Cyclometalation of benzo[h]quinoline (bzqH) by [RuCl(μ-Cl)(η6-C6H6)]2 in acetonitrile occurs in a similar way to that of 2-phenylpyridine (phpyH) to afford [Ru(bzq)(MeCN)4]PF6 (3) in 52% yield. The properties of 3 containing ‘non-flexible’ benzo[h]quinoline were compared with the corresponding [Ru(phpy)(MeCN)4]PF6 (1) complex with ‘flexible’ 2-phenylpyridine. The [Ru(phpy)(MeCN)4]PF6 complex is known to react in MeCN solvent with ‘non-flexible’ diimine 1,10-phenanthroline to form [Ru(phpy)(phen)(MeCN)2]PF6, being unreactive toward ‘flexible’ 2,2′-bipyridine under the same conditions. In contrast, complex 3 reacts both with phen and bpy in MeCN to form [Ru(bzq)(LL)(MeCN)2]PF6 {LL = bpy (4) and phen (5)}. Similar reaction of 3 in methanol results in the substitution of all four MeCN ligands to form [Ru(bzq)(LL)2]PF6 {LL = bpy (6) and phen (7)}. Photosolvolysis of 4 and 5 in MeOH occurs similarly to afford [Ru(bzq)(LL)(MeCN)(MeOH)]PF6 as a major product. This contrasts with the behavior of [Ru(phpy)(LL)(MeCN)2]PF6, which lose one and two MeCN ligands for LL = bpy and phen, respectively. The results reported demonstrate a profound sensitivity of properties of octahedral compounds to the flexibility of cyclometalated ligand. Analogous to the 2-phenylpyridine counterparts, compounds 4-7 are involved in the electron exchange with reduced active site of glucose oxidase from Aspergillus niger. Structure of complexes 4 and 6 was confirmed by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Six antimony adducts with N-donor neutral ligands (1,10-phenanthroline, 4,4′-bipyridine) have been obtained following the reaction of antimony halides with phenanthroline and 4,4′-bipyridine. By changing the solvent and stoichiometry, we obtained six different complexes, Sb(phen)Cl3 (1), Sb(phen)Br3 (2), Sb2(phen)4Br8 (3) and Sb(bpy)Cl3 (4), Sb(bpy)2Cl3 (5), Sb(bpyH · bpyH2)Br6 (6) (where phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine). All the complexes have been characterized via elemental analysis, FT-IR and NMR (1H, 13C) spectroscopy. The crystal structures of complexes 2, 3 and 6 have been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The structural analysis show that the coordination sphere around antimony atom in complex 2 is a distorted square pyramid, coordinated by three bromine atoms and two nitrogen atoms from phen. In complex 3, the central antimony atom is six-coordinated through four bromine atoms and two nitrogen atoms forming a distorted octahedral geometry. Besides that, there are also uncoordinated 1,10-phenanthroline bonded by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions, which is rarely observed in previous reports. The crystal structure of complex 6 consists of bpyH · bpyH2 trications and hexabromoantimonate trianions. The antimony atom in the anion has a distorted octahedral environment. Additionally, all complexes present a 3D framework built up by N-H?Br, C-H?Br and C-H?Cl weak hydrogen bonds interactions.  相似文献

