Crystal structures of the 64M-2 antibody Fab fragment complexed with DNA photoproducts of dT(6-4)T and dTT(6-4)TT, and of the 64M-3 Fab fragment complexed with dT(6-4)T were determined. The 5'-thymine base of the bound dT(6-4)T ligand is in a half-chair conformation, and its base plane is nearly perpendicular to the planar 3'-pyrimidone base. The 64M-2 and 64M-3 Fabs have a common structure suitable for accommodating the dT(6-4)T ligand. In each of the antigen binding sites of the 64M-2 and 64M-3 Fabs, basic residues of His 35H and Arg 95H are located at the bottom of the binding pocket, and are hydrogen-bonded to the base moieties of dT(6-4)T. Two water molecules are involved in the interactions that intervene between the base moieties and the binding site. Aromatic residues of Trp 33H and Tyr 100iH form a side-wall of the pocket and are in van der Waals interactions with the base moieties. The Trp 33H side-chain is placed in parallel to the 3'-pyrimidone base, and the Tyr 100iH side-chain is nearly perpendicular to the 5'-thymine base. His 27dL, Tyr 32L, Leu 93L, and Ser 58H forming another side-wall are located in the vicinity of the sugar-phosphate backbone. In the 64M-2 Fab complex with dTT(6-4)TT, 5'- and 3'-side phosphate groups are also involved in interaction with Fab residues.  相似文献

DNA (6-4) photoproducts are major constituents of ultraviolet-damaged DNAs. We prepared double-stranded (ds) (6-4) DNA photoproducts and analyzed formation of their complexes with anti-(6-4) photoproduct antibody Fabs. Elution profiles of the mixtures of ds-(6-4) DNAs and Fabs from anion-exchange and gel-filtration columns indicate that Fab 64M-2 deprives 14mer ds-(6-4) DNA of single-stranded (ss) (6-4) DNA and shows no interaction with 18 mer ds-(6-4) DNA (A18). Fab 64M-5 with an approximately 100-fold higher affinity than Fab 64M-2 forms a complex with the ds-(6-4) DNA (A18), but partly dissociates another 18 mer ds-(6-4) DNA (A18-3), with a lowered G-C content, into ss-DNAs. From these results, antibody 64M-5 possibly accommodates the T(6-4)T photolesion moiety of the ds-(6-4) DNA (A18) by flipping out the moiety from its neighboring segments.  相似文献

We obtained a monoclonal antibody directed against UV-induced DNA damage. Analysis of the antigenic determinant in UV-irradiated DNA recognized by this antibody, 64M-1, revealed that it bound UV-irradiated oligo- or poly-nucleotides containing thymine-thymine or thymine-cytosine sequences. The antibody failed to bind DNA irradiated with 313 nm UV in the presence of acetophenone, which contained predominantly thymine dimers as DNA damage. The binding activity of this antibody to 254-nm UV-irradiated DNA decreased with 313-nm UV irradiation, and the decrease of this binding activity correlated with the decrease of fluorescence corresponding to (6-4) photoproducts. These results suggest that the antigenic determinant recognized by this monoclonal antibody is a (6-4) photoproduct. Using autoradiography with 3H-antibody, we could detect the formation of the (6-4) photoproduct in individual human cells irradiated with 254-nm UV doses as low as 20 J/m2.  相似文献

DNA photoproducts with (6-4) pyrimidine-pyrimidone adducts formed by ultraviolet radiation are implicated in mutagenesis and cancer, particularly skin cancer. The crystal structure of the Fab fragment of the murine 64M-2 antibody specific to DNA T(6-4)T photoproducts is determined as a complex with dT(6-4)T, a (6-4) pyrimidine-pyrimidone photodimer of dTpT, at 2.4 A resolution to a crystallographic R-factor of 0.199 and an R(free) value of 0.279. The 64M-2 Fab molecule is in an extended arrangement with an elbow angle of 174 degrees, and its five complementarity-determining regions, except L2, are involved in the ligand binding. The bound dT(6-4)T ligand adopting a ring structure with (6-4) linked 5' thymine-3' pyrimidone bases is fully accommodated in an antigen-binding pocket of about 15 Ax10 A. The 5'-thymine and 3'-pyrimidone bases are in half-chair and planar conformations, respectively, and are nearly perpendicular to each other. The 5'-thymine base is hydrogen-bonded to Arg95H and Ser96H, and is in van der Waals contact with Tyr100iH. The 3'-pyrimidone base is hydrogen-bonded to His35H, and is in contact with Trp33H. Three water molecules are located at the interface between the bases and the Fab residues. Hydrogen bonds involving these water molecules also contribute to Fab recognition of the dT(6-4)T bases. The sugar-phosphate backbone connecting the bases is surrounded by residues His27dL, Tyr32L, Ser92L, Trp33H, and Ser58H, but is not hydrogen-bonded to these residues.  相似文献

