The ytterbium complex of 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl)porphyrin was synthesized as an IR-fluorescent label and covalently bound to bovine serum albumin. The resulting conjugate fluoresces at 985 nm and is of interest for use in IR-fluorescent tumor diagnostic, immunoassay, and energy transfer studies.  相似文献

用高效液相色谱法和酶解的方法检测了银杏叶片磷脂酰甘油(PG)脂肪酸的分子种组成和位置分布,确定银杏叶片PG主要分子种的脂肪酸组成(sn-1/sn-2)是18:3/16:1(3t),18:3/16:0,18:2/16:1(3t),18:2/16:0,18:1/16:1(3t),16:0/16:1(3t),18:1/18:1,18:/16:0和16:0和16:0/16:0。银杏叶片PC脂肪酸组成和位置分布的分析结果表明,C18脂肪酸主要位于sn-l位,16:1(3t)只分布于sn-2位,16:0在sn-1位和sn-2位上均有发现。sn-1位上的不饱和度∑u大于sn-2位上的∑u。  相似文献

The major ester-linked fatty acids of the total lipids extracted from Pneumocystis carinii isolated from the lungs of corticosteroid-trcaicd rats were 16:0. 18:0, 18:1, 18:2 and 20:4. Others detected included 14:0, 16:1 and 22:4. The major sphingolipid fatty acids were 16:0, 18:0,22:0,24:0 and 24:1; others included 14:0, 18:1, 20:0, 23:0, 24:2 and 26:0. The total lipid fatty acid compositions of preparations from appropriate lung controls were similar to those of the organism.  相似文献

The composition of molecular species and the positional distribution in fatty acids of phosphatidylglycerol (PG) isolated from poplar ( Populus deltoides cv. Lux 1-69/55 and Poeuramericarla cv.I- 45/51 ) leaves were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), enzym hydrolysis and gas phase chromatography (C,C), and the different cold-resistant poplars were compared with respect to the compositions of molecular species of PG isolated from their leaves. The results showed that the fatty acid compositions ( sn- 1/sn-2) of the major molecular species in PCs from poplar leaves were as follows: 18:3/18:2(18:2/18:3), 18:3/16: 1(3t); 18:3/16:0; 18:2/ 16:1 (3t); 16:0/18:2,18:2/16:0; 18: 1/16: l(3t); 16:0/16: l(3t); 18: 1/18: 1,16:0/18: 1( 18: 1/16:0); 16:0/16:0o The positional distribution of fatty acids in lPG from poplar leaves was found that 16:1(30 was exclusively occupied the sn-2 position, whereas 16:0 was present in both the sn1 position and the sn-2 position. The C18 acids were principally localized at the sn-2 position. The relative contents of the unsaturated molecular species of leaf PCs were more than 70% in both coldresistant poplar and cold-sensitive poplar. The ratio of the unsaturated/saturated molecular species of PG isolated from the cold-resistant Ⅰ -45 poplar was 3.10, which was higher than that of the PG from the cold-sensitive cottonwood, which was 2.38. The sum of the relative contents of the disaturated molecular species of the PG from poplar leaves was closely associated with the cold-resistance of plants. The ∑[ 16:0/16:0+ 16:0/16: l(3t) ] of the PG from cottonwood was higher than that of the PG from cold-resistant I -45 poplar. The differences in the compositions of molecular species and the phase transition temperatures of PCs between cold-resistant and cold-sensitive plants were discussed in terms of the pathways and the activities of selective acyhransferases involved in the PG biosynthesis in chloroplast.  相似文献

2007年4月至8月,以江苏省扬州市瘦西湖景区茱萸湾公园梅花鹿(Cervus nippon)为研究对象,采用扫描取样法(Scansampling)和全事件记录方法(All-occurrence recording),研究了28只梅花鹿昼间行为节律。结果表明:梅花鹿昼间取食、卧息、观望、反刍、移动、修饰行为频次依次减少,取食和卧息行为频次占昼间行为的80%。昼活动节律中,取食和反刍行为频次有两个高峰期,分别在7:30和17:30左右。而卧息行为频次高峰期在11:00~14:00之间。对公鹿、母鹿和幼鹿群体取食和卧息行为频次分析表明,在9:30~11:30时间段和12:30~17:30连续时间段内,公鹿及母鹿取食频次与幼鹿取食频次差异显著,在7:30~8:30和9:30~10:30及12:30~17:30连续时间段内,公鹿的卧息行为频次与母鹿和幼鹿卧息行为频次差异显著。本结论可为梅花鹿饲养管理和遗传保护提供基础理论依据。  相似文献

