底栖无脊椎动物是河流生态系统的重要组成部分,在物质循环和能量流动中是不可或缺的重要环节。其群落结构特点与河流环境因子密切相关,能较好地反映河流生态系统健康状况。综述了物理因子(底质、温度、水深、水流、洪水干扰等)、化学因子(溶氧量、p H值、磷、氮等)、生物因子(水生植物、竞争和捕食)、人为干扰(电站建设、城镇化等)和综合因子对河流底栖无脊椎动物群落结构的影响,并根据国内外研究现状指出水流、海拔和洪水干扰等环境因子对河流底栖无脊椎动物群落结构影响的研究较少或不足,对这些环境因子的研究应是今后河流生态学领域需要着力推进重要内容。深入研究和完善环境因子与底栖无脊椎动物群落结构的关系可为保护底栖无脊椎动物群落、流域水生态系统管理和受损河流生态系统修复提供更为全面的科学依据。  相似文献

溪流底栖动物群落结构受不同空间尺度环境因子的共同作用。基于2010年钱塘江中游流域60个样点的大型底栖无脊椎动物和环境变量数据,寻找与研究流域底栖动物群落结构变化密切相关的关键环境变量,解析流域尺度和河段尺度的环境因子对底栖动物群落的相对影响。PCA分析表明该区域的主要环境梯度是流域内的土地利用类型及其引起的溪流物理生境退化程度和水体营养状态。CCA分析发现影响底栖动物群落的流域尺度的关键环境变量是纬度、海拔、样点所在流域大小、森林用地百分比,河段尺度是总氮、总磷、钙浓度、二氧化硅浓度和平均底质得分。偏CCA分析得到两种尺度环境因子对底栖动物变异的总解释量为26.4%,流域尺度和河段尺度变量分别为总解释量的50%和31%;方差分解结果表明研究区域大型底栖无脊椎动物受到两种尺度环境因子的综合影响,且流域尺度环境因子较河段尺度环境因子更为重要,体现了其在溪流生态系统保护、恢复、监测和评价中的重要参考价值。  相似文献

茶园对溪流水质和底栖动物群落的影响正日益受到关注。于2007年4月调查了浙江富阳、建德、武义和松阳县,受不同种植模式茶园(低山林地改植茶园、高山林地改植茶园和农田改植茶园)影响的溪流及无干扰参照溪流共17个样点的水质和大型底栖无脊椎动物。结果表明:受茶园影响溪流的铵态氮、总氮、总磷、CODMn和电导率都高于参照溪流,低山茶园影响溪流的总氮5.506 mg·L-1和总磷0.053 mg·L-1比高山茶园影响溪流的总氮2.069 mg·L-1和总磷0.028 mg·L-1高出约2倍;低山林地改植茶园影响溪流的底栖动物物种丰富度显著低于参照溪流(P<0.01),高山林地改植茶园影响溪流与参照溪流之间的差异不显著(P>0.05);群落相似性的非度量多维尺度(nMDS)分析表明(stress value=0.09),参照溪流和高山茶园干扰溪流的物种相似性最高,农田改植茶园与农田影响溪流之间也具有较高物种相似性。  相似文献

滇池位于云南省昆明市西南郊,海拔1885m的高原面上,受纳盘龙江、宝象河等21条入湖水源,湖水出口南流转北注入金沙江。滇池南北长39.0km^2,东西最宽12.5km^2,最窄2.44km^2,湖岸线151.2km^2,面积为330.0km^2,属于高原构造型亚热带石灰岩富营养型湖。  相似文献

大沽夹河底栖大型无脊椎动物耐受值估算   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
耐受值表现为水生生物在一定水平的干扰作用下生存和繁殖的相对能力,在生物学评价中起着不可或缺的重要作用。通过查阅文献资料、野外采样和实验室分析与鉴定,获得大沽夹河23个采样点1998~2007年环境要素数据和2006~2007年底栖大型无脊椎动物数据。应用等标指数法和算术平均法计算环境梯度值,利用加权加和法估算底栖大型无脊椎动物的耐受值,建立底栖大型无脊椎动物44个分类单元的耐受值谱。研究表明:(1)根据环境要素值和底栖大型无脊椎动物数据、采用数学方法估算底栖大型无脊椎动物耐受值,比专家经验或以生物多样性划分环境梯度等方法,更加客观;(2)耐受值谱表明,大沽夹河底栖大型无脊椎动物以敏感性和耐受性类型为主,过渡性类型较少。(3)与前人研究成果对比,耐受值在目、科分类单元比较一致,在属、种分类单元存在差异;(4)限于条件,底栖大型无脊椎动物分类鉴定有些粗略,环境梯度计算未包含底质、水文要素,需进一步改进。  相似文献

