高龄若虫为主,越夏种群的年龄结构在年度间变化较大,2007年以高龄若虫为主,而2008年则以低龄若虫为主。夏季采于田间的灰飞虱若虫能在室内稻苗上连续生长发育,并且饲养一个世代后其产卵量显著提高。由此说明,南京地区灰飞虱不是以滞育形式越夏。灰飞虱若虫的耐寒性很强,在不同温度下饲养及田间越冬的不同时期,其过冷却点均在-22℃以下,且无显著差异。  相似文献

1994-1998年,在广州市郊菜田水沟每月观察淡水码磺光润金线蛭种群数量。测定水体10个化学因素,用逐步回归分析方法研究光润金线蛭种群数量和化学因素关系。结果表明,每年种群数量动态不同,每年种群数量最多是4-6月份,占全年种群数量的57.14%-71.18%,影响每年种群数量变化的主要化学因素为pH,PO4^3-,Na^ ,Ca^2 ,Mg^2 ,影响5年种群动态的主要化学因素为Fe^3 。  相似文献

Two Elsholtzia haichowensis Sun populations, one from Cu mine sites (Tonglushan) and the other from uncontaminated sites (Hong'an) in Hubei Province, China, were investigated in hydroponic experiments for the differences of Cu accumulation and ecophysiological responses to Cu under Cu treatment. The results showed that a significant increase in malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration in roots was observed in Hong'an population, whereas no significant change was observed in Tonglushan population. The root pressure exudates (ml) decreased significantly in Hong'an population, but increased significantly in Tonglushan population at high Cu concentration (≥ 20 μ mol/L) treatment. Cu concentration in roots of Hong'an population was significantly higher than that in Tonglushan population. For example, Cu concentration in Hong'an population was 3 times and 4 times higher than that in Tonglushan population after 20 μ mol/L Cu treatment for one day and three days, respectively. Cu concentration in Hong'an population was 20 times and 5 times higher than that in Tonglushan population after 80 μ mol/L Cu treatment for one day and three days, respectively. The intracellular and secreted acid phosphatase (APase) activities in roots were significantly higher in Tonglushan population than in Hong'an one. The intracellular APase activities in Tonglushan population were 3 times higher than those in Hong'an population after 80 μ mol/L Cu treatment for three days and five days, respectively. The root-secreted APase activities in Tonglushan population were 1.6 times and 1.8 times higher than those in Hong'an population after 80 μ mol/L Cu treatment for three days and five days, respectively. In conclusion, excessive Cu caused serious oxidative damage in roots of Hong'an population, but not in Tonglushan population. The high intracellular and root-excreted APase activities in Tonglushan population might play an important role in reducing Cu accumulation in roots and maintaining normal phosphorus physiological metabolism in root cells under Cu stress.  相似文献

The microbial population in the air of mushroom cultivation facility was studied to understand the population structure and size depending on the cultivation methods and regions. The air contents of ten farmers’ oyster mushroom cultivation facilities in Kyunggi province were sampled. The results indicated that there was no difference in population size depending on the regions of mushroom cultivation. In addition, the population size of bacteria in the growth room was bigger than that of the cooling room and outside of the mushroom house, but the fungal population was similar in size between cultivation stages. With regard to population structure, Pseudomonas and Penicillium species were most frequently isolated from the air of oyster mushroom cultivation facility.  相似文献

圆口铜鱼(Coreius guichenoti)是长江上游特有鱼类,研究金沙江梯级水电开发背景下圆口铜鱼种群生存力变化对该物种的保护具有重要意义。Vortex模型在传统种群评估方法的基础上,引入种群年龄结构、繁殖体制、性比等因素,并考虑了环境、灾害、遗传等随机性对种群的影响,可模拟种群数量和生存力变化特征,是一种应用广泛的种群生存力分析模型。基于1981-2021年金沙江圆口铜鱼资源调查数据,采用Vortex模型构建了金沙江中下游干流大规模水电开发前、后两个时期圆口铜鱼种群生存力分析模型,考虑了水电开发下,水温、流速等环境变化对圆口铜鱼种群的影响,对比了两个时期圆口铜鱼种群数量、结构及生存力等。结果表明:水电开发前,严重过度捕捞对圆口铜鱼种群产生了显著威胁,10年内种群数量下降了12.5%,百年内种群内禀增长率为0.085,种群的生存和繁殖能力较稳定,灭绝概率为1%;水电开发后,10年内种群数量下降了42%,百年内种群内禀增长率降至-0.087,灭绝概率增大至36.1%,种群平均灭绝时间为83.7年,圆口铜鱼抵抗环境干扰的种群恢复能力降低,种群生存力受到影响。  相似文献