The elongation of arachidoyl-CoA (20:0-CoA) yielded 22:0 and 24:0 concomitantly, whereas the elongation of behenoyl-CoA (22:0-CoA) yielded only a negligible amount of 24:0 in adult swine cerebral microsomes. The dependence on time, pH, and the substrate concentrations were examined for the synthesis of 22:0 and 24:0 from 20:0-CoA. A microcomputer-aided simulation study suggested that there were two parallel pathways in the elongation of 20:0-CoA to 22:0 and 24:0. The elongation of 22:0-CoA could not be observed in adult swine cerebral microsomes; however, it was observed clearly in newborn swine and rat brain microsomes. A dilution experiment with the addition of cold 22:0-CoA in the reaction of elongation of 20:0-CoA confirmed the above suggestion that no intermediate 22:0 appeared during the synthesis of 24:0 from 20:0-CoA. The elongation of endogenous 20:4-CoA to 22:4 and 24:4 was examined in newborn swine cerebral microsomes, and the presence of two parallel pathways in the elongation of 20:4-CoA to 22:4 and 24:4 similar to those involved in the elongation of 20:0-CoA to 22:0 and 24:0 was suggested.  相似文献

The rapid development of lipidomics of human and higher animals stimulated the study of the lipidome of certain groups of marine organisms. Soft corals are an integral part of the tropical and cold-water ecosystems of the World Ocean, but there is almost no data on the lipidome of these animals. The total lipidome of a tropical soft coral Sinularia siaesensis (Cnidaria: Anthozoa: Octocorallia: Alcionacea) containing intracellular symbiotic microalgae (zooxanthellae) was studied by gas and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The structure and content of 144 molecular species of the main classes of acyl lipids of this alcyonaria were determined, including waxes, triglycerides (TG), monoalkyldiacylglycerides (MADAG), ethanolamine, choline, serine, and inositol glycerophospholipids (PE, PC, PS, and PI), ceramide aminoethylphosphonate (CAEP), sulfoquinovosyldiacylglyceride (SQDG), and mono- and digalactosyldiacylglycerides (MGDG and DGDG). The main components of S. siaesensis lipids were waxes 16:0/16:0, 16:0/18:0, and 18:0/16:0; TG 16:0/16:0/16:0 and 16:2/16:0/16:0; MADAG 18:0e/16:0/16:0, 16:0e/16:0/18:0, and 16:0e/16:0/16:0; and PS 18:0e/24:5, lyso-PC 18:0e, PE 18:1e/20:4, PC 18:0e/20:4, CAEP 18:2b/16:0, SQDG 14:0/16:0, and PI 18:0/24:5. The dominance of saturated waxes in reserve lipids is a species-specific feature of tropical alcyonarians. Waxes are synthesized in the host organism, and zooxanthellae can increase the proportion of saturated waxes by transferring saturated fatty acids (FA). The residues of polyunsaturated FA (PUFA) are found in the molecules of TG and MADAG, mainly in the sn-1 and sn-2 positions, respectively. Detection of MADAG with residues of marker FA of zooxanthellae (18:0e/18:3/16:0, 18:0e/18:4/16:0, and 16:0e/18:3/16:0) confirms the transfer of PUFA from the symbionts to the host. Tetracosapolyenoic FA, which is a chemotaxonomic markers of octocorals, are concentrated in molecular species of PS and PI. Most molecular species of PE, PC, and PS are in alkylacyl form, while for PI molecules, a diacyl form is characteristic. A significant proportion of MGDG, DGDG, and SQDG points to the importance of zooxanthellae in the formation of the lipid profile of symbiotic soft corals. Determination of the profile of lipid molecular species requires the development of a lipidomic approach in the study of biochemistry and ecology of corals and other cnidarians.

