通过精子畸形试验,观察了醋酸铅对小鼠雄性生殖细胞的影响。结果表明,随着醋酸铅浓度的增大,精子畸形率增加,提示了铅对哺乳动物的雄性生殖细胞具有潜在的诱变能力。  相似文献

为了估测高效氯氟氰菊酯对水生生物毒性的大小,以大鳞副泥鳅作为受试动物,研究不同浓度的高效氯氟氰菊酯对其急性毒性和生理毒性的影响。结果表明:高效氯氟氰菊酯对大鳞副泥鳅24h、48h、96h的半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为25.93μg/L、17.28μg/L、14.11μg/L,安全浓度为2.30μg/L。低浓度高效氯氟氰菊酯对大鳞副泥鳅肝脏谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)起诱导作用,高浓度对其起抑制作用,试验组与对照组存在显著或极显著差异。研究表明,高效氯氟氰菊酯对大鳞副泥鳅有较强的毒性。  相似文献

选取初始体重为(9.46±0.01) g的大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus L.)为研究对象, 以30%鱼粉组为对照, 分别添加5%磷虾水解物(LKH)和10%磷虾水解物(HKH)以替代鱼粉蛋白, 配制3组等氮等脂的饲料, 在室内流水养殖系统进行为期10周的养殖实验, 旨在探究饲料中添加磷虾水解物对大菱鲆幼鱼生长性能、体组成及相关酶活性的影响。结果显示, HKH组大菱鲆幼鱼的特定生长率(SGR)、饲料效率(FE)、蛋白质效率比(PER)、蛋白质沉积率(PPV)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05), 但摄食率(FI)显著低于对照组(P<0.05); LKH、HKH组大菱鲆幼鱼肌肉总氨基酸含量和必需氨基酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05); LKH、HKH组肝脏谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05), 而血清GOT活性与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05); HKH组肝脏谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性显著高于对照组和LKH组(P<0.05), 但血清GPT活性显著低于LKH组和对照组(P<0.05); HKH组肠道淀粉酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05), 同时随着磷虾水解物添加量的升高, 肠道及幽门盲囊胰蛋白酶活性先降低后升高, 且在HKH组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上结果表明, 在饲料中添加10%磷虾水解物能够提高大菱鲆幼鱼的生长性能, 促进其氨基酸代谢和消化吸收。  相似文献

目的 研究壳寡聚糖对变形链球菌乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及γ谷丙转氨酶(γ-GT)的影响。方法 将变形链球菌接种在含壳寡聚糖的培养基中,测定培养上清液中乳酸脱氢酶及γ谷丙转氨酶等细胞内酶的含量。结果 菌液上清中的LDH和γ-GT2种细胞内酶含量显著高于空白对照组。表明接种在含壳寡聚糖培养基中的细菌出现了明显的细胞内酶溢出,并与浓度相关。结论 壳寡聚糖对细菌的细胞壁有破坏作用,可能是壳寡聚糖具有防龋功能的原因。  相似文献

