几种药剂对桃蚜和两种瓢虫的毒力选择性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在室内分别测定了吡虫啉,吡虫啉+增效剂,氰戊菊酯,硫丹、乐果和灭多威6种杀虫剂对桃蚜Myzus persicae Sulzer,七星瓢虫Coccinella septempunctata Linnaeus和龟纹瓢虫Propylea japonica(Thunbery)的毒力,比较了药剂在桃蚜和两种瓢虫之间的选择毒力比值(STR),以及药剂之间选择性差异,研究了桃蚜对不同药剂相对适合度,结果表明:吡虫啉+增效剂(SVI)和吡虫啉对桃蚜的毒力均很高,LC50分别是4628mg/L和0.9535mg/L,吡虫啉在七星瓢虫和桃蚜之间,龟纹瓢虫和桃蚜之间的STR值分别是37.6和13.0,吡虫啉+增效剂的STR分别是9.84和7.75,硫丹的SR分别是54.0和7.28,都表现出显的毒力选择性,而氰戊菊酯,乐果和灭多威的STR值均很小(0.02-0.21),不仅对桃蚜毒力低,而且对两种瓢虫也不安全,用吡虫啉和吡虫啉+SV1的LC50浓度处理桃蚜,其存活个体的产仔率和单雌产仔量明显减少,与其它药剂处理相比,显降低了桃蚜的相对适合度,六种杀虫剂处理的桃蚜种群,其相对适合度大小排列为:乐果EC(0.92)>氰戊菊酯EC(0.67)>灭多威EC(0.66)>硫丹EC(0.51)>吡虫啉WP(0.40)>吡虫啉+增效剂(SV1)EC(0.18),由此证明,吡虫啉不仅对桃蚜毒力高,对天敌瓢虫杀伤力小,而且对桃蚜种群有持续控制作用。  相似文献

Abstract  The selective toxicity of six kinds of insecticides, including imidacloprid, imidacloprid + synergist (SV1), fenvalerate, endosulfan, methomyl and dimethoate, between the green peach aphid ( Myzus persicae Sulzer) and two species of ladybirds ( Coccinella septempunctata Linnaeus and Propylaea japonica Thunbery), was investigated in the laboratory. The reults showed that both imidacloprid WP and imidacloprid + synergist (SVl) EC possessed the highest toxicity to the aphids. Between C. septempunctata and M. persicae and between P. japonica and M. persicae , the selective toxicity ratios (STRs) of imidacloprid WP, imidacloprid+ synergist (SV1) EC and endosulfan EC were 37.6 and 13.0, 9.84 and 7.75, 54.0 and 7.28 respectively. All of them showed rather high selective toxicity. The STRs of fenvalerate EC, dimethoate EC and methomyl EC were all very low, ranging from 0.02 to 0.21, indicating their low degree of safety to the two species of ladybids. The results demomarated that imidacloprid WP and imidacloprid + SVl EC not only had rather high toxicity to the aphids, but also reduced strikingly the reproduction rate and fecundity of the survival aphids. Insecticides can induce the relative fitness of insects decrease. Among the six insecticides tested with M. persicae , the following were insecticides and the order of induction was: imidacloprid + SV1 imidacloprid endosulfan methomyl fenvalerate > dimethoate.  相似文献

The susceptibility of Stethorus punctum picipes (Casey) and Harmonia axyridis Pallas larvae to pesticides used or with potential for use in Washington hops, was examined in laboratory bioassays. All pesticides tested except the miticide, hexythiazox, the insecticides, chlorpyrifos and pirimicarb, and the fungicide, mycobutanil, produced 100% mortality in S. punctum picipes at concentrations equivalent to field rates. The insecticides, pirimicarb, endosulfan, and thiamethoxam were least toxic to H. axyridis. Bifenthrin, diazinon, dimethoate, methomyl, carbaryl, malathion, phosmet, imidacloprid, and chlorpyrifos were highly toxic. The miticides, abamectin and fenpyroximate were highly toxic, milbemectin was moderately toxic but all other miticides tested were non-toxic. All fungicides had low toxicity. Selection and use of pesticides compatible with natural enemies and conservation biological control in Washington hop production is discussed.  相似文献

