山地麻蜥年产多窝卵。窝卵数、窝卵重和卵重与雌体体长呈正相关,卵重与窝卵数无关。窝卵数、窝卵重和卵重不存在明显的季节变化。卵长径与卵短径呈正相关,卵长径、卵短径与窝卵数无关。雌体通过增加窝卵数和卵大小增加繁殖输出。孵出幼体的体重、体长、尾长、躯干干重、刺余卵黄不存在季节差异,但5月份孵出幼体的脂肪体高于4月份。  相似文献

在安徽滁州地区丽斑麻蜥(Eremias argus)年产两窝卵。窝卵数及窝卵重与雌体体长呈正相关,相对窝卵重与雌体体长无关,卵重与窝卵数无关。窝卵数、窝卵重及卵重在窝序间无明显的差异。卵长径与卵短径呈正相关,卵长径与窝卵数呈负相关,而卵短径与窝卵数无关。雌体主要通过增加窝卵数增加繁殖输出。  相似文献

为了评估转基因水稻释放后对非靶标害虫及其天敌的影响, 本研究在浙江大学实验农场和中国水稻研究所实验农场2008和2009年连续两年监测了转Bt基因水稻对田间稻飞虱着卵量、卵孵化率、卵被捕食率、卵被寄生率和卵死亡率的影响。结果表明: 两年2个调查地点3个水稻品系(克螟稻1、克螟稻2和秀水11)上的稻飞虱平均每分蘖着卵量、卵孵化率、卵被捕食率和卵被寄生率的趋势基本一致, 而且田间3个水稻品系上稻飞虱卵量的高峰期均持续2周左右; 但是两年2个调查地点3个水稻品系上稻飞虱卵死亡率则没有一致的趋势。此外, 总体上3个水稻品系上稻飞虱平均每分蘖着卵量、卵孵化率、卵被捕食率、卵被寄生率和卵死亡率差异均不显著(P>0.05)。因此, 稻田中转Bt基因水稻对稻飞虱卵没有显著的影响。  相似文献

尖吻蝮(Deinagkistrodon acutus)野生资源日益枯竭,食用和药用压力巨大,亟需开展人工养殖。目前尖吻蝮的人工养殖技术还不够成熟,大多数养殖场采用半地下室饲养尖吻蝮,有关该条件下尖吻蝮的繁殖特性报道较少。为促进尖吻蝮的人工养殖,2010年4—9月,在湖南永州市对半地下室圈养的尖吻蝮成体的体型指标、窝卵数、窝卵重、卵重等繁殖特征之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明:圈养尖吻蝮成年雌体产单窝柔性卵,平均窝卵数为23.0±7.8(13—37)枚(n=23);将产后雌体体重和窝卵重相加记为产前雌体体重,采用SPSS 13.0软件处理数据,设置α=0.05和α=0.01,发现产前雌体体重分别与窝卵数、窝卵重、卵重均呈显著相关性;产前雌体体长分别与窝卵数、窝卵重、卵重无显著相关性;窝卵数与卵重无显著相关性,卵重分别与卵短径、卵长径均呈显著相关性。产前体重在1000—1200 g之间的雌蛇所产窝卵数和单枚卵重的数值均较大且最集中,这保证了雌体繁殖输出后代的生存优势,对尖吻蝮人工养殖挑选雌性种蛇有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

产卵次序可对鸟类卵黄中的营养成分、卵壳色素以及卵壳厚度等产生影响。一些鸟类可通过产卵次序对不同卵的资源进行分配,从而实现繁殖成效的最大化。本研究对不同产卵次序下山麻雀(Passer cinnamomeus)的卵色、卵大小和卵重量进行分析,结果表明,山麻雀的卵重和卵大小随着产卵次序并无显著变化,卵色与卵的大小和重量均无显著相关性,但卵背景的色度随产卵次序有明显下降趋势,而卵斑点密度则呈相反的变化。卵背景的色度随产卵次序下降可能是山麻雀有限的色素在卵中不均匀分配的结果,而卵斑点密度的增加则可能是对后期卵壳厚度变薄的一种补偿。  相似文献