目的探讨维生素C、B1联合用药拮抗铅对睾丸的毒性作用。方法 1.30只雄性小鼠随机分为2组(15只/组):空白对照组和铅染毒组。染铅组雄性小鼠每日腹腔注射醋酸铅20 mg/kg,空白对照组给予等容量的生理盐水,一日一次,第42日结束以上实验。将小鼠取血,用试剂盒检测血浆中谷胱甘肽的含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)的活性。将睾丸组织经过处理后,在光镜及透射电镜下观察睾丸组织结构变化;2.45只雄性小鼠随机分为3组(15只/组):空白对照组、铅染毒组和维生素联合干预组。染铅组雄性小鼠每日腹腔注射醋酸铅20 mg/kg,维生素干预组在染铅后,即时每组小鼠给予维生素C和维生素B1,一日一次,第42日结束。处死小鼠,取血,用试剂盒检测血浆中谷胱甘肽的含量,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)的活性。在光镜以及透射电镜下观察睾丸组织结构变化。结果1.与空白对照组比较,醋酸铅染毒组小鼠血浆中还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的水平降低,GSH/GSSG的比例降低,GPX活性升高,GR活性降低;光镜下睾丸组织生精小管变薄,各级生精细胞、支持细胞减少,部分细胞核出现核固缩;3.电镜下染毒组小鼠睾丸组织超微结构变化明显,支持细胞溶酶体增多,线粒体肿胀空泡化;2.与醋酸铅染毒组比较,维生素干预组小鼠血浆中还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的水平升高,GSH/GSSG的比例升高,GPx活性降低,GR活性升高;光镜观察结果:与染铅组相比,维生素B1和C联合干预组中破坏的睾丸生精上皮有所恢复;电镜观察结果:与染铅组相比,维生素B1和C联合干预组睾丸组织超微结构基本恢复正常,生精细胞和支持细胞结构正常,细胞器丰富。结果 1.醋酸铅使体内GSH的水平降低,GPX活性升高,GR活性降低,从而诱导氧化应激的发生,导致染铅小鼠睾丸的损伤;2.维生素干预组小鼠血浆中还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的水平升高,GSH/GSSG的比例升高,GPx活性降低,GR活性升高,维生素干预组小鼠血浆中氧化型谷胱甘肽还原为还原型谷胱甘肽,从而发挥抗氧化作用,对小鼠睾丸起到保护作用。  相似文献

目的 本实验通过构建醋酸铅致小鼠肾中毒模型,探讨蛴螬肽提取物对小鼠的解毒保护作用机制,为机体铅性肾病的防治提供试验依据。方法 随机取小鼠分为对照组、模型组、阳性药组以及不同剂量蛴螬肽组(80、160、320 mg/kg),除对照组外所有组小鼠隔天腹腔注射醋酸铅20 mg/kg,连续15 d。此时对照组和模型组小鼠同时灌服生理盐水而阳性药组小鼠灌服二巯基丁二酸(DMSA 70 mg/kg)混悬液,蛴螬肽组小鼠灌服不同剂量蛴螬肽提取物,每天1次连续15 d,采用HE染色显微镜观察肾组织状态;检测肾功能指标(BUN、Cr)和肾组织中抗氧化酶水平(SOD、GSH-Px)及过氧化物(MDA)含量;RT-PCR、Western Blot技术检测分析Ⅱ相解毒酶(NQO1)、抗氧化酶(HO-1)和信号分子(Nrf2)基因和蛋白表达水平。结果 蛴螬肽组与模型组小鼠相比,体重增加但低于对照组,肾组织形态显著改善,血清中BUN、Cr水平显著降低(P<0.05),肾组织中抗氧化酶(SOD、GSH-Px)水平显著提高(P<0.05),MDA含量显著减少,Ⅱ相解毒酶基因(NQO1)、抗氧化酶(HO-1...  相似文献

我们曾报道从小鼠Lewis肺癌组织通过蛋白水解酶及分子筛层析分离的总糖肽,在体外可明显地抑制某些肿瘤细胞及分离的层粘连蛋受体与基膜成分层粘连蛋白的识别和结合。本文报告将此糖肽与Lewis肺癌细胞混合,通过尾静脉注入小鼠体内,对实验性癌转移的抑制作用。初步病理结果表明,此糖肽几乎可以完全抑制实验性转移瘤的形成,保护小鼠不死于癌转移。提示糖肽可能具有阻断癌转移之作用。将实验组一部分存活小鼠再行同种癌细胞皮下接种,可以照常成瘤。表明糖肽阻抑实验性癌转移的效能可能并非调动了宿主的免疫机制所致。糖肽还可减慢皮下接种的癌细胞的生长速度,但对癌细胞并无直接毒性作用。  相似文献

