Immunosuppression in mice bearing plasma cell tumors (PC-mice) provides a model system for the study of negative B cell regulation. Our previous studies demonstrated that B cell proliferation is suppressed in these mice by a cascade of interactions involving macrophages and soluble factors. The present report pinpoints the G1 phase of the cell cycle as the stage of B cell proliferation inhibited in PC-mice. Modulation of surface immunoglobulin (sIg) with anti-mu, an early membrane activation event, occurred normally on B cells from the spleens of PC-mice. However, examination of the size profile and the expression of sIgD and sIgM on B cells from the spleens of PC-mice showed an accumulation of large-sized, low intensity sIgD+ cells, suggesting a block in B cell activation in the late G1 phase of the cell cycle. This was confirmed by experiments in vitro that demonstrated that although LPS-stimulated B cells from the spleens of PC-mice enlarged to a size characteristic of G1 phase, most did not additionally enlarge into S phase even after 3 days of culture, nor did they incorporate significant amounts of [3H]thymidine. Additional confirmation of a block in late G1 was obtained by using analysis of [3H]thymidine incorporation, cell size, and cell cycle after normal cells were cultured in supernatants from cloned PC lines containing the factor(s) that initiates the cascade of events leading to suppression of B cell proliferation. The relevance of these findings to PC-induced immunosuppression and to the regulation of normal B cell proliferation during the G1 phase of the cell cycle is discussed.  相似文献

Bispecific heteroconjugate antibodies can bind soluble protein Ag to APC and thereby enhance Ag presentation. We used such antibodies to bind hen egg lysozyme (HEL) to various structures on the surface of normal splenic B cells to determine which structures would provide the best targets for enhanced presentation. We found that HEL was presented efficiently to hybridoma T cells if bound to sIgD, sIgM, or class I or II MHC molecules, but not at all if bound to Fc gamma RII, or B220 molecules on B cells. The efficiency of presentation of HEL was measured as a function of the amount of 125I-HEL bound per cell. HEL was presented with 5 to 10 times greater efficiency when bound to sIg, than when bound to MHC molecules. When compared on the basis of the amount of HEL bound, sIgD and sIgM functioned equally as target structures, as did class I and class II MHC molecules. Large amounts of HEL bound to B220, but no presentation resulted, indicating that focusing HEL to the APC surface was not sufficient for presentation to occur. HEL was internalized rapidly and in large amounts when bound to sIgD or sIgM, but slowly and in small amounts, when bound to class I or class II MHC molecules. Thus, a rapid rate of internalization may in part explain the high efficiency of Ag presentation after binding to sIg. However, the small amount of HEL internalized via MHC molecules was utilized efficiently for presentation. These results indicate that sIgM and sIgD serve equally on normal B cells to focus and internalize Ag and enhance Ag presentation, but that class I or class II MHC molecules can also be used to internalize Ag and enhance Ag presentation, perhaps by a separate intracellular processing pathway.  相似文献

The enterotoxins of Staphylococcus aureus (SE) are extremely potent activators of human and mouse T lymphocytes. In general, T cell responses to SE are MHC class II dependent (presumably reflecting the ability of SE to bind directly to MHC class II molecules) and restricted to responding cells expressing certain T cell receptor beta-chain variable (TCR V beta) domains. Recently we demonstrated that CD8+ CTL expressing appropriate TCR V beta could recognize SE presented on MHC class II-bearing target cells. We now show that MHC class II expression is not strictly required for T cell recognition of SE. Both human and mouse MHC class II negative target cells could be recognized (i.e., lysed) in a SE-dependent fashion by CD8+ mouse CTL clones and polyclonal populations, provided that the CTL expressed appropriate TCR V beta elements. SE-dependent lysis of MHC class II negative targets by CTL was inhibited by mAb directed against CD3 or LFA-1, suggesting that SE recognition was TCR and cell contact dependent. Furthermore, different SE were recognized preferentially by CTL on MHC class II+ vs MHC class II- targets. Taken together, our data raise the possibility that SE binding structures distinct from MHC class II molecules may exist.  相似文献

