Abstract Two strains of the strictly respiratory bacterium Alcaligenes eutrophus were used to study the kinetics of 63Ni2+ uptake and efflux: the wild type strain N9A and its transconjugant N9A-M243, which harbors plasmid pMOL28.1 encoding constitutive resistance to nickel. When incubated aerobically in 1 μM NiCl2 N9A accumulates high, M243 negligibly small amounts of nickel. When exposed to 1 μM NiCl2 anaerobically, after preincubation at anoxic conditions for 24 h, both strains accumulate almost the same amounts. Aeration results in instantaneous, rapid efflux by M243, but renewed uptake of nickel by N9A. The results suggest that in M243 under normal aerobic conditions two constitutive energy-dependent cation transport systems are functioning concomitantly; a chromosomally determined nickel uptake system and a plasmid-mediated nickel efflux system.  相似文献

Spontaneous mutants that were resistant to zinc were isolated from Alcaligenes eutrophus CH34 containing either the native plasmid pMOL28 or a derivative derepressed for its self-transfer, pMOL50. With the cured plasmid-free derivative of CH34, strain AE104, such mutants were not detected. The mutations, which were shown to be located in the plasmid, increased the level of the nickel and cobalt resistance determined by the cnr locus. The chromate resistance closely linked to the cnr locus was not affected by these mutations. In the Znr mutants, the resistance to zinc and nickel was constitutively expressed. Uptake studies showed that the zinc resistance in a Znr mutant resulted from reduced accumulation of zinc ions in comparison with that in the plasmid-free strain. Reduced accumulation of zinc was also observed to a lesser degree in the parental strain induced with nickel, suggesting that zinc interferes with the Ni2+ and Co2+ efflux system. A 12.2-kb EcoRI-XbaI restriction endonuclease fragment containing the cnr locus was cloned from plasmid pMOL28 harboring the mutation and shortened to an 8.5-kb EcoRI-PstI-PstI fragment conferring resistance to zinc, nickel, and cobalt. The 12.2-kb EcoRI-XbaI fragment was also reduced to a 9.7-kb BamHI fragment still encoding weak resistance to nickel and cobalt but not to zinc. Complementation studies demonstrated the recessivity of the cnr mutations with a Znr phenotype. Such mutations thus allow positive selection of mutants affected in the expression of the cnr operon.  相似文献

Alcaligenes eutrophus strain CH34, which was isolated as a bacterium resistant to cobalt, zinc, and cadmium ions, shares with A. eutrophus strain H16 the ability to grow lithoautotrophically on molecular hydrogen, to form a cytoplasmic NAD-reducing and a membrane-bound hydrogenase, and most metabolic attributes; however, it does not grow on fructose. Strain CH34 contains two plasmids, pMOL28 (163 kilobases) specifying nickel, mercury, and cobalt resistance and pMOL30 (238 kilobases) specifying zinc, cadmium, mercury, and cobalt resistance. The plasmids are self-transmissible in homologous matings, but at low frequencies. The transfer frequency was strongly increased with IncP1 plasmids RP4 and pUZ8 as helper plasmids. The phenotypes of the wild type, cured strains, and transconjugants are characterized by the following MICs (Micromolar) in strains with the indicated phenotypes: Nic+, 2.5; Nic-, 0.6; Cob+A, 5.0; Cob+B, 20.0; Cob-, less than 0.07; Zin+, 12.0; Zin-, 0.6; Cad+, 2.5; and Cad-, 0.6. Plasmid-free cells of strain CH34 are still able to grow lithoautotrophically and to form both hydrogenases, indicating that the hydrogenase genes are located on the chromosome, in contrast to the Hox structural genes of strain H16, which are located on the megaplasmid pHG1 (450 kilobases).  相似文献

