该试验在玉米单作茬口、玉米-花生间作茬口(间作茬口)、花生单作茬口共3种茬口,以及0 kg P_2O_5·hm~(-2)(P_0)和180 kg P_2O_5·hm~(-2)(P_1) 2个磷水平下,研究了间作茬口与施磷对冬小麦分蘖、叶面积指数(LAI)、干物质积累、光合特性及产量的影响机制,为玉米花生间作与小麦-玉米复种轮作提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)间作茬口较玉米茬口显著提高了冬小麦有效分蘖数、LAI、净光合速率和干物质积累量,并提高了冬小麦旗叶的SPAD值、CO_2饱和点、光饱和点及最大净光合速率(P_(nmax))、表观量子效率(AQY)、羧化效率(CE)、最大羧化速率(V_(cmax))、最大RUBP再生的电子传递速率(J_(max))和最大磷酸丙糖利用速率(V_(TPU)),且CE、V_(cmax)、V_(TPU)的增幅均达到显著水平(P0.05),有效改善了冬小麦产量构成,显著提高籽粒产量(P0.05)。(2)间作茬口较花生茬口提高了冬小麦乳熟期的P_(nmax)、AQY、CE,增加了穗粒数和粒重,提高了产量。(3)与不施磷相比,施磷180 kg P_2O_5·hm~(-2)显著促进间作茬口冬小麦生长,显著提高冬小麦旗叶的SPAD值、P_(nmax)、AQY、CE、V_(cmax)、J_(max)、V_(TPU)和籽粒产量(P0.05)。研究发现,间作茬口较玉米茬口能有效增强冬小麦旗叶表观量子效率和CO_2羧化能力,显著提高小麦花后光合能力,促进冬小麦生长,从而增加穗粒数、粒重和籽粒产量,且间作茬口结合施磷180 kg P_2O_5·hm~(-2)效果更好。  相似文献

以常规单施氮肥处理为对照(CK,270kg·hm-2),设置秸秆还田(J)、秸秆还田+牛粪(JF)、秸秆还田+沼渣(JZ)3种有机培肥措施,耦合N1(较CK减量10%)、N2(较CK减量20%)和N3(较CK减量30%)3个施氮水平,采用田间试验方法,探究有机培肥和减施氮肥对小麦光合特性、氮素吸收及产量的影响。结果表明:(1)与CK相比,有机肥配施氮肥明显促进了小麦生育期分蘖的发生和有效群体数的形成,提高叶绿素含量并维持旗叶较高光合速率水平,促进小麦地上部干物质积累、植株氮素吸收,增加穗粒数和千粒重,并显著提高小麦产量,产量增幅为4.21%~17.80%,并以JFN2(JF+N2)处理组合产量最高(6 853.43kg·hm-2)。(2)同一有机肥培肥处理中,N2(减施氮肥20%)处理效果最好,能显著促进小麦群体形成,提高小麦叶绿素含量、光合速率和产量;JFN2小麦群体数在成熟期分别比JFN1、JFN3增加5.16%、4.31%,JFN2叶绿素含量在花期分别较JFN1、JFN3增加2.29%、2.31%;JFN2处理产量分别比JFN1和JFN3显著增加11.41%和7.56%。(3)同一施氮水平下,成熟期干物质积累量表现为JZN1处理显著大于JFN1和JN1处理,分别增加8.93%和12.01%;花期JF处理氮素积累量在3种施氮水平下均分别显著高于其它2种有机培肥处理;JFN2处理籽粒产量显著高于JZN2和JN2处理,增幅分别为12.17%和6.09%。研究认为,有机肥耦合施氮量可促进小麦分蘖和有效群体数的形成,提高叶绿素含量和光合速率,增加植株干物质和氮素积累,从而增加小麦产量。  相似文献

