1978-1998年在陕西关中地区农田的长期定位试验研究表明,长期单纯化肥基本上可以维持土壤有机质和NP水平,单施化肥与化肥配合有机肥处理的作物产量基本相当,但是,单施化肥处理使土壤腐殖质能量水平降低,分子缩合程度和芳构化度增大,“老化”作用增强。  相似文献

以小麦和糜子为供试作物,利用室外盆栽试验,研究了不同添加量生物炭与矿质肥配施对两种不同土壤化学性质及小麦和糜子产量的影响。生物炭当季用量设5个水平:B0 (0 t/hm2)、B5 (5 t/hm2)、B10 (10 t/hm2)、B15 (15 t/hm2)和B20 (20 t/hm2),氮磷钾肥均作基肥施用。结果表明:1.与对照相比,施用生物炭可以显著增加新积土糜子季土壤pH值,其他处理随生物炭用量的增加虽有增加趋势但差异不显著;显著增加新积土土壤阳离子交换量,增幅为1.5 %—58.2 %;显著增加两种土壤有机碳含量,增幅为31.1 %—272.2 %;2.两种土壤的矿质态氮含量、新积土土壤有效磷和速效钾含量随生物炭用量的增加而显著提高,氮磷钾增幅分别为6.0 %—112.8 %、3.8 %—38.5 %和6.1 %—47.2 %;3.生物炭可显著提高塿土上作物氮吸收量,而作物磷、钾吸收量虽有增加,但差异不显著。生物炭对小麦和糜子的增产效应尚不稳定,在试验最高用量时甚至产生轻微抑制作用。总之,施用生物炭在一定程度上可以改善土壤化学性质,提高土壤有效养分含量,但生物炭对土壤和作物的影响与土壤、作物类型及土壤肥力密切相关。  相似文献

Summary In a 3 year field study, the effect of two rotations, paddy (Oryza sativa L.), wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), mung (Phaseolus aureus L.) and corn (Zea mays L.), wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), mung (Phaseolus aureus L.) on wheat yield and chemical, physical and biological properties of soil was evaluated. Grain yield of the wheat sown after paddy during 1972–73, 1973–74 and 1974–75 was lesser by 0,300 and 390 kg/ha respectively than that of the wheat following corn. The reduction in the yield of wheat was attributed to relatively higher NPK removal by paddy, greater immobilization of N applied to wheat and deterioration of soil physical conditions in the paddy field. Total NPK removal by paddy average 131 kg/ha more than that by corn. Sharp increase in bacterial population of soil during early growth of wheat that followed paddy and the concurrent less available N in soil and low N content in wheat plants suggested that the N applied to wheat was immobilised to organic form. The increase in soil bulk density and particle dispersion ratio and decrease in water storage in deeper soil layers in the paddy field probably restricted the root proliferation and growth of wheat.  相似文献

历时14年的田间定位试验表明,红壤旱地磷素最为缺乏,施用磷肥对提高作物产量效果最好;施用石灰和微量元素对作物产量没有明显增产作用.施肥可以提高花生植株磷、钾的浓度,表明作物的养分含量受土壤养分供应水平的影响.土壤中赢余(亏损)的养分在养分库重建中的作用可以用速效养分库重建效率来表示.研究表明,当红壤旱地N、P2O5、K2O养分赢余1kg·hm^-2时,可分别使土壤中水解氮、有效磷、交换性钾含量提高0.6~6.26、0.20~0.28和1.1~8.5mg·kg^-1.红壤旱地氮和磷通过径流等损失较大,不同处理之间的变化幅度也较大.红壤每年可固定磷43.5kg·hm^-2,通过自身风化作用每年可提供氮48.1kg·hm^-2和钾40.5kg·hm^-2,以满足作物生长所需.  相似文献

在江苏淮北东海县季节性干旱严重的岭沙土上,开展了施用保水剂和稻草覆盖对保持土壤水分和作物产量的效应的比较试验,保水剂和稻草的用量各分4级,分别为1,2,3,6g.kg^-1土和1500,3000,4500,6000kg/hm^-2,结果表明,两者均可促进小麦生长,提高当季及后茬作物产量,覆盖稻草和施用保水剂分别比对照增产小麦12.5%和10%,其作用机制在于两者均能减少土壤水分蒸发,提高土壤持水能力,增加有效水供应,并对土壤容重,温度及养分状况有一定的改善作用。  相似文献

