The relationship between net photosynthetic (P N) and leaf respiration (R) rates of Quercus ilex, Phillyrea latifolia, Myrtus communis, Arbutus unedo, and Cistus incanus was monitored in the period February 2006 to February 2007. The species investigated had low R and P N during winter, increasing from March to May, when mean air temperature reached 19.2 °C. During the favourable period, C. incanus and A. unedo had a higher mean P N (16.4±2.4 μmol m−2 s−1) than P. latifolia, Q. ilex, and M. communis (10.0±1.3 μmol m−2 s−1). The highest R (1.89±0.30 μmol m−2 s−1, mean of the species), associated to a significant P N decrease (62 % of the maximum, mean value of the species), was measured in July (mean R/P N ratio 0.447±0.091). Q10, indicating the respiration sensitivity to short-term temperature increase, was in the range 1.49 to 2.21. Global change might modify R/P N determining differences in dry matter accumulation among the species, and Q. ilex and P. latifolia might be the most favoured species by their ability to maintain sufficiently higher P N and lower R during stress periods.  相似文献

The relationships between dark respiration rate (R D) and net photosynthetic rate (P N) in Quercus ilex L. shrubs growing at the Botanical Garden in Rome were analysed. Correlation analysis of the data sets collected in the year 2006 confirmed the dependence among the considered leaf traits, in particular, R D was significantly (p<0.05) correlated with P N (r = 0.40). R D and P N increased from March to May [1.40±0.10 and 10.1±1.8 μmol(CO2) m−2 s−1 mean values of the period, respectively], when air temperature was in the range 14.8–25.2 °C, underlining the highest metabolic activity in the period of the maximum vegetative activity that favoured biomass accumulation. On the contrary, the highest R D [1.60±0.02 μmol(CO2) m−2 s−1], associated to the lowest P N rates (44 % of the maximum) and carbon use efficiency (CUE) in July underlined the mobilization of stored material during drought stress by a higher air temperature (32.7 °C).  相似文献

Seedlings of Bidens cernua L. emerged when mean air temperature was 17.0±1.3 °C. The highest net photosynthetic rate (P N), 13.8±0.8 μmol(CO2) m−2 s−1, was monitored during the vegetative period (May–August), decreasing on an average by 50 % during flowering (August–September) and during fruiting (September–November) phases. The senescence phase (October–November) was characterised by 79, 58, and 18 % decrease of P N, chlorophyll content, and leaf area (LA), respectively, from the maximum values. The time span from seedling emergence to the end of fruiting phase was 202 d. The total plant biomass was 1.58±0.05 g of which 81 % was aboveground plant portion. The total dry mass relative growth rate averaged over the assimilation period was 0.0804±0.0002 kg kg−1 d−1, and it was correlated to both the net assimilation rate (NAR) and the leaf area ratio (LAR).  相似文献

Plant traits of Malcolmia littorea growing at the Botanic Garden of Rome and transplanted from the wild population developing along the Latium coast (Italy) were analyzed. The highest photosynthetic rates [P N, 22.5 ± 0.5 μmol(CO2) m−2 s−1], associated to the highest chlorophyll content (Chl, 60 ± 5 SPAD units), and respiration rates [R, 11.1 ± 0.2 μmol(CO2) m−2 s−1] were reached in spring, when mean air temperature (T m) was in the range 17°C to 23°C. P N, Chl, and R decreased by 86, 38, and 59% in summer when mean maximum air temperature (T max) was 30.3 ± 2.6°C. Leaf water potential decreased by 34% in summer compared to the spring value, and it was associated to a relative water content (RWC) of 74 ± 4%, and to a water-use efficiency (WUE) of 2.15 ± 0.81 μmol(CO2) mmol−1(H2O). Moreover, also low air temperatures determined a significant P N and R decreases (by 52 and 40% compared to the maximum, respectively). Responsiveness of gross photosynthetic rate (P g) to R was higher than that to P N as underlined by the slope of the regression line between the two variables. The results underlined a low tolerance to both high- and low air temperatures of M. littorea. The selected key traits (R, WUE, Chl) by the discriminant analysis might be used to monitor the M. littorea wild population in the long time. The ex situ cultivated plants could be propagated and used to increase the individuals number of the wild population.  相似文献

