Butanol-extracted water-soluble adjuvant (Bu-WSA) obtained from Bacterionema matruchotii was cultured with peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBM) in the presence of sub- and/or supra-optimal mitogenic concentrations of concanavalin A (Con A). The addition of Bu-WSA resulted in increased tritiated thymidine incorporation above that produced by Con A alone. Bu-WSA by itself is not mitogenic for PBM and in fact produced a decrease in thymidine uptake compared to the control. We investigated the response of subpopulation(s) of PBM to Bu-WSA, Con A and a mixture of Bu-WSA and Con A. Separation of PBM into purified T cells, B cells and macrophages showed that cell-cell cooperation of T cells with B cells or macrophages is necessary for the observed synergistic effect of Bu-WSA with Con A. A marked increase in thymidine incorporation by the mixture of T and B cell populations occurred, while only a small amount of thymidine was incorporated when the B cell population was absent. Mitomycin treatment revealed that the response could be ascribed to the T-cell response with a B-cell helper effect. Moreover, Con A and Bu-WSA appeared to act on the same T cell population. This model may provide unique information about the activation of human peripheral blood T cells compared with the activation of these cells by other mitogens.  相似文献

The lymphocyte costimulator (CoS) is a lymphokine required for the activation of T cell responses to H-2 alloantigens or mitogen, CoS activity is found in the supernatant medium of Concanavalin A (Con A) stimulated spleen cells, In this paper we investigate the cellular requirements for CoS production by Con A-activated mouse spleen cells. Maximal lymphokine production in response to Con A depends on a co-operative interaction between T cells and a nylon wool-adherent cell present in the spleen of nude mice. T cells appear to be the major producers of CoS activity, doing so only in response to an initial inductive stimulus supplied by nude spleen cells. The inductive stimulus is found as a soluble factor in the supernatant of Con A-activated spleen cells, and can also be provided by stimulatory (S+), but not by non-stimulatory (S-), tumour cells H-2 identical with the responding T cells. The activation of lymphokine-producing T cells is thus a two-signal process, requiring both mitogen and an additional inductive signal. Once activated, homogeneous populations of T cells will release lymphokine in response to mitogen alone.  相似文献

The T-lymphocytes resident in the spleens of thymectomized, lethally irradiated mice that had been reconstituted with syngeneic bone marrow (TXB) were characterized. Both recently reconstituted N-TXB, (approximately 3 weeks after bone marrow injection) and aged (>6 months after reconstitution) A-TXB animals were studied. The T-lymphocytes from spleens of recently reconstituted N-TXB donors did not respond to PHA but did react significantly to Concanavalin A (Con A). The lack of PHA sensitivity was not due to dilution of reactive cells by other cell types. Removal of adherent cells, likewise, did not restore N-TXB spleen cell PHA responsiveness. N-TXB splenic T-cells were cortisone resistant. N-TXB spleen cells by themselves did not cause a graft vs host response. However, N-TXB spleen cells amplified the graft vs host response of normal lymph node cells but not N-TXB lymph node cells. Addition of cyclic GMP enhanced [3H]thymidine uptake of N-TXB spleen cells caused by Con A. N-TXB spleen cells were exclusively spleen seeking. The Con A reactive cell within N-TXB spleens was demonstrated to be of donor origin. Fetal liver as well as syngeneic bone marrow contained cells capable of reconstituting the Con A response. Spleen cells from aged. (>6 months) A-TXB were found to be PHA sensitive. Competitive inhibition assays measuring θ expression in A-TXB spleen cells indicate a significant increase in the θ positive lymphocyte population occurred with time. The data indicate that considerable reconstitution of θ positive cells had occurred in A-TXB donors. The results also suggest that the T-lymphocyte population of the TXB spleen may be a unique subpopulation of T-lymphocytes that resides exclusively in spleen and bone marrow.  相似文献