ABC excinuclease of Escherichia coli removes 6-4 photoproducts and pyrimidine dimers from DNA by making two single strand incisions, one 8 phosphodiester bonds 5' and another 4 or 5 phosphodiester bonds 3' to the lesion. We describe in this communication a method, which utilizes DNA photolyase from E. coli, pyrimidine dimer endonucleases from M. luteus and bacteriophage T4, and alkali hydrolysis, for analyzing the ABC excinuclease incision pattern corresponding to each of these photoproducts in a DNA fragment. On occasion, ABC excinuclease does not incise DNA exclusively 8 phosphodiester bonds 5' or 4 or 5 phosphodiester bonds 3' to the photoproduct. Both the nature of the adduct (6-4 photoproduct or pyrimidine dimer) and the sequence of neighboring nucleotides influence the incision pattern of ABC excinuclease. We show directly that photolyase stimulates the removal of pyrimidine dimers (but not 6-4 photoproducts) by the excinuclease. Also, photolyase does not repair CC pyrimidine dimers efficiently while it does repair TT or TC pyrimidine dimers.  相似文献

We obtained a monoclonal antibody (TDM-1) binding to 313-nm UV-irradiated DNA in the presence of acetophenone. The binding of TDM-1 to 254-nm UV-irradiated DNA was not reduced with the subsequent irradiation of 313-nm UV. Furthermore, the treatment of UV-irradiated DNA with photolyase from E. coli and visible light exposure reduced both the antibody binding and the amount of thymine dimers in the DNA. A competitive inhibition assay revealed that the binding of TDM-1 to UV-irradiated DNA was inhibited with photolyase, but not with 64M-1 antibody specific for (6-4)photoproducts. These results suggest that TDM-1 antibody recognizes cyclobutane-type thymine dimers in DNA. Using TDM-1 and 64M-1 antibodies, we differentially measured each type of damage in DNA extracted from UV-irradiated mammalian cells. Repair experiments confirm that thymine dimers are excised from UV-irradiated cellular DNA more slowly than (6-4)photoproducts, and that the excision rates of thymine dimers and (6-4)photoproducts are lower in mouse NIH3T3 cells than in human cells.  相似文献

Small, acid-soluble proteins (SASP) of the alpha/beta-type from spores of Bacillus and Clostridium species bind to DNA; this binding prevents formation of cyclobutane-type thymine dimers upon UV irradiation, but promotes formation of the spore photoproduct, an adduct between adjacent thymine residues. alpha/beta-Type SASP also bound to poly(dG).poly(dC) and poly(dA-dG).poly(dC-dT). While UV irradiation of poly(dG).poly(dC) produced cyclobutane-type cytosine dimers as well as fluorescent bipyrimidine adducts, the yields of both types of photoproduct were greatly reduced upon irradiation of alpha/beta-type SASP-poly(dG).poly(dC) complexes. UV irradiation of poly(dA-dG).poly(dC-dT) produced a significant amount of a cyclobutane dimer between cytosine and thymine, as well as a 6-4 bipyrimidine adduct. Again, binding of alpha/beta-type SASP to poly(dA-dG).poly(dC-dT) greatly reduced formation of these two photoproducts, although formation of the cytosine-thymine analog of the spore photoproduct was not observed. These data provide further evidence for the dramatic change in DNA structure and photoreactivity which takes place on binding of alpha/beta-type SASP and suggest that binding of these proteins to DNA in vivo prevents formation of most deleterious photoproducts upon UV irradiation.  相似文献

