The reaction of AuCl3py with Na(pz∗) (pz∗ = pyrazolato, or substituted pyrazolato anion) yields stable dinuclear [cis-AuIIICl2(μ-pz∗)]2 complexes. In the presence of a base, the latter undergo reduction with concomitant transformation of the dinuclear -structure to trinuclear AuI, AuIII (containing trans AuIIICl2-centres) and species.  相似文献

The mono- and dinuclear base-stabilized gold(I) pyrazolate complexes, (PPh3)Au(μ-3,5-Ph2pz)) (1), (TPA)Au(3,5-Ph2pz), TPA=1,3,5-triaza-7-phophaadamantane (2), [(PPh3)2Au(μ-3,5-Ph2pz)]NO3 (3) and [(dppp)Au(μ-3,5-Ph2pz)]NO3, dppp=bis(diphenylphosphino)propane (4), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The mononuclear gold(I) complexes 1 and 2 show intermolecular Au?Au interactions of 3.1540(6) and 3.092(6) Å, while the dinuclear gold(I) complexes 3 and 4 show an intramolecular Au?Au distances of 3.3519(7) and 3.109(2) Å, respectively, typical of an aurophilic attraction. Complexes 1-4 exhibit luminescence at 77 K when excited with ca. 333 nm UV light with an emission maximum at ca. 454 nm. The emission has been assigned to ligand-to-metal charge transfer, LMCT, based upon the vibronic structure that is observed.  相似文献

Treatment of diphosphine digold(I) complexes, PP(AuCl)2 [PP=bis(diphenylphosphino)methane, dppm; 1,6-bis(diphenylphosphino)hexane, dpph], with two equivalents of pyridine-2-thiol (HNS) in the presence of NaOCH3 affords two luminescent diphosphine digold(I)-pyridine-2-thiolate complexes, dppm(AuSN)2 (1) and dpph(AuSN)2 (2), respectively. Both crystal structures have been determined by crystallographic studies. The intramolecular aurophilic contact of 3.0478(3) Å is observed in the crystal structure of 1, whereas there is not any aurophilic interaction present in the crystal lattices of 2. At room temperature, 1 shows a low-energy emission at ca. 660 nm as well as a very weak high-energy emission at ca. 496 nm in the solid state, but 2 shows only a strong high-energy one at ca. 482 nm. Thus, the emission energy strongly dependent on the Au(I)?Au(I) interaction can be demonstrated in the diphosphine digold(I) thiolates studied herein.  相似文献

Tetrachloroauric acid HAuCl4 reacts with the ionic liquid 1-(2-aminoethyl)-3-methylimidazolium nitrate [NH2(CH2)2ImMe]NO3, (2b) or its dicationic ammonium salt [NH3(CH2)2ImMe][NO3]2, (3) in methanolic solutions to give the novel gold(III)-aminoethyl imidazolium aurate salt [Cl3AuNH2(CH2)2ImMe][AuCl4] (4). The reaction of 4 with [nBu4]Cl gives [NH2(CH2)2ImMe][AuCl4] (2c) whereas with acetone the dicationic, iminium-functionalized, imidazolium aurate salt [Me2C=N(H)(CH2)2ImMe][AuCl4]2 (5) has been isolated. The structures in the solid state of 2c, 3, 4, and 5 have been determined by X-ray diffraction. The electrochemical behaviour of 4 has been examined by Cyclic voltammetry in acetonitrile and compared with 2c and KAuCl4.  相似文献

Two chlorodiorganotin(IV) complexes of 4-(2-methoxyphenyl)piperazine-1-carbodithioate (MPPDA) have been synthesized by 1:1 mole-ratio reactions of the parent acid (MPPDAH) with Me2SnCl2 or Et2SnCl2 in dry methanol. The products have been characterized by Raman and multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and mass spectrometry. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies indicate that both complexes have distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometries around the central Sn atom.  相似文献

