The dinickel(II) compound [Ni2(μ-OAc)2(OAc)2(μ-H2O)(asy·dmen)2]·2.5H2O, 1; undergoes facile reaction in a 1:2 molar ratio with benzohydroxamic acid (BHA) in ethanol to give the novel nickel(II) tetranuclear hydroxamate complex [Ni4(μ-OAc)3(μ-BA)3(asy·dmen)3][OTf]2·H2O, 2, in which the bridging acetates, bridging two nickel atoms in 1, undergo a carboxylate shift from the μ211 bridging mode of binding to the μ312 bridging three nickel atoms in the tetramer. The structure of complex 2 was determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The two monodentate acetates, water and two bidentate bridging acetates of two moles of complex 1 are replaced by three monodentate bridging acetates and three benzohydroxamates. Three nickel atoms in the tetramer, Ni(2), Ni(3) and Ni(4) are in a N2O4 octahedral environment, while the fourth nickel atom Ni(1) is in an O(6) octahedral environment. The Ni-Ni separations are Ni(1)-Ni(2) = 3.108 Å, Ni(1)-Ni(3) = 3.104 Å and Ni(1)-Ni(4) = 3.110 Å, which are longer than previously studied in dinuclear urease inhibited models but shorter than in the nickel(II) tetrameric glutarohydroxamate complex [Ni4(μ-OAc)2(μ-gluA2)2(tmen)4][OTf]2, isolated and characterized previously in this laboratory. Magnetic studies of the tetrameric complex show that the four Ni(II) ions are ferromagnetically coupled, leading to a total ground spin state ST = 4. Three analogous tetranuclear nickel hydroxamates were prepared from AHA and BHA and the appropriate dinuclear complex with either sy·dmen or asy·dmen as capping ligands.  相似文献

A series of tridentate ligands consisting of mixed aromatic and aliphatic amine derivatives of single amino acid chelates and phenylpiperazine have been developed, and their reactions with [NEt4]2[ReBr3(CO)3] have been investigated. The compounds [Re(CO)3{(NC5H4CH2)NCH3(C2H4)NHCH3}]Br (4), [Re(CO)3{(NC5H4CH2)NCH3(C2H4)NCH3(CH2)xCOOC2H5}]Br (x = 1, 5; x = 4, 6) [Re(CO)3{(NC5H4CH2)NH(C2H4)N(CH3)2}]Br (7), [Re(CO)3{(NC5H4CH2)N(CH 2COOC2H5)(C2H4)N(CH3)2}]Br (8) and [Re(CO)3(NC5H4CH2)(C2H4NH2)N(CH2)3-CH3Ophenpip]Br (9) (phenpip: phenylpiperazine, -C6H4-(CH2CH2)2N-) were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, NMR, IR, HSMS and X-ray crystallography. All complexes exhibit fac-{Re(CO)3N3} coordination geometry in the cationic molecular unit. Two Ni(II) complexes of the dianionic ligands, Mebpb2−, [H2Mebpb = N,N′-bis(pyridine-2-carboxamido)-4-methylbenzene] and Mebqb2−, [H2Mebqb = N,N′-bis(quinoline-2-carboxamido)-4-methylbenzene] have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The crystal and molecular structures of [Ni(Mebpb)], (1), and [Ni(Mebqb)], (2), were determined by X-ray crystallography. Both complexes exhibit distorted square-planar NiN4 coordination figures with two short and two long Ni-N bonds (Ni-N ∼1.84 and ∼1.95 Å, respectively). The electrochemical behavior of these complexes with the goal of evaluating the structural effects on the redox properties has been studied.  相似文献

A two-dimensional copper(II) polymer with formula of [Cu2(dmapox)(pic)2]n · nCH3OH, where dmapox is the dianion of N,N′-bis[3-(dimethylamino)propyl]oxamide and pic is picrate, was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity measurement, IR and electronic spectra studies. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with crystallographic data: a = 14.076(7) Å, b = 13.896(7) Å, c = 9.278(5) Å, β = 106.909(6)° and Z = 2. The structure consists of uncoordinated methanol molecules and two-dimensional copper(II) polymeric coordination network constructed by the bis-tridentate trans-dmapox and tridentate picrate ligands. The environment around the copper(II) atom can be described as a distorted octahedron and the Cu?Cu separations through μ-trans-oxamidate and μ2-picrate bridges are 5.227 Å and 8.359 Å, respectively. The copper(II) complex presents as a polymer in solid state, whereas in solution it presents as discrete neutral binuclear copper(II) species [Cu2(dmapox)(pic)2] due to the weak interactions between the copper(II) atoms and the para-nitro oxygens of the adjacent picrate ligands. The fluorescence titration and the ethidium bromide (EB) fluorescence displacement experiments reveal that the binding mode between the binuclear copper(II) complex [Cu2(dmapox)(pic)2] and Herring Sperm DNA might be intercalation.  相似文献

