目的:观察安立泽应用于单独胰岛素治疗血糖控制欠佳的高龄2 型糖尿病患者的疗效及安全性。方法:200 例高龄2型糖尿 病胰岛素降糖欠佳的患者(空腹血糖控制在7.8-13.9mmol/L范围内),随机分成对照组和治疗组,对照组采用胰岛素加安慰剂治 疗80 例;治疗组120 例,分为A、B、C三组,每组40 例,A、B、C三组分别在继续应用胰岛素治疗的基础上加服安立泽4mg/d、 5mg/d、6mg/d,疗程三个月。观测治疗组和对照组治疗前后FPG 及PPG、HbA1C、BMI 和胰岛素用量的改变及治疗的安全性。结 果:对照组和治疗组治疗前的各指标无明显差异(P>0.05);A、B、C三组在治疗后1 个月和3 个月FPG、PPG、HbA1C均有明显的 下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),而对照组治疗前后FIG、PPG、HbA1C 略有下降,差异不明显(P>0.05);A、B、C 三组胰岛素的用量及体 重指数较治疗前均略有下降,三组间无显著性差异;对照组和治疗组的不良反应发生率无显著差异。结论:对高龄2 型糖尿病单 用胰岛素治疗血糖控制欠佳的患者,加用安立泽治疗,可使糖尿病相关指标得以良好的控制,减少糖尿病患者每日胰岛素用量, 临床毒副作用较小。  相似文献

利用四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病大鼠模型,研究了胰岛素对糖尿病大鼠脂肪、蛋白质、自由基代谢紊乱的调节作用及对机体和肝脏氧化损伤的保护作用。结果表明,胰岛素0.5U/kg皮下注射8周,能明显抑制糖尿病引起大鼠体重的降低。皮下注射6周,显著提高了血清总蛋白、白蛋白、总胆固醇的水平,降低了血清甘油三酯的含量。胰岛素1U/kg皮下注射9d,能显著提高血清超氧化物歧化酶、谷肮甘肽过氧化物酶的活性,降低血清丙二醛的含量及促氧化酶黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性,提高肝线粒体谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性,降低肝线粒体丙二醛的含量。从而调节糖尿病大鼠脂肪、蛋白质、自由基代谢紊乱,减轻机体的氧化损伤,改善肝功能。  相似文献