The title compounds, for short Ag6(tsac)6 (1) and [Cu4(tsac)4(MeCN)2] · 2MeCN (2), were prepared by the reaction of thiosaccharin with Ag(I) or Cu(II) salts in different solvents. The new complexes were characterized by FT-IR, Raman, UV-Vis and NMR spectroscopy. Their crystal and molecular structures were determined by X-ray diffraction methods. The structures were solved from 1621 (1) and 7080 (2) reflections with I > 2σ(I) and refined to agreement R1-factors of 0.0261 (1) and 0.0456 (2). Ag6(tsac)6 molecule derives from the clustering of six Ag(tsac) moieties related to each other through the crystallographic 3-bar (S6) symmetry operations of the space group. This results in a highly regular molecular structure where the silver atoms are at the corners of an octahedral core slightly compressed along one of its three-fold axis [inter-metallic Ag?Ag contacts of 3.1723(4) and 3.1556(4) Å]. The six thiosaccharinate ligands bridge neighboring Ag atoms along the C3-axis through Ag-N bonds [d(Ag-N) = 2.285(2) Å] at one end and bifurcated Ag-S(thione)-Ag bonds [Ag-S distances of 2.4861(7) and 2.5014(8) Å] at the other end. In contrast, the 2 compound is arranged in the lattice as an irregular tetrameric copper complex [Cu4(tsac)4(MeCN)2] where the metals show different environments. Two copper ions are four-fold coordinated to three tsac ions through the N-atom of one tsac [Cu-N distances of 2.112(3) and 2.064(3) Å] and the thione sulfur atom of the other two [Cu-S distances in the range from 2.284(1) to 2.358(1) Å] and to a MeCN solvent molecule [Cu-N distances of 1.983(4) and 2.052(3) Å]. The other two copper ions are in three-fold environment, one trans-coordinated to two tsac ions [Cu-N distances of 1.912(3) and 1.920(3) Å] and to the thione S-atom of a third ligand [d(Cu-S) = 2.531(1) Å], the other one to the thione sulfur atom of three tsac ligands [Cu-S distances in the range from 2.229(1) to 2.334(1) Å]. The clustering renders the metals to short distances from each other, the shorter Cu?Cu distance being 2.6033(7) Å, as to presume the existence of weak inter-metallic interaction within the cluster.  相似文献

Six ruthenium(II) complexes have been prepared using the tridentate ligands 2,6-bis(benzimidazolyl) pyridine and bis(2-benzimidazolyl methyl) amine and having 2,2′-bipyridine, 2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine, PPh3, MeCN and chloride as coligands. The crystal structures of three of the complexes trans-[Ru(bbpH2)(PPh3)2(CH3CN)](ClO4)2 · 2H2O (2), [Ru(bbpH2)(bpy)Cl]ClO4 (3) and [Ru(bbpH2)(terpy)](ClO4)2 (4) are also reported. The complexes show visible region absorption at 402-517 nm, indicating that it is possible to tune the visible region absorption by varying the ancillary ligand. Luminescence behavior of the complexes has been studied both at RT and at liquid nitrogen temperature (LNT). Luminescence of the complexes is found to be insensitive to the presence of dioxygen. Two of the complexes [Ru(bbpH2)(bpy)Cl]ClO4 (3) and [Ru(bbpH2)(terpy)](ClO4)2 (4) show RT emission in the NIR region, having lifetime, quantum yield and radiative constant values suitable for their application as NIR emitter in the solid state devices. The DFT calculations on these two complexes indicate that the metal t2g electrons are appreciably delocalized over the ligand backbone.  相似文献

Novel p-tolylimido rhenium(V) complexes trans-[Re(p-NC6H4CH3)X2(quin-2-COO)(PPh3)] and cis-[Re(p-NC6H4CH3)X2(quin-2-COO)(PPh3)]·MeCN have been obtained in the reactions of [Re(p-NC6H4CH3)X3(PPh3)2] (X = Cl, Br) with quinoline-2-carboxylic acid. The compounds were identified by elemental analysis IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. The electronic structures of trans- and cis-halide isomers of [Re(p-NC6H4CH3)Cl2(quin-2-COO)(PPh3)] have been calculated with the density functional theory (DFT) method. Additional information about binding in the compounds [Re(p-NC6H4CH3)Cl2(quin-2-COO)(PPh3)] with cis- and trans-halide arrangement has been obtained by NBO analysis. The electronic spectra of trans and cis isomers of [Re(p-NC6H4CH3)Cl2(quin-2-COO)(PPh3)] were investigated at the TDDFT level employing B3LYP functional in combination with LANL2DZ.  相似文献

