Oxytocin (OT) is involved in the regulation of luteolysis in pigs. However, it is still not clear if OT is responsible for initiation of luteal regression in this species. The objectives of the study were: (1) to compare OT receptors (OTr) concentrations in endometrium and myometrium of cyclic and early pregnant pigs, (2) to examine the effect of OT on plasma PGF(2)alpha secretion during the progressive luteal regression, (3) to ascertain the effect of OT on inositol phosphates (IPs) accumulation in endometrial and myometrial cells of cyclic and early pregnant pigs. Concentrations of OTr on the endometrium and myometrium of cyclic (n = 33) (days 2-4; 11-13; 14-16; 18-20; day 21) and early pregnant (n = 4) (days 14-16) gilts were determined and they ranged from 7 +/- 3 (days 11-13) to 377 +/- 113 fmol/mg protein (day 21) in the endometrium and from 33 +/- 11 (days 2-4) to 167 +/- 28 fmol/mg protein (days 18-20) in the myometrium. In both tissues, concentrations of OTr were low during the luteal phase and increased (P < 0.01) during the follicular phase. In contrast to myometrial OTr, endometrial OTr during pregnancy were undetectable. In next experiment, mature gilts (n = 12) were injected with OT (20IU; i.v.) for three consecutive days starting on days 14 and 15 of the oestrous cycle and plasma PGF(2)alpha metabolite-13,14-dihydro-16-keto PGF(2)alpha (PGFM) concentration was determined. On days 15-16 and 16-17, OT increased plasma PGFM level. This effect was not observed on days 14-15 of the estrous cycle. A negative correlation was noticed between plasma concentrations of PGFM and progesterone (r = -0.3; P < 0.05). In last experiment, OT (100 nM) augmented (P < 0.01) an accumulation of inositol phosphates (IPs) in isolated myometrial cells on days 14-16 (n = 4) and 18-20 (n = 3) of the estrous cycle and on days 14-16 (n = 4) of pregnancy. Oxytocin-stimulated accumulation of IPs was not observed in endometrial cells. In summary: (1) concentrations of OTr on both the endometrium and myometrium were the highest during perioestrus-period in pigs, (2) myometrium of early pregnant sows possessed functional OTr, (3) oxytocin increased plasma PGFM concentration after initiation of luteolysis; and (4) OT-stimulated accumulation of IPs in myometrial, but not in endometrial cells. In conclusion, OT appears to not be involved in the initiation of luteal regression in sows and functional OTr are still present in the myometrium during early pregnancy (days 14-16).  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to localize immunocytochemically a progesterone-dependent protein (PDP) and to determine PDP mRNA levels during the initial stage of the implantation period. Uterine tissue was collected from Day 0-18 postcoital animals. The tissue was processed for immunocytochemical localization of PDP, and the endometrial RNA was isolated and analyzed for PDP gene expression by slot-blot hybridization. PDP was detected immunocytochemically as early as Day 5 postcoitus in the epithelial cells of the deep uterine glands, and the intensity of immunostaining appeared to peak by Day 12 postcoitus. PDP was absent in the endometrium obtained from implantation sites after Day 16 postcoitus, but the synthesis of PDP was maintained in the endometrium obtained from nonimplantation sites. Immunogold electron microscopy demonstrated that PDP was present in electron-dense granules of the glandular epithelial cells. PDP mRNA was detectable in the endometrium at Day 5 postcoitus and peaked around Day 10 postcoitus. PDP mRNA was absent in the endometrium from implantation sites after Day 16 postcoitus, but was maintained in the endometrium from nonimplantation sites. In summary, the results of this study illustrate that PDP is synthesized within the epithelial cells of the deep uterine glands, packaged within membrane-bound secretory granules, and released into the uterine lumen. Also, the process of implantation alters the gene expression in a very localized way since PDP mRNA and PDP-positive granules were absent in the endometrial glands obtained from the implantation site within 1-2 days of the onset of implantation, whereas both PDP mRNA and PDP-positive granules were maintained in the endometrial glands from nonimplantation-site regions.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

