Bone marrow features in stable-phase chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) are characterized by a striking heterogeneity which is determinable by appropriate means including representative pre-treatment trephine biopsies, immunohistochemistry and morphometry. Cell lineages involved to a variable extent consist not only of neutrophil granulopoiesis, but include also megakaryocytes, erythroid precursors, resident macrophages and lymphocytes. Moreover, the stromal compartment, in particular reticulin and collagen fibers, plays a pivotal role in the disease process. Following morphometric analysis significant correlations may be calculated between histological parameters and clinical-laboratory findings. Relevant interactions are detectable between number of megakaryocytes and their precursors with fiber density. This findings is in line with the close functional relationships between megakaryopoiesis and fibroblasts regarding the complex pathomechanisms of myelofibrosis. Moreover, other correlations are observable between reduction of erythropoiesis or increase in fibers with clinical features like anemia, percentages of myelo- and erythroblasts in the peripheral blood, spleen size or LDH level. These variables are in keeping with more advanced stages of CML which indicate a transition to myeloid metaplasia and thus exert a significant impact on survival. Consequently, the different risk profiles of patients are determined by both clinical and morphological parameters of predictive value. Regarding the latter, extent of myelofibrosis, amount of erythroid precursors and numbers of myeloerythroblasts in the peripheral blood are significantly associated with prognosis. For this reason, it should be mandatory to enter morphological criteria into prospective clinical trials on CML, not only for diagnostic purpose, but also for a proper evaluation of different survival patterns.  相似文献

Following myelo-ablative treatment and allogeneic bone marrow transplantation (BMT) in chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) histopathological features assumed to exert a significant impact on engraftment have been rarely investigated systematically. This review is focused on immunohistochemical and morphometric techniques involving nucleated erythroid precursors, resident macrophages and their various subsets, megakaryocytes and finally argyrophilic (reticulin-collagen) fibers. Regarding standardized intervals of examination in the postgraft sequential trephine biopsies a pronounced reduction in cellularity was obvious and accompanied by a decrease in the quantity of erythro- and megakaryopoiesis. A significant correlation between the number of erythroid precursors and CD68+-macrophages could be determined in the areas of regenerating hematopoiesis. This finding is in keeping with the important functional role of the centrally localized mature macrophages during erythropoiesis. A relevant pretransplant reduction of the red cell lineage and an early to advanced reticulin fibrosis were correlated with a low hemoglobin level (anemia) and splenomegaly and furthermore associated with a significant delay to reach transfusion independence. This result was supported by corresponding findings in biopsy specimens performed shortly after day 30 following BMT (standard interval for assessment of engraftment). Samples revealed an enhancement of fiber density and a conspicuous decrease in the amount of erythropoiesis in the small fraction of patients who did not conform with the usually accepted criteria for successful hematopoietic reconstitution. Considering the compartment of histiocytic reticular cells the recurrence of Pseudo-Gaucher cells (PCGs) in the engrafted donor marrow was remarkable and most prominently expressed in the first two months following BMT. This feature was presumed to be functionally linked with a pronounced degradation of cell debris in the sequel of myelo-ablative therapy (scavenger macrophages). According to planimetric measurements in the postgraft bone marrow the atypical dwarf-like CD61+-megakaryocytes characteristic for CML disappeared. On the other hand, normalization of megakaryocyte size and nuclear lobulation were absent in sequential examination of the few patients developing a leukemic relapse. In a number of patients with manifest myelofibrosis at onset, an initial regression after BMT was followed by an insidiously occurring retrieval which was concentrated on the areas of reconstituting hematopoiesis. Similar to its relevant pretransplant association the postgraft reappearance of myelofibrosis was significantly correlated with the quantity of CD61+-megakaryocytes. Altogether a number of histological features in the pre-and postgraft bone marrow exhibited significant correlations with each other and thus indicated functional relationships. Moreover, quantity of erythropoiesis and amount of reticulin fibers (myelofibrosis) exerted a significant impact on engraftment status.  相似文献

