Micromorphological characters of leaf epidermis of 27 published speciesof Chimonobambusa Makino were examined by both light and scanning electronmicroscopes (Table 1). On the adaxial surface, bulliform cells are of irregular ortetragonal shape and in 2-- 3 rows between veins; stomata rare. On the abaxialsurface, intercostal long cells are of thin and sinuous wall; short cells solitary,paired, or 3 to several in a row on veins; silica bodies narrow tall or saddlelike; bicellular hairs common, with the basal cell slightly longer than or as longas the distal cell; hooks elliptic and apiculate, common in some species and rarein the others; papillae numerous, those overarching stomata showing different patterns (Plates 1, 2). The examined species exhibit three types of leaf epidermis(Table 2 ): 1, papillae widely spread, 4 rod- like papillae overarching the individual stomata, hooks common, including all the six examined species of Sect.Qiongzhuea and 9 species of Sect. Oreocalamus; 2, papillae around stomataonly (with the exception of C. microfloscula), the 4 papillae branched or curved,plus several small ones, forming an arciform cover over the individual stomata,hooks sparse, including 7 species of Sect. Oreocalamus and 1 species of Sect.Chimonobambusa; 3, papillae overarching stomata intermediate between the othertwo types, with the other characters similar to type 1, including 2 species ofSect. Chimonobambusa and 2 species of Sect. Oreocalamus. The three types moreor less correspond to the current classification of the genus based on grossmorphology, but since Sect. Oreocalamus showed all the three types and type 3was somewhat intermediate between the other two, present data support a broadsense of the genus Chimonobambusa, and the three sections proposed byOhrnberger (1990) are to some extent acceptable. The results support theremoving of C. luzhiensis from Sect. Qiongzhuea, but reassignment of C.metuoensis to Sect. Qiongzhuea cannot be confirmed. In addition, the leafepidermis is of diagnostic value at species level. The data support the inclusion ofC. linearifolia in C. angustifolia, but do not support that of C. rivularis in C.lactistriata, nor of C. yunnanensis and C. tuberculata in C. armata (Ohrnberger,1990). In fact, C. yunnanensis, C. tuberculata and C. lactistriata, in additionto C. hirtinoda, are similar to C. qudrangularis in both leaf and grossmorphological characters; so is C. pachystachys to C. utilis, C. neopurpurea toC. marmorea, and maybe C. rigidula to C. szechuanensis. They are possibly sister-species.or even conspecific, respectively. The various specific papillate patterns are characteristic of bamboo taxa, andinvestigation of wider samples will be of great interest in bamboo systematics. 相似文献

本研究以干冷保存(-20 ℃,相对湿度15%)150 d 的云南龙竹(Dendrocalamus yunnanicus)颖果为实验材料,通过种子萌发建成丛芽无菌无性系进行快繁和离体保存。研究表明,丛芽增殖的最佳培养基为MS + 6-BA 2 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L,蔗糖浓度以3%为佳;生根培养的最佳培养基为MS + IBA 1 mg/L + NAA 1 mg/L,以单芽诱导生根为好;离体保存丛芽的最适培养基为MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L;当培养温度由室温 (25±3)℃降低至(20±3)℃和12 ℃时,其继代周期可由原来的2 个月分别延长至4 个月和8 个月。在组织培养过程中发现白化苗或叶色变异现象。 相似文献

运用扫描电镜对融安黄竹Dendrocalamus ronganensis的小穗和小花的发生发育及形态结构进行了研究。其小穗的发育过程是: 小穗原基→第一颖片原基→第二颖片原基→第一朵小花的外稃原基→第一朵小花原基→第二朵小花的外稃原基→第二朵小花原基。小穗为由2个颖片和1-2朵小花组成的假小穗。其小花发育的过程是: 内稃原基→雄蕊原基→雌蕊原基。内稃在发生上由彼此独立的两个突起形成, 随着发育逐渐愈合。观察结果支持内稃是双起源的说法。雄蕊原基近两轮发生。雌蕊原基由小花原基的中央部分直接发育而成。在小花的发育过程中, 未观察到鳞被原基的发生。该种的小花是无花被的, 结构较为简化, 为外稃和内稃包裹的雄蕊和雌蕊组成的结构。与近缘类群做比较, 探讨了小穗和小花在竹亚科中的演化。 相似文献

A new temperate wood bamboo endemic to Vietnam is described and illustrated as Chimonocalamus bidoupensis N.H.Nghia & V.T.Tran. Here we describe and illustrate a new species, Melocalamus grandiauritus N.H. Xia, Q.M. Qin & J. B. Ni sp. nov., from the lowland forest in Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam. Molecular phylogeny based on the GBSSI indicates that this species is a member of Melocalamus. Morphologically, M. grandiauritus is different from all congeneric species in Vietnam. It is somewhat similar to M. pacoensis H.N.Nguyen & V.T.Tran, but is easily distinguished by having much wider suborbicular culm leaf auricles, very high and ventricose auricles of foliage leaves, entire ligules of both culm leaves and foliage leaves, and large leaf blades. 相似文献

【目的】摸清贵州竹类资源本底,以补充和丰富贵州现有竹类资料,为后续竹产业的规划发展提供一定的依据。【方法】以“面”“点”结合的方式进行野外调查,标本的采集和鉴定,以及相关资料的查阅,整理出此前从未有分布记录的属和种。【结果】发现了贵州省竹类植物新纪录的1个属和6个种,即[/思]簩竹属(Schizostachyum)、[/思]簩竹(S. pseudolima McClure)、鸡窦簕竹(Bambusa funghomii McClure)、龙山玉山竹(Yushania longshanensis D. Z. Li & X. Y. Ye)、滑竹(Y. polytricha Hsueh et Yi)、少枝玉山竹(Y. pauciramificans Yi)和抱鸡竹(Y. punctulata Yi),现予以报道。【结论】这些新纪录属和种在贵州的发现扩展了其分布范围,同时丰富了贵州竹类植物的多样性。 相似文献

A clambering bamboo endemic to northern Vietnam is shown to represent a new species, M. trangdinhensis H.N.Nguyen & V.T.Tran (Gramineae: Bambusoideae‐Bambusinae), which is described and illustrated. It is similar to M. tonkinensis in general appearance, but differs by being covered with appressed white hairs, and by auricles lacking or forming a low rim only, smaller leaf blade 20–24 × 2.3–2.5 cm, and smaller glumes 6–7 × 4.0–4.5 mm.
