The effects of prenatal alcohol exposure on the development of a conditioned taste aversion were examined in preweanling rat pups. Mothers of these pups were fed isocaloric liquid diets containing either 35 or 0% ethanol-derived calories (EDC) from gestation days 6 through 20. A pair-feeding procedure was employed, and an ad lib lab chow control group was also included. At 5, 10, or 15 days of age, pups were infused with a saccharin solution through a cannula implanted in the oral cavity. Half of the pups in each group were then injected with lithium chloride (LiCl), which served as the poisoning agent, and the other half with sodium chloride (NaCl) as a control. Animals were subsequently tested for a conditioned aversion to the saccharin solution. At 15 days of age, all of the pups in the LiCl-poisoned group demonstrated a conditioned taste aversion to the saccharin solution, but the degree of this aversion was less in alcohol-exposed offspring. At 10 days of age, a taste aversion was learned, although it was not as strong as that shown by 15-day-old pups, and it appeared to be learned equally well by all of the prenatal treatment groups. At 5 days of age, there was marginal support for taste aversion learning. Again, it did not interact with prenatal treatment. The ontogenic differences in taste aversion learning exhibited by alcohol-exposed offspring relative to controls are discussed in terms of altered hippocampal development.  相似文献

Abstract: The comparative effects of exposure to ethanol and malnutrition on the concentrations of tyrosine and catecholamines in whole brain and selected regions of brain have been studied in the developing rat. These animals were the offspring of optimally nourished rats (control pups), of rats fed a diet with 35% of the calories supplied by ethanol (ETOH pups), or of animals fed a diet calorically equivalent to the latter but lacking ethanol (iso-caloric, 1C pups). These diets were administered to dams either during the last week of gestation (prenatal) or during lactation (postnatal). Tyrosine levels were elevated prior to birth in the prenatal ETOH or IC pups or at 1 and 2 weeks of age in postnatal ETOH or 1C pups as compared with values found in the control offspring. Dopamine concentration in whole brain was significantly lower in prenatal ETOH pups than in prenatal IC pups at 3 weeks of age. Levels in the brains of postnatal ETOH pups were lower than control values, but not relative to animals exposed to 1C diet. Investigation of corpus striatum showed a significant decrease in dopamine concentration compared with control or IC pup values as a result of postnatal exposure to ethanol. Norepinephrine levels in the whole brain of prenatal ETOH pups were consistently 30–40% lower than either control or matched 1C pups during development. At 3 weeks of age, the norepinephrine levels in the hypothalamus of animals exposed to ethanol pre or postnatally were 30–60% lower than values in the corresponding region in either control or 1C pups. In the rat model described, ethanol caused a decrease in catecholamine levels, perhaps solely by affecting the norepinephrine neurons.  相似文献

Malnutrition during pregnancy adversely affects postnatal forebrain development; its effect upon brain stem development is less certain. To evaluate the role of tryptophan [critical for serotonin (5-HT) synthesis] on brain stem 5-HT and the development of cardiorespiratory function, we fed dams a diet ~45% deficient in tryptophan during gestation and early postnatal life and studied cardiorespiratory variables in the developing pups. Deficient pups were of normal weight at postnatal day (P)5 but weighed less than control pups at P15 and P25 (P < 0.001) and had lower body temperatures at P15 (P < 0.001) and P25 (P < 0.05; females only). Oxygen consumption (Vo(2)) was unaffected. At P15, deficient pups had an altered breathing pattern and slower heart rates. At P25, they had significantly lower ventilation (Ve) and Ve-to-Vo(2) ratios in both air and 7% CO(2). The ventilatory response to CO(2) (% increase in Ve/Vo(2)) was significantly increased at P5 (males) and reduced at P15 and P25 (males and females). Deficient pups had 41-56% less medullary 5-HT (P < 0.01) compared with control pups, without a difference in 5-HT neuronal number. These data indicate important interactions between nutrition, brain stem physiology, and age that are potentially relevant to understanding 5-HT deficiency in the sudden infant death syndrome.  相似文献