Scant knowledge exists about the dynamics of fibro-osteosclerotic bone marrow (BM) lesions and regeneration of hematopoiesis following allogeneic peripheral stem cell transplantation (SCT) in chronic idiopathic myelofibrosis. Therefore, an immunohistochemical and morphometric study was performed on BM biopsies in 20 patients before and at standardized intervals (days 30 through 384) following SCT. In responding patients, a total regression of the pretransplant increased fibrosis was completed in the posttransplant period after about six months, while the extent of osteosclerosis did not change significantly during observation time. The quantity of CD61+ megakaryocytes including precursors was strikingly variable after SCT and, by using planimetric methods, atypical microforms exhibiting a dysplastic aspect could be demonstrated. These anomalies may be responsible for posttransplant thrombocytopenia. CD34+ progenitor cells were increased before transplantation, however, their number declined rapidly to normal values in responding patients. Nucleated erythroid precursors revealed a decreased amount before and after SCT accounting for anemia. Large clusters of this cell lineage indicated an initial hematopoietic reconstitution comparable with the expansion of the neutrophil granulopoiesis. Proliferative activity and apoptosis showed an increase until one year after SCT that implied a still regenerating hematopoiesis in keeping with an enhanced cell turnover.  相似文献

A comparative immunohistochemical and morphometric study was performed on megakaryocytes in 20 patients presenting with initial-early stage chronic idiopathic myelofibrosis and accompanying thrombocythemia to elucidate histological features developing after hydroxyurea (HU) versus anagrelide (ANA) therapy. Representative pre-and posttreatment bone marrow biopsies were involved including the monoclonal antibody CD61 for the identification of precursor and mature stages of megakaryopoiesis. An elaborate morphometric evaluation was in keeping with a left-shifting showing a more frequent occurrence of promegakaryoblasts and microforms in both therapy groups. However, contrasting ANA, HU generated defects of differentiation consistent with significant dysplastic changes. In conclusion, concern about a possible leukemogenic capacity following long-term HU therapy is supported by our findings.  相似文献

Preliminary data are available about bone marrow (BM) changes in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) who received the molecularly targeted and highly effective tyrosine kinase inhibitor Imatinib mesylate (STI571). This review is focused on a systematic assessment of BM features detectable at different stages of CML (stable, accelerated, blastic) following long-term (more than 10 months) treatment. By applying enzyme- and immunohistochemistry including monoclonal antibodies visualizing proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and apoptosis (anti-apostatin), a more elaborate insight into alterations affecting hematopoiesis and the stroma compartment was gained. In patients with stable-phase CML therapy resulted in a significant reduction in cellularity, neutrophil granulopoiesis and number of megakaryocytes, accompanied by a retrieval of erythroid precursors. In patients with Imatinib as the only treatment morphometric analysis of CD61+ megakaryopoiesis was in keeping with a significant decrease in maturation defects implying a lesser amount of atypical micromegakaryocytes almost consistent with normalization. Moreover, a reduction of the initially enhanced (CD34+) microvessel density was detectable associated with a decrease in luminal distension. Regression of marked to moderate myelofibrosis was recognizable in about 70% of patients especially in the accelerated and blastic phases. The amount of myeloblasts, CD34+ progenitor cells and lysozyme-expressing immature myelomonocytic cells declined with treatment, but recurred in about 19% of patients that developed a leukemic relapse after 21+/-6 months of therapy. Data on proliferative activity and apoptosis in general supported in vitro findings concerning the inhibitory effect of this agent on growth associated with a tendency for stimulated apoptosis, at least in responding patients.  相似文献

A morphometric analysis was performed on trephine biopsies of the bone marrow to identify atypical megakaryocyte proliferation following PAS staining and the immunohistological demonstration of factor VIII. This study includes nine patients with a megakaryoblastic crisis in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), four with acute megakaryoblastic leukemia (AM) and three with myeloid dysplasia later evolving into overt acute leukemia. Comparison and statistical evaluation of the PAS reaction with anti-factor VIII staining reveals that the latter technique not only facilitates the recognition of immature and abnormal megakaryocytes, but leads to a significantly increased count for all megakaryocytic elements in the bone marrow. Thus our retrospective investigation of routinely processed and paraffin-embedded trephine biopsies shows that the diagnosis of a megakaryoblastic crisis in CML as well as AM may be easily established with the aid of the anti-factor VIII method. In all cases of megakaryoblastic proliferation in CML and AM, the appearance of blasts was associated with moderate to pronounced myelofibrosis which could be also determined by morphometry.  相似文献

