In order to establish effective enzymatic biomarkers that could provide in situ early warning of contaminant exposure in estuarine ecosystems, the potential effects of the principal abiotic factors (temperature and salinity) were investigated on common biomarkers, the acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and the glutathione S-transferase (GST) in Eurytemora affinis. Short term salinity stress effects simulated during an experimental tide indicated that enzymatic activities of this species are characterized by maximum expression related to an optimal salinity range (between 5 and 15 psu). Moreover, longer time exposure to various salinity tanks confirmed the effects of this factor on both AChE and GST activities. Therefore, optimal AChE activity was measured at 10 psu, while optimal GST activity was measured at 5 psu. Furthermore, significant effects of temperature were also recorded, particularly for AChE expression (slight effects were measured on GST expression) with an optimal condition at 11 degrees C. These experiments indicated a more pronounced effect of salinity over temperature especially on the AChE expression and confirmed the need to standardize sampling procedures in relation with environmental parameters for biomonitoring studies based on enzymatic analyses.  相似文献

A single aspect of the toxic impact of a dredged material disposal site located near a mussel-farming zone was followed for eight months. Acetylcholinesterase activity (AChE) of Mytilus edulis was investigated as a biomarker for possible contamination by neurotoxic compounds (carbamates and/or organophosphorous pesticides). Our observations showed that the enzymatic activities (including AChE) of these harbour mussels were decreased in sites directly and indirectly influenced (according to hydrodynamic conditions) by the dumping of dredged sediments, suggesting possible contamination by pesticides. The strong correlations observed between AChE activity and growth parameters (length and weight) seems to show, however, that the enzyme activity is also indirectly controlled through growth restriction, which may imply limitation of the development of the nervous system in juveniles. The concentration of total proteins, as well as the spawning process also seem to disturb the assessment of AChE activity. These field observations clearly indicate that the use of this enzyme activity as a biomarker should proceed with caution. For example, the seasonal variability of such activity should be taken into account in a biomonitoring programme.  相似文献

We report the application of a recently developed molecularmethod, single step nested multiplex PCR (SSNM-PCR) assay andmicroscopy to identify and investigate temporal patterns ofbivalve larvae in a Danish estuary, Isefjord. All samples werecollected during the SUSTAINEX program from June to November2001. Using the molecular assay, larvae could be categorizedinto six groups: the blue mussel, Mytilus edulis, Ensis spp.,species of the Myoidae superfamily (Mya spp.), the common cockle(Cardiidae family), members of the Abra and Macoma genera ofthe Tellinoidae superfamily and members of the surf clam genera,Spisula spp. A seventh group was composed of unknown larvae.Greater resolution was possible by microscopy, but only forrelatively large and intact individuals (>150–200 µm).The molecular approach was capable of differentiating betweenlarvae regardless of shell size. Where it was possible to directlycompare identifications based on both methods, concordance washigh for M. edulis, Macoma balthica/Abra alba and E. americanus, whereas identification of Myoidae spp. and Cardiids was lessconsistent. Over the course of the study, two patterns of larvaloccurrence were observed. Larvae from species known to exhibita protracted annual spawning period (M. edulis, Myoidae spp.,Mysella bidentata and Cardiids) were present in the water columnthroughout the sampling period, whereas larvae of Abra alba,Barnea candida, E. americanus, Macoma balthica, Musculus marmoratusScrobicularia plana and Tapes pullastra appeared at clearlydefined periods.  相似文献

The seasonal variability of the intracellular free amino acid (FAA) concentration was studied in 5 Macoma balthica populations and 7 Mytilus spp. populations along their European distribution. Because of the well known physiological role of FAA as organic osmolytes for salinity induced cell volume regulation in marine osmoconformers, FAA variations were compared in bivalve populations that were exposed to high vs. low intraannual salinity fluctuations. In general, seasonal FAA variations were more pronounced in M. balthica than in Mytilus spp. In both bivalve taxa from different locations in the Baltic Sea, highest FAA concentrations were found in autumn and winter and low FAA concentrations were measured in summer. Seasonal patterns were less pronounced in both taxa at locations with constant salinity conditions. In contrast to Baltic Sea populations, Atlantic and Mediterranean bivalves showed high FAA concentrations in summer and low values in winter, regardless of seasonal salinity fluctuations. Significant seasonal FAA variations at locations with constant salinity conditions showed that salinity appeared not to be the main factor in determining FAA concentrations. The seasonal patterns of the main FAA pool components, i.e. alanine, glycine and taurine, are discussed in the context of seasonal variations in environmental factors (salinity, temperature) and physiological state (glycogen content, reproductive stage).  相似文献