Mouse B lymphocytes were fractionated from normal T lymphocyte-depleted spleen cell populations using discontinuous percoll gradients and were stimulated with rabbit F(ab')2 anti-mouse mu-specific antibodies (anti-mu) plus the supernatant of Con A-stimulated rat spleen cells (SN) as a source of lymphokines. The responses of small (mean volume 120 mu 3), dense (greater than 1.087 specific gravity), resting (least spontaneous thymidine incorporation) B lymphocytes were augmented by irradiated (4000 rad), larger (mean volume greater than 170 mu 3), less dense (less than 1.081 specific gravity), activated (greater spontaneous thymidine incorporation) B lymphocytes. Proliferation was augmented 2- to 4-fold and polyclonal antibody-forming cell responses three- to sixfold. Maximal augmentation of the responses of 5 X 10(4) resting B cells was obtained with 10(4) activated B cells. Augmenting activity was specific for activated B lymphocytes in that responses were not augmented by irradiated thymocytes, T lymphoblasts, macrophages, or additional supernatant. B lymphocytes activated in vitro by LPS or anti-mu also had augmenting activity. Augmentation of responses was maximal only when activated B lymphocytes were added simultaneously with anti-mu. The interaction between activated and resting B lymphocytes did not appear to be genetically restricted. Interestingly, the augmenting activity of activated B cells could be reconstituted by a combination of supernatant and cell membranes from these cells but not by either alone, suggesting that two components are required, one soluble and the other membrane-bound. Thus, a functional interaction has been demonstrated between B lymphocyte subpopulations which differ in their state of activation, and this interaction appears to involve a novel mechanism of action.  相似文献

Inbred C57BL/6J mice were infected with either Trypanosoma rhodesiense organisms of Walter Reed Army Trypanozoon antigenic type 3 or 5 (WRATat 3 or WRATat 5) or were immunized with soluble trypanosomal antigens. Spleen cells obtained from immunized hosts undergo blastogenesis, measured by thymidine incorporation, when exposed to trypanosomal antigens in vitro. Spleens obtained from mice infected with T. rhodesiense organisms do not respond or respond only minimally to trypanosomal antigens in vitro. Spleen cells of infected mice suppress the trypanosomal antigen-induced proliferative response of spleen cells from immunized mice in co-culture experiments. The suppressive activity was found in both the plastic adherent and plastic nonadherent spleen cell populations. The in vitro responses of normal spleen cells to LPS and Con A were also suppressed by spleen cells obtained from infected mice.  相似文献

The in vitro proliferative response of murine bone marrow cells to concanavalin A (Con A) and the effect of anti-Ia serum on the response were studied. The incorporation of [3H]thymidine into cells prepared from the bone marrow of C3H/He, ATL, ATH, and C57BL/6 mice increased in the presence of certain doses of Con A. The bone marrow cells of athymic nude mice were also capable of responding to Con A, but cells prepared from the spleens of such mice were not. The addition of anti-Ia serum to the cultures of bone marrow cells did not affect the responses of these cells to Con A, though their proliferative response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide was greatly reduced in the presence of the serum. Moreover, pretreatment of the bone marrow cells with anti-Ia serum or anti-Thy. 1.2 serum and rabbit complement did not abolish the ability of these cells to respond to Con A. These results indicate that there are some Ia negative and Thy. 1.2 negative cell populations in the marrow capable of responding to Con A. Furthermore, the effect of anti-Ia serum on the Con A-induced proliferative response of the spleen cells which had been obtained from gamma-irradiated and syngeneic bone marrow cell-reconstituted mice was examined. The ability of these cells to respond to Con A increased gradually week by week after the reconstitution. The suppressive effect of anti-Ia serum on the response of these cells gradually became much more pronounced after the reconstitution.  相似文献

The uptake of ouabain-sensitive 86Rb+ uptake measured at 5 min and the uptake measured at 60 min was 4.5- and 2.7-fold greater respectively for SV40 transformed 3T3 cells compared to 3T3 cells during the late log phase of growth. This uptake, however, varied markedly with cell growth. Ouabain-sensitive 86Rb+ uptake was found to be a sensitive indicator of protein synthesis as measured by total protein content. Cessation of cell growth as measured by total protein content was associated with a decline in ouabain-sensitive 86Rb+ uptake in both cell types. This increase ouabain-sensitive cation transport was reflected in increased levels of (Na++K)-ATPase activity for SV40 3T3 cells, which showed a 2.5-fold increase V but the same Km as 3T3 cells. These results are compared with the results of related work. Possible mechanisms for these effects are discussed and how changes in cation transport might be related to alterations in cell growth.  相似文献

