The reaction of [Cp(CO)2Fe{μ-CH2CH(CH2)3}W(CO)3Cp]PF6 with NaBPh4 in dry acetone gave [Cp(CO)2Fe{μ-CH2CH(CH2)3}W(CO)3Cp]BPh4. The bond Fe-Cβ is shorter than that reported for the shorter chain carbocationic complexes. The data suggest that metallacyclopropane character is on the iron side of the molecule both in the solid state and in solution.  相似文献

The rhodium dimer [Rh2H(PPh2)2(PPh3)3] was prepared from RhCl(PPh3)3 and K4Sn9 in the presence of 2,2,2-cryptand in ethylenediamine/toluene solvent mixtures. The [K(2,2,2-crypt)]+ salt was isolated and characterized via NMR and X-ray diffraction studies. The solid state structure reveals a binuclear, diphenylphosphido-bridged, 32 electron Rh(I)-Rh(I) complex with edge-shared tetrahedral and square planar Rh centers with overall Cs point symmetry. 1-D and 2-D 1H, 31P, and 31P{1H} NMR experiments were used to characterize the complex.  相似文献

Reactions of [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4] with the diarylthallium(III) bromides Ar2TlBr [Ar = Ph and p-ClC6H4] in methanol gave good yields of the thallium(III) adducts [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4TlAr2]+, isolated as their salts. The corresponding selenide complex [Pt2(μ-Se)2(PPh3)4TlPh2]BPh4 was similarly synthesised from [Pt2(μ-Se)2(PPh3)4], Ph2TlBr and NaBPh4. The reaction of [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4] with PhTlBr2 gave [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4TlBrPh]+, while reaction with TlBr3 gave the dibromothallium(III) adduct [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4TlBr2]+[TlBr4]. The latter complex is a rare example of a thallium(III) dihalide complex stabilised solely by sulfur donor ligands. X-ray crystal structure determinations on the complexes [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4TlPh2]BPh4, [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4TlBrPh]BPh4 and [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4TlBr2][TlBr4] reveal a greater interaction between the thallium(III) centre and the two sulfide ligands on stepwise replacement of Ph by Br, as indicated by shorter Tl-S and Pt?Tl distances, and an increasing S-Tl-S bond angle. Investigations of the ESI MS fragmentation behaviour of the thallium(III) complexes are reported.  相似文献

The complexes [Cu(DPS)(H2O)Cl2] · H2O (1a) and [{Cu(DPS)Cl}2μ-(Cl)2] (1b) where DPS = Di(2-pyridyl)sulfide have been synthesized and characterized using elemental analysis, thermal analysis (TG/DSC), vibrational and electronic spectroscopies as well as electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). A novel oxalato-bridged rhenium(IV)-copper(II) compound, namely [ReIVBr4(μ-ox)CuII(bpy)2] (1), has been obtained by reacting (PPh4)2[ReBr4(ox)] with Cu(CF3SO3)2 and 2,2′-bpy in CH3CN, and its crystal structure determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Intermolecular Br?Br interactions and nonbonding Cu?Br type contacts between the heterobimetallic dinuclear units lead to a two-dimensional supramolecular structure. Compound 1 behaves magnetically as a [ReIVCuII]2 tetranuclear species with weak antiferromagnetic interactions through the oxalato bridge and intermolecular Br?Br contacts.  相似文献

Routes to the synthesis of the mixed sulfide-phenylthiolate complex [Pt2(μ-S)(μ-SPh)(PPh3)4]+ have been explored; reaction of [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4] with excess Ph2IBr proceeds readily to selectively produce this complex, which was structurally characterised as its PF6 salt. Reactions of [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4] with other potent arylating reagents (1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene and 1,5-difluoro-2,4-dinitrobenzene) also produce the corresponding nitroaryl-thiolate complexes [Pt2(μ-S){μ-SC6H2(NO2)2X}(PPh3)4]+ (X = H, F). The complex [Pt2(μ-S)(μ-SPh)(PPh3)4]+ reacts with Me2SO4 to produce the mixed alkyl/aryl bis-thiolate complex [Pt2(μ-SMe)(μ-SPh)(PPh3)4]2+, but corresponding reactions with the nitroaryl-thiolate complexes are plagued by elimination of the nitroaryl group and formation of [Pt2(μ-SMe)2(PPh3)4]2+. [Pt2(μ-S)(μ-SPh)(PPh3)4]+ also reacts with Ph3PAuCl to give [Pt2(μ-SAuPPh3)(μ-SPh)(PPh3)4]2+.  相似文献

