本文以河南省封丘县鲁冈乡境内的泡桐-小麦-玉米(paulownia-wheat-maize)间作为研究对象,对农桐间作系统的土壤养分与小气候,林木与农作物的生物生产力等进行了系统测定,分析了林带间环境因子与农作物产量之间的相互关系,运用Logistic曲线拟合林带内农作物产量,设计了农桐间作的最优行距,为探讨农林复合系统的结构优化提出了新方法。  相似文献

The following aspects of flatfish skin coloration are reviewed. (1) The variety of chromatophores which contribute to the complex integumentary patterns; their relative sizes and numerical distribution. (2) Interspecific variations and intraspecific changes in skin patterns. (3) Ambicolouration and hypomelanosis and their economic consequences. Discussion of nutrition, illumination, stress, endocrine and paracrine factors which may influence both these phenomena, as well as the normal pattern morphology, including putative melanogenesis stimulating and inhibitory factors within the integument. (4) Cryptic responses to substrate texture and colour, as well as to stressors, involving chromatophore morphological and physiological chromatic interaction. (5) Regulation of pattern changes; the simultaneous production by a single neurone type (adrenergic) of both paling and darkening in different pattern areas through variations in “adrenoceptor transition ranges”.  相似文献

Vertical variations in trophic-functional patterns of biofilm-dwelling ciliates were studied in coastal waters of the Yellow Sea, northern China. A total of 50 species were identified and assigned to four trophic-functional groups (TFgrs): algivores (A), bacterivorous (B), non-selective (N) and raptors (R). The trophic-functional structures of the ciliate communities showed significant variability among different water depths: (1) with increasing water depth, relative species numbers and relative abundances of groups A and R decreased sharply whereas those of groups B and N increased gradually; (2) in terms of the frequency of occurrences, group A dominated at depths of 1–3.5 m whereas group B dominated at 5 m, while in terms of the probability density function of the trophic-functional spectrum, group A was the highest contributor at 1 m and group B was highest at the other three depths; (3) distance-based redundancy analyses revealed significant differences in trophic-functional patterns among the four depths, except between 2 and 3.5 m (P > 0.05); and (4) the trophic-functional trait diversity increased from 1 to 3.5 m and decreased sharply at 5 m. Our results suggest that the biofilm-dwelling ciliates maintain a stable trophic-functional pattern and high biodiversity at depths of 1–3.5 m.  相似文献

土壤贮水是影响黄土高原冬小麦生产力的最重要因素,分析休闲期贮水效率对有效利用水资源具有重要意义。利用黄土高原旱作区4个农业气象观测站土壤水分长期观测资料和冬小麦产量资料,探讨了不同气候区休闲期土壤贮水和耗水特征及对冬小麦水分利用的影响。结果表明:(1)黄土高原旱作区休闲期1 m土层多年平均贮水量半湿润区为9 1mm,贮水效率为30.7%,半干旱区为32 mm,贮水效率为16.5%,且不同降水年型、不同气候区休闲期贮水量和贮水效率差别较大;(2)黄土高原旱作区1 m土层贮水量从土壤解冻至封冻期间基本呈波谷型分布,休闲期为主要贮水阶段,冬小麦返青—开花期为休闲期贮水的主要消耗阶段。半湿润区休闲期土壤贮水量主要消耗在起身至开花期,半干旱区主要消耗在越冬至拔节期;(3)黄土高原旱作区播种—越冬前消耗0—40 cm土层贮水,越冬-起身期各土层贮水量都有消耗,起身—开花期半湿润区主要消耗0—40 cm土层贮水量、半干旱区主要消耗0—60 cm土层贮水量,开花—成熟期半湿润区主要消耗40 mm以下土层贮水量、半干旱区主要消耗60 cm以下土层贮水量;(4)黄土高原休闲期贮水效率与冬小麦产量显著相关,半湿润区水分利用效率远高于半干旱区。黄土高原不同区域降水时空分布不均和土壤贮水能力的差异是造成不同气候区休闲期水分贮存差异的主要原因,通过调整耕作方式、水肥管理、种植结构进一步实现冬小麦增产和水分高效利用。  相似文献

