Background  

Understanding the pathophysiology of chemokine secretion in endometriosis may offer a novel area of therapeutic intervention. Endometriosis is considered as a benign aseptic inflammatory disease, characterised by the presence of ectopic endometrium-like tissue. Its symptoms (mostly pain and infertility) are reported as constant stressors. Corticotropin releasing hormone (CRH) and urocortin (UCN) are neuropeptides, strongly related to stress and inflammation. The effects of CRH and UCN are mediated through CRHR1 and CRHR2 receptors which are implicated in several reproductive functions acting as inflammatory components. However, the involvement of these molecules to endometriosis remains unknown. The aim of this study was to examine the expression of CRHR1 and CRHR2 in endometriotic sites and to compare the expression of CRHR1 and CRHR2 in eutopic endometrium of endometriotic women to that of healthy women. We further compared the expression of CRH, UCN, CRHR1 and CRHR2 in ectopic endometrium to that in eutopic endometrium of women with endometriosis. Endometrial biopsy specimens were taken from healthy women (10 patients) and endometrial and endometriotic biopsy specimens were taken from women with endometriosis (16 patients). Τhe expression of CRH, UCN, CRHR1, and CRHR2 was tested via RT-PCR, immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. This study shows for the first time that CRH and UCN receptor subtypes CRHR1β and CRHR2α are expressed in endometriotic sites and that they are more strongly expressed (p<0.01) in eutopic endometrium of women with endometriosis compared to healthy women endometrium at the mRNA and protein level. CRH, UCN, CRHR1 and CRHR2 mRNA were also more highly expressed in ectopic rather than eutopic endometrium (CRH, UCN, CRHR2α: p<0.01, CRHR1β: p<0.05) and protein (CRH and UCN: p<0.05, CRHR1 and CRHR2: p<0.01) in women with endometriosis. These data indicate that CRH and UCN might play an immunoregulatory role in endometriotic sites by affecting reproductive functions such as decidualization and implantation of women with endometriosis.  相似文献

Studies have shown that aberrant expression of IL‐12p40, which is encoded by the interleukin‐12B (IL‐12B) gene, may be involved in the development of endometriosis. In this study, we investigated the role of aberrant methylation of the IL‐12B promoter region and its associated expression in the development of ovarian endometriosis. By using pyrosequencing, we analyzed the methylation level of the IL‐12B promoter region in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of patients with ovarian endometriosis and normal endometrium of control women. The expression of IL‐12B mRNA was detected by quantitative real‐time PCR. The results showed that the methylation level of the IL‐12B promoter region in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of patients with ovarian endometriosis was significantly lower than that in endometrium of women without endometriosis ( p < 0.001 and p = 0.041, respectively). In contrast, mRNA levels were significantly increased in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of patients with ovarian endometriosis compared to those in endometrium of women without endometriosis ( p < 0.001 and p = 0.042, respectively). Correlation analysis showed that the methylation level of the IL‐12B promoter region was negatively correlated with mRNA levels of IL‐12B ( p < 0.001). Our data suggested that aberrant methylation of the IL‐12B promoter region may be responsible for aberrant IL‐12B mRNA expression in endometrium tissue of women, which may be associated with the development of ovarian endometriosis in northern Chinese women.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to screen infertile men for HFE H63D mutation in correlation with clinical characteristics of infertile men (sperm concentration, sperm motility, morphology, testicular volume, Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH), Luteinizing Hormone (LH) and total Testosterone levels) and find out if the HFE H63D mutation has an effect on male infertility. After excluding hormonal treatment, any scrotal pathology, having any systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, sickle cell anemia and microdeletions of the Y chromosome, a total of 148 infertile men with age range between 17 and 52-years-old (average age 29.6 ± 7.2) were enrolled into the study. Our analysis indicates that the mean FSH levels are significantly higher (6.3 ± 4.6 mIU/ml, P = 0.03), whereas sperm motility is significantly lower (36.6 ± 28.1%, P = 0.01) in the infertile men with the HFE H63D mutation compared with subjects lacking this mutation. Comparison of allele frequencies of the infertile men with Ts < 50% versus the infertile men with Ts > 50% revealed a significant difference as expected (P = 0.001, OR = 0.14, %95 CI = 0.04–0.44). Comparison of allele frequencies of infertile men with abnormal sperm motility versus infertile men with normal sperm motility revealed a highly significant difference (P = 0.005, OR = 3.11, %95 CI = 1.41–6.86). Thus, the HFE H63D mutation seems to be an important risk factor for impaired sperm motility and is clinically associated with male infertility.  相似文献

