Species delimitation is fundamental to conservation and sustainable use of economically important forest tree species. However, the delimitation of two highly valued gold‐thread nanmu species (Phoebe bournei (Hemsl.) Yang and P. zhennan S. K. Lee & F. N. Wei) has been confusing and debated. To address this problem, we integrated morphology and restriction site‐associated DNA sequencing (RAD‐seq) to define their species boundaries. We obtained consistent results from the two datasets, supporting two distinct lineages corresponding to P. bournei and P. zhennan. In P. bournei, higher order leaf venation is more prominent, petioles are thicker, and leaf apex angle is narrower, compared to P. zhennan. Both datasets also revealed that the former putative P. bournei populations from northeastern Guizhou belong to P. zhennan. The two species are now distinct in distributions except in the Wuling Mountains, where they overlap. Phoebe bournei occurs mainly in central Fujian, southern Jiangxi, the Nanling Mountains, and the Wuling Mountains, whereas P. zhennan is found in the adjoining eastern regions of the Qionglai Mountains, the southern Sichuan hills, and the Wuling Mountains. The re‐delimitation of P. bournei and P. zhennan and clarification of their ranges provide a better scientific basis guiding the conservation and sustainable utilization of these tree species.  相似文献

为揭示楠木(Phoebe zhennan)在贵州省潜在分布特征及其对环境因子的响应模式,该研究基于楠木在贵州省的地理分布点,运用最大熵模型(MaxEnt)与地理信息系统(ArcGIS)方法,结合气候、土壤及地形等30个环境因子,预测楠木在贵州省的潜在适生区,并分析了影响楠木生长的主要环境因子。结果表明:(1) MaxEnt模型AUC平均值为0.843,对贵州省楠木地理分布预测结果良好;楠木潜在适生区呈现以贵州省东北为重点区,从北到南、由东向西适生等级依次降低的趋势,高适生区主要在黔东北铜仁市、黔北遵义市中东部。(2)楠木在贵州省的潜在分布面积为80 013.47 km2,占全省总面积的45.4%,其中高适生区面积占全省总面积的17.4%。(3)等温性(Bio3)、最暖季度降水量(Bio18)、最湿月降水量(Bio13)、最干月降水量(Bio14)、最冷月最低温(Bio6)和温度季节性变动系数(Bio4)等是影响楠木在贵州省潜在分布的重要环境因子。该研究结果为贵州省楠木资源保护区划、种苗扩繁、造林推广与开发利用提供了科学依据。  相似文献

为了解气候对紫楠(Phoebe sheareri)分布的影响,应用Maxent和GARP模型模拟了紫楠在当前气候下的中国适宜分布区,分析了影响其分布的主要环境因子,并预测了未来气候情境下其分布区的变化。结果表明,紫楠适宜分布在长江中下游及以南的各省区。影响紫楠分布的主要环境因子有年降雨量、最干季均温、降雨的季节性、相对湿度和6-8月的日照时数,这5个因子的累积贡献率达84.3%。在未来气候情境下,广东、云南、广西和海南等地区的适生区面积会显著锐减,而陕西中部、河南南部、安徽东部和江苏北部适生区面积会大幅度增加。因此,在未来气候变化背景下,紫楠的适宜分布区有向北扩张的趋势。  相似文献

银杉是我国特有的珍稀植物,仅在四川、贵州、湖南和广西四省区残存。其地理分布可归结为大娄 山、越城岭、八面山和大瑶山等4个集积地。现有的银杉林全部为混交林.主要有7个类型:银杉-甜槠混交林、银杉-石栎混交林、银杉-亮叶桦混交林、银杉- 广东五针松混交林、银杉- 长苞铁杉混交林、银杉- 大明松 混交林及银杉- 南方铁杉- 福建柏混交林。银杉处于优势地位、群落相对稳定,但银杉更新不良。在自然演替 中,阔叶树种的入侵对银杉构成严重威胁,最终将会取代银杉。为了保护银杉,在林地对阔叶树进行透光伐,在林窗人工移植银杉幼苗幼树是必要的。  相似文献