以腹腔注射法对蟾蜍 (Bufobufogargarizans)给铅 ,处理 7d后 ,使用聚丙烯凝胶垂直平板电泳法 ,研究了不同浓度 (按铅计 1、2、4、8mg·kg-1 体重 )的铅对蟾蜍肝脏、肾脏过氧化物酶和酯酶同工酶的影响。结果表明 ,不同浓度的铅均可使肝、肾组织过氧化物酶同工酶带强弱发生明显变化 ;对肝、肾酯酶同工酶的影响表现出一定的组织差异性 ,且在一定范围内主要表现为应激性 ,即低剂量的铅可诱导酶活性的提高。  相似文献

Levels of lead in the livers and kidneys of rats increased in proportion to the dose of lead acetate that the rats were given orally or in the drinking water. The activities of delta-aminolevulinic acid dehydratase (DALAD) in blood and liver decreased when the rats were dosed with lead, whereas glutathione levels in the blood increased. The decrease in the activity of blood DALAD was the most sensitive indicator of lead toxicity. Levels of lead in the livers and kidneys decreased after 3, 7, and 14 d of lead withdrawal. The activities of blood DALAD increased after 3 d of lead withdrawal. Groups of rats that initially weighted an average of 140 g were killed at weekly intervals for 6 wk. Blood hematocrits and liver glutathione levels increased, and blood DALAD and activated DALAD from blood decreased with increasing age of the rats. Activated DALAD activities from liver increased after the first week of the study.  相似文献

Glucose-6-phosphatase levels were measured in livers and kidneys of control mice and mice fasted for 24, 48, and 72 h, respectively. The enzyme was assayed with and without deoxycholate supplementation. When assayed in the absence of deoxycholate, significant increases in liver enzyme levels was observed after fasting for 48 and 72 h, respectively. For the kidney enzyme, a significant increase was observed only after 48 h fasting. When the enzyme was assayed in the presence of 4.8 mmol/l deoxycholate, fasting-induced increases of liver enzyme levels were further potentiated, but no significant differences were observed in kidney enzyme levels between fasted and control mice.  相似文献

Chemical changes in central glutamate neurotransmission were assessed by measuring synaptic membrane receptor binding, the uptake and release by synaptosomes of glutamate in rats treated acutely with tetraethyl lead and chronically with lead acetate. The activity of Na+, K+-ATPase in synaptosomes was measured to correlate with the changes in uptake/release studies. The affinity of receptor binding and uptake systems was significantly reduced although the number of receptor sites and the capacity of uptake systems were increased. The activity of Na+, K+-ATPase was also found to be increased in synaptosomes. The changes were more marked in inorganic lead toxicity, and all three regions studied--cerebral cortex, cerebellum, and brainstem--showed significant alterations.  相似文献

Metals and metal compounds are constituents of our natural environment. Their distribution depends on the existence of natural sources (e.g. volcanoes or erosion) and their use in human’s activity. They are transformed naturally (e.g. by bacterial activity) with formation of organic species that influence their mobility and accumulation in abiotic as well as biotic systems. Up to date metal species are released into the environment questioning their influence on human health. Due to their widespread use in human activities such as industry, agriculture and even as medicine (e.g. As, Se, Pt), numerous health risks may be associated with exposure to these substances. Different reports on metal intoxication are documented and studies especially on neurotoxicity, genotoxicity, or carcinogenicity, are previously published in numerous articles. 对体长145.77±12.21cm,体重35.42±8.51g的月鳢(Channa asiatica)在正常摄食和饥饿4~20d状态下的几项血液指标进行了恻定。结果表明:饥饿组与对照组相比,随着饥饿时间的延长,月鳢的红细胞数量极显著减少(P〈0.01);血红蛋白含量在前8d内是升高的,随后下降;血液中红细胞的渗透脆性有所上升,16d和20d差异显著(P〈0.05);白细胞数量在整个饥饿期间一直呈上升趋势,在饥饿的第8d的测试中,白细胞数量的增加差异显著(P〈0.05),12d以后的测试中白细胞数量的增加差异极显著(P〈0.01)。  相似文献

