A new neolignan glucoside was isolated from hairy roots of Cichorium intybus. Its structure was determined as (7S, 8R)-3′-demethyl-dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-3′-O-β-glucopyranoside based on a combination of 1D and 2D NMR techniques and CD data. In addition, further water soluble constituents, including four known phenolic compounds and one known sesquiterpene lactone glucoside, were isolated from the same source.  相似文献

从坚龙胆(Gentiana rigescens)的根中分离得到1个新的裂环烯醚萜甙,命名为坚龙胆甙A(1),以及8个已知化合物:龙胆苦甙(2),6'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-龙胆苦甙(3),马钱子酸(4),6'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基.马钱子酸(5),獐牙菜甙(6),2'-(邻,间-二羟基苯甲酰基).獐牙菜甙(7),獐牙菜苦甙(8),四乙酰开联番木鳖甙(9)。它们的化学结构通过现代波谱解析得以鉴定。化合物3,5和9为首次从坚龙胆中分离得到。  相似文献

A new bisabolane-type sesquiterpene, trichoderic acid (1), and a new acorane-type sesquiterpene, 2β-hydroxytrichoacorenol (2), along with three known compounds, cyclonerodiol (3), cyclonerodiol oxide (4), and sorbicillin (5), were isolated from the culture broth of Trichoderma sp. PR-35, an endophytic fungus isolated from Paeonia delavayi. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of their IR, MS, and 1D- and 2D-NMR analyses. The antibacterial and antifungal activities of 1-5 towards various types of bacteria and fungi were tested. Most of the compounds showed moderate or weak antimicrobial activities in an agar-diffusion assay.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of Eupatorium hualienense (C. H. Ou, S. W. Chung, C. I. Peng) has resulted in the isolation of the new sesquiterpene lactones 1-5, named eupahualins A-E, along with the known heliangolide eupasimplicin B (6). The structures of the isolated compounds were established through detailed spectral analyses, especially by means of 2D-NMR techniques. Compounds 1-4 and 6 showed significant activities against cell lines of human chronic myelogenous leukemia (K562) and human bone cancer (U2OS).  相似文献

A new acylated secoiridoidal glucoside, named gentiorigenoside A (1 ), was isolated from the root of Gentiana rigescens (Gentianaceae) , together with eight known compounds, gentiopicroside ( 2) , 6′- O-β- D-glucopyranosyl gentiopicroside (3) , loganic acid (4 ) , 6′- O-β- D-glucopyranosyl loganic acid ( 5), sweroside ( 6 ), 2′-( o, m-dihydoxybenzyl) -sweroside (7), swertiamarin (8) and secologanoside (9) . heir structures were elucidated on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis. A new sesquiterpene ester, tunetanin A ( 1 ), a new sesquiterpene coumarin, tunetacoumarin A ( 2 ), together with eight known compounds, i.e., coladin ( 3 ), coladonin ( 4 ), isosmarcandin ( 5 ), 13‐hydroxyfeselol ( 6 ), umbelliprenin ( 7 ) propiophenone ( 8 ), β‐sitosterol ( 9 ), and stigmasterol ( 10 ), were isolated from the roots of Ferula tunetana. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic methods, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR experiments and MS analysis, as well as by comparison with published data. The cytotoxicity of compounds 1 – 7 towards two human colon cancer cell lines, HT‐29 and HCT 116, was evaluated. Compounds 3, 4 , and 6 showed weak cytotoxic activities.  相似文献

Three new germacrane-type sesquiterpene lactones, koanolides B–D (1-3) have been isolated from the aerial parts of Koanophyllon gibbosum (Asteraceae), along with the previously reported sesquiterpene lactone koanolide A and the flavonoid eupatorin. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated using spectroscopic and spectrometric data analyses, including 1D and 2D NMR, and by comparison with known spectral data. The antiproliferative activities of the new compounds were evaluated in a panel of six representative human solid tumor cell lines and showed GI50 values ranging from 1.3 to 16 μM for the new molecules.  相似文献

In order to find new structural and biologically active compounds, the constituents of the bark of Cudrania tricuspidata (Carr.) Bur. were investigated and a new 6-p-hydroxybenzyltaxifolin glucoside, named tricusposide (compound 1), together with 16 known compounds, was isolated by solvent partition, macroporous adsorption resin AB-8, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. Using spectroscopic methods, the structures of the compounds were elucidated as 6-p-hydroxybenzyl taxifolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (compound 1), dihydroquerctin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (compound 2), dihydrokaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (compound 3), dihydroquercetin (compound 4), peonoside (compound 5), sphaerobioside (compound 6), quercimeritrin (compound 7), genistein (compound 8), aromadendrin (compound 9), kaempferol (compound 10), genistin (compound 11), 3,4-dihydroxystyryl alcohol (compound 12), sucrose (compound 13), 1,3,5,6-tetrahydroxyxanthone (compound 14), gericudranin E (compound 15), gericudranin C (compound 16), and orobol (compound 17). Compounds 2-6, 8, 9, 12-14, and 17 were isolated from this genus for the first time.  相似文献