Ultraviolet (UV) light induces a variety of lesions in DNA of which the pyrimidine dimer represents the major species. Pyrimidine dimers exist as both a cyclobutane type and a 6-4' (pyrimidine-2'-one) photoproduct. We have purified a protein of M(r) approximately 125,000 from HeLa cell nuclei which binds efficiently to double-stranded DNA irradiated with UV light but not to undamaged DNA. This protein was designated UVBP1 (UV damage binding protein 1). UVBP1 did not recognise DNA damaged by cisplatin. Using oligonucleotides with a single dipyrimidine site for induction of UV photoproducts, binding of UVBP1 to a TC-containing substrate was shown to be more efficient than to substrates containing a TT, a CT or a CC pair. This binding specificity implies selective recognition of the 6-4' photoproduct. Further evidence for this was provided by the finding that hot alkali treatment of the substrate (which selectively hydrolyses 6-4' photoproducts) abrogated binding of UVBP1, whereas incubation with DNA photolyase to remove cyclobutane dimers did not. No detectable DNA helicase, ATPase or exonuclease activity was associated with the purified protein. We suggest that UVBP1 may be involved in the lesion recognition step of DNA excision repair and could contribute to the preferential repair of 6-4' photoproducts from the DNA of UV-irradiated mammalian cells.  相似文献

Irradiation of dTpdT with 300 kJ/m2 of 254 nm produces numerous photo-products, one of which labeled dT6pd4T[1] was purified by HPLC. dT6pd4T has a UV spectrum (H20, pH 7) with lambda max = 326 nm and lambda min = 265 nm, and a P-31 NMR resonance at -3.46 ppm (normal dTpdT occurs at -4.01 ppm; TMP, 30 degrees C). 2-D COSY NMR spectra facilitated proton resonance assignments and 2-D NOESY spectra aided analysis of spatial orientation. Carbon-13 and proton-coupled P-31 NMR spectra of dT6pd4T were also obtained. These analyses indicate: C5=C6 of dT6p- is saturated and the -pd4T base is more aromatic; the dT6p- base possesses a configuration of 5R, 6S; dT6p- and -pd4T have anti-type glycosidic conformations; furanose conformation of dT6p- is mainly C3'-endo and that of -pd4T exists in a C3'-endo in equilibrium C3'-exo; exocyclic bonds gamma (C5'-C4'), beta (05'-C5') and epsilon (C3'-03') are non-classical rotamers; dihedral angle about epsilon (C3'-03') is smaller relative to dTpdT.  相似文献

The mutagenic properties of UV-induced photoproducts, both the cis-syn thymine-thymine dimer (TT) and the thymine-thymine pyrimidine pyrimidone (6-4) photoproduct [T(6-4)T] were studied in mammalian cells using shuttle vectors. A shuttle vector able to replicate in both mammalian cells and bacteria was produced in its single-stranded DNA form. A unique photoproduct was inserted at a single restriction site and after recircularization of the single-stranded DNA vector, this latter was transfected into simian COS7 cells. After DNA replication the vector was extracted from cells and used to transform bacteria. Amplified DNA was finally analyzed without any selective screening, DNA from randomly picked bacterial colonies being directly sequenced. Our results show clearly that both lesions are mutagenic, but at different levels. Mutation frequencies of 2 and 60% respectively were observed with the TT dimer and the T(6-4)T. With the TT dimer the mutations were targeted on the 3'-T. With the T(6-4)T a large variety of mutations were observed. A majority of G-->T transversions were semi-targeted to the base before the 5'-T of the photoproduct. These kinds of mutations were not observed when the same plasmid was transfected directly into SOS-induced JM105 bacteria or when the T(6-4)T oligonucleotide inserted in a different plasmid was replicated in SOS-induced SMH10 Escherichia coil bacteria. These semi-targeted mutations are therefore the specific result of bypass of the T(6-4)T lesion in COS7 cells by one of the eukaryotic DNA polymerases.  相似文献