野生植物是自然生态系统的重要组成部分,中国是野生植物种类最丰富的国家之一。研究国家重点保护野生植物的分布特征、保护现状以及潜在分布区,对于制定与支持生物多样性保护策略具有重要意义。该研究基于1 032种(隶属于129科315属)国家重点保护野生植物,利用前5%丰富度算法识别其热点地区,并与自然保护区叠加评估其保护成效、确定保护空缺,进而运用MaxEnt模型预测了国家重点保护野生植物的潜在分布区分布与变化趋势。结果表明:(1)中国南部和西南部是国家重点保护野生植物物种丰富度最高的地区,尤其是四川中部、云南南部和东南部、广西北部、广东北部与海南。(2)热点网格的保护成效分析表明,171个(85.50%)热点网格得到了有效保护(含80.50%的物种),29个(14.50%)热点网格未得到自然保护区的保护(含51.20%物种)。(3)通过比较当前与未来气候变化下国家重点保护野生植物的潜在分布区分布,发现未来潜在分布区将向西藏东南部、广西西南部、广东南部以及福建南部等地扩张,而向环四川盆地、云南南部和贵州南部等地缩减。因此,需要加强这些区域生物多样性的动态监测,持续关注气候变化对该区域国家重点保护野生植物的影响。基于该研究所确定的热点网格、保护成效以及潜在分布区的分析结果,可为国家重点保护野生植物多样性优先保护区的确定和保护政策的制定提供有力的数据支持与参考。  相似文献

白花油麻藤是豆科黧豆属大型木质藤本植物。运用Diva-Gis软件,结合海拔高度图层和植被图层绘制了白花油麻藤的地理分布图,分析了白花油麻藤的分布规律和生境特性;以Maxent模型作为物种适生性预测模型,温度和降水作为预测的环境因子,预测了白花油麻藤在中国的适生区。结果表明:白花油麻藤在中国27.5°N以南中低海拔10~1200m有分布,如山坡、路旁、沟谷、溪边及林下灌丛;喜温暖湿润气候,广东为白花油麻藤分布最为密集的地区。白花油麻藤的分布与植被类型和海拔有着密切的关系,分布区的植被类型为亚热带常绿阔叶林和热带季雨林,随着植被分布密度的降低和海拔的升高白花油麻藤的分布范围和分布密度呈逐渐缩小的趋势。白花油麻藤在中国的潜在分布区为粤、桂、闽、港、澳、滇、琼、赣、川、黔、藏、湘、浙等省区及交界处,其种质资源的保存及其利用应考虑其潜在分布区。  相似文献

漳河源自然保护区位于南漳县西南部。在野外调查和文献资料查阅的基础上,对该区国家重点保护野生植物的分布情况进行了研究,结果表明:该区共有国家保护植物21种,其中I级保护植物3种,它们是银杏、红豆杉、南方红豆杉;II级保护植物18种,它们是篦子三尖杉、大果青扦、金荞麦、连香树、野大豆、红豆树、鹅掌楸、厚朴、凹叶厚朴、香果树、榉树、喜树、樟树、闽楠、桢楠、红椿、巴山榧树和黄皮树.分别占湖北省分布的45.65%,37.50%和47.37%。该区的这些国家保护植物具有分布集中、居群规模小、片段化严重、垂直分布明显的特点.并提出了相应的保护对策。  相似文献