Macrophage-secreted prostaglandins of the E series inhibit numerous immunologic events, including IgM secretion by B lymphocytes. In this study, we investigated whether PGE also regulates the activation of normal quiescent murine B cells and subsequent isotype differentiation to IgE and IgG1 production. PGE2 and PGE1 were found to inhibit cellular enlargement induced by IL-4 or bacterial LPS, IL-4 and LPS, or anti-mu and IL-4 by approximately 75%, and completely inhibit enlargement in response to anti-mu antibody. PGE2 also suppresses activation-induced class II MHC up-regulation by 35% and expression of the low affinity IgE receptor, Fc epsilon RII/CD23, by 30%. Interestingly, PGE completely inhibits a fraction of cells from these activation events, while other cells fully respond to activation stimuli, even in the presence of high PGE2 concentrations. Therefore, a PGE-resistant subset of B lymphocytes may exist. A closely related PG, PGF2 alpha, had no immunoregulatory effect in these systems. Because PGE induces production of cAMP in B cells, we determined whether other agents that increase cAMP could inhibit B cell activation. Cholera toxin and dibutyryl cAMP mimicked the ability of PGE2 to inhibit B cell enlargement, and class II MHC and Fc epsilon RII induction, suggesting that PGE2 signaling occurs via cAMP. In addition, cholera toxin and dibutyryl cAMP inhibited B cell activation much more potently (90-100% inhibition) than PGE, indicating that whereas all B cells are cAMP-sensitive only some are PGE-sensitive. Although PGE inhibits activation-associated events, we previously reported that PGE enhances IL-4 and LPS-induced differentiation to IgE and IgG1 synthesis. To investigate the relationship between the cells that are activation-inhibited and those that are differentiation-enhanced by PGE, we sorted B cell subsets by FACS and determined their relative abilities to produce IgM, IgG1, and IgE in response to IL-4 and LPS in the presence of PGE. The population of lymphocytes that was unaffected by PGE in terms of class II hyperexpression was also unaffected by PGE for Ig synthesis, again indicating a PGE-resistant subpopulation of B cells. Furthermore, the PGE activation-inhibited subset of B cells was responsive to PGE enhancement of IL-4-induced class switching, reducing IgM synthesis and inducing a sevenfold increase in IgE and IgG1 synthesis compared with other sort groups. This study documents the influence of leukotriene (LT) B4 on human B lymphocyte responses. Incubation of freshly isolated B lymphocytes with LTB4, but not LTC4, induced a slight but significant, time- and dose-dependent increase in the surface expression of Fc epsilon RII/CD23 and class II MHC Ag and in the release of soluble CD23. These changes were maximal at 10 nM LTB4 after an incubation period of 48 h. When B lymphocytes were preactivated in vitro with Staphylococcus aureus Cowan strain I (SAC), neither LTB4 nor LTC4 was able to promote proliferation and/or IgG and IgM secretion. In contrast, when resting B lymphocytes were stimulated with a suboptimal concentration (3 U/ml) of IL-4, LTB4, but not LTC4, potentiated both the Fc epsilon RII/CD23 and the class II MHC antigen expression, and the release of soluble CD23 in a dose-dependent manner, without affecting the kinetics of these responses. Furthermore, LTB4, but not LTC4, amplified both the proliferative response and the IgG and IgM secretion induced by addition of a suboptimal dose of IL-4 (3 U/ml) to SAC-preactivated B lymphocytes. Again, LTB4 did not modify the kinetics of the proliferative response promoted by IL-4. Although LTB4 potentiated IL-4-induced IgG and IgM secretion from SAC-activated B lymphocytes, no production of IgE was observed. These data indicate that LTB4 could play a regulatory role in the modulation of IL-4-induced signaling in human B lymphocytes.  相似文献

We have characterized the B-cell population that expresses low affinity Fc receptors for IgE (Fc epsilon RII). Fc epsilon RII+ B cells from normal adult BALB/c mice expressed high levels of surface IgD and low/medium levels of surface IgM and constituted the majority of mature splenic B cells. Fc epsilon RII+ splenic B cells expressed high levels of class II MHC antigens and medium to high levels of B220, and consisted of approximately equal numbers of J11dhigh and J11dlow cells. CD5+ B cells did not appear to be Fc epsilon RII+, and interleukin 4 did not induce Fc epsilon RII expression on CD5+ B cells. Fc epsilon RII was not expressed by B cells that had differentiated to secrete immunoglobulin but was expressed on activated B cells. These data suggest that Fc epsilon RII is a differentiation marker expressed on mature and activated B lymphocytes in the major B-cell lineage.  相似文献

