Reaction of [Mo2O2(μ-S)2(H2O)6]2+ with Mo(CO)6 or metallic Mo under hydrothermal conditions (140 °C, 4 M HCl) gives oxido-sulfido cluster aqua complex [Mo33-S)(μ-O)2(μ-S)(H2O)9]4+ (1). Similarly, [W33-S)(μ-O)2(μ-S)(H2O)9]4+ (2) is obtained from [W2O2(μ-S)2(H2O)6]2+ and W(CO)6. While reaction of [Mo2O2(μ-S)2(H2O)6]2+ with W(CO)6 mainly proceeds as simple reduction to give 1, [W2O2(μ-S)2(H2O)6]2+ with Mo(CO)6 produces new mixed-metal cluster [W2Mo(μ3-S)(μ-O)2(μ-S)(H2O)9]4+ (3) as main product. From solutions of 1 in HCl supramolecular adduct with cucurbit[6]uril (CB[6]) {[Mo3O2S2(H2O)6Cl3]2CB[6]}Cl2⋅18H2O (4) was isolated and structurally characterized. The aqua complexes were converted into acetylacetonates [M3O2S2(acac)3(py)3]PF6 (M3 = Mo3, W3, W2Mo; 5a-c), which were characterized by X-ray single crystal analysis, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and 1H NMR spectroscopy. Crystal structure of (H5O2)(Me4N)4[W33-S)(μ2-S)(μ2-O)2(NCS)9] (6), obtained from 2, is also reported.  相似文献

The dimer [(dippe)Ni(μ-S)]2 reacts with organic electrophiles to give the alkylated species [(dippe)2Ni2(μ-S)(μ-SR)]+. Stronger alkylating agents lead to double alkylation and cleavage of the dimer. Protonation similarly occurs with strong acids. The structures of several of these species have been determined.  相似文献

Reaction of tetrathiafulvalene carboxylic acid (TTFCO2H) with paddlewheel dirhodium complex Rh2(ButCO2)4 yielded TTFCO2-bridged complexes Rh2(ButCO2)3(TTFCO2) (1) and cis- and trans-Rh2(ButCO2)2(TTFCO2)2 (cis- and trans-2). Their triethylamine adducts [1(NEt3)2] and cis-[2(NEt3)2] were purified and isolated with chromatographic separation, and characterized with single crystal X-ray analysis. Trans-[2(NEt3)2] is not completely separated from a mixture of cis- and trans-[2(NEt3)2], but its single crystals were obtained from a solution of the mixture. A three-step quasi-reversible oxidation process was observed for 1 in MeCN. The first two steps correspond to the oxidation of the TTFCO2 moiety and the last one is the oxidation of the Rh2 core. The oxidation of cis-2 is observed as a two-step process with very similar E1/2 values to those of the first two processes for 1. Both 1+ and cis-22+ in MeCN at room temperature show isotropic ESR spectra with a g value of 2.008 and aH = 0.135 mT for two equivalent H atoms and aH = 0.068 mT for one H atom. The redox and ESR data of cis-2 suggest that the intramolecular interaction between the TTF moieties is very small.  相似文献

A series of cuboidal iron-sulfur clusters [Fe4S3(NO)4(PR3)3]0,1+ (R = Et, Pri, Cy) were synthesized by two routes: reductive desulfurization of [Fe4S4(NO)4] by tertiary phosphines, and substitution of triphenylphosphine in [Fe44S3(NO)4(PPh3)3] by a more basic phosphine. The structures of 3[Fe4S3(NO)4(PEt3)3] · 0.5Et2O, [Fe4S3(NO)4(PEt3)3] [Fe4S3(NO)7] and partially substituted [Fe4S3(NO)4(PPh3)2 (PPri3)] have been determined by X-ray diffraction in order to define the cuboidal Fe4S3 core, previously known only in Roussin's black anion and its reduced form, [Fe4S3(NO)77]1−,2−, and as a part of the iron-molybdenum cofactor of nitrogenase.  相似文献