A case of primary myelofibrosis involving lymph node and with a novel cytogenetic abnormality [del (18) (p11.2-3)] is reported. The abnormalities are identical among specimens from the lymph node, peripheral blood, and bone marrow that were analyzed years apart. Additionally, we show that the infiltrate by dysplastic megakaryocytes in the lymph node morphologically mimics a metastatic mesenchymal neoplasm, even when the clinical history myelofibrosis was known.  相似文献

In chronic myeloproliferative disorders (CMPDs) a conflict of opinion exists regarding therapy-induced bone marrow (BM) changes and the evolution of myelofibrosis during the lengthy course of the disease. For a more elaborate study of these features chronic idiopathic myelofibrosis (IMF) seems to be a most suitable condition. Therefore this review is focused on this CMPD and amongst other findings analyzes data from a series of 340 patients with a long follow-up including 893 biopsies (median interval of 32 months). The ensuing results were compared with those communicated in the relevant literature. In addition to a control group of 153 patients with IMF who received only symptomatic treatment, therapy groups included busulfan, hydroxyurea, interferon and various combinations. In all groups hypoplasia of a varying degree was a frequent finding (6%) and often accompanied by a patchy arrangement of hematopoiesis. Most conspicuous was a gelatinous edema showing a tendency to develop a discrete reticulin fibrosis (scleredema). Aplasia developed in 7.7% of patients, usually at terminal stages of the disease independently of treatment. Minimal to moderate maturation defects of hematopoiesis involved especially megakaryocytes and erythroid precursors, but overt myelodysplastic features were most prominent following hydroxyurea and busulfan therapy. Acceleration and blastic crisis were characterized not only by increasing dysplastic changes, but also by the appearance of blasts including CD34+ cells. Semiquantitative grading of the fiber content revealed that 183 patients (54%) without or with moderate fibrosis at the beginning showed a significant progression and therefore contrasted with the 66 patients with a stable state. Following this calculation no relevant differences in the evolution of myelofibrosis were evident in the various therapy groups especially not following interferon treatment. In a few patients a regression was found which was accompanied by a severe hypoplasia or aplasia compatible with a myelo-ablative effect. In conclusion, peculiar BM changes, in particular conspicuously expressed myelodysplastic features are consistent with therapy-related lesions. Development of myelofibrosis in IMF is obviously due to disease progression unrelated to stage at diagnosis and not significantly influenced by treatment modalities.  相似文献

A combined morphometric and ultrastructural study was performed on so called emperipolesis or internal wandering of myeloid cells in the cytoplasm of large mature megakaryocytes. Measurements were made on material from a total of 115 patients comprising a normal control group and 5 groups with subtypes of chronic myeloproliferative diseases, including primary (essential, idiopathic) thrombocythemia (PTH). A significant increase in this peculiar phenomenon was noted in myeloproliferative disorders and especially in PTH where the frequency of emperipolesis showed a positive correlation with the number of anuclear cytoplasmic fragments sectioned, with the circular deviation of the shapes of megakaryocytes and with the extent to which the peripheral thrombocyte count was elevated. Electron microscopy in selected cases displayed the integrity of the plasma membranes of engulfed hematopoietic cells within the dilated cavities of the megakaryocytic demarcation membrane system (DMS) and no evidence of phagocytosis. Moreover there was a close relationship between engulfed myeloid cells and the presumptive sites of platelet shedding which had their openings from the cisternal lumina of the DMS. Our results demonstrate that emperipolesis of hematopoietic cells within megakaryocytes should not be regarded as a special nosological feature, but as an indication of enforced thrombocytogenetic activity which is expressed particularly in PTH.  相似文献