The expression of Fc gamma R on subsets of mouse spleen cells was examined by dual parameter flow microfluorometry. B cells were detected by labeling them with antibodies against sIgM, sIgD, sIgG, or I-A; essentially all B cells expressed Fc gamma R. The number of Fc gamma R per cell on the sIgD+, sIgM+, and I-A+ cells averaged 2 X 10(4) receptors, and no correlation between the levels of expression of Fc gamma R and the B cell markers was evident. The sIgG+ B cells, however, expressed more Fc gamma R (8 X 10(4) receptors/cell) than sIgM+ and sIgD+ B cells. Fc gamma R on splenic macrophages were examined by double labeling spleen cells for Fc gamma R and Mac-1. The Mac-1+ cells (2 to 16% of the spleen cells) were 100% Fc gamma R+ and expressed threefold to fivefold higher numbers of Fc gamma R per cell than the sIgM+ or sIgD+ B cells. The Fc gamma R on T cells were studied on cells double labeled for Fc gamma R and Thy-1, Lyt-1, or Lyt-2. An average of 20% of the T cells expressed Fc gamma R and at least two subsets of Fc gamma R+ T cells were evident: Lyt-2- cells, most of which expressed intermediate (2 X 10(4) Fc gamma R/cell) levels of Fc gamma R, and Lyt-2+ cells, which expressed mainly high (8 X 10(4) Fc gamma R/cell) amounts of Fc gamma R. The levels of expression of Fc gamma R and sIgM increased dramatically in response to infection and were elevated in mice with genetic defects. We conclude that the level of Fc gamma R expression is a characteristic property of subsets of spleen cells from normal and infected mice.  相似文献

Although immature/transitional peripheral B cells may remain susceptible to selection pressures before full maturation, the nature and timing of these selection events remain unclear. We show that correlated expression of surface (s) IgM (sIgM), CD23, and AA4 defines three nonproliferative subpopulations of immature/transitional peripheral B cells. We designate these populations transitional (T) 1 (AA4(+)CD23(-)sIgM(high)), T2 (AA4(+)CD23(+)sIgM(high)), and T3 (AA4(+)CD23(+)sIgM(low)). Cells within all three subsets are functionally immature as judged by their failure to proliferate following sIgM cross-linking in vitro, and their rapid rate of turnover in vivo as assessed by 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine labeling. These labeling studies also reveal measurable cell loss at both the T1-T2 and T2-T3 transitions, suggesting the existence of multiple selection points within the peripheral immature B cell pool. Furthermore, we find that Btk-deficient (xid) mice exhibit an incomplete developmental block at the T2-T3 transition within the immature B cell pool. This contrasts markedly with lyn(-/-) mice, which exhibit depressed numbers but normal ratios of each immature peripheral B cell subset and severely reduced numbers of mature B cells. Together, these data provide evidence for multiple selection points among immature peripheral B cells, suggesting that the B cell repertoire is shaped by multiple unique selection events that occur within the immature/transitional peripheral B cell pool.  相似文献

Transforming growth factor (TGF)-beta added to cultures of highly purified human splenic B cells induced high levels of IgA synthesis in the presence of PWM and activated cloned CD4+ T cells. TGF-beta had no effect on IgM or IgG production. The induction of IgA synthesis by TGF-beta reflected IgA switching, because a strong induction of IgA production was also observed, when sIgA- B cells were cocultured with cloned activated CD4+ T cells in the presence of pokeweed mitogen. Resting CD4+ T cell clones or activated CD8+, TCR-gamma delta + CD4-,CD8- T cell clones failed to provide the co-stimulatory signal that in addition to TGF-beta and pokeweed mitogen was required for induction of IgA switching and IgA synthesis. mAb against CD4 or class II MHC molecules inhibited TGF-beta induced IgA synthesis, indicating that CD4-class II MHC interactions are required for productive T-B cell contacts resulting in IgA production. In contrast, anti-LFA-1, anti-CD2, and anti-class I MHC mAb were ineffective. TGF-beta failed to induce IgA synthesis by sIgA+ B cells under these culture conditions. Interestingly, induction of IgA production by sIgA- B cells required neutralization of TGF-beta activity by addition of the anti-TGF-beta mAb 1D11.1G 24 h after onset of the cultures. IgA production was prevented when the anti-TGF-beta mAb was added at the start of the cultures, indicating the specificity of the reaction. IgA synthesis was completely suppressed when TGF-beta was present during the total culture period of 11 days. These findings indicate that TGF-beta can act as a specific switch factor for IgA, provided it is only present at early stages of the cultures.  相似文献