The 163-kilobase-pair (kb) plasmid pMOL28, which determines inducible resistance to nickel, cobalt, chromate, and mercury salts in its native host Alcaligenes eutrophus CH34, was transferred to a derivative of A. eutrophus H16 and subjected to cloning procedures. After Tn5 transposon mutagenesis, restriction endonuclease analysis, and DNA-DNA hybridization, two DNA fragments, a 9.5-kb KpnI fragment and a 13.5-kb HindIII fragment (HKI), were isolated. HKI contained EK1, the KpnI fragment, as a subfragment flanked on both sides by short regions. Both fragments were ligated into the suicide vector pSUP202, the broad-host-range vector pVK101, and pUC19. Both fragments restored a nickel-sensitive Tn5 mutant to full nickel and cobalt resistance. The hybrid plasmid pVK101::HKI expressed full nickel resistance in all nickel-sensitive derivatives, either pMOL28-deficient or -defective, of the native host CH34. The hybrid plasmid pVK101::HKI also conferred nickel and cobalt resistance to A. eutrophus strains H16 and JMP222, Alcaligenes hydrogenophilus, Pseudomonas putida, and Pseudomonas oleovorans, but to a lower level of resistance. In all transconjugants the metal resistances coded by pVK101::HKI were expressed constitutively rather than inducibly. The hybrid plasmid metal resistance was not expressed in Escherichia coli. DNA sequences responsible for nickel resistance in newly isolated strains showed homology to the cloned pMOL28-encoded nickel and cobalt resistance determinant.  相似文献

The accumulation and efflux of 63Ni2+ ions were studied using two strains of the strictly respiratory bacterium Alcaligenes eutrophus, the wild type strain N9A and its transconjugant N9A-M243 which harbors plasmid pMOL28.1 encoding constitutive resistance to nickel. When 1 M 63Ni2+ is added to respiring cells, strain N9A accumulates high, but M243 only negligibly small amounts of nickel. When the cells were preincubated for about 20 h under anoxic conditions and were then exposed to 1 M 63Ni2+ anaerobically, both strains accumulated approximately the same amounts of nickel. Aeration of these preloaded cells resulted in rapid efflux by strain M243 but renewed uptake of nickel by N9A. 63Ni2+ uptake and efflux are highly sensitive to protonophores such as CCCP, FCCP and TCS but insensitive to DCCD (each at 20 M concentrations). Measurements on the effects of the inhibitors on biosynthetic processes requiring ATP either from substrate phosphorylation or from electron transport phosphorylation made sure that at the concentrations used the inhibitor effects were specific. Thus the results suggest that in the nickelresistant strain M243 under normal aerobic conditions two constitutive energy-dependent nickel transport systems can function concomitantly, a chromosomally-determined specific uptake system and a plasmid-mediated specific nickel efflux system.  相似文献

From pMOL28, one of the two heavy metal resistance plasmids of Alcaligenes eutrophus strain CH34, we cloned an EcoRI-PstI fragment into plasmid pVDZ'2. This hybrid plasmid conferred inducible nickel and cobalt resistance (cnr) in two distinct plasmid-free A. eutrophus hosts, strains AE104 and H16. Resistances were not expressed in Escherichia coli. The nucleotide sequence of the 8.5-kb EcoRI-PstI fragment (8,528 bp) revealed seven open reading frames; two of these, cnrB and cnrA, were assigned with respect to size and location to polypeptides expressed in E. coli under the control of the bacteriophage T7 promoter. The genes cnrC (44 kDa), cnrB (40 kDa), and cnrA (115.5 kDa) are probably structural genes; the gene loci cnrH (11.6 kDa), cnrR (tentatively assigned to open reading frame 1 [ORF]; 15.5 kDa), and cnrY (tentatively assigned to ORF0ab; ORF0a, 11.0 kDa; ORF0b, 10.3 kDa) are probably involved in the regulation of expression. ORF0ab and ORF1 exhibit a codon usage that is not typical for A. eutrophus. The 8.5-kb EcoRI-PstI fragment was mapped by Tn5 transposon insertion mutagenesis. Among 72 insertion mutants, the majority were nickel sensitive. The mutations located upstream of cnrC resulted in various phenotypic changes: (i) each mutation in one of the gene loci cnrYRH caused constitutivity, (ii) a mutation in cnrH resulted in different expression of cobalt and nickel resistance in the hosts H16 and AE104, and (iii) mutations in cnrY resulted in two- to fivefold-increased nickel resistance in both hosts. These genes are considered to be involved in the regulation of cnr. Comparison of cnr of pMOL28 with czc of pMOL30, the other large plasmid of CH34, revealed that the structural genes are arranged in the same order and determine proteins of similar molecular weights. The largest protein CnrA shares 46% amino acid similarity with CzcA (the largest protein of the czc operon). The other putative gene products, CnrB and CnrC, share 28 and 30% similarity, respectively, with the corresponding proteins of czc.  相似文献