Crassostrea gigas D-shaped larvae were subjected to different conditions of temperature and salinity for 24 h and four biomarkers (acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity, thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) levels, glutathione S-transferase (GST) and catalase (CAT) activities) were measured. AChE activity decreased when salinity increased from 25 to 30 and 35 psu at 20 and 25 degrees C. Temperature did not seem to have an influence on AChE activity. TBARS levels increased as a function of salinity when the temperature was maintained at 20 degrees C, whereas at 25 degrees C no effect of salinity could be observed. Variations in GST and CAT activities were not significant with salinity and temperature except that catalase activity was higher at 25 degrees C than at 20 degrees C. Exposure experiments were conducted at 23 degrees C and 30 psu with carbofuran (100 and 1000 microg/l) and malathion (100 and 300 microg/l). There was an inhibition of AChE activity with carbofuran, and a toxic effect shown by an increase in TBARS levels counteracted by increases in GST and CAT activities which protected the larvae. When two pairs of adults producing larvae were taken into consideration, significant differences in biomarker levels were noted between the larval offspring of each pair. Malathion induced a decrease in AChE activity and an increase in CAT activity.  相似文献

A comparative survey of the anaerobic survival potential of four different bivalve species and the interference of associated bacteria has been carried out. Individuals from both subtidal and intertidal environments were considered by selecting the following species: Mytilus edulis (subtidal epifaunal), Spisula subtruncata (subtidal infaunal), Macoma balthica (intertidal infaunal) and Cerastoderma edule (intertidal infaunal). Anaerobiosis was simulated in the laboratory by subjecting individuals to the following conditions: nitrogen atmosphere, air atmosphere and anoxic seawater incubation. Moreover, the effect of the antibiotic CA (chloramphenicol) was investigated, either as a pre-treatment of individuals kept under normoxic conditions for a week or directly added to the anoxic incubation media. According to survival performances of the individuals, intertidal animals that use to cope with tidal fluctuations in the coastline (emersion processes) had an extraordinary greater capacity to survive aerial exposure as compared to both nitrogen gas and anoxic seawater incubations most likely due to their capacity to perform aerobiosis at certain rate from atmospheric oxygen availability. Specifically, Macoma balthica enlarged its survival potential up to 24.8 days (LT(50)) under air exposure at 12 degrees C as compared to other specific treatments used here (4.9 days). The latter pattern was also observed, although in a much lower magnitude, for the other intertidal species Cerastoderma edule that survived 3.7 and 4.6 days (LT(50)) under nitrogen atmosphere and anoxic seawater incubation, respectively as compared to 9.5 days for emersed individuals. In contrast to the subtidal species, aerial exposure of both intertidal species led to a much higher survival performances than incubation of individuals in anoxic media with the presence of antibiotic. Survival capacity of the subtidal species Mytilus edulis and Spisula subtruncata was statistically similar under air and nitrogen atmospheres and anoxic seawater incubation. Then, subtidal species have a limited ability to air breathing as a conclusion of a similar survival in atmospheric and anoxic seawater incubations. Remarkably, M. edulis represented the only exception when considering longer-term survival capacity compared to the LT(50) values. Indeed, differences in LT(90) values for M. edulis were statistically different, values decreasing significantly from 19.7-19.9 days (under both nitrogen and air atmospheres) to 16.7 days when individuals are incubated in anoxic seawater. This may be due to the adverse effects of anaerobic bacteria that spontaneously proliferate within the static seawater incubations. As well as for S. subtruncata, possible aerobic processes under aerial exposure of mussels seemed to be not significant for the enlargement of its survival potential, since results obtained for both air and nitrogen atmospheres are similar. Pre-treatment with the antibiotic chloramphenicol caused survival capacity to increase by a factor of approx. 2 (M. edulis) and 34-44% (S. subtruncata). In contrast to intertidal species, the direct addition of the antibiotic to the incubation media caused the highest survival performances in both subtidal species. Habitat differences and species-dependent variability must be considered as significant sources of variation when studying the anaerobic performance of individuals using the most common experimental anaerobic techniques to test survival potential.  相似文献

