Population dynamics of bacteria in Arctic sea ice   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
The dynamics of bacterial populations in annual sea ice were measured throughout the vernal bloom of ice algae near Resolute in the Canadian Arctic. The maximum concentration of bacteria was 6.0·1011 cells·m–2 (about 2.0·1010 cells·l–1) and average cell volume was 0.473 m3 in the lower 4 cm of the ice sheet. On average, 37% of the bacteria were epiphytic and were most commonly attached (70%) to the dominant alga,Nitzschia frigida (58% of total algal numbers). Bacterial population dynamics appeared exponential, and specific growth rates were higher in the early season (0.058 day–1), when algal biomass was increasing, than in the later season (0.0247 day–1), when algal biomass was declining. The proportion of epiphytes and the average number of epiphytes per alga increased significantly (P<0.05) through the course of the algal bloom. The net production of bacteria was 67.1 mgC·m–2 throughout the algal bloom period, of which 45.5 mgC·m–2 occurred during the phase of declining algal biomass. Net algal production was 1942 mgC·m–2. Sea ice bacteria (both arctic and antarctic) are more abundant than expected on the basis of relationships between bacterioplankton and chlorophyll concentrations in temperate waters, but ice bacteria biomass and net production are nonetheless small compared with the ice algal blooms that presumably support them.  相似文献

The population energetics of a temporary and a permanent pond population of Musculium partumeium in Southwest Ohio were studied. In the permanent pond (surface area = 396 m2, maximum depth = 0.7 m) the population was bivoltine and iteroparous whereas in the temporary pond (surface area = 1042 m2, maximum depth = 0.9 m) the population was usually univoltine and semelparous.Growth and biomass were assessed as total organic carbon and total nitrogen to provide estimates of productivity and seasonal changes in C:N for each generation. Productivity (non-respired assimilation = growth + reproduction; N-R.A. = G + R) was 6939 mgC·m–2·a–1 (3858 and 3353 mgC·m–2·a–1 for each generation) and 1661 mgC·m–2·a–1 for the permanent and temporary pond populations respectively. The average standing crop biomass (B) was 606.8 mgC·m–2 (357.5 and 249.3 mgC·m–2 for each generation) and 231.9 mgC·m–2 with overall productivity: biomass ratios of 11.4 and 7.2 for the permanent pond and temporary pond populations respectively.Respiration rates were converted to carbon equivalents (respired assimilation = R.A.) and used to evaluate the components of total assimilation (T.A. = R.A. + N-R.A.) and the efficiency of partitioning this energy to N-R.A. for G and R. When expressed as a percentage, the production efficiencies (100 × N-R.A.:T.A.) were 50.4 and 62%, and the reproductive efficiencies (100 × R:N-R.A.) were 26.4 and 18% for the permanent and temporary pond populations respectively. The reproductive efficiencies for populations of these viviparous clams are greater than those for most oviparous molluscs. The comparative information on the energetics of these populations does not completely fit any theoretical consideration of reproductive effort or life-history strategy. These data are discussed in relation to selection for population success in temporary ponds.Funded in part by grants to Albert J. Estimates of bacterial production based on total trichloroacetic acid (TCA)-precipitable [methyl-3H]thymidine incorporation and frequency of dividing cell (FDC) techniques were compared to sediment respiration rates in Lake George, New York. Bacterial growth rates based on thymidine incorporation ranged from 0.024 to 0.41 day–1, while rates based on FDC ranged from 1.78 to 2.48 day–1. Respiration rates ranged from 0.11 to 1.8mol O2·hour–1·g dry weight sediment–1. Thymidine incorporation yielded production estimates which were in reasonable agreement with respiration rates. Production estimates based on FDC were 4- to 190-fold higher than those predicted from respiration rates.  相似文献