Responsiveness of rabbit spleen cells to anti-allotype antibody was measured in terms of increased thymidine incorporation. Incorporation was enhanced after removal of cells which had ingested or had adhered to magnetic particles. B lymphocytes, prepared from spleen cells by the removal of adherent cells and of RTLA bearing T cells, were more responsive to anti-allotype antibody than were the original spleen suspensions. This increase could not be explained by enrichment in B cells. It was concluded that an adherent cell suppressed B cell transformation. The addition of 2-mercaptoethanol to the cell cultures stimulated with mitogen augmented the incorporation of thymidine. Adherent cells interfered with 2-mercaptoethanol potentiation in the response to anti-allotype antibody but not in the response to Con A. Fractionation of spleen cells, over glass bead columns, yielded nonadherent and adherent cell populations. The responsiveness of nonadherent cells to anti-allotype induced thymidine incorporation was two to six times that of unfractionated cells. The responsiveness of nonadherent cells to stimulation by anti-allotype antibody was reduced after addition of adherent cells. Findings were discussed in terms of the inhibitory role played by adherent cells on anti-allotype antibody induced responsiveness of rabbit B cells and of the possible participation of a third cell type which functions as a promotor of mitogenic T cell stimulation.  相似文献

Induction of maximal CTL activity was achieved within 12 hr of exposure to Con A in vitro in various mouse lymphoid cell populations. These included spleen cells from normal unsensitized mice, spleen cells from mice previously immunized with alloantigen, and mouse spleen cells exposed to alloantigen in long-term mixed leukocyte culture (LTMLC). Although induction of maximal incorporation of tritiated thymidine was accomplished within this same period in the cells obtained from LTMLC, a much longer period of Con A exposure (greater than 24 hr) was required for freshly prepared spleen cells from normal or previously immunized mice. These findings indicate that the increased tritiated thymidine uptake induced in freshly prepared spleen cells on continued exposure to Con A beyond 12 hr is not associated with the development of cytolytic activity, and that it probably represents stimulation of subpopulations no longer present in the LTMLC population where positive selection for cells responsive to cellular alloantigens has taken place.  相似文献

The in vitro effects of 2-mercaptoethanol (2-ME), macrophages (MØ), and concanavalin A (Con A) on the proliferation of normal spleen cells (NSC), MØ-depleted spleen cells (DSC), T cells, T-cell subpopulations, and B cells were assessed by [3H]thymidine incorporation. 2-ME alone was consistently shown not to be mitogenic for purified T cells; however, 2-ME enhanced the early (Days 1 and 2) Con A (2 μg/ml)-induced response of NSC, DSC, and T-cell preparations, but depressed the late response (Days 4 and 5). 2-ME alone was mitogenic for purified B-cells, as reported previously; and the 2-ME-induced B-cell response was inhibited by Con A. Preincubation of T cells with 2-ME was sufficient for enhanced Con A responsiveness; however, if 2-ME was added 24 hr after the initiation of culture, no alteration of the Con A-induced response was observed. Ly-2,3+ T cells were unresponsive to Con A (0.3–20 μg/ml), but the addition of 2-ME or peritoneal cells enhanced the Con A responsiveness of Ly-2,3+ T cells over 200-fold. Ly-1+ T cells responded with a similar doseresponse and kinetic profile as unselected T cells. Although Ly-1+ T cells responded to Con A, unlike Ly-2, 3+ T cells, extensive removal of MØ significantly reduced the Con A-induced responsiveness of the Ly-1+ T cells. The reactivities of Ly-1+ and Ly-2,3+ DSC could be reconstituted by the addition of MØ or 2-ME; however, the kinetic response of Ly-1+ T cells peaked on Day 2–3, and Ly-2,3+ T cells had a delayed response which peaked on Day 4–5. The results indicated that (i) 2-ME and/or MØ accelerate the response kinetics of T-cells to Con A; (ii) T-cell subpopulations have differential requirements for MØ and/or 2-ME in the response to Con A; (iii) T-cell subpopulations exhibit differential dose responsiveness to Con A; and (iiii) 2-ME alters Con A responsiveness by a direct effect on T cells.  相似文献

