Recently, it was reported that the product of Birt-Hogg-Dubé syndrome gene (folliculin, FLCN) is directly phosphorylated by 5′-AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK). In this study, we identified serine 62 (Ser62) as a phosphorylation site in FLCN and generated an anti-phospho-Ser62-FLCN antibody. Our analysis suggests that Ser62 phosphorylation is indirectly up-regulated by AMPK and that another residue is directly phosphorylated by AMPK. By binding with FLCN-interacting proteins (FNIP1 and FNIP2/FNIPL), Ser62 phosphorylation is increased. A phospho-mimic mutation at Ser62 enhanced the formation of the FLCN-AMPK complex. These results suggest that function(s) of FLCN-AMPK-FNIP complex is regulated by Ser62 phosphorylation.

In mammals, 5′-AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) is a heterotrimeric protein composed of a catalytic serine/threonine kinase subunit (α) and two regulatory subunits (β and γ). The γ-subunit senses the intracellular energy status by competitively binding AMP and ATP and is thought to be responsible for allosteric regulation of the whole complex. We describe herein the crystal structure of protein MJ1225 from Methanocaldococcus jannaschii complexed to AMP, ADP, and ATP. Our data provide evidence of a strong conservation of the key functional features seen in the γ-subunit of the eukaryotic AMPK, and more importantly, it reveals a novel AMP binding site, herein denoted as site E, which had not been previously described in cystathionine β-synthase domains so far. Site E is located in a small cavity existing between the α-helices structurally equivalent to those disrupting the internal symmetry of each Bateman domain in γ-AMPKs and shows striking similarities with a symmetry-related crevice of the mammalian enzyme that hosts the pathological mutation N488I.  相似文献

Salicylate (SAL) has been recently implicated in the antidiabetic effect in humans. We assessed whether 5′-AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) in skeletal muscle is involved in the effect of SAL on glucose homeostasis. Rat fast-twitch epitrochlearis and slow-twitch soleus muscles were incubated in buffer containing SAL. Intracellular concentrations of SAL increased rapidly (<5 min) in both skeletal muscles, and the Thr172 phosphorylation of the α subunit of AMPK increased in a dose- and time-dependent manner. SAL increased both AMPKα1 and AMPKα2 activities. These increases in enzyme activity were accompanied by an increase in the activity of 3-O-methyl-d-glucose transport, and decreases in ATP, phosphocreatine, and glycogen contents. SAL did not change the phosphorylation of insulin receptor signaling including insulin receptor substrate 1, Akt, and p70 ribosomal protein S6 kinase. These results suggest that SAL may be transported into skeletal muscle and may stimulate AMPK and glucose transport via energy deprivation in multiple muscle types. Skeletal muscle AMPK might be part of the mechanism responsible for the metabolic improvement induced by SAL.  相似文献

Aims

SIRT1 and AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) share common activators, actions and target molecules. Previous studies have suggested that a putative SIRT1-AMPK regulatory network could act as the prime initial sensor for calorie restriction-induced adaptations in skeletal muscle—the major site of insulin-stimulated glucose disposal. Our study aimed to investigate whether a feedback loop exists between AMPK and SIRT1 in skeletal muscle and how this may be involved glucose tolerance.

Main methods

To investigate this, we used skeletal muscle-specific AMPKα1/2 knockout mice (AMPKα1/2−/−) fed ad libitum (AL) or a 30% calorie restricted (CR) diet and L6 rat myoblasts incubated with SIRT1 inhibitor (EX527).

Key findings

CR-AMPKα1/2−/− displayed impaired glucose tolerance (*p < 0.05), in association with down-regulated SIRT1 and PGC-1α expression (< 300% vs. CR-WT, ±±p < 0.01). Moreover, AMPK activity was decreased following SIRT1 inhibition in L6 cells (~ 0.5-fold vs. control, *p < 0.05).

Significance

This study demonstrates that skeletal muscle-specific AMPK deficiency impairs the beneficial effects of CR on glucose tolerance and that these effects may be dependent on reduced SIRT1 levels.  相似文献

Background

Hearing thresholds of fishes are typically acquired under laboratory conditions. This does not reflect the situation in natural habitats, where ambient noise may mask their hearing sensitivities. In the current study we investigate hearing in terms of sound pressure (SPL) and particle acceleration levels (PAL) of two cichlid species within the naturally occurring range of noise levels. This enabled us to determine whether species with and without hearing specializations are differently affected by noise.