T cell-derived cytokines IFN-gamma and IL-4 have different regulatory effects on two functionally important molecules on human monocytes: MHC class II Ag and the Fc receptor for monomeric IgG, Fc gamma RI (CD64). MHC class II Ag, and Fc gamma RI are both upregulated in the presence of IFN-gamma. IL-4 induces MHC class II Ag expression but reduces Fc gamma RI expression. Recently, we showed that the cytokine IL-10 also affects MHC class II Ag expression. Here, we demonstrate that in contrast to the down-regulation of MHC class II Ag expression, IL-10 stimulates Fc gamma RI expression on human monocytes comparable to the levels of Fc gamma RI expression induced by IFN-gamma. The IL-10-induced Fc gamma RI expression is specific because anti-IL-10 antibodies completely reverse the IL-10-induced surface expression of Fc gamma RI and correlate with an enhanced capacity to lyse anti-D-coated human rhesus-positive erythrocytes. IL-10 fails to induce the expression of Fc gamma RII (CD32) and Fc gamma RIII (CD16). Furthermore, we demonstrate that IL-10 is able to prevent down-regulation in surface membrane expression of all three Fc gamma R that can be found when monocytes are cultured in the presence of IL-4. In contrast to IFN-gamma, IL-10 does not restore the reduced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) activity of IL-4-cultured monocytes. Together, these results show that, similar to IFN-gamma, IL-10 is capable of enhancing Fc gamma R expression and ADCC activity, and that IFN-gamma, IL-4, and IL-10 have different regulatory effects on both monocyte Ag-presenting capacity and ADCC activity.  相似文献

Previous studies demonstrated that a human pre-B acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line, NALM-6, failed to stimulate a primary MLR, despite expression of class II MHC and adhesion molecules. Here we demonstrate that this is the result of the fact that NALM-6 cells do not express the ligand for CD28, namely B7. NALM-6 transfectants that expressed high levels of B7 gained the capacity to stimulate IL-2 production by class II MHC molecule-specific alloreactive T cells and to costimulate a polyclonal population of purified T cells cultured with immobilized anti-CD3 mAb. In the presence of PMA, NALM-6 cells transfected with B7 polyclonally stimulated T cells in a cyclosporine A-resistant fashion, a property previously attributed only to agonistic anti-CD28 mAb. The gain of these functions could not be explained solely by an increased capacity of the transfectants to form conjugates with T cells, suggesting that the CD28/B7 interaction transduces a costimulatory signal in T cells.  相似文献

Minced human tonsils were digested with DNase and collagenase, and lymphoid cell-depleted low density cells were cultured and grown in granulocyte-macrophage-CSF. Large, morphologically homogenous adherent cells with elongated extensions grew continuously in culture. These nonphagocytic cells appear to be related to follicular dendritic cell (FDC) as they do not have properties of monocytic lineage cells or dendritic cells and because, like FDC, 1) they express CD11b, CD14, CD29, CD40, CD54, CD73, CD74, and VCAM-1, and do not express CD11c, CD22, T cell markers, CD18, CD25 and CD45; and 2) they bind human B lymphocytes and B cell lines, but not T lymphocytes by an adhesion blocked in part by mAb to VLA-4 (CD49d). The cultured FDC also augmented B cell proliferation stimulated by anti-mu sera and/or CD40 mAb. Cultured FDC spontaneously produced low levels of IL-6, but did not produce IL-1 alpha or TNF-alpha; however, after treatment with either IFN-gamma or LPS, they produced more IL-6. The expression of CD54 (ICAM-1) was elevated by treating the cultured FDC with either TNF-alpha, IL-1 beta, IFN-gamma or granulocyte-macrophage-CSF; in contrast, IL-4 had no effect on CD54 but rather up-regulated expression of VCAM-1. IFN-gamma, unlike the other cytokines tested, increased expression of a set of markers on cultured FDC (CD54, VCAM-1, and CD14) and converted these class II-negative cells into class II+ cells. The fact that various T cell-derived cytokines have different effects on FDC suggests that the T cell products may influence the manner by which FDC stimulate B cell proliferation and maturation.  相似文献