A new nor-oleanane triterpene 24-nor-4(23)-12-oleanadien-2α,3α,28-triol (1) and two new sesterterpenes salvidominicolide A (2), salvidominicolide B (3) together with fifteen known compounds were isolated from Salvia dominica L. growing wild in Jordan. The known compounds comprised six flavones, three triterpenes, one diterpene, one sesterterpene, two oxygenated monoterpenes, one sterol glucoside and one flavone glucoside. The isolated compounds were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods including NMR (1D and 2D), UV, IR and MS (HRMS).  相似文献

A new sesquiterpene lactone (1) was isolated with known dihydrochrysanolide derivatives (2 and 3) from the flowers of Chrysanthemum coronarium L., and their structures were identified by spectroscopic data. The stereochemistry of the epimers (1 and 2) was determined from NOESY data and an X-ray crystallographic analysis. The isolated compounds (1-3) were examined for their cytotoxic activity against such human cell lines as A549, PC-3 and HCT-15.  相似文献

From the leaves of Phlomis aurea, two new iridoids of unique structures named 3-epiphlomurin (1) and phlomurin (2), a new megastigmane glucoside phlomuroside (3) and a new benzyl alcohol glycoside having the structure benzyl alcohol-O-beta-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside (4) have been isolated together with four known iridoids auroside, lamiide, 8-epiloganin and ipolamiide, two known phenolic glycosides acteoside (verbascoside) and syringin, one known phenylethanoid glycoside 2-phenylethyl-O-beta-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside, one known lignan liriodendrin and three known flavonoids chrysoeriol-7-O-beta-glucopyranoside, acacetin-7-O-beta-glucopyranoside and luteolin-7-O-beta-glucopyranoside. The structures of the isolated compounds were verified by means of mass spectrometry (MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectral analyses.  相似文献

Sixteen compounds were isolated from the MeOH extract of leaves of Myoporum bontioides. Four new compounds, including a sesquiterpene and three aromatic compounds, and a known compound were isolated from a culture broth of the fungus Stereum sp. The novel sesquiterpene was determined to be stereumone A ((+)-2,3,4a,5,6,7,8a,9-octahydro-5-hydroxy-6,6,9-trimethyl-4,8a-epoxynaphtho[2,3-b]furan-8(8H)-one; 1), and the three new aromatic compounds were elucidated as 3,5-dihydroxy-4-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)benzene-1,2-dicarbaldehyde (2), 5,7-dihydroxy-6-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)isobenzofuran-1(3H)-one (3), butyl 2,4-dihydroxy-6-methylbenzoate (4), together with the known compound methyl 2,4-dihydroxy-6-methylbenzoate (5). The structures were established by spectroscopic methods including 2D-NMR techniques. Compounds 2 and 4 showed evident nematicidal activity against nematode Panagrellus redivivus.  相似文献

Twenty‐nine compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of the Greek plant C. zuccariniana DC. The structures of the isolated compounds were established by means of NMR‐ (1H,1H‐COSY, 1H,13C‐HSQC, HMBC, NOESY, and ROESY) and mass‐spectral analyses. These compounds comprise 13 sesquiterpene lactones, 14 flavonoids, two lignans, and one simple lactone. Among the isolated sesquiterpene lactones, three are new, namely one heliangolide, (1E,4Z)‐15‐hydroxy‐8αO‐(4′‐acetoxy‐3′‐hydroxy‐2′‐methylidenebutanoyl)‐6βH,7αH‐germacra‐1,4,11(13)‐trien‐6,12‐olide; and two eudesmanolides, 8α‐(4′,5′‐diacetoxyangeloyl)sonchucarpolide and one unusual eudesmanolide with an oxygenated bridge linking C(1) and C(4), named zuccarinin. The main sesquiterpene lactones were malacitenolide, cnicin, and 4′‐O‐acetylcnicin. These results are in agreement with those obtained from the previously studied Greek Centaurea sp. belonging to the section Acrolophus (Cass .) DC.; this finding could be of chemotaxonomic significance for the genus Centaurea. The in vitro antimicrobial activities of the isolated new sesquiterpene lactones were against eight bacteria and eight fungal species. A 96‐well microbioassay procedure for fast and easy evaluation of antibacterial and antifungal activities was applied to compare these compounds with commercial antibiotic and fungicide standards, and with previously isolated analogous sesquiterpene lactones tested by the same bioassay. All of the compounds tested showed moderate antibacterial, but significant antifungal activities; the present results corroborate with previous data, indicating that these types of compounds exhibit low or moderate antibacterial, but potent antifungal activities. The unusual eudesmanolide zuccarinin proved to be the most potent among the present tested sesquiterpene lactones, as well as among all previously tested eudesmanolides isolated from Greek Centaurea sp.  相似文献