Endometriosis is an inflammatory disease of women of reproductive age featured by the presence of ectopic endometrium and is strongly related to infertility. Galectins, carbonhydrate-binding proteins, have been found to have pro- or anti-inflammatory roles in the reproductive tract and in pathological conditions concerning infertility. Galectin-1, which is expressed at endometrium and decidua, plays a major role in implantation and trophoblast invasion. Also, the neuropeptides, corticotropin releasing hormone (CRH) and urocortin (UCN) and their receptors are expressed in eutopic and ectopic endometrium showing a differential expression pattern in endometriotic women compared to healthy ones. The aim of this study was to examine the galectin-1 expression in endometriotic lesions and compare its expression in eutopic endometrium of endometriotic and healthy women. Furthermore, we examined the effect of CRH and UCN in galectin-1 expression in Ishikawa cell line and macrophages and investigated the implication of CRHR1 in these responses. Eutopic and ectopic endometrium specimens, Ishikawa cell line and mice macrophages were used. Immunohistochemistry and western blot analysis were performed in order to identify galectin-1 expression in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of women with and without endometriosis and the regulatory effect of CRH and UCN on galectin-1 expression. This study presents for the first time that galectin-1 is overexpressed in endometriotic lesions compared to eutopic endometrium of endometriotic women and is more abundantly expressed in eutopic endometrium of disease women compared to healthy ones. Furthermore, it is shown that CRH and UCN upregulate galectin-1 expression in Ishikawa cell line and macrophages and this effect is mediated through CRHR1. These results suggest that galectin-1 might play an important role in endometriosis pathology and infertility profile of women suffering from endometriosis by being at the same time regulated by CRH and UCN interfering in the immune disequilibrium which characterizes this pathological condition.  相似文献

Background  

Endometriosis is a condition that affects women of reproductive age, where the glandular and/or stromal tissues from the eutopic endometrium implant in ectopic locations. It is well established that the survival of ectopic implants is due to lower levels of apoptosis, but no consensus exists as to which pathway/s this is mediated by. The ubiquitin protein shares a similar sequence homology to an anti-apoptotic protein called BAG-1 and is expressed in the normal endometrium. Currently, no studies have been conducted to determine ubiquitin expression and its possible anti-apoptotic effects in endometriosis.  相似文献