Insulin resistance is present in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus as well as in obese patients without diabetes. The aim of our study was to compare insulin action in diabetic and control persons with or without obesity and to evaluate the influence of serum cholesterol, serum triglyceride and blood pressure on metabolic variables of insulin action. We examined 42 Type 2 diabetic patients and 41 control persons with body mass index (BMI) from 21.1 to 64.5 kg x m(-2), and 33 to 71 years old. The isoglycemic hyperinsulinemic clamp technique was performed at an insulin infusion rate of 1 mU x kg(-1) x min(-1) during 120 min. We evaluated the metabolic clearance rate of glucose (MCR(G), ml x kg(-1) x min(-1)) as the most important indicator of insulin action by isoglycemic clamp. The Pearson's correlation and multiple regression models were used to compare studied factors with the insulin action. We found following predictors of insulin resistance expressed in the relationship with MCR(G): BMI (r = -0.68, p<0.001), plasma glucose concentration (r = -0.66, p<0.001), cholesterol (r=-0.55, p<0.001), triglycerides (r = -0.54, p<0.001) and mean blood pressure (r = -0.38, p<0.01). From the multiple regression analysis we conclude that obesity may have even greater influence on the insulin action than diabetes mellitus itself.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo describe our clinical experience with U500 insulin in insulin-resistant patients, including change in glucose control, body weight, insulin dose, and hypoglycemic episodes.MethodsIn September 2010, we undertook a retrospective chart review of patients who had U500 insulin in their medication list in the preceding 2 years who were treated in the endocrinology section at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Glycosylated hemoglobin (A1C), body weight, and insulin dosage were documented before U500 insulin introduction, after 6 months of U500 insulin use, and at the last clinic visit when the patient was still taking U500 insulin. Hypoglycemic episodes and number of daily injections were recorded.ResultsRecords of 53 patients were analyzed, one of the largest reports of U500 insulin use published to date. The mean A1C level decreased from 10.1% before U500 insulin was initiated to 9.1% after 6 months of U500 use to 8.6% at the last follow-up visit (mean follow-up was 36.6 ± 24 months). At the last charted visit, body weight increased by a mean of 6.8 kg and insulin dosage increased by a mean of 0.44 units/kg. We observed a significant increase in the number of nonsevere hypoglycemic episodes and a decrease in the number of daily injections.ConclusionPatients with uncontrolled, severely insulin-resistant diabetes can be satisfactorily treated with U500 insulin with the potential to improve glycemic control. After onset of type I diabetes 7 diabetics were randomized to subcutaneous insulin pump treatment (CSII) (age 12 to 29 years, mean: 21 years) and 7 diabetics to conventional insulin treatment (CI) (age 14 to 28 years, mean: 21 years). HbA1, glycosylated serum proteins and mean blood glucose (MBG) as parameters of metabolic control were determined monthly. After 2 months both groups showed HbA1 values in the normal range. Mean MBG values were (mean +/- SD) 116 +/- 7 mg/dl for CSII and 118 +/- 14 mg/dl for CI. Residual insulin secretion was determined monthly by fasting C-peptide. After 14 days, 5, 7, 8 months fasting C-peptide values were significantly (P less than 0.05) higher in CI. After one year fasting C-peptide was comparable in both groups (CSII and CI mean: 0.06 nmol/l). The administered insulin dose was comparable in both groups with a 55% reduction of insulin dose after 5 months in CSII (0.35 +/- 0.15 U/kg/24 h) and in CI after 7 months (0.31 +/- 0.28 U/kg/24 h). After 12 months of insulin therapy about 60% of the initial insulin dose was injected in both groups. 1 patient on CSII (12 years) and 2 patients on CI (15, 28 years) showed a complete remission (for 3-9 months) with no exogenous insulin and normal HbA1 values. 50% of the patients had episodes where they did need less than 0.2 U/kg/24 h insulin to maintain optimal diabetic control (3 CSII, 4 CI). During the first year of insulin treatment in type I diabetes with CSII as well as with CI a comparable near normalisation of diabetic control could be achieved.  相似文献

To assess the role of insulin in the control of body weight energy expenditure was measured by indirect calorimetry in eight patients of normal weight with type I diabetes initially while poorly controlled during conventional insulin treatment and later during optimal glycaemic control achieved by using the continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion pump. Their response to seven days of fat supplementation was also assessed and the results compared with those in eight non-diabetic subjects. After a mean of 5.3 months of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion the diabetic subjects had gained on average 3.5 kg. In the poorly controlled diabetic state the resting metabolic rate was raised but decreased by a mean of 374 kJ (90 kcal) per 24 hours with optimal glycaemic control. The thermic response to infused noradrenaline was reduced by 59% in the diabetic subjects, was not improved by continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion, but was improved when three of the subjects were given metformin in addition. The diabetic subjects had no abnormality in the thermic response to a meal while taking their usual diabetic diet. During fat supplementation, however, this thermic response was reduced when glycaemic control was poor but not when control was precise. Fat supplementation did not alter the resting metabolic rate or the reduced noradrenergic thermic response in the diabetic subjects. These findings suggest that precise glycaemic control could produce weight gain if energy intake remained unaltered, for diabetic subjects do not compensate for the decrease in metabolic rate by an increase in noradrenergic and dietary thermic responses. Also precise glycaemic control using continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion does not correct all the metabolic abnormalities of diabetes mellitus.  相似文献

