Extracellular alkalosis induced phosphorylation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) and enhanced serum-induced ERK phosphorylation in cultured rat aortic smooth muscle cells. While extracellular alkalinization increased verapamil-sensitive (45)Ca(2+) uptake into the cells, ERK phosphorylation induced by extracellular alkalosis was not affected by verapamil. On the other hand, probes for oxidant signaling, such as superoxide dismutase, 4,5-dihydroxy-1,3-benzene-disulfonic acid, a cell-permeable antioxidant, and diphenyliodonium, a NADPH oxidase inhibitor, inhibited extracellular alkalosis-induced phosphorylation of ERK. These results suggest that activation of ERK induced by extracellular alkalosis is not dependent on transplasmalemmal Ca(2+) entry but is caused by reactive oxygen species derived from an activation of NADPH oxidase.  相似文献

Expression of the Agrobacterium rhizogenes rolB and rolC promoters was studied in transgenic hybrid aspen ( Populus tremula L. × P. tremuloides Michx.) lines containing a chimeric fusion of either the rolB or the rolC promoter and the reporter gene uidA . The resultant GUS activity was monitored by histochemical analysis in aerial tissues as well as in developing roots. Both the rolC and rolB promoters were shown to be expressed in the phloem and in the root tips, which is similar to the expression pattern previously described for annual plants. However, a strong expression of the rolB promoter in the rays of the phloem and the cambial zone of the stem, and of the rolC promoter in groups of pericycle cells prior to and during lateral root initiation was unique for hybrid aspen. In both stem and root tissues, the expression of the rolB and rolC promoters was localised primarily in a subset of cells competent to form adventitious or lateral roots, suggesting that these cells might serve as the target for A. rhizogencs infection. The biological significance of the cell-specific rol gene expression in establishing the hairy root disease is discussed.  相似文献

Application of protein kinases A and C inhibitors to the prothoracic glands cells of the silkworm, Bombyx mori, resulted in slow and gradual increases in intracellular Ca(2+) ([Ca(2+)](i)). Pharmacological manipulation of the Ca(2+) signalling cascades in the prothoracic gland cells of B. mori suggests that these increases of [Ca(2+)](i) are mediated neither by voltage-gated Ca(2+) channels nor by intracellular Ca(2+) stores. Rather they result from slow Ca(2+) leak from plasma membrane Ca(2+) channels that are sensitive to agents that inhibit capacitative Ca(2+) entry and are abolished in the absence of extracellular Ca(2+). Okadaic acid, an inhibitor of PP1 and PP2A phosphatases, blocked the increase in [Ca(2+)](i) produced by the inhibitors of protein kinase A and C. The combined results indicate that the capacitative Ca(2+) entry channels in prothoracic gland cells of B. mori are probably modulated by protein kinases A and C.  相似文献

Production of superoxide (O(2)(·-)) by NADPH oxidases contributes to the development of hypertension and atherosclerosis. Factors responsible for activation of NADPH oxidases are not well understood; interestingly, cardiovascular disease is associated with both altered NADPH oxidase activity and age-associated mitochondrial dysfunction. We hypothesized that mitochondrial dysfunction may contribute to activation of NADPH oxidase. The effect of mitochondrial inhibitors on phagocytic NADPH oxidase in human lymphoblasts and whole blood was measured at the basal state and upon PKC-dependent stimulation with PMA using extracellular 1-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-4-yl-trimethylammonium or mitochondria-targeted 1-hydroxy-4-[2-triphenylphosphonio)-acetamido]-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine spin probes and electron spin resonance (ESR). Intracellular cytosolic calcium [Ca(2+)](i) was measured spectrofluorometrically using fura-2 AM. Incubation of lymphoblasts with the mitochondrial inhibitors rotenone, antimycin A, CCCP, or ruthenium red (an inhibitor of mitochondrial Ca(2+) uniporter) did not significantly change basal activity of NADPH oxidase. In contrast, preincubation with the mitochondrial inhibitors prior to PMA stimulation of lymphoblasts resulted in two- to three-fold increase of NADPH oxidase activity compared with stimulation with PMA alone. Most notably, the intracellular Ca(2+)-chelating agent BAPTA-AM abolished the effect of mitochondrial inhibitors on NADPH oxidase activity. Cytosolic Ca(2+) measurements with fura-2 AM showed that the mitochondrial inhibitors increased [Ca(2+)](i), while BAPTA-AM abolished the increase in [Ca(2+)](i). Furthermore, depletion of cellular Ca(2+) with thapsigargin attenuated CCCP- and antimycin A-mediated activation of NADPH oxidase in the presence of PMA by 42% and 31%, correspondingly. Our data suggest that mitochondria regulate PKC-dependent activation of phagocytic NADPH oxidase. In summary, increased mitochondrial O(2)(·-) and impaired buffering of cytosolic Ca(2+) by dysfunctional mitochondria result in enhanced NADPH oxidase activity, which may contribute to the development of cardiovascular diseases.  相似文献