Biodegradation of endosulfan, a chlorinated cyclodiene insecticide, is generally accompanied by production of the more toxic and more persistent metabolite, endosulfan sulfate. Since our reported endosulfan degrader, Klebsiella pneumoniae KE-1, failed to degrade endosulfan sulfate, we tried to isolate an endosulfan sulfate degrader from endosulfan-polluted soils. Through repetitive enrichment and successive subculture using mineral salt medium containing endosulfan or endosulfan sulfate as the sole source of carbon and energy, we isolated a bacterium capable of degrading endosulfan sulfate as well as endosulfan. The bacterium KE-8 was identified as Klebsiella oxytoca from the results of 16S rDNA sequence analysis. In biodegradation assays with KE-8 using mineral salt medium containing endosulfan (150 mg l–1) or endosulfan sulfate (173 mg l–1), the biomass was rapidly increased to an optical density at 550 nm of 1.9 in 4 days and the degradation constants for - and -endosulfan, and endosulfan sulfate were 0.3084, 0.2983 and 0.2465 day–1, respectively. Analysis of the metabolites further suggested that K. oxytoca KE-8 has high potential as a biocatalyst for bioremediation of endosulfan and/or endosulfan sulfate.  相似文献

We quantified metabolic power consumption as a function of wind speed in the presence and absence of simulated solar radiation in rock squirrels, Spermophilus variegatus, a diurnal rodent inhabiting arid regions of Mexico and the western United States. In the absence of solar radiation, metabolic rate increased 2.2-fold as wind speed increased from 0.25 to 4.0 m·s-1. Whole-body thermal resistance declined 56% as wind speed increased over this range, indicating that body insulation in this species is much more sensitive to wind disruption than in other mammals. In the presence of 950 W·m-2 simulated solar radiation, metabolic rate increased 2.3-fold as wind speed was elevated from 0.25 to 4.0 m·s-1. Solar heat gain, calculated as the reduction in metabolic heat production associated with the addition of solar radiation, increased with wind speed from 1.26 mW·g-1 at 0.25 m·s-1 to 2.92 mW·g-1 at 4.0 m·s-1. This increase is opposite to theoretical expectations. 以北京地区冬小麦麦田的麦长管蚜Macrosiphumavenae (Fabricius)与七星瓢虫Coccinellaseptem punctataLinnaeus幼虫为实验材料 ,选择抗蚜威、乐果、氰戊菊酯 3种常用农药 ,改传统的死亡几率值为存活几率值 ,得到 6条剂量对数—存活几率值回归直线和 6个方程。定义特定农药的不同剂量下害虫与天敌存活率比值叫生态安全系数Q。利用Origin 5.0软件上机对 3个Q(x)方程绘图 ,直观地显示了不同农药种类的差异。田间实验证明 ,防治前后的害虫益虫比值与Q方程计算值基本吻合。因此可能有较大的实用价值  相似文献

Diflubenzuron and bendiocarb treatments of compost and casing soil at a rate of 1 g a.i./m2 each, resulted in comparable or even improved compost and casing soil colonisation over endosulfan treatments (at a rate of 1.5 g a.i./m2). Alternating diflubenzuron/bendiocarb treatments were preferable to the reverse treatments, which tended to diminish total yield of mushrooms significantly by 1.4–3.9 kg/m2. This effect was due to the casing soil treatment with diflubenzuron and not due to the compost treatment with bendiocarb after spawning. The effectiveness of these substitutes for endosulfan was tested on five commercial mushroom farms, where a similar or improved control of Megaselia halterata (Diptera: Phoridae) was obtained over control (endosulfan) treatments. If present, Lycoriella auripila (Diptera: Lycoriidae) was very effectively controlled by the substitute insecticides compared with endosulfan. Relatively high numbers of M. halterata were occasionally observed in endosulfan-treated houses, indicating that a certain level of resistance towards this insecticide may already have developed. This assessment of tolerance in M. halterata emphasised the need for substitute insecticides with different modes of action, in addition to environmental reasons. The chemicals should be alternately applied within individual crops to avoid resistance development.  相似文献