The clam Ruditapes decussatus is an important resource to preserve in coastal lagoon systems around the Mediterranean including the South Portugal. To assess spatial and temporal biomarker responses to contamination in the species, a multibiomarker approach was conducted using antioxidant enzymes, MFO system phase I and II; acetylcholinesterase, metallothionein (MT), δ-aminolevulinic acid dehydratase and lipid peroxidation (LPO). The condition index (CI), metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were also determined. The levels of contaminants were not particularly high and the antioxidant enzymes, acetylcholinesterase (AChE), MT in the digestive gland, and δ-aminolevulinic acid dehydratase (ALAD) do not provide a suitable seasonal and spatial discrimination reversely to that regarding CYP450, glutathione-S-transferase (GST), MT in the gills, and LPO in both tissues. However, even those could vary with natural variables that may act as confounding factors. Thus, seasonal variability and natural range of biomarker responses must be carefully and accurately taken into account in ecotoxicological approaches of environmental quality assessment programmes.  相似文献

Three different biomarkers (acetylcholinesterase (AChE), ethoxy resorufin-O-deethylase (EROD) and DNA strand breaks) were measured in Zebra mussel (Dreissena polymorpha) specimens collected in April 2005 at six different sampling sites on Lake Maggiore, the second largest Italian lake in terms of depth and volume, in order to assess the spatial variation of exposure to man-made contaminants. Mussels maintained at fixed laboratory conditions were used as controls to eliminate potential interference due to environmental factors. Biomarker data were also supported by the analysis of several chemicals (six dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDTs), 23 polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), 14 polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), 11 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and hexachlorobenzene (HCB)) measured in the mussel soft tissues by gas chromatographic analyses. We found a negative correlation between temperature and AChE activity, while any measured environmental or physiological factor seemed to influence EROD activity and DNA strand breaks. A positive relationship was found between EROD activity and all of the measured chemicals, except for PAHs, which correlated with the amount of DNA strand breaks. Significant differences were noted for all biomarkers, both among sampling stations and between control and experimental data, even if the general level of variability was low. The biomarkers showed a distinct pattern of spatial variation, but the evaluation of DNA strand breaks was the strongest discriminating power between sites. In addition, the comparison between AChE and EROD activity measured in 2005 was compared with results obtained in a previous study carried out over the same sampling period in 2003. Results indicated a strong influence of temperature on AChE activity and probable interference of substrate inhibition of EROD activity, pointing out the need to take care in the interpretation of data comparisons. The results obtained with two different metrics used for the measure of DNA strand breaks is also discussed, as well as the relationship between EROD activity data and potential genotoxicity.  相似文献

The most commonly used toxicity test worldwide is the acute Daphnia magna test. The relevance of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and glutathione S-transferase (GST) activity in D. magna exposed to chromium, cadmium, and diazinon was evaluated in connection with this standard test. We found no link between enzyme activities and immobility. Concentrations of Cr(6+) up to 280 microg/L had no effect on AChE and GST activities, while 20% immobility was observed. At concentrations of 20-25 microg/L of Cd(2+) AChE activity was increased by about 50%. The effect of diazinon on both enzymes was insignificant up to concentrations that caused 27% immobility. Consequently, while the use of AChE and GST activities is recommended when the mode of action of chemicals is studied, the value of these biomarkers in routine acute toxicity tests is limited because the relationship between enzyme activities and immobility of D. magna exposed to different chemicals is unclear.  相似文献