Six new complexes, [Cu4I4(PPh2Cy)4]·2H2O (1), [CuI(PPhCy2)2] (2), [CuCl(PPhCy2)2] (3), and [CuBr(PPh3)3]·CH3CN (4), [Ag(PPhCy2)2(NO3)] (5), [Ag(PCy3)(NO3)]2 (6) [where Ph = phenyl, Cy = cyclohexyl], have been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction, IR absorption spectra and NMR spectroscopic studies (except complex 4). The X-ray diffraction analysis of complex (1), pseudo polymorph of complex [Cu4I4(PPh2Cy)4], reveals a stella quadrangula structure. The four corners of the cube are occupied by copper(I) atoms and four I atoms are present at the alternative corners of the cube, further more the copper(I) atoms are coordinated to a monodentate tertiary phosphine. Complexes (2) and (3) are isostructural with trigonal planar geometry around the copper(I) atom. The crystal structure of complex (4) is a pseudo polymorph of complex [CuBr(PPh3)3] and the geometrical environment around the copper(I) centre is distorted tetrahedral. In the AgI complexes (5) and (6), the central metal atoms have pseudo tetrahedral and trigonal planar geometry, respectively. Spectroscopic and microanalysis results are consistent with the single crystal X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

The ligands bis-(imidazolium) hexafluorophosphate (Himy = -C3N2H3-, imidazolium; R = 1-naphthylmethylene, 1a; 9-anthracenylmethylene, 1b) with an oxoether chain were easily prepared by the reaction of substituted imidazole with the diglycol diiodide, followed by exchange of anions with . 1a and 1b reacted with Ag2O in DMSO or CH3CN to yield [2 + 2] dinuclear Ag(I) NHCs macrocyclic complexes 2a and 2b, which showed much different conformation in solid corresponding to the R- substituent. Carbene transmetalation reactions of 2a-b with Au(SMe2)Cl give dinuclear Au(I) analogs 3a and 3b. The new NHCs complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and the structures of 2a-b and 3a were confirmed by X-ray diffraction determination.  相似文献

Six new adducts of the form AgX:PPh3:H2C(pzx)2 (1:1:1) (H2C(pzx)2 = H2C(pz)2 = bis(pyrazolyl)methane or H2C(pzMe2)2 = bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)methane; X = ClO4, NO3, SO3CF3) have been synthesized and characterized by analytical, spectroscopic (IR, far-IR, 1H and 31P NMR) and two of them also by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies for comparison with counterpart adducts with 2,2′-bipyridyl (‘bpy’) derivatives reported in a previous paper, the bpy-derived ligands forming five-membered chelate rings, while the present H2C(pzx)2 should, potentially, form six-membered rings. Such is the case, the two adducts exhibiting quasi-planar N2AgP coordination environments, perturbed by the approach of the oxyanion, unidentate in the case of the perchlorate but, in the case of the nitrate, an interesting disordered aggregate of differing unidentate modes.  相似文献

Four-coordinate 1:2 gold(I) complex salts with cis-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethene, [Au(dppey)2]X have been synthesized for X = PF6, CF3SO3, BF4, Cl, Br and BPh4 and characterized by NMR spectroscopy and electrospray mass spectrometry. Single crystal X-ray structure determinations show the BF4, Cl and Br complexes to be isostructural, although with different degrees of hydration, while the BPh4 complex crystallizes as an acetone solvate with two molecules in the asymmetric unit. The Au(P-P)2 core for the BF4, Cl and Br complexes adopts D2 symmetry with Au-P bond lengths 2.3980(7)-2.4009(7) Å and inter-ligand P-Au-P angles 114.78(2)-127.82(2))°. The Au(P-P)2 core in the BPh4 complex is unsymmetrical with Au-P bond lengths 2.364(1)-2.420(1) Å and inter-ligand P-Au-P angles 104.76(5)-137.50(4)°. In vitro cytotoxicity studies show the PF6, CF3SO3, BF4, Cl, Br and I complexes to be potent and selective growth inhibitors of the human cell lines MCF7 (hormone-dependent breast cancer), MDA-MB-231 (hormone-independent breast cancer), MM96L (melanoma), CI80-13S (cisplatin resistant ovarian cancer) and a normal cell line NFF (neonatal foreskin fibroblasts), achieving IC50 values between 13 and 196 nM. The halogen and triflate salts were approximately twice as potent towards the MCF7 and MDA-MB-231 cell lines compared to the PF6 and BF4 derivatives; while the cytotoxicity of all complexes towards the sensitive CI80-13S and MM96L cancer cell lines was approximately 10-fold greater than that displayed towards the normal human cell line (NFF).  相似文献

