The precursors [M(ESDTM)Cl(2)] (M=Pt(II), Pd(II); ESDTM=EtO(2)CCH(2)(CH(3))NCS(2)Me, S-methyl(ethylsarcosinedithiocarbamate)) were synthesized as previously reported [J. Inorg. Biochem. 83 (2001) 31] and used to obtain [M(ESDT)Cl](n) (ESDT=ethylsarcosinedithiocarbamate anion) species. The complexes formed through reaction between [M(ESDT)Cl](n) and the two chiral amino-alcohols synephryne (Syn) and norphenylephrine (Nor) have been synthesized, with the ultimate goal of preparing mixed dithiocarbamate/amino metal complexes of the type [M(ESDT)(Am)Cl] (Am=Syn, Nor). These compounds have been isolated, purified and characterized by means of FT-IR, mono- and bidimensional NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry ESI/MS (electronspray mass spectra). The experimental data suggest that in all cases coordination of the dithiocarbamate ligand (ESDT) takes a place through the two sulfur atoms, the -NCSS moiety acting as a symmetrical bidentate chelating group, in a square-planar geometry around the M(II) ion, while the other two coordination positions are occupied by the chlorine atom and the amino-alcohol ligand, respectively. In particular, synephrine and norphenylephrine appear to be bound to the metal atom through the amino nitrogen atom by means of a dative bond. Finally, the biological activity of the new complexes has been studied by MTT (tetrazolio salt reduction) test and by detecting the inhibition of DNA synthesis and of clonal growth in various cancer cell lines. All Pd(II) derivatives showed a noticeable activity very close to that of cisplatin, used as reference drug. Moreover, they showed significantly reduced cross-resistance to cisplatin in a pair of cell lines (2008/C13*) with known acquired cisplatin resistance mechanisms.  相似文献

A new palladium(II) complex 1 of the condensation product of 2-(diphenylphosphino)benzaldehyde (dpba) and ethyl hydrazinoacetate (etha) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, and (1)H NMR spectroscopy. The bound ligand is a bidentate (PN chromophore), the remaining two coordination places being occupied by chloride ions in overall square planar geometry. The cytotoxic activity of the complex 1 and two related Pd(II) and Pt(II) complexes 2 and 3 was tested against a panel of four tumor cell lines. The activity of the complexes was similar to that of cisplatin, the most widely used metal-based antitumor drug. It is important to notice that complexes 2 and 3 were active to cisplatin-resistant U2-OS/Pt cells. Cell cycle alteration investigation, apoptotic assay and gelatin zymography in relation to invasion and metastasis of tumor cells, were performed with all the investigated complexes on Human cervix carcinoma (HeLa) cells. The results suggest that 1 has a similar effect to cisplatin, inducing apoptosis followed by arrest of cells in S phase of cell cycle, while 2 and 3 induce apoptosis without significant perturbations of cell cycle distribution.  相似文献

Following a recent investigation into cimetidine interactions with copper(II) and zinc(II), the present work deals with the study of coordination equilibria relative to the main metabolite of this drug, i.e. cimetidine sulfoxide, with the same metal ions under physiological conditions.Computer simulations were run on the basis of the corresponding complex stability constants, in order to assess the extent to which cimetidine sulfoxide may affect copper(II) and zinc(II) plasma distributions during long term cimetidine therapy. No significant effect of this kind can be expected from cimetidine sulfoxide for plasma concentrations corresponding to usual therapeutic levels of the patent molecule, even for patients presenting with impaired renal function.  相似文献

Oxidative addition reactions between [M(PPh(3))(4)] (M=Pt and Pd) and N1-methylthymine (t)/3',5'-di-O-acetylthymidine (T) were carried out to give [M(II)(PPh(3))(2)Cl t (or T)] complexes, in which the metal is coordinated to the N3 of the base. All complexes were characterized by spectroscopic analyses (IR, NMR) and Fast Atom Bombardment mass spectrometry (FAB-MS); X-ray data for the thymine complexes and elemental analysis for the thymidine complexes are reported. The antiproliferative activity of the complexes was tested on human chronic myelogenous leukaemia K562 cells. Arrested polymerase-chain reaction analysis was carried on to correlate antiproliferative activity and inhibition of DNA replication. All Pd and Pt complexes exhibit antiproliferative activity, Pd complexes resulting always more active than Pt complexes. Arrested PCR data are strongly in agreement with the effects on cell growth, suggesting that inhibition of the DNA replication by the synthesized compounds is the major basis for their in vitro antiproliferative activity.  相似文献