Responses of biochemical biomarkers were evaluated in gills of immature adult mangrove oyster Crassostrea rhizophorae collected in three estuarine regions along the Brazilian coast. In each region, ten oysters were collected in one reference site (R) located far from pollution sources, and in two polluted sites (P-I and P-II sites) located in another water body with similar characteristics. P-I site is located close to recognized pollution sources while P-II site is in the same water body, but far from pollution sources. At the Paranaguá Bay (Southern Brazil), polluted sites receive domestic, harbor and phosphate fertilizer plant discharges. High lipid peroxides (LPO) content was observed in winter oysters from the P-I site. In summer, higher catalase activity was observed in these oysters. In the Piraquê region (Southeastern Brazil), polluted sites receive domestic and agricultural effluents. Lower total oxyradical scavenging capacity (TOSC) towards peroxyradicals was observed in summer oysters from both P-I and P-II sites. In the Itamaracá region (Northeastern Brazil), polluted sites receive paper mill and caustic soda and chlorine factories effluents. Increased glutathione S-transferase (GST) activity was observed in oysters from the P-I site in both summer and winter. At Paranaguá Bay (higher latitude), no seasonal differences were observed in oysters from the R site, suggesting that temperature was not an important factor influencing biomarkers levels. Lower GST activity was observed in oysters from the R site of the Itamaracá Bay (lower latitude) in winter and summer. Taken together, data obtained point to responses of biomarkers in oysters from polluted sites of the three estuarine regions analyzed, indicating the need for future monitoring of the biological effects of contaminants in these environments. They also point to the relevance to consider both season and latitude as factors influencing biomarker responses in environmental contamination monitoring programs.  相似文献

Biochemical biomarkers in common estuarine species, such as the brown shrimp Crangon crangon, have the potential to provide early warning of contaminant exposure from field collected samples and through the development of in situ tests. The biomarkers acetylcholinesterase (AChE), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and glutathione S-transferase (GST) have been shown to provide evidence of exposure to contaminants in a number of species and field situations. As they may naturally respond to the marked physicochemical changes found in estuaries (thus confounding contaminant-induced effects), this work aims to determine the effects of salinity, temperature and handling stressors on these biomarkers in C. crangon.AChE recovery in field-collected shrimp transplanted to clean laboratory conditions suggests the presence of inhibiting factors at the sampling site (River Minho estuary). Maintenance time in stock tanks had effects that led to the choice of a minimum 15-day maintenance period of C. crangon in the laboratory before subsequent use of the enzymes as effect criterions in toxicity assays. Field levels of biomarker activity were unaffected following field-laboratory transportation of C. crangon, making this factor unlikely to jeopardize detection of contaminant associated effects. LDH levels were significantly lower under conditions that mimic a diurnal salinity fluctuation, increasing under low salinity conditions; this potentially indicates increased energy costs associated with raised osmoregulatory demands. It is recommended that a lower limit to field exposure of in situ tests should be based on salinity. Higher temperatures led to higher AChE activities and this is in agreement with the existing evidence of increases of endogenous AChE levels as a function of temperature (within a certain range). To avoid misinterpretation of biomarker responses, studies such as this are an important contribution to the establishment of reference activity levels against which biomarker changes can be estimated and are therefore essential preliminary steps in the development of in situ bioassays using biomarkers.  相似文献

Methyl jasmonate (MeJA)‐mediated defense in conventional cotton, Gossypium hirsutum L. (Malvaceae), against cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera (Hübner) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae), was investigated with respect to the activities of the detoxification enzymes acetylcholinesterase (AChE), carboxylesterase (CarE), and glutathione S‐transferases (GST) in pupae as well as the performance of larvae. The results suggested that exogenous application of MeJA to cotton leaves depressed the activities of AChE, CarE, and GST of cotton bollworm pupae. Both the absolute and protein‐specific AChE activities of pupae were depressed at all three MeJA concentrations applied as compared with a control, and the effects of 0.4 mM MeJA were significantly higher than those of 0.1 and 0.2 mM. A marked reduction in absolute CarE activity was observed at the 0.4 mM MeJA treatment, whereas the protein‐specific activity was increased by 0.2 and 0.4 mM. Absolute GST activity was significantly depressed only by the 0.4 mM MeJA treatment, whereas protein‐specific GST activity was not markedly affected by MeJA. Protein content of pupae was reduced by 0.4 mM MeJA‐induced defense in cotton leaves. The development time of larvae was protracted and pupal weight was reduced by 0.1 and 0.4 mM MeJA‐treated cotton leaves. Larval weight gain was inhibited significantly on 0.2 and 0.4 mM MeJA‐treated cotton leaves. The results suggested that MeJA‐induced plant defense may have adverse effects on H. armigera. In addition to the inhibition of growth and development, induced defense may also impair the insect's ability to detoxify toxic plant secondary metabolites.  相似文献