Optimising the use efficiency of nitrogen (N) derived from different quality organic resources and mineral fertilizers on sandy soils with <100 g clay kg−1 is a major challenge for smallholder farmers in Southern Africa. The dominant sandy soils have a poor capacity to store and supply crop nutrients due to low organic matter contents and inherent infertility. A study was conducted in Zimbabwe to determine the differential N supply effects of different quality and quantities of organic nutrient sources on maize productivity. Crotalaria juncea L., Calliandra calothyrsus Meissn., cattle manure, maize (Zea mays L.) stover and Pinus patula Schiede & Schltdl. & Cham. sawdust which represented high to low quality materials respectively, were each incorporated into soil at 1.2 and 4 t C ha−1 at Makoholi Experiment Station (rainfall: 450–650 mm yr−1) and tested against a sole mineral N fertilizer and control treatments. In a separate experiment conducted in farmers’ fields under different rainfall zones of Zimuto (450–650 mm yr−1), Chinyika (650–750 mm yr−1) and Chikwaka (>750 mm yr−1), commonly available organic materials, including manure and composted miombo leaf litter, applied in varying amounts by farmers were evaluated. Nitrogen release patterns were consistent with differences in resource quality. At 3 weeks after incorporation into soil at the onset of the rains, C. juncea and C. calothyrsus had released as high as 24% and 13% of added N respectively, compared with no more than 5–6% for the rest of the amended treatments. Most of the N released was lost through leaching as evidenced by progressive movement of NO3-N bulges beyond maize rooting depth following major rainfall events. Maize yields were significantly related to the size of profile mineral N fluxes, with the best linear relationship (R2 = 0.86) obtained with N available in the top 30 cm of soil at maize flowering. High grain yields of ~3 t ha−1 were only achieved with C. juncea applied at 4 t C ha−1, which also had highest NO3-N leaching losses. Conversely, the same application rate increased N immobilization by 30% and 42% under maize stover and sawdust, respectively, relative to the control. Results from farmers’ fields showed that organic resources traditionally used on smallholder farms are invariably of low quality relative to C. juncea and C. calothyrsus. However, they exhibited shorter N immobilization effects than was shown for maize stover and sawdust at Makoholi, suggesting that pre-application treatments, such as composting, employed by farmers enhance seasonal N benefits from these materials. Maize yields increased linearly with total N added in these resources in combination with N fertilizer, justifying the high organic matter loading strategy (e.g. >20 t ha−1 for manure, fresh litter and composted litter) used by farmers who often achieve high crop yields on such coarse sandy soils in Zimbabwe.  相似文献

选择两种茬口(轮作茬、连作茬)和6种植物材料(党参、大蒜、玉米、黄芪、苦参、向日葵),组成党参单作和间作6种种植模式,设置茬口和间作模式两因素田间随机区组试验,通过监测不同生长时期党参的生长指标(蔓长、主根长、主根直径、地下部分鲜干重)、根部产量及品质指标(根部多糖含量、炔苷含量、醇溶性浸出物含量和灰分含量)的变化衡量不同茬口和间作植物对党参连作障碍的缓解效应。结果表明:(1)轮作茬口下党参单作及各间作处理对党参生长、品质和产量的改善效果都较连作茬口下明显,且两茬口下各间作处理的改善效果都较党参单作明显。(2)与向日葵、大蒜和玉米间作处理对两茬口党参的主根长、主根直径、地下部分鲜干重的提升效果比党参单作和其余间作处理(与黄芪、苦参间作)更显著。(3)大蒜和向日葵间作处理能够显著提高两茬口党参根部产量,尤其大蒜表现最优,与其间作的轮作茬和连作茬党参分别较各自对照增产49.92%和22.55%。(4)与大蒜间作能有效提升两茬口党参根部多糖含量、炔苷含量和醇溶性浸出物的含量,党参单作和其余间作处理对两茬口连作党参的品质提升效果不及大蒜间作处理理想。研究发现,从党参长势及根部产量和品质综合分析,两茬口下党参与大蒜间作最有利于党参植株生长,能有效缓解党参连作障碍,并显著提高其药用部位的产量和品质,且轮作茬口下的提高效应更明显。  相似文献