Three 1-yr-old swine and two 2.5-wk-old swine were fed a fat-free diet for 1 month and 5 months, respectively. The hepatic phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine were fractionated by silver ion thin-layer chromatography. A distinctive feature of the chromatographic procedure was the development of the chromatograms at low temperatures: -10 degrees C for phosphatidylcholine and 4 degrees C for phosphatidylethanolamine. The chromatographic fractions were hydrolyzed with phospholipase A(2), and the fatty acids were characterized. Significant concentrations of odd-chain saturated and unsaturated fatty acids were found in the swine deprived of fat for 5 months. The major molecular species of phosphatidylcholine in both groups contained monoenoic fatty acids: 16:0/18:1(n - 9), 18:0/18:1(n - 9), and 18:1(n - 9)/18:1(n - 9). Their concentrations changed only slightly with the diet. The molecular species of phosphatidylethanolamine were more sensitive to dietary changes. In the swine deprived of fat for 1 month, about 50% of the molecular species of phosphatidylethanolamine contained tetraenoic fatty acids: 16:0/20:4(n - 6), 18:0/20:4(n - 6), and 18:1(n - 9)/20:4(n - 6). The phosphatidylethanolamine of animals deprived of fat for 5 months contained only 3% molecular species with tetraenoic acids, 18:0/20:4(n - 6), but 36% molecular species with trienoic acids: 18:0/20:3(n - 9), 18:1(n - 9)/20:3(n - 9), 18:0/19:3(n - 8), 16:0/20:3(n - 9), and 17:0/20:3(n - 9). Doubly unsaturated species, such as 18:1(n - 9)/18:1(n - 9), 18:1(n - 9)/20:3(n - 9), and 18:1(n - 9)/20:4(n - 6), were found in both groups of swine, although their total concentrations were higher in the group deprived of fat for a longer period.  相似文献

The specificity of human plasma lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase for molecular species of phosphatidylcholine (PC) was studied by determining the molecular species composition of whole plasma before and after incubation at 37 degrees C. Since the disappearance of PC under the conditions employed is entirely due to the activity of lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase, its specificity can be determined from the decrease in the concentration of each species after the reaction. The selectivity factor for each species was calculated by dividing its observed contribution by its concentration at zero time. The major species contributing to cholesterol esterification in whole plasma were 16:0-18:2 (46%), 18:0-18:2 (16%), 16:0-18:1 (15%), 16:0-20:4 (10%), 18:0-20:4 (5%) and 18:1-18:2 (5%). The specificity, as determined from the selectivity factors for whole plasma, was in the order: 16:0-18:2 greater than 18:1-18:2 greater than 16:0-18:1 greater than 18:0-18:2 greater than 16:0-22:6 greater than 18:0-20:4 greater than 16:0-20:4. The high-density lipoproteins (HDL) contained a significantly higher percentage of 16:0-20:4 and 18:0-20:4 and a lower percentage of 16:0-18:1 and 18:0-18:1 compared to the very-low and low-density lipoproteins. These differences disappeared after incubation of the plasma for 24 h. Using selectivity factors for HDL PCs only, the specificity of the enzyme was found to be in the order: 16:0-18:2 greater than 18:1-18:2 greater than 18:1-18:1 greater than 16:0-22:6 greater than 18:0-18:2 greater than 16:0-18:1 greater than 16:0-20:4. These results indicate that in native plasma, lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase prefers 16:0 greater than 18:1 greater than 18:0 at the 1-position and 18:2 greater than 18:1 greater than 22:6 greater than 20:4 at the 2-position of PC.  相似文献

The fatty acid composition of total lipids and phospholipids of duck salt gland Na,K-ATPase (outer plasma membrane) and of rabbit skeletal muscle Ca-ATPase (intracellular membrane) was investigated. The bulk of Na,K-ATPase fatty acids is represented by palmitic (16:0), oleic (18:1), stearic (18:0) and arachidonic (20:4) acids. The duck salt gland is characterized by rather a high content of unsaturated fatty acids, especially of arachidonic acid. The unsaturation index of total-lipid fatty acids increases during purification of these preparations in the following order: homogenate greater than microsomal fraction greater than purified enzyme. The fatty acid composition of Na,K-ATPase total lipids and phospholipids reveals certain differences. Phospholipids contain more stearic and liholeic (18:2) acids than total lipids, but the level of arachidonic acid in them is twice as low. Besides, phospholipids were found to contain polyunsaturated docosohexaenic (22:6) acid. The bulk of fatty acids of rabbit skeletal muscle Ca-ATPase total lipids and phospholipids is represented by 16:0, 18:0, 18:1 and 18:2 acids. The content of polyunsaturated fatty acids in this preparation is much lower than in duck salt gland Na,K-ATPase. The fatty acid composition of total lipids and phospholipids in rabbit skeletal muscle Ca-ATPase differ insignificantly. The differences in the fatty acid composition of membrane preparations under study is conditioned mainly by the fractional composition of their lipids.  相似文献