华溪蟹属Sinopotamon是中国淡水蟹类的特有属。在构建种群数据库的基础上,对华溪蟹属的分布格局进行了深入的研究。结果显示:迄今,华溪蟹属已报告75种和9亚种,占中国淡水蟹总数的29.68%(84/283),系中国淡水蟹36个属中所含种及亚种最多的一个类群,广泛分布于赣、鲁、苏、皖、浙、闽、湘、鄂、粤、桂、川、黔、豫、晋、陕、陇、冀计17个省区。华溪蟹属的分布格局与中国自然地理环境区域分异密切相关,自然地理的阻限等因素是导致华溪蟹属在中国高度分化的主要原因,表现出该属下物种对现代自然条件的适应及其遗传与分化至现阶段的结果。依照中国淡水蟹类地理区划的划分,华溪蟹属分属于西南区、华中区、华南区、华北区及其各亚区的东部季风区内,以东洋界物种成分为绝对优势,其地理分布约以24°N为其南限,37°N为北限,经度则为103°E以东直至东南沿海地区。在垂直分布上,该属物种多分布在海拔200~1000m。又以长江中下游一带物种最为丰富,而黄河与淮河流域则相对贫乏。秦岭及其淮河一线成为华溪蟹属东洋界和古北界物种的明显分野地域,但二界之间存在广泛过渡与渗透。据此,华溪蟹属的地理分布,均受制于中国第2级阶梯和第3级阶梯内的秦岭、雪峰山、巫山、太行山、南岭、武夷山等主要山脉及其低岗丘陵与平原地域。  相似文献

对湖北鳞毛蕨后植物的地理分布和区系特点进行了研究。鳞毛蕨后植物广布于世界各地,该后的分布和多样性中心位于中国西南部和东喜马拉雅山区;另一中心则位于日本,中国东南部和南部。鳞毛蕨后是一个自然的北温带分布属。中国有鳞毛蕨后植物134种(包括7变种),西南地区(云南、四川、贵州等)是国产鳞毛蕨属植物分布最集中的地区。区系分析表明:湖北鳞毛蕨后植物种类比较丰富,有36种,主要分布于鄂西北和鄂西南山区,是构成湖北森林植物区系林下草本植物的主要成分之一;地理成分比较复杂,种的分析显示出以中国一日本分布和中国持有分布为主的特点;与相邻省鳞毛蕨属植物区系的关系比较密切;区系过渡性明显。  相似文献

Phoebe zhennan S. Lee et F. N. Wei (Lauraceae), is the main source of Gold Phoebe, a rare and extremely valuable wood in China. However it has undergone a dramatic decline. In this study, we used 12 amplified fragment length polymorphism primer combinations to assay 92 accessions, which were highly representative of the entire P. zhennan germplasm. It revealed that P. zhennan consisted of three genetic populations, named as SCZ (central Sichuan), CQH (eastern Sichuan, Chongqin, Hubei and Hunan) and YG (Yunnan and Guizhou), probably owing to natural selection caused by topography differences. The CQH population further diverged into two geographical sub-populations: CD-CQ (SCD and west region of Chongqin) and HB-HN (eastern side of Chongqin, Hubei and Hunan). The loci were moderately polymorphic (40.4%). The genetic distance between SCZ and YG was the highest, between CD-CQ and HB-HN the lowest. Pairwise fixation indices (ФPT) between any inferred populations were significant. This rare species exhibited low genetic diversity; therefore, the results provided significant data related to the conservation and management of P. zhennan. That is, with this genetic information, land managers are equipped with better tools allowing them to more effectively protect this species and its limited genetic diversity.  相似文献

利用CART(classification and regression tree,分类和回归树)生态位模型,采用A2和B2气候情景,分析了气候变化对秦岭冷杉、祁连圆柏、楠木、麦吊云杉、马尾树、领春木和连香树分布范围及空间格局的影响。结果显示:气候变化下,这些植物目前适宜分布范围呈现缩小趋势;新适宜及总适宜分布范围,连香树、马尾树、楠木和祁连圆柏呈现减少趋势,秦岭冷杉在1991-2020年及2021-2050年时段呈现减少趋势,之后增加,其它植物呈现增加趋势。气候变化下,马尾树目前适宜分布的东南部一些区域将不再适宜,新适宜分布区将向西南、北部、西部和东北部一些区域扩展;秦岭冷杉目前适宜分布的东南部和东部一些区域将不再适宜,新适宜分布区将向西南部、西北部和西部一些区域扩展;其它植物目前适宜分布的东部、东南部、南部及东北部一些区域将不再适宜,新适宜分布区将向西部和西南部一些区域扩展。气候变化下,这些植物适宜分布范围与年均气温和降水量变化相关性并不一致,一些植物适宜分布范围与年均气温和降水量变化相关系数不显著。另外,一些植物适宜范围与年降水量和年均气温变化多元线性回归关系决定系数较小。结果说明,气候变化下,目前适宜范围缩小,新适宜范围主要向高海拔扩展,不同植物适宜分布范围与年均气温和年降水量变化的关系不同。  相似文献