This study was designed to investigate the endocrinological variations induced in anestrous goats by means of different hormonal stimulations. Twenty goats were divided into four groups and, after treatment for 21 days with fluorogestone acetate (FGA) in vaginal sponges, were treated as follows: (1) vehicle; (2) 500 LU. pregnant mare serum gonadotropin (PMSG) 48 h before sponge removal (s.r.); (3) 500 LU. PMSG 48 h before s.r. and 1 μg gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) every 3 h for 8 times beginning 3 h before s.r. and (4) an ampoule of human menopausal gonadotropin (HMG) equivalent to 300 LU. luteinizing hormone (LH)-like and 300 LU. follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)-like activity at s.r. Progesterone, estradiol 17β (E2), LH, FSH and prolactin (PRL) plasma variations were analyzed by validated radioimmunoassays. The stimulation of anestrous goats with FGA alone was inadequate to induce either behavioural estrus or variations in the endocrine pattern. All the other treatments (PMSG, PMSG+ GnRH, HMG) induced an increased in estradiol 17β concentration; the highest E2 levels were induced by PMSG + GnRH treatment. The E2 peaks were followed by LH and FSH surges, which occurred at different times depending on the treatments: the LH peak was significantly (P < 0.001) delayed in HMG-treated does compared with PMSG-GnRH-treated animals. Administration of PMSG alone was not adequate to induce a satisfactory synchronization of the LH peak. No relationship seems to exist between PRL plasma variations and estrus-related endocrine patterns.  相似文献

Nitrogen fertilizer is one of the key elements to increase the yield and significance of winter wheat. The experiment was established in the split zone design and was repeated three times. The nitrogen application level is set to 4 treatments, 75, 150, 225 and 300 kg ha−1 are arranged in the main plot, and different nitrogen application ratios are arranged in the sub-plots, respectively 5:5 (50%+50%) and 6: 4 (60%) + 40%). Nitrogen fertilizer was applied before sowing, jointing stage, flowering stage and filling stage. The experimental plot is 12 m2 (3 m × 4 m). The results showed that under the conditions of 225 kg/hm2 nitrogen application and 60%+40% nitrogen application rate, the yield of Jintai 182 was the highest compared with other treatment groups. With the increase of nitrogen application rate, the number of ears, grains per ear, thousand-grain weight and grain yield all increase first and then decrease. Each factor reached the highest 225 N kg / hm2, 417.17, 30.74, 40.96 g and 6182.11 kg / hm2. Compared with 75 kg/hm2 topdressing fertilizer, 225 kg/hm2 is a more suitable nitrogen fertilizer application rate for winter wheat. Within a reasonable range of nitrogen fertilizer application, there is a significant positive correlation between nitrogen content and winter wheat yield. By studying the amount of nitrogen fertilizer and a reasonable ratio of base fertilizer to topdressing, the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer can be maximized and excessive application of nitrogen fertilizer can be avoided.  相似文献

土壤水溶性有机碳(WSOC)是土壤碳循环最活跃的组成部分之一。土地利用方式的改变可能显著影响土壤有机碳的组成和结构,进而影响到大气与土壤间的碳交换。本研究以苏北沿海地区农田、杨农复合经营、杨树纯林以及草地等4种不同土地利用方式土壤为研究对象,采用TOC-VCPN总有机碳仪测定了4种不同土地方式下土壤WSOC含量的变化。分析了土壤WSOC与土壤总有机碳(TOC)、易氧化碳(ROC)及理化性质的相关关系。结果表明:WSOC和TOC、土壤全氮(TN)、ROC呈显著正相关,与碳氮比、pH、土壤容重呈显著负相关;WSOC的含量随土层的加深而减少,与总有机碳的变化特征一致,在各个土层,不同土地利用方式WSOC含量差异不显著;农田和草地的WSOC含量在0~10cm土层与10~25cm土层之间差异显著(P<0.05),杨农复合经营的WSOC含量在10~25cm土层与25~40cm土层之间差异显著(P<0.05),其他3种类型差异不显著。  相似文献