2011年夏秋季,在上海市全境83个河道断面开展了大型底栖无脊椎动物采样,共获取底栖动物20个分类单位(种).9个极严重污染断面未采集到活体大型底栖生物,生境基本丧失.其余74个有活体生物断面,采用三种常用生物指数:Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Hilsenhoff耐污指数、Goodnight修正指数分别进行计算及评价.Shannon-Wiener多样性指数判别为25个严重污染和49个重污染断面;Hilsenhoff耐污指数划分38个重污染、5个中污染和31个轻污染断面;Goodnight修正指数划分33个重污染、2个中污染和39个轻污染断面.与典型河道断面的水质理化指标监测值进行对照,Shannon-Weiner多样性指数对河道水质评价的准确度较低,Hilsenhoff生物指数和Goodnight修正指数的水质评价效率及准确度均较高,断面污染等级与水质理化指标基本对应.  相似文献

洋山港是世界第一大集装箱港,自2002年开始至2017年共完成四期工程建设,期间港口建设中形成了8 000余米的码头人工岸线,受港区一至四期工程的顺序建设、岛礁连接、围海造地和港口运营的远洋船舶停靠等影响,港口海域生态环境也逐步出现相应变化,导致包括潮间带大型底栖无脊椎动物在内的海洋生物群落均受到相应影响。本研究于2021和2022年(第四期工程建设后)在洋山港港区二号码头与港区海域大洋山码头人工潮间带采集了大型底栖无脊椎动物,并对其群落结构与特征进行分析,同时与2009和2010年(第四期工程建设初)的历史调查资料对比,分析了第四期工程建设以来洋山港海域码头人工潮间带大型底栖无脊椎动物的群落变化。结果显示,洋山港海域码头人工潮间带大型底栖无脊椎动物种类数量由第四期工程建设前的17种增加至第四期工程建设后的28种,其中软体动物由8种增加至15种,节肢动物由7种增加至9种,腔肠动物增加至3种,环节动物增加至1种;跨海区入侵种东方小藤壶(Chthamalus challengeri)消失,而纹藤壶(Amphibalanus amphitrite)重新出现并成为优势种;洋山港人工码头潮间带大型底栖无脊椎动物群落密度最高值由第四期工程建设初的(6 333.30 ± 1 495.49)ind/m2增加至(6 517.33 ± 119.67)ind/m2,生物量最高值由第四期工程建设初的(1 977.04 ± 281.87)g/m2增加至(3 724.69 ± 940.94)g/m2;洋山港人工码头潮间带群落生物多样性指数有所上升而大洋山人工码头下降显著。与洋山港第四期工程建设初相比,洋山港海域码头人工潮间带大型底栖无脊椎动物群落种类组成已经发生变化,群落生物多样性指数与丰度-生物量曲线(ABC曲线)分析结果均表明,目前洋山港海域生态环境处于中等污染水平。受港区运营影响,码头人工潮间带大型底栖无脊椎动物群落仍受到中等程度的干扰,群落结构不稳定。  相似文献

2017年8月对拉萨河流域23个采样点的底栖动物群落和环境因子特征进行了调查,采集到大型底栖动物41属(种),其中水生昆虫35属(种),占85.4%;软体动物2属(种),占4.9%;环节动物3属(种),占7.3%;线形动物1属(种),占2.4%。各点位平均物种数为8种,优势种组成差别较大,优势种主要有四节蜉属(Baetis spp.)、大蚊属(Tipula sp.)、纹石蛾属(Hydopsychesp.)、短石蛾属(Brachycentrus sp.)、水丝蚓属(Limnodrilus sp.)、摇蚊属(Chironomus sp.)等,各采样点底栖动物平均密度为362只/m2。运用生物多样性指数分析底栖动物的群落结构,Marglef丰富度指数、香农威纳指数和均匀度指数平均值分别为1.18、1.32和0.49,生物多样性指数水平较低。采用均匀度指数法和底栖动物BI指数法进行了水质评价,两种评价结果显示分别有30.3%和56.5%的采样点水质为中污染至重污染状态。典范对应分析结果表明:影响拉萨河流域底栖动物群落的主要环境因子是海拔、化学需氧量、硫化物、p H值、总磷和总氮。  相似文献

1. When using benthic macroinvertebrate communities for bioassessment, temporal variation may influence judgement as to whether or not a site is degraded.
2. In a survey of sixteen reference and sixteen test sites in the upper Thames River catchment area (UTRCA) in south-western Ontario, Canada, consistent differences between summer and winter samples were found for taxon richness (increase; P = 0.06) and the Family Biotic Index (decrease; P = 0.11). A bioassessment based on these results would indicate better water quality in the same streams in winter relative to summer. No consistent pattern of seasonal difference was detected for Simpson's Diversity and Equitability, or percentage Dominant Taxon.
3. The Reference Condition Approach to bioassessment uses predictive modelling to explain variation in reference communities with the environmental conditions at these sites as predictors. The community at a test site is compared with that predicted by the model. Several predictive models were constructed using simple geographic and habitat characteristics (i.e. catchment area, distance to source, stream width, substrate and habitat diversity) as predictors. By including season of sampling in the models, we increased their predictive power and the ability of the bioassessment to detect degradation. The best results were achieved when separate predictive models were built for each sampling season.  相似文献