The rolB gene of Agrobacterium rhizogenes, whose expression stimulates the formation of roots by transformed plant tissues and other growth alterations in transgenic plants, codes for a beta-glucosidase able to hydrolyse indole-beta-glucosides. Indeed, we show that extracts of bacteria and/or plant tissue expressing the rolB protein hydrolyse indoxyl-beta-glucoside (plant indican). Because of the structural similarity between indoxyl-beta-glucoside and indole-3-acetyl-beta-glucoside (IAA-beta-glucoside), we propose that the physiological and developmental alterations in transgenic plants expressing the rolB gene could be the result of an increased intracellular auxin activity caused by the release of active auxins from inactive beta-glucosides. Thus two of the oncogenes carried by the T-DNA of the plant pathogen Agrobacterium rhizogenes (rolB and rolC) perturb plant growth and development by coding for beta-glucosidases with distinct specificities. Whereas the rolC beta-glucosidase releases cytokinins from their glucoside conjugates, the rolB encoded protein hydrolyses indole-beta-glucosides. The combined action of these two genes therefore is expected to modulate the intracellular concentration of two of the main growth factors active in plants.  相似文献

Calcium-dependent protein kinases (CDPKs) play an important role in plant cell responses to stress and pathogenic attack. In this study, we investigated the effect of heterologous expression of the Arabidopsis CDPK gene, AtCPK1, on anthraquinone production in transgenic Rubia cordifolia cells. AtCPK1 variants (a constitutively active, Ca(2+) -independent form and a non-active form used as a negative control) were transferred to callus cells by agrobacterial transformation. Overexpression of the constitutively active, Ca(2+) -independent form in R. cordifolia cells caused a 10-fold increase in anthraquinone content compared with non-transformed control cells, while the non-active form of AtCPK1 had no effect on anthraquinone production. Real-time PCR measurements showed that the activation of anthraquinone biosynthesis in transgenic calli correlated with the activation of isochorismate synthase gene expression. The activator effect of AtCPK1 was stable during prolonged periods of transgenic cell cultivation (more than 3 years) and the transgenic cultures exhibited high growth. Our results provide the first evidence that a CDPK gene can be used for the engineering of secondary metabolism in plant cells.  相似文献

Human neutrophil IgA receptors (FcalphaR) trigger phagocytosis of IgA-opsonized particles and activate the NADPH oxidase complex ultimately leading to pathogen destruction. Signal transduction events triggered by FcalphaR have not been investigated in the context of NADPH oxidase activation. In this study, we show that crosslinking FcalphaR triggers the release of Ca(2+) from an intracellular store that was unchanged by the addition of extracellular EGTA. This was in contrast to the thapsigargin-triggered Ca(2+) signal, which activates store-operated Ca(2+) entry pathways (SOCP) and is sensitive to extracellular EGTA. Buffering extracellular Ca(2+) with EGTA had no effect on FcalphaR-triggered NADPH oxidase activation, suggesting that SOCP was not required for activation by FcalphaR. EGTA inhibited thapsigargin-triggered NADPH oxidase activation but had no effect on PMA-triggered responses. The intracellular Ca(2+) chelator BAPTA caused dose-dependent inhibition of both FcalphaR-triggered and thapsigargin-triggered NADPH oxidase activation but had no effect on PMA-triggered responses. Our data demonstrate that FcalphaR-triggered NADPH oxidase activation is dependent on the release of Ca(2+) from an intracellular store, but is independent of SOCP.  相似文献