采用电子单纤强力仪对横纹金蛛Argiope bruennichi卵袋框丝、卵袋外覆盖层丝被与卵袋内层丝3种不同功能蜘蛛卵袋丝的力学行为进行测试研究,采用电子天平对卵袋丝的生物学功能进行量化,拟探明蜘蛛卵袋丝的力学行为与生物学功能之间的关系。结果表明,与卵袋框丝相比,卵袋内层丝负荷-位移曲线弹性区增加、屈服区小、加强区平缓、延展性好;卵袋框丝具有反复拉伸的特性,力学行为重复性好;卵袋框丝、卵袋内层丝和卵袋外覆盖层丝被的屈服点和断裂点负荷均远大于卵块重量,说明雌蛛在后代的保护方面投入巨大; 3种卵袋丝均满足各自生物学或生态学功能对其断裂点负荷、延展性等力学性能的要求。这对人们进行新型纤维材料的仿生设计具有重要的指导意义。  相似文献

本文报告南京地区中华按蚊近似群三种不同的种型:宽卵型、窄卵型及中间型。除中间型采获标本较少外,对于宽卵型和窄卵型的卵、幼虫、蛹、成虫的形态特征及其生态习性 进行了比较系统的研究。根据本文中举出各点,两种不同种型可以明显区别。 中华按蚊的宽卵型在南京地区分布很广,平原和山区都很普遍,幼虫孳生在各种不同类型的积水,尤其在水田、水塘、水沟等处。窄卵型主要分布在山区丘陵地带,幼虫孳生于水塘为主。 宽卵型和窄卵型都在9月份数量最多。宽卵型冬季以成蚊过冬。窄卵型冬季以卵粒过冬。 宽卵型主要栖息在畜舍、吸畜血兼吸人血,在午夜前后均能进行吸血活动。窄卵型白昼常栖息于户外,从通宵观察中捕获的少量雌蚊看来,以午夜以后侵入人屋居多,以刺吸人血为主。  相似文献

This study was designed to evaluate in suckling early pregnant beef cows with and without eCG-pre-stimulation: (i) the influence of day gestation (from 40 to 101 days) and the consecutive eCG treatments on the follicular growth induced by means of ultrasound-guided transvaginal follicle ablation (FA; all follicles ≥ 5 mm) and the number and quality oocytes recovered by ovum pick-up (OPU) and (ii) the possible effects of repeated hormonal stimulation and FA/OPU on pregnancy outcome. Twelve suckling early pregnant Angus cows (40 days post fixed-time artificial insemination) were randomly assigned to each of two groups (n=6 group(-1)). Group 1 treatments included: FA (Day 0), eCG (1600 IU; Day 1) and OPU (Day 5). Group 2: as cited Group 1 with no eCG treatment. In both groups, OPU was repeated five times (Days 45, 59, 73, 87 and 101 of gestation). The numbers (mean ± SEM) of class II (5-9 mm; 4.3 ± 0.9) and class III (≥10 mm; 2.5 ± 0.4) follicles visualized per cow per OPU session in eCG-treated cows were greater (P<0.05) than for non-treated cows (0.9 ± 0.1 and 0.9 ± 0.1, respectively). In contrast, the number (mean ± SEM) of class I (<5mm) follicles per cow per OPU session was lower for cows with eCG treatment (2.8 ± 0.4) than for non-treated cows (5.7 ± 0.5). The mean number of aspirated follicles was not significantly different (P<0.05) between eCG-treated cows and non-treated cows at 45 and 59 days of pregnancy. However, the mean number of aspirated follicles was greater (P=0.03) in eCG-treated cows than non-treated cows from 73 day of pregnancy onwards. The numbers (mean ± SEM) of recovered oocytes and viable oocytes/cow/session were greater (P<0.05) for eCG-treated cows (2.2 ± 0.2 and 1.6 ± 0.4, respectively) than for non-treated cows (1.0 ± 0.2 and 0.9 ± 0.2, respectively). No donor pregnancies were lost either during or following OPU procedure. We can conclude that (1) eCG-treated pregnant suckled cows can be a source of oocytes for IVF at least to 100 days of gestation and (2) repeated FA/eCG treatment/OPU procedures did not affect the pregnancy outcome.  相似文献

