The new alkaloids 7-,9-diangeloylplatynecine (1) and 8-episarracine N-oxide (2), were isolated and identified from the roots of Senecio macedonicus. Another one, 8-epineosarracine was detected by GC/MS analyses of the crude alkaloid mixture. The cytotoxicity and biological activity of the alkaloids were tested on normal murine spleen lymphocytes and P3U1 mouse myeloma.  相似文献

Six new steroidal alkaloids, namely puqienines C-E (1-3), puqiedine (4), 3alpha-puqiedin-7-ol (5), and puqietinedione (6), along with two known steroidal alkaloids puqiedinone (7) and peimisine (8), were isolated from the bulbs of Fritillaria puqiensis G.D. Yu et G.Y. Chen (Liliaceae). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR experiments. Among these alkaloids, 1-3 had a veratramine-type skeleton, 4, 5, 7 a cevanine-type skeleton, 6 a secosolanidine-type skeleton, and 8 a jervine-type skeleton. The existence of multiple types of steroidal skeletons, especially of relatively large amount of veratramine-type alkaloids in one species is rare in the genus Fritillaria, and the results might be of chemotaxonomic significance for this species.  相似文献

Seven benzophenanthridine alkaloids, 1-7, were isolated from the roots of Zanthoxylum nitidum. Among them, two novel alkaloids, named (R)-8-[(R)-1-hydroxyethyl]dihydrochelerythrine (1) and 8-methoxynorchelerythrine (2), were structurally identified as new compounds on the basis of the spectroscopic analysis. Bioactivity evaluation showed that nitidine (3), dihydrochelerythrine (4), oxyavicine (5), 8-methoxychelerythrine (6), and 8-hydroxydihydrochelerythrine (7) exhibit comparable analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects as hydrocortisone.  相似文献

Aerial parts of Aconitum variegatum L. from the Pyrenees furnished four norditerpene alkaloids, 16 beta-hydroxycardiopetaline, 8-ethoxysachaconitine, 14-acetylgenicunine B, N-deethyl-N-19-didehydrosachaconitine, five diterpene alkaloids 15-veratroyldictizine, 15-veratroyl-17-acetyldictizine, 15-veratroyl-17-acetyl-19-oxodictizine, N-ethyl-1 alpha-hydroxy-17-veratroyldictizine, variegatine and the known alkaloids sachaconitine, 14-O-acetylsachaconitine, karakoline, talatizamine, 10-hydroxytalatizamine, 14-acetyltalatizamine, 14-acetyl-10-hydroxytalatizamine, N-methylarmepavine, pengshenin B, delsoline, dihydrodelsoline, delcosine and genicunin B. Biosynthesis of Caffeine in Flower Buds of Camellia sinensis   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The biosynthesis of purine alkaloids in flower buds of tea plantswas investigated. More than 25% of total radioactivity of [8-14C]adeninetaken up by stamens isolated from tea flower buds was foundto have been incorporated into purine alkaloids, namely, theobromineand caffeine, 24 h after administration of the labelled compound.Pulse-chase experiments indicated that [8-14C]adenine takenup by the stamens was converted to adenine nucleotides and subsequentlyincorporated into theobromine and caffeine. Since 5 µMcoformycin, an inhibitor of AMP deaminase, inhibited the incorporationof radioactivity into the purine alkaloids, synthesis of caffeinefrom adenine nucleotides seems to be initiated by the reactionof AMP deaminase. Although most of the radioactivity from [8-14C]inosinewas recovered as CO2 and ureides, considerable amounts of radioactivitywere recovered as purine alkaloids. The incorporation of radioactivityfrom [8-14C]inosine into the purine alkaloids was not affectedby coformycin. The five enzymes involved in synthesis of 5-phosphoribosyl-1-pyrophosphatefrom glucose were present in the stamens and petals of tea flowerbuds. 本文以角蒿总生物碱溶液为对象,以其主要有效成分角蒿酯碱(incarvillateine)为指标,研究了阳离子交换树脂纯化角蒿总生物碱的方法,包括树脂类型的选择、氨水浓度和乙醇浓度对洗脱效果的影响.试验结果表明强酸性阳离子交换树脂DOWEX 50WX2对角蒿生物碱成分的交换能力最强,且被树脂吸附的生物碱成分可用氨性乙醇溶液快速洗脱.验证试验结果表明,用含2.0 N氨水的不同浓度乙醇溶液(60%、70%和80%)进行洗脱,得到的总生物碱含量均在60%以上,且随着乙醇浓度的提高,总生物碱的含量也不断提高.  相似文献