In this study, we quantify the impacts of climate and land use on soil N2O and CH4 fluxes from tropical forest, agroforest, arable and savanna ecosystems in Africa. To do so, we measured greenhouse gases (GHG) fluxes from 12 different ecosystems along climate and land‐use gradients at Mt. Kilimanjaro, combining long‐term in situ chamber and laboratory soil core incubation techniques. Both methods showed similar patterns of GHG exchange. Although there were distinct differences from ecosystem to ecosystem, soils generally functioned as net sources and sinks for N2O and CH4 respectively. N2O emissions correlated positively with soil moisture and total soil nitrogen content. CH4 uptake rates correlated negatively with soil moisture and clay content and positively with SOC. Due to moderate soil moisture contents and the dominance of nitrification in soil N turnover, N2O emissions of tropical montane forests were generally low (<1.2 kg N ha?1 year?1), and it is likely that ecosystem N losses are driven instead by nitrate leaching (~10 kg N ha?1 year?1). Forest soils with well‐aerated litter layers were a significant sink for atmospheric CH4 (up to 4 kg C ha?1 year?1) regardless of low mean annual temperatures at higher elevations. Land‐use intensification significantly increased the soil N2O source strength and significantly decreased the soil CH4 sink. Compared to decreases in aboveground and belowground carbon stocks enhanced soil non‐CO2 GHG emissions following land‐use conversion from tropical forests to homegardens and coffee plantations were only a small factor in the total GHG budget. However, due to lower ecosystem carbon stock changes, enhanced N2O emissions significantly contributed to total GHG emissions following conversion of savanna into grassland and particularly maize. Overall, we found that the protection and sustainable management of aboveground and belowground carbon and nitrogen stocks of agroforestry and arable systems is most crucial for mitigating GHG emissions from land‐use change.  相似文献

通过探究水分调亏对河西地区膜下滴灌菘蓝(Isatis indigotica)各项生理指标、产量和水分利用的影响, 为菘蓝高效节水种植提供理论指导。于2016年在河西走廊中部张掖市民乐县益民灌溉试验站进行菘蓝水分调亏研究, 在保持苗期和肉质根成熟期充分灌溉的情况下, 在菘蓝营养生长期和肉质根生长期分别进行轻度、中度和重度的水分亏缺处理, 并测定各项光合生理指标、产量和水分利用率。结果表明, 营养生长期和肉质根生长期的中度与重度水分亏缺显著降低了菘蓝叶片净光合速率、叶面积指数、株高及主根长, 并且随水分亏缺程度加重降幅增大; 而轻度水分亏缺与对照组的差异不显著。营养生长期和肉质根生长期轻度水分亏缺处理的菘蓝产量与水分利用效率最高, 分别达到8 239.56 kg·hm-2和24.11 kg·hm-2·mm-1; 其它水分亏缺处理组产量和水分利用效率均有所降低, 与对照组之间差异显著(P<0.05), 重度水分亏缺处理各项指标均最低。因此, 最优的菘蓝水分调控处理为营养生长期和肉质根生长期的轻度水分调亏, 能够降低菘蓝耗水量, 提高水分利用效率且其产量不会降低。  相似文献

优化水、氮供应是实现作物高产与水肥资源高效利用的有效途径.本文研究了田间试验条件下,水(4500、6750、9000 m3·hm-2)、氮(0、225、330、435、540 kg·hm-2)互作对高密度(≥105000 株·hm-2)滴灌玉米干物质积累、氮素吸收及产量的影响.结果表明: 玉米干物质积累与吸氮量均随灌溉和施氮水平的增加明显升高,当施氮量大于435 kg·hm-2和灌溉量大于9000 m3·hm-2时则呈减少趋势.完熟期玉米干物质积累对灌水的响应表现为W6750(36359 kg·hm-2)>W9000(35077 kg·hm-2)>W4500(33451 kg·hm-2),施氮对玉米吸氮量的变化表现为N435(459.9 kg·hm-2)>N540(458.1 kg·hm-2)>N330(416.3 kg·hm-2)>N225(351.3 kg·hm-2),N435比N330、N220分别升高9.1%、32.7%,N540比N435降低0.6%.在施氮量0~435 kg·hm-2范围内,玉米最大氮素吸收速率随施氮量增加而升高,在施氮量为435 kg·hm-2时达最大(6.57 kg·hm-2·d-1).灌水与施氮均可显著增加玉米产量、穗粒数和穗粒质量,二者有明显的正交互作用,且以氮为主效应.在施氮0~435 kg·hm-2范围内,氮肥利用率随施氮量的增加而升高,此后反而降低;灌溉水分生产率随施氮量升高而增加,随灌水量增加而明显下降,灌溉定额为4500~6750 m3·hm-2时,灌溉水分生产率可达2.57~3.80 kg·m-3.玉米最高产量18072 kg·hm-2的施氮量为567.0 kg·hm-2.最佳经济施氮量为427.9~467.7 kg N·hm-2时,玉米产量在17109~17138 kg·hm-2,氮素偏生产力和氮肥利用率分别达122 kg N·hm-2和45.0%.水氮一体化施肥可实现滴灌玉米高产协同水、氮利用效率的共同提高.  相似文献