A histomorphometric (planimetric) study was performed on trephine biopsies of the bone marrow taken at presentation from 65 patients (31 males and 34 females, with a median age of 48 years) with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Specimens from 20 patients (9 males and 11 females, with a median age of 53 years) without any hematologic disorders served as controls. Of the various histologic variables tested, only the counts of neutrophilic granulocytes per 1 sq mm, the ratio of granulocytopoiesis to megakaryopoiesis and the density of reticulin (argyrophilic) fibers revealed a significant correlation with the prognosis. The CML patients were separated into two groups with different survival patterns. Group I (34 patients with a median survival of 24 months) mostly contained cases with the so-called "megakaryocytic subtype" of CML, which is accompanied by variable degrees of fibrosis; group II (31 patients with a median survival of 36 months) mainly contained cases with the "granulocytic subtype," which is not accompanied by myelofibrosis. Among the morphometric parameters, a positive correlation existed between the megakaryocyte count and the reticulin fiber density, which underlines the important role of that cell lineage in fibrillogenesis. There were multiple interrelationships between the histomorphometric variables and the laboratory data. Consequently, multivariate regression methods (using Cox's proportional hazards model) were applied to assess the relative predictive value of the patient characteristics for survival. The derived prognostic model divided the patients into two risk groups, with median survivals of 14 and 41 months, respectively. In order of their entry into the regression model, these variables were percentage of neutrophils in the differential blood count, amount of granulopoiesis, liver size, percentage of peripheral myeloblasts and density of reticulin fibers in the bone marrow. In comparing the two patient groups, based on bone marrow histomorphometric parameters, this model revealed that two of those factors (amount of granulopoiesis and density of reticulin fibers) had a significant correlation with the prognosis.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To assess the significance of finding myeloid metaplasia in splenic aspirates from patients presenting with mild to moderate firm splenomegaly, in the absence of characteristic peripheral blood findings, in diagnosing idiopathic myelofibrosis. STUDY DESIGN: Archival records pertaining to 14 patients diagnosed as having myeloid metaplasia on splenic aspirates performed between September 2000 and April 2004 were analyzed. RESULTS: The relevant findings in these 9 women and 5 men were: splenic enlargement 17-21 cm with homogeneous echotexture on ultrasonography, hemoglobin 4-10 g/dL, variable pattern of anemia, total leukocyte count 6,300-28,800/ mm3 with neutrophilia and a few late myeloid precursors on the differential count, normal platelet counts, dry bone marrow tap in 10 patients and cellular marrow aspirate with prominence of megakaryocytes dispersed in a maturing cell population of myeloid and erythroid series in 4 patients. Splenic aspirates yielded foci of trilineage hematopoiesis suggestive of myeloid metaplasia, possibly due to myelofibrosis of idiopathic type, as confirmed on trephine biopsy in all cases. CONCLUSION: Splenic aspirates may be a useful tool for detecting myeloid metaplasia suggesting myelofibrosis when peripheral blood findings are not yet characteristic of the same. The procedure was not associated with any complications.  相似文献

Background

Ph-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) are clonal disorders that include primary myelofibrosis (PMF), polycythemia vera (PV) and essential thrombocythemia (ET). Although the pathogenesis of MPNs is still incompletely understood, an involvement of the megakaryocyte lineage is a distinctive feature.

Methodology/Principal Findings

We analyzed the in vitro megakaryocyte differentiation and proplatelet formation in 30 PMF, 8 ET, 8 PV patients, and 17 healthy controls (CTRL). Megakaryocytes were differentiated from peripheral blood CD34+ or CD45+ cells in the presence of thrombopoietin. Megakaryocyte output was higher in MPN patients than in CTRL with no correlation with the JAK2 V617F mutation. PMF-derived megakaryocytes displayed nuclei with a bulbous appearance, were smaller than ET- or PV-derived megakaryocytes and formed proplatelets that presented several structural alterations. In contrast, ET- and PV-derived megakaryocytes produced more proplatelets with a striking increase in bifurcations and tips compared to both control and PMF. Proplatelets formation was correlated with platelet counts in patient peripheral blood. Patients with pre-fibrotic PMF had a pattern of megakaryocyte proliferation and proplatelet formation that was similar to that of fibrotic PMF and different from that of ET.