Anaerobic growth in the presence of 0.6 mM NiCl2 was able to restore hydrogenase and benzyl-viologen-linked formate dehydrogenase activities to a mutant (FD12), which is normally defective in these activities. This mutant carries a mutation located near minute 58 in the genome. Hydrogenase isoenzyme I and II activities were restored along with the hydrogenase activity that forms part of the formate hydrogen lyase system. A plasmid (pRW1) was constructed, containing a 4.8 kb chromosomal DNA insert, which was able to complement the lesion in mutant FD12. Further mutants with mutations near 58 minutes on the chromosome, and which lacked hydrogenase and formate dehydrogenase activities were isolated. These mutants were divided into three groups. Class I mutants were restored to the wild-type phenotype either by growth with 0.6 mM NiCl2 or following transformation with pRW1. Class II mutants were also complemented by pRW1 but were unaffected by growth with NiCl2. Class III mutants were unaffected by both pRW1 and growth with NiCl2. The cloned 4.8 kb fragment of chromosomal DNA therefore encodes two genes essential for hydrogenase activity. Restriction analysis indicates that the cloned DNA is the same as a fragment that has previously been cloned and which complements the hydB locus (Sankar et al. (1985) J. Bacteriol., 162, 353-360). None of the three classes of mutants possess mutations in hydrogenase structural genes.  相似文献

Abstract From enrichment cultures in the presence of 1 mM NiCl2 200 strains of aerobic bacteria were isolated from 50 samples collected in the metal-processing industry, waste water treatment plants and from solid waste, highly polluted by heavy metals. The strains isolated were characterized with respect to their substrate spectrum and resistance to nickel, cobalt, zinc and cadmium salts and assigned to 21 groups. One representative of each group was described with respect to cell morphology. All strains were Gram-negative, non-sporing rods or cocci. The highest concentrations of nickel, cobalt, zinc, cadmium, copper, mercury, and silver allowing growth on solid media were estimated. Two strains were able to grow at 20 mM NiCl2 and CoCl2, one strain tolerated 12 mM and one 7.5 mM concentrations of these salts.
Fifteen out of 21 strains contained at least one plasmid two contained two plasmids. The plasmid sizes varied between 50 and 340 kbp, except strain 10A, which contained a miniplasmid (2.6 kbp). Attempts to cure four selected strains by exposure to mitomycin C or growth at elevated temperature failed.
By helper-assisted and unassisted conjugation the plasmids of strain 31A were shown to carry nickel and cobalt resistance determinants. Alcaligenes eutrophus strains H16 and N9A and denative of strain CH34 lacking one or both of its native metal resistance plasmids were used as recipients. Both plasmids, p TOM8 and pTOM9, of strain 31A carried resistance properties which were expressed in all recipients except. A. eutrophus H16, in which only nickel resistance was expressed.
Plasmid pTOM3 residing in strain 10A could not be transferred as such. However, transconjugants derived from helper (pULB113)-assisted matings carried co-integrates of various sizes and were resistant to nickel and cobalt.  相似文献

A newly isolated aerobic hydrogen-oxidizing bacterium, Alcaligenes denitrificans strain 4a-2, differs from related autotrophic bacteria by containing only a single cytoplasmic, NAD-reducing hydrogenase, and by its high resistance to nickel ions, i.e. tolerance to 20 mM NiCl2. Strain 4a-2 harbors a single plasmid of about 250 kb. On helper-assisted mating of 4a-2 with Alcaligenes eutrophus strains H16,G29, and M85 nickelresistant transconjugants were selected; these did not contain the donor plasmid, however. All three transconjugants tolerated 3 to 10 mM NiCl2. The resistance was constitutively expressed. DNA/DNA hybridization showed homology with EcoRI-digested DNA of the wild type 4a-2 and transconjugants using a DNA probe containing nickel resistance genes of pMOL28. This indicated that the 4a-2 nickel resistance genes are located on the chromosome.  相似文献

