Epidermal peels of Valerianella locusta were acid-treated for 1 h at pH 3.9 to kill all cells other than guard cells. These guard-cell preparations were used to explore the steady-state one-way fluxes and the cytoplasmic and vacuolar contents of abscisic acid (ABA). The method of compartmental analysis has been applied. The intracellular ABA concentrations were surprisingly high. At an external pH of 5.8 the cytoplasm contained 1.28 mmol·dm-3 of ABA, twice of the amount which accumulated in the vacuoles (0.57 mmol·dm-3). The fluxes of ABA at the plasmalemma (oc=oc=0.43 fmol · cell –1 · h –1) were higher than those at the tonoplast (cv=vc=0.12 fmol · cell –1 · h –1). Moderate stress (0.1 and 0.3 mol·dm-3 sorbitol in the medium) caused a change in the kinetics of ABA movement. The rate constants of the fluxes from the cytoplasm into the vacuole (cv) and into the apoplast (co) were increased while the rate constant of the flux from the vacuoles into the cytoplasm (vc) was decreased. As a consequence the amount of ABA sequestered in the vacuole remained unchanged; the cytoplasmic ABA content, however, was reduced to only 20% of that found in the control treatments (no sorbitol in the medium). Under moderate stress, one Valerianella guard cell released rapidly about 0.36 fmol·cell-1 to its direct cell-wall space. In this paper we use a dynamical systems approach to prove the existence of a unique critical value c * of the speed c for which the degenerate density-dependent diffusion equation u ct = [D(u)u x ] x + g(u) has: 1. no travelling wave solutions for 0 < c < c *, 2. a travelling wave solution u(x, t) = (x - c * t) of sharp type satisfying (– ) = 1, () = 0 *; '(*–) = – c */D'(0), '(*+) = 0 and 3. a continuum of travelling wave solutions of monotone decreasing front type for each c > c *. These fronts satisfy the boundary conditions (– ) = 1, '(– ) = (+ ) = '(+ ) = 0. We illustrate our analytical results with some numerical solutions.  相似文献

The maximum quantum yields (a,c) for CO2 uptake in low-oxygen atmospheres were determined for 11 species of C3 vascular plants of diverse taxa, habitat and life form using an Ulbricht-sphere leaf chamber. Comparisons were also made between tissues of varied age within species. The species examined were Psilotum nudum (L.) P. Beauv., Davallia bullata Wall. ex Hook., Cycas revoluta Thunb., Araucaria heterophylla (Salisb.) Franco, Picea abies (L.) Karst., Nerium oleander L., Ruellia humilis Nutt., Pilea microphylla (L.) Karst., Beaucarnea stricta Lem., Oplismenus hirtellus (L.) P. Beauv. and Poa annua L. Quantum yields were calculated from the initial slopes of the response of CO2 uptake to the quantity of photons absorbed in conditions of diffuse lighting. Regression analysis of variance of the initial slopes of the response of CO2 uptake to photon absorption failed to show any statistically significant differences between age classes within species or between the mature photosynthetic organs of different species. The constancy of a,c was apparent despite marked variation in the light-saturated rates of CO2 uptake within and between species. The mean a,c was 0.093±0.003 for 11 species. By contrast, surface absorptance varied markedly between species from 0.90 to 0.60, producing proportional variation in the quantum yield calculated on an incidentlight basis. The ratio of variable to maximum fluorescence emission at 695 nm for the same tissues also failed to show any statistically significant variation between species, with a mean of 0.838±0.008. The present investigation examined the relationship between CO2 sensitivity [at rest (S R) and during exercise (S E)] and the ventilatory response to exercise in ten elderly (61–79 years) and ten younger (17–26 years) subjects. The gradient of the relationship between minute ventilation and CO2 production ( E/ CO2) of the elderly subjects was greater than that of the younger subjects [mean (SEM); 32.8 (1.6) vs 27.3 (0.4); P<0.01]. At rest, S R was lower for the elderly than for the younger group [10.77 (1.72) vs 16.95 (2.13) 1 · min–1 · kPa–1; 1.44 (0.23) vs 2.26 (0.28) 1 · min–1 · mmHg–1; P<0.05], but S E was not significantly different between the two groups [17.85 (2.49) vs 19.17 (1.62) l · min–1 · kPa–1; 2.38 (0.33) vs 2.56 (0.21) 1 · min–1 · mmHg–1]. There were significant correlations between both S R and S E, and E/ CO2 (P<0.05; P<0.001) for the younger group, bot none for the elderly. The absence of a correlation for the elderly supports the suggestion that E/ CO2 is not an appropriate index of the ventilatory response to exercise for elderly humans.  相似文献