In this paper, Lotka's intrinsic rate of current population growth is evaluated. A new method of computing the net reproduction rate and a new rate of population growth are proposed. The proposed rate is the rate of growth of the female population per woman per year. The rate is positive, equal to zero, or negative as a population is increasing, remaining stationary, or decreasing. The rate for the 1987 U.S. white female population was R = -0.0037. This means that the white population was decreasing in 1987 and was losing 3.7 females for every 1000 women per year.  相似文献

狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme)是我国退化草原上常见的一种毒害草,在一些退化严重的草原上可能形成以狼毒为优势种的群落,严重影响我国天然草原畜牧业的可持续发展。本文根据狼毒的枝条数将狼毒种群划分成10个龄级(Ⅰ~Ⅹ),研究了坝上地区退化典型草原狼毒种群的年龄结构、种群结构动态指数、种群静态生命表、存活曲线及生存分析,量化狼毒种群的生存状况。结果表明: 研究区内狼毒种群年龄结构呈增长型,狼毒幼苗充足但存活率不高;狼毒种群结构呈增长型,但种群发展过程存在波动性,特别是在第Ⅱ、Ⅷ龄级时个体数量会发生骤降,是狼毒种群自身发展的瓶颈时期;狼毒种群的存活曲线为Deevey-Ⅱ型,但生存分析表明狼毒种群具有前期锐减、后期稳定的特点,主要因为Ⅰ或Ⅱ龄级狼毒的死亡密度函数(fx)和危险率(λx)最大。Ⅰ龄级个体充足是狼毒种群在退化典型草原扩张的基础,但幼龄个体的转化率低可能是狼毒种群在草原退化早期无法快速扩张的原因之一。建议在草原退化早期狼毒数量有限时及早介入进行防除。  相似文献

The relative contribution of density-dependent and density-independent factors on variation in the population growth rate of an introduced population Svalbard reindeer was studied by time series analysis. No significant effects of either direct or delayed density-dependence were found. Annual variation in population growth rate was strongly negatively related to amount of precipitation during winter (i.e. high growth rates occurred when winters were dry). There was no significant relationship between the NAO-index and the population growth rate. However, there was an interaction between population density and the climatic variables, i.e. the effect of climate was stronger at high densities. These results support the view that population fluctuations of arctic ungulates are strongly influenced by stochastic variation in climate.  相似文献

基于2b-RAD简化基因组测序的甜瓜遗传多样性分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
该研究利用2b-RAD(type IIB endonucleases restriction-site associated DNA)测序对28份厚皮甜瓜亲本材料的单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)位点进行基因分型,分析其遗传多样性与亲缘关系,为甜瓜分子标记辅助育种提供科学依据。结果表明:(1)28份甜瓜种质SNPs数量有10318个,其发生转换与发生颠换的比值为2.15,两两种质间的遗传分化系数和遗传距离的平均值分别为0.88和2.22,说明这28份种质之间存在高度的遗传分化。(2)依据甜瓜的果皮颜色、果面网纹和果肉颜色3种性状,分别将以上28份种质分为4个群体(白皮群体、黄皮群体、青皮群体和绿皮群体)、3个群体(光皮群体、稀网群体和密网群体)以及3个群体(白肉群体、桔肉群体和绿肉群体)。(3)表型性状遗传分析结果显示,依据果皮颜色分类的各群体之间的遗传分化程度最高,其遗传分化系数在0.05~0.19之间,即均存在中度及以上程度的分化;光皮群体与密网群体之间存在中度遗传分化,但光皮群体与稀网群体之间以及稀网群体与密网群体之间均无显著分化;白肉群体与桔肉群体之间存在中度遗传分化,但白肉群体与绿肉群体之间以及桔肉群体与绿肉群体之间无明显分化。(4)分子系统进化树分析将28份甜瓜种质划分为三类,其中,第一类包含11份种质(主要为自主选育的纯合种质),第二类包含9份种质(大部分为从新疆引进或从新疆品种中选育出来的纯合种质),第三类包含8份种质(大部分为从日本引进或从日本品种中选育出来的纯合种质)。研究表明,依据甜瓜分子水平的聚类结果与地理来源具有一定关系,但其与育种者依据甜瓜的果皮颜色、果面网纹和果肉颜色对育种材料的分类结果不完全一致。  相似文献