New mixed metal complexes SrCu2(O2CR)3(bdmap)3 (R = CF3 (1a), CH3 (1b)) and a new dinuclear bismuth complex Bi2(O2CCH3)4(bdmap)2(H2O) (2) have been synthesized. Their crystal structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Thermal decomposition behaviors of these complexes have been examined by TGA and X-ray powder diffraction analyses. While compound 1a decomposes to SrF2 and CuO at about 380°C, compound 1b decomposes to the corresponding oxides above 800°C. Compound 2 decomposes cleanly to Bi2O3 at 330°C. The magnetism of 1a was examined by the measurement of susceptibility from 5–300 K. Theoretical fitting for the susceptibility data revealed that 1a is an antiferromagnetically coupled system with g = 2.012(7), −2J = 34.0(8) cm−1. Crystal data for 1a: C27H51N6O9F9Cu2Sr/THF, monoclinic space group P21/m, A = 10.708(6), B = 15.20(1), C = 15.404(7) Å, β = 107.94(4)°, V = 2386(2) Å3, Z = 2; for 1b: C27H60N6O9Cu2Sr/THF, orthorhombic space group Pbcn, A = 19.164(9), B = 26.829(8), C = 17.240(9) Å, V = 8864(5) Å3, Z = 8; for 2: C22H48O11N4Bi2, monoclinic space group P21/c, A = 17.614(9), B = 10.741(3), C = 18.910(7) Å, β = 109.99(3)°, V = 3362(2) Å3, Z = 4.  相似文献

The interaction of 1,3,5-triamino-1,3,5-trideoxy-cis-inositol (taci) and its N-methylated derivative 1,3,5-trideoxy-1,3,5-tris(dimethylamino)-cis-inositol (tdci) with the incomplete [Mo3S4]4+ cube and the heterometallic [Mo3S4Cu]4+ cube have been investigated by X-ray analysis. The crystal structures of [Mo3S4(taci+ rmC3H6O-H2O)3-4H]·2OH2O (1a, rhombohedral, space group R32, A = 15.964(3), C = 40.59(1) Å, Z = 6), [Mo3S4(tdci)3]Br4·9.5EtOH·5H2O (2a, triclinic, space group and [CuBrMo3S4(tdci)3]Br3·11 H2O·EtOH (3a, monoclinic, space group P2,/n, A = 14.887(3), B = 22.570(4), C = 21.974(5) Å, β = 98.54(2)°, Z = 4) revealed andN-N-O and an N-O-O coordination mode for taci and tdci, respectively. In 1a, taci is coordinated as an anion with deprotonated oxygen and nitrogen donors. In addition, the non-coordinating amino group reacted with one equivalent; of acetone, forming a Schiff base condensation product. For 2a, short Mo---O bonds and high pKa values (compared to the aqua ion [Mo3S4(H2O)9]4+) indicate the formation of a zwitterionic form of the tdci ligand with coordinated alkoxo groups and peripheral dimethylammonium groups. No significant differences were found for the structural properties of the Mo-tdci fragment in 2a and 3a. The coordination modes of taci and tdci, as observed in the solid state, are in agreement with the previously reported solution structures, established by NMR spectroscopy. They are attributed to the specific steric requirements of the two ligands and to a pronounced preference of the [Mo3(μS)33S)]4+ core to coordinate a nitrogen donor trans to μ3S.  相似文献

The reactions of the polysulfur and selenium cationic clusters S82+ and Se82+ with various iron carbonyls were investigated. Several new chalcogen containing iron carbonyl cluster cations were isolated, depending on the nature of the counteranion. In the presence of SbF6 as a counterion, the cluster [Fe3(E2)2(CO)10] [SbF6]2·SO2 (E = S, Se) could be isolated from the reaction of E82+ and excess iron carbonyl. The cluster is a picnic-basket shaped molecule of two iron centers linked by two Se2 groups, with the whole fragment capped by an Fe(CO)4 group. Crystallographic data for C10O12Fe3Se4Sb2F12S (I): space group monoclinic P21/c, A = 11.810(9), b = 24.023(6), c = 10.853(7) Å, β = 107.15(5)°, V = 2942(3) Å3, Z = 4, R = 0.0426, Rw = 0.0503. When Sb2F11 is present as the counterion, or Se4[Sb2F11]2 is used as the cluster cation source, a different cluster can be isolated, which has the formula [Fe4(Se2)3(CO)12] [SbF6]2·3SO2. The dication contains two Fe2Se2 fragments bridged by an Se2 group. Crystallographic data for C12O18Fe4Se6Sb2F12S3 (III): space group triclinic , b = 18.400(9), C = 10.253(4) Å, = 93.10(4), β = 103.74(3), γ = 93.98(3)°, V = 1995(1) Å3, Z = 2, R = 0.0328, Rw = 0.0325. The CO stretches in the IR spectrum all show a large shift to higher wavenumbers, suggesting almost no τ backbonding from the metals. This also correlates with the observed bond distances. All the compounds are extremely sensitive to air and water, and readily lose SO2 when removed from the solvent. Thus all the crystals were handled at −100°C. The clusters seem to be either insoluble or unstable in all solvents investigated.  相似文献