Endometriosis is an inflammatory disease affecting reproductive-aged women. Immunologic disturbance, as well as inflammation, have crucial roles in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. In this study, we evaluated the effects of resveratrol treatment on expression of monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1), interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-8, and regulated upon activation, normal T cell expressed and secreted (RANTES) in endometrial stromal cells from patients with endometriosis compared with non-endometriotic controls. Thirteen eutopic (EuESCs) and nine ectopic (EESCs) endometrial stromal cells from endometriotic patients as well as eleven endometrial stromal cells from non-endometriotic controls (CESCs) were treated with resveratrol (100 μmol/L) or ethanol, and gene and/or protein expression of MCP-1, IL-6, IL-8 and RANTES was examined at 6, 24 and 48 hours following treatment in the cells from all origins. Resveratrol treatment significantly reduced gene and protein expression of MCP-1, IL-6, and IL-8 in EuESCs and EESCs compared with CESCs (P < .05-.001, P < .05-.001 and P < .05-<.01, respectively), and this reduction was more noticeable in EESCs than EuESCs (P < .05-<.001). Besides, resveratrol treatment significantly reduced RANTES protein expression in EESCs in all time intervals (P < .05). Resveratrol treatment significantly reduced the expression of MCP-1, IL-6, IL-8 and RANTES in EESCs.  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to evaluate the expression of the neo-angiogenic marker endoglin and its localization in tissues of normal and endometriotic patients as well as to compare it with one new angiogenic marker candidate - S100A13. Human recombinant S100A13 and endoglin 35mer synthetic peptide of the intracellular domain were used for the production of rabbit polyclonal antisera. The antisera were characterized for specificity, using immunoenzyme assay (ELISA), Western blot and immunohistochemistry. Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections from normal endometrium, adenomyosis, ovarian endometriosis, eutopic endometrium from different endometriotic specimens were tested by immunohistochemistry. No endoglin specific staining was observed on the microvessels of the normal endometrium. In adenomyosis and ovarian endometriosis, the expression pattern was different - endoglin was expressed in all microvessels, with an even stronger expression in the myometrial compartment. Weak endoglin-positive staining was detected in the microvessels of eutopic endometrium specimens from different endometriosis cases. In comparison to endoglin, S100A13 exhibited a moderate expression in endometrial glands of normal endometrium, but strong expression in endometriotic specimens. No S100A13 extensive staining of the microvessels was observed in normal endometrium, while in endometriosis, it exhibited very intense staining in microvascular endothelia and less intense in the perivascular area of middle to large-sized vessels. This study for the first time shows over-expression of S100A13 in endometriosis. These data show that the expression of endoglin and S100A13 corresponds to the activation of the endothelial cells in the process of endometriotic angiogenesis, suggesting a beneficial role for these two molecules as markers for actively progressing endometriotic process.  相似文献

Endometriosis, defined as the presence of endometrial glands and stroma outside of the uterine cavity, develops mostly in women of reproductive age and regresses after menopause or ovariectomy, suggesting that the growth is estrogen-dependent. Indeed, the lesions contain estrogen receptors (ER) as well as aromatase, an enzyme that catalyses the conversion of androgens to estrogens, suggesting that local estrogen production may stimulate the growth of lesions. The expression patterns of ER and progesterone receptors in endometriotic lesions are different from those in the eutopic endometrium. Moreover, estrogen metabolism, including the expression pattern of aromatase and the regulation of 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 2 (an enzyme responsible for the inactivation of estradiol to estrone), is altered in the eutopic endometrium of women with endometriosis, adenomyosis, and/or leiomyomas compared to that in the eutopic endometrium of women without disease. Immunostaining for P450arom in endometrial biopsy specimens diagnosed these diseases with sensitivity and specificity of 91 and 100%, respectively. This is applicable to the clinical diagnosis of endometriosis. The polymorphisms in the ER- gene, the CYP19 gene encoding aromatase, and several other genes are associated with the risk of endometriosis. Studies of these will lead to better understandings of the etiology and pathophysiology of endometriosis.  相似文献

Increasing evidence supports the hypothesis that TGFβ1 signalling may be mediated by high temperature requirement A1 (HtrA1) serine protease, acting on important regulatory mechanisms such as cell proliferation and mobility. Evidence is now accumulating to suggest that HtrA1 is involved in the development and progression of several pathologies. The aim of this study was to evaluate: i) if HtrA1 and TGFβ1 expressions differ in eutopic and ectopic endometrium in women with endometriosis; ii) if HtrA1 correlates to TGFβ1, pSmad and Ki67. This study was carried out including 10 women with ovarian endometriosis (cases) and 10 women with non endometriotic diseases (controls). Endometrial tissue underwent immunohistochemical H-score analysis for HtrA1, TGFβ1, pSmad and Ki67 molecules. Data evaluation was performed by a nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis test and Spearman correlation was applied to evaluate the relationship among the molecules investigated in the epithelial and in the stromal compartment. The HtrA1 was significantly decreased in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of women with endometriosis when compared with control endometrium in epithelial compartment. TGFβ1was significantly increased in eutopic endometrium and decreased in ectopic endometrium in epithelial and stromal compartment. In addition, Ki67 was significantly increased and an increase, but not significant, was detected for pSMAd2 in eutopic and ectopic endometrium compared to control one. In summary, the significant direct correlation between TGFβ1 and pSmad2 as well as between HtrA1 and TGFβ1 and the very significant increase of Ki67 in stromal compartment of eutopic endometrium suggest a possible involvement of HtrA1 in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Key words: HtrA1, endometriosis, immunohistochemistry  相似文献