The crystallographic study of a partially hydrated form of cyclomaltoheptaose (β-cyclodextrin, βCD) is reported. C42H70O35·7.5H2O; space group P21 with unit cell constants a = 15.1667(5), b = 10.1850(3), c = 20.9694(7) Å, β = 110.993(2)°; final discrepancy index R = 0.0760 for the 6181 observed reflections and 784 refined parameters. One water molecule is included in the cavity and distributed over two partially occupied positions, the other 6.5 waters distributed over eight positions are located as space-filler between the macrocycles. The crystal structure belongs to the cage-type, like that observed in Form I (βCD·12H2O; Lindner, K; Saenger, W. Carbohydr. Res. 1982, 99, 103-115) and Form II (βCD·11H2O; Betzel, C., et al. J. Am. Chem. Soc., 1984, 106, 7545-7567).  相似文献

The structures of the solvated iron(II) and iron(III) ions have been studied in solution and solid state by extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) in three oxygen donor solvents, water, dimethylsulfoxide (Me2SO), N,N′-dimethylpropyleneurea (DMPU), and one sulfur donor solvent, N,N-dimethylthioformamide (DMTF); these solvents have different coordination and solvation properties. In addition, the structure of hexakis(dimethylsulfoxide)iron(III) perchlorate has been determined crystallographically to support the determination of the corresponding solvate in solution. The hydrated, the dimethylsulfoxide and N,N-dimethylthioformamide solvated iron(II) ions show regular octahedral coordination in both solution and solid state with mean Fe-O, Fe-O, and Fe-S bond distances of 2.10, 2.10, and 2.52 Å, respectively, whereas the N,N′-dimethylpropyleneurea iron(II) solvate is five-coordinated, d(Fe-O) = 2.06 Å. The compounds vary in color from light green (hydrate) to dark orange or red (DMPU). The hydrated iron(III) ion in aqueous solution and the dimethylsulfoxide solvated iron(III) ions in solution and solid state show the expected octahedral coordination, the Fe-O bond distances are 2.00 Å for both, whereas the N,N′-dimethylpropyleneurea iron(III) solvate is found to be five-coordinated with a mean Fe-O bond distance of 1.99 Å. The N,N-dimethylthioformamide solvated iron(III) ion in the solid perchlorate salt is tetrahedrally four-coordinated, the mean Fe-S bond distance is 2.20 Å. Iron(III) is reduced with time to iron(II) in N,N-dimethylthioformamide solution. The compounds vary in color from pale yellow (hydrate) to blackish red (DMPU).  相似文献

Reaction of 9-methyl-1-deazapurine (9-MeDP) with Hg(CF3COO)2 in the presence of NaNO3 yields the title compound [Hg(9-MeDP)2](NO3)2 · H2O with the two 9-MeDP ligands bound to the metal ion via their N7 positions. The X-ray structure is reported: monoclinic, P21/c (no. 14), a = 5.4015(11), b = 20.467(4), c = 17.775(4) Å, β = 97.00(3)°, V = 1950.4(7) Å3, Z = 4. Hg is eight-coordinate with two trans-oriented Hg-N bonds (2.073(3) and 2.075(3) Å) and three nearly coplanar, bidentate nitrate moieties (Hg-O: 2.716(3)-2.985(4) Å), leading to a distorted hexagonal bipyramidal environment of the metal ion. Within this structure, the nitrate ions form a honeycomb-like chain structure with HgII being positioned inside the combs. This work represents the first report of such geometry for a transition metal ion surrounded by symmetrically bidentate nitrate ions. The corresponding nucleoside, 1-deazapurine 2′-deoxyribonucleoside, also forms a stable 2:1 complex with HgII, as was shown by 1H NMR spectroscopy, making it a potential candidate for incorporation into nucleic acids based on metal-mediated base pairs.  相似文献

