目的观察氨溴索佐治新生儿吸入性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年10月~2016年10月我院收治的新生儿吸入性肺炎患儿88例为研究对象,根据患儿出生时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组患儿采用保暖、清理呼吸道、氧疗、抗感染等常规治疗方法,观察组患儿在常规治疗的基础上加氨溴索治疗,并对两组患儿的治疗总有效率、体征改善时间、住院时间、不良反应发生情况等进行比较分析。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的77.50%;观察组患儿呼吸困难、紫绀、口吐泡沫、肺部啰音等症状体征改善时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论氨溴索佐治新生儿吸入性肺炎的临床疗效良好,可促进患儿临床体征快速改善,且无药物不良反应,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

Various protocols may be used for acute pancreatitis treatment. Recently, the benefit of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) has been demonstrated. To clarify the mechanism of HBO on the process of the acute pancreatitis, we determined the levels of antioxidant enzymes in an acute pancreatitis model. Forty-five Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: Group I: sham group (n=15), Group II: pancreatitis group (n=15), Group III: pancreatitis group undergoing HBO therapy (n=15). HBO was applied postoperatively for 5 days, two sessions per day at 2.5 fold absolute atmospheric pressure (ATA) for 90 min. Superoxide dismutase (Cu/Zn-SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), and glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) activity were measured in pancreatic tissue and erythrocyte lysate. MDA and GSH Px were also determined in plasma. In addition, amylase levels were measured in the serum. While serum amylase levels and MDA values in erythrocyte, plasma and pancreatic tissue were decreased, the levels of GSH Px and SOD were found to be significantly increased in the Group III as compared to those of the Group II. The findings of our study suggest that HBO has beneficial effects on the course of acute pancreatitis and this effect may occur through the antioxidant systems.  相似文献

Abstract— —The GABA-α-ketoglutarate transaminase pathway provides, in the brain, an alternative route for the conversion of α-ketoglutarate to succinate. In vitro experiments with rat brain homogenates and either [14C]GABA or [14C]α-ketoglutarate showed the percentage metabolism via the transaminase pathway to be about 17 per cent in air and 10 per cent oxygen at high pressure. Since the transaminase shunt was more sensitive to hyperbaric oxygen than the direct pathway, these results do not support the hypothesis of an alternative route operating under conditions of oxygen poisoning.  相似文献

AimsAlthough hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatment following spinal cord injury (SCI) have been studied in terms of neurological function and tissue histology, there is a limited number studies on spinal cord tissue enzyme levels.Main methodsThe effect of HBO treatment in SCI was investigated by measuring superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase, glutathione peroxidase (GPx), nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and nitric oxide (NO) activity in the injured tissue. SCI was induced by applying an aneurysm clip extradurally at the level of T9-T11 vertebrae. Preoperative HBO (preopHBO) treatment was applied for 5 days and postoperative HBO (postopHBO) for 7 days.Key findingsIn the preopHBO group, a significant decrease was observed in NOS and NO compared to the SCI group. There was a decrease in SOD, NOS and NO in the postopHBO group when compared to the SCI group. In the pre–postHBO group SOD, GPx, NOS and NO decreased significantly. There was a decrease in SOD in postopHBO compared to preopHBO. In the prepostopHBO, SOD decreased significantly compared to that in the preopHBO group. The prepostopHBO presented a significant decrease in GPx compared to postopHBO (p < 0.05 for all parameters). No significant difference was observed for catalase for all groups. Significant improvement was found in BBB scores for both postopHBO and prepostHBO groups when compared to the SCI group (p < 0.05).SignificanceHBO treatment was found to be beneficial following SCI in terms of biochemical parameters and functional recovery in the postoperative period.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment (HBO) to the vigilance of spermatozoids. The sperm samples were obtained from the patients (n=10) with diagnosed oligospermia. The motility of spermatozoids in tested samples was not lower than 30% but it did not exceed the critical proportion of 50%. Three groups of samples were formed, with respectively 10 samples in each group. All of them were exposed to HBO conditions of 2.5 ATA for 90 minutes. Group I was exposed to HBO conditions without any addition of medium. Group II was added 5 ml of EBSS solution. Tyrode's solution in volume of 5 ml was added to group III. The evaluation of functional characteristics of sperm was carried out 30 minutes after completion of HBO treatment. Statistically significant increased in motor activity was registered in three all groups (p<0.05). The biggest increased in vigilance of spermatozoids was found in the samples of the group III (p<0.01), exceeding the critical proportion of 50% in all of the samples. The obtained results suggest that the acute exposure of the sperm samples to HBO has favorable impact to functional capacity of spermatozoids in view of their better motility.  相似文献