To study the effects of creatine (Cr) on brain energy metabolism and on hypoxia-induced seizures, 5- to 30-day-old rabbit pups were given subcutaneous Cr (3 g/kg) for 3 days before exposure to 4% O2 for 8 min. In saline-treated controls, hypoxic seizures were most frequent at 15 days (80% of pups) and 20 days (60%) of age. Seizures were prevented at 15 days and reduced 60% at 20 days in Cr-treated pups. In surface coil-localized brain 31P nuclear magnetic resonance spectra, with signal from both cerebral gray (GM) and white (WM) matter, the phosphocreatine (PCr)/nucleoside triphosphate (NTP) ratio doubled between 5 and 30 days of age in controls. In all Cr-injected pups, brain PCr/NTP increased to values seen in 30-day-old controls. When spectra were acquired in predominantly GM and WM slices in vivo, the PCr/NTP ratio was very low in GM at 5 days but reached adult levels by 15 days in controls. In WM, the ratio increased steadily from 5 to 30 days of age. In Cr-injected pups, PCr/NTP increased to mature levels in WM and in GM at all ages. In conclusion, hypoxic seizures occur midway in the time course of brain PCr/NTP increase in rabbit pups as previously described in rat pups. In both altricial pups, systemic Cr increases brain PCr/NTP ratio and prevents hypoxic seizures. These results suggest that mature levels of PCr and/or Cr in brain limit EEG activation either directly or indirectly by preventing hypoxic metabolic changes.  相似文献

A dopaminergic neurotoxin, 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-pyridine (MPTP), administered to a pregnant female was found to affect postnatally the catecholamine metabolism of the pups. MPTP (5 mg/kg body weight/day) was administered to pregnant C57 Black BYA mice daily for 7 days between the 12th and 18th day of gestation. Dopamine levels and tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) activity were measured in the whole brain from the pups sacrificed after birth. In MPTP-treated pups at 7 days of age, TH total activity (TH activity/brain) did not change (92% of the control value), while TH specific activity (TH activity/mg protein) was increased to 163% of that in control mice. Thus, TH homospecific activity (TH activity/mg TH protein) doubled compared to the control mice. At 28 days of age, both the total activity and the specific activity of TH in the brains of postnatal mice were reduced to 50% and 78% of the control, respectively. Dopamine concentration in the striatum was also reduced significantly. Reduction in the TH activity and dopamine concentration were also observed at the age of 12 weeks. These data suggest that the prenatal exposure to MPTP induced a prolonged reduction of TH activity in the brains of mice with a transient increase of TH homospecific activity during the postnatal period.  相似文献

本文运用免疫组化显示Fos蛋白的方法首次研究了棕色田鼠脑和行为不同发育阶段副嗅球和主嗅球的细胞活动。当不同年龄阶段的幼鼠同时暴露于自己家庭的熟悉底物和另一家庭的陌生底物时 ,嗅闻和呆在自己熟悉底物上的时间较多 ,直到产后 15d、 2 0d和 2 5d时 ,幼鼠探究不同底物的行为显示出显著性差异。脑的大小随着日龄增加而增加 ,但从产后 1到 15d ,脑重、脑宽和嗅球大小随着日龄增加特别显著。当不同日龄幼鼠暴露于陌生底物或者暴露于自己的熟悉底物时 ,从产后 5到 15日龄 ,主嗅球僧帽细胞层、颗粒细胞层、副嗅球僧帽细胞层和颗粒细胞层Fos免疫阳性细胞随着日龄明显增加 ,但直到 15和 30日龄时 ,和对照组相比 ,陌生底物可引起幼鼠主嗅球Fos免疫阳性细胞明显增加 ,从 2 0日龄起 ,陌生底物可引起副嗅球Fos免疫阳性细胞明显增加。主嗅球颗粒细胞层Fos免疫阳性细胞随着日龄的增加从边缘到中心逐渐出现 ,而副嗅球Fos免疫阳性细胞随着日龄的增加从顶部到底部逐渐出现。以上结果说明产后第 1d到 15d左右可能是棕色田鼠脑结构发育的重要阶段 ,而从此以后棕色田鼠主嗅球和副嗅球就具有区别熟悉气味和陌生气味的能力 ,表明棕色田鼠行为、脑发育和细胞活动间有紧密关系  相似文献