Morphological (dry mass, DM; surface area, LA; leaf mass per area, LMA), anatomical (leaf thickness, L), phenological (leaf life span, LL), and physiological (net photosynthetic rate, P N) leaf traits of the evergreen species co-occurring in the Mediterranean maquis developing at Castelporziano (Rome) were tested. The correlation analysis indicated that LMA variation was tightly associated with LL variations: Cistus incanus and Arbutus unedo had a short LL (4±1, summer leaves, and 11±1 months, respectively) and low LMA (153±19 g m−2) values, Quercus ilex, Phillyrea latifolia, and Pistacia lentiscus high LMA (204±7 g m−2) and long LL (22±3 months), Erica arborea, Erica multiflora, and Rosmarinus officinalis a short LL (9±2 months) and an either high (213±29 g m−2, R. officinalis and E. multiflora) or low (115±17 g m−2, E. arborea) LMA. LMA values were significantly (p≤0.05) correlated with P N (r≥0.68). In the tested species, LMA increased in response to the decrease of the total rainfall during the leaf expansion period. LMA variation was due to the unequal variation of DM and LA in the considered species. LMA is thus a good indicator of evergreen maquis species capability to respond to climate change, in particular to total rainfall decrease in the Mediterranean basin.  相似文献

Four temperature treatments were studied in the climate controlled growth chambers of the Georgia Envirotron: 25/20, 30/25, 35/30, and 40/35 °C during 14/10 h light/dark cycle. For the first growth stage (V3-5), the highest net photosynthetic rate (P N) of sweet corn was found for the lowest temperature of 28–34 μmol m−2 s−1 while the P N for the highest temperature treatment was 50–60 % lower. We detected a gradual decline of about 1 P N unit per 1 °C increase in temperature. Maximum transpiration rate (E) fluctuated between 0.36 and 0.54 mm h−1 (≈5.0–6.5 mm d−1) for the high temperature treatment and the minimum E fluctuated between 0.25 and 0.36 mm h−1 (≈3.5–5.0 mm d−1) for the low temperature treatment. Cumulative CO2 fixation of the 40/35 °C treatment was 33.7 g m−2 d−1 and it increased by about 50 % as temperature declined. The corresponding water use efficiency (WUE) decreased from 14 to 5 g(CO2) kg−1(H2O) for the lowest and highest temperature treatments, respectively. Three main factors affected WUE, P N, and E of Zea: the high temperature which reduced P N, vapor pressure deficit (VPD) that was directly related to E but did not affect P N, and quasi stem conductance (QC) that was directly related to P N but did not affect E. As a result, WUE of the 25/20 °C temperature treatment was almost three times larger than that of 40/35 °C temperature treatment.  相似文献

Net CO2 uptake rates (P N) were measured for the vine cacti Hylocereus undatus and Selenicereus megalanthus under relatively extreme climatic conditions in Israel. Withholding water decreased rates and the daily amount of CO2 uptake by about 10 % per day. Compared with more moderate climates within environmental chambers, the higher temperatures and lower relative humidity in the field led to a more rapid response to drought. The upper envelopes of scatter diagrams for P N versus temperature for these Crassulacean acid metabolism species, which indicate the maximal rates at a particular temperature, were determined for both night time CO2 uptake in Phase I (mediated by phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase, PEPC) and early morning uptake in Phase II (mediated by ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase, RuBPCO). As stem temperature increased above 13 °C, the maximal P N increased exponentially, reaching maxima near 27 °C of 12 and 8 μmol m−2 s−1 for Phases I and II, respectively, for H. undatus and 6 and 4 μmol m−2 s−1, respectively, for S. megalanthus. Based on the Arrhenius equation, the apparent activation energies of PEPC and RuBPCO were 103 and 86 kJ mol−1, respectively, for H. undatus and 77 and 49 kJ mol−1, respectively, for S. megalanthus, within the range determined for a diverse group of species using different methodologies. Above 28 °C, P N decreased an average of 58 % per °C in Phase I and 30 % per °C in Phase II for the two species; such steep declines with temperature indicate that irrigation then may lead to only small enhancements in net CO2 uptake ability.  相似文献