The paper reports the synthesis, the chemical characterization and the IR data of new Pt(II) and Pt(IV) complexes, as well as their cytostatic activities on KB cells and antitumour properties against three tumour systems (P388 and L1210 leukemias and advanced B16 melanoma). The following ligands were used: 2,5-dichloroaniline, 3,4-dichloroaniline, 2,4,6-trichloroaniline, 3,4,5-trichloroaniline, 2,3,4,5-tetrachloroaniline and 2,3,5,6-tetrachloroaniline. The tri- and tetrachloroaniline-Pt(II) complexes displayed a fairly good antileukemic activity but lower than cisplatin. The effect of these compounds against advanced B16 melanoma appears more interesting. They show an activity comparable or in some cases higher than cisplatin and other 1,2-diaminocyclohexane-Pt(II) complexes. The M.O. Huckel's calculations were performed on the ligand molecules in order to help us to draw a structure-activity relationship for new compounds.  相似文献

Antitumor effects of a known bis(imino-quinolyl)palladium(II) complex 1 and its newly synthesized platinum(II) analogue 2 were evaluated against human breast (MCF-7) and human colon (HT-29) cancer cell lines. The complexes gave cytotoxicity profiles that were better than the reference drug cisplatin. The highest cytotoxic activities were pronounced in complex 2 across the two examined cancer cell lines. Both compounds represent potential active drugs based on bimetallic complexes.  相似文献

Pd(II) and Pt(II) new complexes with simple aromatic diamines were synthesised and characterised with the aim of studying their possible antitumour activity. The aromatic diamines chosen were 2,3-diaminotoluene (2,3 dat), 3,4-diaminotoluene (3,4 dat), 4,5-diaminoxylene (4,5 dax) and 2,3-diaminophenol (2,3 dap). The complexes, of formulae cis-[MCl(2)(diamine)], were characterised by elemental analysis, conductivity measurements, 1H, 13C(1H) and 195Pt NMR spectroscopy. The X-ray crystal structure was also resolved for the palladium complexes with 2,3-diaminotoluene and 4,5-diaminoxylene. The DNA adduct formation of the eight new complexes synthesised was followed by circular dichroism and electrophoretic mobility. Atomic force microscopy images of the modifications caused by the complexes on plasmid DNA pBR322 were also obtained. Values of IC50 were also calculated for the four platinum complexes against the cisplatin resistant tumour cell line A2780cisR.  相似文献

This work reports on the synthesis, characterization and biological activity of new coordination compounds of the type [M(TSDTM)X(2)] (M=Pt(II), Pd(II); X=Cl, Br; TSDTM=ter-butylsarcosine(S-methyl)dithiocarbamate) and [Pd(TSDT)X](n) (TSDT=ter-butylsarcosinedithiocarbamate) in order to study their behavior as potential antitumor agents. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by means of elemental analysis, FT-IR, (1)H and (13)C-NMR spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis, suggesting a chelate S,S' structure of the TSDTM/TSDT ligand in a square-planar geometry. Finally, the synthesized complexes have been tested for in vitro cytotoxic activity against human leukemic HL60 and adenocarcinoma HeLa cells; the most active compound [Pt(TSDTM)Br(2)], characterized by IC(50) values very similar to those of the reference compound (cisplatin), was also tested for in vitro nephrotoxicity showing a very low renal cytotoxicity as compared to cisplatin itself.  相似文献