Nannochloropsis salina was cultured batch-wise to evaluate the potential of the alga to produce biodiesel. The cells were harvested at the end of the exponential growth phase when the concentration was 18 x 10(6) cells/mL culture. The growth estimated as dry weight from this cell number was (3.8 +/- 0.7) mg/L. The lipid and triglyceride contents were 40% and 12% on a dry weight basis, respectively. The amount of the ratio triglycerides/total lipids was approximately 0.3. The composition of triglyceride fatty acid methyl esters (biodiesel) was analysed by gas-liquid chromatography and identified as: C14:0, C16:0, C16:1, C18:0, C18:1, C18:2, C18:3, C20:1, and C20:5. The ratio of unsaturated to saturated fatty acid contents was approximately 4.4. Additionally, the characterization of each individual fatty acid ester was discussed with regard to the fuel properties of biodiesel produced by the alga.  相似文献

The economically important plum or cherry genus (PRUNUS:) and the subfamily Amygdaloideae of the Rosaceae have a controversial taxonomic history due to the lack of a phylogenetic framework. Phylogenetic analysis using the ITS sequences of nuclear ribosomal DNA (nrDNA) was conducted to construct the evolutionary history and evaluate the historical classifications of PRUNUS: and the Amygdaloideae. The analyses suggest two major groups within the Amygdaloideae: (1) PRUNUS: s.l. (sensu lato) and MADDENIA:, and (2) EXOCHORDA:, Oemleria, and PRINSEPIA: The ITS phylogeny supports the recent treatment of including EXOCHORDA: (formerly in the Spiraeoideae) in the Amygdaloideae. MADDENIA: is found to be nested within PRUNUS: s.l. in the parsimony and distance analyses, but basal to PRUNUS: s.l. in the maximum likelihood analysis. Within PRUNUS:, two major groups are recognizable: (1) the AMYGDALUS:-PRUNUS: group, and (2) the CERASUS:-LAUROCERASUS:-PADUS: group. The clades in the ITS phylogeny are not congruent with most subgeneric groups in the widely used classification of PRUNUS: by Rehder. A broadly defined PRUNUS: is supported.  相似文献

The chronological changes in molecular species of choline glycerophospholipids were studied for cerebra of 17-, 19- and 21-day-old rat fetuses, and 3-, 6-, 12-, 24- and 90-day-old rats. The molecular species found by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and selected ion retrieval technique were phosphatidylcholines of '30 : 0, 32 : 0, 32 : 1, 34 : 0, 34 : 1, 34 : 2, 36 : 0, 36 : 1, 36 : 2, 36 : 3, and 36 : 4' where the larger number indicates the sum of chain lengths on positions C-1 and C-2; the smaller number is the total number of double bonds. Of these molecular species, '32 : 0' (mainly 16 : 0/16 : 0, dipalmitoyl glycerophosphorylcholine), '34 : 1' (mainly 16 : 0/18 : 1, palmitoyloleoyl glycerophosphorylcholine), '34 : 0' (16 : 0/18 : 0, palmitoylstearoyl glycerophosphorylcholine), '32 : 1' (mainly 16 : 0/16 : 1, palmitoylpalmitoleoyl glycerophosphorylcholine and '30 : 0' (14 : 0/16 : 0, myristoylpalmitoyl glycerophosphorylcholine) were main species. The '32 : 0' species increased to about 44% at around the 10th day and thereafter remained nearly constant. '34 : 1' and '34 : 0' decreased to about 17 and 6% at that time and then increased to about 30 and 14%, respectively. '30 : 0' increased from last stage of gestation to the 6th day and then decreased. '32 : 1' was about 16% for 17-day-old fetus and decreased grandually. '36 : 1' (18 : 0/18 : 1, stearoyloleoyl glycerophosphorylcholine) increased at the latter part of development.  相似文献