A comparative study of the enzymes delta5-3beta-HSD, cytochrome oxidase and peroxidase has been made in the ovaries and uterus of mammals (mouse, guinea pig, cat and dog) during various reproductive phases. The granulosa cells of developing follicles, hypertrophied interstitial cells of thecal origin and the luteal cells show intense delta5-3beta-HSD and cytochrome oxidase activity. Peroxidases are found to be present in the corpus luteum and the epithelial cords of thecal origin. delta5-3beta-HSD and cytochrome oxidase activity is localized to the endometrium and myometrium of mature and pregnant uterus of mouse and guinea pig, while peroxidase is seen only in the decidua and endometrial glands of pregnant animals. The significance of these enzymes is discussed in relation to the cellular basis of luteinization and steroid hormone synthesis.  相似文献

Noninvasive, epitheliochorial placental attachment in the pig is regulated through endometrial production of protease inhibitors. The objective of the present study was to determine if the light-chain serine protease inhibitor of the inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor family, bikunin, is produced by the porcine endometrium during the estrous cycle and early pregnancy. Western blot analysis revealed the presence of bikunin in uterine flushings of gilts collected during the luteal phase of the estrous cycle and early pregnancy (Days 12-18). However, bikunin unbound to the inter-alpha-trypsin heavy chains was detected only in endometrial explant culture medium obtained from estrus and pregnant (Days 12, 15, and 18) gilts. Endometrial bikunin gene expression was lowest on Day 10 of the estrous cycle and pregnancy, followed by a 30- to 77-fold increase on Day 15 of the estrous cycle and pregnancy. Bikunin gene expression decreased on Day 18 of the estrous cycle, whereas endometrial bikunin gene expression continued to increase in pregnant gilts. Bikunin mRNA was localized to the uterine glands between Days 15 and 18 of the estrous cycle and pregnancy. In addition to its role as a protease inhibitor, bikunin functions in stabilization of the extracellular matrix, which suggests that bikunin could be involved with facilitating placental attachment to the uterine epithelial surface in the pig.  相似文献

To obtain more insight into the relationship between cyclic and regional changes in steroid receptor expression and function-related changes in the various types of cell of the normal human uterus, we performed an immunocytochemical study on paraffin-embedded sections. The distribution and intensity of immunostaining for the oestrogen receptor and the progesterone receptor in the various types of cell were semiquantitatively scored. The data were statistically compared for the different phases of the menstrual cycle and after the menopause, and for the different regions of the corpus and (endo)cervix uteri. During the menstrual cycle, significant changes in oestrogen receptor score were observed in glandular and stromal cells of endometrium basalis and functionalis and in smooth muscle cells of the myometrium. In all types of cell, oestrogen receptor expression reached a maximum in the late proliferative phase. During the early secretory phase, oestrogen receptor staining declined sharply in stromal and smooth muscle cells, whereas, in glandular epithelium, oestrogen receptor expression decreased more gradually. During mid- and late-secretory phases, an increase in oestrogen receptor staining was also observed in predecidualizing stromal cells and smooth muscle cells. Progesterone receptor numbers changed significantly in glandular epithelium but not in stromal and smooth muscle cells. Glandular progesterone receptor expression reached a maximum in the early secretory phase and was then drastically reduced. During mid- and late-secretory phases stromal cells were moderately stained for progesterone receptor in contrast to epithelial gland cells which showed no or very weak staining. A polyclonal antiserum, raised in guinea pigs immunized with the 116,000 Mr rabbit uterine progesterone receptor (PR), was used to demonstrate immunoreactive PR in frozen fixed sections of rabbit and human uterus. In both species, PR localization was exclusively nuclear. For the rabbit uterus, staining intensity was greatest in the myometrium, followed by endometrial stroma, glands, and luminal epithelium. In premenopausal human endometrium and myometrium there was intense staining of nuclei from proliferative phase glands and myometrium. In the secretory phase the glands failed to stain, yet immunostaining persisted in the myometrium.  相似文献