Toxicity induced by heavy metals deteriorates soil fertility status. It also adversely affects the growth and yield of crops. These heavy metals become part of the food chain when crops are cultivated in areas where heavy metals are beyond threshold limits. Cadmium (Cd) and nickel (Ni) are considered the most notorious ones among different heavy metals. The high water solubility of Cd made it a potential toxin for plants and their consumers. Accumulation of Ni in plants, leaves, and fruits also deteriorates their quality and causes cancer in humans when such a Ni-contaminated diet is used regularly. Both Cd and Ni also compete with essential nutrients of plants, making the fertility status of soil poor. To overcome this problem, the use of activated carbon biochar can play a milestone role. In the recent past application of activated carbon biochar is gaining more and more attention. Biochar sorb the Cd and Ni and releases essential micronutrients that are part of its structure. Many micropores and high cation exchange capacity make it the most acceptable organic amendment to improve soil fertility and immobilize Cd and Ni. In addition to improving water and nutrients, soil better microbial proliferation enhances the soil rhizosphere ecosystem and nutrient cycling. This review has covered Cd and Ni harmful effects on crop yield and their immobilization by activated carbon biochar. The focus was made to elaborate on the positive effects of biochar on crop yield and soil health.  相似文献

This preliminary study examines the feasibility and applications of pyrolysis and biochar in China to understand issues about bioenergy generation, agricultural cost savings and enhancement of atmospheric quality. Multiple agricultural and animal wastes are analyzed and quantitative measures of economic and environmental benefits are provided. The Poyang Lake, one of the most important clean water lakes in China, is examined to see how pyrolysis and biochar applications can be beneficiary to farmers and society in terms of the economic and greenhouse gas values. Rice straw, corn stover, poplar, orchard wastes, animal wastes and open pasture wastes are primary feedstocks for fast and slow pyrolysis. The results show that both fast and slow pyrolysis are profitable under current situations where corn stover-based pyrolysis yields the highest economic benefits but that of animal wastes-based can offset more GHG emissions. Rice straw yields a loss but it can still be a potential choice since the material is the most popular in study area. Sensitivity analysis is provided to understand the changes of economic and environmental benefits under various market conditions and the results indicate that in general, significant profits of pyrolysis and biochar application bring additional margin of safety and therefore, pyrolysis and biochar does not incur a loss unless input costs increase more than 53% to 64%.  相似文献

土体中除含固体颗粒、液体与气体以外,还存在细菌、真菌等微生物,其存在势必会对土体性能产生一定作用。现有研究表明:微生物改善土体性能的机理是通过改变微观结构作用土体性能,主要有微生物吸附、诱导无机物沉淀、生物表面活性剂附着与气体填充等四种方式。微生物作用土体的宏观表现主要有降低渗透性与提高强度两方面。除理论分析与试验研究取得了一定成果外,微生物在土体封堵防渗与胶结加固工程上也得到了很好应用。  相似文献

粉煤灰滤泥混合物对土壤性质、萝卜产量与品质的影响   总被引:8,自引:2,他引:8  
粉煤灰和滤泥以1:1(w/w)比例混合并添加少量化肥配制成混合物,通过盆栽试验研究该混合物农用对土壤生物化学性质、萝卜产量和品质的影响以及重金属在土壤和萝卜中的富集状况。结果表明,该混合物中Dd、Pb、Cr、As和Hg含量均明显低于国家农用粉煤灰中污染物控制标准;施用一定数量的该混合物未见导致重金属在土壤和萝卜中的明显富集作用,重金属污染指数均<1;土壤细菌数量显著增加;脲酶、磷酸酶和纤维素酶的活性增强;促进了萝卜的生长发育和代谢作用,萝卜的生物产量、经济产量、还原糖和维生素C的含量均明显提高,因此,适量施用该混合物未见导致重金属对土壤和萝卜的明显污染,且具有较明显的改土培肥、增产和提高萝卜品质的效果。  相似文献

通过为期 2年的小区 (2 .8m× 1.0m)试验 ,研究了旱作水稻 小麦轮作条件下接种蚯蚓对施用玉米秸秆 (第一季用量 15 0 0g·m-2 ,以后各季为 75 0g·m-2 )农田土壤碳、氮动态和作物产量的影响 .结果表明 ,接种 10条·m-2 或 2 0条·m-2 环毛蚓 (Pheretimasp .)对土壤有机碳和全氮含量无显著影响 ,蚯蚓活动未造成土壤C库的衰减 ,土壤碳、氮基本维持平衡 .接种蚯蚓处理土壤N的矿化作用增强 ,矿质N含量提高 ,NO3 - N含量增加 ,而且稻季比麦季增加更为明显 .接种蚯蚓在稻、麦季均能提高微生物量碳、氮含量 ,蚯蚓具有扩大土壤微生物量N库和促进有机N矿化的双重作用 .这种作用在有效C源供应丰富的作物生长发育旺盛期更为明显 .接种蚯蚓对旱作水稻和小麦有一定的增产作用 ,其中水稻的增产幅度达 9.3% ,小麦为 5 .1% .接种蚯蚓后土壤容重明显降低 ,孔隙度显著增加 .蚯蚓在保持土壤C库平衡的同时 ,对于促进秸秆有机肥N素养分的再循环和作物生产力的提高具有重要的生态学意义 .  相似文献