Diurnal and seasonal trends in net photosynthetic rate (P N), stomatal conductance (g), transpiration rate (E), vapour pressure deficit, temperature, photosynthetic photon flux density, and water use efficiency (WUE) were compared in a two-year-old Dalbergia sissoo and Hardwickia binata plantation. Mean daily maximum P N in D. sissoo ranged from 21.40±2.60 μmol m−2 s−1 in rainy season I to 13.21±2.64 μmol m−2 s−1 in summer whereas in H. binata it was 20.04±1.20 μmol m−2 s−1 in summer and 13.64±0.16 μmol m−2 s−1 in winter. There was a linear relationship between daily maximum P N and g s in D. sissoo but there was no strong linear relationship between P N and g s in H. binata. In D. sissoo, the reduction in g s led to a reduction in both P N and E enabling the maintenance of WUE during dry season thereby managing unfavourable environmental conditions efficiently whereas in H. binata, an increase in g s causes an increase of P N and E with a significant moderate WUE.  相似文献

The morphological, anatomical and physiological variations of leaf traits were analysed during Quercus ilex L. leaf expansion. The leaf water content (LWC), leaf area relative growth rate (RGRl) and leaf dry mass relative growth rate (RGRm) were the highest (76±2 %, 0.413 cm2 cm−2 d−1, 0.709 mg mg−1 d−1, respectively) at the beginning of the leaf expansion process (7 days after bud break). Leaf expansion lasted 84±2 days when air temperature ranged from 13.3±0.8 to 27.6±0.9 °C. The net photosynthetic rate (P N), stomatal conductance (g s), and chlorophyll content per fresh mass (Chl) increased during leaf expansion, having the highest values [12.62±1.64 μmol (CO2) m−2 s−1, 0.090 mol (H2O) m−2 s−1, and 1.03±0.08 mg g−1, respectively] 56 days after bud break. Chl was directly correlated with leaf dry mass (DM) and P N. The thickness of palisade parenchyma contributed to the total leaf thickness (263.1±1.5 μm) by 47 %, spongy layer thickness 38 %, adaxial epidermis and cuticle thickness 9 %, and abaxial epidermis and cuticle thickness 6 %. Variation in leaf size during leaf expansion might be attributed to a combination of cells density and length, and it is confirmed by the significant (p<0.001) correlations among these traits. Q. ilex leaves reached 90 % of their definitive structure before the most severe drought period (beginning of June — end of August). The high leaf mass area (LMA, 15.1±0.6 mg cm−2) at full leaf expansion was indicative of compact leaves (2028±100 cells mm−2). Air temperature increasing might shorten the favourable period for leaf expansion, thus changing the final amount of biomass per unit leaf area of Q. ilex.  相似文献

Antarctic marine organisms are considered to have extremely limited ability to respond to environmental temperature change. However, here we show that the Antarctic notothenioid fish Pagothenia borchgrevinki is an exception to this theory. P. borchgrevinki was able to acclimate its resting metabolic rate and resting ventilation frequency after a 5°C rise in temperature. Acute exposure to 4°C resulted in an elevation in metabolic rate (57.8 ± 4.79 mg O2 kg−1 h−1) and resting ventilation rate (40.38 ± 1.61 breaths min−1) compared with fish at −1°C (metabolic rate 34.45 ± 3.12 mg O2 kg−1 h−1; ventilation rate 29.88 ± 3.72 breaths min−1). However, after a 1-month acclimation period, there was no significant difference in the metabolic rate (cold fish 29.52 ± 3.01; warm fish 31.13 ± 2.30 mg O2 kg−1 h−1), or the resting ventilation rate (cold fish 28.75 ± 0.98; warm fish 34.25 ± 2.28 breaths min−1) of cold and warm acclimated fish. Acclimation changes to the rate of oxygen consumption following exhaustive exercise were complex. The pattern of oxygen consumption during recovery from exhaustive exercise was not significantly different in either cold or warm acclimated fish.  相似文献