Methodology/Principal Findings

We investigated auditory sensitivities in the orange chromide Etroplus maculatus, which possesses anterior swim bladder extensions, and the slender lionhead cichlid Steatocranus tinanti, in which the swim bladder is much smaller and lacks extensions. E. maculatus was tested between 0.2 and 3kHz and S. tinanti between 0.1 and 0.5 kHz using the auditory evoked potential (AEP) recording technique. In both species, SPL and PAL audiograms were determined in the presence of quiet laboratory conditions (baseline) and continuous white noise of 110 and 130 dB RMS. Baseline thresholds showed greatest hearing sensitivity around 0.5 kHz (SPL) and 0.2 kHz (PAL) in E. maculatus and 0.2 kHz in S. tinanti. White noise of 110 dB elevated the thresholds by 0–11 dB (SPL) and 7–11 dB (PAL) in E. maculatus and by 1–2 dB (SPL) and by 1–4 dB (PAL) in S. tinanti. White noise of 130 dB elevated hearing thresholds by 13–29 dB (SPL) and 26–32 dB (PAL) in E. maculatus and 6–16 dB (SPL) and 6–19 dB (PAL) in S. tinanti.

Conclusions

Our data showed for the first time for SPL and PAL thresholds that the specialized species was masked by different noise regimes at almost all frequencies, whereas the non-specialized species was much less affected. This indicates that noise can limit sound detection and acoustic orientation differently within a single fish family.  相似文献

As AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) controls protein translation, an anti-hypertrophic effect of AMPK has been suggested. However, there is no genetic evidence to confirm this hypothesis. We investigated the contribution of AMPKα2 in the control of cardiac hypertrophy by using AMPKα2−/− mice submitted to isoproterenol. The isoproterenol-induced cardiac hypertrophy, measured by left ventricular mass and histological examination, was significantly higher in AMPKα2−/− than in WT animals. Moreover, the intensification of cardiac hypertrophy found in AMPKα2−/− mice can be linked to the abnormal basal overstimulation of the p70 ribosomal S6 protein kinase, an enzyme known to regulate protein translation and cell growth. In conclusion, this work shows that AMPKα2 plays a role of brake for the development of cardiac hypertrophy.  相似文献

Cholesterol homeostasis is strictly regulated through the modulation of HMG-CoA reductase (HMGCR), the rate-limiting enzyme of cholesterol synthesis. Phosphorylation of HMGCR inactivates it and dephosphorylation activates it. AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) is the major kinase phosphorylating the enzyme. Our previous study found that thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) increased the hepatocytic HMGCR expression, but it was still unclear whether TSH affected hepatic HMGCR phosphorylation associated with AMPK. We used bovine TSH (bTSH) to treat the primary mouse hepatocytes and HepG2 cells with or without constitutively active (CA)-AMPK plasmid or protein kinase A inhibitor (H89), and set up the TSH receptor (Tshr)-KO mouse models. The p-HMGCR, p-AMPK, and related molecular expression were tested. The ratios of p-HMGCR/HMGCR and p-AMPK/AMPK decreased in the hepatocytes in a dose-dependent manner following bTSH stimulation. The changes above were inversed when the cells were treated with CA-AMPK plasmid or H89. In Tshr-KO mice, the ratios of liver p-HMGCR/HMGCR and p-AMPK/AMPK were increased relative to the littermate wild-type mice. Consistently, the phosphorylation of acetyl-CoA carboxylase, a downstream target molecule of AMPK, increased. All results suggested that TSH could regulate the phosphorylation of HMGCR via AMPK, which established a potential mechanism for hypercholesterolemia involved in a direct action of the TSH in the liver.  相似文献