The yielding properties of the cell wall, irreversible wall extensibility (m) and yield threshold (Y), are determined for stage I sporangiophores of Phycomyces blakesleeanus from in-vivo creep experiments, and compared to the values of m and Y previously determined for stage IVb sporangiophores using the same pressureprobe method (Ortega et al., 1989, Biophys. J. 56, 465). In either stage the sporangiophore enlarges (grows) predominately in length, in a specific region termed the growing zone, but the growth rates of stage I (5–20 urn · min–1) are smaller than those of stage IVb (30–70 m · min–1). The results demonstrate that this difference in growth rate is the consequence of a smaller magnitude of m for stage I sporangiophores; the obtained values of P (turgor pressure), Y, and P-Y (effective turgor for irreversible wall extension) for stage I sporangiophores are slightly larger than those of stage IVb sporangiophores. Also, it is shown that the magnitude of m for the stage I sporangiophore is regulated by altering the length of the growing zone, Lg. A relationship between m and Lg is obtained which can account for the difference between values of m determined for stage I and stage IVb sporangiophores. In a randomly selected sample of 88 men and 115 women, aged 23–27 years from Denmark, maximal oxygen uptake ( O2max), maximal voluntary isometric contraction (MVC) in four muscle groups and physical activity were studied. The O2max was 48.0 ml · min–1 kg–1 and 39.6 ml · min–1 · kg–1 for the men and the women, respectively. The MVC was 10% lower than in a comparable group of Danes of the same age and height studied 35 years ago. Only in men was sports activity directly related to O2max (ml · min–1 · kg–1; r=0.31, P<0.01). The MVC of the knee extensors was related to O2max in the men (r=0.31, P<0.01), but there was no relationship between the other measurements of MVC and O2max. In the women O2max (ml · min–1 · kg–1) was only related to body size, i.e. body mass index, percentage body fat and body mass [(r= –0.47, –0.48 (both P<0.001) and –0.34. (P<0.01), respectively)]. There were differences in O2max in the men, according to education and occupation. Blue collar workers and subjects attending vocational or trade schools in 1983 had lower O2max and more of them were physically inactive. In the women differences were also found, but there was no clear pattern among the groups. More of the women participated regularly in sports activity, but more of the men were very active compared to the women.  相似文献

Summary Simultaneous measurements of pulmonary and cutaneous oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange, pulmonary ventilation and heart rate were made on the diamondback water snake,Natrix rhombifera at 28°C using body plethysmography. Resting lung volume, maximum lung volume and tracheal volume were also measured.The following mean values were measured in undisturbed snakes breathing room air: total (pulmonary and cutaneous) O2 uptake 46 mol · (kg min)–1; total CO2 output, 49 mol · (kg min)–1; tidal volume, 12 ml (BTPS) · kg–1; ventilatory rate, 6.9 min–1; heart rate, 42 min–1. From the measurements of tracheal volume, the effective (alveolar) ventilation was estimated as approximately 70% of total ventilation resulting in effective pulmonary and of 130 Torr and 20 Torr respectively. Cutaneous exchange accounted for 8.1% of the total and 12.4% of the total .Resting lung volume of anaesthetized snakes was 75 ml (BTPS) · kg–1, maximum lung volume was 341 ml (BTPS) · kg–1 and tracheal volume was 3.9 ml (BTPS) · kg–1.  相似文献

To investigate the hypothesis that facial cooling (FC) exerts a greater influence on the cardiovascular system at lower versus higher levels of exercise, this study examined the effect of facial cooling [mean (SE): 0 (2)°C at 0.8 m·s–1 wind velocity] during 30 min low [35% maximum oxygen consumption ( O2max)] and moderate (70% O2max) levels of cycle ergometry in the supine position. Five male subjects were assigned in random order to four exercise conditions: (1) FC at 35% O2max(FC35), (2) no cooling (NFC35), (3) FC at 70% O2max(FC70), and (4) no cooling (NFC70). Heart rate (f c), stroke volume (V s), and cardiac output ( c) were measured at rest and every 10 min of exercise using impedance cardiography. During FC35, the change in f c [mean (SE)] was significantly lower (P < 0.05) than NFC35 at 10 [22 (5) vs 