Reactions of orthometallated binuclear palladium complexes with NaER, obtained by NaBH4 reduction of R2E2 in methanol, gave complexes, [Pd2(μ-ER)2(CY)2] (HCY = N,N-dimethylbenzylamine (C6H5CH2NMe2), N,N-dimethylnaphthylamine (C10H7NMe2), tri-o-tolylphosphine {P(tol-o)3}; ER=SePh, SeMes, TePh, TeMes (Mes = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2). Similar reactions of [Pd2(μ-Cl)2(C10H6NMe2-C,N)2] with Pb(SMes)2 or MesSH in the presence of NaHCO3 gave chloro/thiolato-bridged complex [Pd2(μ-Cl)(μ-SMes)(C10H6NMe2-C,N)2]. The newly synthesized complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, UV-Vis, IR, NMR (1H, 13C, 31P, 77Se, 125Te) spectroscopy. These complexes crystallized out preferentially in sym-cis configuration. A low energy charge transfer transition has been identified from chalcogenolate centers to an emptyπ orbital of cyclometallated ligand in absorption spectroscopy in these complexes. The structures of [Pd2(μ-Cl)(μ-SMes)(C10H6NMe2-C,N)2] (1) and [Pd2(μ-SePh)2(C10H6NMe2-C,N) 2] (3) have been established by single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. In the former, the two palladium atoms are held together by chloro and thiolato bridges whereas in the latter, the two phenylselenolato ligands bridge two palladium atoms. The pyrolysis of [Pd(μ-TeMes)(C10H6NMe2-C,N)]2 (10) in a furnace gave Pd7Te3 whereas thermolysis in TOPO afforded primarily PdTe2.  相似文献

Thiolato-bridged tri- and dinuclear platinum complexes of the types [Pt3(μ-SR)4(dppm)2]2+ (1) and [Pt2(μ-ER)2(dppm)2]2+ (2) (E=S or Se; R=alkyl or aryl; dppm=bis(diphenylphosphino)methane) have been prepared using the mononuclear precursors [Pt(ER)2(dppm)]. The complexes have been characterized by NMR (1H, 13C, 31P, 195Pt), FT-IR and FAB mass spectral data. The structure of [Pt3(μ-SC6H4CH3-4)4(dppm)2][CF3SO3]2 · 6CH2Cl2 (1d), has been established through X-ray crystallography, revealing a zig-zag arrangement of the three coordination spheres around the platinum atoms.  相似文献

Novel two iridium terphenyl complexes were prepared and their structures were characterized crystallographically. The reaction of [Ir(cod)2]BF4 with p-terphenyl (p-tp) in CH2Cl2 was carried out to afford dinuclear Ir(I) complex {[Ir2(p-tp)(cod)2](BF4)2 · 2CH2Cl2}3 (cod=1,5-cyclooctadiene) (1 · 2CH2Cl2), whereas the reaction of the intermediate [Ir(η5-C5Me5)(Me2CO)3]3+ in Me2CO with m-terphenyl (m-tp) was done to provide mononuclear Ir(III) complex [Ir(m-tp)(η5-C5Me5)](BF4)2 (2). In complex 1 · 2CH2Cl2, two Ir atoms are η6-coordinated to both sides of terminal benzene rings from the upper and lower sides in the p-tp ligand, while one Ir atom is η6-coordinated to one side of the terminal benzene ring in the m-tp ligand in complex 2. Each crystal structure describes the first coordination mode found in metal complexes with the m- and p-tp ligands.  相似文献

The room temperature electronic absorption spectra of the oxalate bridged MM quadruply bonded complexes [(tBuCO2)3M2]2(μ-O2C2O2), where M = Mo or W have been recorded in H2O, THF:H2O mixtures, THF, CH2Cl2, toluene, DMSO, aniline, toluene saturated with N,N-dimethylaniline and ethanol. The strong absorptions in the visible region of the electronic absorption spectra assignable to the metal-to-ligand (bridge) charge transfer are shown to be highly solvent dependent. Those samples prepared in H2O, CH2Cl2 and toluene are shown to comprise of a suspension of microcrystalline particles ranging in size from 100 nm to 5 μm. Individual particles were found by scanning electron microscopy to have an aspect ratio of ∼10:1, all being needle shaped. The spectra in THF, EtOH, aniline, DMSO and toluene-N,N-dimethylaniline all show similar vibronic progressions and are attributed to discrete solvated molecular species. The spectra recorded in aniline are notably red-shifted which is proposed to arise from a combination of hydrogen bonding and Lewis base stabilization of the photoexcited state.  相似文献