The numbers of spores of Rhynchosporium secalis washed from samples of barley plants taken weekly, varied markedly. No consistent association with amount of previous rainfall or length of the preceding dry period was detected. On potted seedlings exposed within a crop most infection occurred during long rain periods or when rain fell late in the evening; fewest lesions usually developed on seedlings prevented from touching adjacent plants. Rotorod traps fitted with a 13 mm diameter disc at the apex of each arm were operated under 24 cm diameter covers. Spores were collected on circular cover slips fixed to each disc with glycerine jelly. At all stages of crop growth more spores were trapped at ground level than at other heights tested up to 1 m. The number of spores trapped was not related to the quantity of or duration of rainfall but was related to the mean rate of fall during brief showers only. Efficiency of droplet retention was assessed in a wind tunnel. It declined rapidly when more than c. 5 pl was presented to the disc surface and was less at a wind speed of 1.0 than 0.5 m s-l. Spore distribution on discs indicated that spores were washed from the surface during long rain periods.  相似文献

禾谷缢管蚜和麦长管蚜玻璃管药膜法敏感毒力基线的建立   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
【目的】建立禾谷缢管蚜Rhopalosiphum padi(Linnaeus)和麦长管蚜Sitobion avenae(Fabricius)对常用杀虫剂的相对敏感基线。【方法】从田间采集麦蚜在实验室内饲养30代以上,利用玻璃管药膜法测定其对杀虫剂的敏感度,每条毒力基线为2次以上独立测定数据合并后的计算结果。【结果】用玻璃管药膜法建立了包括新烟碱类、吡啶类、氨基甲酸酯类、有机磷类和拟除虫菊酯类共22个药剂品种对禾谷缢管蚜和麦长管蚜3 h的敏感毒力基线。禾谷缢管蚜对新烟碱类药剂吡虫啉和啶虫脒的LC50值分别为0.02和0.007 μg/cm2;对吡啶类药剂吡蚜酮的LC50值为0.124 μg/cm2;对氨基甲酸酯类药剂丁硫克百威、硫双灭多威、灭多威、抗蚜威、西维因的LC50值为0.0026~0.70 μg/cm2;对有机磷类药剂三唑磷、丙溴磷、氧乐果、乐果、马拉硫磷、辛硫磷、敌敌畏、毒死蜱的LC50值为0.005~0.065 μg/cm2;对拟除虫菊酯类药剂三氟氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、氰戊菊酯、氯氰菊酯的LC50值为0.033~0.240 μg/cm2。麦长管蚜对新烟碱类药剂吡虫啉和啶虫脒的LC50值分别为0.15和0.12 μg/cm2;对吡啶类药剂吡蚜酮的LC50值为0.41 μg/cm2;对氨基甲酸酯类药剂丁硫克百威、硫双灭多威、灭多威、抗蚜威、西维因的LC50值为0.005~0.76 μg/cm2;对有机磷类药剂三唑磷、丙溴磷、氧乐果、乐果、马拉硫磷、辛硫磷、敌敌畏、毒死蜱的LC50值为0.018~0.36 μg/cm2;对拟除虫菊酯类药剂三氟氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、氰戊菊酯、氯氰菊酯的LC50值为0.20~2.94 μg/cm2。【结论】建立的两种麦蚜对22种杀虫药剂的相对敏感基线,包括当前所有可能用于防治麦蚜的药剂,可以用于以后麦蚜抗药性监测或其他相关研究的参照;禾谷缢管蚜对药剂的敏感度高于麦长管蚜。  相似文献