31 (3) beats· min–1], 20 [29 (6) vs 35 (3) beats·min–1], and 30 [29 (5) vs 38 (4) beats·min–1] min. No differences in f c were observed between FC70 and NFC70. Furthermore, FC had no effect on V s or cat either exercise intensity. However, when comparing the FC70 and NFC70 conditions, there was a significant main effect (P<0.05) in mean arterial pressure (P a) response with cooling despite the fact that neither V s or cwere different from the NFC70 control. The increase (P < 0.05) in the estimated change in systemic vascular resistance ( a· c –1) could partly explain the relative rise in aat FC70. No pressor effect of cooling was observed at 35% O2max. The results suggest that the FC condition promotes exercise bradycardia at low levels of exercise and exerts a greater pressor response during moderate exercise.  相似文献

Four top-class runners who regularly performed marathon and long-distance races participated in this study. They performed a graded field test on an artificial running track within a few weeks of a competitive marathon. The test consisted of five separate bouts of running. Each period lasted 6 min with an intervening 2-min rest bout during which arterialized capillary blood samples were taken. Blood was analysed for pH, partial pressure of oxygen and carbon dioxide (P02 and PCO2) and lactate concentration ([la]b). The values of base excess (BE) and bicarbonate concentration ([HCO3 ]) were calculated. The exercise intensity during the test was regulated by the runners themselves. The subjects were asked to perform the first bout of running at a constant heart rate f c which was 50 beats · min–1 below their own maximal f c. Every subsequent bout, each of which lasted 6 min, was performed with an increment of 10 beats · min–1 as the target f c. Thus the last, the fifth run, was planned to be performed with fc amounting to 10 beats · min–1 less than their maximal f c. The results from these runners showed that the blood pH changed very little in the bouts performed at a running speed below 100% of mean marathon velocity ( m). However, once mwas exceeded, there were marked changes in acid-base status. In the bouts performed at a velocity above the mthere was a marked increase in [la]b and a significant decrease in pH, [HCO3 ], BE and PCO2. The average marathon velocity ( m) was 18.46 (SD 0.32) km·h–1. The [la]b at a mean running velocity of 97.1 (SD 0.8) % of mwas 2.33 (SD 1.33) mmol ·l–1 which, compared with a value at rest of 1.50 (SD 0.60) mmol·l–1, was not significantly higher. However, when running velocity exceeded the vm by only 3.6 (SD 1.9) %, the [la]b increased to 6.94 (SD 2.48) mmol·l-1 (P<0.05 vs rest). We concluded from our study that the highest running velocity at which the blood pH still remained constant in relation to the value at rest and the speed of the run at which [la]b began to increase significantly above the value at rest is a sensitive indicator of capacity for marathon running.  相似文献

Summary Penicillin G recovery is investigated in a continuous flotation column in the presence of different collectors which form a complex with penicillin. The performance of the penicillin recovery was investigated as a function of the mole ratio () of collector-to-penicillin and the aliphatic chain length of the collector. At =1 and low penicillin concentrations (e.g., 20 mg·1-1), high foam liquid concentrations (680 mg·l-1), low residue concentrations (12 mg·l-1) and high penicillin separation (56) can be attained. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of low, moderate and high wet bulb globe temperatures (T wbg) on cardiovascular variables and ratings of perceived exertion (RPE) during moderately prolonged, high-intensity exercise. Six subjects [four men and two women; mean (SD) age, 22.0 (1.2) years; maximum oxygen consumption ({ie519-1}), 51.0 (8.4) ml · kg–1 · min–1] completed 30 min of exercise (80% {ie519-2}) on a cycle ergometer at low [14.7 (2.1)°C], moderate [21.0 (1.5)° C], and high [27.4 (2.3)° C]T wbg. Two additional subjects completed 20 min of exercise in the high temperature condition, but completed 30 min in the moderate and lowT wbg. Heart rate (f c), blood pressure, blood lactate (La), mean skin temperature ( sk), , and RPE were measured at 10, 20 and 30 min. Results showed thatf c, rate pressure product, RPE, pulmonary ventilation and ventilatory equivalent for oxygen increased (P < 0.05) across time for all conditions, while decreased across time. sk andf c were significantly greater across time in the high condition [35.9 (0.65)° C; 176 (12.6) beats · min–1] compared to the moderate [34.6 (1.5)° C; 170 (17.2) beats · min–1] and the low condition [31.7 (1.5)° C; 164 (17.1) beats-min–1]. However, there were no differences throughout exercise in RPE [high,.16.2 (2.0); moderate, 16.4 (2.2); low, 16.3 (1.9)] and across the conditions. These data suggest that RPE is closely related to metabolic intensity but is not a valid indicator of cardiovascular strain during exercise in highT wbg conditions.  相似文献