The distribution and abundance of benthic algae and macroinvertebrates were examined along a natural thermal gradient formed by hot springs in Little Geysers Creek, Sonoma Co., California, USA. Maximum water temperatures ranged from 52 °C at the uppermost station to 23 °C at a station 400 m downstream. Benthic chlorophyll a decreased exponentially from 2.5 g m–2 at 52 °C to less than 0.1 g m–2 at 23 °C, a pattern of decline also exhibited by algal phaeophytin. Blue-green algae dominated at higher temperatures but were replaced by filamentous green algae and diatoms at lower temperatures.Macroinvertebrates were absent at temperatures 45 °C; the highest density (> 150 000 m–2, mainly Chironomidae) occurred at 34 °C, whereas biomass was highest (4.6 g m–2, as dry weight) at 23 °C and species richness (15 species) was highest at 27 °C. The two predominant macroinvertebrate populations (the midge Tanytarsus sp. and the caddisfly Helicopsyche borealis) occurred at sites that were several degrees below their lethal thermal threshold, suggesting that a temperature buffer is maintained.  相似文献

【目的】松花江流域是中国最早的工业基地之一,其水生态环境遭到严重破坏,环境保护工作面临巨大挑战。开展松花江流域水质评价及典型生物类群多样性状况调查,可为松花江流域生态系统的保护和修复提供依据。【方法】于2016年7月调查整个松花江流域近岸的大型底栖动物群落组成和测定水质理化指标,开展其水质理化特征评价和生物指数评价,并探讨底栖动物群落分布与水环境因子间的关系。【结果】理化指标评价结果显示,南源松花江水质状况最差,处于中度污染;北源松花江处于轻度污染;梧桐河水质最好,处于良好状态。松花江流域3个河段的底栖动物群落结构存在空间差异性。另外,梧桐河的物种多样性最高,北源松花江次之,南源松花江最低。溶解氧和营养元素K的浓度是驱动底栖动物群落组成发生显著性差异的主要环境因子。生物指数评价结果显示,3个河段水质均处于轻度污染状态。【结论】松花江流域水质处于轻度到中度污染状态。有机污染是松花江流域面临的主要水质环境问题,对松花江流域底栖动物群落结构产生了显著影响。因此,控制有机质的输入是维持松花江流域水生态系统平衡的重要举措之一。  相似文献

Upstream movements and migrations of benthic macroinvertebrates are an important component of running water dynamics. Many lotic organisms perform upstream movements at some stage in their life-cycle. We investigated whether a boulder ramp and a concrete bypass fishway on two streams in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, are successfully used by benthic invertebrates to reach upstream areas. We compared macroinvertebrate distribution at sites upstream and downstream of the fishways, rated the fishways according to their constructional features and conducted migration experiments with marked Gammaridae in the passages. The number of taxa and densities of macroinvertebrates did not significantly differ between upstream and downstream sites in both rivers. Constructional features and the results of the mark-recapture experiments indicated that the boulder ramp allows upstream migrations in principal, whereas the bypass is more difficult for macroinvertebrates to ascend. Both fishways immediately exit into an impoundment, which is a potential barrier for migrating invertebrates. High average current velocities, lack of lenitic banks and sheltered interstices, as well as problems caused by the operation of a power plant are factors explaining why the Enz River bypass is only marginally functional for invertebrates. The investigation concludes that in constructing fishways suitable for upstream movements of lotic invertebrates, more attention should be paid to their specific requirements.  相似文献

Variability in stream macroinvertebrates at multiple spatial scales   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
1. We intensively sampled 16 western Oregon streams to characterize: (1) the variability in macroinvertebrate assemblages at seven spatial scales; and (2) the change in taxon richness with increasing sampling effort. An analysis of variance (ANOVA) model calculated spatial variance components for taxon richness, total density, percent individuals of Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera and Trichoptera (EPT), percent dominance and Shannon diversity.
2. At the landscape level, ecoregion and among‐streams components dominated variance for most metrics, accounting for 43–72% of total variance. However, ecoregion accounted for very little variance in total density and 36% of the variance was attributable to differences between streams. For other metrics, variance components were more evenly divided between stream and ecoregion effects.
3. Within streams, approximately 70% of variance was associated with unstructured local spatial variation and not associated with habitat type or transect position. The remaining variance was typically split about evenly between habitat and transect. Sample position within a transect (left, centre or right) accounted for virtually none of the variance for any metric.
4. New taxa per stream increased rapidly with sampling effort with the first four to eight Surber samples (500–1000 individuals counted), then increased more gradually. After counting more than 50 samples, new taxa continued to be added in stream reaches that were 80 times as long as their mean wetted width. Thus taxon richness was highly dependent on sampling effort, and comparisons between sites or streams must be normalized for sampling effort.
5. Characterization of spatial variance structure is fundamental to designing sampling programmes where spatial comparisons range from local to regional scales. Differences in metric responses across spatial scales demonstrate the importance of designing sampling strategies and analyses capable of discerning differences at the scale of interest.  相似文献