Summary The patterns of chloroplastic and cytosolic isoenzymes of triosephosphate isomerase were analysed by immunoblotting in leaves of rye, wheat, and some species of Aegilops or Agropyrum. While rye contained solely one chloroplastic and one cytosolic isoenzyme, wheat had a much more complex pattern which can be explained by the presence of three genomes in 6 x wheats (AABBDD) with distinct triosephosphate isomerase genes that provided different subunit species for the dimeric isoenzyme molecules. The 6 × wheats contained five, the 4 × wheats three, and the 2 × wheats only one chloroplastic isoenzyme band. The isoenzyme patterns were in accordance with a potential origin of one of the three chloroplastic triosephosphate isomerase genes of 6 × wheats from an Aegilops ancestor. The descent of the other two genes was, however, not in accordance with common contentions on the general evolution of cultural wheats. In the reciprocal intergeneric hybrids Secalotricum and Triticale both the chloroplastic and the cytosolic isoenzyme patterns of rye and wheat were biparentally inherited, indicating that both isoenzymes were controlled by nuclear genes. When monitored by immunoblotting the chloroplastic triosephosphate isomerase isoenzymes may provide useful genetic markers.  相似文献

At fine spatial scales (0.1–10m), chaparral communities have been shown to be strongly influenced by canopy-gap patterns, leading to periodicities in vegetation at 4–5 m spatial scales. Fine-scale variations in fire behavior and post-fire erosion can lead to changes in the patterning of viable seeds and nutrients and may alter the spatial patterning of post-fire chaparral communities. This study deals with the relationship among fire behavior, post-fire nutrient availabilities and vegetation patterns in a 1-yr old, post-fire Adenostoma fasciculatum chaparral community in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, California, USA. Variations in mineral soil exchangeable cations (Ca, Mg) and extractable phosphorus (P04-P) were correlated with ash distribution. Cations and measures of ammonium and nitrate were also correlated with fire intensity, measured by the diameter of the smallest remaining A. fasciculatum twigs following fire. Fire intensity was correlated with the pattern of post-fire vegetation establishment based on first axis DC A scores. However, ash PO4-P was more highly correlated with sample DCA scores, local species richness and total cover (p < 0.01), suggesting that small-scale variations in PO4-P which correlate with ash distributions may be important in structuring this community. Two- and three-term local variance analysis revealed a maximum of pattern intensity in DCA first axis scores at 4–5 m intervals that likely corresponds to pre-fire canopy-gap patterns. However, total cover showed pattern at spatial scales of 8–10 m, and was correlated at this scale with patterns of ash distribution and fire intensity. Microtopographic patterns also occur at similar spatial scales. Microtopographic patterns appear important in determining post-fire plant nutrient and water distributions and, thereby, patterns of plant establishment. Thus, the scale and intensity of post-fire vegetation pattern may differ considerably from pre-fire conditions.  相似文献

The woody species richness patterns in three 2–4 km long transects, approximately 1–3 km apart in a lowland (600–700 m) dryland around Lokapel in Turkana northern Kenya was analyzed in 2003 at 200–500 m intervals using the Point-Centred Quarter (PCQ) method involving 51 observation points. Transect 1 and 2 were set along ephemeral runoff channels locally known as lagga with wet season flow westwards from the Lokapel Hills to the Turkwell River. Transect 3 was a cross-cutting profile dissecting the area initially downhill from the Lokapel Hills and later gently uphill eastwards towards Lokichar. The altitude at each of the 51 observation sites was recorded using a GPS and the woody species identified through local knowledge and taxonomic aids. The results showed that the overall integrated altitudinal gradient for the three transects was approximately 100 m. A total of 43 species of trees and shrubs were identified. The Shannon index showed that Transect 2 had the highest diversity of woody species followed by Transect 1 and Transect 3 while the Sorensen’s index indicated qualitative dissimilarity between all the transects. The results of regression analysis indicated that woody species richness increased linearly with elevation in only one transect but regression analysis of height of woody plants and altitude indicated that only about 20% of the variation in the height of woody plants was accountable by altitude. The spatial analysis of woody species-richness and altitudinal gradient showed a dual peak pattern with the main richness peak in low lying areas below 700 m which was mainly within or close to the riparian floodplain environment of the Turkwell River. A minor richness peak was also identified in higher lying areas around the Lokapel hills. The species richness pattern was similar to the hump-shaped altitudinal species-richness pattern which has been recorded widely around the world but mainly in large-scale studies.  相似文献