The regression of oxygen uptake (O2) on power output and the O2 demand predicted for suprapeak oxygen uptake (O2peak) exercise (power output = 432 W) were compared in ten male cyclists [C, mean O2peak = 67.9 (SD 4.2) ml · kg–1 · min–1] and nine active, yet untrained men [UT, mean O2peak = 54.1 (SD 6.5) ml · kg–1 · min–1]. The O2-power regression was determined using a continuous incremental cycle test (CON4), performed twice, which comprised several 4-min exercise periods progressing in intensity from approximately 40%–85% O2peak. Minute ventilation (E), heart rate (HR), respiratory exchange ratio (R), blood lactate concentration ([1a]b) and rectal temperature (T re) were measured at rest and during CON4. The slope of the O2-power regression was greater (P 0.05) in C [12.4 (SD 0.7) ml · min–1. W–1] compared to UT [11.7 (SD 0.4) ml · min–1 W–1]; as a result, the O2 demand (at 432 W) was also higher (P 0.05) in C [5.97 (SD 0.23) l · min–1] than UT [5.70 (SD 0.15) 1 · min–1]. ExerciseR and [la]b were lower (P 0.05) in C .in comparison to UT at all power outputs, whereas E and HR were relatively lower (P 0.05) in C at power outputs approximating 180 W, 220 W and 270 W. Differences in fat metabolism estimated over the first three power outputs accounted for approximately 19% of the difference in O2-power slopes between the groups and up to 46% of the difference in O2 at a given intensity. Although the O2-power regressions were linear for C [r = 0.997 (SD 0.001)] and UT [r = 0.997 (SD 0.001)], the O2-power slope was higher at power outputs at or above the lactate threshold (13.2 ml · min–1 · W–1 than at lower intensities (11.6 ml · min–1 · W–1) in C, an effect which was less profound in UT. As a result, the exclusion of O2 at the highest power outputs completely abolished the difference in O2-power slopes between C and UT. Thus, the relatively higher O2 during incremental exercise in C can be almost entirely attributed to the higher O2 cost of cycling at higher power outputs. In addition, the presence of non-linear responses in O2 at higher intensities also confirms the invalidity of describing the O2 response across a wide range of power outputs using a linear function, and challenges the validity of predicting the O2 demand of more intense exercise by a linear extrapolation of this same function.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to see whether artificial acclimatization to cold would reduce the pressor response to noradrenaline (NA) as natural acclimatization has been shown to do, and whether it would induce nonshivering thermogenesis. Three white men were infused with NA at four dosage levels between 0.038 and 0.300 g·kg–1·min–1 (2–23 g·min–1), before and after artificial acclimatization to cold and again 4 months later when acclimatization had decayed. Acclimatization was induced by ten daily cold (15°Q baths of 30–60 min followed by rapid rewarming in hot (38–42°C) water, and was confirmed by tests of the subjects responses to whole-body cooling in air. Three control subjects also underwent the first and third tests. Acclimatization substantially reduced the pressor response to NA at 0.150 and 0.300 g·kg–1·min–1, confirming earlier findings by the same technique in naturally acclimatized men, and its decay increased this response to beyond its initial levels (P<0.05 for both changes). Acclimatization did not change the response to NA of heart rate, subjective impressions, skin temperature of finger and toe, pulmonary ventilation, or plasma free fatty acids and ketone bodies. At no time did NA increase oxygen consumption, or increase skin temperature or heat flow over reported sites of brown fat. These findings would seem to show that acclimatization to cold reduces sensitivity to the pressor effect of NA but does not induce nonshivering thermogenesis, and that the reduced sensitivity is replaced by a hypersensitivity to NA when acclimatization decays.  相似文献