The present study determined the protective potential of zinc in attenuating the toxicity induced by chlorpyrifos in rat blood. Male Sparque Dawley (SD) rats received either oral chlorpyrifos (13.5 mg/kg body weight) treatment every alternate day, zinc alone (227 mg/l in drinking water) or combined chlorpyrifos plus zinc treatment for a total duration of 8 weeks. The effects of different treatments were studied on various parameters in rat blood including haemoglobin (Hb) levels, total leukocyte count (TLC), differential leukocyte count (DLC), zinc protoporphyrins (ZPP), serum trace elemental concentrations and Scanning Electron Microscopic (SEM) observation of the blood cells. Chlorpyrifos treatment to normal control animals resulted in a significant decrease in TLC and ZPP concentration after 4 and 8 weeks. Chlorpyrifos treated animals also showed significant neutrophilia and lymphopenia after 8 weeks of toxicity. In addition, a significant decrease in serum zinc and iron concentrations were observed following chlorpyrifos intoxication, however, these animals responded with increased serum copper levels following the toxic treatment with this organophosphate. SEM studies of the red blood cells from chlorpyrifos treated animals indicated marked alterations in the topographical morphology of the various cell types, with the prominent feature being common aniscocytosis of the erythrocytes. Oral zinc treatment to the chlorpyrifos treated animals significantly improved the total leukocyte, neutrophil and lymphocyte counts, as well as the otherwise reduced concentrations of ZPP and the levels of various serum trace elements. Protective effects of zinc were also evident in the electron microscopic observations where most blood cell types depicted reverted to a close to the normal appearance. Based upon these data, the present study is first of its kind and suggests that zinc treatment considerably attenuates chlorpyrifos induced toxicity induced in restoring the altered hematological indices and morphological changes.  相似文献

This cross-sectional analytical study aimed to determine the blood levels of zinc (B-Zn), chromium (B-Cr), and lead (B-Pb) and to identify the factors influencing these levels in the blood of residents of the Nam Pong River. Quantitative data collection was utilized, and systematic random sampling was conducted to obtain 420 samples for measuring serum heavy metals, including B-Zn, B-Cr, and B-Pb. Multiple regression analysis was used to identify factors influencing the accumulation of heavy metals in the population, reported mean differences, 95% confidence intervals, and p values. The average levels of heavy metals were 74.38 ± 14.00 µg/dL (95% confidence interval [CI]: 73.03–75.72) for zinc, 0.28 ± 0.23 µg/L (95% CI: 0.26–0.30) for chromium, and 2.80 ± 1.60 µg/dL (95% CI: 2.64–2.95) for lead, which all were within normal limits. Factors influencing zinc levels included occupational exposure (batteries) (mean diff = 11.56; 95% CI: 1.81–21.32, p value = 0.02) and consumption of fish from the river exceeding 300 grams/meal or three times/week (mean diff = 4.68; 95% CI: 0.09–9.45, p value = 0.05). Factors influencing chromium levels included a history of past illness (mean diff = 0.19; 95% CI: 0.05–0.34, p value = 0.01) and dust/chemical exposure from industry (mean diff = 0.05; 95% CI: 0.00–0.11, p value = 0.05). Factors influencing lead concentrations included gender (mean diff = 1.82; 95% CI: 0.26–1.98, p value = 0.001), smoking (mean diff = 1.03; 95% CI: 0.60–1.45, p value < 0.001), and occupational exposure (garage) (mean diff = 1.11; 95% CI: 0.27–1.94, p value = 0.01).  相似文献

巨蜥是世界上现存的一类最大的蜥蜴,隶爬行纲巨蜥科Varanidae,仅1科1属(Varanus)约36种,分布于澳洲、亚洲南部和非洲。中国历来记载仅有一种——V.salvator。然而,调查表明在云南边境地区实际分布着3种巨蜥,除V.salvator外,尚有V.irrawadicusV.vietnamensis。本文讨论了这3种巨蜥的有效性,简要地报道了它们的生境、习性和生存现状,并就保护问题提出参考意见。  相似文献