Dimethyl platinum(II) complexes [PtMe2(NN)] {NN = bu2bpy (4,4′-di-tert-butyl-2,2′-bipyridine) (1a), bpy (2,2′-bipyridine) (1b), phen (1,10-phenanthroline) (1c)} reacted with commercial 3-bromo-1-propanol in the presence of 1,3-propylene oxide to afford cis, trans- [PtBrMe2{(CH2)3OH}(NN)] (NN = bu2bpy (2a), bpy (2b), phen (2c)). On the other hand, [PtMe2(NN)] (1a)-(1b) reacted with the trace of HBr in commercial 3-bromo-1-propanol to give [PtBr2(NN)] (NN = bu2bpy (3a), bpy (3b)). The reaction pathways were monitored by 1H NMR at various temperatures. Treatment of 1a-1b with a large excess of 3-bromo-1-propanol at −80 °C gave the corresponding methyl(hydrido)platinum(IV) complexes [PtBr(H)Me2(NN)] (NN = bu2bpy (4a), bpy (4b)) via the oxidative addition of dimethyl platinum(II) complexes with HBr. The complexes [PtBr(H)Me2(NN)] decomposed by reductive elimination of methane above −20 °C for bu2bpy and from −20 to 0 °C for bpy analogue to give methane and platinum(II) complexes [PtBrMe(NN)] (5a)-(5b) and then decomposed at about 0 °C to yield [PtBr2(NN)] and methane. When the reactions were performed at a molar ratio of Pt:RX/1:10, the corresponding complexes [PtBrMe(NN)] (5a)-(5b) were also obtained. The crystal structure of the complex 3b shows that platinum adopts square planar geometry with a twofold axis through the platinum atom. The Pt…Pt distance (5.164 Å) is considerably larger than the interplanar spacing (3.400 Å) and there is no platinum-platinum interaction.  相似文献

The reactions of metal(II) chlorides and bromides with 8-methylquinoline (8-mequin) in neutral and acidic solutions were investigated. The reaction with ZnCl2, ZnBr2, CoCl2, CoBr2, CuCl2 or CuBr2 with the appropriate HX in water or aqueous ethanol gave complexes of the formula (8-mequin)2MX4 (1, M = Cu, X = Cl; 2, M = Cu, X = Br; 3, M = Co, X = Cl; 4, M = Co, X = Br) or (8-mequin)2ZnX4·nH2O (5, X = Cl, n = 0; 6, X = Br, n = 0; 7, X = Cl, n = 1; 8, X = Br, n = 1). Crystals of 1, 2 and 4-8 suitable for single crystal X-ray diffraction were obtained and the structures reported. Compounds 1 and 2 crystallize in the monoclinic space group C2/c, while 4-8 crystallize in the triclinic space group, . Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility data indicate very weak interactions for the copper compounds 1 and 2, while the magnetic behavior of 3 and 4 is dominated by single ion anisotropy, with weaker antiferromagnetic interactions.  相似文献

New ternary transition metal complexes of formulations [Ni(bpa)(p-AB)Cl]n · 3nH2O (bpa = 2,2′-bipyridylamine, p-AB = aminobenzenecarboxylic acid) (1), [Cu(bpa)(p-AB)Cl] · H2O (2), [Zn(bpa)(p-AB)2] · H2O (3) are prepared, their structural features are characterized by crystal structural studies, and their DNA binding propensity has been evaluated by fluorescence and viscosity method. In complex 2 and 3, both bpa and p-AB act as the bidentate N and O-donor ligand, respectively. While in complex 1, p-AB acts as a rare tridentate ligand. In the packing pattern of each complex, π-π interaction in their solid state is also described. The complexes show the competitive inhibition of ethidium binding to DNA, and the DNA binding propensity can be reflected as the relative order: 1 > 2 > 3.  相似文献

The Rh(III) polypyridyl complexes of the type [RhCl(pp)([9]aneS3)]2+ [(pp) = 2,2′-bipyridine (bpy), 2,2′-bipyrimidine (bpm),1,10-phenanthroline (phen), pyrazino[2,3-f]quinoxaline (tap), dipyrido[3,2-d:2′,3′-f]quinoxaline (dpq), dipyrido[2,3-a:2′,3′-c]phenazine (dppz)] 2-7 have been prepared in a stepwise manner by treatment of RhCl3 · 3H2O with the appropriate polypyridyl ligand (pp) followed by 1,4,7-trithiacyclononane. Interactions of the polypyridyl complexes with DNA were investigated by CD and UV/visible spectroscopy and by gel electrophoresis. The dpq complex 6 cleaves DNA exiguously in the dark, but UV irradiation is required to induce nuclease activity for the bpy complex 2. Whereas 2 [IC50 values: 12.8 (±0.2) and 4.4 (±0.1) μM] exhibits significantly higher cytotoxicities towards MCF-7 and HT-29 cells than 4 [IC50 values: 36.3 (±6.0) and 72.2 (±8.0)], the activity of complexes in the series 4/6/7 correlates directly with the size of the polypyridyl ligand, as documented by their respective IC50 values of 72.2 (±8.0), 20.9 (±2.8) and 7.4 (±2.2) towards HT-29 cells. Complexes of the nitrogen-rich ligands bpm (3) [IC50 values: 1.7 (±0.5) and 1.9 (±0.1) μM] and tap (5) [IC50 values: 11.5 (±0.6) and 7.6 (±4.8) μM] are considerably more potent than their bpy and phen counterparts 2 and 4. Measurement of the lactate dehydrogenase release for lymphoma (BJAB) cells after 1 h incubation demonstrates that unspecific necrosis is negligible for the most active compounds 3 and 7. Specific cell death apoptosis via DNA fragmentation was detected for BJAB cells after 72 h incubation and significant loss of the mitochondrial membrane potential in lymphoma cells indicates that the intrinsic pathway is involved.  相似文献