DNA fragments harboring the nickel resistance determinants from bacteria isolated from anthropogenically polluted ecosystems in Europe and Zaire were compared with those harboring the nickel resistance determinants from bacteria isolated from naturally nickel-percolated soils from New Caledonia by DNA-DNA hybridization. The biotinylated DNA probes were derived from the previously described Alcaligenes eutrophus CH34, Alcaligenes xylosoxidans 31A, Alcaligenes denitrificans 4a-2, and Klebsiella oxytoca CCUG 15788 and four new nickel resistance-determining fragments cloned from strains isolated from soils under nickel-hyperaccumulating trees. Nine probes were hybridized with endonuclease-cleaved plasmid and total DNA samples from 56 nickel-resistant strains. Some of the New Caledonian strains were tentatively identified as Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas mendocina, Comamonas, Hafnia alvei, Burkholderia, Arthrobacter aurescens, and Arthrobacter ramosus strains. The DNA of most strains showed homologies to one or several of the following nickel resistance determinants: the cnr and ncc operons of the strains A. eutrophus CH34 and A. xylosoxidans 31A, respectively, the nre operon of strain 31A, and the nickel resistance determinants of K. oxytoca. On the basis of their hybridization reactions the nickel resistance determinants of the strains could be assigned to four groups: (i) cnr/ncc type, (ii) cnr/ncc/nre type, (iii) K. oxytoca type, and (iv) others. The majority of the strains were assigned to the known groups. Among the strains from Belgium and Zaire, exclusively the cnr/ncc and the cnr/ncc/nre types were found. Among the New Caledonian strains all four types were represented. Homologies to the nre operon were found only in combination with the cnr/ncc operon. The homologies to the cnr/ncc operon were the most abundant and were detected alone or together with homologies to the nre operon. Only the DNA of the strains isolated from soil in Scotland and the United States and that of five of the New Caledonian strains did not show any detectable homologies to any of our probes. The nickel resistance fragment isolated from Burkholderia strain 32W-2 was studied in some detail. This 15-kb BamHI fragment conferred resistance to 1 to 5 mM NiCl(inf2) to Escherichia coli and resistance to up to 25 mM NiCl(inf2) to A. eutrophus. It showed strong homologies to both the cnr/ncc operon and the nre operon and conferred strictly regulated (inducible) nickel resistance to A. eutrophus.  相似文献

Nickel-deficient (Nic-) mutants of Alcaligenes eutrophus requiring high levels of nickel ions for autotrophic growth with hydrogen were characterized. The Nic- mutants carried defined deletions in the hydrogenase gene cluster of the indigenous pHG megaplasmid. Nickel deficiency correlated with a low level of the nickel-containing hydrogenase activity, a slow rate of nickel transport, and reduced activity of urease. The Nic+ phenotype was restored by a cloned DNA sequence (hoxN) of a megaplasmid pHG1 DNA library of A. eutrophus H16. hoxN is part of the hydrogenase gene cluster. The nickel requirement of Nic- mutants was enhanced by increasing the concentration of magnesium. This suggests that the Nic- mutants are impaired in the nickel-specific transport system and thus depend on the second transport activity which normally mediates the uptake of magnesium.  相似文献

Mutants defective in chemolithoautotrophic growth (Aut-) have been isolated from Alcaligenes eutrophus strains H16, N9A, G27, and TF93. Spontaneous Aut- mutants were obtained only with strain TF93. Mutants of the other strains were selected after conventional mutagenesis or treatment with mitomycin. Most of the mutants, including the spontaneous Aut- strains, lacked hydrogenase activity (Hox-) but possessed the ability to fix carbon dioxide (Cfx+). Agar mating of A. eutrophus H16 with Hox- mutants of the various strains resulted in transconjugants which had recovered the ability to grow autotrophically and to express activity of hydrogenase as examined by enzymatic and immunochemical analysis. Transfer of hydrogen-oxidizing ability occurred in the absence of a mobilizing plasmid such as Rp4. The transfer frequency was particularly high (ca. 10(-2) per donor) when the spontaneous Hox- mutants of strain TF93 were used as recipients. These strains proved to be plasmid free, whereas donors, transconjugants, and the mutagen-treated Hox- mutants contained a large plasmid (molecular weight, 270 +/- 10 X 10(6) revealed by agarose gel electrophoresis. The results allow the conclusion that A. eutrophus H16 harbors a self-transmissible plasmid designated pHG1, which carries information for hydrogen-oxidizing ability.  相似文献