Short-term (up to 5 h) transfers of shade-adapted (100 mol · m–2 · s–1) clonal tissue of the marine macroalga Ulva rotundata Blid. (Chlorophyta) to higher irradiances (1700, 850, and 350 mol · m–2 · s–1) led to photoinhibition of room-temperature chlorophyll fluorescence and O2 evolution. The ratio of variable to maximum (Fv/Fm) and variable (Fv) fluorescence, and quantum yield () declined with increasing irradiance and duration of exposure. This decline could be resolved into two components, consistent with the separation of photoinhibition into energy-dissipative processes (photoprotection) and damage to photosystem II (PSII) by excess excitation. The first component, a rapid decrease in Fv/Fm and in Fv, corresponds to an increase in initial (Fo) fluorescence and is highly sensitive to 1 mM chloramphenicol. This component is rapidly reversible under dim (40 mol · m–2 · s–1) light, but is less reversible with increasing duration of exposure, and may reflect damage to PSII. The second (after 1 h exposure) component, a slower decline in Fv/Fm and Fv with declining Fo, appears to be associated with the photoprotective interconversion of violaxanthin to zeaxanthin and is sensitive to dithiothreitol. Summary A densimeter technique was used to measure the rate of exit of thiourea from erythrocytes of various species of mammals. The cells were first equilibrated with a 200mm thiourea solution in 1% NaCl. An aliquot of these cells was added to 1% NaCl containing 4.6–23.1mm thiourea. Facilitated diffusion was demonstrated in each case. Using exit times or initial rates, calculations of half-saturation constants () inmm and maximum transport rates (K) in isotones per min were made by three different methods. The following values were obtained: human –=60, 42, 35;K=1.2, 2.9, 0.9; rabbit –=46, 33, 32;K=0.8, 2.1, 0.8; mouse –=46,40, 30;K=3.4, 8.5, 3.2; rat –=65, 42, 23;K=6.1, 15.3, 3.7; ox –=107, 63, 88;K=0.6, 1.4, 0.4; sheep –=56, 38, 56;K=0.9, 2.2, 0.6; and pig –=110, 64, 49;K=1.6, 3.6, 1.1.  相似文献

Fifty one chironomid species were identified from 504 samples collected at depths ranging 8 to 267 m in Lake Michigan, U.S.A. Heterotrissocladius oliveri Saether occurred in 32% of these samples and had an average abundance of 22 m–2 which was similar to other estimates from the Great Lakes. Maximum average lake-wide density was at 30 to 60 m (41 m–2). At depths 60 m, H. oliveri was the dominant chironomid species comprising 75% of total Chironomidae. The substrate preference of H. oliveri differed within each depth regime considered: at 30–60 m, 2–3 ; at 60–120 m, 3–5 , 7–9 ; and at 120–180 m, 6–8 . Abundance was notably reduced at all depths in substrates characterized as medium silt (5–6 ). On a lake-wide basis, the distribution pattern suggested H. oliveri was most numerous from 30 to 60 m along the southwestern, eastern, and northern shorelines and at 60–120 m depths along the southern and eastern shorelines. Increased abundance in the South Basin was concurrent with evidence of increased sedimentation at 60 to 100 m. However, in several other areas of the lake, high densities were associated with medium to very fine sands relatively free of silts and clays. This observation suggested occurrence of H. oliveri was minimally affected by sediment type.Widely variable, but generally elevated water temperatures likely prevent H. oliveri from establishing a substantial population density at depths < 30 m. With increased depth, temperature fluctuation is negligible and food is more stable, though the source is variable. Factors limiting abundance of H. oliveri at depths 30 m were related to decreased food supply due to distance from shore, food sources of lower value (clays), and, most importantly, to reproductive replenishment.Although still oligotrophic in nature, high density occurrences in both high and low sedimentation areas of the lake suggest the trophic indicator status of H. oliveri might be broader than previously thought.  相似文献