Treatment of a THF solution of trans-[ReCl(N2)L4] (L = PMePh2) with a cyanamide, NCNR2 (R = Me, Et or H) or with cyanoguanidine, NCNC(NH2)2 , yields mer-[ReCl(N2)(NCNR2)L3] (1) or mer-[Re(N2)[Re(N2){NCNC(NH2)2}2L3]Cl (2), respectively, which, to our knowledge, are the first mixed dinitrogen-cyanamide-type complexes to be reported. The former products (1, R=Me or Et) can also be obtained from reaction of the benzoyldiazenido complex [ReCl2(NNCOPh)L3] with NCNR2 in refluxing methanol; the Re(II) complex mer-[ReCl2(NCNEt2)L3] (3) is also formed (conceivably via an unusual homolysis of the C---N bond of the benzoyldiazenido ligand) and its crystal structure is reported. It shows an unusual pyramidal conformation at the amine N atom of the diethylcyanamide ligand which also exhibits a significant structural trans influence on the phosphine, behaving as a stronger net electron donor than the latter ligand.  相似文献

Anhydrous Zn(O3SCF3)2 and Zn(O2CCX3)2, X=F, Cl, Br were obtained in substantially quantitative yields from ZnO (or ZnEt2 in the case of the bromide derivative) and a mixture of the corresponding acid and anhydride in heptane as medium. The reactions are rapid and moderately exothermic. Recrystallization of the triflate and trifluoroacetate complexes from dimethoxyethane (DME) produced single crystals of Zn(O3SCF3)2(DME)2 (1) and [Zn(O2CCF3)2(DME)]n (2) suitable for X-ray diffraction studies. In both compounds zinc is hexacoordinated with a pseudo-octahedral geometry. Compound 1 is constituted by mononuclear molecules with terminal monodentate O3SCF3 ligands in trans position. A polynuclear chain structure was found for 2 with zinc atoms joined alternatively by triple and single carboxylato bridges, and with bidentate terminal DME.  相似文献

The kinetics of the reactions between anhydrous HCl and trans-[MoL(CNPh)(Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2)2] (L=CO, N2 or H2) have been studied in thf at 25.0 °C. When L=CO, the product is [MoH(CO)(CNPh)(Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2)2]+, and when L=H2 or N2 the product is trans-[MoCl(CNHPh)(Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2)2]. Using stopped-flow spectrophotometry reveals that the protonation chemistry of trans-[MoL(CNPh)(Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2)2] is complicated. It is proposed that in all cases protonation occurs initially at the nitrogen atom of the isonitrile ligand to form trans-[MoL(CNHPh)(Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2)2]+. Only when L=N2 is this single protonation sufficient to labilise L to dissociation, and subsequent binding of Cl gives trans-[MoCl(CNHPh)(Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2)2]. At high concentrations of HCl a second protonation occurs which inhibits the substitution. It is proposed that this second proton binds to the dinitrogen ligand. When L=CO or H2, a second protonation is also observed but in these cases the second protonation is proposed to occur at the carbon atom of the aminocarbyne ligand, generating trans-[MoL(CHNHPh)(Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2)2]2+. Addition of the second proton labilises the trans-H2 to dissociation, and subsequent rapid binding of Cl and dissociation of a proton yields the product trans-[MoCl(CNHPh)(Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2)2]. Dissociation of L=CO does not occur from trans-[Mo(CO)(CHNHPh)(Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2)2]2+, but rather migration of the proton from carbon to molybdenum, and dissociation of the other proton produces [MoH(CO)(CNPh)(Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2)2]+.  相似文献

The complexes [(Cy2PCH2PCy2H)CoCl3] (1) and [(Cy2PCH2PCy2O)Co(NO3)2] (2), Cy = cyclohexyl (C6H11), have been prepared and characterized by EPR, UV-Vis, microanalysis and X-ray crystallography. The reaction CoCl2 · 6H2O and dcpm, dcpm = bis(dicyclohexylphosphino)methane, was found to form the monomeric, four coordinate, thermochromic and paramagnetic complex [(Cy2PCH2PCy2H)CoCl3] (1). Of particular interest is the formation of a zwitterion, or inner salt, in which the dangling phosphine adds a hydrogen atom, giving the phosphorus a +1 formal charge. The molecule adopts a pseudo-tetrahedral geometry around the central cobalt atom to which the cyclohexyl groups bind in an equatorial fashion to the phosphine. The reaction of Co(NO3)2 · 6H2O and dcpm in a toluene/methanol/methylene chloride mixture yields the pseudo-octahedral complex [(Cy2PCH2PCy2O)Co(NO3)2] (2). The cobalt is in the +2 oxidation state with one of the phosphorus atoms again having a +1 formal charge. The complex adopts a pseudo-octahedral geometry around the central cobalt atom with the cyclohexyl groups binding in an equatorial fashion to the phosphine similar to [(Cy2PCH2PCy2H)CoCl3].  相似文献