An in situ incubation technique used successfully to measure the photosynthetic carbon assimilation of internal algal assemblages within thick multiyear Arctic ice was developed and improved to measure the photosynthetic carbon assimilation within young sea ice only 50 cm thick (Eastern Weddell Sea, Antarctica). The light transmission was improved by the construction of a cylindrical frame instead of using a transparent acrylic-glass barrel. The new device enabled some of the first precise measurements of in situ photosynthetic carbon assimilation in newly formed Antarctic sea ice, which is an important component in the sea ice ecosystem of the Antarctic Ocean. The rates of carbon assimilation of the interior algal assemblage (top to 5 cm from bottom) was 0.25 mg C m–2 d–1 whereas the bottom algal community (lowest 5 cm) attained only 0.02 mg C m–2 d–1. Chl a specific production rates (PChl) for bottom algae (0.020 – 0.056 g C g chl a –1 h–1) revealed strong light limitation, whereas the interior algae (PChl = 0.7 – 1.2 g C g chl a –1 h–1) were probably more limited by low temperatures (< –5 °C) and high brine salinities.  相似文献

The ecology of Lake Nakuru (Kenya)   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11
E. Vareschi 《Oecologia》1982,55(1):81-101
Summary Abiotic factors, standing crop and photosynthetic production were studied in the equatorial alkaline-saline closed-basin Lake Nakuru (cond. 10,000–160,000 S). Meteorological conditions and abiotic factors offer suppositions for a high primary productivity: mean solar radiation is 450–550 kerg·cm-2·s-1, with little seasonal variation, regular winds circulate the lake every day and nutrient concentrations are usually high (>100 g P–PO4·l-1). Oxygen concentrations near sediments were <1 gO2·m-3 for at least 6 h·d-1 in 1972/73, resulting in a release of 45 mg P–PO4·m-2·d-1. Attenuation coefficients vary from 3.6–16.5 according to algal densities and mean depth from 0–400 cm. Algal biomass was 200 g·m-3 (d.w.) in 1972/73, due to a lasting Spirulina platensis bloom (98.5% of algal biomass). In 1974 algal biomass suddenly dropped to 50 g·m-3 (d.w.). Spirulina and several consumer organisms almost vanished, but coccoid cyanobacteria, Anabaenopsis and diatoms increased. Several causes for this change in ecosystem structure are discussed. The use of the light/dark bottle method to measure photosynthetic production in eutrophic alkaline lakes is discussed and relevant experiments were done. Oxygen tensions of 2–35 gO2·m-3 do not influence primary production rates. Net photosynthetic rates (mgO2·m-3·h-1; photosynthetic quotient=1.18) reached 12–17.7 in 1972/73 and 2–3 in 1974, but vertically integrated rates were only 1–1.4 in 1972/73 and 0.8 in 1974, and daily net photosynthetic rates (gO2·m-3·24 h-1) 3.5 in 1972/73 and 1 in 1974. 50% of areal rates were produced within the 10 most productive cm of the depth profile. The disproportion between high algal standing crops and relatively low production rates is due to self-shading of the algae, reducing the euphotic zone to 35 cm in 1972/73 and 77 cm in 1974. Efficiency of light utilization is 0.4–2%, varying with time of day and phytoplankton density. In situ efficiencies show an inverse relationship to light intensities. Photosynthetic rates of L. Nakuru remain within the range of other African lakes (0.1–3 gO2·m-2·h-1). The relation of O2 produced/Chl a of the euphotic zone is 50% lower then in tropical African freshwater lakes and conforms to lakes of temperate regions.  相似文献

A high resolution study of chlorophyll a and primary production distribution was carried out in the Atlantic sector of the Southern Ocean during the austral summer of 1990–91. Primary production (14C assimilation) and photosynthetic capacity levels at frontal systems were among the highest recorded during the cruise (2.8–6.3 mgC·m–3·h–1, and 1.3–4.7mgC·mgChl a –1·h–1, respectively). Blooms at ocean fronts were strongly dominated by specific size classes and species. This suggests that the increase in biomass was probably the result of an enhancement of in situ production by selected components of the phytoplankton assemblage, rather than accumulation of cells through hydrographic forces. This hypothesis is supported by the high variability of photosynthetic capacities at adjacent stations along the transects. Blooms (ca 2.7–3.5 mg Chl a·m–3) were found at three oceanic fronts (the Subtropical, Subantarctic and Antarctic Polar Fronts) during the early summer. These were equivalent to, or denser than, blooms in the Marginal Ice Zone and at the Continental Water Boundary. Seasonal effects on phytoplankton community structure were very marked. In early summer (December), netphyto-plankton (>20 m) was consistently the major component of the frontal blooms, with the chain-forming diatoms Chaetoceros spp. and Nitzschia spp. dominating at the Subantarctic and Antarctic Polar Fronts, respectively. During late summer (February), nanophytoplankton (1–20 m) usually dominated algal communities at the main frontal areas. Only at the Antarctic Polar Front did netphytoplankton dominate, with the diatom component consisting almost exclusively of Corethron criophilum. An early to late summer shift of maximum phytoplankton biomass from north to south of the Antarctic Polar Front was observed. Spatial covariance between silicate levels and water-column stability appeared to be the main factor controlling phytoplankton production at the Antarctic Polar Front. Low silicate concentrations may have limited diatom growth at the northern edge of the front, while a deep mixed layer depth reduced production at the southern edge of the front.  相似文献