Objectives It is reported that parental exposure to toxicants can influence offspring sex ratio at birth. Studies have reported that several chemicals found in cigarette smoke are substrates of glutathione S-transferase T1 (GSTT1, a member of GSTθ). To determine the effect of cigarette smoke on serum levels of testosterone and gonadotrophins of smokers and possible association of these hormones levels with GSTT1 polymorphism, the present study was done. Methods Our study was conducted on 181 (40 smokers, 141 non-smokers) male subjects. Genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood. The GSTT1 genotyping was performed using PCR-based method. All measurements for testosterone, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and luteinizing hormone (LH) were done in one laboratory. Results In smoker subjects the mean ± sd of serum testosterone, FSH, and LH were 4.64 ± 1.63 ng/ml, 2.72 ± 1.17 IU/l, and 3.03 ± 1.04 IU/l, respectively. In non-smoker subjects the mean ± sd of serum testosterone, FSH, and LH were 4.49 ± 1.24 ng/ml, 2.89 ± 1.26 IU/l, and 3.07 ± 1.28 IU/l, respectively. There was no significant difference between smokers and non-smokers for serum testosterone (t = 0.622, df = 179, P = 0.535), FSH (t = −0.757, df = 179, P = 0.450), and LH (t = −0.179, df = 179, P = 0.858). Also there was no significant difference between smokers and non-smokers in either GSTT1 null or positive genotypes for levels of testosterone, FSH, and LH. Conclusion Based on present data, it might be concluded that serum levels of testosterone and gonadotrophins were not significantly different between smoker and non-smoker males in both null and present GSTT1 genotypes.  相似文献

Endometriosis, the presence of a functional endometrium outside of the uterine cavity, is associated with infertility. In our simulated model of pregnancy in baboons with experimental endometriosis, hCG infusion fails to induce expression of the immunoregulatory protein glycodelin. To test the hypothesis that the development of endometriosis is associated with an aberrant endometrial immunological environment, we examined the expression of a series of immunoregulatory genes in endometrium from baboons with and without endometriosis. Six months following intraperitoneal inoculation with menstrual endometrium, eutopic endometrium was surgically collected between Days 9 and 11 postovulation. Control endometrium was similarly collected from disease-free animals. Total RNA was extracted, and biotinylated cDNA probes were hybridized to the SuperArray GEArray Q series Th1/Th2/Th3 cDNA array, representing 96 genes. Gene expression levels were determined using ScanAlyze and GEArray Analyzer software. Seven genes were upregulated, including JUND, FOS, CCL11, NFKB1 and others, in the endometrium from baboons with endometriosis compared with the endometrium from disease-free animals; one gene, IL1R1, was downregulated. Quantitative RT-PCR confirmed upregulation of FOS and CCL11 in endometriotic eutopic endometrium. Immunohistochemical analysis revealed altered levels and distribution of FOS protein in the eutopic endometrium of baboons with induced endometriosis. These data suggest that in an induced model of endometriosis an aberrant eutopic immunological environment results in a decreased apoptotic potential and in rapid alterations in endometrial gene expression. We propose that the reduced fecundity associated with endometriosis has a multifold etiology in spontaneous and induced disease.  相似文献