The rates of biodegradation of endosulfan by P. aeruginosa were determined with different initial endosulfan concentrations (10, 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250 mg l−1) and different growth linked kinetic models were fitted at these concentrations. At 10 mg endosulfan l−1, Monod no growth model was well fitted. Monod with growth model described the biodegradation pattern at an initial concentration of 50, 100 and 150 mg endosulfan l−1. Significant increases of P. aeruginosa MN2B14 density in broth culture during incubation further support this result. Conversely, zero order kinetic model was well fitted into the biodegradation data if initial endosulfan concentration was ≥200 mg endosulfan l−1. The kinetics of endosulfan biodegradation by P. aeruginosa MN2B14 in liquid broth was highly dependent upon its initial concentration. The results of this study could be employed for predicting the persistence of endosulfan in water environment containing P. aeruginosa as an endosulfan degrading bacterium.  相似文献

Late instar German cockroach male and female nymphs were exposed continuously for two weeks to surfaces treated with fenoxycarb, diflubenzuron, and pyriproxyfen, singly and in combination. Concentrations were determined that eliminated or nearly eliminated reproduction in matings with untreated mates, either through mortality, effects on reproduction, or a combination of mortality and sterility (no hatch). The major effect of fenoxycarb, pyriproxyfen, and pyriproxyfen plus fenoxycarb was on reproduction. The major effect of diflubenzuron was mortality. No hatch occurred in matings of females that were exposed to low concentrations of pyriproxyfen and fenoxycarb (2 ng/cm2 and 6 ng/cm2, respectively); sterility was incomplete when females were exposed to 600 ng/cm2 of diflubenzuron. Mortality and sterility acted together to eliminate productive matings (matings that produced nymphs) when relatively high concentrations of diflubenzuron were combined with one or both of the other insect growth regulators (IGRs). In the triple combination, very small amounts of fenoxycarb and pyriproxyfen (total 1.1 ng/cm2) combined with 200 ng/cm2 of diflubenzuron eliminated productive matings of treated females, but similar results with treated males were found only at higher concentrations of each IGR.  相似文献

Critical (<30 min) and prolonged (>60 min) swimming speeds in laboratory chambers were determined for larvae of six species of Australian freshwater fishes: trout cod Maccullochella macquariensis, Murray cod Maccullochella peelii, golden perch Macquaria ambigua, silver perch Bidyanus bidyanus, carp gudgeon Hypseleotris spp. and Murray River rainbowfish Melanotaenia fluviatilis. Developmental stage (preflexion, flexion, postflexion and metalarva) better explained swimming ability than did length, size or age (days after hatch). Critical speed increased with larval development, and metalarvae were the fastest swimmers for all species. Maccullochella macquariensis larvae had the highest critical [maximum absolute 46·4 cm s?1 and 44·6 relative body lengths (LB) s?1] and prolonged (maximum 15·4 cm s?1, 15·6 LB s?1) swimming speeds and B. bidyanus larvae the lowest critical (minimum 0·1 cm s?1, 0·3 LB s?1) and prolonged swimming speeds (minimum 1·1 cm s?1, 1·0 LB s?1). Prolonged swimming trials determined that the larvae of some species could not swim for 60 min at any speed, whereas the larvae of the best swimming species, M. macquariensis, could swim for 60 min at 44% of the critical speed. The swimming performance of species with precocial life‐history strategies, with well‐developed larvae at hatch, was comparatively better and potentially had greater ability to influence their dispersal by actively swimming than species with altricial life‐history strategies, with poorly developed larvae at hatch.  相似文献