We analyzed the physiological response of the Mediterranean evergreen species (Arbutus unedo L., Cistus incanus L., Erica arborea L., Erica multiflora L., Phillyrea latifolia L., Pistacia lentiscus L., Quercus ilex L., and Rosmarinus officinalis L.) to winter low air temperatures. In occasion of two cold events, in February 2005 (T min = 1.8 °C), and January 2006 (T min = 3.1 °C and minimum T air = −0.40 °C during the nights preceding the measurements), R. officinalis, C. incanus, and E. multiflora had the highest net photosynthetic rate (P N) decrease (73 %, mean value) with respect to the winter P N maximum, followed by A. unedo (62 %), P. latifolia and P. lentiscus (54 %, mean value), E. arborea (49 %), and Q. ilex (44 %). Among the considered species, Q. ilex was able to maintain P N near the maximum for 150 min during the day, A. unedo, P. lentiscus, E. arborea, P. latifolia, E. multiflora, and R. officinalis for 60 min, and C. incanus for 30 min. The calculated mean winter daily P N ranged from 7.9±0.6 (Q. ilex) to 2.8±0.5 (R. officinalis) μmol(CO2) m−2 s−1. During the study period, chlorophyll (Chl) content decreased by 36 % on an average in the two cold events, and the carotenoid (Car) to Chl ratio increased by 133 % in Q. ilex, having the highest value in January 2006. Principal component analysis underlined the highest cold resistance of Q. ilex by high P N and high Car/Chl ratio. On the contrary, R. officinalis and C. incanus had the lowest cold resistance by the highest P N decrease and the lowest Car/Chl (C. incanus). Thus, winter stress could be an additional limitation to Mediterranean evergreen species production, and the capacity of the species to maintain P N near 90–100 % during winter is determinant for biomass accumulation.  相似文献

In order to understand the detailed mechanism of the stereoselective photoinduced electron-transfer (ET) reactions of zinc-substituted myoglobin (ZnMb) with optically active molecules by flash photolysis, we designed and prepared new optically active agents, such as N,N′-dimethylcinchoninium diiodide ([MCN]I2) and N,N′-dimethylcinchonidinium diiodide ([MCD]I2). The photoexcited triplet state of ZnMb, 3(ZnMb)*, was successfully quenched by [MCN]2+ and [MCD]2+ ions to form the radical pair of ZnMb cation (ZnMb·+) and reduced [MCN]·+ and [MCD]·+, followed by a thermal back ET reaction to the ground state. The rate constants (k q) for the ET quenching at 25 °C were obtained as k q(MCN)=(1.9±0.1)×106 M−1 s−1 and k q(MCD)=(3.0±0.2)×106 M−1 s−1, respectively. The ratio of k q(MCD)/k q(MCN)=1.6 indicates that the [MCD]2+ preferentially quenches 3(ZnMb)*. The second-order rate constants (k b) for the thermal back ET reaction from [MCN]·+ and [MCD]·+ to ZnMb·+ at 25 °C were k b(MCN)=(0.79±0.04)×108 M−1 s−1 and k b(MCD)=(1.0±0.1)×108 M−1 s−1, respectively, and the selectivity was k q(MCD)/k q(MCN)=1.3. Both quenching and thermal back ET reactions are controlled by the ET step. In the quenching reaction, the energy differences of ΔΔH (MCD–MCN) and ΔΔS (MCD–MCN) at 25 °C were obtained as −1.1 and 0 kJ mol−1, respectively. On the other hand, ΔΔH (MCD–MCN)=11±2 kJ mol−1 and TΔΔS (MCD–MCN)=−10±2 kJ mol−1 were given in the thermal back ET reaction. The highest stereoselectivity of 1.7 for [MCD]·+ found at low temperature (10 °C) was due to the ΔΔS value obtained in the thermal back ET reaction. Rates of net photosynthesis (P N) and transpiration (E), and leaf temperature (TL) of maintenance leaves of tea under plucking were affected by photosynthetic photon flux densities (PPFD) of 200–2 200 μmol m−2 s−1. P N gradually increased with the increase of PPFD from 200 to 1 200 μmol m−2 s−1 and thereafter sharply declined. Maximum P N was 13.95 μmol m−2 s−1 at 1 200 μmol m−2 s−1 PPFD. There was no significant variation of P N among PPFD at 1 400–1 800 μmol m−2 s−1. Significant drop of P N occurred at 2 000 μmol m−2 s−1. PPFD at 2 200 μmol m−2 s−1 reduced photosynthesis to 6.92 μmol m−2 s−1. PPFD had a strong correlation with TL and E. Both TL and E linearly increased from 200 to 2 200 μmol m−2 s−1 PPFD. TL and E were highly correlated. The optimum TL for maximum P N was 26.0 °C after which P N declined significantly. E had a positive correlation with P N.  相似文献