To develop a rat model of type 2 diabetic mellitus that simulated the common manifestation of the metabolic abnormalities and resembled the natural history of a certain type 2 diabetes in human population, male Sprague-Dawley rats (4 months old) were injected with low-dose (15 mg/kg) STZ after high fat diet (30% of calories as fat) for two months (L-STZ/2HF). The functional and histochemical changes in the pancreatic islets were examined. Insulin-glucose tolerance test, islet immunohistochemistry and other corresponding tests were performed and the data in L-STZ/2HF group were compared with that of other groups, such as the model of type 1 diabetes (given 50 mg/kg STZ) and the model of obesity (high fat diet). The body weight of rats in the group of rats given 15 mg/kg STZ after high fat diet for two months increased significantly more than that of rats in the group of rats given 50 mg/kg STZ (the model of type 1 diabetes) (595 +/- 33 g vs. 352 +/- 32 g, p<0.05). Fast blood glucose levels for L-STZ/2HF group were 16.92 +/- 1.68 mmol/l, versus 5.17 +/- 0.55 mmol/l in normal control and 5.59 +/- 0.61 mmol/l in rats given high fat diet only. Corresponding values for fast serum insulin were 0.66 +/- 0.15 ng/ml, 0.52 +/- 0.13 ng/ml, 0.29 +/- 0.11 ng/ml, respectively. Rats of type 2 diabetes (L-STZ/2HF) had elevated levels of triglyceride (TG, 3.82 +/- 0.88 mmol/l), and cholesterol(Ch, 2.38 +/- 0.55 mmol/l) compared with control (0.95 +/- 0.15 mmol/l and 1.31 +/- 0.3 mmol/l, respectively) (p<0.05). The islet morphology as examined by immunocytochemistry using insulin antibodies in the L-STZ/2HF group was affected and quantitative analysis showed the islet insulin content was higher than that of rats with type 1 diabetes (P<0.05). We concluded that the new rat model of type 2 diabetes established with conjunctive treatment of low dose of STZ and high fat diet was characterized by hyperglycemia and light impaired insulin secretion function accompanied by insulin resistance, which resembles the clinical manifestation of type 2 diabetes. Such a model, easily attainable and inexpensive, would help further elucidation of the underlying mechanisms of diabetes and its complications.  相似文献

This study investigated the effects of the traditional herbal medicine, Keishi-ka-jutsubu-to (KJT) on insulin action in vivo and insulin signaling in skeletal muscle in STZ-induced diabetes. Rats were divided into single and 7-days oral administration groups. Euglycemic clamp (insulin infusion rates: 3 and 30 mU/kg/min) was used in awaked rats and the insulin signaling in skeletal muscle was evaluated. At low-dose insulin infusion, the decreased metabolic clearance rates of glucose (MCR) in diabetic rats were improved by a single and 7-days administration of KJT (800 mg/kg BW, p.o.; acute effect: 6.7 +/- 0.6 vs. 12.3 +/- 1.2, and 7-days effect: 6.3 +/- 0.5 vs. 13.9 +/- 1.0 ml/kg/min, P<0.001, respectively). During high-dose insulin infusion, the MCR was increased in 7-days KJT treated diabetes compared with saline diabetes, but, these changes were not observed after a single KJT treatment. About 90% of the increasing effect in MCR induced by the 7-days KJT treatment was blocked by L-NMMA. However, no further additive effects were seen in KJT + SNP treatment. IRbeta protein increase and decreased IRS-1 protein expression in diabetes were significantly improved by KJT treatment. KJT had no effect on the GLUT4 protein content. The increased tyrosine phosphorylation level of IRbeta, IRS-1, and IRS-1 associated with PI 3-kinase were significantly inhibited in KJT treated diabetes. The present study suggests that the improvement of impaired insulin action in STZ-diabetes by administration of KJT may be due, at least in part, to enhanced insulin signaling, which may be involved with production of nitric oxide (NO).  相似文献