Conclusions/Significance

In conclusion, MPNs are associated with high megakaryocyte proliferative potential. Profound differences in megakaryocyte morphology and proplatelet formation distinguish PMF, both fibrotic and prefibrotic, from ET and PV.  相似文献

Megakaryocytes are assumed to be functionally linked with the evolution of myelofibrosis, complicating chronic myeloproliferative disorders. It has already been shown that megakaryocytes will promote fibroblast growth in vitro when in spatial proximity. Here, we demonstrate that the integrin receptors α3β1 and α5β1 are involved in this megakaryocyte-fibroblast interaction. Upon addition of anti-α3 and -α5 antibodies to megakaryocyte-fibroblast cocultures, fibroblast growth was significantly impaired, and megakaryocyte attachment to the fibroblast feederlayer was significantly reduced. Unilateral blocking of megakaryocytes with anti-α3 or -α5 antibodies resulted in a suppression of adhesion, probably reflecting the prominent function of fibronectin receptors on the megakaryocyte surface. Moreover, the oligopeptide RGDS (Asp-Gly-Asp-Ser) caused a significant reduction of fibroblast growth as well as megakaryocyte adhesion. This feature reinforces that fibronectin receptors are involved. In addition, fibroblast proliferation was impaired by the application of fibronectin antibodies recognizing the cell-binding domain. However, no effect was observable with respect to megakaryocyte adhesion. In conclusion, our in vitro studies demonstrate the involvement of β1-integrins, in particular the fibronectin receptor in the megakaryocyte-dependent fibroblast proliferation and therefore suggest a pivotal role of megakaryocytes in the complex pathomechanism causing myelofibrosis. Using monoclonal antibodies against proliferating cell nuclear antigen or PCNA (PC10) and the Ki-67 antigen (MIB1), an immunohistological and morphometric study was performed on routinely processed splenic tissue from ten patients with primary (idiopathic) osteomyelofibrosis (OMF). To determine the proliferation capacity of erythroid precursors and the endoreduplicative activity of megakaryocytes, corresponding antibodies (Ret40f and CD61) were applied in combination with the cell-cycle markers (sequential double-immunostaining). Morphometric analysis revealed no significant differences in PCNA or Ki-67 reactivity in either cell lineages. In comparison with previous studies on normal bone marrow, in splenic tissue showing myeloid metaplasia, the numbers of PCNA-labelled proerythroblasts, erythroblasts and megakaryocytes were conspicuously increased. Considering the ineffective erythropoiesis in OMF, there seemed to be a disproportional enhancement in PCNA and Ki-67 immunostaining of the red cell lineage. Similarly, the small size of megakaryocytes in advanced, OMF-associated myeloid metaplasia was in keeping with an impairment of endoreduplicative activity. In addition to various other contributory factors, anaemia in OMF may be partially caused by secondary folate (haematinic) deficiency. From experimental studies this defect is known to cause an abnormal arrest in the S-phase of the cell-cycle, comparable to that characterising pernicious anaemia. As a sequel of this pathomechanism, an undue overexpression of PCNA and Ki-67 has to be assumed, that is not necessarily associated with DNA synthesis or cell cycling. A planimetric study of megakaryopoiesis in various chronic myeloproliferative diseases (CMPD) was performed and the results compared with those from controls and myelitis of rheumatic origin. Morphometric measurements included at least 200 megakaryocytes in each case observed in Giemsa-stained semithin sections of resin-embedded core biopsies. Twenty specimens were evaluated from the controls and inflammatory disorders and from each of the following CMPD: 1, chronic granulocytic leukaemia (CGL); 2, polycythaemia vera (P. vera); 3, chronic megakaryocytic-granulocytic myelosis without or with minimal increase in reticulin fibre content (CMGM); 4, myelofibrosis or osteomyelosclerosis (MF/OMS). Megakaryocytes were classified as follows: 1, normal megakaryocytes at all stages of maturation; 2, giant forms; 3, microforms; 4, intussusceptions; 5, a-nuclear cytoplasmic fragments; 6, naked nuclei or necrotic forms. The results of this study demonstrate obvious abnormalities of megakaryopoiesis in addition to the increase in absolute numbers of megakaryocytes per marrow area and their different sizes as reported earlier (Thiele et al. 1982). Aberrations are particularly conspicuous when pure granulocytic proliferation or neoplasia of CGL is compared with the so-called mixed cellularity of megakaryocytes and granulocytes in CMGM including MF/OMS. Abnormalities of the giant forms of megakaryocytes are especially evident and comprise irregular cellular and nuclear perimeters (as calculated by a modified shape factor) in the two latter entities (CMGM-MF/OMS). This remarkable feature is associated with a disorganization of nuclear development and/or a disproportionate nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio which has never been observed in CGL previously. In combination with this striking cellular anomaly, which is compatible with an extreme amoeboid shape of giant forms in CMGM and MF, intussuceptions and a-nuclear cytoplasmic fragments are frequently encountered. The final stage of megakaryopoiesis, i.e. naked nuclei, are increased in number in all CMPD, probably because of enhanced proliferation and platelet shedding. Naked nuclei are often small in CGL (as remnants of the frequent micromegakaryocytes) and large in P. vera and CMGM/MF (depending on the high incidence of giant megakaryocytes in these latter disorders).  相似文献