The NAD-reducing hydrogenase of Nocardia opaca 1 b was found to be a soluble, cytoplasmic enzyme. N. opaca 1 b does not contain an additional membrane-bound hydrogenase. The soluble enzyme was purified to homogeneity with a yield of 19% and a final specific activity of 45 mumol H2 oxidized min-1 mg protein-1. NAD reduction with H2 was completely dependent on the presence of divalent metal ions (Ni2+, Co2+, Mg2+, Mn2+) or of high salt concentrations (0.5-1.5 M). The most specific effect was caused by NiCl2, whose optimal concentration turned out to be 1 mM. The stimulation of activity by salts was the greater the less chaotrophic the anion. Maximal activity was achieved in 0.5 M potassium phosphate. Hydrogenase was also activated by protons. The pH optimum in 50 mM triethanolamine/HCl buffer containing 1 mM NiCl2 was 7.8-8.0. In the absence of Ni2+, hydrogenase was only active at pH values below 7.0. The reduction of other electron acceptors was not dependent on metal ions or salts, even though an approximately 1.5-fold stimulation of the reactions by 0.1-10 microM NiCl2 was observed. With the most effective electron acceptor, benzyl viologen, a 50-fold higher specific activity was determined than with NAD. The total molecular weight of hydrogenase has been estimated to be 200 000 (gel filtration) and 178 000 (sucrose density gradient centrifugation, and sodium dodecyl sulfate electrophoresis) respectively. The enzyme is a tetramer consisting of non-identical subunits with molecular weights of 64 000, 56 000, 31 000 and 27 000. It was demonstrated by electrophoretic analyses that in the absence of NiCl2 and at alkaline pH values the native hydrogenase dissociates into two subunit dimers. The first dimer was dark yellow coloured, completely inactive and composed of subunits with molecular weights of 64 000 and 31 000. The second dimer was light yellow, inactive with NAD but still active with methyl viologen. It was composed of subunits with molecular weights of 56 000 and 27 000. Immunological comparison of the hydrogenase of N. opaca 1 b and the soluble hydrogenase of Alcaligenes eutrophus H16 revealed that these two NAD-linked hydrogenases are partially identical proteins.  相似文献

A double mutant (JH103K10) was created from hydrogenase constitutive mutant (JH103) by replacement of a chromosomal 0.60 kb nickel metabolism related locus with a kanamycin resistance gene. The double mutant required 10 to 20 times more nickel (Ni) to achieve near parental strain levels of hydrogenase activity. In the absence of nickel, both JH103K10 and JH103 synthesized high levels of (inactive) hydrogenase apoprotein (large subunit, 65 kDa). With nickel, the double mutant JH103K10 synthesized the same level of hydrogenase apoenzyme (65-kDa subunit) as the JH103 parent strain; however, whole cell hydrogenase activity in JH103K10 was less than half of that in JH103, and the CPM (due to 63Ni in hydrogenase) of membranes and the calculated ratio of nickel per unit of hydrogenase enzyme of the double mutant were 40% of that in JH103. Therefore, the difference in hydrogenase activities between the double mutant and the Hupck strain can be accounted for by different abilities of the strains to incorporate nickel into the hydrogenase apoenzyme. The addition of nickel ions to previously Ni-starved and then chloramphenicol-treated Bradyrhizobium japonicum whole cells (JH103 and JH103K10) resulted in (an in vivo) restoration of hydrogenase activity, suggesting that the apoprotein synthesized in the Ni-free cultures could be activated by addition of nickel even in the absence of protein synthesis. The extent of reconstitution of active hydrogenase by nickel was greater in the absence of chloramphenicol. Hydrogenase apoprotein could not be activated by nickel in vitro even with the addition of ATP. The successful in vivo but not in vitro results suggest that enzymatic but cell-disruption labile factors are required for Ni incorporation into hydrogenase.  相似文献