In the 7–8- and the 10–11-day old male rat pups born to dams exposed to an immobilization stress for the last week of pregnancy and to the dams exposed to no stress (control), behavioral parameters were studied: the level of depression in the test of forced swimming (the Porsolt’s test) and 24 h after a long pain response during inflammation (the formalin test—a subcutaneous injection of 2.5% formalin into the hind leg plantar pad). In control pups, significant age-related changes in the forced swimming were revealed: the immobility time was longer in animals of the older age group, whereas no age differences were found in parameters of the persistent inflammatory pain and in flexing + shaking behavior. The prenatal stress produced an increase in the immobility time and the flexing + shaking behavior in the 7–8-day old, but not in the 10–11-day old rat pups. This resulted in elimination of the age differences in the immobility time in the prenatally stressed animals. Thus, use of different methodic approaches has allowed revealing peculiarities in the parameters of the degree of depression and duration of the pain response at inflammation in the 7–8- and 10–11-day old rat pups, which indicates heterogeneity of the infantile development stage that, according to literature data, includes in rats the period from the 5th to the 10th postnatal days.  相似文献

This report examined the effects of larval tapeworm infection on the reproductive functions in both male and female host rats. Female rats were matched by age, then randomly assigned to control and treatment groups (infected with larval tapeworms). Estrous cycles were determined by vaginal smear with 95% of the control group exhibiting 4-day normal cyclicity and only 55% of the treated group exhibiting normal cycles. Female fertility was then evaluated for the normally cycling rats based on the percentage of successful matings on the evening of proestrus, number of implantation sites on Day 8 of pregnancy, and number of pups born at term. The normally cycling rats exhibited 96% successful mating, 12.95 +/- 1.80 implantation sites, and 11.20 +/- 1.80 pups born. Five months after larval tapeworm infection, the fertility parameters were decreased to 79%, 9.10 +/- 1.20, and 7.50 +/- 1.50, respectively. The control females were then used in a study of male fertility after larval tapeworm infection employing the same parameters used to test female fertility. At the onset of the study, control groups exhibited 95% successful mating, 12.50 +/- 1.50 implantation sites, and 11.60 +/- 1.60 pups born at full term. After the 5-month infection period, the parameters were substantially reduced to 29%, 6.20 +/- 0.80 implantation sites, and 5.10 +/- 0.80 pups, respectively. Average testosterone concentrations in serum and testis from control male rats were 8.80 +/- 0.95 ng/ml and 3.88 +/- 0.25 ng/mg protein, respectively. After the 5-month infection period, these levels were reduced to 2.47 +/- 0.31 ng/ml and 1.28 +/- 0.12 ng/mg protein, respectively.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Offspring of rats fed high-fat diets during pregnancy and lactation develop glucose intolerance and islet dysfunction in adulthood. Because other models of developmental programming of glucose intolerance are associated with defective islet development, we investigated whether high-fat exposure during fetal or neonatal life impairs islet development and function, thereby contributing to islet dysfunction in later life. Female rats were fed control or high-fat diets and their pups cross-fostered after birth to represent 4 groups with each combination of control and high-fat diet for the natural and foster mother. In a time course study, pups were kept with the natural mother until weaning. Pancreases were analysed for insulin content, beta cell mass, and islet number. Isolated islets were studied for insulin secretory responses and susceptibility to palmitate-induced apoptosis assessed by caspases 3/9 activity. Pancreatic insulin content and beta cell mass were increased in pups exposed to maternal high-fat diets after birth, whereas glucose-stimulated insulin secretion from islets of high-fat offspring at 5 and 11 days of age was lower than controls. Islets from control rats of 2-14 days of age were resistant to the pro-apoptotic effects of palmitate seen in older animals. The immature beta cell is therefore insensitive to toxic effects of palmitate and may compensate for the inhibitory effects on insulin secretion by increasing beta cell mass. The data suggest that susceptibility to glucose intolerance in offspring of dams fed high-fat diets may not be a consequence of deleterious effects on beta cell mass in early life.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine whether species differences in neonatal vocalizations of rodent pups could be observed. Ultrasonic vocalizations of pups of 5 rodent species, mouse (ICR), vole (Microtus arvalis), Syrian hamster, rat (Wistar-Imamichi), and Mongolian gerbil were recorded from 3 to 15 or 21 days of age. Recordings were made under conditions of separation from mothers and litter mates in a cooled chamber (approximately 10 degrees C). The major species differences observed were age specific and species specific frequencies. The Mongolian gerbil displayed a different frequency change with age. Namely, the day on which ultrasonic vocalizations ceased was delayed in Mongolian gerbil compared with the other rodents. The modal peak frequencies of ultrasound emitted from pups at 3 days of age were low (around 35 kHz) in the vole and the Syrian hamster, medium (around 45 kHz) in the rat and the Mongolian gerbil, and high (around 55 kHz) in the mouse.  相似文献