Cebus apella is a New World monkey that has a menstrual cycle of 18-23 days with implantation at approximately luteal Day 5. The aim of this study was to characterize by lectin- and antibody-labeling the distribution of Muc1 and associated glycans on the endometrial and oviductal epithelium during the luteal phase of the cycle. Endometrial histology showed a thin endometrium, with glands extending deeply into the myometrium. No obvious evidence of secretory differentiation in cells of either the superficial or the basal segments of glands could be obtained using a panel of antibodies and lectins that marked epithelial glycoprotein, and glycosylation changes observed in some other primate endometrial cycles were not observed in this study. Antibodies to human MUC1 were shown to cross-react with C. apella, and Muc1 was localized to the apical epithelial surfaces of both the endometrial and the tubal epithelium, with stronger expression in the latter. Again, no cyclic changes were noted. Antibodies specific to the isoform Muc1/Sec showed strong staining at the apical tubal epithelium, but no reactivity was detectable in the luminal epithelium of the uterus. This observation suggests differences between the two glycocalyces and could help to explain why C. apella embryos do not implant in this location.  相似文献

After 2-day estradiol treatments, wet weight increases in fetuses, newborns and immature guinea pigs by (means +/- SEM) 75 +/- 4%, 170 +/- 16% and 234 +/- 25%, respectively; while after 3-day tamoxifen treatments they are 83 +/- 11%, 157 +/- 35% and 127 +/- 9%, respectively. During the same periods, estradiol increases the uterine content of DNA while the effect of tamoxifen on uterine DNA decreases throughout development. Histologically, both estradiol and tamoxifen induce in the fetus an increase in the size of the stroma and myometrium. Estradiol or tamoxifen, respectively, increase the luminal epithelial cell height by (means +/- SEM) 95 +/- 2% and 67 +/- 2% in fetuses, 286 +/- 20% and 100 +/- 2% in newborns and 260 +/- 10% and 138 +/- 4% in immature animals. Luminal epithelial cell number increases in fetuses, newborns and immature animals by (means +/- SEM) 167 +/- 10%, 248 +/- 50% and 76 +/- 15%, respectively, after estradiol treatments and 160 +/- 20%, 69 +/- 15% and 17 +/- 5%, respectively, after tamoxifen treatments. Uterine epithelial growth invading the stroma was observed in both estradiol- and tamoxifen-treated fetuses. In neonatal or immature animals, estradiol increases the size and the number of endometrial glands, while tamoxifen has progressively less effects on endometrial glands and on the myometrium. It is concluded that: 1) the estradiol-induced uterotropic effect increases progressively in fetal, neonatal and immature animals; and 2) throughout development, tamoxifen has progressively weaker estrogenic properties than estradiol.  相似文献

Leptin is a 16-kDa protein hormone encoded by the obese (ob) gene and acts on receptors in the hypothalamus to regulate food intake and energy balance. The identification of leptin and its receptor mRNAs and proteins in human and mouse endometrium and placental trophoblast has attracted attention to the potential role of leptin in implantation. Thus, the aim of this study was to compare the expression levels of porcine leptin mRNA and protein in endometrium and myometrium during mid- and late-luteal phases of the oestrous cycle (days 10 - 12 and 14 - 16) as well as during two stages of pregnancy respondent to the beginning (days 14 - 16) and the end (days 30 - 32) of the implantation process, and in trophoblast during both periods of pregnancy. Leptin gene and protein expression in myometrium, and leptin mRNA expression in endometrium was more pronounced in the mid- and late-luteal phases of the cycle in comparison to studied periods of pregnancy, whereas leptin protein concentration in endometrium was either enhanced on days 30 - 32 of pregnancy in relation to days 14 - 16 of the cycle or there were no changes between pregnancy and luteal phase of the cycle. On days 30 - 32 of pregnancy, expression of the leptin gene in the endometrium, and of the leptin gene and protein in the myometrium was more pronounced in comparison to the earlier stage of pregnancy. Moreover, leptin gene expression in porcine trophoblast increased during the beginning of the implantation process compared to days 30 - 32 of pregnancy, while the protein concentration decreased on days 14 - 16 of pregnancy. In conclusion, the finding of leptin gene and protein expression in porcine endometrium, myometrium and trophoblast indicates that locally synthesised leptin can participate in the control of pig reproduction. The fluctuation of the hormone concentration during pregnancy and changes in its level between pregnancy and the oestrous cycle may indicate leptin's involvement in the implantation process.  相似文献