短命植物是荒漠生态系统的重要组成部分。为了解短命植物叶片N、P化学计量特征随生长季变化的特点,选择古尔班通古特沙漠6种优势短命植物(3种一年生短命植物,3种多年生类短命植物)为研究对象,对比了2种生活型短命植物叶片N、P化学计量特征随生长季变化特点。结果表明,3种一年生短命植物尖喙牻牛儿苗(Erodium oxyrrhynchum)、小花荆芥(Nepeta micrantha)以及条叶庭芥(Alyssum linifolium)N含量平均值(±标准差)分别为(11.23±7.16)、(14.11±6.38)和(10.85±6.14)mg·g–1;P含量平均值分别为(2.82±0.73)、(3.12±1.24)和(3.43±0.55)mg·g–1;3种多年生类短命植物独尾草(Eremurus chinensis)、雅葱(Scorzonera pusilla)和簇花芹(Soranthus meyeri)N含量的平均值分别为(19.97±5.94)(15.08±4.01)和(17.94±9.03)mg·g–1;P含量平均值分别为(3.55±0.83)、(2.73±1.11)和(5.03±0.65)mg·g–1。由此可见,短命植物在生长过程中叶片N-P化学计量特征存在一定差异。各物种N、P含量在生长初期都大于其它生长季节,在生长旺季随叶片生物量增加,N、P含量呈下降趋势;而在生长末季N、P含量又有所回升。相关性分析表明,不同生活型短命植物元素间的关系存在差异,但同一生活型短命植物元素间的关系并无显著差异,体现了种内一致性。  相似文献

Hyperoxia has been shown to attenuate the increase in pulmonary artery (PA) pressure associated with immersed exercise in thermoneutral water, which could serve as a possible preventive strategy for the development of immersion pulmonary edema (IPE). We tested the hypothesis that the same is true during exercise in cold water. Six healthy volunteers instrumented with arterial and PA catheters were studied during two 16-min exercise trials during prone immersion in cold water (19.9-20.9°C) in normoxia [0.21 atmospheres absolute (ATA)] and hyperoxia (1.75 ATA) at 4.7 ATA. Heart rate (HR), Fick cardiac output (CO), mean arterial pressure (MAP), pulmonary artery pressure (PAP), pulmonary artery wedge pressure (PAWP), central venous pressure (CVP), arterial and venous blood gases, and ventilatory parameters were measured both early (E, 5-6 min) and late (L, 15-16 min) in exercise. During exercise at an average oxygen consumption rate (Vo(2)) of 2.38 l/min, [corrected] CO, CVP, and pulmonary vascular resistance were not affected by inspired (Vo(2)) [corrected] or exercise duration. Minute ventilation (Ve), alveolar ventilation (Va), and ventilation frequency (f) were significantly lower in hyperoxia compared with normoxia (mean ± SD: Ve 58.8 ± 8.0 vs. 65.1 ± 9.2, P = 0.003; Va 40.2 ± 5.4 vs. 44.2 ± 9.0, P = 0.01; f 25.4 ± 5.4 vs. 27.2 ± 4.2, P = 0.04). Mixed venous pH was lower in hyperoxia compared with normoxia (7.17 ± 0.07 vs. 7.20 ± 0.07), and this result was significant early in exercise (P = 0.002). There was no difference in mean PAP (MPAP: 28.28 ± 8.1 and 29.09 ± 14.3 mmHg) or PAWP (18.0 ± 7.6 and 18.7 ± 8.7 mmHg) between normoxia and hyperoxia, respectively. PAWP decreased from early to late exercise in hyperoxia (P = 0.002). These results suggest that the increase in pulmonary vascular pressures associated with cold water immersion is not attenuated with hyperoxia.  相似文献