Three homochiral metal-organic coordination networks [Co2(l-Trp)2(Py)6] · Py · (ClO4)2 (1), [Ni(l-Trp)(Py)3] · H2O · ClO4 (2) and [Co2(l-Trp)(INT)2(H2O)2(ClO4)] (3), all containing natural amino acid l-HTrp (l-typtophan), were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. The compounds 1 and 2 crystallize in the orthorhombic space group C2221, with a = 10.731(2) Å, b = 19.709(4) Å, c = 27.365(6) Å and Z = 4 for 1 and a = 10.710(10) Å, b = 20.088(18) Å, c = 27.63(3) Å and Z = 8 for 2, respectively. The compound 3 has the monoclinic space group P21, with a = 8.1934(14) Å, b = 13.209(2) Å, c = 12.464(2) Å, β = 104.107(3)° and Z = 2. Both 1 and 2 consist of 1D helical chains. Compound 3 is composed of 2D networks, which further assemble into a 3D supramolecular structure via weak interlayer interactions. The optically pure amino acid l-HTrp plays an important role leading to homochiral structures reported here.  相似文献

Two mixed ligand complexes trans-[Ni(NCS)4(PpzH)2] (1) and trans-[Ni(NCO)2(Imd)4] (2) (where Ppz = piperazine; Imd = imidazole) were synthesized from one-pot reactions, and their crystal and molecular structures were determined. The reaction of NiCl2·4H2O with piperazine and KSCN in a 1:2:4 mole ratio in aqueous MeOH at room temperature under stirring condition affords 1. Whereas the reaction of NiCl2·6H2O with imidazole and NaOCN in a 1:4:2 mole ratio in aqueous MeOH at room temperature under stirring condition yields 2 quantitatively. The nickel ions are hexacoordinated by six nitrogen donor atoms of two different origin, thiocyanate and piperazinium ions in case of 1 and cyanate ion and neutral imidazole in case of 2, to form tetragonally elongated and quite regular octahedral arrangements. In 1, the average Ni-Nppz distance is 2.198 Å is longer than the average Ni-Nthc distance at 2.070 Å, whereas, in case of 2, the average Ni-Nimd distance at 2.112 Å and is close to the average Ni-Ncyt distance at 2.107 Å. The reactions in other varying stoichiometries failed to provide the hitherto unknown complexes [Ni(NCS)2(Ppz)4] and [Ni(NCO)4(ImdH)2] confirming the ease of protonation on non-bonding of piperazine is more compared to that of imidazole.  相似文献

A hydrothermal reaction of a mixture of Gd(NO3)3, 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid (1,2-BDC), piperazine, NaOH and water at 180 °C for three days under autogeneous pressure gave rise to a new compound of the formula [C4N2H12][Gd2(H2O)2(C6H4(COO)2)2] (I). The connectivity between GdO8 distorted dodecahedra and 1,2-BDC units gives rise to a two-dimensional structure with large apertures. The fully protonated piperazine molecule occupies the middle of these apertures. The compound has favorable CH?π interactions between the benzene rings of adjacent layers and shows photoluminescence at room temperature. A two-dimensional copper(II) polymer with formula of [Cu4(H2O)4(dmapox)2(btc)]n · 10nH2O, where dmapox is the dianion of N,N′-bis[3-(dimethylamino)propyl]oxamide and btc is the tetra-anion of 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid, was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity measurement, IR and electronic spectral studies. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The structure consists of crystallized water molecules and neutral two-dimensional copper(II) coordination polymeric networks constructed both by the bis-tridentate μ-trans-dmapox and tetra-monodentate μ4-btc bridging ligands. Each btc ligand links four trans-dmapox-bridged binuclear copper(II) building blocks [Cu2(H2O)2(trans-dmapox)]2+ and each binuclear copper(II) building block attaches to two btc ligands forming an infinite 2D layer which consists of 4+4 grids with dimensions of 13.563(5) × 15.616(5) Å. The environment around the copper(II) atom can be described as a distorted square-pyramid and the Cu?Cu separations through μ-trans-dmapox and μ4-btc bridging ligands are 5.225 Å (Cu1-Cu1i), 5.270 Å (Cu2-Cu2ii), 6.115 Å (Cu1-Cu2), 9.047 Å (Cu1-Cu2iii) and 10.968 Å (Cu1-Cu1iii), respectively. Abundant hydrogen bonds among the crystallized, the coordinated water molecules, and the uncoordinated carboxyl oxygen atoms cross-link the two-dimensional layers into an overall three-dimensional channel-like framework. The interaction of the copper(II) polymer with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) has been investigated by using absorption, emission spectral and electrochemical techniques. The results indicate that the copper(II) polymer interacts with DNA strongly (Kb = 4.8 × 105 M−1 and Ksv = 1.1 × 104) and the interaction mode between the copper(II) polymer and DNA may be the groove binding. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report about the crystal structure and DNA-binding studies of a two-dimensional copper(II) polymer bridged both by the trans-oxamidate and btc ligands.  相似文献