The parasite manipulation hypothesis predicts that parasites should be selected to manipulate host behaviour to facilitate transmission to the next host. The bivalve Macoma balthica burrows less deep when parasitized by the trematode Parvatrema affinis. Shallow burrowing increases the likelihood of ingestion by birds, their final hosts, and therefore this has been interpreted as manipulation by the parasite. When unparasitized, M. balthica displays seasonal changes in burrowing depth, becoming less accessible to predators in winter. If shallow burrowing of parasitized individuals is due to direct manipulation by the parasite, the availability of parasitized individuals should be high throughout the year, or at least especially in the season when most birds are present and potential transmission rates are highest. We compared burrowing depths of parasitized and unparasitized individuals in a single population during seven consecutive years. Parasitized individuals showed reduced burrowing depths but, in contrast to the prediction, the effect of parasites on availability to predators was smallest, not largest, in the season with the highest bird numbers. The parasite P. affinis competes for energy with the host, and M. balthica with low energy stores are known to reduce depth of burrowing. When we included size-corrected somatic ash-free dry mass (as an estimate of the energy stores) in our statistical analysis, the effect of infection on burrowing depth disappeared. Thus the effect of infection on burrowing depth is likely to be an unavoidable, indirect effect of the channelling of energy towards the parasite, causing the starving individual to take greater risks in the acquisition of food. Since both the seasonal pattern and the magnitude of increased availability of parasitized individuals are inadequate, the increased exposure of parasitized M. balthica to the final host does not seem to represent an example of adaptive host manipulation by the parasite.  相似文献

The Pampean region, an extensive area of South America is continuously impacted by agricultural activities and the pesticides related to them like chlorpyrifos and glyphosate. Both pesticides have been registered in freshwater bodies of the region. One of the most abundant and widely distributed fish species in Pampean streams is Cnesterodon decemmaculatus, which have to cope with this altered scenario. In the present study the toxicity of Clorfox® and Roundup Max®, the commercial formulations of chlorpyrifos and glyphosate, respectively, and their mixture where evaluated using a set of biomarkers at different biological organization levels in fish exposed to relevant environmentally pesticides concentrations. Somatic indexes such as the condition factor (K), and the hepato-somatic index (HSI), the locomotor activity through the distance traveled and the average speed, the enzymatic activities of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in brain and muscle, catalase (CAT) in muscle and liver, glutathione-S-transferase (GST) in brain, liver, muscle and gills, aspartate amino-transferase (AST), alanine amino-transferase (ALT), AST/ALT ratio and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in liver were measured on C. decemmaculatus. Adult females were exposed during 6 weeks to the following concentrations: 0.0084 μl/l and 0.00084 μl/l of Clorfox (CF), 0.2 and 2 mg/l of Roundup Max (RM) and all the combinations of these concentrations. The CF exposure caused a decrease in the condition factor and in the locomotor activity parameters and induced an increase brain AChE, liver CAT activity and AST/ALT ratio. On the other hand, the exposure to RM produced a decrease in liver GST, AST/ALT ratio and ALP activity. Finally, some pesticide combinations decrease general condition and liver GST activities, and increase brain GST and liver ALP activities. Different responses in biomarkers were observed in mixtures treatments, reflecting the complex interactions between these toxics and suggesting a suppressive action of RM on CF effects.Since the concentrations we tested are environmentally relevant and the overall fish health condition was affected, the presence of these pesticides in freshwater systems could impose a risk for populations by causing deleterious effects on C. decemmaculatus in Pampean region.  相似文献