Cisplatin is an important antineoplastic agent, but dose-limiting nephrotoxicity and the occurrence of cellular resistance prevent its potential efficacy. Moreover, cisplatin is known to be carcinogenic and genotoxic in mammalian cells and this feature is of a special interest due to the risk of inducing secondary malignancies. There is a great interest in developing new platinum agents that have broad spectrum of antitumor activity and reduced toxicity. We have recently synthesized a novel platinum(II) coordination complex containing a pyridine nucleus and a dithiocarbamate moiety as ligands, [Pt(ESDT)(Py)Cl], in order to obtain an agent with more favorable therapeutic indices than cisplatin. In this study, the new platinum(II) complex was tested for its cytotoxicity, by MTT assay, on various human cancer cell lines also including different cisplatin-resistant cells endowed with different mechanisms of resistance. On human peripheral blood lymphocytes we evaluated the genotoxic potential of [Pt(ESDT)(Py)Cl] via micronuclei and SCE detection. We also performed in vivo experiments with the purpose of investigating the antitumor and nephrotoxic effects of the new platinum(II) complex. The antitumor activity was studied in ascitic or solid Ehrlich carcinoma bearing mice while nephrotoxicity was monitored in male Wistar rats by means of histopathological findings of renal specimens and of biochemical investigation on urinary parameters (GS and NAG activities and of TUP excretion) of urine samples. The results reported here indicate that [Pt(ESDT)(Py)Cl] showed a remarkable in vitro antitumor activity (with IC50 values about twofold as low as those of cisplatin), moreover, it markedly circumvented the acquired cisplatin resistance in selected human cancer cells. The analysis of the cytogenetic damage in normal cells clearly attested that the new dithiocarbamate complex, tested at equitoxic concentrations, is less genotoxic than cisplatin. Chemotherapy in Ehrlich carcinoma bearing mice with [Pt(ESDT)(Py)Cl] was significantly better tolerated than that with cisplatin. Against the ascitic tumor, [Pt(ESDT)(Py)Cl], showed an activity noticeably higher than that of cisplatin in increasing the life span of treated animals (% T/C = 190 and 129, respectively). In solid-tumor-bearing mice, [Pt(ESDT)(Py)Cl] induced a tumor size reduction very close to that observed with the reference compound. Finally, our findings obtained from the nephrotoxicity studies demonstrated [Pt(ESDT)(Py)Cl] was not nephrotoxic, contrary to cisplatin which caused a notorious acute proximal tubular damage. In summary, [Pt(ESDT)(Py)Cl] may be considered as a new platinum(II) complex with remarkable antitumor activity and low nephrotoxicity and genotoxicity compared with cisplatin.  相似文献

Supramolecular complexes consisting of ruthenium chromophores and a cisplatin unit represent an emerging class of bioactive molecules of interest as anti-cancer agents. Although the ability of Ru(II)/Pt(II) heteronuclear complexes to bind to DNA has been demonstrated, the in vivo activity of these complexes has not yet been reported. In the present work, we report the anti-bacterial activity of the complex [(tpy)RuCl(dpp)PtCl(2)](PF(6)) (where dpp=2,3-bis(2-pyridyl)pyrazine, tpy=2,2':6',2'-terpyridine). The impact on bacterial cell growth of exposure to different concentrations of [(tpy)RuCl(dpp)PtCl(2)](PF(6)) and cisplatin was studied. The bioactivity of this complex was found to be due to the presence of the cis-PtCl(2) moiety, as the monometallic synthon [(tpy)RuCl(dpp)](PF(6)) did not inhibit bacterial cell growth.  相似文献

Mucin 1 (MUC1) is overexpressed in various cancer cells especially in breast cancer cells. There are known research works on the use of anti-MUC1 antibody with docetaxel in ovarian cancer, but there are no data about combined therapy platinum compounds with anti-MUC1 in breast cancer. The aim of the study was to evaluate the antiproliferative properties of a new dinuclear platinum(II) complex (Pt12) used with anti-MUC1 in human breast cancer cells. The dinuclear platinum(II) complex (Pt12) has been synthesized, and its cytotoxicity with anti-MUC1 has been tested in both MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells. In this study, the effects of Pt12 with anti-MUC1 on collagen and DNA biosynthesis in human breast cancer cells were compared to those evoked by cisplatin and cisplatin with anti-MUC1. The mechanism of action of Pt12 with anti-MUC1 was studied employing flow cytometry assessment of annexin V binding assay. It was found that Pt12 with anti-MUC1 was more active inhibitor of DNA and collagen synthesis as well more cytotoxic agent than Pt12 alone and cisplatin with anti-MUC1. Cytotoxicity of Pt12 with anti-MUC1 against breast cancer cells is due to apoptotic cell death as well as necrotic cell death. These results indicate that the use of Pt12 with anti-MUC1 may constitute a novel strategy in the chemotherapy of breast cancer tumors.  相似文献