Bipyrimidine photoproducts induced in DNA by UVB radiation include cyclobutane dimers, (6-4) photoproducts, and their related Dewar valence isomers. Even though these lesions have been extensively studied, their rate of formation within DNA is still not known for each possible bipyrimidine site (TT, TC, CT, and CC). Using a method based on the coupling of liquid chromatography to mass spectrometry, we determined the distribution of the 12 possible bipyrimidine photoproducts within isolated and cellular DNA. TT and TC were found to be the most photoreactive sequences, whereas lower amounts of damage were produced at CT and CC sites. In addition to this quantitative aspect, sequence effects were observed on the relative yield of (6-4) adducts with respect to cyclobutane pyrimidine dimers. Another interesting result is the lack of formation of Dewar valence isomers in detectable amounts within the DNA of cells exposed to low doses of UVB radiation. The photoproduct distribution obtained does not fully correlate with the UV mutation spectrum. A major striking observation deals with the low yield of cytosine-cytosine photoproducts which are likely to be associated with the UV-specific CC to TT tandem mutation.  相似文献

We report the preparation of a deoxyribooligonucleotide containing a new thymine (6-4) photoproduct analog. The (6-4) photoproduct is one of the major forms of DNA lesions, and leads to mutation in DNA. An antibody (64M5) that binds the (6-4) photoproduct has been described. To investigate the interaction of the photoproduct with the 64M5 antibody, we prepared a (6-4) photoproduct analog in which the two thymines were connected with a formacetal linkage. With UV-irradiation, the thymine dimer with the formacetal linkage reacted to the (6-4) photoproduct faster than the phosphodiesterified dimer, and the yields of the analog was higher than those of the natural thymine dimer. The 64M5 antibody exhibited sufficient binding to a tetranucleotide containing the (6-4) photoproduct analog with a formacetal linkage, although the association constant was slightly lower than that for the natural lesion. This (6-4) photoproduct analog may be useful for investigation of other proteins that recognize the (6-4) photoproduct.  相似文献

Previous studies have demonstrated recognition of DNA-containing UV light photoproducts by bacterial (Feng, W.-Y., Lee, E., and Hays, J. B. (1991) Genetics 129, 1007-1020) and human (Mu, D., Tursun, M., Duckett, D. R., Drummond, J. T., Modrich, P., and Sancar, A. (1997) Mol. Cell. Biol. 17, 760-769) long-patch mismatch-repair systems. Mismatch repair directed specifically against incorrect bases inserted during semi-conservative DNA replication might efficiently antagonize UV mutagenesis. To test this hypothesis, DNA 51-mers containing site-specific T-T cis-syn-cyclobutane pyrimidine-dimers or T-T pyrimidine-(6-4')pyrimidinone photoproducts, with all four possible bases opposite the respective 3'-thymines in the photoproducts, were analyzed for the ability to compete with radiolabeled (T/G)-mismatched DNA for binding by highly purified human MSH2.MSH6 heterodimer protein (hMutSalpha). Both (cyclobutane-dimer)/AG and ((6-4)photoproduct)/AG mismatches competed about as well as non-photoproduct T/T mismatches. The two respective pairs of photoproduct/(A(T or C)) mismatches also showed higher hMutSalpha affinity than photoproduct/AA "matches"; the apparent affinity of hMutSalpha for the ((6-4)photoproduct)/AA-"matched" substrate was actually less than that for TT/AA homoduplexes. Surprisingly, although hMutSalpha affinities for both non-photoproduct UU/GG double mismatches and for (uracil-cyclobutane-dimer)/AG single mismatches were high, affinity for the (uracil-cyclobutane-dimer)/GG mismatch was quite low. Equilibrium binding of hMutSalpha to DNA containing (photoproduct/base) mismatches and to (T/G)-mismatched DNA was reduced similarly by ATP (in the absence of magnesium).  相似文献

Using a transient gene expression assay to measure host cell reactivation, the effects of cyclobutane dimer and noncyclobutane dimer uv photoproducts on expression of a reporter gene were examined in normal and repair-deficient Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell lines. Ultraviolet damage in plasmid pRSV beta gal DNA, containing the Escherichia coli beta-galactosidase gene, resulted in reduced reporter gene expression in both uv-hypersensitive mutant CHO cell lines UV5 and UV61 relative to wild-type, parental AA8 cells. However, the effects of uv irradiation of transfected plasmid DNA on gene activity were reduced in UV61, a mutant with normal (6-4) photoproduct repair, compared to UV5, which is deficient in (6-4) photoproduct repair; this reduction correlated with the intermediate uv-hypersensitivity of UV61. Selective removal of cyclobutane dimers by in vitro photoreactivation of uv-irradiated plasmid DNA prior to transfection substantially increased reporter gene activity in both uv-hypersensitive mutant cell lines. This increase was significantly greater in UV61 than in UV5, consistent with UV5 being deficient in repair of both (6-4) photoproducts and cyclobutane dimers. These results suggest that unrepaired (6-4) photoproducts in transfected pRSV beta gal plasmid DNA are responsible for a significant fraction of the reduction in transient gene expression observed in recipient uv-hypersensitive CHO cell mutants.  相似文献