The reactivity of the metalloligand [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4] towards a variety of indium(III) substrates has been explored. Reaction with excess In(NO3)3 and halide (KBr or NaI) gave the four-coordinate adducts [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4InX2]+[InX4] (X = Br, I). An X-ray structure determination on the iodo complex revealed a slightly distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry at indium. In contrast, reaction of [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4] with indium(III) chloride was more complex; the ion [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4InCl2]+ was initially observed in solution (using ESI mass spectrometry), and isolated as its BPh4 salt. Analysis of [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4InCl2]+[BPh4] by ESI MS showed the parent cation when analysed in MeCN solution. However in solutions containing methanol, partial solvolysis occurred to give the di-indium species [{Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4InCl(OMe)}2]2+ (proposed to contain an In2(μ-OMe)2 unit with five-coordinate indium) and its fragment ion [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4InCl(OMe)]+. Reaction of [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4] with InCl3·3H2O, 8-hydroxyquinoline (HQ) and trimethylamine in methanol gave the adduct [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4InQ2]+, isolated as its PF6 salt. The same cationic complex is formed when [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4] is reacted with InQ3 in methanol, but in this case the product is contaminated with the mononuclear complex [(Ph3P)2PtQ]+ formed by disintegration of the trinuclear complex [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4InQ2]+ with byproduct Q. [(Ph3P)2PtQ]+BPh4 was independently prepared from cis-[PtCl2(PPh3)2] and HQ/Me3N, and is the first example of a platinum 8-hydroxyquinolinate complex containing phosphine ligands.  相似文献

By employing the common precursor Na3[Fe(CN)5(NH3)]·3H2O in a new synthetic approach, the azidopentacyanoferrate(III) ion has been isolated and structurally characterized as (Ph4As)2[Na(H2O)4][Fe(CN)5(N3)] 1. In order to confirm its building block ability, compound 1 has been reacted with the mononuclear complex [Mn(valphen)(H2O)2]ClO4 (H2valphen represents the Schiff base resulting from the condensation of o-vanillin with 1,2-phenylenediamine in a 2:1 M ratio) to afford the new MnIII-FeIII heterometallic system [Mn(valphen)(H2O)2]2[(H2O)(valphen)Mn(μ-CN)Fe(CN)4(N3)]·8H2O 2. The crystal structure of compound 2 reveals a supramolecular assembly generated by [(H2O)(valphen)Mn(μ-CN)Fe(CN)4(N3)]2− dianions and discrete [Mn(valphen)(H2O)2]+ counterions. The dynamic magnetic measurements of compound 2 point to a slow relaxation of the magnetization.  相似文献

Reaction of [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4] with a number of transition metal-iodo complexes leads to the formation of the cationic iodo analogue [Pt2(μ-S)(μ-I)(PPh3)4]+, identified using electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry (ESI MS). Synthetic routes to this complex were developed, using the reaction of [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4] with either [PtI2(PPh3)2] or elemental iodine. The complex was characterised by NMR spectroscopy, ESI MS and an X-ray structure determination, which reveals the presence of a planar, disordered {Pt2SI}+ core. Monitoring the iodine reaction by ESI MS allows the identification of various iodine species, including the short-lived intermediate [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4I]+, which allows a mechanism for the reaction to be proposed.  相似文献

Treatment of [Ru3(CO)9{P(C4H3S)3}(μ-dppm)] (1) [dppm = bis(diphenylphosphino)methane] with molecular oxygen in benzene at 60 °C affords oxo-capped [Ru3(CO)63-CO){P(C4H3S)3}(μ-dppm)(μ3-O)] (2), while with elemental sulfur and selenium related chalcogenide-capped clusters [Ru3(CO)63-CO){P(C4H3S)3}(μ-dppm)(μ3-E)] (3, E = S; 5, E = Se) and bis(chalcogenide) clusters [Ru3(CO)6{P(C4H3S)3}(μ-dppm)(μ3-E)2] (4, E = S; 6, E = Se) result. Reaction of 1 with H2S in refluxing THF affords the previously reported [(μ-H)2Ru3(CO)7(μ-dppm)(μ3-S)] (7) together with the new sulfido-capped dihydride [(μ-H)2Ru3(CO)6{P(C4H3S)3}(μ-dppm)(μ3-S)] (8). All new compounds have been characterized by spectroscopic data, and 2 and 8 by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Oxo-capped 2 consists of a triangular ruthenium framework capped on opposite sides by oxo and carbonyl groups, while 8 consists of a ruthenium triangle by a capping sulfido ligand and two inequivalent bridging hydride ligands.  相似文献