The ventricular response to passive heat stress has predominantly been studied in the supine position. It is presently unclear how acute changes in venous return influence ventricular function during heat stress. To address this question, left ventricular (LV) systolic and diastolic function were studied in 17 healthy men (24.3 ± 4.0 yr; mean ± SD), using two-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography with Doppler ultrasound, during tilt-table positioning (supine, 30° head-up tilt, and 30° head-down tilt), under normothermic and passive heat stress (core temperature 0.8 ± 0.1°C above baseline) conditions. The supine heat stress LV volumetric and functional response was consistent with previous reports. Combining head-up tilt with heat stress reduced end-diastolic (25.2 ± 4.1%) and end-systolic (65.4 ± 10.5%) volume from baseline, whereas heart rate (37.7 ± 2.0%), ejection fraction (9.4 ± 2.4%), and LV elastance (37.7 ± 3.6%) increased, and stroke volume (-28.6 ± 9.4%) and early diastolic inflow (-17.5 ± 6.5%) and annular tissue (-35.6 ± 7.0%) velocities were reduced. Combining head-down tilt with heat stress restored end-diastolic volume, whereas LV elastance (16.8 ± 3.2%), ejection fraction (7.2 ± 2.1%), and systolic annular tissue velocities (22.4 ± 5.0%) remained elevated above baseline, and end-systolic volume was reduced (-15.3 ± 3.9%). Stroke volume and the early and late diastolic inflow and annular tissue velocities were unchanged from baseline. This investigation extends previous work by demonstrating increased LV systolic function with heat stress, under varied levels of venous return, and highlights the preload dependency of early diastolic function during passive heat stress.  相似文献

High serum homocysteine (Hcy) level is regarded as an indicator for impairment of folate-dependent methionine cycle and is associated with oxidative stress. In a case control study, we evaluated eighty 3-5 years old Omani children (40 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and 40 their age and gender matched controls) for their fasting serum homocysteine levels as a biomarker of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Serum folate and vitamin B(12) status were also evaluated. The serum homocysteine was measured using an enzyme immunoassay (EIA) technique whereas folate and vitamin B(12) were measured using an automated random access immune-assay system. The results indicated that mean serum Hcy levels were significantly (P < 0.05) higher in autistic children (20.1 ± 3.3 μmol/L) as compared to controls (9.64 ± 2.1 μmol/L). Significantly (P < 0.05) lower serum folate (1.8 ± 0.4 μg/L) and vitamin B(12) (191.1 ± 0.9 pg/mL) levels were observed in autistic children as compared to controls (6.1 ± 0.6 μg/L and 288.9 ± 1.3 pg/mL, respectively). The levels of homocysteine in autistic children were also much higher as compared to normal reference values (5-15 μmol/L). The results suggest that high fasting serum homocysteine and low folate and vitamin B(12) levels could be used as clinical biomarkers for an early diagnosis and management of ASD.  相似文献

红瘰疣螈(Tylototriton shanjing)为国家Ⅱ级重点保护野生动物,对其繁殖生态尚无系统的研究。2007~2010年在云南省新平县哀牢山对红瘰疣螈形态、繁殖栖息地、求偶和交配行为、产卵及孵化等繁殖特征进行了研究。结果表明,红瘰疣螈雌雄两性在广泛的形态学度量特征上存在着差异;繁殖栖息地主要为稻田和潮湿的沟渠;参与繁殖的雌雄成体性比随繁殖时间的推移而不断变化,繁殖前期和后期雄性比例高,中期雌性比例高。求偶和交配主要在陆地潮湿的水沟中完成,也可在静水中进行。成体产卵活动从5月初持续至6月下旬,呈现出波浪式的产卵进程,个体完成产卵平均时间为(22.2±2.7)h。繁殖前期雌螈产卵于稻田,中后期产于多杂草的田埂草丛和泥壁,平均产卵数(126±18)枚(n=17)。平均孵化期(17.3±0.1)d(n=225),孵化率59.8%(n=79),孵化时幼体平均体长12.7mm(n=6)。  相似文献

2010年3~4月,在四川省稻城县对高原山鹑Perdix hodgsoniae越冬后期的昼间行为进行了初步观察,包括其活动规律、时间分配、日行为节律、群体解散过程、社群行为、交配行为、天敌及反捕行为等,并与近缘种及相关研究进行了对比。其活动时间分配如下:取食占69.31%±2.33%,休整占20.06%±2.26%,防卫占7.10%±0.71%,移动占3.53%±0.47%。每日10:00~14:00、15:00~16:00为高原山鹑取食行为的高峰,清晨、傍晚以及中午14:00~15:00为取食行为的低谷;休整行为的节律与之相反,清晨和傍晚是休整的高峰,中午为小高峰;清晨、傍晚及中午14:00~15:00防卫行为的频率稍高。高原山鹑群体大小为(11.39±0.97)只(1~30,n=41),群体间具有领域行为,相互间有攻击行为。群体自3月末开始逐渐解散。最早观察到的交配行为是在3月22日,多发生在上午和中午。  相似文献