Summary Daily rates of gross and net primary production were calculated in the Scotia-Weddell Sea sector of the Southern Ocean during spring 1988 (EPOS, Leg 2) on the basis of kinetic experiments, which combine radiotracer technology and classic biochemical procedures, and by taking into account the light regime, the physical structure of the water column, the vertical distribution of chlorophyll a, and the protozoan grazing pressure. From these calculations, three distinct sub-areas were identified: the Closed Pack Ice Zone (CPIZ), characterized by the lowest average gross primary production (0.36 gC · m–2 · day–1); the Marginal Ice Zone (MIZ) with a maximum mean value of 1.76 gC · m–2 · day–1; and the Open Ocean Zone off the ice edge (OOZ) with an intermediate mean value of 0.87 gC · m–2 · day–1. Net primary production fluctuated nearly in the same proportions, averaging 0.55, 0.2 and 1.13 gC · m–2 · day–1 in the OOZ, CPIZ and MIZ respectively, representing 53% of the total photo-assimilated carbon under heavy ice cover (CPIZ) and 64% in the two other areas. Available light, strongly dependent on the ice cover, was shown to control the level of primary production in the sea ice associated sub-areas, whilst protozoa grazing on phytoplankton determined the moderate primary production level characteristic of the well illuminated OOZ area.Data presented here were collected during the European Polarstern Study (EPOS) sponsored by the European Science Foundation  相似文献

The effects of light intensity, oxygen concentration, and pH on the rates of photosynthesis and net excretion by metalimnetic phytoplankton populations of Little Crooked Lake, Indiana, were studied. Photosynthetic rates increased from 1.42 to 3.14 mg C·mg–1 chlorophylla·hour–1 within a range of light intensities from 65 to 150E·m–2·sec–1, whereas net excretion remained constant at 0.05 mg C·mg–1 chlorophylla·hour–1. Bacteria assimilated approximately 50% of the carbon released by the phytoplankton under these conditions. Excreted carbon (organic compounds either assimilated by bacteria or dissolved in the lake water) was produced by phytoplankton at rates of 0.02–0.15 mg C·mg–1 chlorophylla·hour–1. These rates were 6%–13% of the photosynthetic rates of the phytoplankton. Both total excretion of carbon and bacterial assimilation of excreted carbon increased at high light intensities whereas net excretion remained fairly constant. Elevated oxygen concentrations in samples incubated at 150E· m–2·sec–1 decreased rates of both photosynthesis and net excretion. The photosynthetic rate increased from 3.0 to 5.0 mg C·mg–1 chlorophylla· hour–1 as the pH was raised from 7.5 to 8.8. Net excretion within this range decreased slightly. Calculation of total primary production using a numerical model showed that whereas 225.8 g C·m–2 was photosynthetically fixed between 12 May and 24 August 1982, a maximum of about 9.3 g C·m–2 was released extracellularly.  相似文献