为探讨二化螟Chilo suppressalis (Walker)肠道微生物多样性与抗药性的关系, 本研究采用基于16S rDNA 的变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)和16S rDNA文库序列分析方法, 检测和分析了二化螟4个抗药性水平不同的种群幼虫中肠细菌群落多样性。生测结果表明, 以二化螟黑龙江种群(HLJ种群)作为相对敏感品系, 连云港种群(LYG种群)对杀虫单、 毒死蜱、 三唑磷的抗性为低抗至中抗水平, 瑞安种群(RA种群)和诸暨种群(ZJ种群)的抗性为中抗至极高抗水平, 这3个种群对阿维菌素均为敏感水平。16S rDNA文库序列分析表明, PCR 扩增得到的16S rDNA基因代表了二化螟幼虫中肠内21种细菌系统发育型, 其中大多数属于链球菌属Streptococcus。在不同抗药性水平二化螟种群中, 幼虫中肠微生物群落除ZJ种群的Lactococcus garvieae, L. lactissubsplactis和Ochrobactrum anthropic等3种菌较丰富外, 其余均以肠球菌属Enterococcus为主。DGGE 图谱显示, HLJ种群条带较为单一, LYG种群条带最为丰富, ZJ种群与RA种群条带丰富度相似。4个种群均出现Enterococcus faecium, E. hirae. 和Arthrobacter sp.等细菌, 且以肠球菌属Enterococcus为主。结果显示了不同抗药性水平的二化螟种群中肠细菌群落的丰富度存在差异, 推测可能与二化螟不同抗药性差异有关。  相似文献

以种群生命表及生存分析理论为基础,将林木依胸径大小分级,以林木径级结构代表年龄结构,采用分段匀滑技术,编制四川草坡自然保护区水青树Tetracentron sinense种群特定时间生命表,绘制存活曲线、死亡率曲线、消失率曲线、生存函数曲线,分析种群数量特征;同时结合时间序列模型,分析该种群数量的动态变化。结果表明:(1)草坡自然保护区的水青树的年龄结构表现为稳定型,虽然幼苗较多,但幼树死亡率高,种群处于衰退早期;(2)水青树种群死亡率和消失率曲线变化趋势基本一致,均在第Ⅲ龄级出现一高峰,即幼树死亡率较高;存活曲线趋于Deevey-Ⅱ型;(3) 4个生存函数曲线表明,水青树种群具有前期锐减、中后期相对稳定和末期衰退的特点,其种群处于衰退早期;(4)种群的时间序列预测模型分析表明,在未来9年水青树种群数量将下降,老龄个体逐渐增多,幼龄株数更显不足,呈衰退势态。  相似文献

The population-genetic study of an elementary rural population located in the Urgut district of Samarcand province was carried out. The pedigree for the whole population starting from the founders was evaluated. From 208 marriages presented in the population, 148 (71.2%) were consanguineous. The mean coefficient of inbreeding calculated from the pedigree was 0.028. A new approach to the evaluation of marital assortativity in a rural Uzbek population without tribial differentiation and inherited surnames was proposed. It consists in awarding artificial surnames to the founders of the population. Applying this approach to the population under study gives following values of F-statistics: FIT = 0.031, FIS = 0.01841, FST = 0.01282.  相似文献

A method for estimating the number of founding chromosomes in an isolated population is introduced. The method assumes that n/2 diploid individuals are sampled from a population and that alleles are identified at L unlinked loci. The population is assumed to have been founded T generations in the past by individuals carrying c chromosomes drawn randomly from a known source population, which has also been sampled. If c is small and the population grew rapidly after it was founded, accurate estimates of c can be obtained and those estimates are not sensitive to details of the history of population sizes. If c is larger or the population remained small after it was founded, then estimates of c depend on the history of population sizes. We test the performance of our method on simulated data and demonstrate its use on data from a rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) population.  相似文献

洞庭湖区东方田鼠以湖滩沼泽为最适栖息地.秋末洞庭湖水位回落,湖滩出露,东方田鼠从农田迁回到湖滩生活、繁殖,种群数量呈逐月上升趋势.春末夏初,洞庭湖水位上涨,湖滩被淹,东方田鼠被迫越过大堤迁入垸内农田.其种群动态由“水位影响东方田鼠的栖息地变换”主导.每年迁入农田的数量首先取决于东方田鼠在湖滩生活繁殖时期的长短,亦即枯水期的天数;其次3月降雨量对东方田鼠在湖滩上的繁殖有较大的影响.东方田鼠迁入垸内后,种群数量呈逐月下降趋势.在分析影响洞庭湖区东方田鼠种群数量动态的主要因子的基础上,提出了东方田鼠种群迁入垸内农田的迁入量预警模型.经过几年的实际预测,吻合情况良好.  相似文献