Peripheral resistance to insulin action is the major mechanism causing the metabolic syndrome and eventually type 2 diabetes mellitus. The metabolic derangement associated with insulin resistance is extensive and not restricted to carbohydrates. The branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are particularly responsive to the inhibitory insulin action on amino acid release by skeletal muscle and their metabolism is profoundly altered in conditions featuring insulin resistance, insulin deficiency, or both. Obesity, the metabolic syndrome and diabetes mellitus display a gradual increase in the plasma concentration of BCAAs, from the obesity-related low-grade insulin-resistant state to the severe deficiency of insulin action in diabetes ketoacidosis. Obesity-associated hyperinsulinemia succeeds in maintaining near-normal or slightly elevated plasma concentration of BCAAs, despite the insulin-resistant state. The low circulating levels of insulin and/or the deeper insulin resistance occurring in diabetes mellitus are associated with more marked elevation in the plasma concentration of BCAAs. In diabetes ketoacidosis, the increase in plasma BCAAs is striking, returning to normal when adequate metabolic control is achieved. The metabolism of BCAAs is also disturbed in other situations typically featuring insulin resistance, including kidney and liver dysfunction. However, notwithstanding the insulin-resistant state, the plasma level of BCAAs in these conditions is lower than in healthy subjects, suggesting that these organs are involved in maintaining BCAAs blood concentration. The pathogenesis of the decreased BCAAs plasma level in kidney and liver dysfunction is unclear, but a decreased afflux of these amino acids into the blood stream has been observed.  相似文献

Spontaneous diabetes in the domestic pig, an animal suitable for metabolic and endocrine studies and for experimental surgery, is extremely rare. In this study we have compared the diabetogenic response of various doses of streptozotocin in comparison to surgically induced diabetes. Streptozotocin in a low dose, 35 mg/kg body weight did not influence glucose metabolism while an intermediate dose, 85 mg/kg, resulted in a transient diabetic reaction. Streptozotocin, 100-150 mg/kg body weight, caused a complete and permanent diabetes. Animals made diabetic by means of pancreatectomy did not survive more than 10 days due to their poor general condition and diabetes. Streptozotocin induced diabetic animals survived with insulin treatment up to seven months. The results show that juvenile pigs made diabetic with 100-150 mg/kg body weight of streptozotocin may be useful in experimental work on glucose-, insulin- and C-peptide-metabolism in a large animal. Therefore it is potentially useful in pancreatic transplantation research.  相似文献

Fractionated X-irradiation (a cumulative dose of 12.9 mC/kg) of animals with alloxan diabetes caused different, with respect to direction and degree, changes in liver nuclease system than those observed in intact animals after similar irradiation. Ten patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in an isoglycemic glucose clamp study to determine the impact of intra-abdominal fat, subcutaneous abdominal fat and total abdominal fat on the metabolic effect of a single bolus (0.2 IU/kg) of sc-injected human regular insulin. The maximum metabolic effect associated highly and negatively with intra-abdominal fat (r = - 0.72, p < 0.02) and with the homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance score (HOMA, r = - 0.71, p < 0.03). Likewise, the total metabolic effect of sc-injected insulin correlated strongly and negatively with intra-abdominal fat (r = - 0.77, p < 0.01), HOMA (r = - 0.74, p < 0.02) and HbA (1c) (r = - 0.70, p < 0.03). Stepwise multiple regression analyses showed that the highest metabolic effect was only significantly predicted by intra-abdominal fat, indicating a high negative correlation with the maximum effect (beta = - 0.72) whereas time to maximum metabolic effect showed a strong (beta = 0.72) and positive correlation with HOMA. In combination with the HOMA, it is intra-abdominal fat, and not subcutaneous abdominal fat, which explains 50 - 75 % of the variability of the effect of sc human regular insulin in patients with type 2 diabetes.  相似文献

Members of the monkey speciesMacaca nigra spontaneously develop impairments in insulin secretion and glucose clearance, and eventually become overtly diabetic. Changes in certain metabolic signals such as clearance of glucose and insulin increment secreted in an intravenous glucose tolerance test have allowed the identification of four stages in the progression from non-diabetes to diabetes in monkeys — non-diabetic, hormonally impaired, borderline diabetic, and diabetic. Recently, another metabolic stage, hyperinsulinemic, was also identified in these animals. In recent years, other factors besides those listed above have been implicated to be correlated with the metabolic progression from a nondiabetic to a diabetic state. One of these factors, is insulin like growth factor I (IGF-I). In diabetic humans who are in poor metabolic control, and in rats with streptozotocin induced ketotic diabetes, serum levels of IGF-I are lowered by as much as 40–50% of control non-diabetics. If indeed decreased IGF-I levels are correlated with the onset of diabetes then changes in IGF-I concentrations prior to the clinically diagnosed disease state would be expected. Using serum samples collected from different animals in a colony ofMacaca nigra in a variety of metabolic states, we have found that IGF-I and insulin levels decrease in each defined metabolic state as the animals progress from nondiabetic to diabetic. Since IGF-I and insulin levels decrease in a similar fashion in the progression of this disease then this maybe indicative of the coordinate expression of these two factors.  相似文献