Kinases and phosphatases act antagonistically to maintain physiological phosphorylation/dephosphorylation at numerous intracellular sites critical for neuronal signalling. In this study, it was found that inhibition of serine/threonine phosphatases by exposure of hippocampal slices to okadaic acid (OA) or cantharidin (CA; 100 nmol/L) for 2 h resulted in reduced basal synaptic transmission and blocked the induction of synaptic plasticity in the form of long-term potentiation as determined by electrophysiological analysis. Fura-2 Ca(2+) imaging revealed a bidirectional modulation of N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) -mediated Ca(2+) responses and reduced KCl-mediated Ca(2+) responses in neonatal cultured hippocampal neurons after phosphatase inhibition. While OA inhibited NMDA-induced Ca(2+) influx both acutely and after incubation, CA-enhanced receptor-mediated Ca(2+) signalling at low concentrations (1 nmol/L) but reduced NMDA and KCl-mediated Ca(2+) responses at higher concentrations (100 nmol/L). Changes in Ca(2+) signalling were accompanied by increased phosphorylation of cytoskeletal proteins tau and neurofilament and the NMDA receptor subunit NR1 in selective treatments. Incubation with OA (100 nmol/L) also led to the disruption of the microtubule network. This study highlights novel signalling effects of prolonged inhibition of protein phosphatases and suggests reduced post-synaptic signalling as a major mechanism for basal synaptic transmission and long-term potentiation impairments.  相似文献

Endothelial barrier dysfunction contributes to morbidity in sepsis. We tested the hypothesis that raising the intracellular ascorbate concentration protects the endothelial barrier from septic insult by inhibiting protein phosphatase type 2A. Monolayer cultures of microvascular endothelial cells were incubated with ascorbate, dehydroascorbic acid (DHAA), the NADPH oxidase inhibitors apocynin and diphenyliodonium, or the PP2A inhibitor okadaic acid and then were exposed to septic insult (lipopolysaccharide and interferon-γ). Under standard culture conditions that depleted intracellular ascorbate, septic insult stimulated oxidant production and PP2A activity, dephosphorylated phosphoserine and phosphothreonine residues in the tight junction-associated protein occludin, decreased the abundance of occludin at cell borders, and increased monolayer permeability to albumin. NADPH oxidase inhibitors prevented PP2A activation and monolayer leak, showing that these changes required reactive oxygen species. Okadaic acid, at a concentration that inhibited PP2A activity and monolayer leak, prevented occludin dephosphorylation and redistribution, implicating PP2A in the response of occludin to septic insult. Incubation with ascorbate or DHAA raised intracellular ascorbate concentrations and mitigated the effects of septic insult. In conclusion, ascorbate acts within microvascular endothelial cells to inhibit septic stimulation of oxidant production by NADPH oxidase and thereby prevents PP2A activation, PP2A-dependent dephosphorylation and redistribution of occludin, and disruption of the endothelial barrier.  相似文献

In Alzheimer's disease, amyloid beta (Abeta) peptide is deposited in neuritic plaques in the brain. The Abeta peptide 1-42 or the fragment 25-35 are neurotoxic. We here review our recent explorations of the mechanisms of Abeta toxicity in hippocampal cultures. Abeta had no effect on intracellular calcium in neurons but caused striking changes in nearby astrocytes. The [Ca(2+)](c) signals started approximately 5-15 min after Abeta application and consisted of sporadic [Ca(2+)](c) pulses. These were entirely dependent on extracellular Ca(2+), independent of ER Ca(2+) stores and resulted from Ca(2+) influx, probably through Abeta-induced membrane channels. The Ca(2+) signals were closely associated with transient, episodic acidification which may reflect displacement of protons from binding sites or Ca(2+)/2H(+) exchange. Abeta caused an increased rate of generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS), also seen in astrocytes and not in neurons. The increased ROS generation was blocked by inhibitors of the NADPH oxidase, strongly suggesting that this enzyme, normally associated with immune cells, is expressed in astrocytes. ROS generation was also Ca(2+)-dependent, suggesting that Abeta activation of the enzyme may be secondary to the increase in [Ca(2+)](c). Abeta caused delayed neuronal death despite the fact that all responses were seen only in astrocytes. Neurons could not be protected by glutamate receptor antagonists, but were rescued by inhibition of the NADPH oxidase, by antioxidants and by increasing glutathione. These data suggest that Abeta causes Ca(2+)-dependent oxidative stress by activating an astrocytic NADPH oxidase, and that neuronal death follows through a failure of antioxidant support.  相似文献