Previous studies have demonstrated the involvement of nerve repellent factors in regulation of the imbalanced innervation of endometriosis. This prospective study aims to explore the role of Sema 3A in regulating aberrant sympathetic innervation in peritoneal and deep infiltrating endometriosis. Ectopic endometriotic lesion were collected from patients with peritoneal endometriosis (n = 24) and deep infiltrating endometriosis of uterosacral ligament (n = 20) undergoing surgery for endometriosis. Eutopic endometrial samples were collected from patients with endometriosis (n = 22) or without endometriosis (n = 26). Healthy peritoneum (n = 13) from the lateral pelvic wall and healthy uterosacral ligament (n = 13) were obtained from patients who had no surgical and histological proof of endometriosis during hysterectomy for uterine fibroids. Firstly, we studied the immunostaining of Sema 3A, Plexin A1 and NRP-1 in all the tissues described above. Then we studied the nerve fiber density (NFD) of endometriosis-associated (sympathetic) nerve and para-endometriotic (sympathetic) nerve by double immunofluorescence staining. Finally we analyzed the relationship between expression of Sema 3A in stromal cells of endometriotic lesion and the aberrant innervation of endometriosis. Semi-quantitative immunostaining demonstrated that (1) Higher immunostaining of Sema 3A were found in the eutopic endometrial glandular epithelial cells from patients with endometriosis (p = 0.041) than those without endometriosis; (2) Sema 3A immunostaining was higher in glandular epithelial cells of peritoneal endometriosis (P<0.001) and deep infiltrating endometriotic lesions of uterosacral ligament (P = 0.028)compared with glandular epithelial cells of the endometrium from women with endometriosis, while its expression in ectopic stormal cells in both groups were significantly lower than that from eutopic endometrium of women without endometirosis (P<0.001, P<0.001, respectively). NFDs of Anti-TH (+) endometriosis-associated sympathetic nerve of peritoneal endometriosis (p<0.001) and deep endometriosis of uterosacral ligament (p<0.001) were significantly lower than NFDs of para-endometriotic sympathetic nerve. Our results suggest that Sema 3A may contribute to the regulation of aberrant sympathetic innervation in peritoneal and deep infiltrating endometriosis.  相似文献

Endometriosis, a disease of reproductive age women, is a major cause of infertility, menstrual disorders and pelvic pain. Little is known about its etiopathology, but chronic pelvic inflammation is a common feature in affected women. Beside symptomatic treatment of endometriosis-associated pain, only two main suboptimal therapeutic approaches (hormonal and invasive surgery) are generally recommended to patients and no specific targeted treatment is available. Our studies led to the detection of a marked increase in the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) in the eutopic endometrium, the peripheral blood and the peritoneal fluid of women with endometriosis, and in early, vascularized and active endometriotic lesions. Herein, we developed a treatment model of endometriosis, where human endometrial tissue was first allowed to implant into the peritoneal cavity of nude mice, to assess in vivo the effect of a specific antagonist of MIF (ISO-1) on the progression of endometriosis and evaluate its efficacy as a potential therapeutic tool. Administration of ISO-1 led to a significant decline of the number, size and in situ dissemination of endometriotic lesions. We further showed that ISO-1 may act by significantly inhibiting cell adhesion, tissue remodeling, angiogenesis and inflammation as well as by altering the balance of pro- and anti-apoptotic factors. Actually, mice treatment with ISO-1 significantly reduced the expression of cell adhesion receptors αv and ?3 integrins (P<0.05), matrix metalloproteinases (MMP) 2 and 9 (P<0.05), vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) (P<0.01), interleukin 8 (IL8) (P<0.05), cyclooxygenease (COX)2 (P<0.001) and the anti-apoptotic protein Bcl2 (P<0.01), but significantly induced the expression of Bax (P<0.05), a potent pro-apoptotic protein. These data provide evidence that specific inhibition of MIF alters endometriotic tissue growth and progression in vivo and may represent a promising potential therapeutic avenue.  相似文献

Angiogenesis is a prerequisite for the formation and development of endometriosis. Pigment epithelium derived factor (PEDF) is a natural inhibitor of angiogenesis. We previously demonstrated a reduction of PEDF in the peritoneal fluid, serum and endometriotic lesions from women with endometriosis compared with women without endometriosis. Here, we aim to investigate the inhibitory effect of PEDF on human endometriotic cells in vivo and in vitro. We found that PEDF markedly inhibited the growth of human endometrial implants in nude mice and of ovarian endometriotic stromal cells in vitro by up-regulating PEDF expression and down-regulating vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression. Moreover, apoptotic index was significantly increased in endometriotic lesions in vivo and endometriotic stromal cells in vitro when treated with PEDF. In mice treated with PEDF, decreased microvessel density labeled by Von Willebrand factor but not by α-Smooth Muscle Actin was observed in endometriotic lesions. And it showed no increase in PEDF expression of the ovary and uterus tissues. These findings suggest that PEDF gene therapy may be a new treatment for endometriosis.  相似文献