A gene bank of the 450-kilobase (kb) megaplasmid pHG1 from the hydrogen-oxidizing bacterium Alcaligenes eutrophus H16 was constructed in the broad-host-range mobilizable vector pSUP202 and maintained in Escherichia coli. hox DNA was identified by screening the E. coli gene bank for restoration of hydrogenase activity in A. eutrophus Hox mutants. Hybrid plasmids that contained an 11.6-kb EcoRI fragment restored soluble NAD-dependent hydrogenase activity when transferred by conjugation into one class of Hos- mutants. An insertion mutant impaired in particulate hydrogenase was partially restored in Hop activity by an 11-kb EcoRI fragment. A contiguous sequence of two EcoRI fragments of 8.6 and 2.0 kb generated Hox+ recombinants from mutants that were devoid of both hydrogenase proteins. hox DNA was subcloned into the vector pVK101. The resulting recombinant plasmids were used in complementation studies. The results indicate that we have cloned parts of the structural genes coding for Hos and Hop activity and a complete regulatory hox DNA sequence which encodes the thermosensitive, energy-dependent derepression signal of hydrogenase synthesis in A. eutrophus H16.  相似文献

Electroporation was used as a tool to explore the genetics of the heavy-metal-resistant strain Alcaligenes eutrophus CH34. A 12.9-kb A. eutrophus-Escherichia coli shuttle vector, pMOL850, was constructed to optimize electroporation conditions. This vector is derived from the E. coli plasmid pSUP202 and contains the replication region of the A. eutrophus megaplasmid pMOL28. Electroporation was used to transform A. eutrophus CH34 derivatives with megaplasmids (sizes up to 240 kb), and transformants were selected for resistance to heavy metals. Electroporation was also performed with endonuclease-digested genomic DNA. Transformation of markers affecting lysine biosynthesis (lysA194) and biosynthesis of the siderophore alcaligin E were observed. Transfer of the nonselected markers pheB332 and aro-333, linked to lysA194, confirmed the intervention of homologous recombination. However, during transformation of ale::Tn5-Tc, illegitimate recombination and transposition were also observed as an alternative for the inheritance of the Tn5-Tc markers.  相似文献

Resistances to chromate and cobalt were cloned on a 30-kilobase-pair (kb) DNA region from the large Alcaligenes eutrophus plasmid pMOL28 into the broad-host-range mobilizable cosmid vector pVK102. A restriction nuclease map of the 30-kb region was generated. The resistances expressed from the hybrid plasmids after transfer back into A. eutrophus were inducible and conferred the same degree of resistance as the parent plasmid pMOL28. Resistances were expressed in metal-sensitive Alcaligenes strains and related bacteria but not in Escherichia coli. Resistance to chromate was further localized on a 2.6-kb EcoRI fragment, and resistance to cobalt was localized on an adjoining 8.5-kb PstI-EcoRI fragment. When the 2.6-kb EcoRI fragment was expressed in E. coli under the control of a bacteriophage T7 promoter, three polypeptides with molecular masses of 31,500, 21,000, and 14,500 daltons were visible on autoradiograms. The 31,500- and 21,000-dalton polypeptides were membrane bound; the 14,500-dalton polypeptide was soluble.  相似文献

Conjugal transfer from Escherichia coli to Alcaligenes eutrophus of the A. eutrophus genes coding for plasmid-borne resistance to cadmium, cobalt, and zinc (czc genes) was investigated on agar plates and in soil samples. This czc fragment is not expressed in the donor strain, E. coli, but it is expressed in the recipient strain, A. eutrophus. Hence, expression of heavy metal resistance by cells plated on a medium containing heavy metals represents escape of the czc genes. The two plasmids into which this DNA fragment has been cloned previously and which were used in these experiments are the nonconjugative, mobilizable plasmid pDN705 and the nonconjugative, nonmobilizable plasmid pMOL149. In plate matings at 28 to 30 degrees C, the direct mobilization of pDN705 occurred at a frequency of 2.4 x 10(-2) per recipient, and the mobilization of the same plasmid by means of the IncP1 conjugative plasmids RP4 or pULB113 (present either in a third cell [triparental cross] or in the recipient strain itself [retromobilization]) occurred at average frequencies of 8 x 10(-4) and 2 x 10(-5) per recipient, respectively. The czc genes cloned into the Tra- Mob- plasmid pMOL149 were transferred at a frequency of 10(-7) to 10(-8) and only by means of plasmid pULB113. The direct mobilization of pDN705 was further investigated in sandy, sandy-loam, and clay soils. In sterile soils, transfer frequencies at 20 degrees C were highest in the sandy-loam soil (10(-5) per recipient) and were enhanced in all soils by the addition of easily metabolizable nutrients.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献