A new CoII/CoIII hexanuclear complex, [Co4IICo2III(dea)2(Hdea)4)(piv)4](ClO4)2·H2O 1, has been obtained by reacting cobalt(II) perchlorate, diethanolamine, and pivalic acid (H2dea = diethanolamine and piv = pivalato anion). The cobalt ions are held together by four μ3 and four μ2 alkoxo bridges as well as by four syn-syn carboxylato groups. The hexanuclear motif contains four Co(II) and two Co(III) ions. The {CoII4CoIII22-O)43-O)4} core can be described as a four face-sharing monovacant and bivacant distorted heterocubane units. The cobalt(III) ions are hexacoordinated. Two of the cobalt(II) are hexacoordinated, while the two others are pentacoordinated with a bipyramidal stereochemistry. The magnetic properties of 1 have been investigated in the temperature range 1.9-300 K. Compound 1 exhibits an overall antiferromagnetic behaviour with a ground singlet spin state.  相似文献

New manganese(III) complexes of Hphox (2-(2′-hydroxyphenyl)-oxazoline) and HClphox (2-(5′-chloro-2′-hydroxyphenyl)-oxazoline) have been synthesised. The X-ray structures of [Mn(phox)2(MeOH)2][Mn(phox)2(ClO4)2](H2O)2 and [Mn(Clphox)2(MeOH)2](ClO4) show the manganese(III) ions to be octahedrally coordinated with methanol or perchlorate at the axial coordination sites. The cyclic voltammograms of the complexes, with the exception of [Mn(phox)2(acac)] (Hacac=2,4-pentanedione), show an irreversible reduction wave of manganese(III) to manganese(II). After addition of an excess of 1-methylimidazole (1-Meim), the reduction process shifts towards lower potentials and becomes (quasi-) reversible, indicating that the presence of 1-Meim affects the catalytic efficiency of the complexes. The complexes catalyse the epoxidation of styrene by dihydrogen peroxide. The cumulative turnover numbers towards styrene oxide obtained after 15 min. vary from 16 for [Mn(Clphox)2(MeOH)2](ClO4) to 26 for [Mn(phox)2(acac)]. Ligand degradation appears to be the limiting factor for obtaining higher turnover numbers.  相似文献

Dark-brown single crystals of the title compound 1 were obtained in high yield by layering a CuCl2 solution in 25% aqueous ammonia on a glycerol solution of K6[W4Te4(CN)12]·5H2O. The complex 1 was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and IR spectroscopy. The X-ray structure of 1 reveals a polymeric chain cyano-bridged cluster-metal coordination compound. The [W4Te4(CN)12]6− cluster anions are linked one to another by Cu2+ cations through coordination by nitrogen atoms of the CN groups.  相似文献

The reaction of the title complex with DNA has been examined. Addition of [(bpy)2(OH2)RuORu(OH2) (bpy)2]4+ to DNA leads to the reduction of the complex to Ru(bpy)2(OH2)22+, as indicated by absorption spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The reaction is accelerated by Mg2+. The combined evidence points to a mechanism where the oxo-bridged dimer is hydrolyzed to a monomeric Ru(III) complex that is capable of oxidizing DNA to effect strand scission. Gel electrophoresis demonstrates nicking of supercoiled /gfX174 DNA by [(bpy)2(OH2)RuORu(OH2) (bpy)2]4+, and double-stranded cleavage is observed in the presence of Mg2+. Linearization of the plasmid prior to treatment with the complex does not lead to further fragmentation, suggesting that supercoiling is required to realize double-stranded cleavage.  相似文献