In oxygen-sensitive excitable cells, responses to hypoxia are initiated by membrane depolarization due to closing of the K channels that is thought to be mediated by a decrease in reactive oxygen species (ROS). Because the mechanisms of hypoxic inhibition of ion transport of alveolar epithelial cells (Planes C, Friedlander G, Loiseau A, Amiel C, and Clerici C. Am J Physiol Lung Cell Mol Physiol 271: L70-L78, 1996; Mairb?url H, Wodopia R, Eckes S, Schulz S, and B?rtsch P. Am J Physiol Lung Cell Mol Physiol 273: L797-L806, 1997) are not yet understood, we tested the possible involvement of a hypoxia-induced change in ROS that might control transport activity. Transport was measured as (86)Rb and (22)Na uptake in A549 cells exposed to normoxia, hyperoxia, or hypoxia together with ROS donors and scavengers. H(2)O(2) < 1 mM did not affect transport, whereas 1 mM H(2)O(2) activated (22)Na uptake (+200%) but inhibited (86)Rb uptake (-30%). Also hyperoxia, aminotriazole plus menadione, and diethyldithiocarbamate inhibited (86)Rb uptake. N-acetyl-L-cysteine, diphenyleneiodonium, and tetramethylpiperidine-N-oxyl, used to reduce ROS, inhibited (86)Rb uptake, thus mimicking the hypoxic effects, whereas deferoxamine, superoxide dismutase, and catalase were ineffective. Also, hypoxic effects on ion transport were not prevented in the presence of H(2)O(2), diethyldithiocarbamate, and N-acetyl-L-cysteine. These results indicate that ion transport of A549 cells is significantly affected by decreasing or increasing cellular ROS levels and that it is possible that certain species of ROS might mediate the hypoxic effects on ion transport of alveolar epithelial cells.  相似文献

The outcome of Trypanosoma cruzi infection in inbred strains of mice is under genetic control. The lymphocyte responses to T-cell mitogens and their regulation were investigated in strains of mice resistant or susceptible to T. cruzi. Six to eight days after the inoculation of T. cruzi, resistant and susceptible mice had depressed responses to T-cell mitogens. In resistant B6 mice, suppression was maximal 18 days after infection and it persisted for at least 320 days. The duration of immunosuppression correlated with the persistence of a subpatent parasitemia. In cell mixing experiments, it was determined that the concanavalin A (Con A) responses in the resistant B6 and B6C3F1 mouse strains were suppressed by highly active T-suppressor cells. In the susceptible C3H mice, intense suppression of the Con A responses was detected 14 days after inoculation of T. cruzi. Nevertheless, only weak suppressor cell activity was detected in the infected C3H mice, and suppression was not abrogated by passage through a nylon wool column nor by treatment with antitheta antibodies and complement. Thus, it was suggested that, during the course of infection with T. cruzi, splenic T cells from C3H mice acquired a block in the metabolic pathway for cellular activation by Con A. The influences of T. cruzi epimastigotes on the Con A responses of spleen cells from uninfected mice were then studied. The Con A responses of spleen cells from C3H mice were depressed in the presence of epimastigotes, whereas they were either unaffected or enhanced in spleen cells from B6 mice. Hence, the immunoregulatory events provoked by T. cruzi infection differed in genetically resistant and susceptible mice, and lymphocytes from C3H mice were predisposed to a parasite-induced block in the responses to Con A. Thus, the gene(s) determining the outcome of infection with T. cruzi may be phenotypically expressed through an influence on immunoregulatory events.  相似文献

Rat spleen cells activated in vitro by concanavalin A produce lymphokine molecules that possess biologic activity in a number of murine lymphocyte response assays. A single class of lymphokine most adequately described as T cell growth factor (TCGF, Interleukin-2) with a m.w. of 15,000 as estimated from gel filtration studies and with an isoelectric range of 5.4 to 5.6 stimulates i) the growth of established T cell lines in culture, ii) the proliferation of thymocytes in the presence of Con A under culture conditions where Con A alone is non-mitogenic, iii) the induction of antibody responses to heterologous erythrocyte antigens in athymic (nude) mouse spleen cell cultures, and iv) the generation of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) in thymocyte cultures and in nude mouse spleen cell cultures. We suggest that in each of the assay systems tested, this class of rat lymphokine acts directly on activated T cells. Nonactivated T cells must be stimulated by either mitogen or antigen before becoming responsive to lymphokine, but do not require antigen or mitogen for continued lymphokine-dependent proliferation. Similarly, human peripheral blood mononuclear cells activated by phytohemagglutinin (PHA) produce a class of lymphokines of identical size with an isoelectric point of 6.0 to 6.5 that possess the same biologic properties as measured in murine lymphocyte response systems.  相似文献