Experiments were carried out to determine the role of nitric oxide in mediating autonomic and behavioral thermoregulatory control in rat pups on postnatal days 1-2, 5-6, and 10-11. For an experiment, each pup received a subcutaneous injection of vehicle, NG-nitro-D-arginine methyl ester (D-NAME; 100 mg/kg), or NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME; 100 mg/kg) before being placed in a metabolic chamber or in a thermocline with a linear temperature gradient of 23 to 43 degrees C. In the metabolic chamber, oxygen consumption and core temperature were measured as ambient temperature was decreased from 40 to 15 degrees C over a 60-min period. Decreasing ambient temperature elicited an increase in oxygen consumption in all age groups that received vehicle or d-NAME. The lower critical temperature and peak oxygen consumption upon exposure to cold after vehicle were 41 +/- 10 ml x kg(-1) x min(-1) at 30 degrees C, 43 +/- 12 ml x kg(-1) x min(-1) at 28 degrees C, and 55 +/- 11 ml x kg(-1) x min(-1) at 25 degrees C in the 1- to 2-, 5- to 6-, and 10- to 11-day-old pups, respectively. Administration of L-NAME abolished the oxygen consumption response to cold in the 1- to 2- and 5- to 6-day-old pups and significantly attenuated the oxygen consumption response to cold in the 10- to 11-day-old pups. Selected ambient temperature in the thermocline was not significantly affected by prior administration of D-NAME or L-NAME compared with vehicle. Thus our data provide evidence that the nitric oxide system plays a role in mediating autonomic but not behavioral thermoregulatory control in rat pups during early postnatal maturation.  相似文献

Copper deficiency lowers brain copper and iron during development. The reduced iron content could be due to hypoferremia. Experiments were conducted to evaluate plasma iron and “ferroxidase” hypotheses by determining copper and iron status of Holtzman albino rats following gestational/lactational copper deficiency. Copper deficient (Cu−) dams on treatment for 5 weeks, two of gestation and three of lactation, had markedly lower copper content of milk and mammary tissue, and lower milk iron. Newborn pups from Cu− dams had lower copper and iron concentrations. Compared to Cu+ pups, Cu− pups, analyzed between postnatal age (P) 0 and P26, were smaller, anemic, had lower plasma iron, cardiac hypertrophy, and near zero ceruloplasmin activity. Liver copper in Cu+ pups increased then decreased during development and major reductions were evident in Cu− pups. Liver iron in Cu+ pups decreased with age while nursing but increased after eating solid food. Liver iron was lower in Cu− pups at P0 and P13 and normal at P20 and P26. Small intestinal copper decreased with age in Cu+ pups and was lower in Cu− pups. Intestinal iron levels in Cu− pups were higher than Cu+ pups postweaning in some experiments. Reduction in plasma iron in Cu− pups is likely due to a decreased “ferroxidase” function leading to lower placental iron transport, a lower milk iron diet, and partial block in iron uptake from intestine but is not due to failure to mobilize hepatic iron, in contrast to older rats eating diet with adequate iron.  相似文献

The fatty acid composition of constituent phospholipids and the cholesterol content of rat liver plasma membranes were determined subsequent to maternal alcohol ingestion during pregnancy and lactation. The alcoholic group was given a liquid Metrecal diet containing 37% ethanol-derived calories. The control group was pair-fed an isocaloric sucrose/Metrecal diet. Litters were killed for lipid analyses at days 5, 15 and 25 after birth. These studies revealed that the total phospholipid phosphorus was similar and increased significantly with age in both groups. Cholesterol also increased significantly with age in both groups but was greater in the alcoholic pups, resulting in a higher cholesterol/phospholipid molar ratio. While the phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) content increased with age in both groups, that of sphingomyelin decreased. Phosphatidylserine + phosphatidylinositol (PS + PI) was significantly higher in the control group at all ages studied. A consistent increase of C22:6 in phosphatidylcholine (PC), sphingomyelin, PS + PI and in the total phospholipid fraction from alcoholic pups was observed. Although other fatty acid changes were found in PC, PS + PI and sphingomyelin, PE was not affected. These results suggest that specific adaptive changes were induced in the liver plasma membrane lipids of the progeny from alcoholic rats.  相似文献