The distorted square-planar complexes [Pd(PNHP)Cl]Cl (1) (PNHP = bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl]amine), [M(P3)Cl]Cl [P3 = bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl]phenylphosphine; M = Pd (2), Pt (3)] and [Pt(NP3)Cl]Cl (5) (NP3 = tris[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl]amine), coexisting in the later case with a square-pyramidal arrangement, react with one equivalent of CuCl to give the mononuclear heteroionic systems [M(L)Cl](CuCl2) [L = PNHP, M = Pd (1a); L = P3, M = Pd (2a), Pt (3a); L = NP3, M = Pt (5a)]. The crystal structure of 3a confirms that Pt(II) retains the distorted square-planar geometry of 3 in the cation with P3 acting as tridentate chelating ligand, the central P atom being trans to one chloride. The counter anion is a nearly linear dichlorocuprate(I) ion. However, the five-coordinate complexes [Pd(NP3)Cl]Cl (4), [M(PP3)Cl]Cl (M = Pd (6), Pt (7); PP3 = tris[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl] phosphine) containing three fused five-membered chelate rings undergo a ring-opening by interaction with one (4, 6, 7) and two (6, 7) equivalents of CuCl with formation of neutral MCu(L)Cl3 [L = NP3, M = Pd (4a); L = PP3, M = Pd (6a), Pt (7a)] and ionic [MCu(PP3)Cl2](CuCl2) [M = Pd (6b), Pt (7b)] compounds, respectively. The heteronuclear systems were shown by 31P NMR to have structures where the phosphines are acting as tridentate chelating ligands to M(II) and monodentate bridging to Cu(I). Further additions of CuCl to the neutral species 6a and 7a in a 1:1 ratio resulted in the achievement of the ionic complexes 6b and 7b with ions as counter anions. It was demonstrated that the formation of heterobimetallic or just mononuclear mixed salt complexes was clearly influenced by the polyphosphine arrangement with the tripodal ligands giving the former compounds. However, complexes [M(NP3)Cl]Cl constitute one exception and the type of reaction undergone versus CuCl is a function of the d8 metal centre.  相似文献

Four new dinuclear Mn(III) compounds have been synthesised: [{Mn(bpy)(H2O)}2(μ-4-ClC6H4COO)2(μ-O)}](ClO4)2 (1), [{Mn(EtOH)(phen)}2(μ-O)(μ-4-ClC6H4COO)2](ClO4)2 (2), [{Mn(bpy)(EtOH)}(μ-4-BrC6H4COO)2(μ-O){Mn(bpy)(ClO4)](ClO4) (3) and [{Mn(H2O)(phen)}2(μ-4-BrC6H4COO)2(μ-O)](ClO4)2 (4). The crystal structures of 2 and 3 are evidence for the tendency of the ethanol and the perchlorate to act as ligands. Due to the coordination of these groups, the environment of the manganese ions is elongated in the monodentate ligand direction, and this distortion is more important when this ligand is the perchlorate. The magnetic properties of the four compounds have been analysed: compounds 1, 3 and 4 show antiferromagnetic behaviour, with J = −6.33 cm−1 for 1, J = −6.76 cm−1 for 3 and J = −3.08 cm−1 for 4 (H = −JS1·S2), while compound 2 shows a very weak ferromagnetic coupling. For this compound, at low temperature the most important effect on the χMT data is the zero-field splitting of the ion, and the best fit was obtained with |DMn| = 2.38 cm−1 and |EMn| = 0.22 cm−1.  相似文献