The multidrug-resistance gene, MDR1, encodes a plasma membrane glycoprotein termed P-glycoprotein, which mediates active cellular efflux of certain cytotoxic agents. Two mouse monoclonal antibodies (MAb), C219 and JSB-1, were used to identify P-glycoprotein in frozen tissue from the female genital tract of 14 women with benign gynecological conditions; multiple samples from several sites in the genital tract were available from seven patients. P-glycoprotein was detected in the ovarian surface epithelium in four of 14 cases, in the Fallopian tube in three of five cases, in occasional epithelial cells of the endometrial glands in two of five cases, in some endocervical glandular epithelium in three of five cases, in ectocervical squamous epithelium in one of the two cases, and in luteinized cells of the eight cases in which a corpus luteum was present in the specimen. Positive staining with these two MAb was also observed in some endothelial cells in the cortex of the ovary and in the stromal tissue of the myometrium, endometrium, and endocervix. These studies suggest that, if epithelial ovarian cancers are derived from the surface epithelial cells of the ovary, a small proportion of the cancers might be expected to retain the phenotype found in non-cancerous cells and to express P-glycoprotein.  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to clarify smooth muscle- and region-dependent distributions of the oxytocin receptor that mediates oxytocin-induced contraction in the nonpregnant porcine myometrium by means of mechanical and radioligand ([3H]-oxytocin) binding studies. In Krebs solution, oxytocin (0.1-300 nM) caused concentration-dependent contractions of the cornual myometrium, and the longitudinal muscle was more sensitive than the circular muscle. [Arg8]-vasopressin and [deamino-Cys1, D-Arg8]-vasopressin also contracted the myometrium, and the order of the potency was oxytocin > [Arg8]-vasopressin > [deamino-Cys(1), D-Arg(8)]-vasopressin. Treatment with a high concentration of oxytocin selectively inhibited the contraction of oxytocin and [Arg8]-vasopressin without affecting the responses of acetylcholine and high-K+. Selective cross inhibition was also observed in the presence of a high concentration of [Arg(8)]-vasopressin. The oxytocin-induced contraction was resistant to tetrodotoxin and atropine, but was reduced by verapamil or by the removal of external Ca2+, indicating that oxytocin has a direct action on smooth muscle cells and that extracellular Ca2+ plays an important role for the contraction. In Kumagai solution, oxytocin caused contraction of the cornual longitudinal muscle (-logEC50 = 8.5) but not the circular muscle. Longitudinal muscles of other regions (corpus and cervix) were also responsive to oxytocin, but the -logEC50 value differed from region to region (cornua > corpus = cervix). On the other hand, oxytocin failed to cause contraction of the corpus and cervical circular muscles. 3H-Oxytocin bound to crude membrane preparations of the myometrium in a concentration-dependent (0.084-2.7 nM) saturable manner. Scatchard analysis of equilibrium binding data revealed the presence of a single class of binding site with an apparent dissociation constant (Kd, 1.1-1.5 nM), but receptor density (Bmax) differed in the two muscle layer types (longitudinal muscle: circular muscle = 5:1) and tended to decrease from the cornua to the cervix. In conclusion, the receptor specific for oxytocin is present in the porcine myometrium and mediates the contractile responses of both oxytocin and [Arg8]-vasopressin. The distribution of the oxytocin receptors differs according to the type of muscle layer (longitudinal muscle > circular muscle) and the region of the uterus.  相似文献

Androgens are known to attenuate some effects of estradiol-17beta (E) in the uterus. The objectives of the present experiment were to determine effects of 5alpha-dihydrotestosterone (DHT) on estrogenic actions in the pig uterus and its associations with changes in expression of the estrogen receptor (ER) alpha and ERbeta. Postpubertal gilts (120-130 kg of body weight; n = 16) were ovariectomized, and 3-4 weeks later received once-a-day injections (i.m.) of one of the following treatments during four consecutive days: 1) vehicle (corn oil), 2) E (250 microg), 3) E (250 microg) plus 1 mg DHT, or 4) E (250 microg) plus 10 mg DHT. Uterine tissues were collected 24 h after the last treatment. Gilts receiving E or E plus 1 mg DHT had greater uterine wet weight, uterine horn diameter, luminal epithelium thickness, and endometrial gland diameter compared with gilts treated with vehicle or E plus 10 mg DHT. Gilts receiving E or E plus 1 mg DHT were not different in these characteristics. Relative amounts of mRNAs in the endometrium for the cell proliferation marker histone H2a and the E-inducible protein complement component C3 increased in gilts treated with E compared with gilts treated with vehicle. E-induced increases in histone H2a and C3 mRNAs were not altered by cotreatment with E plus 1 mg DHT but were inhibited by E plus 10 mg DHT. Androgen receptor (AR) mRNA in the endometrium increased by treatment with E. Cotreatment of gilts with E and DHT did not alter the E-induced AR mRNA increase. Gilts treated with E plus 10 mg DHT had lesser amounts of immunoreactive ERalpha in cell nuclei of the myometrium and endometrial stroma and a tendency for a decrease in luminal epithelium compared with gilts treated with E. Amounts of immunoreactive ERalpha in glandular epithelium were not influenced by the treatments. Relative amounts of ERalpha and ERbeta mRNAs decreased in the endometrium of gilts treated with E plus 10 mg DHT compared with gilts treated with E. Downregulation of the ERs, particularly ERalpha in the myometrium and endometrial stroma, might be a relevant mechanism in the antagonism of estrogenic effects by DHT in the pig uterus.  相似文献