据调查统计,鄂东大别山区共有国家保护植物18种,其中I级保护植物2种,它们是银杏和南方红豆杉;II级保护植物16种,它们是大别山五针松、金钱松、巴山榧树、榉树、金荞麦、连香树、厚朴、凹叶厚朴、鹅掌楸、樟树、桢楠、野大豆、秤锤树、喜树、香果树和黄皮树.分别占湖北省分布的39.1%,25%和44.4%.该区的这些国家保护植物具有分布集中、居群规模小、片段化严重、垂直分布明显的特点.建议建立以天堂寨为核心的湖北大别山自然保护区,并提出了相应的保护对策.  相似文献

Camellia rhytidophylla is endemic and endangered and with important economic species, from the ⅢD10d in eastern Asia, which distributed at 573-920m in evergreen broad leaved deciduous mixed forest in Luowang river valley of Kaiyang county. So, it is significant to study the population characteristics, conservation and utilization. We took general survey in suspected distribution area about 6 square kilometers, set up plots in dense area, and analyzed the population structure, development and spatial distribution pattern. The results showed that the structure of Crhytidophylla populations were increasing and the proportion of young tree in population was 4638%. The size of population density was young shrubs>middle aged shrubs>adult shrubs. The survival curve of population was Deevey Ⅲ model. There were 2 peaks in the Ⅰand Ⅳ age classes on the mortality rate curve and disappearance rate curve respectively, then there are 2 troughs in the Ⅲ and Ⅵ age classed at the same time. The spatial distribution pattern of Crhytidophylla significantly differentiated at different stages of development, the young individuals were aggregated at all spatial scales while the middle aged individuals were aggregated at small spatial scales and randomly distributed at larger scales. Differences in the distribution of adult individuals could be attributed to artificial disturbance and habitat heterogeneity. The spatial pattern was not close in different stages of development, which all showed negative or no correlation. The spatial distribution pattern of Crhytidophylla was the interaction of the factors, such as its biological characteristics,habitat heterogeneity, and artificial disturbance, etc.. The key factor limiting population development was low natural reproduction rate; the primary factors causing its endemic distribution mainly included habitat heterogeneity, topographical constraints on seed dispersal and artificial disturbance.  相似文献

基于文献、标本馆数据和野外调查记录, 共收集四川省猛禽分布记录数据2,410条, 依此分析了四川省猛禽的分布与迁徙路线。四川省猛禽记录有56种(76种及亚种), 其中隼形目3科41种, 占全国隼形目鸟类总数的64.06%; 鸮形目2科15种, 占全国鸮形目鸟类总数的48.39%; 国家I级重点保护猛禽5种。四川省猛禽总体呈现西部多东部少的格局, 记录最多的平武县有32种; 在垂直分布上以1,000-3,500 m海拔段物种丰富度最高。在四川省境内具有迁徙习性的猛禽有19种, 其中金堂县迁徙猛禽最多。主要迁移路线有3条: 1条属于中亚-印度迁徙路线, 经过四川省西北角的石渠和德格县; 另外2条属东亚-澳大利亚迁徙路线, 其中1条沿四川省盆地西缘的岷山-邛崃山-凉山一线向南到我国云南、缅甸; 另外1条沿四川北部岷山至金堂和南充一线向东南至重庆、贵州。本研究为保护四川猛禽资源和了解猛禽迁徙路线提供了参考。  相似文献