We have developed an in vitro system to assess the early stages of B cell activation induced by peripheral blood T helper cells. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells are cultured for 16 hr with anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody (mAb), T lymphocytes are then removed by sheep red blood cell rosette depletion, and expression of the B cell surface activation antigen CD23 (BLAST-2) is assessed by indirect immunofluorescence. Anti-CD3 mAb, but not a control anti-CD5 mAb, stimulates the expression of CD23 on 20-50% of peripheral blood B cells cultured with autologous T cells. T cell subset depletion studies show that the CD4+ T cell subset is responsible for anti-CD3-mediated induction of CD23 on autologous B cells. Anti-CD3-induced, T helper cell-dependent CD23 expression is not MHC-restricted, as allogeneic combinations of T and non-T cells, cultured in the presence of anti-CD3 antibody, also result in the expression of B cell CD23. Individuals whose monocyte Fc receptors bind murine IgG1 mAb poorly fail to trigger T cell proliferation in response to murine IgG1 anti-CD3 mAb and also fail to express B cell CD23 following culture of PBMC with IgG1 anti-CD3 mAb, while the usual expression of CD23 is seen after culture with IgG2a anti-CD3 mAb. The mechanism of anti-CD3-induced B cell activation was addressed in experiments using a two-chamber culture system. While little IL-4 activity was detected in anti-CD3-stimulated culture supernatants, optimal induction of CD23 was observed when T and B cells were cultured together in a single chamber. This suggests that under physiologic conditions, in which quantities of lymphokine may be limiting, close physical contact between the anti-CD3-activated Th cell and B cell may be required for CD23 expression. The anti-CD3-induced BLAST-2 assay will facilitate the analysis of Th cell-mediated B cell activation in any individual and should permit us to separately evaluate the roles of Th cells and B cells in the impaired immunoregulation characteristic of autoimmune disorders.  相似文献

Protection against intracellular bacteria by T cells is regulated by Ag-presenting molecules, which comprise classical MHC class I molecules, MHC class II molecules, and nonclassical MHC class Ib molecules. The role of CD1 molecules, which are structurally similar to classical MHC class I gene products, but less polymorphic, is not understood so far. We show that CD1 surface expression increased on APC in Listeria-infected mice. The in vivo treatment with anti-CD1 mAb reduced TGF-beta 2 levels and concomitantly increased secretion of the proinflammatory cytokine TNF, the Th1 cell promoting cytokine IL-12, and the Th1 cell cytokine IFN-gamma at the onset of listerial infection. These findings point to a regulatory role of CD1-reactive cells in the immune response against listeriosis.  相似文献

Cancer progression is attributed in part to immune evasion strategies that include lack of co-stimulation, down-regulation of cell surface MHC molecules, and secretion of immunosuppressive factors, such as transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta). Gene therapy has been employed to counter these mechanisms of immune evasion by transference of B7.1, IFN-gamma or antisense TGF-beta genes into tumor cells, resulting in cell surface expression of B7.1, upregulation of MHC class I and class II molecules, or elimination of tumor-derived TGF-beta, respectively. Although each of these transgenes has been shown to alter tumorigenicity in murine models, a direct comparison of their efficacy has not been performed. In this study, we have employed a very aggressive, poorly immunogenic and highly metastatic mammary model, 4T1, to compare the efficacy of B7.1, IFN-gamma and antisense TGF-beta gene transfer in stimulating an anti-tumor response. We demonstrate that both IFN-gamma and antisense TGF-beta gene expression significantly reduced the tumorigenicity of these cells compared to mock transduced cells, with IFN-gamma having a greater effect. In contrast, B7.1 gene transfer did not affect the tumorigenicity of 4T1 cells. The anti-tumor response directed against antisense TGF-beta-expressing 4T1 tumors was mediated by CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. However, CD8+ T cells, and not CD4+ T cells, appeared to mediate the anti-tumor response against IFN-gamma-expressing tumors. Treatment of tumor-bearing animals with IFN-gamma or antisense TGF-beta gene-modified tumor cell vaccines reduced the number of clonogenic metastases to the lungs and liver compared to treatment with mock-transduced cells. Finally, in a residual disease model in which the primary tumor was excised and mice were vaccinated with irradiated tumor cells, treatment of mice with vaccinations consisting of 4T1 cells expressing both antisense TGF-beta and IFN-gamma genes was the most effective in prolonging survival.  相似文献