Structural, magnetic and spectroscopic data of a new trinuclear copper(II) complex with the ligand aspartame (apm) are described. [Cu(apm)2Cu(μ-N,O:O′-apm)2(H2O)Cu(apm)2(H2O)] · 5H2O crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 (#1) with a = 7.3300(1) Å, b = 15.6840(1) Å, c = 21.5280(1) Å, α = 93.02(1)°, β = 93.21(1)°, γ = 92.66(1)° and Z = 1. Aspartame coordinates to Cu(II) through the carboxylate and β-amino groups. The carboxylate groups of the two central ligands act as bidentate bridges in a syn-anti conformation while the carboxylate groups of the four peripheral ligands are monodentate in a syn conformation. The central copper ion is in a distorted square pyramidal geometry with the apical position being occupied by one oxygen atom of the water molecule. The two terminal copper(II) atoms are coordinated to the ligands in the same position but their coordination sphere differs from each other due to the fact that one copper atom has a water molecule in an apical position leading to an octahedral coordination sphere while the other copper atom is exclusively coordinated to aspartame ligands forming a distorted square pyramidal coordination sphere. Thermal analysis is consistent with the X-ray structure. EPR spectra and CV curves indicate a rupture of the trinuclear framework when this complex is dissolved in ethanol or DMF, forming a mononuclear species, with a tetragonal structure.  相似文献

A novel mixture cations templated indium phosphates, Li(C2N2H10)[In2(HPO4)3(PO4)], has been synthesized under mild hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis and FT-IR spectrum. The crystal structure of title compound was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction data. It belongs to monoclinic, space group P2/n with unit cell dimension a = 9.4692(13) Å, b = 9.1622(12) Å, c = 9.7063(14) Å, β = 117.5620(10)°. Its structure is characterized as a three-dimensional open-framework with 8-membered ring channels along a axis, where the inorganic lithium cation and organic double-protonated ethylenediamine cation are located and interact with the framework both electrostatically and via hydrogen bonds of N-H?O.  相似文献

The reaction of Ln(III) ions with the precursor [Cu(opba)]2− in DMSO has afforded a series of isostructural compounds of general chemical formula Ln2[Cu(opba)]3(DMSO)6(H2O) · (H2O), where Ln(III) stands for a lanthanide ion and opba stands for ortho-phenylenebis(oxamato). The crystal structure has been solved for the Gd(III) containing compound. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbn21 (No. 33) with a = 9.4183(2) Å, b = 21.2326(4) Å, c = 37.9387(8) Å and Z = 4. The structure consists of ladder-like molecular motifs parallel to each other. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first Ln(III)Cu(II) coordination polymer family exhibiting the same crystal structure over the whole lanthanide series. The magnetic properties of the compounds have been investigated and the magnetic behavior of the Gd(III) containing compound was studied in more detail.  相似文献

A novel one-dimensional heterometallic complex, {Cd2[NiL]2(SCN)4(H2O)}n (1), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray analysis, where L is dianion of 2,3-dioxo-5,6,13,14-dibenzo-9,10-cyclohexyl-7,12-bis(ethoxycarbonyl)-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradeca-7,11-diene. The most striking feature of 1 is that in the structure there is one type of S-S bond (1.823(13) Å) formed by two thiocyanate groups which has not been reported to our knowledge. The DNA cleavage activity of 1 in the presence of H2O2 was compared with those of nickel(II) ion, cadmium(II) ion and corresponding mononuclear precursor NiL (2). The DNA cleavage kinetics was studied and the corresponding activation parameters of 1 were obtained.  相似文献