A mutual prodrug (1) of ibuprofen and sulphanilamide has been synthesized with dual activity and improved toxicity profile. The synthesized compound has been characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and ESI-MS. The molecular geometry of the compound (1) was optimized using density functional theory (DFT/B3LYP) method with the 6-311G(d,p) basis sets in ground state. Geometric parameters (bond lengths, bond angles, torsion angles), vibrational assignments, chemical shifts and thermodynamics of the compound (1) has been calculated theoretically and compared with the experimental data. Comparative AutoDock study of compound (1) with cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2) were performed involving docking for possible selectivity of our prodrug within the two Cox enzymes. The highest binding affinities of −8.7 Kcal/mol and −8.1 Kcal/mol has been obtained for COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes respectively. Compound (1) exhibited enhanced anti-inflammatory, anti-ulcer and free radical scavenging activities as compared with the parent drugs. Based on various in vitro and in vivo tests it is suggested that the Compound (1) is more active than the parent drugs. Moreover, LD50 of compound (1) is higher than parent drug i.e. ibuprofen and sulphanilamide suggesting that the synthesized compound is much safer than its parent analogous.  相似文献

The reaction of triphenylphosphinegold(I) chloride in ethanol in a 1:1 molar ratio with the 3-(aryl)-2-sulfanylpropenoic acids H(2)xspa [x: p=3-phenyl-, Clp=3-(2-chlorophenyl)-, -o-mp=3-(2-methoxyphenyl)-, -p-mp=3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-, -o-hp=3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-, -p-hp=3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-, diBr-o-hp=3-(3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxyphenyl)-, f=3-(2-furyl)-, t=3-(2-thienyl)-, -o-py=3-(2-pyridyl)-; spa=2-sulfanylpropenoato] gave compounds of the type [Au(PPh(3))(Hxspa)], which were isolated and characterized as solids by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and FAB mass spectrometry and in solution by (1)H, (13)C and (31)P NMR spectroscopy. The structures of the complexes [Au(PPh(3))(HClpspa)], [Au(PPh(3))(H-o-mpspa)] and [Au(PPh(3))(H-p-mpspa)].2/3C(3)H(6)O were determined by X-ray diffractometry. Hydrogen bonding was found along with Au-S and Au-P bonds in all cases and weak pi-pi stacking was found in the H-p-mpspa derivative. The in vitro antitumour activities against the HeLa-229, A2780 and A2780cis cell lines were determined for all complexes.  相似文献

Five copper(I) complexes having general formula [Cu2(μ-X)22-P,P-B-dppf)2] (X = Cl(1), Br(2), I(3), CN(4), and SCN(5)) were prepared starting with CuX and B-dppf in 1:1 molar ratio in DCM-MeOH (50:50 V/V) at room temperature. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR and electronic spectral studies. Molecular structures for 1, 2 and 4 were determined crystallographically. Complexes 1, 2 and 4 exist as centrosymmetric dimers in which the two copper atoms are bonded to two bridging B-dppf ligands and two bridging (pseudo-)halide groups in a μ1 bonding mode to generate nearly planar Cu2(μ1-X)2 framework. Both bridging B-dppf ligands are arranged in antiperiplanar staggered conformation in 1 and 2 (mean value 56.40-56.76°), and twisted from the eclipsed conformation (mean value 78.19°) in 4. The Φ angle value in 4 is relatively larger as compared to 1 and 2. This seems to indicate that the molecular core [Cu2(μ1-X)2] in 4 is a sterically demanding system that forces the B-dppf ligand to adopt a relatively strained conformation in comparison to less strained system in 1 and 2. All the complexes exhibit moderately strong luminescence properties in the solution state at ambient temperature.  相似文献

