A phytochemical investigation of Dictamnus angustifolius led to the isolation of 14 compounds, including six furoquinoline alkaloids (16), two sesquiterpenoids (7, 8) and six flavonoids (914). The structures of these compounds were identified by spectroscopic methods and a comparison of their data with those reported in the literature. This is the first report of three furoquinoline alkaloids 13 and six flavonoids 9–14 from the genus Dictamnus and the first isolation of compounds 48 from D. angustifolius. The chemotaxonomic significance of furoquinoline alkaloids and sesquiterpenoids has also been summarized.  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation of the aerial parts of Clematis akebioides (Maximowicz) Veitch led to the isolation of eighteen compounds, including two benzenoids (1, 2), one linear monoterpene glycoside (3), and fifteen triterpenoid saponins (418). The structural elucidation of these compounds was determined by using spectroscopic methods and comparison with the literature. All of these compounds were obtained from C. akebioides for the first time, and compounds 1, 2 and 18 were isolated from the Ranunculaceae family for the first time. Furthermore, the chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was discussed.  相似文献

This work describes the isolation and characterization of fourteen compounds from Lagerstroemia speciosa (L.) Pers, including four triterpenes (14), eight ellagic acids (512), one coumarin (13) and one neolignan (14). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of various spectroscopic methods (UV, IV and NMR, including 2D experiments). It was the first report of compounds 14 from the genus Lagerstroemia and the first report of compounds 912 from the family Lythraceae.  相似文献

The phytochemical study of the fruits of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim led to the isolation of sixteen compounds, including a new compound zantharin (1) and fifteen other known compounds, which consist of ten coumarins (211), three alkaloids (1214), and two phenols (1516). Their structures were elucidated based on extensive spectroscopic methods (1D and 2D NMR, HRESIMS, UV, and IR experiments) and by comparison with literature data. In this work, all the compounds were isolated from Z. bungeanum for the first time, in which, compounds 5 and 1316 were reported for the first time from the genus Zanthoxylum and the Rutaceae family, respectively. Moreover, the chemotaxonomic significance of isolated compounds is discussed.  相似文献

This work described the isolation and characterization of seven compounds from Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz., including one new ester, (2R)-4-(2,2-dimethyl-5-oxotetrahydrofuran-3-yl)-2-hydroxypent-3-anoic acid ethyl ester (1); and six known glycosides (27). The structure of compound 1 was elucidated on the basis of extensive spectral analyses, including IR, HR-ESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR (NOESY, HMBC and HSQC). All these compounds were described here for the first time from the genus Dictamnus. Moreover, the results provide further information about the diversity of compounds in the genus Dictamnus.  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation on the aerial parts of Gardneria ovata Wall resulted in the isolation and identification of 14 compounds, including three gardneria glycoalkaloids (1–2 and 6), seven gardneria alkaloids (3–5 and 7–10), and four oxindole alkaloids (1114). The structure of compound 1 was elucidated by means of spectroscopic analysis, including HRESIMS together with 1D and 2D NMR experiments. Compounds 1–2 and 11–14 are the first time reported from of G. ovate, while the compounds 3–4, 6, and 8 are also the characteristic secondary metabolites of the title plant. The chemotaxonomic significance and distribution of these monoterpenoid indole alkaloids in Gardneria genus are discussed.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of Pholidota pallida Lindl. led to the isolation of eleven compounds 1–11 (coelonin 1, lusianthridin 2, flavanthrin 3, batatasin-Ⅲ 4, 3′,5-dihydroxy-2-(4-hydroxybenzyl)-3-methoxybibenzyl 5, gigantol 6, 3-[2-(3-hydroxyphenyl) ethyl]-2,4-bis[(4-hydroxyphenyl) methyl]-5-methoxyphenol 7, hydroxytyrosyl butyrate 8, (24R)-ethylcholest-5-en-3-ol-7-one 9, taraxerone 10, friedelin 11) including three phenanthrenes 1–3, four bibenzyls 4–7, one hydroxytyrosyl 8, one steroid 9 and two terpenoids 10–11. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses. This is the first report of isolation of compounds 1–11 from Pholidota pallida and compounds 5 and 8–11 within genus Pholidota. Compound 8 is a new natural product, isolated from a natural source for the first time. Furthermore, the chemotaxonomic significance of the isolates was also discussed.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigations on the leaves of Valeriana officinalis L. led to the isolation of 18 compounds, including eight lignans (1–8), three sesquiterpenoids (9–11), five iridoids (12–16), and two aldehydes (17–18) The structure elucidation of isolated compounds was achieved on the basis of NMR and mass spectral data. Among them, three compounds (9–16, 18) are reported from V. officinalis for the first time and one compound (5) was isolated from the genus Valeriana for the first time. The chemical investigation of Pseudoceratina sp. led to the isolation of six compounds including tyrosine brominated isoxazoline alkaloids (1 and 2), polyketide (3), and 5α,8α-epidioxysterols (46). The structures of these compounds were identified by comparison of NMR and MS spectroscopic data with those previously reported. The chemical investigation of whole plants Piper boehmeriifolium (Miq.) Wall. ex C. DC. led to the isolation of 22 compounds, including two lignans (12), sixteen amide alkaloids (318), one diterpene (19), two monoterpenes (2021), and one phenylpropanoid (22). Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses including NMR, MS, and by comparison with the literature. Compounds 12, 67, 1112, 14, and 1722 were firstly isolated from P. boehmeriifolium, while compounds 2, and 1920 were isolated from Piper genus for the first time. A phytochemical investigation of the leaves and twigs of Garcinia multiflora Champion ex Bentham led to the isolation of eleven phenolic derivatives, including a new polycyclic polyprenylated acylphloroglucinol (PPAP, 1), five known PPAPs (26), three xanthones (79), a benzophenone (10), and a methyl phenyl acetate derivative (11). Their structures were established by extensive spectroscopic analysis, including HR-ESI-MS and NMR. Five compounds (1, 2, 4, 5, and 11) were first found in the genus Garcinia, of which compounds 1 and 11 were reported from the family Guttiferae for the first time. The chemotaxonomic significance of the isolated compounds was discussed. Furthermore, six PPAPs showed good cytotoxicities with IC50 values ranging from 1.79 to 9.40 μM.  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation on the aerial part of Phyllodium pulchellum led to the isolation of 16 compounds including five flavonoids (15), three lignans (68), four indole alkaloids (912), and four other-type compounds (1316). Their structures were elucidated by their spectroscopic data analysis. Among them, 12 compounds (1, 2, 49, and 1114) are reported from the genus Phyllodium for the first time, while compound 14 was isolated from the Leguminosae family for the first time and compound 11 was firstly reported in the plant kingdom. Sixteen compounds, including one polyacetylene (1), twelve coumarins (2–7, 9–14), one sterol (8), as well as two sugar derivatives (15, 16), were obtained from Libanotis laoshanensis by modern phytochemical isolation methods such as column chromatography and preparative TLC. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods and in comparison with the published data in the references. All the compounds were reported from L.laoshanensis for the first time. The chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was also discussed, which demonstrated the relationships between L. laoshanensis and some other species of Apiaceae.  相似文献