The interaction of ethidium with synthetic DNA and RNA double-stranded polymers at 0.01 M ionic strength, pH 7.0, has been studied by fluorimetry at low drug to nucleotide ratios. Binding constants have been calculated assuming an excluded-neighbouring site model for the interaction of ethidium with double-stranded polymers. The values obtained are poly d(AT).poly d(AT), 9.5 X 10(6) M-1; poly dA.poly dT, 6.5 X 10(5) M-1; poly d(GC).poly d(GC), 9.9 X 10(6) M-1; poly dG,poly dC, 4.5 X 1-(6) M-1; poly d(AC); poly d(GT), 9.8 X 10(6) M-1; poly d(AG).poly d(CT), 1.3 X 10(6) M-1; poly rA.poly rU, 4.1 X 10(7) M-1. The displacement of ethidium from poly d(AT).poly d(AT) by 9-aminoacridine and an acridine-containing antitumor agent (NSC 156303; 4'-(9-acridinylamino)methanesulphon-m-anisidide) has also been examined.  相似文献

A technique based on fluorescence polarization (anisotropy) was used to measure the binding of antibodies to DNA under a variety of conditions. Fluorescein-labeled duplexes of 20 bp in length were employed as the standard because they are stable even at low ionic strength yet sufficiently short so that both arms of an IgG cannot bind to the same duplex. IgG Jel 274 binds duplexes in preference to single-stranded DNA; in 80 mM NaCl Kobs for (dG)20.(dC)20 is 4.1x10(7) M-1 compared with 6.4x10(5) M-1 for d(A5C10A5). There is little sequence specificity, but the interaction is very dependent on ionic strength. From plots of log Kobs against log[Na+] it was deduced that five or six ion pairs are involved in complex formation. At low ionic strength,Kobs is independent of temperature and complex formation is entropy driven with DeltaH degrees obs and DeltaC degrees p,obs both zero. In contrast, in 80 mM NaCl DeltaC degrees p,obs is -630 and -580 cal mol-1K-1 for [d(TG)]10.[d(CA)]10 and (dG)20.(dC)20 respectively. IgG Jel 241 also binds more tightly to duplexes than single-stranded DNA, but sequence preferences were apparent. The values for Kobs to [d(AT)]20 and [d(GC)]20 are 2.7x10(8) and 1.3x10(8) M-1 respectively compared with 5.7x10(6) M-1 for both (dA)20. (dT)20 and (dG)20.(dC)20. As with Jel 274, the binding of Jel 241 is very dependent on ionic strength and four or five ionic bonds are involved in complex formation with all the duplex DNAs which were tested. DeltaC degrees p,obs for Jel 241 binding to [d(AT)]20 was negative (-87 cal mol-1K-1) in 80 mM NaCl but was zero at high ionic strength (130 mM NaCl). Therefore, for duplex-specific DNA binding antibodies DeltaC degrees p,obs is dependent on [Na+] and a large negative value does not correlate with sequence-specific interactions.  相似文献

Radioimmunoassays that detect pyrimidine-pyrimidone (6-4) photoproducts and cyclobutane dimers were used to determine the relative induction of these photoproducts in nucleosomal (core) and internucleosomal (linker) DNA in human cell chromatin irradiated with UV light. Cyclobutane dimers were formed in equal amounts/nucleotide in core and linker DNA, whereas (6-4) photoproducts occurred with 6-fold greater frequency/nucleotide in linker DNA.  相似文献