目的:探讨胰岛素采用不同的给药方式对1型糖尿病患者临床治疗效果的影响。方法:回顾性分析了于2010.06.2012.10入住我院的60例1型糖尿病患者的临床资料,采用两种不同的给药方式:胰岛素泵持续皮下注射和胰岛素分次皮下注射,并检测以下指标以评判治疗方式优劣:血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生次数。结果:(1)两组不同给药方式患者的血糖达标时间存在显著的统计学差异(P〈0.05),两组患者的胰岛素用量也存在显著的统计学差异(P〈0.05)。(2)两组不同给药方式患者的低血糖发生次数之间存在显著的统计学差异(P〈0.01)。结论:胰岛素泵持续皮下注射是1型糖尿病患者血糖控制的最佳治疗方式。  相似文献

Objective: To assess the effect of massive weight loss in relation to insulin resistance and its correlation to changes in glycemic homeostasis and lipid profile in severely obese patients. Research Methods and Procedures: A prospective clinical intervention study was carried out with 31 morbidly obese women (body mass index: 54.2 ± 8.8 kg/m2) divided into three groups according to their glucose tolerance test: 14 normal, 8 impaired glucose tolerance, and 9 type 2 diabetes. All subjects underwent an insulin tolerance test with intravenous bolus of 0.1 U insulin/kg body weight before silastic ring vertical gastroplasty Roux‐en‐Y gastric bypass surgery, and again at 2, 4, 6, and 12 months postoperatively. Fasting plasma glucose, hemoglobin A1c, and lipid profile were also evaluated. Results: A reduction of 68 ± 15% in initial excess body weight was evident within 1 year. Along with weight loss, the following statistically significant changes were found: an increase in the insulin‐sensitivity index (Kitt) and a decrease in fasting plasma glucose and hemoglobin A1c, most notably in the type 2 diabetes group. An overall improvement in lipid profile was observed in all three groups. Discussion: Bariatric surgery was an effective therapeutic approach for these obese patients because it reduced both weight and insulin resistance, along with improving metabolic parameters. Significant correlations were found between insulin resistance and metabolic improvements. Weight loss after bariatric surgery induced an improvement in metabolic fitness, related to the reduction in insulin resistance over a range of glucose tolerance statuses from normal to diabetic.  相似文献

Severely brittle diabetes is defined as a rare subtype of insulin-dependent diabetes with wide, fast, unpredictable, and inexplicable swings in blood glucose concentration, often culminating in ketoacidosis or hypoglycaemic coma. To assess the role of inappropriate type, amount, or timing of insulin treatment and the route of administration as a cause of severe brittleness six patients with continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion, which provides a high degree of optimisation of dosage with exogenous insulin in stable diabetics. The glycaemic control achieved during continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion was compared with that during continuous intramuscular insulin infusion. Six patients with non-brittle diabetes were also treated by continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion. These patients achieved the expected improvement in glycaemic control (mean +/- SD plasma glucose concentration 5.1 +/- 2.3 mmol/l (92 +/- 41 mg/100 ml)), but not the patients with brittle diabetes remained uncontrolled with continuous subcutaneous infusion (13.6 +/- 5.8 mmol/1 (245 +/- 105 mg/100 ml) compared with 10.3 +/- 4.1 mmol/l (186 +/- 74 mg/100 ml) during treatment with optimised conventional subcutaneous injections). During continuous intramuscular infusion, however, glycaemic control in five of the patients with brittle diabetes was significantly improved (7.7 +/- 2.6 mmol/l (139 +/- 47 mg/100 ml). The remaining patient with brittle diabetes, previously safely controlled only with continuous intravenous insulin, did not respond to continuous intramuscular infusion. It is concluded that in five of the six patients with brittle diabetes studied here impaired or irregular absorption of insulin from the subcutaneous site played a more important part in their hyperlability than inappropriate injection strategies. This absorption defect was presumably bypassed by the intramuscular route.  相似文献