Three new copper(I) complexes with tricyclohexylphosphine (PCy3) and different diimine ligands, [Cu(phen)(PCy3)]BF4 (1) (phen = 1,10′-phennanthroline), [Cu(bpy)(PCy3)2]BF4 (2) (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) and [Cu(MeO-CNN)(PCy3)]BF4 (3) (MeO-CNN = 6-(4-methoxyl)phenyl-2,2′-bipyridine), have been synthesized and characterized. X-ray structure reveals that complexes 1 and 3 are three-coordinated with trigonal geometry, while complex 2 adopts distorted tetrahedron geometry. Complexes 1 and 3 exhibit ligand redistribution reactions in chloromethane solution by addition of excess amount of PCy3, in which three-coordinated 1 changes into four-coordinated [Cu(phen)(PCy3)2]+, and 3 leads to form [Cu(PCy3)2]BF4 and CNN-OMe. All the three complexes display yellow 3MLCT emissions in solid state at room temperature with λmax at 558, 564 and 582 nm for 1, 2 and 3, respectively, and red-shift to 605, 628 and 643 nm at 77 K in dichloromethane solution.  相似文献

Two new organic-inorganic hybrid compounds [Zn(phen)(SO4)(H2O)2]n (1) and [Cu(phen)(H2O)2] · SO4 (2) have been prepared by conventional aqueous solution synthesis and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and fluorescent spectroscopy. In compound 1, the sulfate group adopts bidentate mode to coordinate with two Zn(II) ions to form one-dimensional polymer. The one-dimensional polymers are further linked together via the intermolecular hydrogen-bonding and π-π stacking interactions to form a 3D supramolecular framework. Compound 2 is build up of discrete [Cu(phen)(H2O]2+ cations and SO42− anions to form a three-dimensional framework via hydrogen-bonding and π-π stacking interactions. Furthermore, the luminescent properties of both 1 and 2 were studied. The complexes 1 and 2 excited at 280 nm wavelength produced characteristic luminescence features, arising maybe due to the π-π transitions.  相似文献

The reaction of [PtMe3(MeOH)(bpy)][BF4] (1) with the thionucleobases 2-thiocytosine (SCy, 2) and 1-methyl-2-thiocytosine (1-MeSCy, 3) resulted in the formation of the complexes [PtMe3(bpy)(SCy-κS)][BF4] (4) and [PtMe3(bpy)(1-MeSCy-κS)] [BF4] (5), respectively. The complexes were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy as well as by single-crystal X-ray analyses of 4 · MeOH and 5. In 4 · MeOH two strong hydrogen bonds (N4-H?N3′: N4?N3′ 2.976(7) Å) between the thiocytosine ligands give rise to base pairing thus forming dinuclear cations [{PtMe3(bpy)(SCy-κS)}2]2+. In both complexes the platinum atom is octahedrally coordinated [PtC3N2S] by three methyl ligands, the 2,2′-bipyridine ligand and the κS coordinated nucleobase (configuration index: OC-6-33). The structural investigations gave evidence that the sulfur atoms of the nucleobase ligands in 4 · MeOH and 5 have to be regarded as sp3 and sp2 hybridized, respectively. Thus, the ligand in 4 · MeOH has to be considered as the deprotonated thiol-amino form of thiocytosine being reprotonated at N1. In complex 5 the 1-MeSCy is coordinated in its thione-amino form. DFT-calculations of the base-paired dinuclear cation in 4 as well as of 4 itself gave proof of the strength of the hydrogen bond (8.5 kcal/mol) and exhibited that cation-anion interactions influence the conformation of the complex. In vitro cytotoxicity studies of 4 and 5 using nine different human tumor cell lines revealed moderate cytotoxic activity.  相似文献