A mutant mouse strain without CD8 (Lyt-2 and Lyt-3) expression on the cell surface has been generated by disrupting the Lyt-2 gene using embryonic stem cell technology. In these mice, CD8+ T lymphocytes are not present in peripheral lymphoid organs, but the CD4+ T lymphocyte population seems to be unaltered. Cytotoxic response of T lymphocytes from these mice against alloantigens and viral antigens is dramatically decreased. Proliferative response against alloantigens and in vivo help to B lymphocytes, however, are not affected. These data suggest that CD8 is necessary for the maturation and positive selection of class I MHC restricted cytotoxic T lymphocytes but is not required on any of the intermediate thymocyte populations (CD8+CD4-TcR- or CD4+CD8+TcRlow) during the development of functional class II MHC restricted helper T cells.  相似文献

CD23, a low-affinity IgE receptor, is a type II transmembrane protein having a C-type lectin domain and it associates noncovalently with MHC class II on B cells. The results of our immunoprecipitation analysis suggest that CD23 co-exists with at least two additional molecules, surface immunoglobulin (sIg) and CD81 (and/or CD9), on the cell surface of L-KT9 cells (an Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-transformed human B cell line). When both CD23 and sIg molecules were stimulated simultaneously by the corresponding antibodies, a large increase in CD81 in the immunoprecipitation was observed as compared with the case of stimulation by only one antibody. Simultaneous stimulation by anti-CD23 and anti-Ig may mimic the situation of B cells stimulated by an antigen/IgE complex. In addition, a large increase in MHC class II in the immunoprecipitation was also observed by cross-linking of CD23 with anti-CD23 and its second antibody as compared with the case of stimulation by anti-CD23 alone. The cross-linking of CD23 with anti-CD23 and its antibody may mimic the situation of B cells stimulated by an IgE/antigen/IgE complex. Therefore, the complex formation among CD23, sIg, MHC class II, and CD81 on the cell surface of L-KT9 cells by the antigen/IgE or IgE/antigen/IgE complex is most likely to be closely related to B cell regulatory events by signaling through sIg or MHC class II. Tetraspanins such as CD81 and CD9 are thought to be involved in the formation and the preservation of various different membrane complexes consisting of several functional proteins.  相似文献

TGF-beta 1 null (TGF-beta1-/-) mice die at 3-4 wk of age and show an autoimmune inflammatory phenotype associated with enhanced expression of both class I and II MHC molecules. To determine the role of MHC class I Ags in the autoimmune manifestations and the inflammation observed in TGF-beta 1-/- mice, we generated TGF-beta 1-/- mice in the genetic background of beta 2-microglobulin deficiency (beta 2M-/-). TGF-beta 1-/-;beta 2M-/- mice had improved survival compared with TGF-beta 1-/- mice. Histopathological examination showed less severe inflammation, especially in the heart, where Mac-2 reactive macrophages were significantly decreased as compared with TGF-beta 1-/- mice. In vivo depletion of CD8+ T cells in TGF-beta 1-/- mice confirmed suppression of inflammation and reduction in the severity of the wasting syndrome. MHC class II mRNA expression in TGF-beta 1-/-;beta 2M-/- mice was also lower than that in TGF-beta 1-/- mice, suggesting reduced systemic inflammation. Autoimmune response as judged by serum Ab titers to ssDNA and 16/6 Id and by immune complex deposits in kidney was reduced in TGF-beta 1-/-;beta 2M-/- mice, when compared with that in TGF-beta 1-/- mice. Our data thus indicate that MHC class I molecules influence the development of the autoimmunity and the inflammation seen in TGF-beta 1-/- mice and CD8+ T cells may have a contribution to the inflammation in TGF-beta 1-/- mice.  相似文献