The kinetics and mechanisms of suppression of the PWM-induced PFC response of human PB lymphocytes by Con A-activated suppressor cells were investigated. It was necessary that Con A suppressor cells be present early in the process of activation of human B cells toward antibody syntheses, but maximal suppression of the PFC response occurred later in the culture period. In addition, Con A-activated cells, although suppressing the PFC response to PWM greater that 90% of control, did not significantly suppress the blastogenic response to PWM after 3 or 5 days in culture. On the contrary, after 3 days in culture, background tritiated thymidine incorporation as well as tritiated thymidine incorporation to PWM stimulation was increased when Con A suppressor cells are added to fresh autologous peripheral blood lymphocytes. This increased blastogenic response after three days most likely represented an autologous mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) or Con A suppressor cells against fresh autologous non-T cells. The induction of autoreactive cells may be one of several modes of suppression of PFC responses by Con A activated suppressor cells.  相似文献

A large series of mouse monoclonal antibodies was found to inhibit the proliferation of T-cell growth factor (TCGF)-dependent human T-cell blasts as measured by the incorporation of tritiated thymidine. The specificity of the antibody appeared to be irrelevant for inhibition and two T-cell-specific antibodies did not prevent the absorption of TCGF by treated T cells. It is suggested that the antibodies function by the indirect release of suppressor factors by Fc receptor-bearing TCGF-dependent cells.  相似文献

Suppressing activity upon the mitogen-activated lymphocytes was found in the supernatant (SUP) from the culture of mouse spleen, high-density subpopulation of thymocytes, and peritoneal exudate cells. Suppressing factor was obtained from the non-stimulated lymphocytes cultured for 24 to 36 hr with or without serum. Suppressing activity in the SUP was observed in the incorporation of 3H-thymidine, 3H-uridine, and 3H-leucine into Con A-activated lymphocytes or in the proliferation of L cells. Suppressing factor partially purified by Sephadex G-25 column chromatography was a heat-stable and dialyzable substance(s). Further purification and isolation of this factor by two-dimensional thin layer chromatography revealed that this was thymidine and thymidine monophosphate. The suppression in 3H-thymidine incorporation was attributed to the dilution effect of cold thymidine released from cultured lymphocytes.  相似文献

Spleen cells from mice primed to trinitrophenyl-keyhole limpet hemocyanin (TNP-KLH) generate IgG anti-TNP memory responses when stimulated in vitro with either thymus-dependent (TD) or thymus-independent (TI) forms of the hapten. When supernatants from Con A-stimulated spleen cells (Con A Sup) were added to such secondary cultures the TI responses to DNP-dextran or TNP-T4 were augmented; the TD response to TNP-KLH was suppressed. Passage over Sephadex and addition of alpha-methyl-D-mannoside did not inhibit augmentation by Con A Sup, indicating that augmentation did not result from direct action of the lectin on the responding cells. Augmentation occurred equally well in cultures that had been depleted of T cells by treatment with anti-Thy-1.2 and complement. Limiting dilution analyses revealed that Con A Sup increased the frequency of TI-responding precursors approximately threefold while causing a concomitant decrease in TD-responding precursors. To determine the relationship of the additional TI precursors and those normally detected in the absence of Con A Sup, the TI-responding IgG precursors were first eliminated through selective suicide by using DNP-dextran plus BUdR and light treatment; subsequently no TI-responding IgG PFC could be detected to DNP-dextran unless Con A Sup was also added. The data suggest Con A Sup may augment the TI responses to DNP-dextran and TNP-T4 by recruiting additional precursors from a memory cell pool formerly insensitive to these forms of antigen.  相似文献