A novel five-coordinate rhenium(III)-thiolato complex, Re(SCH2C6H4OCH3-p)3(PPh3)2 has been isolated during the reaction of trans-ReOCl3(PPh3)2 with p-methoxybenzyl mercaptan. In the unexpected structure that was acquired, the central metal has undergone a reduction from Re(V) to Re(III). The five-coordinate Re(III) complex has been characterized by spectroscopic methods, elemental analysis and X-ray crystallography. X-ray crystallographic studies showed the coordination geometry around rhenium to be that of a trigonal bipyramid. The basal plane is defined by three sulfur atoms of the monodentate ligand, while the two apical positions are occupied by two phosphines of the precursor.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of (Ph4P)[VO2Cl2] and H2C2O4 at 150 and 125°C yield (Ph4P)2[V2O2(H2O)2(C2O4)3]·4H2O (1) and (Ph4P)[VOCl(C2O4)] (2), respectively. The structure of the molecular anion of 1 consists of a binuclear unit of oxovanadium(IV) octahedra bridged by a bisbidentate oxalate group. The VO6 coordination geometry at each vanadium site is defined by a terminal oxo group, an aquo ligand, and four oxygen donors — two from the bisbidentate bridging oxalate and two from the terminal bidentate oxalate. The structure of 2 consists of discrete Ph4P+ cations occupying regions between [VOCl(C2O4)] spiral chains. The structure of the one-dimensional anionic chain exhibits V(IV) octahedra bridged by bisbidentate oxalate groups. Crystal data: 1·4H2O, monoclinic P21/n, A = 12.694(3), B = 12.531(3), C = 17.17(3) Å, β = 106.32(2)°, V = 2621.3(13) Å3, Z = 2, Dcalc = 1.501 g cm−3, structure solution and refinement converged at a conventional residual of 0.0518; 2, tetragonal P43, A = 12.145(2), C = 15.991(3) Å, V = 2358.7(12) Å3, Z = 4, R = 0.0452.  相似文献

The iron hydrido complex HFe(CO)2{P(OPh)3}{(PhO)2POC6H4} (1), was rapidly deprotonated by DBU or [BzMe3N][OH] in THF to afford the new carbonyl iron anion [Fe(CO)2{P(OPh)3}{(PhO)2POC6H4}] ([2]), containing an ortho-metallated triphenyl phosphite ligand. Complex [2] reacted with triorganostannyl and plumbyl salts and with halogens to give the octahedral FeII compounds Fe(CO)2{P(OPh)3}{(PhO)2POC6H4}(X) (X=SnPh3, 3; SnMe3, 4; PbPh3, 5; PbMe3, 6; Cl, 7; Br, 8; I, 9). The Group 14 complexes 3-6 were obtained in one isomeric form in which the PIII-donor atoms are mutually cis, the carbonyl ligands are cis and the P(OPh)3 and MR3 (M=Sn, Pb; R=Ph, Me) groups are trans as determined by solution-state IR, 31P and 13C NMR spectroscopic data. This geometry was confirmed for 3 by a single crystal X-ray diffraction study. The halide complexes, however, were obtained as a mixture of isomers. The major isomer (7, X=Cl; 8a, X=Br; 9a, X=I) has cis P atoms, trans CO groups and the halide located trans to the phosphorus atom of the ortho-metallated phosphite ligand. The structure of 9a was confirmed by an X-ray diffraction study. Two other isomers, designated 8b (X=Br) and 9b (X=I), with cis P atoms and cis CO groups were isolated from the reactions of [2] with Br2 and I2, respectively. The structure of the latter was established by X-ray crystallography and is related to 9a by exchange of the P(OPh)3 ligand and a carbonyl group such that the metal-bound C atom of the five-membered metallacycle is trans to CO. The stereo-geometry of 8b could not be unambiguously assigned from the spectroscopic data; however, two of the seven possible geometric isomers were suggested as plausible structures.  相似文献

[{C7F15CO2}2AgAu(PPh3)]2 is obtained in good yield from the reaction of [C7F15CO2Ag] with [ClAuPPh3] in THF solution. The crystal structure shows a zig-zag Au-Ag-Ag-Au core with fluorocarboxylate ligands bridging the Au-Ag and Ag-Ag bonds and triphenylphosphine groups bound to Au. Electrodeposition from acetonitrile yields Au-Ag alloys. The deposited alloys are Ag rich and the composition varies with deposition potential.  相似文献

Two ruthenium(II) complexes with polypyridyl, Ru(bipy)2(phen)](ClO4)2·H2O (1) and [Ru(bipy)2(Me-phen)](ClO4)2 (2), (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, Me-phen = 5-methyl-1,10-phenanthroline), were synthesized and characterized by IR, MS and NMR spectra. Their structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The strong steric interaction between the polypyridyl ligands was relieved neither by the elongation of the Ru---N bonds nor increase of the N---Ru---N bite angles. The coordination sphere was distorted to relieve the ligand interaction by forming specific angles (δ) between the polypyridyl ligand planes and coordination planes (N---Ru---N), and forming larger twisted angles between the two pyridine rings for each bipy. The bond distances of Ru---N(bipy) and Ru---N(phen) were virtually identical with experimental error, as expected of π back-bonding interactions which statistically involve each of the ligands present in the coordination sphere.  相似文献