Although the cause for bone marrow fibrosis in patients with myelofibrosis remains controversial, it has been hypothesized that it is caused by extensive fibroblast proliferation under the influence of cytokines generated by the malignant megakaryocytes. Moreover, there is no known drug therapy which could reverse the process. We studied the fibroblasts in a novel system using the hanging drop method, evaluated whether the fibroblasts obtain from patients are part of the malignant clone of not and, using this system, we screen a large library of FDA‐approved drugs to identify potential drugs candidates that might be useful in the treatment of this disease, specifically which would inhibit fibroblast proliferation and the development of bone marrow fibrosis. We have found that the BM fibroblasts are not part of the malignant clone, as previously suspected and two immunosuppressive medications—cyclosporine and mycophenolate mophetil, as most potent suppressors of the fibroblast collagen production thus potentially inhibitors of bone marrow fibrosis production in myelofibrosis.  相似文献

Rat platelets and their megakaryocyte precursors were examined for phospholipid composition. (1) The phospholipid composition of rat megakaryocytes, which were enriched and prepared from bone marrow cells, was almost identical to that of platelets. (2) The subclass composition of choline-containing glycerophospholipids (CGP) of rat megakaryocytes differed significantly from that of platelets: 1-alkenyl-2-acyl glycerophosphocholine (GPC) in megakaryocytes accounted for 29% of the total, whereas that in platelets was only 7%. (3) Rat platelets contained a larger amount of arachidonic acid than megakaryocytes, especially in ethanolamine-containing glycerophospholipids (EGP). (4) [32P]Phosphoric acid was significantly incorporated into megakaryocytes, whereas platelets showed little incorporation. On the other hand, the uptake of [3H]arachidonic acid into platelet phospholipids was about 15-times higher than that observed with megakaryocytes. (5) As reported previously for other blood cells, such as neutrophils and macrophages, the radioactivity of labeled arachidonic acid incorporated into CGP of platelets decreased, whereas that incorporated into EGP increased during a subsequent chase period. Hardly any such change was observed with megakaryocytes. These results suggest that the phospholipid composition of rat platelets is mainly determined at the time of thrombopoiesis, whereas the composition of molecular species is remodeled during circulation after thrombopoiesis.  相似文献

Muscle weakness and effort intolerance are common in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. This study characterized morphometric, histochemical, and biochemical properties of limb muscle in MHD patients compared with controls (CTL) with similar age, gender, and ethnicity. Vastus lateralis muscle biopsies were obtained from 60 MHD patients, 1 day after dialysis, and from 21 CTL. Muscle fiber types and capillaries were identified immunohistochemically. Individual muscle fiber cross-sectional areas (CSA) were quantified. Individual fiber oxidative capacities were determined (microdensitometric assay) to measure succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) activity. Mean CSAs of type I, IIA, and IIX fibers were 33, 26, and 28% larger in MHD patients compared with CTL. SDH activities for type I, IIA, and IIX fibers were reduced by 29, 40, and 47%, respectively, in MHD. Capillary to fiber ratio was increased by 11% in MHD. The number of capillaries surrounding individual fiber types were also increased (type I: 9%; IIA: 10%; IIX: 23%) in MHD patients. However, capillary density (capillaries per unit muscle fiber area) was reduced by 34% in MHD patients, compared with CTL. Ultrastuctural analysis revealed swollen mitochondria with dense matrix in MHD patients. These results highlight impaired oxidative capacity and capillarity in MHD patients. This would be expected to impair energy production as well as substrate and oxygen delivery and exchange and contribute to exercise intolerance. The enlarged CSA of muscle fibers may, in part, be accounted for by edema. We speculate that these changes contribute to reduce limb strength in MHD patients by reducing specific force.  相似文献