Noise over-stimulation may induce hair cells loss and hearing deficit. The c-myc oncogene is a major regulator for cell proliferation, growth, and apoptosis. However, the role of this gene in the mammalian cochlea is still unclear. The study was designed to firstly investigate its function under noise condition, from the aspect of cochlear ultrastructural changes. We had established the adenoviral vector of c-myc gene and delivered the adenovirus suspension into the scala tympani of guinea pigs 4 days before noise exposure. The empty adenoviral vectors were injected as control. Then, all subjects were exposed to 4-kHz octave-band noise at 110 dB SPL for 8 h/day, 3 days consecutively. Auditory thresholds were assessed by auditory brainstem response, prior to and 7 days following noise exposure. On the seventh days after noise exposure, the cochlear sensory epithelia surface was observed microscopically and the cochleae were taken to study the ultrastructural changes. The results indicated that auditory threshold shift after noise exposure was higher in the ears treated with Ad.EGFP than that treated with Ad.c-myc-EGFP. Stereocilia loss and the disarrangement of outer hair cells were observed, with greater changes found in the Ad.EGFP group. Also, the ultrastructure changes were severe in the Ad.EGFP group, but not obvious in the Ad.c-myc-EGFP group. Therefore, c-myc gene might play an unexpected role in hearing functional and morphological protection from acoustic trauma.  相似文献

Background

AMP-dependent protein kinase (AMPK) and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) α facilitate fatty acid oxidation. We have shown that treatment of hepatoma cells with ethanol or feeding ethanol-containing diets to mice inhibited both PPARα and AMPK activity. Importantly, WY-14,643 reversed the development of fatty liver in alcohol-fed mice. Whether WY-14,643, a PPARα agonist, has any effects on AMPK is not known. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of WY-14,643 on AMPK activity.

Methods

The effect of WY-14,643 on AMPK phosphorylation and activity were examined in rat hepatoma cells (H4IIEC3). The effect of WY-14,643 on upstream kinases of AMPK, PKC-ζ/LKB1, intracellular AMP:ATP ratio, oxidative stress, and AMPK gene expression were studied.

Results

Treatment of the H4IIEC3 cells with WY-14,643 for 24 h led to 60% increase in the phosphorylation of AMPK. The effect of WY-14,643 on AMPK phosphorylation is PKC-ζ/LKB1 independent. WY-14,643 did not alter the levels of intracellular AMP:ATP ratio and it did not increase the levels of reactive oxygen species at 24-h of treatment. WY-14,643-induced AMPK α subunit expression by 2- to 2.5-fold, but there was no change in AMPKα subunit protein at 24 h. The effect of WY-14,643 on AMPK phosphorylation did not altered by the presence of an NADPH oxidase inhibitor.

Conclusions

WY-14,643 induced AMPKα subunit phosphorylation and the activity of the enzyme. This was associated with induction of AMPKα1 and α2 mRNA, but the mechanism for this activation is uncertain.  相似文献

Extracellular adenosine triphosphate (ATP) has profound effects on the cochlea, including an effect on the regulation of the endocochlear potential (EP). Noise-induced release of ATP into the endolymph activates a shunt conductance mediated by P2X2 receptors in tissues lining the endolymphatic compartment, which reduces the EP and, consequentially, hearing sensitivity. This may be a mechanism of adaptation or protection from high sound levels. As inaction of such a process could contribute to hearing loss, this study examined whether the action of ATP on EP changes with age and noise exposure in the mouse. The EP and the endolymphatic compartment resistance (CoPR) were measured in mice (CBA/CaJ) aged between 3 and 15 months. The EP and CoPR declined slightly with age with an associated small, but significant, reduction in auditory brainstem response thresholds. ATP (100–1,000 μM) microinjected into the endolymphatic compartment caused a dose-dependent decline in EP correlated to a similar decrease in CoPR. This was blocked by pyridoxal-phosphate-6-azophenyl-2′,4′-disulfonate, consistent with a P2X2 receptor-mediated shunt conductance. There was no substantial difference in the ATP response with age. Noise exposure (octave-band noise 80–100 decibels sound pressure level (dBSPL), 48 h) in young animals induced an upregulation of the P2X2 receptor expression in the organ of Corti and spiral limbus, most noticeably with the 90-dB exposure. This did not occur in the aged animals except following exposure at 90 dBSPL. The EP response to ATP was muted in the noise-exposed aged animals except following the 90-dB exposure. These findings provide some evidence that the adaptive response of the cochlea to noise may be reduced in older animals, and it is speculated that this could increase their susceptibility to noise-induced injury.  相似文献