Bacterial productivity and microbial biomass in tropical mangrove sediments   总被引:14,自引:0,他引:14
Bacterial productivity (3H-thymidine incorporation into DNA) and intertidal microbenthic communities were examined within five mangrove estuaries along the tropical northeastern coast of Australia. Bacteria in mangrove surface sediments (0–2 cm depth) were enumerated by epifluorescence microscopy and were more abundant (mean and range: 1.1(0.02–3.6)×1011 cells·g DW–1) and productive (mean: 1.6 gC·m–2· d–1) compared to bacterial populations in most other benthic environments. Specific growth rates (¯x=1.1) ranged from 0.2–5.5 d–1, with highest rates of growth in austral spring and summer. Highest bacterial numbers occurred in winter (June–August) in estuaries along the Cape York peninsula north of Hinchinbrook Island and were significantly different among intertidal zones and estuaries. Protozoa (105–106·m–2, pheopigments (0.0–24.1g·gDW–1) and bacterial productivity (0.2–5.1 gC·m–2·d–1) exhibited significant seasonality with maximum densities and production in austral spring and summer. Algal biomass (chlorophylla) was low (mean: 1.6g·gDW–1) compared to other intertidal sediments because of low light intensity under the dense forest canopy, especially in the mid-intertidal zone. Partial correlation analysis and a study of possible tidal effects suggest that microbial biomass and bacterial growth in tropical intertidal sediments are regulated primarily by physicochemical factors and by tidal flushing and exposure. High microbial biomass and very high rates of bacterial productivity coupled with low densities of meiofaunal and macroinfaunal consumers observed in earlier studies suggest that microbes may be a sink for carbon in intertidal sediments of tropical mangrove estuaries.  相似文献

Benthic bacterial biomass and production in the Hudson River estuary   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Bacterial biomass, production, and turnover were determined for two freshwater marsh sites and a site in the main river channel along the tidally influenced Hudson River. The incorporation of [methyl-3H]thymidine into DNA was used to estimate the growth rate of surface and anaerobic bacteria. Bacterial production at marsh sites was similar to, and in some cases considerably higher than, production estimates reported for other aquatic wetland and marine sediment habitats. Production averaged 1.8–2.8 mg C·m–2·hour–1 in marsh sediments. Anaerobic bacteria in marsh sediment incorporated significant amounts of [methyl-3H]thymidine into DNA. Despite differences in dominant vegetation and tidal regime, bacterial biomass was similar (1×103±0.08 mg C·m–2) inTrapa, Typha, andNuphar aquatic macrophyte communities. Bacterial abundance and productivity were lower in sandy sediments associated withScirpus communities along the Hudson River (0.2×103±0.05 mg C·m–2 and 0.3±0.23 mg C·m–2·hour–1, respectively).  相似文献

Bacterial productivity in ponds used for culture of penaeid prawns   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
The quantitative role of bacteria in the carbon cycle of ponds used for culture of penaeid prawns has been studied. Bacterial biomass was measured using epifluorescence microscopy and muramic acid determinations. Bacterial growth rates were estimated from the rate of tritiated thymidine incorporation into DNA. In the water column, bacterial numbers ranged from 8.3×109 1–1 to 2.57×1010 1–1 and production ranged from 0.43 to 2.10 mg Cl–1 d–1. In the 0–10 mm zone in sediments, bacterial biomass was 1.4 to 5.8 g C m–2 and production was 250 to 500 mg C m–2 d–1. The results suggested that most organic matter being supplied to the ponds as feed for the prawns was actually being utilized by the bacteria. When the density of meiofauna increased after chicken manure was added, bacterial biomass decreased and growth rates increased.  相似文献

The CO2 gas exchange rates of the Central European perennial understory plantAsarum europaeum L. were measured in late autumn (October 30 to November 30) in its natural habitat day and night.During these measurements the temperature ranged from 0 to 15°C and the absolute air humidity from 3 to 10 mg H2O·1–1. Temperature and absolute air humidity over these ranges did not affect CO2 net assimilation which was determined almost entirely by quantum flux density.CO2 net assimilation was light saturated at about 100 M·m–2·s–1 quantum flux density. The uptake rate at this point was 4.3 mg·dm–2·h–1. The compensation point occurred at approximately 1 M·m–2·s–1.  相似文献

Summary A similar pattern of variation with time in observed maxima of daily dose equivalent rates in human thyroids (TD - µSv·d–1) and of daily fallout radioactivities (FR - kBq·m–2) has been found after the Chernobyl accident. An estimate of the time-lag between the maxima in TD lines and the preceding FR peaks was made of about seven days for adult and nine days for juveniles. Applying this time-lag it was possible to estimate transfer factors from the fall-out to thyroid dose equivalent: the highest estimated values were 221 µSv/kBq·m–2 for adult and 641 µSv/kBq·m–2 for juvenile thyroids. These values differ from those published by UNSCEAR (United Nations 1988), which have been calculated for various regions of Czechoslovakia, from ingestion and inhalation intake estimates. A broad variation of transfer factor values could be expected to result from such transfer calculations using ingestion and inhalation estimates. The findings also support the concept of a need for prolonged iodine prophylaxy after emissions of radioiodine into the environment.Abbreviations TD dose equivalent rates in thyroids [µSv·d–1] - FR fall-out radioactivity (-ies) [kBq·m–2]  相似文献