The rapid generation of H(2)O(2) by Cd(2+)-treated plant cells was investigated in cultured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) BY-2 cells. The starting point for the generation of H(2)O(2) has been located at the cell plasma membrane using cytochemical methods. Treatment of the cells with diphenyleneiodonium (DPI) and imidazol, both inhibitors of the neutrophil NADPH oxidase, prevented the generation of H(2)O(2) induced by Cd(2+). These data suggest the involvement of an NADPH oxidase-like enzyme leading to H(2)O(2) production through O(2)(*-) dismutation by superoxide dismutase enzymes. To investigate the implication of Ca(2+) channels in a Cd(2+)-induced oxidative burst, different inhibitors of Ca(2+) channels were used. Only La(3+) totally inhibited the generation of H(2)O(2) induced by Cd(2+). However, verapamil and nifedipine, inhibitors of Ca(2+) channels, were not effective. Calmodulin or a Ca(2+)-dependent protein kinase is also implicated in the signal transduction sequence, based on the results obtained with two types of calmodulin antagonists, fluphenazine and N-(-6-amino-hexyl)-5-chloro-1-naphthalenesulphonamide (W-7) and staurosporine, an inhibitor of protein kinases. However, neomycin, an inhibitor of the phosphoinositide cycle, did not inhibit the generation of H(2)O(2) induced by Cd(2+), suggesting mainly an induction of the oxidative burst mediated by calmodulin and/or calmodulin-dependent proteins.  相似文献

Challenge of protease-activated receptors induces cytosolic Ca(2+) concentration ([Ca(2+) ](c)) increase, mitogen-activated protein kinase activation and reactive oxygen species (ROS) formation with a bandwidth of responses in individual cells. We detected in this study in situ the thrombin-induced [Ca(2+) ](c) rise and ROS formation in dissociated hippocampal astrocytes and neurons in a mixed culture. In identified cells, single cell responses were correlated with extracellular-regulated kinase (ERK)1/2 phosphorylation level. On average, in astrocytes, thrombin induced a transient [Ca(2+) ](c) rise with concentration-dependent increase in amplitude and extrusion rate and high ERK1/2 phosphorylation level. Correlation analysis of [Ca(2+) ](c) response characteristics of single astrocytes reveals that astrocytes with nuclear phosphoERK1/2 localization have a smaller Ca(2+) amplitude and extrusion rate compared with cells with a cytosolic phosphoERK1/2 localization. In naive neurons, without thrombin challenge, variable ERK1/2 phosphorylation patterns are observed. ROS were detected by hydroethidine. Only in neurons with increased ERK1/2 phosphorylation level, we see sustained intracellular rise in fluorescence of the dye lasting over several minutes. ROS formation was abolished by pre-incubation with the NADPH oxidase inhibitor apocynin. Additionally, thrombin induced an immediate, transient hydroethidine fluorescence increase. This was interpreted as NADPH oxidase-mediated O(2) (?-) -release into the extracellular milieu, because it was decreased by pre-incubation with apocynin, and could be eluted by superfusion. In conclusion, the phosphorylation status of ERK1/2 determines the thrombin-dependent [Ca(2+) ](c) increase and ROS formation and, thus, influences the capacity of thrombin to regulate neuroprotection or neurodegeneration.  相似文献