The 86-electron dicationic octahedral rhodium clusters containing Cp (Cp = C5H5) ligands and either an interstitial carbon atom, [Rh6Cp66-C)]2+ ([1]2+), or two carbonyl groups, [Rh6Cp63-CO)2]2+ ([2]2+), were synthesized in low yields by reactions of Rh3Cp3(μ-CO)3 with RhCp(C2H4)2 or [RuCp(MeCN)3]+ (Cp = C5Me5), respectively. The structures of [1]2+ and [2]2+ were determined by X-ray diffraction. Their electrochemical behavior proved that they possess a rather extended electron transfer activity. In accordance with DFT calculations, the nearly octahedral structure of [1]2+ and [2]2+ is retained both upon oxidation (2+/3+) and the first reduction (2+/+); however, the second reduction (+/0) results in the breaking of one (for [1]0) or two (for [2]0) Rh-Rh bonds. In the case of the related Dahl’s nickel cluster Ni6Cp6 the nearly octahedral structure is retained upon all redox steps (3+/2+/+/0/−/2−).  相似文献

Reaction of [WVIS4]2− with ethane-1,2-dithiol edtH2 in the presence of the sulfide scavenger Cd2+ yielded the dinuclear tungstate syn-[{(edt)WV(O/S)}2(μ-S)2]2− (1), with the terminal S/O disordered over the two tungsten sites in the ratio 0.8:02. In the presence of thiocyanate, phosphine and CuI, the anionic cuboidal clusters of composition [{(SCN)3WV}2{CuI(PPh3)}23-S)4]2− (2) and (3, diphos = 1,2-bis(o-diphenylphosphinophenyl)ethane), and possibly via an intermediate [{(SCN)3WVS}2(μ-S)2]4−. The dark blue dimeric complex di-μ-hydroxo- bis [(1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane)chromium(III)] dithionate tetrahydrate, [Cr(C8H20N4)OH]2(S2O6)2· 4H2O or [Cr(cyclen)OH]2(S2O6)2·4H2O, has been synthesized. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined from threeodimensional counter X-ray data. The complex crystallizes in space group P21/n of the monoclinic system with two dimeric formula units in a cell of dimensions a = 8.837(5), b = 14.472(8), c= 13.943(6) Å andβ=95.83(4)o. The structure has been refined by full-matrix least- squares methods to a final value of the weighted R-factor of 0.059 on the basis of 1774 independent intensities. The geometry of the cyclen macrocycle is unsymmetrical, the observed conformations being λδδλ and its enantiomer. The strained ligand conformation leads to significant deviations from octahedral geometry at the chromium centers, and to a bridged geometry in which the CrOCr angle ø and the Cr···Cr separation of 104.1(1)o and 3.086(2) Å are the largest observed in dimers of this kind. The magnetic susceptibility of the complex indicates antiferromagnetic coupling, with the ground state singlet lying 21.56(6) cm−1 below the lowest lying triplet state. The structural parameters have been used to calculate the triplet energy by means of the Glerup- Hodgson- Pedersen (GHP) model, and the calculated value of 22.3 cme−1 is very similar to the observed value.  相似文献

The metalloligand [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4] reacts with Bi(S2CNEt2)3 or Bi(S2COEt)3 in methanol to produce the orange cationic adducts [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4Bi(S2CNEt2)2]+ and [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4Bi(S2COEt)2]+, respectively, isolated as their hexafluorophosphate salts. An X-ray structure determination on [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4Bi(S2CNEt2)2]PF6 reveals the presence of a six-coordinated bismuth centre with an approximately nido-pentagonal bipyramidal coordination geometry. Fragmentation pathways for both complexes have been probed using electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry; ions [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)2Bi(S2CXEtn)2]+ (X = O, n = 1, X = N, n = 2) are formed by selective loss of two PPh3 ligands, and at higher cone voltages the species [(Ph3P)PtS2Bi]+ is observed. Ions formed by loss of CS2 are also observed for the xanthate but not the dithiocarbamate ions.  相似文献

The reactions of [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4] towards a range of palladium(II) complexes containing organometallic ligands (cyclopalladated N-donor ligands, η3-allyl, phenyl) have been explored, leading to the formation of a series of cationic, trinuclear sulfido-bridged aggregates containing {Pt2PdS2} cores. [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4] also reacts with the platinum(II) hydride complex trans-[PtHCl(PPh3)2] giving the adduct [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4PtH(PPh3)]+. X-ray crystal structure determinations on the complexes [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4PdPh(PPh3)]PF6 and [Pt2(μ-S)2(PPh3)4PtH(PPh3)]PF6 are reported, and show the expected bis μ3-sulfido aggregates with three square-planar metal centres.  相似文献