The mixed-ligand ruthenium(II) complexes [(phen)2Ru(pzbzimH3)](ClO4)2·3H2O (1), [(phen)2Ru(bzimH)2](ClO4)2·3H2O (2) and [(bpy)2Ru(bpybzimH2)](ClO4)2 (3), where phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, pzbzimH3 = pyrazole-3,5-bis(benzimidazole), bzimH = benzimidazole and bpybzimH2 = 6,6′-bis(benzimidazole-2-yl)-2,2′-bipyridine have been synthesized and spectroscopically characterized. The X-ray structures of the three compounds have been determined which show that relative to the polypyridine ligands (phen or bpy) two donor nitrogens of the second ligand occupy cis position. In case of 3, bpybzimH2 ligand is coordinated in puckered form where its bpy unit acts in a monodentate fashion. The electrochemical properties, absorption and emission spectral characteristics and lifetimes of luminescence decay of the complexes have been compared. Deprotonation of the azole NH moieties of the complexes lead to substantial lowering of redox potentials of the RuII/RuIII couple as well as the MLCT and emission band energies. Spectrophotometric and spectrofluorometric titrations of complexes 1 and 3 have been carried out in 3:2 acetonitrile-water as a function of pH over the range 3.5-12.0 and the pK values have been determined. The kinetic parameters for the decay of the 3MLCT excited states of 1 at different pH at 298 K have been evaluated.  相似文献

Three new homopolynuclear complexes with azido bridges have been obtained by using [Cu(AA)(BB)]+ building-blocks (AA = acetylacetonate; BB = 1,10-phenanthroline or 2,2′-bipyridine). The reaction between [Cu(acac)(phen)(H2O)](ClO4) and NaN3 leads to a mixture of two compounds: a binuclear complex, [{Cu(acac)(phen)}21,3-N3)](ClO4) · 2H2O (1), and a linear tetranuclear one, [{Cu(acac)(phen)(ClO4)}2{Cu(phen)(μ1,1-N3)2}2] (2). The reaction between [Cu(acac)(bipy)(H2O)](ClO4) and NaN3 affords also a mixture of two compounds: [{Cu(acac)(bipy)}21,3-N3)]3(ClO4)3 · 3.75H2O (3) and [Cu(acac)(bipy)(N3)][Cu(acac)(bipy)(H2O)](ClO4) (4). The X-ray crystal structures of compounds 1-4 have been solved (for compound 4 the crystal structure was previously reported). In compounds 1 and 3, two {Cu(AA)(BB)} fragments are bridged by the azido anion in an end-to-end fashion. Two isomers, cis and trans with respect to azido bridge, were found in crystal 3. The structure of compound 2 consists of two Cu(II) central cations bridged by two μ1,1-azido ligands, each of them being also connected to a {Cu(acac)(phen)} fragment through another μ1,1-azido ligand. The cryomagnetic properties of the compounds 1 and 2 have been investigated and discussed. The magnetic behaviour of compound 1 shows the absence of any interactions between the metallic ions. In the tetranuclear complex 2, the magnetic interactions between the external and central copper(II) ions(J1), and between the central metallic ions (J2) were found ferromagnetic (J1 = 0.36 cm−1, J2 = 7.20 cm−1).  相似文献

A series of Ru(II) polypyridyl complexes [Ru(bpy)2(ptdb)](ClO4)2 (1), [Ru(bpy)2(ptda)](ClO4)2 (2) and [Ru(bpy)2(ptdp)](ClO4)2 (3) with asymmetric intercalative ligands have been synthesized and characterized by EA, mass spectra, 1H NMR and cyclic voltammetry. The crystal structure of complex 1 has been determined. The DNA-binding properties of the complexes were investigated by absorption titration, luminescence spectroscopy and viscosity measurements. The experimental results suggest that all these complexes bind to DNA in an intercalation mode. The results also show that the order of DNA-binding affinities (A) of this series of complexes is A(1) < A(2) < A(3). It is further confirmed that a ligand planarity of the complexes is a very important factor in affecting the DNA-binding behaviors of such complexes. Theoretical studies for these complexes were also carried out with the density functional theory (DFT) method. The trend in the DNA-binding affinities of this series of complexes can be reasonably explained by the synthetical considerations of the calculated planarity of intercalative ligands, some frontier molecular orbital energies of the complexes and the planarity area (S) of the intercalative ligands.  相似文献