A new ion-selective liquid membrane microelectrode, based on the neutral carrier 1,1′-bis(2,3-naphtho-18-crown-6), is described that shows the dependence of EMF on the activity of divalent putrescine cations a Put, with the linear slope s Put = 26 ± 3 mV/decade (mean ± SD, N = 18), in the range 10−4–10−1 M at 25 ± 1 °C. Values of potentiometric putrescine cation selectivity coefficients of logK Pot Put j (mean ± SD, N) are obtained by the separate solution method for the ions K+ (1.0 ± 0.4, 10), Na+ (−1.2 ± 0.4, 8), Ca2+ (−2.3 ± 0.5, 10) and Mg2+ (−2.5 ± 0.5, 7). The microelectrode can be applied for the direct analysis of the activities of free divalent putrescine cations in the range 5 × 10−4 to 10−1 M in an extracellular ionic environment. Established analytical methods, e.g. high performance liquid chromatography, determine the total concentration of the derivatives of free and bound putrescine. Two cultivars (Katy and Erhuacao) of apricot (Prunus armeniaca L.) were evaluated under open-field and solar-heated greenhouse conditions in northwest China, to determine the effect of photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD), leaf temperature, and CO2 concentration on the net photosynthetic rate (P N). In greenhouse, Katy registered 28.3 μmol m−2 s−1 for compensation irradiance and 823 μmol m−2 s−1 for saturation irradiance, which were 73 and 117 % of those required by Erhuacao, respectively. The optimum temperatures for cvs. Katy and Erhuacao were 25 and 35 °C in open-field and 22 and 30 °C in greenhouse, respectively. At optimal temperatures, P N of the field-grown Katy was 16.5 μmol m−2 s−1, 21 % less than for a greenhouse-grown apricot. Both cultivars responded positively to CO2 concentrations below the CO2 saturation concentration, whereas Katy exhibited greater P N (18 %) and higher carboxylation efficiency (91 %) than Erhuacao at optimal CO2 concentration. Both cultivars exhibited greater photosynthesis in solar-heated greenhouses than in open-field, but Katy performed better than Erhuacao under greenhouse conditions.  相似文献

Seasonal dynamics of major biochemical features were studied for three abundant egg-diapausing copepods Acartia bifilosa, Centropages hamatus and Temora longicornis, in the White Sea (66°N), between June 2002 and September 2002. Dry weight (DW) and prosome length varied from 0.54 μg ind−1 and 0.163 ± 0.012 mm (A. bifilosa, CI) to 9.58 ± 0.72 μg ind−1 and 1.135 ± 0.167 mm (C. hamatus, females). Corg and Norg content reached up to 5.91 ± 0.44 and 1.23 ± 0.09 μg ind−1 (C. hamatus, females). Protein and lipid content varied greatly from 31.8 to 67.3% DW and from 8.7 to 42.6% DW, respectively. These species show somewhat different biology compared to species at lower latitudes. The copepods use lipid stores to survive during short-term food shortage (e.g. in autumn) and successfully complete their life cycle. In the isolated White Sea during last post-glacial period, species probably evolved some special biochemical features (especially wax esters presence). Food quality demands and long ice coverage are possible factors limiting early development of species in spring.  相似文献

Photosynthetic Response of Carrots to Varying Irradiances   总被引:7,自引:3,他引:4

Response to irradiance of leaf net photosynthetic rates (P N) of four carrot cultivars: Cascade, Caro Choice (CC), Oranza, and Red Core Chantenay (RCC) were examined in a controlled environment. Gas exchange measurements were conducted at photosynthetic active radiation (PAR) from 100 to 1 000 μmol m−2 s−1 at 20 °C and 350 μmol (CO2) mol−1(air). The values of P N were fitted to a rectangular hyperbolic nonlinear regression model. P N for all cultivars increased similarly with increasing PAR but Cascade and Oranza generally had higher P N than CC. None of the cultivars reached saturation at 1 000 μmol m−2 s−1. The predicted P N at saturation (P Nmax) for Cascade, CC, Oranza, and RCC were 19.78, 16.40, 19.79, and 18.11 μmol (CO2) m−2 s−1, respectively. The compensation irradiance (I c) occurred at 54 μmol m−2 s−1 for Cascade, 36 μmol m−2 s−1 for CC, 45 μmol m−2 s−1 for Oranza, and 25 μmol m−2 s−1 for RCC. The quantum yield among the cultivars ranged between 0.057–0.033 mol(CO2) mol−1(PAR) and did not differ. Dark respiration varied from 2.66 μmol m−2 s−1 for Cascade to 0.85 μmol m−2 s−1 for RCC. As P N increased with PAR, intercellular CO2 decreased in a non-linear manner. Increasing PAR increased stomatal conductance and transpiration rate to a peak between 600 and 800 μmol m−2 s−1 followed by a steep decline resulting in sharp increases in water use efficiency. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