目的:研究镁补充对2型糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢的影响。方法:将用高脂饮食联合链脲佐菌素(STZ)方法诱发的2型糖尿病大鼠随机分为四个组,糖尿病对照组喂饲高脂饲料,高、中、低剂量组在高脂饲料中分别加入2000、1000、200 mg/kg的镁(以镁离子计)。自由饮食喂养四周,处死动物。用放射免疫法测血清胰岛素(Ins)水平、用葡萄糖氧化酶法测空腹血浆葡萄糖(fasting plasmaglucose,FPG),并计算胰岛素敏感指数(insulin sensitivity index,ISI)。比色法检测糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)。用全自动生化分析仪测高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDLC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)。结果:高剂量组的空腹血糖、空腹血清、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平均较糖尿病对照组显著性降低(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、胰岛素敏感指数较糖尿病对照组显著性升高(P<0.05)。结论:镁补充可以提高2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素敏感性,改善糖尿病大鼠的糖脂代谢情况。  相似文献

Abnormal liver tests, as well as morphological changes in the liver, are frequent among obese patients. Other frequent disturbances are visceral fat accumulation, insulin resistance, non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM), hypertriglyceridemia, and hypertension; these are a set of aberrations known as the metabolic syndrome. In order to investigate a possible relationship between the metabolic syndrome and impaired liver status we examined associations between liver tests, metabolic variables (insulin, glucose, and triglycerids), body composition and nutrition in 1083 men (BMI 28.8–63.8 kg/m2) and 1367 women (BMI 26.7–68.0 kg/m2) in the ongoing intervention study of Swedish Obese Subjects (SOS). Standard biochemical techniques were used to assess liver status and metabolic variables. Lean body mass (LBM) and masses of visceral and subcutaneous adipose tissue (AT) were estimated by means of computed tomography (CT) calibrated anthropometric equations. In both genders aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase were, or tended to be, positively correlated to fasting serum insulin, visceral AT (women), and alcohol intake. In women, the aminotransferases were also correlated with fasting blood glucose. In both genders alkaline phosphatase was, or tended to be, positively associated with visceral AT, insulin (women), and glucose. Bilirubin was negatively correlated to insulin and visceral AT in men and women. Additional multivariate analyses indicated that alcohol had less explanatory power than serum insulin for the examined liver tests, especially among women. These results suggest that pathological liver tests in the obese may represent an expression of the metabolic syndrome.  相似文献

Atypical antipsychotic drugs such as Olanzapine induce weight gain and metabolic changes associated with the development of type 2 diabetes. The mechanisms underlying the metabolic side-effects of these centrally acting drugs are still unknown to a large extent. We compared the effects of peripheral (intragastric; 3 mg/kg/h) versus central (intracerebroventricular; 30 μg/kg/h) administration of Olanzapine on glucose metabolism using the stable isotope dilution technique (Experiment 1) in combination with low and high hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic clamps (Experiments 2 and 3), in order to evaluate hepatic and extra-hepatic insulin sensitivity, in adult male Wistar rats. Blood glucose, plasma corticosterone and insulin levels were measured alongside endogenous glucose production and glucose disappearance. Livers were harvested to determine glycogen content. Under basal conditions peripheral administration of Olanzapine induced pronounced hyperglycemia without a significant increase in hepatic glucose production (Experiment 1). The clamp experiments revealed a clear insulin resistance both at hepatic (Experiment 2) and extra-hepatic levels (Experiment 3). The induction of insulin resistance in Experiments 2 and 3 was supported by decreased hepatic glycogen stores in Olanzapine-treated rats. Central administration of Olanzapine, however, did not result in any significant changes in blood glucose, plasma insulin or corticosterone concentrations nor in glucose production. In conclusion, acute intragastric administration of Olanzapine leads to hyperglycemia and insulin resistance in male rats. The metabolic side-effects of Olanzapine appear to be mediated primarily via a peripheral mechanism, and not to have a central origin.  相似文献