Excitotoxic cell death (ECD) is characteristic of mammalian brain following min of anoxia, but is not observed in the western painted turtle following days to months without oxygen. A key event in ECD is a massive increase in intracellular Ca(2+) by over-stimulation of N-methyl-d-aspartate receptors (NMDARs). The turtle's anoxia tolerance may involve the prevention of ECD by attenuating NMDAR-induced Ca(2+) influx. The goal of this study was to determine if protein phosphatases (PPs) and intracellular calcium mediate reductions in turtle cortical neuron whole-cell NMDAR currents during anoxia, thereby preventing ECD. Whole-cell NMDAR currents did not change during 80 min of normoxia, but decreased 56% during 40 min of anoxia. Okadaic acid and calyculin A, inhibitors of serine/threonine PP1 and PP2A, potentiated NMDAR currents during normoxia and prevented anoxia-mediated attenuation of NMDAR currents. Decreases in NMDAR activity during anoxia were also abolished by inclusion of the Ca(2+) chelator -- BAPTA and the calmodulin inhibitor -- calmidazolium. However, cypermethrin, an inhibitor of the Ca(2+)/calmodulin-dependent PP2B (calcineurin), abolished the anoxic decrease in NMDAR activity at 20, but not 40 min suggesting that this phosphatase might play an early role in attenuating NMDAR activity during anoxia. Our results show that PPs, Ca(2+) and calmodulin play an important role in decreasing NMDAR activity during anoxia in the turtle cortex. We offer a novel mechanism describing this attenuation in which PP1 and 2A dephosphorylate the NMDAR (NR1 subunit) followed by calmodulin binding, a subsequent dissociation of alpha-actinin-2 from the NR1 subunit, and a decrease in NMDAR activity.  相似文献

Ca(2+) influx has been shown to be essential for NADPH oxidase activity which is involved in the inflammatory process. Ca(2+) conditions underlying the oxidative response are clearly delineated. Here, we show that store-operated Ca(2+) entry (SOCE) is required at the beginning of NADPH oxidase activation in response to fMLF (N-formyl-L-methionyl-L-leucyl-L-phenylalanine) in neutrophil-like HL-60 cells. When extracellular Ca(2+) is initially removed, early addition of Ca(2+) after stimulation causes a complete restoration of Ca(2+) entry and H(2)O(2) production. Both Ca(2+) entry and H(2)O(2) production are decreased by purported SOCE blockers, 2-aminoethoxydiphenyl borane (2-APB) and SK&F 96365. Endogenously expressed TRPC (transient receptor potential canonical) homologues and Orai1 were investigated for their role in supporting store-operated Ca(2+) channels activity. TRPC1, TRPC6 and Orai1 knock-out by siRNA resulted in the inhibition of Ca(2+) influx and H(2)O(2) production in response to fMLF and thapsigargin while suppression of TRPC3 had no effect on thapsigargin induced-SOCE. 2-APB and SK&F 96365 were able to amplify the reduction of fMLF-stimulated Ca(2+) entry and H(2)O(2) production observed in cells transfected by TRPC3 siRNA. In summary, Ca(2+) influx in HL-60 cells relies on different membrane TRPC channels and Orai1 for allowing NADPH oxidase activation. TRPC3 primarily mediates SOCE-independent pathways and TRPC1, TRPC6 and Orai1 exclusively contribute to SOCE.  相似文献

A Ca(2+)-activated NADPH oxidase in testis, spleen, and lymph nodes   总被引:19,自引:0,他引:19
Superoxide and its derivatives are increasingly implicated in the regulation of physiological functions from oxygen sensing and blood pressure regulation to lymphocyte activation and sperm-oocyte fusion. Here we describe a novel superoxide-generating NADPH oxidase referred to as NADPH oxidase 5 (NOX5). NOX5 is distantly related to the gp91(phox) subunit of the phagocyte NADPH oxidase with conserved regions crucial for the electron transport (NADPH, FAD and heme binding sites). However, NOX5 has a unique N-terminal extension that contains three EF hand motifs. The mRNA of NOX5 is expressed in pachytene spermatocytes of testis and in B- and T-lymphocyte-rich areas of spleen and lymph nodes. When heterologously expressed, NOX5 was quiescent in unstimulated cells. However, in response to elevations of the cytosolic Ca(2+) concentration it generated large amounts of superoxide. Upon Ca(2+) activation, NOX5 also displayed a second function: it became a proton channel, presumably to compensate charge and pH alterations due to electron export. In summary, we have identified a novel NADPH oxidase that generates superoxide and functions as a H(+) channel in a Ca(2+)-dependent manner. NOX5 is likely to be involved in Ca(2+)-activated, redox-dependent processes of spermatozoa and lymphocytes such as sperm-oocyte fusion, cell proliferation, and cytokine secretion.  相似文献