Reports on the role of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) in thrombin-mediated activation of endothelial nitric-oxide synthase (eNOS) in endothelial cells have been conflicting. Previously, we have shown that under culture conditions that allow reduction of ATP-levels after stimulation, activation of AMPK contributes to eNOS phosphorylation and activation in endothelial cells after treatment with thrombin. In this paper we examined the signaling pathways mediating phosphorylation and activation of eNOS after stimulation of cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) with histamine and the role of LKB1-AMPK in the signaling. In Morgan's medium 199 intracellular ATP was lowered by treatment with histamine or the ionophore A23187 while in medium RMPI 1640 ATP was unchanged after identical treatment. In medium 199 inhibition of Ca+ 2/CaM kinase kinase (CaMKK) by STO-609 only partially inhibited AMPK phosphorylation but after gene silencing of LKB1 with siRNA there was a total inhibition of AMPK phosphorylation by STO-609 after treatment with either histamine or thrombin, demonstrating phosphorylation of AMPK by both upstream kinases, LKB1 and CaMKK. Downregulation of AMPK with siRNA partially inhibited eNOS phosphorylation caused by histamine in cells maintained in medium 199. Downregulation of LKB1 by siRNA inhibited both phosphorylation and activity of eNOS and addition of the AMPK inhibitor Compound C had no further effect on eNOS phosphorylation. When experiments were carried out in medium 1640, STO-609 totally prevented the phosphorylation of AMPK without affecting eNOS phosphorylation. AMPKα2 downregulation resulted in a loss of the integrity of the endothelial monolayer and increased expression of GRP78, indicative of endoplasmic reticular (ER) stress. Downregulation of AMPKα1 had no such effect. The results show that culture conditions affect endothelial signal transduction pathways after histamine stimulation. Under conditions where intracellular ATP is lowered by histamine, AMPK is activated by both LKB1 and CaMKK and, in turn, mediates eNOS phosphorylation in an LKB1 dependent manner. Both AMPKα1 and − α2 are involved in the signaling. Under conditions where intracellular ATP is unchanged after histamine treatment, CaMKK alone activates AMPK and eNOS is phosphorylated and activated independent of AMPK.  相似文献

Endothelial dysfunction secondary to persistent hyperglycemia plays a key role in the development of type 2 diabetic vascular disease. The aim of the present study was to examine the protective effect of resveratrol against hyperglycemia-induced endothelial dysfunction. In cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs), resveratrol (10-100 μM) concentration dependently enhanced phosphorylation of endothelial nitric oxide synthesis (eNOS) at Ser1177 and nitric oxide (NO) production. In addition, resveratrol can increase the phosphorylation of adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK) at Thr172 and suppress high glucose-induced generation of superoxide anion. In mouse aortic rings, resveratrol (1-100 μM) elicited endothelium-dependent vasodilatations and alleviated high glucose-mediated endothelial dysfunction. All these beneficial effects of resveratrol on the endothelium were abolished by pharmacological antagonism of AMPK by compound C. These results provide new insight into the protective properties of resveratrol against endothelial dysfunction caused by high glucose, which is attributed to the AMPK mediated reduction of superoxide level.  相似文献

Hyperglycemia increases the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS). NAD(P)H oxidase, producing superoxide anion, is the main source of ROS in diabetic podocytes and their production contributes to the development of diabetic nephropathy. We have investigated the effect of an antidiabetic drug, metformin on the production of superoxide anion in cultured podocytes and attempted to elucidate underlying mechanisms. The experiments were performed in normal (NG, 5.6 mM) and high (HG, 30 mM) glucose concentration. Overall ROS production was measured by fluorescence of a DCF probe. Activity of NAD(P)H oxidase was measured by chemiluminescence method. The AMP-dependent kinase (AMPK) activity was determined by immunobloting, measuring the ratio of phosphorylated AMPK to total AMPK. Glucose accumulation was measured using 2-deoxy-[1,2-3H]-glucose.ROS production increased by about 27% (187 ± 8 vs. 238 ± 9 arbitrary units AU, P < 0.01) in HG. Metformin (2 mM, 2 h) markedly reduced ROS production by 45% in NG and 60% in HG. Metformin decreased NAD(P)H oxidase activity in NG (36%) and HG (86%). AMPK activity was increased by metformin in NG and HG (from 0.58 ± 0.07 to. 0.99 ± 0.06, and from 0.53 ± 0.03 to 0.64 ± 0.03; P < 0.05). The effects of metformin on the activities of NAD(P)H oxidase and AMPK were abolished in the presence of AMPK inhibitor, compound C.We have shown that metformin decreases production of ROS through reduction of NAD(P)H oxidase activity. We also have demonstrated relationship between activity of NAD(P)H oxidase and AMPK.  相似文献