太浦河连接东太湖和黄浦江,是东太湖向下游行洪的主河道,也是黄浦江上游重要的引水水源。分别于2017年10月、12月和2018年3月、6月在太浦河沿程设置的5个站点开展了大型底栖动物季节频次的取样调研,分析了太浦河大型底栖动物群落的结构特征及其主要影响因子。调查期间共采集到大型底栖动物25种,隶属于3门6纲14科,其中以河蚬(Corbicula fluminea)为代表的双壳类和以铜锈环棱螺(Bellamya aeruginosa)为代表的腹足类处优势地位。太浦河大型底栖动物群落的密度、生物量及多样性特征在不同站点间均存在显著差异(P<0.05);而在不同季节间均不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。聚类排序分析表明,太浦河大型底栖动物群落在空间上的差异较季节间的变化更为明显。太浦河大型底栖动物群落的物种组成特征与太浦河、东太湖的水文连通格局密切相关;而沿程不同程度人为干扰下的水体营养水平以及底质类型与生境异质性等生境条件对太浦河大型底栖动物群落的分布特征具有重要影响,其综合作用机理有待进一步研究。  相似文献

Although it has been demonstrated that urban stormwater can alter the quality of receiving waters, the corresponding impact on aquatic biota remains essentially undocumented. A year-long intensive study, therefore, was implemented to monitor and describe the ecological effects exerted by urban runoff on benthic macroinvertebrates.Rock-filled, basket-type artificial substrates deployed periodically in nonurban and urban river reaches yielded collections of macroinvertebrates that furnished data for: (1) species diversity (the Brillouin index, H), (2) hierarchical diversity, (3) major taxa composition, and (4) collection dissimilarity at the species level.The overall results from these four analytical procedures strongly indicate that the macrobenthic community became progressively disrupted downstream in the urban reach. The high degree of correspondence between the known sources of urban runoff and the observed effects on the benthic community are forceful arguments that urban runoff is the causal agent of disruption. The impact is not confined to periods following heavy rains. Instead the pollutants appear to remain in the system. The stress imposed by them was most acute during the summer low flow and was probably localized in or near the stream bed.To assess the impact of urban runoff on an aquatic ecosystem, physical, chemical, and biological monitoring should routinely consider the stream bed microzone. Urban runoff pollutant loading standards must take into account the apparent long-term residence of pollutants in the substrate and the associated stress of summer low flows.  相似文献

Changes in species composition and diversity of benthic macroinvertebrates during summer and fall were compared in an area of a lake artificially destratified and in an arm not destratified. 为探究三峡水库修建对库区不同水文类型支流大型底栖动物的影响,于2015年7月和2016年1月对三峡水库四条支流的大型底栖动物进行调研,分别对周期性受蓄水影响支流的非回水区与回水区和长期受蓄水影响支流的非回水区与回水区大型底栖动物群落结构进行比较研究,结果表明:⑴7月份三峡水库145米低水位时期共采集到底栖动物655头计59种(属),在受蓄水影响河段采集到底栖动物4种共40头,优势种为日本沼虾(占受蓄水影响区域的57.5%); 1月份三峡水库175米蓄水时期共采集到底栖动物1123头计69种(属),在受蓄水影响河段采集到16种238头,优势种为锯齿新米虾(占受蓄水影响区域的14.2%)。⑵周期性受蓄水影响支流的非回水区与回水区底栖动物密度、生物量和多样性指数无显著差异(P0.05);长期受蓄水影响支流的非回水区与回水区之间底栖动物密度和Pielou均匀度指数无显著差异(P0.05),但非回水区底栖动物生物量显著高于回水区(P0.05),底栖动物多样性和丰富度极显著高于回水区(P0.01)。⑶7月份影响底栖动物分布的主要环境因子共6个,分别是水深、流速、硝态氮、溶解氧、水温和电导率; 1月份影响底栖动物分布的主要环境因子共7个,分别是水温、溶解氧、总磷、流速、深度、电导率和透明度。  相似文献