Antioxidant enzymes form the first-line defense against free radicals damage in organisms. Their regulation depends mainly on the oxidant and antioxidant status of the cell, given that oxidants are their principal modulators. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of melatonin on synthetic pyrethroid insecticide-induced antioxidative enzymes activity in Spodoptera litura larvae. In addition, activities of enzymatic antioxidants viz. superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione S-transferase (GST), catalase (CAT), glutathione reductase (GR), α, β-esterase, and acetylcholine esterase (AChE) were assessed. There was no significant change in GST levels in the melatonin-treated groups. Melatonin modulates cypermethrin-induced changes in the activities of esterase and AChE, whereas SOD, CAT, and GR activity was significantly increased in melatonin-treated samples when compared to control. In conclusion, the results of the current study revealed that SP toxicity activated oxidant systems in all antioxidant systems in some tissues of insects. Melatonin administration led to a marked increase in antioxidant activity and inhibited GST and AChE in most of the tissues studied.  相似文献

The clam Ruditapes decussatus is distributed worldwide and due to its ecological and economical interest has been proposed as a bioindicator in areas where mussels are not available. The accumulation of several anthropogenic compounds in their tissues suggests that they possess mechanisms that allow them to cope with the toxic effects of these contaminants. Besides pollutant uptake, the use of biomarkers is pointed out in this paper since it is a promising approach to monitor the effect of these contaminants in the marine environment. Biomarkers complement the information of the direct chemical characterization of different types of contaminants. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to review the role of several biomarkers: (metallothioneins (MT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidases (GPx) (total and selenium-dependent), lipid peroxidation (measured as MDA, one of the final products of lipid peroxidation), glutathione S-transferase (GST) and acetylcholinesterase (AChE), measured in different tissues of the clam R. decussatus, in laboratory conditions and under various environmental stresses, in two ecosystems (Ria Formosa lagoon- Portugal) and Bizerta lagoon (Tunisia) in a perspective of a multibiomarker approach to assess environmental changes. Experiment and field studies are in good agreement since MT levels, especially in the gills, the first target tissue of these contaminants, can be used as biomarker of exposure to Cd. GPx and MDA may also be determined in this respect. AChE activity is inhibited by pesticide and, to a less extent, by metal exposure in the gills and whole soft body of clams. However, the induction of GST isoforms experimentally demonstrated is not observed in the field because only global GST activity was determined. The whole set of results opens new research perspectives for the use of this species to assess the effect of mixtures of pollutants in the aquatic environment.  相似文献

The effects of arsenic stress on the production of low molecular weight thiols (LMWT), glutathione S-transferase activity (GST) and sulfur metabolism of mesquite plant (Prosopis sp.) were examined in hydroponic culture at different arsenic [As(III) and (V)] concentrations. The production of LMWT was dependent on As speciation and concentration in the growth medium. The roots of As(III) treated plants produced significantly higher LMWT levels than As(V) treated roots at the same concentration of As applied. In leaves, the thiols content increased with increasing As(III) and (V) concentrations in the medium. Hypersensitivity of the plant to high As concentrations was observed by a significant decrease of LMWT produced in the roots at 50 mg/L treatment in both As(III) and (V) treatments. Sulfur was translocated from roots and accumulated mainly in the shoots. In response to As-induced phytotoxicity, the plants slightly increased the sulfur content in the roots at the highest As treatment. Compared with As(V)-treated plants, As(III)-treated roots and leaves showed significantly higher GST activity. The roots of both As(III) and (V) treated plants showed an initial increase in GST at low As concentration (5 mg/L), followed by significant inhibition up to 50 mg/L. The leaves had the highest GST activity, an indication of the ability of the plant to detoxify As in the leaves than in the roots. The correlation between LMWT content, S content and GST activity may be an indication these parameters may be used as biomarkers of As stress in mesquite.  相似文献

Five biomarkers, catalase (CAT) activity, glutathione-S-transferase (GST) activity, the neural transmitter enzyme acetylcholinesterase (AChE), reduced glutathione (GSH) and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels were measured in specimens of Fulvia fragilis collected from Bizerta lagoon (Tunisia). Results demonstrated that F. fragilis showed differential biomarker response according to the importance of the anthropogenic pressure and the nature of pollutants that affect the lagoon. A clear organotropism was also observed with a higher biomarker response in digestive gland than in gills of this bivalve. These results indicate that F. fragilis constitutes a useful tool as sentinel organism for biomonitoring of aquatic pollution.  相似文献