Calcium is important for muscle contraction and controls many cellular processes. Although there is evidence that calcium-mediated signals regulate AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) activity, the molecular mechanisms by which calcium regulates AMPK are poorly understood. To compare the function of sustained vs. intermittent calcium oscillations on AMPK activity and define specific signals in this pathway, we administered mice with aminoimidazole-carboxamide-ribonucleotide (AICAR) and caffeine with or without dantrolene. AMPK activity was increased by 10 d AICAR treatment (P < 0.01). Ten day caffeine treatment decreased AICAR-induced AMPK activity to control level. This repressed AMPK activity was blocked by dantrolene. Different calcium frequencies were simulated in C2C12 myotubes by alternating media containing caffeine and dantrolene. Intermittent calcium oscillation increased AMPK activity compared to control (P < 0.05), whereas sustained calcium oscillation decreases AICAR-induced AMPK activity to control level. This result suggests a biphasic control of AMPK activity by calcium. Knockdown of CaMKII expression by short-hairpin RNA resulted in increased AMPK phosphorylation by AICAR even in the presence of caffeine. These data show different calcium oscillations elicit distinct responses in muscle cells suggesting that the negative effects of chronic calcium treatment on AMPK activity is partly mediated through the CaMKII signals.  相似文献

The hepatic cell death induced by acetaminophen (APAP) is closely related to cellular adenosine triphosphate (ATP) depletion, which is mainly caused by mitochondrial dysfunction. Adenosine monophosphate (AMP)-activated protein kinase (AMPK) is a key sensor of low energy status. AMPK regulates metabolic homeostasis by stimulating catabolic metabolism and suppressing anabolic pathways to increase cellular energy levels. We found that the decrease in active phosphorylation of AMPK in response to APAP correlates with decreased ATP levels, in vivo. Therefore, we hypothesized that the enhanced production of ATP via AMPK stimulation can lead to amelioration of APAP-induced liver failure. A769662, an allosteric activator of AMPK, produced a strong synergistic effect on AMPK Thr172 phosphorylation with APAP in primary hepatocytes and liver tissue. Interestingly, activation of AMPK by A769662 ameliorated the APAP-induced hepatotoxicity in C57BL/6N mice treated with APAP at a dose of 400 mg/kg intraperitoneally. However, mice treated with APAP alone developed massive centrilobular necrosis, and APAP increased their serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase levels. Furthermore, A769662 administration prevented the loss of intracellular ATP without interfering with the APAP-mediated reduction of mitochondrial dysfunction. In contrast, inhibition of glycolysis by 2-deoxy-glucose eliminated the beneficial effects of A769662 on APAP-mediated liver injury. In conclusion, A769662 can effectively protect mice against APAP-induced liver injury through ATP synthesis by anaerobic glycolysis. Furthermore, stimulation of AMPK may have potential therapeutic application for APAP overdose.  相似文献

AMPK is known to be activated by oxidative stress. Addition of glucose oxidase to cells generates H2O2 at a constant rate that is opposed by enzymic degradation, providing a good model for physiological oxidative stress. AMPK activation by glucose oxidase correlated with increases in cellular AMP:ATP and was greatly reduced in cells expressing an AMP-insensitive AMPK mutant, although a small degree of activation remained. The effects of increased AMP were partly due to inhibition of Thr172 dephosphorylation. These results suggest that changes in adenine nucleotides, rather than direct oxidative modification, are the major drivers of AMPK activation during oxidative stress.  相似文献