NbX5 (X = F, 1a; X = Cl, 1b) reacted with γ-butyrolactone (but), ε-caprolactam (cap), δ-valerolactam (val) in 1:1 M ratio in chlorinated solvent, affording either the neutral coordination adducts NbCl5L (L = but, 2a; L = val, 2b) or the ionic ones [NbX4L2][NbX6] (X = F, L = but, 3a; X = F, L = val, 3b; X = F, L = cap, 3c; X = Cl, L = cap, 3d). The reaction of 1a with equimolar amount of guanine (gua) in CH3CN resulted in the formation of the complex [NbF4(gua)2][NbF6], 3e. The addition of two equivalents of organic substrate to 1 gave selectively the compounds NbCl5L2 (L = but, 4a; L = val, 4b) or [NbF4L4][NbF6] (L = but, 5a; L = val, 5b; L = cap, 5c). The 1:2 M reaction of 1b with ε-caprolactam proceeded with C-N bond activation and afforded the derivative , 6, in high yield.  相似文献

Ternary l-glutamine (l-gln) copper(II) complexes [Cu(l-gln)(B)(H2O)](X) (B = 2,2′-bipyridine (bpy), , 1; B = 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), , 2) and [Cu(l-gln)(dpq)(ClO4)] (3) (dpq, dipyridoquinoxaline) are prepared and characterized by physicochemical methods. The DNA binding and cleavage activity of the complexes have been studied. Complexes 1-3 are structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. The complexes show distorted square pyramidal (4+1) CuN3O2 coordination geometry in which the N,O-donor amino acid and the N,N-donor heterocyclic base bind at the basal plane with a H2O or perchlorate as the axial ligand. The crystal structures of the complexes exhibit chemically significant hydrogen bonding interactions besides showing coordination polymer formation. The complexes display a d-d electronic band in the range of 610-630 nm in aqueous-dimethylformamide (DMF) solution (9:1 v/v). The quasireversible cyclic voltammetric response observed near −0.1 V versus SCE in DMF-TBAP is assignable to the Cu(II)/Cu(I) couple. The binding affinity of the complexes to calf thymus (CT) DNA follows the order: 3 (dpq) > 2 (phen) ? 1 (bpy). Complexes 2 and 3 show DNA cleavage activity in dark in the presence of 3-mercaptopropionic acid (MPA) as a reducing agent via a mechanistic pathway forming hydroxyl radical as the reactive species. The dpq complex 3 shows efficient photo-induced DNA cleavage activity on irradiation with a monochromatic UV light of 365 nm in absence of any external reagent. The cleavage efficiency of the DNA minor groove binding complexes follows the order: 3 > 2 ? 1. The dpq complex exhibits photocleavage of DNA on irradiation with visible light of 647.1 nm. Mechanistic data on the photo-induced DNA cleavage reactions reveal the involvement of singlet oxygen (1O2) as the reactive species in a type-II pathway.  相似文献

A novel polypyridyl ligand CNPFIP (CNPFIP = 2-(5(4-chloro-2-nitrophenyl)furan-2-yl)-1H-imidazo[4,5f][1,10]phenanthroline) and its mononuclear Ru(II) polypyridyl complexes of [Ru(phen)2CNPFIP]2+(1) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), [Ru(bpy)2CNPFIP]2+(2) (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine), and [Ru(dmb)2CNPFIP]2+(3) (dmb = 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine) have been synthesized successfully and characterized thoroughly by elemental analysis, UV/Vis, IR, NMR, and ESI-MS. The interaction of the Ru(II) complexes with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) was investigated by absorption titration, fluorescence, viscosity measurements. The experimental results suggest that three complexes bind to CT-DNA through an intercalative mode and the DNA-binding affinity of complex 1 is greater than that of complexes 2 and 3. The photocleavage of plasmid pBR322 DNA by ruthenium complexes 1, 2, and 3 was investigated. We have also tested three complexes for their antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli (Gram-negative) and Staphylococcus aureus (Gram-positive) bacteria. The in vitro cytotoxicity of these complexes was evaluated by MTT assay, and complex 1 shows higher cytotoxicity than 2 and 3 on HeLa cells. The induced apoptosis and cell cycle arrest of HeLa cells were investigated by flow cytometry for 24 h. The molecular docking of ruthenium complexes 1, 2, and 3 with the active site pocket residues of human DNA TOP1 was performed using LibDock.  相似文献