Synthesis and physical-chemistry characterization of five new genuine complex compounds of 1-Benzylidine-2-phenazinoylhydrazine with Pd(II), Pt(II), Ni(II), Hg(II) and Cu(I) are presented. The chemical structure for these complexes is suggested by the elemental chemical analysis, molecular mass measurements, electric conductivities as well as by IR and UV-VIS spectra. The metal:ligand molar ratio is found 1:1, the obtained complexes belonging to the square planar geometry D4h.  相似文献

The [M(ESDT)Cl](n) (M=Pt(II), Pd(II); ESDT=EtO(O)CCH(2)N(CH(3))CS(2)(-), ethylsarcosinedithiocarbamate ion) species have been reacted with 2- or 3-picoline in dichloromethane in order to obtain mixed ligand complexes of the type [M(ESDT)(L)Cl] (L=2-picoline, 3-picoline). The synthesized compounds have been isolated, purified and characterized by means of elemental analyses, (1)H-/(13)C-/(1)H(13)C-HMBC (heteronuclear multiple bonding coherence) NMR and FT-IR spectroscopy. The biological activity of the compounds reported here has been then determined in terms of cell growth inhibition, DNA synthesis inhibition, detection of interstrand cross-links and DNA-protein cross-links, and micronuclei (MN) detection on a panel of tumor cell lines both sensitive and resistant to cisplatin. On the basis of the experimental results, coordination in the above mentioned complexes takes place in a near square-planar geometry, the dithiocarbamate moiety acting as a chelating agent, whereas the two remaining coordination sites are occupied by a chlorine atom and an amino ligand. Above all, [Pt(ESDT)(2-picoline)Cl] complex has shown very encouraging cytotoxicity levels higher or, at least, comparable to those exerted by cisplatin in the same experimental conditions.  相似文献

Crystals of a novel platinum(II) complex with squarato ligand, [Pt(3)(mu(2)-C(4)O(4))(3)(H(2)NPr(i))(6)].3H(2)O (1) (H(2)NPr(i)=ipa), have been isolated from the aqueous solution of cis-[Pt(H(2)O)(2)(H(2)NPr(i))(2)]SO(4) and barium squarate. Slow evaporation of methanol solution of cis-[Pt(NO(3))(2)(H(2)NPr(i))(2)] (2) resulted in crystallization of nitrato complex. The single crystal X-ray diffraction method was used to determine structures of 1 and 2. Complex 1 crystallizes in a triclinic space group P1 with a=11.17380(10)A, b=14.4535(2)A, c=14.8010(2)A, alpha=86.0901(10) degrees , beta=78.4343(11) degrees , gamma=69.1915(5) degrees , and complex 2 in a monoclinic space group P2(1)/n, with a=10.1161(2)A, b=9.9188(2)A, c=13.3766(2)A, beta=102.7360(7) degrees . The X-ray structure analysis revealed that three platinum atoms in 1 are connected with three squarates which adopt bis(unidentate) binding modes. The squarato ligands span relatively long intramolecular Ptcdots, three dots, centeredPt distances (4.8842(3)-5.2699(3)A). A pair of cis positioned isopropylamine ligands completes a square planar coordination sphere of each Pt(II) ion. The square-planar coordination of complex 2 consists of two cis positioned isopropylamine ligands and two nitrato ligands. The results of cytotoxicity assay of trimer 1, monomer 2 and cis-diamminedichloroplatinum(II) (cisplatin) performed on human bladder tumor cell line T24 provide evidence that complex 2 is less cytotoxic compared to cisplatin and that the survival of tumor cells after exposure to 1 was minimally reduced.  相似文献