Two mature heifers were slaughtered on days 3, 6-7, 10-11, 16, 18-19 or on day 21 of the oesterus cycle. Endometrium was incubated in quadruplicates with medium-199 at 37 C and a water saturated gas phase of 95% O2 + 5% CO2. Half ml medium samples were taken after 6, 12 and 24 h of incubation for determination of PGF2 alpha and PGFM. PGF2 alpha was secreted by endometrium at each stage of the oestrous cycle. Maximal secretion was measured around oestrus (p less than 0.01) compared with days 6-16 of the cycle. Concentration of PGFM in medium had a similar trend. Highest ability of endometrium for PGF2 alpha metabolism (indicated by the ratio PGF2 alpha:PGFM) was on days 6-16 of the cycle. Data suggest that PGF2 alpha metabolism by the endometrium may depend on ovarian steroids and that this metabolism may also protect the corpus luteum from the luteolytic action of PGF2 alpha besides reduced production of this prostaglandin during the luteal phase.  相似文献

Immunoreactive (ir) beta-endorphin (BEND) was recently identified in porcine uterine fluids. In the study reported here, we examined the hypothesis that porcine endometrium serves as a source of uterine fluid ir-BEND during the estrous cycle and early pregnancy. Endometrial ir-BEND was chromatographically characterized, sites of ir-BEND synthesis were immunocytochemically localized, and concentrations of endometrial ir-BEND during the estrous cycle and early pregnancy were measured. Sephadex G-50 chromatographic profiles of endometrial extracts from Day 15 of the estrous cycle revealed three distinct peaks of ir-BEND, with the first peak occurring near void volume and the second and third peaks coinciding with standard porcine beta-lipotropin and standard porcine BEND, respectively. Reverse-phase HPLC C18 chromatographic profiles indicated that endometrial ir-BEND contained both standard BEND and alpha-N-acetylated BEND. Immunocytochemical studies demonstrated ir-BEND in the surface and glandular epithelial cells of the endometrium, with immunostaining most prominent in the apical portion of epithelial cells. Concentrations of ir-BEND in endometrial tissues were higher on Days 14-15 than on Days 8-12 during the estrous cycle and pregnancy (p less than 0.05); however, values were not different in pregnant and cyclic gilts. Biochemical and immunocytochemical evidence supports our hypothesis that ir-BEND present in uterine fluids is derived from the endometrium. The increase in endometrial ir-BEND concentration during Days 14-15 in cyclic and pregnant gilts indicates that ovarian steroids may influence the synthesis of endometrial ir-BEND.  相似文献

Our aims were to describe the myoelectrical activity in the single very thin layer of muscle of the canine gallbladder. The study was performed on 22 freshly removed canine gallbladders. Electrical activity was studied by the single sucrose-gap method and contractility of the tissue was measured simultaneously using a force transducer. The strips (15 x 1 mm) from different regions of gallbladder (fundus, corpus, neck) were cut in longitudinal, circular and oblique axes. The sucrose-gap apparatus together with connecting tubes, solutions and electrodes were kept at 37 degrees C and the initial tension applied to the tissue was set to 1 g. In 82.7% of recordings, spontaneous myoelectrical activity consisted of regular rhythmic changes in membrane potential similar to slow waves recorded in intestinal tissue. The overall mean frequency was 11.4 +/- 5.2 (mean +/- SD) cycles per min: 11.1 +/- 4.4 cycles per min in fundus, 11.9 +/- 6.2 cycles per min in corpus and 10.8 +/- 3.8 cycles per min in the neck of the gallbladder. In 84.2% of cases electrical activity correlated with mechanical activity and preceded it. No significant differences were seen between the electrical patterns in strips with different orientations or from the different regions of the gallbladder.  相似文献