We examined in HepG2 cells whether glucose-induced changes in AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) activity could be mediated by SIRT1, an NAD+-dependent histone/protein deacetylase that has been linked to the increase in longevity caused by caloric restriction. Incubation with 25 vs. 5 mM glucose for 6 h concurrently diminished the phosphorylation of AMPK (Thr 172) and ACC (Ser 79), increased lactate release, and decreased the abundance and activity of SIRT1. In contrast, incubation with pyruvate (0.1 and 1 mM) for 2 h increased AMPK phosphorylation and SIRT1 abundance and activity. The putative SIRT1 activators resveratrol and quercetin also increased AMPK phosphorylation. None of the tested compounds (low or high glucose, pyruvate, and resveratrol) significantly altered the AMP/ATP ratio. Collectively, these findings raise the possibility that glucose-induced changes in AMPK are linked to alterations in SIRT1 abundance and activity and possibly cellular redox state.  相似文献

Noise-induced hearing loss is at least in part due to disruption of endocochlear potential, which is maintained by various K+ transport apparatuses including Na+, K+-ATPase and gap junction-mediated intercellular communication in the lateral wall structures. In this study, we examined the changes in the ion-trafficking-related proteins in the spiral ligament fibrocytes (SLFs) following in vivo acoustic overstimulation or in vitro exposure of cultured SLFs to 4-hydroxy-2-nonenal, which is a mediator of oxidative stress. Connexin (Cx)26 and Cx30 were ubiquitously expressed throughout the spiral ligament, whereas Na+, K+-ATPase α1 was predominantly detected in the stria vascularis and spiral prominence (type 2 SLFs). One-hour exposure of mice to 8 kHz octave band noise at a 110 dB sound pressure level produced an immediate and prolonged decrease in the Cx26 expression level and in Na+, K+-ATPase activity, as well as a delayed decrease in Cx30 expression in the SLFs. The noise-induced hearing loss and decrease in the Cx26 protein level and Na+, K+-ATPase activity were abolished by a systemic treatment with a free radical-scavenging agent, 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine 1-oxyl, or with a nitric oxide synthase inhibitor, Nω-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester hydrochloride. In vitro exposure of SLFs in primary culture to 4-hydroxy-2-nonenal produced a decrease in the protein levels of Cx26 and Na+, K+-ATPase α1, as well as Na+, K+-ATPase activity, and also resulted in dysfunction of the intercellular communication between the SLFs. Taken together, our data suggest that disruption of the ion-trafficking system in the cochlear SLFs is caused by the decrease in Cxs level and Na+, K+-ATPase activity, and at least in part involved in permanent hearing loss induced by intense noise. Oxidative stress-mediated products might contribute to the decrease in Cxs content and Na+, K+-ATPase activity in the cochlear lateral wall structures.  相似文献

High altitude (HA) affects energy metabolism. The impact of acute and chronic HA acclimatization on the major metabolic pathways is still controversial. In this study, we aimed to unveil the impact of HA on the key enzymes involved in the fatty acid (FA) metabolism in liver. Rats were exposed to an altitude of 4300 m for 30 days and the expressions of two key proteins involved in FA β-oxidation (carnitine palmitoyl transferase I, CPT-I; and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha, PPARα), two proteins involved in FA synthesis (acetyl CoA carboxylase-1, ACC-1; and AMP-activated protein kinase, AMPK), as well as the total ketone body in the liver and the plasma FFAs were examined. Rats without HA exposure were used as controls. We observed that the acute exposure of rats to HA (3 days) led to a significant increase in the expressions of CPT-I and PPARα and in the total hepatic ketone body. Longer exposure (15 days) caused a marked decrease in the expression of CPT-I and PPARα. By 30 days after HA exposure, the expression levels of CPT-I and PPARα returned to the control level. The hepatic ACC-1 level showed a significant increase in rats exposed to HA for 1 and 3 days. In contrast, the hepatic level of AMPK showed a significant reduction throughout the experimental period. Plasma FFA concentrations did not show any significant changes following HA exposure. Thus, increased hepatic FA oxidation and synthesis in the early phase of HA exposure may be among the important mechanisms for the rats to respond to the hypoxic stress in order to acclimatize themselves to the stressful environments.  相似文献