Complexes of the general structure cis-[PtX(2)(hydrazide)(2)] and cis-[PtX(2)NH(3)(hydrazide)], where X=Cl(-), Br(-) and I(-), and hydrazide=cyclohexylcarboxylic acid hydrazide (chcah), cyclopentylcarboxylic acid hydrazide (cpcah), 3-aminocyclohexanspiro-5-hydantoin (achsh) and 3-aminocyclopentanspiro-5-hydantoin (acpsh), were investigated with respect to aqueous stability, DNA platination rates and cytotoxic activity on a panel of seven human cancer cell lines as well as a cisplatin-resistant cell line. Stabilities in aqueous solution, determined by RP-HPLC and UV-Vis methods, were highly dependent on the type of halide ligand, with stability decreasing in the order I(-)>Cl(-)>Br(-). Added chloride (100 mM) only stabilized the dichloro-Pt(II) complexes containing the hydrazide as part of a hydantoin ring (i.e., achsh). Platination of calf thymus DNA determined by AAS was most rapid with dichloro-Pt(II) complexes containing achsh ligand. The mixed-amine dichloro-Pt(II) complexes with either chcah or cpcah ligands also platinated DNA >80%, but at a slower rate, while dihydrazide dichloro-Pt(II) complexes with either chcah or cpcah ligands resulted in <25% DNA platination at 24 h. cis-[PtX(2)(hydrazide)(2)], where hydrazide=chcah or cpcah, were the most potent compounds (chcah>cpcah), but activity was independent of the halide ligand (I(-)=Cl(-)=Br(-)). These complexes showed no cross-resistance with cisplatin, but they also showed little differentiation in potency over the seven cell lines. Complexes with the hydantoin ligands achsh and acpsh were inactive in all cell lines. Thus, neither stability in aqueous media nor covalent binding to DNA are correlated with biological activity, suggesting that cis-dihydrazide Pt(II) complexes act by a unique mechanism of action.  相似文献

In search for novel biologically active metal based compounds, an evaluation of in vitro cytotoxic, antioxidant, and antimicrobial activity of new Pt(II) complex and its Zn(II), Cu(II), and Co(III) analogues, with NNO tridentately coordinated N‐heteroaromatic Schiff base ligand (E)‐2‐[N′‐(1‐pyridin‐2‐yl‐ethylidene)hydrazino]acetate, was performed. Investigation of antioxidative properties showed that all of the compounds have strong radical scavenging potencies. The Zn(II) complex showed potent inhibition of DNA cleavage by hydroxyl radical. A cytotoxic action of investigated compounds was evaluated on cultures of human promyelocitic leukaemia (HL‐60), human glioma (U251), rat glioma (C6), and mouse melanoma (B16) cell lines. It was shown that binuclear pentacoordinated Zn(II) complex possesses a strong dose‐dependent cytotoxic activity, of the same order of magnitude as cisplatin on B16, C6, and U251 cells. Furthermore, Zn(II) complex causes oxidative stress‐induced apoptotic death of HL‐60 leukemic cells, associated with caspase activation, phosphatidylserine externalization, and DNA fragmentation.  相似文献

c-Src is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase which plays a significant role in the growth mediated signaling pathway impacting cellular proliferation, differentiation, mobility, survival and transformation. Myristoylation of pp60(c-src) leads to its membrane association and activation, a process catalyzed by N-myristoyltransferase (NMT). We have shown earlier increased NMT activity in the early stages of colon cancer. A novel sulfur nitrogen donor ligand and its Cu(II) and Mn(III) complexes have been prepared and characterized using various physicochemical analyses. These Cu(II) and Mn(III) complexes showed cytotoxicity against the colon cancer cell line HT29. The IC(50) for Cu(II) and Mn(III) complexes were 12.2 and 16.1 microM, respectively. HT29 cells treated with Cu(II) and Mn(III) complexes induced apoptosis and inhibited endogenous NMT activity. Furthermore, they induced higher levels of hsc70 and inhibited the expression of c-Src. Inhibition of endogenous NMT activity by metal complexes was demonstrated for the first time. This study also suggested that NMT activity is crucial for cell survival and demonstrated that cessation in activity results in apoptosis. These metal complexes may prove to be novel therapeutic agents for cancer targeting NMT.  相似文献