Summary As part of a project on the production of penicillin, the penicillin production of two strains of Penicillium chrysogenum which have a different penicillin productivity was investigated in bubble column bioreactors and for comparison in stirred fermenters. The main interest of this study were the complicated interrelations between the stirrer speed, the stirrer type, the shear stress, the morphology of the mycelium and broth viscosity as well as the effect of the oxygen transfer behavior on antibiotic productivity.Stirred tank reactors with different turbine stirrers as well as with a draught tube and propeller were employed.The main variable investigated was the stirrer speed. At low stirrer speeds, gas dispersion is inadequate and the insufficient oxygen transfer rate is a limiting factor. At higher stirrer speeds, the oxygen supply of pulpy mycelia is improved and more cell mass is formed. This result is the same for both strains in all three reactors.If the oxygen partial pressure is near the lower cirtical value, a high percentage of the carbon source is converted into penicillin but the penicillin productivity is low due to a low percentage of penicillin producing cells. At oxygen partial pressures just above 8% saturation, the absolute penicillin productivity is maximal. At higher stirrer speeds and dissolved oxygen concentrations the penicillin production phase is shorter, cell growth is higher and a higher percentage of the carbon source is converted into CO2.In reactors with a draught tube and propeller, a lower productivity is attained than in those with turbine stirrers.The behavior of the two strains is fairly similar. The higher producing strain, however, has a more distinct separation between its periods of growth and production than does the low producing one. Gas exchange across the air-water interface is one of the most important processes controlling the concentrations of dissolved gases in estuarine systems. A brief review of principles and equations to predict gas exchange indicates that both current shear and wind shear are possible sources of turbulence for controlling gas exchange rates in estuaries. Rates of exchange determined by constructing a mass balance for radon-222 indicate that wind shear is dominant in San Francisco Bay. Because many estuaries have wind shear and current speeds comparable to this system, this conclusion may be true for other systems as well. A compilation of gas exchange rates measured in San Francisco Bay with those for other wind-dominated systems updates previous compilations and yields an equation for predicting gas exchange: K l = 34.6 R v (Dm20)1/2 (U10)1.5 where R is the ratio of the kinematic viscosity of pure water at 20° C to the kinematic viscosity of water at the measured temperature and salinity, Dm20 is the molecular diffusivity of the gas of interest at 20°C in cm2 s–1, U10 is the wind speed at 10 meters above the surface in m s–1, and KL is the liquid phase gas transfer coefficient in m d–1. This relationship fits the available field data within 20% for wind speeds between 3 and 12 m s–1. It is used to show that the residence time of dissolved oxygen in San Francisco Bay should range from 2 days during windy summer periods to as much as 15 days during calm winter periods. Because these times are short compared to time constants for other processes controlling oxygen distribution in this system, dissolved oxygen concentrations in San Francisco Bay are usually near atmospheric equilibrium. Other systems, such as Chesapeake Bay, may differ. There, despite ample air-water gas exchange rates, some bottom waters become anoxic during summer months due to slow vertical mixing.  相似文献