The methanolic extract of the whole plant of Echium glomeratum Poir. (Boraginaceae) has afforded five pyrrolizidine alkaloids, three that were (7S, 8R)-petranine (1), (7S, 8S)-petranine (2), and (7R, 8R)-petranine (3a) or (7R, 8S)-petranine (3b), comprising a tricyclic pyrrolizidine alkaloids subclass; and two that were known but to the species: 7-angeloylretronecine (4) and 9-angeloylretronecine (5). All compounds were tested against a human tumor panel for cytotoxicity; no activity was observed (EC(50) values>20mug/ml).  相似文献

In our ongoing search for new secondary metabolites from fungi, a basidiomycete fungus Irpex consors was selected for mycochemical investigation, and three new zwitterionic alkaloids (1-3) and five known compounds (4-8) were isolated from the culture broth (16 l) of I. consors. The culture filtrate was fractionated by a series of column chromatography including Diaion HP-20, silica gel, and Sephadex LH-20, Sep-Pak C18 cartridge, medium pressure liquid chromatography (MPLC), and high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) to yield eight compounds (1-8). The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by the interpretation of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra and high-resolution mass spectrometry (HR-MS). Their antioxidant and antibacterial activities were examined. The zwitterionic structures of three new sesquiterpene alkaloids (1-3) were determined together with five known compounds identified as stereumamide E (4), stereumamide G (5), stereumamide H (6), stereumamide D (7), and sterostrein H (8). This is the first report of the zwitterionic alkaloids in the culture broth of I. consors. Three new zwitterionic alkaloids were named as consoramides A–C (1-3).  相似文献

【目的】比较两个入侵地红火蚁Solenopsis invicta毒腺生物碱成分及相对含量的地区间差异。【方法】以在中国广东省惠州、 广州、 深圳、 东莞、 珠海和美国阿拉巴马州采集的红火蚁工蚁为材料, 用正己烷溶剂浸提48 h获得浸提液, 将浸提液进行硅胶柱层析分离, 用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析其所含的生物碱成分及其相对含量。【结果】红火蚁毒腺生物碱含顺式生物碱组分和反式生物碱组分。通过总离子图对比, 得到了7种顺式生物碱、 8种四氢吡啶和7种反式生物碱, 并计算得到这些组分的相对百分含量。【结论】中国广东省5个地区红火蚁生物碱组成无差别, 相对含量略有差异, 惠州种群和深圳种群差别最大, 其他地区间没有差别。中美两国入侵地的红火蚁种群生物碱成分种类无差别, 其各个组分之间相对含量略有差异, 美国阿拉巴马州种群与中国深圳种群各组分相对含量差别最大, 与中国广州种群差别最小。另外, 在检测的中国广东样品中, 只确认了红火蚁的存在, 提示杂合蚁与黑火蚁还未传入中国。  相似文献

Three tropane alkaloids, 1-3, were isolated from Erythroxylum caatingae, i.e., 6β-benzoyloxy-3α-[(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzoyl)oxy]tropane (1), a new tropane alkaloid, along with the known alkaloids 3α,6β-dibenzoyloxytropane (2) and 6β-benzoyloxy-3α-[(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoyl)oxy]tropane (catuabine B; 3). Their structures were determined by 2D- ((1) H and (13) C) NMR. By LC/ESI-MS/MS analysis of the fractions of alkaloids 1-3, it was possible to detect five more alkaloids, 4-8, two of these, 4 and 8, possibly being new natural products. X-Ray crystallography of the chloride derivate of 1, i.e., 6β-benzoyloxy-3α-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzoyloxy)tropane hydrochloride (1a) confirmed the structure of 1. Cytotoxicity was tested against the cell lines HEp-2, NCI-H292, and KB for the MeOH extract and alkaloid 3, and antitumor activity was tested against Sarcoma 180 only for the MeOH extract.  相似文献

Seven new ajmaline type alkaloids, alstiphyllanines I-O (1-7) were isolated from the leaves of Alstonia macrophylla together with six related alkaloids (8-13). Structures and stereochemistry of 1-7 were fully elucidated and characterized by 2D NMR analysis. A series of alstiphyllanines I-O (1-7) as well as the known ajmaline type alkaloids (8-13) showed that they relaxed phenylephrine (PE)-induced contractions against rat aortic ring. Among them, vincamedine (10) showed potent vasorelaxant activity, which may be mediated through inhibition of Ca(2+) influx through voltage-dependent Ca(2+) channels (VDCs) and/or receptor-operated Ca(2+) channels (ROCs) as well as partially mediated the NO release from endothelial cells. The presence of substituents at both N-1 and C-17 may be important to show vasorelaxation activity.  相似文献