The complexes cis-diamminebis-cholylglycinate (O,O') [Pt(II) C(52)H(90)N(4)O(12)Pt, for convenience referred to as Bamet-R1] and cis-diamminebis-ursodeoxycholate (O,O') Pt(II) (C(48)H(84)N(2)O(8)Pt, Bamet-UD2) were prepared. The structural integrity of the compounds was confirmed by elemental analysis, FT-IR, NMR, FAB-MS, and UV spectroscopies. The kinetic study of both compounds was accomplished by combining the conductivity measurement and those of the analysis of the electronic spectra in aqueous solution for NaCl concentrations of 4 mM (similar to cytoplasmatic concentration), 150 mM (similar to plasmatic concentration), and 500 mM. In water, the compound Bamet-R1 showed a half-life, t(1/2), of 3.0 h. This compound forms the chelate species through loss of a ligand, and the other one acts as a bidentate ligand. Ring opening in the presence of chloride ion was produced with a k(Cl)()-of 0.25 M(-)(1) h(-)(1). The half-life of Bamet-UD2 in aqueous solution was 3.2 h. However, since this species is not able to chelate and has a lower degree of solubility in the presence of chloride ion, its kinetic behavior was very different from that of the other compound. We consider this to be of great interest with regards to its cytostatic activity. All kinetic measurements were performed under pseudo-first-order conditions, and a pseudo-first-order behavior was found. The antitumoral effect of Bamet-UD2 on several cell lines derived from rat hepatoma, human hepatoma, mouse leukemia, and human colon carcinoma was found to be, in general, similar to that of cisplatin, but higher than that observed for Bamet-R1.  相似文献

Modifications in the structure of a 260 bp DNA (hlyM) fragment from Escherichia coli caused by interaction with Pd(II) and Pt(II) complexes were studied. Cisplatin and transplatin [cis- and trans-PtCl2(NH3)2 respectively], Pt2Cl2(Spym)4 (Spym = 2-mercaptopyrimidine anion), Pd-famotidine and Pt-famotidine were incubated with DNA for 24 h at 37 degrees C and then observed with an atomic force microscope. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) provides the opportunity for nanometer resolution in research on the interaction between nucleic acids and metal complexes. The complexes induced noticeable changes in DNA topography according to their different characteristics and structure. In the case of cisplatin a shortening in DNA strands was observed. Transplatin and Pt2Cl2(Spym)4 caused shortening and compaction, whilst an aggregation of two strands was observed for the Pt-famotidine compound but not for the Pd-famotidine compound or the metal-free famotidine.  相似文献

Some new complexes of mefenamic acid with potentially interesting biological activity are described. The complexes of mefenamic acid [Mn(mef)(2)(H(2)O)(2)], 1, [Co(mef)(2)(H(2)O)(2)], 2, [Ni(mef)(2)(H(2)O)(2)], 3, [Cu(mef)(2)(H(2)O)](2), 4 and [Zn(mef)(2)], 5, were prepared by the reaction of mefenamic acid, a potent anti-inflammatory drug with metal salts. Optical and infrared spectral data of these new complexes are reported. Monomeric six-coordinated species were isolated in the solid state for Mn(II), Ni(II) and Co(II), dimeric five-coordinated for Cu(II) and monomeric four-coordinated for Zn(II). In DMF or CHCl(3) solution the coordination number is retained and the coordinated molecules of water are replaced by solvent molecules. The anti-oxidant properties of the complexes were evaluated using the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl, DPPH, free radical scavenging assay. The scavenging activities of the complexes were measured and compared with those of the free drug and vitamin C. We have explored their ability to inhibit soybean lipoxygenase, beta-glucuronidase and trypsin- induced proteolysis. The complex [Mn(mef)(2)(H(2)O)(2)] exhibits the highest antioxidant activity and the highest inhibitory effect against the soybean lipogygenase (LOX), properties that are not demonstrated by mefenamic acid. Their inhibitory effects on rat paw edema induced by Carrageenan was studied and compared with those of mefenamic acid. The complex [Zn(mef)(2)] exhibited a strong inhibitory effect at 0.1 mmol/Kg B.W. (81.5 +/- 1.3% inhibition), superior to the inhibition induced by mefenamic acid at the same dose (61.5 +/- 2.3% inhibition). Mefenamic acid and its metal complexes have been evaluated for antiproliferative activity in vitro against the cells of three human cancer cell lines: MCF-7 (human breast cancer cell line), T24 (bladder cancer cell line), A-549 (non-small cell lung carcinoma) and a mouse fibroblast L-929 cell line. The copper(II) complex displays against T24, MCF-7 and L-929 cancer cell lines, IC(50) values in a microM range similar to that of the antitumor drug cis-platin and they are considered for further stages of screening in vitro and/or in vivo as agents with potential antitumor activity.  相似文献