Predictions from flight mechanical theory concerning optimal flight speeds were tested in the field in two Mediterranean seabirds, the Cory’s shearwater Calonectris diomedea and the Audouin’s gull Larus audouinii. Both species were commuting off the coast of Isola di San Pietro, 6 km south-west of the coast of Sardinia. Heading and airspeed were obtained by vector calculation of flight tracks and measured wind. The Cory’s shearwater used a mixture of gliding and active flight. At low wind speeds the proportion of active flight was large but it decreased with increasing wind speed. The mean airspeed was 12.0 m s–1, which is not significantly different from minimum power speed (V mp) in active flight or the speed for best glide (V bg) used in gliding flight. However, the shearwaters showed a significant response to wind increment/decrement, indicating that they were not flying at V mp, which should be unaffected by head and tailwind. Furthermore, shearwaters can potentially reduce induced drag by the ground effect while flying close to the sea surface at weak winds, which leads to a reduction in characteristic flight speed. We suspect that the predictions for gliding flight are most valid for shearwaters at moderate to high wind speeds, when they should be maximising distance by using V bg. Audouin’s gulls used active flight exclusively, with a mean airspeed of 11.3 m s–1 that was significantly different from the predicted V mp. Interestingly, though, the gulls did not show any significant wind response, indicating that they were flying close to their true V mp when foraging along the coast. 作者自1982年开始研究了乐果、氧化乐果、抗蚜威、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯等6种杀虫剂对8种蚜虫的选择毒性.以桃粉大尾蚜Hyalopterus amygdali Blanchard为标准,氧化乐果对桃粉大尾蚜和瓜蚜Aphis gossypii Glover之间的选择毒性指数最高为163.77,乐果和抗蚜威分别是373.24和34.70,而氰戊菊酯仅为1.37.氰戊菊酯最高的选择毒性指数是在桃粉大尾蚜和麦长管蚜Sitobionavenae(F.)之间,也只有6.86,有机磷和氨基甲酸酯杀虫剂对不同蚜虫的选择毒性与乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)对巯基试剂(DTNB)的敏感度有明显的相关性,说明其选择毒性与AChE的巯基结合部位有关.同时还发现,抗蚜威对洋槐蚜Aphis robiniae Macchiati和瓜蚜AChE的150值与其LC50值表现一致.这些都说明了这两类杀虫剂对不同种蚜虫的选择毒性与AChE有关.氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯对蚜虫的选择毒性与α-乙酸萘酯羧酸酯酶的活性具有明显的相关性,而与β-乙酸萘酯羧酸酯酶的活性则无任何关系.氯氰菊酯的选择毒性与上述两种酯酶的活性没有任何相关性.  相似文献

The effects of two synthetic pyrethroids, cypermethrin and deltamethrin, on the feeding behaviour of Aphis craccivora and its transmission of the nonpersistent cowpea aphid-borne mosaic virus (CAMV) were compared to those of an organophosphate (dimethoate) and carbamate (pirimicarb) in greenhouse and laboratory tests. Cypermethrin at 100, 150 and 200 mg a.i. litre-1 and deltamethrin at 75, 100 and 150 mg a.i. litre-1 restricted the acquisition and inoculation of CAMV, whereas dimethoate and pirimicarb had no significant effect. Cypermethrin protected against transmission of CAMV longer after application than deltamethrin and there was a strong interaction between The duration of the first probe was shorter on pyrethroid-treated plants than on dimethoate-or pirimicarb-treated plants, and on pyrethroid-treated plants aphids probably did not probe long enough to acquire or inoculate CAMV. It is concluded that the use of synthetic pyrethroids is potentially valuable in controlling CAMV in the field until resistance against the virus has been bred into cultivars.  相似文献

The toxicity, persistence and effect on parasitism of 10 insecticides, eight fungicides and one acaricide on Trichogrammatoidea armigera Nagaraja, an egg parasitoid of a Helicoverpa armigera (Hb), were investigated in the laboratory and under field conditions. At field recommended dosages, the fungicides oxycarboxin, copperoxychloride, streptomycin sulphate + tetracycline hydrochloride and 2‐bromo‐2‐nitropropane‐1,3‐diol and the acaricide dicofol were safe, while the insecticide phosalone and fungicide tridemorph were moderately toxic to adults. All other insecticides tested, namely dimethoate, fenitrothion, monocrotophos, phosphamidon, endosulfan, cypermethrin, decamethrin, fenvalerate and fluvalinate, and the fungicides carbendazim, methyl thiophenate and carboxin were toxic to adults. A high level of parasitism was recorded for all fungicide treatments and for dicofol and fluvalinate. The larval stage of the parasitoid was more tolerant than other stages. The residual toxicity of all fungicides, and dicofol, did not affect the ability of the parasitoid to parasitize its host, while the insecticides phosalone and fluvalinate were slightly persistent, favouring 44.7% and 49.3% parasitism after 15 days. Residues of dimethoate, decamethrin, cypermethrin, fenvalerate, monocrotophos and phosphanidon were moderately persistent, while fenitrothion and endosulfan were persistent.  相似文献