Endometriosis is a common inflammatory gynecological disease characterized by the presence of endometrial tissue outside of the uterine cavity. The c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) is a subfamily of the mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) involved in cellular processes ranging from cytokine expression to apoptosis, and is activated in response to inflammation and cellular stress. We hypothesized that inflammatory cytokines in the peritoneal microenvironment increase JNK MAPK activity in endometriotic endothelial cells, and that human endometrial endothelial cells (HEECs) may be involved in inflammatory pathogenesis of endometriosis. Thus, we evaluated the expression of the total- and phosphorylated-(phospho)-JNK in endometrial and endometriotic endothelial cells in vivo, and in HEECs treated with normal peritoneal fluid (NPF), endometriotic peritoneal fluid (EPF), and the inflammatory cytokines interleukin-1beta (IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) in vitro. Phospho-JNK immunoreactivity in HEECs in normal endometrium was significantly higher in the early proliferative and late secretory phases compared to other phases. Both eutopic and ectopic HEECs from the early secretory phase also revealed higher phospho-JNK immunoreactivity, compared to their respective cycle-matched normal HEECs. Moreover, HEECs treated with EPF showed significantly higher phospho-JNK levels compared to that in HEECs treated with NPF. In conclusion, our in vivo and in vitro findings suggest that increased phosphorylation of JNK in HEECs from women with endometriosis is likely due to high level of IL-1β and TNF-α in peritoneal fluid; this in turn may up-regulate inflammatory cytokine expression and thus play a role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.  相似文献

Background

Endometriosis is an estrogen-dependent disease causing pelvic pain and infertility in 10% of reproductive-aged women. Despite a long history of the disease the pathogenesis of endometriosis is poorly understood. It is known that the expression of several proteins is either up or down regulated during endometriosis, but their precise role remains to be determined. DJ-1 is one such protein that is upregulated in eutopic endometrium of women having endometriosis suggesting that DJ-1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.

Methodology and Principal Findings

The role of DJ-1 in the pathogenesis of endometriosis was investigated. For this purpose the influence of DJ-1 on endometrial cell survival, attachment, proliferation, migration, and invasion either by overexpressing DJ-1 in normal endometrial cells or by knocking down DJ-1 expression in endometriotic cells using siRNA was investigated. The results indicated that DJ-1 protects endometrial cells from oxidative stress mediated apoptosis. Overexpression of DJ-1 in normal endometrial epithelial cells increases the adhesion on collagen type IV. However, no significant difference was observed incase of stromal cells. It was further demonstrated that DJ-1 regulates cell proliferation, migration, and invasion in normal endometrial and endometriotic epithelial cells whereas in the case of normal endometrial and endometriotic stromal cells, it regulates cell proliferation and invasion but not migration. Furthermore, the present study also indicated that DJ-1 regulates these cellular processes by modulating PI3K/Akt pathway by interacting and negatively regulating PTEN.

Conclusions

Abnormally high levels of DJ-1 expression may be involved in endometriosis, possibly by stimulating endometrial cell survival, proliferation, migration, and invasion.  相似文献

Although the exact etiology remains unclear, epigenetic modifications, such as DNA methylation, are thought to contribute to the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Here, we used the Illumina Human Methylation 450 K BeadChip Array to analyze the genome‐wide DNA methylation profiles of six endometriotic lesions and six eutopic endometria from patients with ovarian endometriosis and six endometria of women without endometriosis. Compared with the eutopic endometria of women with endometriosis, 12,159 differentially methylated CpG sites and 375 differentially methylated promoter regions were identified in endometriotic lesions. GO analyses showed that these putative differentially methylated genes were primarily associated with immune response, inflammatory response, response to steroid hormone stimulus, cell adhesion, negative regulation of apoptosis, and activation of the MAPK activity. In addition, the expression levels of DNMT1, DNMT3A, DNMT3B, and MBD2 in endometriotic lesions and eutopic endometria were significantly decreased compared with control endometria. Our findings suggest that aberrant DNA methylation status in endometriotic lesions may play a significant role in the pathogenesis and progression of endometriosis.  相似文献