The behavioral effects of bombesin in 5-, 10- and 20-day-old rat pups have been investigated and the peptide was found to induce scratching (1, 10 mg/kg IP) and grooming (10 mg/kg IP) as early as 5 days after birth. Bombesin did not produce any other overt activities in the developing pups in doses of up to 10 mg/kg, however, lower doses of the peptide (0.1, 1 mg/kg IP) reduced intake of a wet mash diet in deprived 15-day-old rat pups resulting in significant decreases in body weight compared with control animals. These behavioral responses agree with the well-documented effects of bombesin in adult rats and are also in accordance with results from biochemical studies which have shown the existence of receptors for bombesin-like peptides in the rat central nervous system from an early age.  相似文献

Eight 8-wk-old raccoon pups (Procyon lotor) with maternal canine distemper virus (CDV) neutralizing antibodies (NAb) and 24 8-wk-old seronegative pups were administered a commercial modified-live CDV vaccine (Galaxy, D, Solvay Animal Health, Inc., Kitchener, Ontario, Canada). All 24 seronegative raccoons had detectable serum CDV NAb titers 14 days after the initial dose. Titers rose to maximum levels 4 wk post-vaccination. Mean titers for groups of vaccinated seronegative pups were maintained between 1:256 and 1:2,048 for the remainder of the 3 mo observation period. Geometric means of the serum CDV NAb titer of eight seronegative pups given a single vaccine dose at 8 wk of age did not differ significantly from those of eight pups that were given serial doses at 8, 12, and 16 wk of age, or from those of eight pups vaccinated once at 16 wk of age. Seven unvaccinated 8-wk-old raccoon pups used as controls remained seronegative throughout the trial. Seven out of eight 8-wk-old pups with maternal antibodies, vaccinated at 8, 12, and 16 wk of age, failed to develop a rise in their CDV NAb titers until at least 18 wk of age, 2 wk after the third vaccination. Titers in eight unvaccinated raccoons with maternal antibodies declined steadily to undetectable levels at 20 wk of age. A half-life of 10.55 days was calculated for maternally-derived CDV NAb in raccoon pups. Sixteen vaccinated raccoons were protected from clinical disease following experimental oronasal challenge with a virulent raccoon strain of CDV, 13 to 23 wk after vaccination. Serum CDV NAb titers at the time of challenge ranged from 1:12 to 1:384 and increased during the period of observation. Three of four unvaccinated seronegative raccoons used as controls failed to mount any detectable CDV NAb and were euthanatized after developing clinical signs of canine distemper 26, 29, and 30 days post-challenge (PC). Necropsies confirmed the diagnosis. The fourth control raccoon exhibited transient equivocal clinical signs, mounted a sluggish humoral response, but was clinically normal when euthanatized 42 days PC. In this raccoon, there was focal non-suppurative encephalitis with intranuclear inclusion bodies typical of CDV infection.  相似文献

To study the potential relationship between circulating triacylglycerol (TAG) levels and lipoprotein lipase (LPL) activity in the newborn rat liver, pups from undernourished or normal control mothers were nursed by normal dams, and studied at 0, 1, 15 or 30 days of age. Plasma TAG levels and liver TAG concentration increased more in pups from undernourished mothers than they did in controls. At birth, liver LPL activity was similarly high in both groups but, whereas in controls it decreased progressively after birth, in pups from undernourished mothers it remained stable until 15 days of age. Results suggest that the hypertriglyceridemia present in pups from undernourished mothers may be responsible for the sustained high LPL activity in their liver which may enhance the hepatic uptake of circulating TAG.  相似文献