The release of N and P from the sediment of two ditches, one (A) dominated by filamentous algae and the other (B) by water-lilies, was estimated by core and enclosure experiments. The release rates for ditch A tended to be higher than those for ditch B. Sediment cores covered by a filamentous algae layer released about 1.5 times more N and P than those from which the layer had been removed. During the incubation of the cores in the dark at 20°C for 2–3 weeks, about 10% of the N in the filamentous algae layer was mineralized. The mineralization could be described as a first-order reaction with a rate constant of about 0.2 d–1. On average the cores of ditches A and B released about 40 mg mineral N and 3 mg.m–2.d–1 soluble reactive phosphorus. Defining the release from the sediment in the enclosures as the net increase of N and P in the water phase and in the vegetation minus the input, a negative net release,i.e. net accumulation of N and P in the sediment, was found over the summer half of the year. The negative values were due to the significant N and P input, resulting from pumping ditch water into the enclosures in order to compensate for downward seepage. From the enclosure experiments a downward seepage rate of 14 mm.d–1 and an external load of about 6 g.m–2 total N and 0.6 g.m–2 total P during the summer half of the year —i.e. 33 mg.m–2.d–1 N and 3 mg.m–2.d–1 P. respectively — was calculated for the ditches. Tentative gross release rates — based on the sum of the positive net release of N and P into the water phase over 1–2 weeks intervals and the net increase of N and P in the vegetation — converted to 20°C and allowing for underestimation of the primary production by a factor of 5, amounted to 58 mg mineral N and 7 mg.m–2.d–1 soluble reactive phosphorus during the summer half of the year. Combining the rates estimated by cores and enclosures and converting them to rates at the mean water temperature during the summer half of the year, the release of mineral N and soluble reactive phosphorus roughly amounted to 40 and 4 mg.m–2.d–1, respectively. The release rates as well as the external load indicated a relatively low eutrophication of the ditches.  相似文献

Summary During the austral summer of 1987/1988, three 24 h in situ primary productivity measurements were made at a nearshore sublittoral site on the east coast of Signy Island, Antarctica. The first experiment in December, coincided with the peak of the benthic algal bloom as shown by benthic chlorophyll measurements and a primary productivity rate of 700.9 mg carbon m–2 day–1. In January, the experiment was undertaken during the peak of the phytoplankton bloom when light intensities reaching the benthos were greatly reduced. A rate of 313.4 mg carbon m–2 day–1 was measured, half that of the previous month. In March the phytoplankton bloom had died off, benthic light intensities had increased and production was 391.8 mg m–2 day–1. The experiments indicate changes in benthic microalgal activity during the summer, linked to changes in the benthic light climate. Compared with previous measurements of phytoplanktonic activity at Signy, the microphytobenthos seems to be an important source of primary production. A production estimate of 100.9 mg carbon m–2, for the ice-free summer period, lies within the range of values of results from other polar studies.  相似文献

Summary A new method of d(–)lactic acid production based on the aggregated form of growth of Bacillus laevolacticus in continuous culture in an anaerobic gaslift reactor is presented. With glucose as the substrate a bacterial dry weight of 25 g·1–1 and a lactic acid production rate of 13 g·1–1·h–1 was attained. In conventional glucose-limited chemostat cultures elevated levels of lactic acid stimulated specific lactic acid production while the formation rates of other end-products remained unaffected. In glucose-limited aggregated cultures lactic acid positively influenced the aggregation of cells, improving the volumetric production rate. It is concluded that lactic acid itself is a positive effector in the optimisation of lactic acid production with aggregated cultures of B. laevolacticus.Offprint requests to: J. P. de Boer  相似文献