The phytochemical study of the pericarps of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim under the guidance of bioactivity led to the isolation of 18 compounds, including a new isobutylhydroxyamide (1) and 17 known compounds, i.e. six alkylamides (27), five coumarins (812), one benzene derivative (13), three flavonoids (1416), and two sterols (1718). Their structures were elucidated based on extensive spectroscopic methods (HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR experiments) and by comparison with literature data. New compound (1) and known compound (2) are cis-trans isomeric isobutylhydroxyamides. Among them, compounds 9, 10, and 12 were isolated for the first time from Z. bungeanum, compound 11 was firstly recovered from the genus Zanthoxylum, and compound 14 was reported for the first time from the Rutaceae family. Phytochemical investigation of Stenotaenia macrocarpa Freyn & Sint. (Apiaceae) led to the isolation of ten known compounds: eight flavonoids (18) and two furanocoumarins (910). The chemical structures of the compounds were elucidated based on 1D and 2D NMR and MS spectra, as well as comparison with the relevant literature data. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first detailed phytochemical study about Stenotaenia macrocarpa and the first report on the isolation of all the compounds from the genus Stenotaenia, and manghaslin (2) and its methoxylated derivative typhaneoside (3) from Apiaceae. Phytochemical investigation of 70% aqueous EtOH extract of Cistanche sinensis led to the isolation of fifteen compounds (115), including nine phenylethanoid glycosides (PhGs, 19), five iridoid glycosides (1014), and one lignan glycoside (15). Their structures were determined on the basis of 1D- and 2D-NMR experiments and by comparison with physical data of known compounds. Among the isolated compounds, 1 was identified as a new compound, three compounds (9, 14, and 15) were firstly reported from the genus Cistanche, and seven compounds (26, 11, and 12) were isolated from C. sinensis for the first time. PhGs with a 6′-O-rhamnosyl moiety such as cistansinenside B (1), poliumoside (7), and 2′-O-acetylpoliumoside (9) could serve as chemotaxonomic markers to differentiate C. sinensis from other species of Cistanche.  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation of Saxifraga tangutica led to the isolation of 11 compounds, including eight diarylheptanoids (16, 10 and 11) and three phenylpropanoids (79). The chemical structures were established by extensive analysis of their MS and NMR spectroscopic data or comparison with literature data. In the present research, we report the isolated compounds 111, for the first time, in the species S. tangutica. Moreover, compounds 1, 2 and 411 have not been reported from any species in Saxifragaceae family. Furthermore, we discuss the chemotaxonomic significance of the isolated compounds.  相似文献

Processive phytochemistry and pharmacological investigation of Schefflera leucantha R.Vig. (Araliaceae) led to the isolation of fifteen known compounds: a nucleobase (1), six small aromatic molecules (27), three phenylpropanoids (8–10), four lignans (1114) and a fatty acid derivative (15). Spectroscopic methods were used to establish the structure and configuration of isolates, followed by their unambiguous confirmation with literature data. We report for the first time (to the best of our knowledge), the isolation of β-amino-3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzene-ethanol (4) from a natural source. Furthermore, compounds 1, 5, 915 are being reported from Araliaceae family for the first time, whereas compounds 2, 3, 68 from the genus Schefflera for the first time. The biological screening results show that compounds 9 and 10 induce a moderate inhibitory effect on aldose reductase, while compounds 3, 5, and 8 display significantly high neuroprotective activities.  相似文献