Twelve new dioxo W(VI) complexes of a family of heteroscorpionate ligands of the type [(L)WO2Y], where L = N2X ligand and Y = Cl or OR, have been synthesized and characterized. With the more sterically bulky ligands we show that these complexes exist as isolable cis and trans isomers and compare the rate of such isomerization with their corresponding dioxo Mo(VI) analogs.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal structures of four complexes, obtained by reaction of silver nitrate with four different heteroaryl thioethers, are described. In these compounds the ligands act as dinuclear bridges between silver atoms, with coordination exclusively through the nitrogen donor atoms. All ligands form dinuclear complexes, either as discrete species or as higher aggregates involving additional nitrate bridges. π–π Stacking interactions provide extra stabilisation in some of the structures.  相似文献

Reactions of 2-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-ylmethyl)pyridine (L1), 2-(3,5-diphenylpyrazol-1-ylmethyl)pyridine (L2), 2-(3,5-di-tert-butylpyrazol-1-ylmethyl)pyridine (L3) and 2-(3-p-tolylpyrazol-1-ylmethyl)pyridine (L4) with K2[PtCl4] in a mixture of ethanol and water formed the dichloro platinum complexes [PtCl2(L1)] (1), [PtCl2(L2)] (2), [PtCl2(L3)] (3) and [PtCl2(L4)] (4). Complex 1, [PtCl2(L1)], could also be prepared in a mixture of acetone and water. Performing the reactions of L2 and L3 in a mixture of acetone and water, however, led to C-H activation of acetone under mild conditions to form the neutral acetonyl complexes [Pt(CH2COCH3)Cl(L2)] (2a) and [Pt(CH2COCH3)Cl(L3)] (3a). The same ligands reacted with HAuCl4 · 4H2O in a mixture of ethanol and water to form the gold salts [AuCl2(L1)][AuCl4] (5) [AuCl2(L2)][Cl] (6) [AuCl2(L3)][Cl] (7) and [AuCl2(L4)][AuCl4] (8); however, with the pyrazolyl unit in the para position of the pyridinyl ring in 4-(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-ylmethyl)pyridine (L5), 4-(3,5-diphenylpyrazol-1-ylmethyl)pyridine (L6) neutral gold complexes [AuCl3(L5)] (9) and [AuCl2(L6)] (10) were formed; signifying the role the position of the pyrazolyl group plays in product formation in the gold reactions. X-ray crystallographic structural determination of L6, 2, 33a, 8 and 10 were very important in confirming the structures of these compounds; particularly for 3a and 8 where the presence of the acetonyl group confirmed C-H activation and for 8 where the counter ion is . Cytotoxicity studies of L2, L4 and complexes 1-10 against HeLa cells showed the Au complexes were much less active than the Pt complexes.  相似文献

Transmetallation reactions of ortho-mercurated iminophosphoranes (2-ClHgC6H4)Ph2PNR with [AuCl4] gives new cycloaurated iminophosphorane complexes of gold(III) (2-Cl2AuC6H4)Ph2PNR [R = (R,S)- or (S)-CHMePh, p-C6H4F, tBu], characterised by NMR and IR spectroscopies, ESI mass spectrometry and an X-ray structure determination on the chiral derivative R = (S)-CHMePh. The chloride ligands of these complexes can be readily replaced by the chelating ligands thiosalicylate and catecholate; the resulting derivatives show markedly higher anti-tumour activity versus P388 murine leukaemia cells compared to the parent chloride complexes. Reaction of (2-Cl2AuC6H4)Ph2PNPh with PPh3 results in displacement of a chloride ligand giving the cationic complex [(2-Cl(PPh3)AuC6H4)Ph2PNPh]+, indicating that the PN donor is strongly bonded to the gold centre.  相似文献

A new ligand (HL) obtained from the Schiff base condensation of 4-(diethylamino)salicylaldehyde with 4-nitroaniline is reported, with its nickel(II), copper(II), and cobalt(II) complexes. The crystal structures are reported for the four derivatives. While, NiIIL2 and CuIIL2 are centrosymmetric molecules, CoIIL2 exhibits a pseudo-tetrahedral molecular structure. The quadratic hyperpolarizabilities (β) of HL and CoIIL2, measured by electric field induced second harmonic (EFISH) technique, are equal to 66 and 110 × 10−30 cm5 esu−1, respectively. Beside a geometric effect (pseudo-Td symmetry), the coordination of the metal center provides an intrinsic enhancement of the NLO response. In addition, an enhancement of the thermal stability of about 60° is found upon metal complexation.  相似文献