Quinolizidine alkaloids formed in the leaves of Lupinus albus L. are translocated via the phloem to the other plant organs, especially the maturing fruits. Compared with amino-acid transport in the phloem, the alkaloids contribute about 8% to the overall nitrogen being exported from the leaf. Since it is likely that the alkaloids are subsequently degraded in the target tissues a minor role of quinolizidine alkaloids might be nitrogen transport. A marked diurnal fluctuation of alkaloids was observed in the leaves, the phloem sap, the roots and the fruits with an increase during the day and an amplitude of several hundred percent thus providing evidence for a rapid turnover of endogenous alkaloids.Abbreviations QA quinolizidine alkaloids - GLC gas-liquid chromatography  相似文献

Two new Daphniphyllum alkaloids, macropodumines J and K ( 1 and 2 , resp.), together with six known structurally related alkaloids, 3 – 8 , were isolated from the bark of Daphniphyllum macropodum Miq . The structures of the new compounds 1 and 2 were elucidated on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of their spectroscopic and chemical data. Macropodumine J ( 1 ) contains a CN group which is relatively rare in naturally occurring alkaloids. All isolated compounds were tested for their insecticidal activities against a number of insect species. Daphtenidine C ( 5 ) is the most active compound against Plutella xylostella. This is the first report of insecticidal properties of Daphniphyllum alkaloids.  相似文献

Four undescribed biflavonoid alkaloids, sinenbiflavones A–D, were isolated from Cephalotaxus sinensis using a MS/MS-based molecular networking guided strategy. Their structures were elucidated by series of spectroscopic methods (HR-ESI-MS, UV, IR, 1D, and 2D NMR). Sinenbiflavones A–D are the first examples of amentoflavone-type (C-3’–C-8’’) biflavonoid alkaloids. Meanwhile, sinenbiflavones B and D are the unique C-6-methylated amentoflavone-type biflavonoid alkaloids. Sinenbiflavone D showed weak SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro inhibitory activity with 43 % inhibition rate at 40 μM.  相似文献

Alkaloid profiles of two Egyptian Senecio species (Senecio aegyptius var. discoideus and S. desfontainei) in addition to a cultivated species (S. cineraria) were studied using capillary GLC and GLC-mass spectrometry with respect to pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs). Four alkaloids were identified in S. aegyptius var. discoideus, 8 in S. desfontainei and 13 in S. cineraria. Some of these alkaloids have not been reported from these plants. The alkaloidal pattern of different plant organs (flowers, leaves, stem, root) were also investigated. Senecionine has been found to be a one of the major alkaloid in all studied species, it was isolated and its structure was elucidated by 1H- and 13C-NMR.  相似文献

Isolation and structure determination of the minor alkaloids of Heliotropium curassavicum are described. These include the new pyrrolizidine alkaloids, heliocurassavine [isoretronecanol (?) curassavine], heliocoromandaline [isoretronecanol (+) viridiflorate], heliocurassavicine [isoretronecanol (?) trachelanthate], heliocurassavinine [laburnine (?) trachelanthate], curassavinine [supinidine (?) curassavate], coromandalinine [supinidine (+) viridifloratel, heliovinine [supinidine (?) trachelanthate] and curassanecine [1-(α-hydroxy-methyl)-8α pyrrolizidin-1β-ol]. 为研究大花地不容块根的生物碱成分,该研究采用酸提碱沉法从大花地不容块根中提取出总生物碱,通过硅胶柱色谱法和制备液相色谱技术对大花地不容块根的总生物碱提取物进行分离纯化,并利用波谱学手段对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果表明:(1)从总生物碱提取物中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为青藤碱(1)、青风藤碱(2)、斯帝酚灵碱(3)、瑞枯灵(4)、异紫堇定(5)、紫堇单酚碱(6)、巴婆碱(7)、sukhodianine(8)、荷包牡丹碱(9)、7-氧代克班宁(10)和巴马汀(11)。(2)体外细胞毒性测试显示,大花地不容总生物碱和其主成分青藤碱对人类肺癌细胞A549的IC50值分别为7.5×10-4 g·mL-1和6.59×10-9 g·mL-1。化合物2、3、4、7、8、9和10系首次从大花地不容中分离得到。大花地不容块根中含有吗啡烷、原阿朴啡、阿朴啡、苄基四氢异喹啉和原小檗碱5种类型的生物碱。  相似文献