Microbial heterotrophic activity, dark CO2 assimilation, primary productivity and microbial ATP were measured monthly in the extremely eutrophic Lake Tuusulanjärvi during the winter of 1979–1980. Because of continuous water circulation caused by low temperature and artificial aeration of the lake, no winter stratification developed. Very low summertime 3H-glucose turnover times of 5 h increased to a level of 10–20 h from August to January. Winter maximum of 110 h was measured in March, and turnover times returned to 10–20 h in April, before the vernal bloom of algae occured. Oxygen saturation remained over 46% during the winter.High primary productivity was observed in November (400–500 mg C m–3 day–1), and measurable productivity was detected under ice in January (80 mg C m–3 day–1). Dark CO2 assimilation increased to 14% of primary productivity in March. No correlation was found between 3H-glucose turnover rate and dark CO2 assimilation. ATP correlated slightly better with primary productivity than with turnover rate. The single concentration method proved to be sensitive for winter heterotrophic activity measurement.  相似文献

The in situ rates of oxygen consumption by benthic nitrifiers were estimated at 11 study sites in 4 streams. Two methods were used: an in situ respiration chamber method and a method involving conversion of nitrifying potential measurements to in situ rates. Estimates of benthic nitrogenous oxygen consumption (BNOC) rate ranged from 0–380 mmol of O2 m–2·day–1, and BNOC contributed between 0–85% of the total benthic oxygen consumption rate. The activity of nitrifiers residing in the sediments was influenced by O2 availability, temperature, pH, and substrate. Depending upon site, nitrification could approximate either first-order or zero-order kinetics with respect to ammonium concentration. The source of ammonium for benthic nitrifiers could be either totally from within the sediment or totally from the overlying water. Nitrate produced in the sediments could flux to the water above or be lost within the sediment. The sediments could act as a source (positive flux) or sink (negative flux) for both ammonium (–185 mmol·m–2·day–1 to +195 mmol·m–2·day–1) and nitrate (–135 mmol·m–2·day–1 to +185 mmol·m–2·day–1).This study provides evidence to suggest that measurements of down-stream mass flow changes in inorganic nitrogen forms may give poor estimates of in situ rates of nitrification in flowing waters.  相似文献

Phosphorus and nitrogen excretion rates by zooplankton communities from two eutrophic and shallow Dutch lakes were measured in laboratory. The variations in excretion rates in the lakes (May–October) were caused mainly by fluctuation in zooplankton biomass. Mean summer excretion rates (June–September) were 2.4 and 0.9 µg PO4P·1–1·d–1 in Lake Loosdercht and Lake Breukeleveen, respectively. This difference between the lakes was caused mainly by the lower zooplankton biomass in Lake Breukeleveen. The excretion of 2.4 µg PO4P·1–1·d compared with the calculated P-demand of phytoplankton of 8.0 µg PO4P·1–1·d–1 is substantial in the summer (June–September) and far more important than the external P-supply of 0.4 µg P·1–1·d–1 and sediment release of 0.5 µg P·1–1·d–1. Both temperature and composition of zooplankton affected the weight specific excretion rates of the zooplankton community. The weight specific community excretion rates of P and N increased with temperature (exponential model); 1–8 g PO4P·mg–1 zooplankton-C·d–1 and 5–42 µg NH3N·mg–1 zooplankton-C·d–1 (10°C–20°C).  相似文献

A rich and varied meiofauna inhabits a Cornish mudflat near the mouth of the Tamar River in southwestern England. Population densities range from 117 to 943 individuals · g–1 (wet) sediment (1.4–11.4 × 106 individuals · m–2), with foraminifera, harpacticoid copepods and nematodes appearing in nearly equal numbers and comprising most of the meiofauna. Seasonally, meiofaunal numbers rise and fall with solar radiation and vary inversely with river discharge. Two species, the atestate allogromiid A and the calcareous Haynesina germanica (Ehrenberg), far outnumber other foraminifera; their population densities and growth rates reach maxima in spring and summer.Monthly rates of sediment respiration are locally variable, but clearly increase from winter (4.13 ml O2 · m–2 · h–1 in December) to spring (38.87 ml O2 · m–2 · h–1 in April). Experiments and calculations ascribe approximately 30% of this total to the meiofauna (including microfauna and microflora), 50% to bacteria and less than 20% to chemical oxidation. A tentative energy budget for the mudflat suggests that secondary production by meiofauna is small as compared with coastal environments elsewhere, and that meiofaunal production (426 Kcal · m–2 · y–1) is nearly twice meiofaunal respiration (252 Kcal · m–2 · yr–1).  相似文献