We had shown that adult animals, whose mothers were submitted to protein or energy restriction during lactation, differ from controls in their body weight and thyroid function. The aim of this study was to evaluate, from birth through six months of age, leptin serum concentration, body weight and food intake in animals whose mothers received protein or energy restricted-diet during lactation as follows: control (C)-23% protein; protein-restricted (PR)-8% protein; energy-restricted (ER)-23% protein, in restricted quantity, according to the mean ingestion of the PR group. After weaning (day 21) all pups had free access the control diet. Body weight of pups from PR mothers were always lower than those from controls (p < 0.05), while body weight of pups from ER mothers surpassed that of the C group significantly at 140 days of age. The food intake was lower in both offspring from PR and ER mothers, normalizing on the 32th day in pups from ER mothers and on the 52th day in pups from PR mothers. Leptin serum concentration in both offspring from PR and ER mothers were significantly decreased on the 12th day (p < 0.05) and increased on the 21st day (p < 0.05) compared to control. After weaning there was no differences among the groups. It is possible that changes in leptin concentration during lactation in the offspring of malnourished groups could permanently modify the setpoint for body weight control.  相似文献

Carotid bodies are functionally immature at birth and exhibit poor sensitivity to hypoxia. Previous studies have shown that continuous hypoxia at birth impairs hypoxic sensing at the carotid body. Intermittent hypoxia (IH) is more frequently experienced in neonatal life. Previous studies on adult animals have shown that IH facilitates hypoxic sensing at the carotid bodies. On the basis of these studies, in the present study we tested the hypothesis that neonatal IH facilitates hypoxic sensing of the carotid body and augments ventilatory response to hypoxia. Experiments were performed on 2-day-old rat pups that were exposed to 16 h of IH soon after the birth. The IH paradigm consisted of 15 s of 5% O2 (nadir) followed by 5 min of 21% O2 (9 episodes/h). In one group of experiments (IH and control, n = 6 pups each), sensory activity was recorded from ex vivo carotid bodies, and in the other (IH and control, n = 7 pups each) ventilation was monitored in unanesthetized pups by plethysmography. In control pups, sensory response of the carotid body was weak and was slow in onset (approximately 100 s). In contrast, carotid body sensory response to hypoxia was greater and the time course of the response was faster (approximately 30 s) in IH compared with control pups. The magnitude of the hypoxic ventilatory response was greater in IH compared with control pups, whereas changes in O2 consumption and CO2 production during hypoxia were comparable between both groups. The magnitude of ventilatory stimulation by hyperoxic hypercapnia (7% CO2-balance O2), however, was the same between both groups of pups. These results demonstrate that neonatal IH facilitates carotid body sensory response to hypoxia and augments hypoxic ventilatory chemoreflex.  相似文献

Mongolian gerbils were isolated for one minute on each of the first 14 days of life. The ultrasounds which they produced were displayed on a recorder which allowed measurement of the sound level, duration, shape and temporal patterning of the calls. These components of the pup's response changed with age in various ways. Most of the ultrasounds produced occurred in bouts of regularly spaced calls. The bout length was longest on day 4, and then decreased, but the rate of calling within bouts increased with age. The mean sound level of the calls reached a peak on day 6 and then declined, but one or more pups at each age could produce loud calls. The total rate of production of single calls changed little with age, but production of multiple calls reached a peak on days 4 and 5, and then declined. It seems that the ability of pups to call rapidly and to produce a series of loud, complex calls increases with age. As calling declined, scrabbling movements with the legs increased. Temperature regulation and motor ability are improving during this time. These changes in calling are related to changes in maternal behaviour, especially nest building, which peaked on day 6 in another study. Observations on control litters suggested that daily handling and testing increased the rate of calling on day 5.  相似文献

新生幼犬通过初乳获得的被动免疫,对它的生存非常重要,本研究用犬的多价免疫血清代替初乳作为幼犬保护性免疫球蛋白,对生后2 d内不能获得初乳的幼犬,以及虽然获得初乳但初乳中特异性免疫球蛋白含量较低的幼犬进行了被动免疫试验。对5窝35只幼犬在生后,随机分为吃初乳的对照组、口服血清组、皮下注射血清组、以及口服和皮下注射血清又吃初乳5个组,在幼犬出生时、及出生后48 h和第5天采血,测定犬细小病毒、犬传染性肝炎、和犬副流感的血凝抑制(HI)抗体效价。结果表明:对没有吃到初乳的仔犬,通过早期口服或皮下注射途径给予成年犬的血清,均能代替初乳供给幼犬免疫球蛋白。对吃到初乳的仔犬,能进一步提高幼犬体内特异性抗体水平,但以皮下注射途径最佳。  相似文献