Schiff bases of 2-hydroxybenzophenone (HBP) (C6H5)(2-HOC6H4)CN(CH2)nEAr (L1/L2: E = S, Ar = Ph, n = 2/3; L3/L4: E = Se, Ar = Ph, n = 2/3; L5/L6: E = Te, Ar = 4-MeOC6H4, n = 2/3) and their complexes [PdCl(L-H)] (L = L1L6; 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11), [PtCl(L3-H/L5-H)] (4/8), [PtCl2(L4/L6)2] (6/12), [(p-cymene)RuCl(L5/L6)]Cl (9/13) and [HgBr2(L5/L6)2] (10/14) have been synthesized and characterized by proton, carbon-13, selenium-77 and tellurium-125 NMR, IR and mass spectra. Single crystal structures of L1, 1, 3, 4, 5 and 7 were solved. The Pd-E bond distances (Å): 2.2563(6) (E = S), 2.3575(6)−2.392(2) (E = Se); 2.5117(5)−2.5198(5) (E = Te) are near the lower end of the bond length range known for them. The Pt-Se bond length, 2.3470(8) Å, is also closer to the short values reported so far. The Heck and Suzuki reaction were carried out using complexes 1, 3, 5 and 7 as catalysts under aerobic condition. The percentage yields for trans product in Heck reaction were found upto 85%.  相似文献

Treatment of the 16-electron hydroxy hydride complex [Ru(IMes)2(CO)H(OH)] (1, IMes = 1,3-bis-(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)imidazol-2-ylidene) with HCCR affords the alkynyl species [Ru(IMes)2(CO)H(CCR)] (R = Ph 3, SiMe3, 4) and [Ru(IMes)2(CO)(CCR)2] (R = Ph, 5). Deuterium labelling studies show that the mono-alkynyl complexes are formed via hydrogen transfer from a coordinated alkyne ligand to Ru-OH, while bis-alkynyl formation is proposed to take place through hydrogen transfer to Ru-H. Both 3 and 5 readily coordinate CO to give the corresponding dicarbonyl species 6 and 7. Addition of HCCPh to the hydride chloride precursor [Ru(IMes)2(CO)HCl] (2) results in a different reaction pathway involving alkyne insertion into the Ru-H bond to yield the alkenyl chloride complex [Ru(IMes)2(CO)(CHCHPh)Cl] 8. The trend in DNA-binding affinities and the spectral properties of a series of Ru(II) polypyridyl complexes, [Ru(bpy)2(dmdpq)]2+ (1), [Ru(bpy)2(dpq)]2+ (2), [Ru(bpy)2(cndpq)]2+ (3) (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine; dpq = dipyrido[3,2-d:2′,3′-f]quinoxaline; dmdpq = di-methyl-dpq; dcdpq = di-cyano-dpq), have been experimentally and theoretically investigated. The DNA-binding constants Kb of the complexes were determined systematically with spectrophotometric titration. The density functional theory (DFT) and time-dependent DFT (TDDFT) calculations were carried out for these complexes. The experimental results show that these complexes bind to DNA in intercalation mode, and the order of their intrinsic DNA-binding constants Kb is Kb(1) < Kb(2) ? Kb(3). The substituents on the intercalative ligands of the complexes play a very important role in the control of DNA-binding affinities of the complexes, in particular, the stronger electron-withdrawing substituent (-CN) on the intercalative ligand can greatly improve the DNA-binding property of the derivative complex. The trend in DNA-binding affinities as well as the spectral properties of metal-ligand charge-transition (1MLCT) of this series of complexes can be reasonably explained by applying the DFT and TDDFT calculations and the frontier molecular orbital theory.  相似文献