A BALB/c 3T3 preadipose cell line defective in Na+K+Cl- cotransport (3T3-E12a cells) has been used to study the relationship between phorbol ester-induced rapid changes in cation fluxes and changes in expression of a gene known to be modulated by this agent. In contrast to its effect on parental 3T3 cells, 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA) did not inhibit either furosemide-sensitive 86Rb+ influx or the rate of 86Rb+ efflux from preloaded mutant cells. TPA-induced changes in intracellular K+ content were diminished in 3T3-E12a cells as compared with parental cells. Thus, mutation of the Na+K+Cl- cotransport system renders overall potassium transport in mutant cells largely insensitive to modulation by TPA. The morphological and functional responses of 3T3 and 3T3-E12a cells to TPA were also compared. In contrast to the extensive and long-lasting changes in morphology of 3T3 cells after 0.16 microM TPA addition, only slight and shorter-lived morphological effects of TPA were observed in 3T3-E12a cells. The transport properties of mutant cells were not totally unresponsive to TPA since hexose transport (2-deoxyglucose uptake) could be stimulated in both cell types. To establish a possible link between early changes in cation fluxes and activation of gene expression by TPA, the induction of the enzyme ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) was studied in detail. Addition of fresh medium containing serum or exposure to hypoosmotic conditions resulted in the induction of ODC in both 3T3 and 3T3-E12a cells. However, TPA failed to cause an increase in ODC activity in mutant cells, although a substantial induction of the enzyme was seen in parental cells. These results suggest that rapid changes in ion fluxes mediated by the Na+K+Cl- cotransport system are necessary for at least one of the phorbol ester-induced changes in gene expression in responsive cells.  相似文献

Even though the phorbol ester 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol 13-acetate (TPA) is known to bind to and activate protein kinase C (PKC), it is still not certain that all cellular responses to phorbol esters are necessarily mediated by PKC. In BALB/c 3T3 preadipose cells, TPA has previously been shown to rapidly inhibit Na+K+Cl- -cotransport activity, stimulate 2-deoxyglucose uptake and induce ornithine decarboxylase activity. The cell-permeable diacylglycerol sn-1,2-dioctanoylglycerol (DiC8) was used in order to distinguish between PKC-dependent and -independent responses of BALB/c 3T3 cells. DiC8 modulated 86Rb+ fluxes in BALB/c 3T3 cells in the same manner as TPA: furosemide-sensitive 86Rb+ influx and efflux was inhibited, while in cotransport-defective cells no effect was observed. In contrast, DiC8 did not stimulate 2-deoxyglucose uptake in either parental or cotransport-defective cell lines, even though TPA is a very effective inducer of this transport system in both cell types. Pretreatment of cells with DiC8 did not substantially alter the subsequent induction of 2-deoxyglucose uptake by TPA, although a slight but reproducible reduction in the magnitude of the response was observed in DiC8-pretreated cells. The PKC-dependent phosphorylation of an acidic 80-kDa protein was stimulated by both TPA and DiC8 in parental and cotransport-defective cell lines, suggesting that a gross defect in the primary effector system used by both TPA and diacylglycerols cannot explain any of our results. Ornithine decarboxylase was induced by DiC8 and the K1/2 was approximately the same as that for inhibition of Na+/K+/Cl- cotransport in these cells. Thus, our results suggest that PKC is clearly essential for some phorbol ester membrane transport responses (such as inhibition of Na+/K+/Cl- cotransport), but our results do not allow us to conclude that other responses (such as stimulation of 2-deoxyglucose uptake) necessarily require PKC activation.  相似文献

Untreated SC (B2/B2) chicken spleen or thymus cells (2 × 107) caused significantly increased [3H]thymidine incorporation in spleens of heavily irradiated FP (B15/B21) recipient chicks on Day 4 after iv injection. Mitomycin-treated SC spleen cells or spleen cells treated with rabbit anti-T-cell serum and complement failed to raise the [3H]thymidine incorporation over that in uninjected, bursa cell-injected or FP spleen cell-injected controls. However, the combination of mitomycin-treated spleen or thymus cells and anti-T-treated spleen cells caused an increased [3H]thymidine uptake, suggesting the recruitment of non-T cells into proliferation by alloreactive mitomycin-treated T cells. Bursa cells did not proliferate during GVH reactions even though they could be shown to undergo proliferation in vivo upon mitogen (lipopolysaccharide and dextran sulfate) stimulation. In contrast, anti-T-treated spleen cells from agammaglobulinemic chickens were recruited into proliferation, suggesting that the recruited cell was not only not a T cell, but also no pre-B or B cell and most likely represented a cell of the monocyte-macrophage series.  相似文献