Characteristics of lipids in the microvillar membranes of octopus photoreceptor cells were studied in order to obtain some information on the membrane environment with rhodopsin in the invertebrate. (1) The membranes contain lipid and protein in almost equal proportion. The majority of lipids are phospholipids. Neutral lipids make up 16% of the total lipids, the major constituent of which is cholesterol. (2) Phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylcholine are the major phospholipids. Phosphatidylserine, ceramide 2-aminoethylphosphonate and sphingomyelin occur as minor components. An unidentified alkaline and acid stable phospholipid was found. (3) The predominant fatty acids of phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylcholine are highly unsaturated such as 22 : 6, 20 : 5 and 20 : 4. The 22 : 6 and 20 : 5 are exclusively linked at the 2-position, but the 20 : 4 is linked significantly at the 1-position of the phospholipids. (4) Major molecular species are 16 : 0/22 : 6 (48.4%) and 16 : 0/20 : 4 (19.6%) in phosphatidylcholine, and 20 : 4/22 : 6 (50.7%) and 16 : 0/22 : 6 (25.6%) in phosphatidylethanolamine.  相似文献

Mature fruit of Chorisia speciosa yield an exudate (E-I) following mechanical injury. The polysaccharide contains rhamnose, arabinose, xylose, mannose, glucose, galactose and glucuronic acid in molar ratios of 20:11:1:3:2:40:23. The main chain of the structure is composed by beta-galactopyranosyl units linked (1 --> 3) and (1 --> 6) as indicated by NMR spectra and methylation data. Arabinosef and rhamnose are terminal residues. In order to compare E-I with the polysaccharides from the fruit mesocarp, the latter was submitted to different extractions. The water fraction contains rhamnose, arabinose, xylose, mannose, glucose, galactose and uronic acid in molar ratios of 18:4:1:2:3:44:28. It was treated with CTAB yielding a precipitate which was decomplexed with NaCl, giving four fractions. The fraction obtained using 0.15 M NaCl had a quantitative composition similar that of E-I.  相似文献

Xyloglucan oligosaccharides were isolated with various degreesof polymerization (DP) and reduced with tritiated sodium borohydride.The 3H-oligosaccharides were tested for their ability to bindto amorphous and microcrystalline celluloses and to cellulosefilter paper. The time course of binding indicated that theradiolabeled oligosaccharides continued to be bound for at least1 h after heating at 120°C. The binding probably requiredthe organization of the oligosaccharides and celluloses by gradualannealing after heating. Although neither pentasaccharide (glucose:xylose, 3 : 2), heptasaccharide (glucose: xylose, 4 : 3) andnonasaccharide (glucose : xylose : galactose : fucose, 4 : 3: 1 : 1) failed to bind to the celluloses, binding occurredwith oligosaccharides with DP equivalent to more than four consecutive1,4-ß-glucosyl residues. The extent of binding tothe celluloses increased gradually from octasaccharide (glucose:xylose, 5 : 3) to hendecosanosaccharide (glucose/xylose, 12: 9), with the increase in the DP of 1,4-ß-glucosylresidues. The binding of reduced cello-dextrins to celluloserequired at least 4 consecutive 1,4-ß-glucosyl residues.The extent of binding of cellopentitol or cellohexitol to cellulosewas similar to that of hendecosanosaccharide, showing lowerbinding for xyloglucan oligosaccharides in spite of longer chainsof 1,4-ß-glucosyl residues. These findings suggestthat the mode of binding to cellulose of xyloglucan oligosaccharidesis different from that of cello-oligosaccharides. The relative incorporation of [3H]arachidonic acid (20:4) into individual molecular species containing 20:4 at the 2 position (18:1-20:4, 16:0-20:4 and 18:0-20:4 species) of diacyl and ether-linked glycerophosphocholine, glycerophosphoethanolamine and glycerophosphoinositol of rabbit alveolar macrophages has been measured by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The rate of incorporation of [3H]20:4 into the molecular species of glycerophospholipids was greatly influenced by their structures. The reversed-phase HPLC analysis allowed elucidation of the influence of structural differences, such as the nature of the polar head group, the fatty chain at the 1 position and the chemical form of the bond of the fatty chain attached at the 1 position on the uptake of [3H]20:4 by comparison of the specific radioactivities of arachidonoyl molecular species having the same structures, except that one of the three kinds of moiety was different. The specific radioactivities of the molecular species containing choline head groups were significantly higher than those containing ethanolamine and inositol moieties. The specific radioactivities of diacyl molecular species were considerably higher than those of ether-linked molecular species. The nature of the fatty chain attached at the 1 position also influenced the uptake of [3H]20:4 into glycerophospholipids. The arachidonoyl molecular species containing 18:1 at the 1 position were preferentially labelled with [3H]20:4 as compared to the corresponding 16:0-20:4 and 18:0-20:4 species either of diacyl or ether-linked glycerophospholipids. The present results suggest that the acyltransferase involved in the incorporation of 20:4 into glycerophospholipids has selectivity for the structures of glycerophospholipids and the order of selectivity of this enzyme for the arachidonoyl molecular species, deduced in the present experiments, was as follows: choline head group greater than ethanolamine and inositol groups, acyl bond greater than ether and vinyl ether bonds, 18:1 fatty chain greater than 16:0 and 18:0 fatty chains at the 1 position. Comparison of the metabolic activities of all major arachidonoyl molecular species of glycerophospholipids having a single structure is reported here for the first time.  相似文献