清凉峰北坡的大型真菌十分丰富,经初步调查,发现清凉峰北坡共有大型真菌2纲10目38科72属160种,它们广泛分布于常绿阔叶林、马尾松林、常绿-落叶混交林、落叶阔叶林和黄山松林等林带中。按经济价值分有食用菌72种,药用菌55种,毒菌19种;依生态习性分有木生菌68种,土生菌84种,菌根真菌21种。本文论述了该地区大型真菌自然发生的常见种类和分布,并对该区大型真菌资源进行了评价,大型真菌在各林带下的分布有一定规律性,种群的组成和分布与植被类型、林中小生境、土壤类型、海拔高度等相关。该区有多种具有经济价值的大型真菌,是主要的自然资源之一,它们在食用、药用、营林等方面有着较大的利用潜力。  相似文献

Francois’ langur (Trachypithecus francoisi) is an endangered primate and endemic to the limestone forests of the tropical and subtropical zone of northern Vietnam and South-west China with a population of about 2,000 individuals. Conservation efforts are hampered by limited knowledge of habitat preference in its main distribution area. We surveyed the distribution of Francois’ langur and modeled the relationship between the probability of use and habitat features in Mayanghe National Nature Reserve, Guizhou, China. The main objectives of this study were to provide quantitative information on habitat preference, estimating the availability of suitable habitat, and providing management guidelines for the effective conservation of this species. By comparing 92 used locations with habitat available in the reserve, we found that Francois’ langur was mainly distributed along valleys and proportionally, used bamboo forests and mixed conifer-broadleaf forests more than their availability, whereas they tended to avoid shrubby areas and coniferous forests. The langur tended to occur at sites with lower elevation, steeper slope, higher tree canopy density, and a close distance to roads and water. The habitat occupancy probability was best modeled by vegetation type, vegetation coverage, elevation, slope degree, distances to nearest water, paved road, and farmland edge. The suitable habitat in this reserve concentrated in valleys and accounted for about 25% of the total reserve area. Our results showed that Francois’ langur was not only restricted at the landscapes level at the regions with karst topography, limestone cliffs, and caves, but it also showed habitat preference at the local scale. Therefore, the protection and restoration of the langur preferred habitats such as mixed conifer-broadleaf forests are important and urgent for the conservation of this declining species.  相似文献

基于39个地理分布信息和19个生物气候因子,利用BIOCLIM生态位模型对紫玉兰(Yulania liliiflora(Desr.) D. L. Fu)潜在适生区进行预测。结果显示,紫玉兰自然分布于云南、四川、贵州、湖北、甘肃、重庆、福建等地海拔300~1600 m的中低山区。当前气候条件下,贵州苗岭是其主要适生区;随着全球气候变暖(CO2浓度倍增情况下),紫玉兰的适生区有向高海拔地区收缩的趋势,而在分布区的东北界,其潜在分布范围将扩散至湖南中部和浙江东部地区。影响紫玉兰地理分布格局的重要因素是水热条件的综合效应。ROC曲线检验的AUC值(0.998)表明,采用BIOCLIM模型对紫玉兰潜在分布区的预测结果准确性较高。本研究在气候变暖的大环境下分析紫玉兰的适生性,可为紫玉兰种质资源的保护利用提供依据。  相似文献

The continued decline of natural forests globally has increased interest in the potential of planted forests to support biodiversity. Here, we examine the potential conservation benefits of plantation forests from an Irish perspective, a country where remaining natural forests are fragmented and degraded, and the majority of the forest area is comprised of non-native Sitka spruce (Picea sitchensis (Bong.) Carr.) and Norway spruce (Picea abies (L.) Karst.) plantations. We examine the true value of Irish plantation forests to native biodiversity, relative to remaining natural forest fragments, and to prior and alternative land use to afforestation. We find that plantation forests provide a suitable surrogate habitat primarily for generalist species, as well as providing habitat for certain species of conservation concern. However, we find that plantation forests provide poor habitat for native forest specialists, and examine potential management strategies which may be employed to improve habitat provision services for this group.  相似文献