The technique of somatic cell nuclear transfer (NT) is a useful tool to produce cloned animals for various purposes, but the efficiency to generate cloned animals using this technique is still very low. To improve the low efficiency in production of cloned pigs it is critical to understand the reprogramming process during development of cloned embryos, but it is also essential to understand the uterine function interacting with the transferred cloned embryos during implantation and placentation. Thus, to understand the uterine responsiveness to NT cloned embryos during pregnancy, we investigated expression of retinol-binding protein (RBP), osteopontin (OPN) and fibroblast growth factor 7 (FGF7), which play important roles in implantation and/or maintenance of pregnancy as a transport protein, an extracellular matrix protein and a growth factor, respectively, in the uterine endometrium in pigs. The uterine tissue samples were obtained by C-section from pigs with NT cloned normal (NT-normal) embryos and NT cloned abnormal (NT-abnormal) embryos and pigs with non-NT (Non-NT) embryos at term. Immunoblot analysis showed that expression of RBP and FGF7 decreased in the uterine endometrium of recipient gilts carrying NT embryos than in the endometrium of gilts carrying Non-NT embryos. Levels of OPN protein of 70 and 45kDa were not different in between the uterine endometrium of gilts carrying Non-NT and NT-normal embryos, but in the uterine endometrium of gilts carrying NT-abnormal embryos 70 and 45kDa OPN proteins increased compared to those in the endometrium of gilts carrying Non-NT embryos. Immunohistochemistry results showed that RBP expression was lower in the endometrial glandular epithelial cells, while OPN expression was higher in the endometrial luminal epithelial cells of the uterus of gilts carrying NT embryos than in the uterus of gilts carrying Non-NT embryos. Results of this study showed that maternal uterine genes were aberrantly expressed in the uterine endometrium of gilts carrying NT cloned embryos in varying degrees depending on the normality of the developing embryos. These results indicate that abnormal maternal-fetal interactions of the uterus carrying the developing NT cloned embryos may cause problems in development of cloned embryos.  相似文献

Anatomical, histological, and ultrastructural studies of the European beaver stomach revealed several unique morphological features. The prominent attribute of its gross morphology was the cardiogastric gland (CGG), located near the oesophageal entrance. Light microscopy showed that the CGG was formed by invaginations of the mucosa into the submucosa, which contained densely packed proper gastric glands comprised primarily of parietal and chief cells. Mucous neck cells represented <0.1% of cells in the CGG gastric glands and 22–32% of cells in the proper gastric glands of the mucosa lining the stomach lumen. These data suggest that chief cells in the CGG develop from undifferentiated cells that migrate through the gastric gland neck rather than from mucous neck cells. Classical chief cell formation (i.e., arising from mucous neck cells) occurred in the mucosa lining the stomach lumen, however. The muscularis around the CGG consisted primarily of skeletal muscle tissue. The cardiac region was rudimentary while the fundus/corpus and pyloric regions were equally developed. Another unusual feature of the beaver stomach was the presence of specific mucus with a thickness up to 950 µm (in frozen, unfixed sections) that coated the mucosa. Our observations suggest that the formation of this mucus is complex and includes the secretory granule accumulation in the cytoplasm of pit cells, the granule aggregation inside cells, and the incorporation of degenerating cells into the mucus.  相似文献

200 gall-bladders of goat were studied for histology and histochemistry. The lining epithelium is tall columnar with striated border. The glands are mucous and serous, and the secretion of both surface and glands is a polyssaccharide-protein complex. The regional differences at neck, body and fundus of the gall-bladder are described. Few enterochromaffin cells with granules, which are PAS-positive and contain 5-hydroxytryptamine, are encountered at the wedge between the granular epithelial cells and the cells lining the crypts. The relationship between these cells and lymphocytic infiltration is discussed. The thick circular muscle layer at the neck region is considered a sphincter of the gall-bladder.  相似文献