Genotoxicity of hyperbaric oxygen   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
Hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatment is applied as a therapy for a wide variety of diseases with symptoms caused by lack of oxygen in the target tissues. However, it is known that exposure to high concentrations of oxygen may lead to oxidative stress and cause cell and tissue damage. Oxygen toxicity and possible cancer-promoting effects of HBO therapy have been a matter of serious concern. Although a cancer-inducing effect of HBO was not found to date, recent studies clearly indicated an induction of oxidative DNA damage in blood cells of healthy subjects after HBO under therapeutic conditions. The biological significance of this finding has been investigated in a series of in vitro and in vivo tests. This review summarizes these studies and critically discusses potential adverse genetic effects of HBO therapy. Furthermore, since an induction of anti-oxidative defense mechanisms has been determined after HBO exposure, a modified treatment regimen of HBO therapy is proposed which avoids genotoxic effects.  相似文献

1. Pigeon heart mitochondria produce H(2)O(2) at a maximal rate of about 20nmol/min per mg of protein. 2. Succinate-glutamate and malate-glutamate are substrates which are able to support maximal H(2)O(2) production rates. With malate-glutamate, H(2)O(2) formation is sensitive to rotenone. Endogenous substrate, octanoate, stearoyl-CoA and palmitoyl-carnitine are by far less efficient substrates. 3. Antimycin A exerts a very pronounced effect in enhancing H(2)O(2) production in pigeon heart mitochondria; 0.26nmol of antimycin A/mg of protein and the addition of an uncoupler are required for maximal H(2)O(2) formation. 4. In the presence of endogenous substrate and of antimycin A, ATP decreases and uncoupler restores the rates of H(2)O(2) formation. 5. Reincorporation of ubiquinone-10 and ubiquinone-3 to ubiquinone-depleted pigeon heart mitochondria gives a system in which H(2)O(2) production is linearly related to the incorporated ubiquinone. 6. The generation of H(2)O(2) by pigeon heart mitochondria in the presence of succinate-glutamate and in metabolic state 4 has an optimum pH value of 7.5. In states 1 and 3u, and in the presence of antimycin A and uncoupler, the optimum pH value is shifted towards more alkaline values. 7. With increase of the partial pressure of O(2) to the hyperbaric region the formation of H(2)O(2) is markedly increased in pigeon heart mitochondria and in rat liver mitochondria. With rat liver mitochondria and succinate as substrate in state 4, an increase in the pO(2) up to 1.97MPa (19.5atm) increases H(2)O(2) formation 10-15-fold. Similar pO(2) profiles were observed when rat liver mitochondria were supplemented either with antimycin A or with antimycin A and uncoupler. No saturation of the system with O(2) was observed up to 1.97MPa (19.5atm). By increasing the pO(2) to 1.97MPa (19.5atm), H(2)O(2) formation in pigeon heart mitochondria with succinate as substrate increased fourfold in metabolic state 4, with antimycin A added the increase was threefold and with antimycin A and uncoupler it was 2.5-fold. In the last two saturation of the system with oxygen was observed, with an apparent K(m) of about 71kPa (0.7-0.8atm) and a V(max.) of 12 and 20nmol of H(2)O(2)/min per mg of protein. 8. It is postulated that in addition to the well-known flavin reaction, formation of H(2)O(2) may be due to interaction with an energy-dependent component of the respiratory chain at the cytochrome b level.  相似文献

The effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO2) treatment on hemorheological parameters of diabetic rats was investigated. This study is a placebo-controlled, in vivo animal study. 30 streptozocin-induced diabetic rats were divided into two groups; one group received hyperbaric oxygen treatment while the other did not. Hematological and hemorheological parameters were tested with blood samples collected directly from the heart using surgical procedures. Student t-tests with a type I (alpha) error at 0.05 was used to test any significant difference between means of the hematologic and hemorheological parameters of the control (CON) and the HBO2 groups. Compared with the placebo group, hyperbaric oxygen resulted in significant higher lipid peroxidation stress of the erythrocytes and resistance of erythrocytes to deformation in rats of the HBO2 group. Whole blood viscosities measured at shear rates of 5, 150 and 400 s(-1) were all higher for the rats in the HBO2 group than those for rats in the control group. In addition, the oxygen delivery index was found to be significantly lower in rats of the HBO2 group. Thus, our work demonstrates that hyperbaric oxygen treatment significantly changes the hemorheological parameters in diabetic rats.  相似文献

The activities of catalase, glutathione peroxidase, and glutathione reductase, were not significantly different from normal whereas that of superoxide dismutase was decreased (P<0.05) in erythrocytes from patients with multiple sclerosis. Assay of the lipid peroxidation product, malondialdehyde, after incubation of erythrocytes with 10 mM H2O2 under carefully controlled conditions (peroxide stress test) demonstrated that MS erythrocytes are significantly (P<0.001) less susceptible to H2O2-induced lipid peroxidation in vitro. This finding suggests that the level of an endogenous antioxidant, possibly vitamin E, may be elevated in MS red cells. After treatment with hyperbaric O2, the activity of MS erythrocyte catalase is significantly (P<0.01) elevated by 2–6-fold.  相似文献