A coupled model of stomatal conductance and photosynthesis for winter wheat   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
Z.-P. Ye  Q. Yu 《Photosynthetica》2008,46(4):637-640
The model couples stomatal conductance (g s) and net photosynthetic rate (P N) describing not only part of the curve up to and including saturation irradiance (I max), but also the range above the saturation irradiance. Maximum stomatal conductance (g smax) and I max can be calculated by the coupled model. For winter wheat (Triticum aestivum) the fitted results showed that maximum P N (P max) at 600 μmol mol−1 was more than at 350 μmol mol−1 under the same leaf temperature, which can not be explained by the stomatal closure at high CO2 concentration because g smax at 600 μmol mol−1 was less than at 350 μmol mol−1. The irradiance-response curves for winter wheat had similar tendency, e.g. at 25 °C and 350 μmol mol−1 both P N and g s almost synchronously reached the maximum values at about 1 600 μmol m−2 s−1. At 25 °C and 600 μmol mol−1 the I max corresponding to P max and g smax was 2 080 and 1 575 μmol m−2 s−1, respectively.  相似文献

Kinetic comparisons of mesophilic and thermophilic aerobic biomass   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Kinetic parameters describing growth and decay of mesophilic (30°C) and thermophilic (55°C) aerobic biomass were determined in continuous and batch experiments by using oxygen uptake rate measurements. Biomass was cultivated on a single soluble substrate (acetate) in a mineral medium. The intrinsic maximum growth rate (μ max) at 55°C was 0.71±0.09 h−1, which is 1.5 times higher than the μ max at 30°C (0.48±0.11 h−1). The biomass decay rates increased from 0.004 h−1 at 30°C to 0.017 h−1 at 55°C. Monod constants were very low for both types of biomass: 9±2 mg chemical oxygen demand (COD) l−1at 30°C and 3±2 mg COD l−1at 55°C. Theoretical biomass yields were similar at 30 and 55°C: 0.5 g biomass COD (g acetate COD)−1. The observed biomass yields decreased under both temperature conditions as a function of the cell residence time. Under thermophilic conditions, this effect was more pronounced due to the higher decay rates, resulting in lower biomass production at 55°C compared to 30°C. Electronic Publication  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of N fertilization and the presence of N2 fixing leguminous trees on soil fluxes of greenhouse gases. For a one year period, we measured soil fluxes of nitrous oxide (N2O), carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4), related soil parameters (temperature, water-filled pore space, mineral nitrogen content, N mineralization potential) and litterfall in two highly fertilized (250 kg N ha−1 year−1) coffee cultivation: a monoculture (CM) and a culture shaded by the N2 fixing legume species Inga densiflora (CIn). Nitrogen fertilizer addition significantly influenced N2O emissions with 84% of the annual N2O emitted during the post fertilization periods, and temporarily increased soil respiration and decreased CH4 uptakes. The higher annual N2O emissions from the shaded plantation (5.8 ± 0.3 kg N ha−1 year−1) when compared to that from the monoculture (4.3 ± 0.1 kg N ha−1 year−1) was related to the higher N input through litterfall (246 ± 16 kg N ha−1 year−1) and higher potential soil N mineralization rate (3.7 ± 0.2 mg N kg−1 d.w. d−1) in the shaded cultivation when compared to the monoculture (153 ± 6.8 kg N ha−1 year−1 and 2.2 ± 0.2 mg N kg−1 d.w. d−1). This confirms that the presence of N2 fixing shade trees can increase N2O emissions. Annual CO2 and CH4 fluxes of both systems were similar (8.4 ± 2.6 and 7.5 ± 2.3 t C-CO2 ha−1 year−1, −1.1 ± 1.5 and 3.3 ± 1.1 kg C-CH4 ha−1 year−1, respectively in the CIn and CM plantations) but, unexpectedly increased during the dry season.  相似文献