生物炭对岩溶区石灰土性质及作物生长的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以玉米(迪卡008)和大豆(开鲜9号)为供试材料,通过野外盆栽实验,设置5个处理,每个处理蔗渣生物炭材料分别以土壤质量百分比0(CK)、0.5%(T1)、1%(T2)、2%(T3)、5%(T4)添加,研究蔗渣生物炭对岩溶区石灰土性质及农作物生长的影响。结果表明:生物炭对石灰土p H和碱解氮均无显著影响,土壤容重显著降低,提高了土壤有机碳、全氮、速效磷和速效钾的含量;与对照相比,玉米组和大豆组T2、T3、T4处理的土壤有机碳含量分别显著增加了53.01%、96.77%、237.03%和32.66%、107.84%、256.46%,速效磷分别显著增加了32.26%、34.78%、85.37%和34.85%、35.60%、81.71%,速效钾分别显著增加了41.93%、82.49%、155.15%和69.77%、116.58%、206.91%;T3、T4处理土壤全氮分别显著增加了5.68%、25.57%和9.04%、19.77%,T3、T4处理玉米棒干重分别显著增加了11.51%、16.41%;T1、T2、T3、T4处理大豆豆荚干重分别显著增加了11.07%、11.24%、35.14%、24.89%。可见,蔗渣生物炭作为土壤改良剂,在一定程度上改善了石灰土的养分状况,促进了玉米和大豆生长。  相似文献

为了探究设施蔬菜收获后剩余残株合理利用的途径,通过温室土壤栽培试验研究了番茄、黄瓜残株堆肥还田(0、15、20、30 t·hm-2)对土壤性状及蔬菜生长和产量的影响.结果表明: 将番茄、黄瓜残株堆肥处理后还田可降低土壤容重,提高土壤有机质含量、微生物生物量和酶活性,促进蔬菜植株生长,增加蔬菜产量,改善蔬菜营养品质.残株堆肥使用量越多,改善效果越好,且对第二茬春黄瓜的作用效果优于第一茬秋番茄.表明施用蔬菜残株堆肥还田可改善设施蔬菜根区土壤环境,并提高设施蔬菜产量和品质.  相似文献

在年降水量415mm的半干旱地区黄绵土上,以春小麦为供试作物进行大田试验,研究地膜覆盖进程(包括不覆膜、播种后覆膜30d、覆膜60d和全程覆膜)、底墒和施N对作物产量和N效率的影响.结果表明,增加底墒、地膜覆盖和施N均会显著增加作物产量和吸N量(α<0.01),其影响顺序为N肥>底墒>覆膜.覆膜对产量的效应因底、施N和覆膜进程而异.从平均看,在低底墒时,各种覆膜处理产量虽有增加,但与不覆膜处理间的差异并不显著,而在高底墒时,以覆膜60d的产量最高,以不覆膜最低.由于覆膜和底墒影响作物产量和吸N量,因而也影响N效率.在低底墒时,以不覆膜和覆膜30d时N效率最高,而在高低墒时,30d、60d和全程覆膜处理间差异不显著.综合作物产量和N效率,全生育期覆膜并没有多少实际意义.  相似文献

【背景】作为土壤改良剂生物质炭能够改善土壤条件,促进丛枝菌根(arbuscular mycorrhizal,AM)真菌侵染和植物生长发育。【目的】探究接种AM真菌配合施加生物质炭对连作土壤肥力和西瓜生长的效应。【方法】盆栽‘圆佳’西瓜(Citrullus lanatus)嫁接苗[砧木为‘全能铁甲’南瓜(Cucurbita maxima×C. moschata)],栽培基质为西瓜连作土壤,试验设接种或不接种AM真菌变形球囊霉(Glomus versiforme)并施加0%、1%、2%和4%的生物质炭,共8个处理,测定土壤理化特性、土壤酶活性、土壤微生物数量和植株生长量。【结果】接种AM真菌并施加生物质炭,可显著促进土壤大颗粒团聚体的形成和有机质的矿化,稳定土壤pH,增加土壤细菌和放线菌数量,降低真菌数量,提高土壤蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶和脲酶的活性,活化土壤矿质养分,最终促进西瓜植株的生长发育。其中,以接种变形球囊霉并施加2%?4%生物质炭组合的效应最大。两者互作在一定程度上提高了连作土壤的pH、饱和含水量及孔隙度,降低了土壤容重,有利于土壤大颗粒团聚体的形成,提高了土壤酶活性,改善了根围土壤微生物组成。【结论】 AM真菌接种配合施加2%?4%的生物质炭可以显著改善连作土壤的肥力状况。  相似文献