Ultraviolet (UV) exposure induces an up-regulation of melanocortin-1 receptor (MC1R) expression in human skin and the alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH) may reduce UVB-induced DNA damage in normal human melanocytes. Using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry, we investigated the formation and repair of DNA lesions in UVB-irradiated HaCaT cells stably transfected with the wild type MC1R gene (HaCaT-MC1R). Similar levels of 8 bipyrimidine photoproducts including cyclobutane pyrimidine dimers (CPDs) (T<>T, T<>C, C<>T), (6-4) photoproducts ((6-4)PPs) (TT-(6-4)PPs, TC-(6-4)PPs) and their Dewar valence isomers together with 8-oxo-7,8-dihydro-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-oxodGuo) were found to be generated in both non-transfected and HaCaT-MC1R cells after UVB exposure. Time-course studies of DNA photoproduct yields indicated that the DNA repair ability depended upon radiation doses. It was shown that (6-4)PPs were removed from the DNA of UVB-irradiated cells much more efficiently than CPDs. The repair efficiency of 8-oxodGuo, CPDs and (6-4)PPs was relatively similar in both cell lines and was not modified by stimulation with alpha-MSH before UVB-exposure. In conclusion, cell surface-enforced expression of MC1Rs on HaCaT keratinocytes and alpha-MSH stimulation do not affect the formation of UVB-induced DNA photoproducts and their subsequent repair.  相似文献

We recently proposed a mechanism for why dAMP is primarily inserted opposite both T's of photoproducts of TT sites by T7 DNA polymerase [Smith, C. A., Baeten, J., and Taylor, J.-S. (1998) J. Biol. Chem., 273, 21933-21940] that was based on analysis of a recent crystal structure of a complex of this enzyme with a template, a primer, and a dideoxynucleotide. We proposed that indiscriminate insertion of dAMP opposite the 3'-T of each photoproducts takes place via a transient abasic site-like intermediate, with the photoproduct outside the active site, whereas insertion of dAMP opposite the 5'-T takes place with the photoproduct inside the active site. To obtain further support for this mechanism, we have investigated the selectivity of dNMP and pyrene nucleotide (dPMP) insertion opposite each T of the cis, syn, trans,syn-I, trans,syn-II, (6-4), and Dewar photoproducts of TT and opposite a tetrahydrofuran abasic site analogue by the exonuclease-deficient T7 DNA polymerase, Sequenase Version 2.0. Selectivity was determined by a direct competition assay that makes use of a stacked gel to resolve the various extension products. Pyrene nucleotide was chosen for investigation because it has been previously shown to be selectively inserted opposite abasic sites and was therefore expected to probe whether the photoproducts were inside the active site during a particular insertion step. In accord with the proposed mechanism, dPMP was inserted in preference to dAMP opposite the 3'-T of all the photoproducts with the exception of the trans,syn-I product, whereas dAMP was inserted in preference to dPMP opposite the 5'-T of all the photoproducts. In addition to supporting the proposed mechanism, these results suggest that pyrene nucleotide may be a useful probe for investigating the mechanism of DNA damage bypass by polymerases and for characterizing their active sites.  相似文献

The specificity of anti-DNA antibodies in the sera of unimmunized autoimmune MRL mice was initially assessed via an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Antibody binding profiles to a panel of immobilized antigens (AMP-, GMP-, CMP-, UMP-, and TMP-BSA, ss- and dsDNA) demonstrated high levels of immunoglobulins reacting with GMP and ssDNA and intermediate levels with AMP, TMP, and dsDNA. Fractionation of serum anti-DNA antibodies into subsets on the basis of their binding to GMP- and TMP-agarose indicated that the resulting GMP- or TMP-reactive antibodies bound to their homologous nucleotides and ssDNA. Competition-inhibition studies with soluble mono-, oligo-, and polynucleotides revealed that GMP- and TMP-reactive antibodies were highly specific for oligo(dG)n and -(dT)n sequences, respectively. Whereas the relative affinity of TMP-reactive autoantibodies to oligo(dT)n increased with oligonucleotide length (n = 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 15), GMP-reactive antibodies preferentially recognized oligo(dG)10 (Ka congruent to 1 x 10(7) M-1). While neither antibody recognized oligo(dA)8 and -(dC)8 competitors, mixed-base oligonucleotides were inhibitory at concentrations approximately 10-fold greater than similarly sized oligo(dG)n and -(dT)n sequences. Similar characterizations of both pooled and individual MRL sera indicated that anti-DNA antibodies represent 8-10% of the total serum IgG. More importantly, GMP-reactive autoantibodies predominated and accounted for 60-70% of the entire unbound anti-DNA antibody population.  相似文献