Fructans play important roles not only as a carbon source for survival under persistent snow cover but also as agents that protect against various stresses in overwintering plants. Complex fructans having both ß-(2,1)- and ß-(2,6)-linked fructosyl units accumulate in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) during cold hardening. We detected fructan: fructan 1-fructosyltransferase (1-FFT; EC 2.4.1.100) activity for catalyzing the formation and extension of ß-(2,1)-linked fructans in hardened wheat tissues, cloned cDNAs (wft3 and wft4) of 1-FFT, and analyzed the enzymatic properties of a wft3 recombinant protein (Wft3m) produced by yeast. Wft3m transferred ß-(2,1)-linked fructosyl units to phlein, an extension of sucrose through ß-(2,6)-linked fructosyl units, as well as to inulin, an extension of sucrose through ß-(2,1)-linked fructosyl units, but could not efficiently synthesize long inulin oligomers. Incubation of a mixture of Wft3m and another recombinant protein of wheat, sucrose:fructan 6-fructosyltransferase (6-SFT), with sucrose and 1-kestotriose produced fructans similar to those that accumulated in hardened wheat tissues. The results demonstrate that 1-FFT produces branches of ß-(2,1)-linked fructosyl units to phlein and graminan oligomers synthesized by 6-SFT and contributes to accumulation of fructans containing ß-(2,1)- and ß-(2,6)-linked fructosyl units. In combination with sucrose:sucrose 1-fructosyltransferase (1-SST; EC 2.4.1.99) and 6-SFT, 1-FFT is necessary for fructan synthesis in hardened wheat.  相似文献

The 64 most abundant species (10 cm dbh) in a 400×480 m plot of predominantly kerangas forest in Sarawak were individually investigated for two-dimensional pattern by spectral analysis using the basal areas of trees in 20×20 m contiguous quadrats. All species had individuals in the upper canopy.30 species showed pattern with clumps. The most frequent scales of clump size were between 35 and 55 m across. Patterned species were less abundant in the plot, had a greater proportion of smaller (10–20 cm dbh) trees and had a lower ratio of upper to lower canopy trees than species without pattern.Trend across the plot between dipterocarp and kerangas forest types matched the change in soil from red-yellow podzol (oxisol and ultisol) to medium gleyic and bleached sand podzols (spodosol). However, soil differences and small scale (ca. 50 m) changes in topography did not account for patterns.The scale of pattern matches the size of gaps produced by windthrow. It is suggested that patterned species are light-demanding and grow from seeds in gaps, whereas non-patterned species are shade tolerant, growing within closed forest to sapling size and eventually maturing by filling smaller single tree gaps.D. Winter wheat is threatened by drought in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain of China, thus, effective water-saving irrigation practices are urgently required to maintain its high winter wheat production. This study was conducted from 2012 to 2014 to determine how supplemental irrigation (SI) affected soil moisture, photosynthesis, and dry matter (DM) production of winter wheat by measuring the moisture in 0–20 cm (W2), 0–40 cm (W3), and 0–60 cm (W4) soil profiles. Rainfed (W0) and local SI practice (W1, irrigation with 60 mm each at jointing and anthesis) treatments were designed as controls. The irrigation amount for W3 was significantly lower than that for W1 and W4 but higher than that for W2. The soil relative water content (SRWC) in 0–40 cm soil profiles at jointing after SI for W3 was significantly lower than that for W1 and W4 but higher than that for W2. W3 exhibited lower SRWC in 100–140 and 60–140 cm soil profiles at anthesis after SI and at maturity, respectively, but higher root length density in 60–100 cm soil profiles than W1, W2 and W4. Compared with W1, W2 and W4, photosynthetic and transpiration rates and stomatal conductance of flag leaves for W3 were significantly greater during grain filling, particularly at the mid and later stages. The total DM at maturity, DM in grain and leaves, post-anthesis DM accumulation and its contribution to grain and grain filling duration were higher for W3. The 1000-grain weight, grain yield and water use efficiency for W3 were the highest. Therefore, treatment of increasing SRWC in the 0–40 cm soil profiles to 65% and 70% field capacities at jointing and anthesis (W3), respectively, created a suitable soil moisture environment for winter wheat production, which could be considered as a high yield and water-saving treatment in Huang-Huai-Hai Plain, China.  相似文献