通过2011、2012年连续两年田间试验, 研究了“小麦/玉米/大豆”间套作体系中不同施磷处理(小麦0、45、90、135、180 kg P2O5·hm-2, 记为WP0、WP1、WP2、WP3、WP4; 玉米0、37.5、75、112.5、150 kg P2O5·hm-2, 记为MP0、MP1、MP2、MP3、MP4)对玉米叶面积指数、干物质积累动态和磷肥利用效率的影响.结果表明: 在玉米与小麦共生期, 施磷明显增加了玉米叶面积指数(LAI)和群体光合势(LAD), 促进了茎、叶干物质的积累(DMA); 玉米拔节以后LAI、LAD、生长率(CGR)和DMA均随磷肥施用量的增加呈先增加后减少的趋势, 最大值都出现在MP2或MP3处理; 玉米生殖生长期营养器官的干物质输出随着磷肥施用量的增加而增加.玉米籽粒产量和体系总产量均随磷肥施用量的增加先增大后减少,都以P3处理为最高,分别为6588和11955 kg·hm-2.玉米磷肥表观利用率(PARE)以MP2处理最高(26.3%),分别比MP1(14.4%)、MP3(19.0%)、MP4(10.4%)处理高82.6%、38.4%和152.9%.综上,在麦/玉/豆间套作体系中,适量施用磷肥可促进玉米的生长、减轻小麦对玉米的影响,同时可提高玉米当季磷肥利用率,玉米的磷肥施用量在75~112.5 kg P2O5·hm-2为宜.  相似文献

The mediatophore is a presynaptic membrane protein that has been shown to translocate acetylcholine (ACh) under calcium stimulation when reconstituted into artificial membranes. The mediatophore subunit, a 15-kDa proteolipid, presents a very high sequence homology with the N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCCD)-binding proteolipid subunit of the vacuolar-type H(+)-ATPase. This prompted us to study the effect of DCCD, a potent blocker of proton translocation, on calcium-dependent ACh release. The present work shows that DCCD has no effect on ACh translocation either from Torpedo synaptosomes or from proteoliposomes reconstituted with purified mediatophore. However, using [14C]DCCD, we were able to demonstrate that the drug does bind to the 15-kDa proteolipid subunit of the mediatophore. These results suggest that although the 15-kDa proteolipid subunits of the mediatophore and the vacuolar H(+)-ATPase may be identical, different domains of these proteins are involved in proton translocation and calcium-dependent ACh release and that the two proteins have a different membrane organization.  相似文献

以蒙古黄芪为试验材料,设置大田随机区组试验,研究苗期、开花期和根茎伸长期叶面喷施不同浓度硅(500、1000、2000和4000 mg/L)对蒙古黄芪生长发育、抗氧化酶活性、药材产量和品质的影响,并检测施硅对黄芪白粉病、根腐病的防治效果,以揭示硅对增强黄芪抗病性、提升品质和产量的影响机理,为生产中蒙古黄芪的高效栽培提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)在不同生育时期,喷施不同浓度硅能增加蒙古黄芪株高、茎粗、株幅和叶绿素含量,促进蒙古黄芪生长,并以2000 mg/L硅处理效果较佳。(2)不同生育时期喷施硅能提高蒙古黄芪叶片SOD、CAT、POD和APX等抗氧化酶活性,降低MDA含量,以开花期、根茎伸长期2000 mg/L硅处理较佳。(3)施硅能有效降低蒙古黄芪白粉病、根腐病的病情指数,当施硅浓度为2000 mg/L时防效均达到最高,并分别达到47.05%和39.08%。(4)施硅处理能有效提高蒙古黄芪单株干、鲜生物量、产量以及可溶性浸出物和黄芪甲苷含量等品质指标,并在2000 mg/L硅浓度处理下均达到最佳水平,此时可溶性浸出物和黄芪甲苷含量分别比对照显著提高了16.48%和31.96%。研究发现,叶面喷施适宜浓度硅可显著增强蒙古黄芪对白粉病、根腐病的抗性,促进植株生长,进而显著提高药材产量,改善药材品质,并以硅浓度为2000 mg/L时效果最佳。  相似文献