Petroleum pollution is a global problem that requires effective and accessible remediation strategies that takes ecosystem functioning into serious consideration. Bioremediation can be an effective tool to address the challenge. In this study, we used a mesocosm experiment to evaluate the effects of locally sourced and community produced biochar and compost amendments on diesel-contaminated soil. At the end of the 90-day experiment, we quantified the effects of the amendments on total petroleum hydrocarbons (C9-C40) (TPH) and soil pH, organic matter, aggregate stability, soil respiration, extractable phosphorus, extractable potassium, and micronutrients (Mg, Fe, Mn, and Zn). We observed significantly higher TPH degradation in compost-amended soils than in controls and soils amended with biochar. We propose that the addition of compost improved TPH biodegradation by augmenting soil nutrient content and microbial activity. Our results suggest that community-accessible compost can improve TPH biodegradation, and that implementation is possible at the community level.  相似文献

Summary The relationship between the water stability of microaggregates and the residual carbohydrate content of soil was examined in 15 soils from 7 soil series under various cultivations. The carbohydrate was progressively removed by increasing the time of treatment with 0.02M periodate and 0.1M tetraborate. The resulting decrease in reducing sugar content was significantly correlated with an increased disruption of microaggregates (>45 m) as determined by a turbidimetric method. The most effective treatment removed about 80% of the soil carbohydrate and caused an increase of about 75% in the fraction of microaggregates (<45 m) compared to untreated soil.15–20 percent of the soil carbohydrate was resistant to oxidation by periodate, even after prolonged reaction times and contained a higher relative proportion of glucose, arabinose, and xylose than the oxidised material. Sugars typical of microbial sources, mannose, galactose, rhamnose and fucose, were therefore preferentially oxidised by the periodate treatment.The grassland soils generally had higher carbohydrate contents than the arable soils and initially had a greater degree of aggregation. However, periodate oxidation affected each soil in its own characteristic manner. A significant inverse linear relationship between the degree of disruption and the residual sugar content was found with 13 of the 15 soils. Over the range measured aggregate stability was therefore related to the presence of carbohydrate predominantly from microbial sources.  相似文献

2005—2008年在内蒙古清水河县进行了定位试验,研究了不同耕作方式下土壤微生物量及土壤营养指标、作物产量的年际变化。结果表明:免耕有利于提高土壤微生物量碳、氮、磷含量,2007和2008年不同耕作方式0~10cm土层土壤微生物量均表现为免耕留高茬覆盖>免耕留低茬覆盖>免耕留高茬>免耕留低茬>传统耕作;免耕有利于提高土壤有机质和土壤养分含量,2007和2008年不同耕作方式0~10cm土层土壤有机质和养分含量均表现为免耕留高茬覆盖>免耕留低茬覆盖>免耕留高茬>免耕留低茬>传统耕作,实施免耕的前3年,玉米产量不稳定,甚至造成玉米减产,第4年免耕增产效应有所显现;不同保护性方式下土壤指标与玉米产量之间的相关度较好,通径分析得知土壤全氮、全磷、速效磷及微生物量碳对玉米产量起直接作用,其中尤以土壤微生物量碳的作用最大;免耕有利于改善内蒙古农田旱作区的土壤生态环境,提高土壤肥力。  相似文献

The use of pyrolyzed carbon, biochar, as a soil amendment is of potential interest for improving phytoremediation of soil that has been contaminated by petroleum hydrocarbons. To examine this question, the research reported here compared the effects of biochar, plants (mesquite tree seedlings), compost and combinations of these treatments on the rate of biodegradation of oil in a contaminated soil and the population size of oil-degrading bacteria. The presence of mesquite plants significantly enhanced oil degradation in all treatments except when biochar was used as the sole amendment without compost. The greatest extent of oil degradation was achieved in soil planted with mesquite and amended with compost (44% of the light hydrocarbon fraction). Most probable number assays showed that biochar generally reduced the population size of the oil-degrading community. The results of this study suggest that biochar addition to petroleum-contaminated soils does not improve the rate of bioremediation. In contrast, the use of plants and compost additions to soil are confirmed as important bioremediation technologies.  相似文献