We reported previously that salinity-induced elongation constraints in the expansion zone of maize leaves are associated with reduced reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and could be alleviated by the addition of ROS. The NaCl effect was salt-specific and not osmotic. This paper explores the causes for such reduction. The decrease in ROS levels under salinity was not accompanied by increases in soluble apoplastic antioxidant activities such as superoxide dismutase, peroxidases and ascorbate. In experimental systems devoid of cell walls (protoplasts and membrane fractions) superoxide anion (O(2)(-)) production was inhibited by 50 and 100 mM NaCl, 50 microM DPI, 10 mM EGTA, and 5mM verapamil, a Ca(2+) channel inhibitor. Inhibitory effects of NaCl and reduced Ca(2+) supply were also observed in in gel assessment of O(2)(-) -generating activity. The main activity band excised from the ND-PAGE was recognized by an antibody against the C-terminal portion of the tomato gp91(phox) homolog. These results indicate the *O(2)(-) -generating activity negatively affected by NaCl was compatible with that of plasma membrane NADPH oxidase.  相似文献

There is increasing evidence that intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) play a role in cell signaling and that the NADPH oxidase is a major source of ROS in endothelial cells. At low concentrations, agonist stimulation of membrane receptors generates intracellular ROS and repetitive oscillations of intracellular Ca(2+) concentration ([Ca(2+)](i)) in human endothelial cells. The present study was performed to examine whether ROS are important in the generation or maintenance of [Ca(2+)](i) oscillations in human aortic endothelial cells (HAEC) stimulated by histamine. Histamine (1 microm) increased the fluorescence of 2',7'-dihydrodichlorofluorescin diacetate in HAEC, an indicator of ROS production. This was partially inhibited by the NADPH oxidase inhibitor diphenyleneiodonium (DPI, 10 microm), by the farnesyltransferase inhibitor H-Ampamb-Phe-Met-OH (2 microm), and in HAEC transiently expressing Rac1(N17), a dominant negative allele of the protein Rac1, which is essential for NADPH oxidase activity. In indo 1-loaded HAEC, 1 microm histamine triggered [Ca(2+)](i) oscillations that were blocked by DPI or H-Ampamb-Phe-Met-OH. Histamine-stimulated [Ca(2+)](i) oscillations were not observed in HAEC lacking functional Rac1 protein but were observed when transfected cells were simultaneously exposed to a low concentration of hydrogen peroxide (10 microm), which by itself did not alter either [Ca(2+)](i) or levels of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (Ins-1,4,5-P(3)). Thus, histamine generates ROS in HAEC at least partially via NADPH oxidase activation. NADPH oxidase-derived ROS are critical to the generation of [Ca(2+)](i) oscillations in HAEC during histamine stimulation, perhaps by increasing the sensitivity of the endoplasmic reticulum to Ins-1,4,5-P(3).  相似文献

Ion fluxes and the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) are early events that follow elicitor treatment or microbial infection. However, molecular mechanisms for these responses as well as their relationship have been controversial and still largely unknown. We here simultaneously monitored the temporal sequence of initial events at the plasma membrane in suspension-cultured tobacco cells (cell line BY-2) in response to a purified proteinaceous elicitor, cryptogein, which induced hypersensitive cell death. The elicitor induced transient rise in cytosolic Ca(2+) concentration ([Ca(2+)](cyt)) showing two distinct peaks, followed by biphasic (rapid/transient and slow/prolonged) Cl(-) efflux and H(+) influx. Pharmacological analyses suggested that the two phases of the [Ca(2+)](cyt) response correspond to Ca(2+) influx through the plasma membrane and an inositol 1,4,5-trisphophate-mediated release of Ca(2+) from intracellular Ca(2+) stores, respectively, and the [Ca(2+)](cyt) transients and the Cl(-) efflux were mutually dependent events regulated by protein phosphorylation. The elicitor also induced production of ROS including (*)O(2)(-) and H(2)O(2), which initiated after the [Ca(2+)](cyt) rise and required Ca(2+) influx, Cl(-) efflux and protein phosphorylation. An inhibitor of NADPH oxidase, diphenylene iodonium, completely inhibited the elicitor-induced production of (*)O(2)(-) and H(2)O(2), but did not affect the [Ca(2+)](cyt) transients. These results suggest that cryptogein-induced plasma membrane Ca(2+) influx is independent of ROS, and NADPH oxidase dependent ROS production is regulated by these series of ion fluxes.  相似文献