Sunn Pest, Eurygaster integriceps Puton (Hemiptera: Scutelleridae), is the most serious pest of wheat in West and Central Asia. Following harvest, the pest migrates from wheat fields to high elevations to escape high summer temperatures and, the following spring, moves back to the fields. In this work, Sunn Pest populations were monitored in 21 overwintering sites located in seven provinces (with 800–2500 m elevation) in Iran. Litter samples were taken twice in each site, once in July–November 2002 and again in March 2003. At each site 60 Artemesia sp. bushes were selected at random and litter from each bush was collected and the number of live male and female adult Sunn Pest counted. More Sunn Pests were collected in higher elevations in the first sampling. Golestan (893 m), Kermanshah (1583 m), and Qazvin (1675 m), located in valleys and surrounded by mountainous areas, had < 5 adults/bush. However Azarbayejan (1750 m), Markazi (1883 m), Kordestan (2067 m), and Esfahan (2141 m), located in mountainous areas and/or close to mountains, had 10–52 adults/bush. No noticeable changes in Sunn Pest populations were observed in 17 overwintering sites among 21 between the two sampling times. These results suggest that, after Sunn Pest moves to more highly elevated sites at aestivation time, most of them remain in these sites during overwintering before migration to wheat fields in the spring. Sunn Pest can be targeted for management in these areas during the fall and/or early spring as their movement is clearly limited.  相似文献

By introducing variations in procedures and comparing density and patterns of degeneration exhibited, we found that: (1) in the rat, cat, and monkey, the optimum survival time was about 1 wk; this period yielding the maximum amount of argyrophilic reaction and the most consistent staining among several different parts of the brain. Survival times of up to 3 wk did not seriously impair the interpretation of argyrophilial patterns; (2) some qualitative changes in the nuclear patterns of degeneration suggested that the use of a range of survival times may provide useful data; (3) staining differences and similarities in different neural systems of known connections were about the same in the 3 species of animals; (4) formalin, buffered formalin, and a 4%:1% paraformaldehyde-glutaraldehyde mixture were satisfactory perfusion solutions; however, staining was less intense when the Nauta-Gygax method followed the last fixative mixture; (5) The Fink-Heimer I method yielded more consistent results than did the Fink-Heimer II or the Nauta-Gygax methods.  相似文献

Satellite-linked archival transmitters were used to record the movements of three ocean sunfish (Mola mola) in the North East Atlantic. Patterns of depth use and temperature experienced by individual fish were integrated into 4-hour intervals throughout the tracking period and relayed via the Argos system. Data were recorded for 42, 90 and 54 days respectively from the three fish. The first two were tagged off southern Portugal at the end of February 2007 and travelled principally northward, while the third fish was tagged off west Ireland in August 2007 and travelled southward. These patterns are consistent with seasonal migration of ocean sunfish to high latitudes and their subsequent return south. Maximum depths recorded by the three fish were 432 m, 472 m and 320 m respectively. All three individuals showed a diel pattern in depth use, occurring deeper during the day and shallower at night, a pattern consistent with sunfish tracking normally vertically migrating prey. Sunfish sometimes remained continuously at deeper (> 200 m) depths during the day, but at other times they showed extensive movement through the water column typically travelling between their maximum depth and the surface within each 4-h period. The overall pattern to emerge was that ocean sunfish travel extensively in both horizontal and vertical dimensions, presumably in search of their patchily-distributed jellyfish prey.  相似文献