Limited data exist concerning the dietary practices of young professional soccer players that compete within the United Kingdom. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the nutritional and activity habits of professional male soccer players (n = 10; age: 17 ± 1 years, height: 1.72 ± 0.01 m, mass: 67.5 ± 1.8 kg, estimated maximal aerobic capacity: 57.8 ± 0.9 ml·kg·min) who played for the youth team of a UK-based Championship club. All players recorded their 7-day dietary intake and activity habits during a competitive week that included a match day, 4- training days, and 2 rest days in the first half of the 2009/2010 playing season. The intake of carbohydrates (5.9 ± 0.4 g·kg·d), proteins (1.7 ± 0.1 g·kg·d), and fats (1.5 ± 0.1 g·kg·d) represented 56 ± 1, 16 ± 1, and 31 ± 1% of the mean daily energy intake respectively. The intake of fiber was found to be significantly lower than Recommended Nutrient Intake (RNI) values (67% of RNI, p < 0.001), whereas all other analyzed micronutrients met or exceeded recommended values. A mean daily energy deficit of 788 ± 174 kcal existed because daily energy expenditures exceeded that of intake (3,618 ± 61 vs. 2831 ± 164 kcal, p = 0.001). The mean daily fluid intake was 3.2 ± 0.3 L. Consequently, the nutritional practices of the sampled group of professional youth soccer players were inadequate to sustain optimized performance throughout training and match play. Youth soccer players should therefore seek to ensure that their diets contain adequate energy through increased total caloric intake, while also optimizing the proportion of energy derived from carbohydrates and ensuring that enough fiber-rich foods are consumed.  相似文献

The 20-m shuttle run (20-mSRT) is a widely used field test to estimate peak oxygen consumption (VO2peak) and thus to assess aerobic fitness of adolescents (11). The purpose of this study was to analyse differences in basic anthropometric measurements (stature, body mass, percent body fat, BMI) and in aerobic fitness of Hungarian and Ukrainian adolescent boys and girls. We examined gender differences in maximal speed (km h-1), in peak VO2 (mL kg-1 min-1) and maximal heart rate (HRmax min-1). Two hundred ninety-two Ukrainian (mean age=16.5±0.5) and 374 (mean age=16.5±0.5) Hungarian adolescents volunteered to participate in this study. Differences were analysed using factorial analysis of the variance (ANOVA) and Student's t-test. Statistical significance was set at p<0.05. Hungarian boys and girls were significantly taller, heavier and had higher percent body fat than their Ukrainian counterparts. Altogether 10% of Hungarians and 7% of Ukrainians were classified overweight or obese according to Cole's BMI classification (4). VO2peak of Ukrainians (mean=49.44±5.29 mL kg-1 min-1) were significantly higher than that of Hungarians (mean=41.93±8.40 mL kg-1 min-1). Maximal heart rate also differed significantly (Ukrainians mean=201.12±8.43 min-1 vs. Hungarians mean=185.38±18.38 min-1).In conclusion, aerobic fitness of the Ukrainian adolescents was significantly higher than that of the Hungarians independently of BMI or gender.  相似文献

目的:评价外科治疗马凡综合征合并急性StandfordA型夹层的效果。方法:回顾性分析2007年7月至2010年7月外科治疗12例马凡综合征合并急性StandfordA型夹层病例的临床资料。采用改良Mini—root手术方式代替Bentall手术。结果:主动脉阻断时间69~103min,平均(78.7±28.6)min,体外循环时间79~122min,平均(98.3±23.8)min。术后早期存活11例,死亡1例,死亡率8.3%。术后随访时间2~37个月,平均(18.2±8.6)个月,其中1例术后24月发生急性腹主动脉夹层,予以实施腔内支架隔绝术成功以治愈出院。术后与术前左心室舒张末径分别为45~58mm,平均(50.2±5.6)mnq和53~69mm,平均(61.3±4.6)mm(P〈0.01)。结论:马凡综合征合并急性Standford A型夹层一经确诊则需急诊手术,及时的外科手术是治疗该病的有效方法,而且应用改良Mini—root手术方式疗效满意。  相似文献