测定了羊奶果(Elaeagnus conferta Roxb.)种子脂肪酸组成以及矿质元素含量。结果表明:脂肪酸含量为1.98%,主要是油酸(C18:1)34.15%、亚油酸(C18:2)31.51%、软脂酸(C16:0)13.83%、硬脂酸(C18:0)2.88%。饱和脂肪酸:单不饱和脂肪酸:多不饱和脂肪酸含量比为1:2.23:2.75。矿质元素K高达7837.69mgkg-1,Fe为30.99mgkg-1、Zn为10.13mgkg-1,Na为259.5mgkg-1。  相似文献

采用凋落物分解袋法,研究四川低山丘陵区马尾松与檫木、香椿、香樟3种阔叶树种的混合凋落叶及纯马尾松凋落叶分解过程中总酚和缩合单宁的变化特征.设置马尾松:檫木质量比为6:4、7:3、8:2,马尾松:香椿质量比为6:4、7:3、8:2,马尾松:香樟质量比为6:4、7:3、8:2混合处理.结果表明:经过180 d的分解,纯马尾松凋落叶缩合单宁的降解率为84.4%,混合凋落叶缩合单宁的降解率均高于纯马尾松凋落叶.在所有组合中,马尾松:香樟6:4混合凋落叶的缩合单宁和总酚降解率最高,分别为90.3%和68.6%,凋落叶的混合促进了马尾松凋落叶缩合单宁和总酚的分解.随着分解时间的延长,马尾松与3种阔叶凋落叶所有混合处理缩合单宁的降解率均呈现先上升后趋于稳定的趋势.而纯马尾松凋落叶、马尾松:香樟(7:3)和马尾松与香椿的所有混合处理总酚的降解率呈现在分解前90 d上升此后下降的趋势;马尾松与檫木的所有混合处理及马尾松:香樟6:4和8:2混合处理总酚降解率呈现上升趋势.混合凋落叶分解过程中,单宁和总酚的变化特征还与凋落物基质质量、凋落物分解相关酶(多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶、亮氨酸氨基肽)的活性有关.  相似文献

用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对轮状病毒(RV)标准株进行RNA基因图谱分析,发现人轮状病毒(HRV)Wa株在MA104细胞上连续传5代后,其RNA基因图谱由原来的4:2:3:2模式变为4:3:3:2模式。继续分别在CV-1、MA104细胞上传代后,基因图谱进一步演变为4:3:4:2模式。经比较电泳、病毒空斑纯化,初步证实RVWa有变异林存在。目前尚未见RV标准株变异的报告,有待进一步研究。同时对多个RV标准株及1939年南京市区婴幼儿秋季腹泻的RV流行株进行基因图谱分析,发现不同的人RV及牛RV标准株有相同的基因图谱;不同实验室来源的同一标准株有不同的基因图谱。此外,尚证实HRV是1989年南京市区婴幼儿秋季腹泻的主要病源,总检出率45.1%,电泳长型为流行优势株89.2%。本文尚对RV RNA基因图谱变异的原因及意义进行了讨论。  相似文献