Wheat was introduced to China approximately 4500 years ago, where it adapted over a span of time to various environments in agro‐ecological growing zones. We investigated 717 Chinese and 14 Iranian/Turkish geographically diverse, locally adapted wheat landraces with 27 933 DArTseq (for 717 landraces) and 312 831 Wheat660K (for a subset of 285 landraces) markers. This study highlights the adaptive evolutionary history of wheat cultivation in China. Environmental stresses and independent selection efforts have resulted in considerable genome‐wide divergence at the population level in Chinese wheat landraces. In total, 148 regions of the wheat genome show signs of selection in at least one geographic area. Our data show adaptive events across geographic areas, from the xeric northwest to the mesic south, along and among homoeologous chromosomes, with fewer variations in the D genome than in the A and B genomes. Multiple variations in interdependent functional genes such as regulatory and metabolic genes controlling germination and flowering time were characterized, showing clear allelic frequency changes corresponding to the dispersion of wheat in China. Population structure and selection data reveal that Chinese wheat spread from the northwestern Caspian Sea region to South China, adapting during its agricultural trajectory to increasingly mesic and warm climatic areas.  相似文献

We present data on diving pattern and performance (dive depth, duration, frequency and organization during the foraging trip) in gentoo penguins Pygoscelis papua , obtained using time-depth recorders ( n = 9 birds, 99 foraging trips). These data are used to estimate various parameters of foraging activity, e.g. foraging range, prey capture rates, and are compared in relation to breeding chronology. Foraging trip duration was 6 h and 10 h, and trip frequency 1.0/day and 0.96/day, during the brooding and creche periods, respectively. Birds spent on average 52%of each foraging trip diving. Dive depth and duration were highly bimodal: shallow dives (< 21 m) averaged 4 m and 0.23 min, and deep dives (> 30 m) 80 m and 2.5 min, respectively. Birds spent on average 71%and 25%of total diving time in deep and shallow dives, respectively. For deep dives, dive duration exceeded the subsequent surface interval, but shallow dives were followed by surface intervals 2–3 times dive duration. We suggest that most shallow dives are searching/exploratory dives and most deep dives are feeding dives. Deep dives showed clear diel patterns averaging 40 m at dawn and dusk and 80–90 m at midday. Estimated foraging ranges were 2.3 km and 4.1 km during the brood and creche period, respectively. Foraging trip duration increased by 4 h between the brood and creche periods but total time spent in deep dives (i.e. time spent feeding) was the same (3 h). Of 99 foraging trips, 56%consisted of only one dive bout and 44%of 2–4 bouts delimited by extended surface intervals > 10 min. We suggest that this pattern of diving activity reflects variation in spatial distribution of prey rather than the effect of physiological constraints on diving ability.  相似文献

13C-N.m.r. spectra of several d-glucans, recorded at 100 MHz, have afforded information about structural detail not previously accessible at lower frequencies. Spectra of (1→4)- and (1→3)-linked β-d-glucans of oats, barley, and lichenan of Iceland moss demonstrate the presence, in each, of three, non-equivalent, 4-O-substituted residues, that the ratio of these to 3-O-substituted residues averages 2.4–2.5, and hence that the patterns of repeating sequences in the three polymers are essentially the same. A comparison of wheat amylopectin with a minor, amylopectin-like fraction of wheat starch indicates that they are strictly analogous in basic structure, and differ only in that the average length of branches in the minor fraction is 20–25% shorter. By combining the advantages of high-field operation with the use of dimethyl sulfoxide as solvent, a large number of distinctive resonances have been observed, representing end-units, branch-points, and residues adjacent to branch-points.