Summary Cellobiose oxidase from Phanerochaete chrysosporium was used for continuous monitoring of cellulase action on microcrystalline cellulose (Avicel). Two protocols are described, the parameter monitored being either the decline in electrode potential as ferricyanide is reduced or consumption of dioxygen. Most experiments used a commercial cellulase preparation from Trichoderma reesei and ferricyanide as acceptor. Within 1 min of an addition of cellulase, ferricyanide reduction reached a steady rate. This was converted into a rate of production of substrate for celobiose oxidase, in mol·min–1. Experiments were conducted either with a constant concentration of cellulase and increasing Avicel, or with constant Avicel and increasing cellulase. Kinetic analysis of the experiments with constant cellulase indicated a K mof 4.8 ± 1.0 (g cellulose)·1–1, which was close to the value predicted from binding studies. The specific activity of the cellulase was measured as 375±25 mol·(g cellulase)–1·min–1 in experiments with a high cellulose concentration, but was less than half this value when the cellulose was saturated with cellulase. Kiwifruit (Actinidia deliciosa (A. Chev.) C.F. Liang et A.R. Ferguson) plants grown in an outdoor enclosure were exposed to the natural conditions of temperature and photon flux density (PFD) over the growing season (October to May). Temperatures ranged from 14 to 21° C while the mean monthly maximum PFD varied from 1000 to 1700 mol · m–2 · s–1, although the peak PFDs exceeded 2100 mol · m–2 · s–1. At intervals, the daily variation in chlorophyll fluorescence at 692 nm and 77K and the photon yield of O2 evolution in attached leaves was monitored. Similarly, the susceptibility of intact leaves to a standard photoinhibitory treatment of 20° C and a PFD of 2000 mol · m–2 · s–1 and the ability to recover at 25° C and 20 mol · m–2 · s–2 was followed through the season. On a few occasions, plants were transferred either to or from a shade enclosure to assess the suceptibility to natural photoinhibition and the capacity for recovery. There were minor though significant changes in early-morning fluorescence emission and photon yield throughout the growing season. The initial fluorescence, Fo, and the maximum fluorescence, Fm, were, however, significantly and persistently different from that in shade-grown kiwifruit leaves, indicative of chronic photoinhibition occurring in the sun leaves. In spring and autumn, kiwifruit leaves were photoinhibited through the day whereas in summer, when the PFDs were highest, no photoinhibition occurred. However, there was apparently no non-radiative energy dissipation occurring then also, indicating that the kiwifruit leaves appeared to fully utilize the available excitation energy. Nevertheless, the propensity for kiwifruit leaves to be susceptible to photoinhibition remained high throughout the season. The cause of a discrepancy between the severe photoinhibition under controlled conditions and the lack of photoinhibition under comparable, natural conditions remains uncertain. Recovery from photoinhibition, by contrast, varied over the season and was maximal in summer and declined markedly in autumn. Transfer of shade-grown plants to full sun had a catastrophic effect on the fluorescence characteristics of the leaf and photon yield. Within 3 d the variable fluorescence, Fv, and the photon yield were reduced by 80 and 40%, respectively, and this effect persisted for at least 20 d. A possible relationship between aerobic fitness (AF), measured by maximal cycle ergometry (CE) and sympatho-adrenal response to acute, short lasting psycho-emotional stress was investigated by monitoring heart rate (f c) and excretion of catecholamines. The activation of the sympatho-adrenal system was characterised by the noradrenaline : adrenaline ratio. A group of 11 healthy men [22.8 (SD 2.52) years] lived under identical environmental conditions; their mean maximal oxygen uptake ( ) was 47.1 (SD 3.9) ml · min–1 · kg–1. After the physiological and psychological laboratory tests had been completed thef c of the subjects was monitored continuously during the guerilla slide and parachute jump by night, two emotionally stressful military tasks. Maximalf c (f c, max) attained during these events was 84.5% and 83% off c, max during CE (f c, max, CE), respectively. A significant relationship (r=–0.92,P<0.0002) betweenf c, max reached during the stressful tasks and was found only for the guerilla slide, which was preceded by physical strain, sleep deprivation and energy deficit. One subject with some prior experience in parachuting showed the lowestf c response and the lowest sympatho-adrenal activation in both events, independent of the degree of AF. In conclusion, AF was found to influence the sympatho-adrenal and fc response to acute, short-lasting emotional stress when the stressful event was aggravated by preceding physical strain, the magnitude of the stress response depending largely on individual experience and effective mechanisms for coping with specific stimuli.  相似文献