A novel three-dimensional organically templated zincophosphite, [C6N2H18] · [Zn3(HPO3)4], was synthesized under milder hydrothermal conditions and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, differential thermal-thermogravimetric analysis, powder X-ray diffraction, 31P MAS NMR spectrum, and IR spectroscopy. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with cell parameters: a = 8.7820(4) Å, b = 14.9417(7) Å, c = 15.4943(5) Å, β = 92.940(2)°, and Z = 4. The structure consists of a network of strictly alternating ZnO4 tetrahedra and pseudo-pyramid, forming 4-membered ring chains. The structure has a 4.8.16-net and 8- and 16-membered ring channels where completely protonated N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylenediamine cations are encapsulated. The structure is stabilized by template-to-framework hydrogen bonding. In phosphites system, this compound possesses extra-large-pores.  相似文献

A novel chain-like luminescent samarium coordination polymer {Sm3(C8H4O4)4(C12N2H8)2(NO3)}n (C8H4O4 = phthalate, C12N2H8 = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been assembled by hydrothermal process. The title complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/c, with lattice parameters a = 22.56(3) Å, b = 11.155(15) Å, c = 20.32(3) Å, β = 96.70(2)°, V = 5078(12) Å3, F(000) = 2964, GOF = 0.857, R1 = 0.0358, wR2 = 0.0597, Z = 4. Samarium ions exhibit different coordination modes from each other and lead to the unexpected high asymmetrical structure. To our knowledge, it is the first example of lanthanide coordination polymers comprising the three asymmetrical central Sm3+ fragments. The photophysical properties have been studied with excitation and emission spectra.  相似文献

A heterobimetallic single molecular precursor, [Fe2Ti4(μ-O)6(TFA)8(THF)6] (1) [TFA = trifluoroacetate, THF = tetrahydrofuran], was synthesized by the simple reaction of [Fe3O(OAc)6(H2O)3]NO3·4H2O [OAc = acetato] with tetrakis(2-ethoxyethanalato)titanium(IV) in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid in THF. The synthesized precursor was analyzed by melting point, CHN analysis, FTIR, single crystal X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis. Complex (1) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pca21 with cell dimensions a = 19.2114(14), b = 20.4804(15) and c = 17.2504(12) Å, and the complex undergoes thermal decomposition at 490 °C to give a residual mass corresponding to an Fe2TiO5-TiO2 composite mixture. The synthesized precursor was utilized for deposition of Fe2TiO5-TiO2 composite thin films by aerosol-assisted chemical vapor deposition (AACVD) on glass substrates at 500 °C using argon as the carrier gas. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) analyses of the thin films suggest the formation of good quality crystalline thin films of an Fe2TiO5-TiO2 composite with an average grain size of 0.105-0.120 μm.  相似文献

Synthesis, structural characterization, and magnetic properties of a new cyano-bridged one-dimensional iron (III)-gadolinium (III) compound, trans-[Gd(o-phen)2(H2O)2(μ-CN)2Fe(CN)4]n · 2no-phen (o-phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), have been described. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group with the following unit cell parameters: a = 10.538(14) Å, b = 12.004(14) Å, c = 20.61(2) Å, α = 92.41(1)°, β = 92.76(1)°, γ = 112.72(1)°, and Z = 2. In this complex, each gadolinium (III) is coordinated to two nitrile nitrogens of the CN groups coming from two different ferricyanides, the mutually trans cyanides of each of which links another different GdIII to create -NC-Fe(CN)4-CN-Gd-NC- type 1-D chain structure. The one-dimensional chains are self-assembled in two-dimensions via weak C-H?N hydrogen bonds. Both the variable-temperature (2-300 K, 0.01 T and 0.8 T) and variable-field (0-50 000 Gauss, 2 K) magnetic measurements reveal the existence of very weak interaction in this molecule. The temperature dependence of the susceptibilities has been analyzed using a model for a chain of alternating classic (7/2) and quantum (1/2) spins.  相似文献

A novel 2-D metal-organic coordination polymer [Ni0.5(apddica)(H2O)] · H2O 1 (Hapddica=2-(4-Amino-phenyl)-1,3-dioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindole-5-carboxylic acid) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by element analyses, IR and XPS spectra, TG analyses and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data: C15H13N2Ni0.5O6, monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a=12.181(2) Å, b=7.9392(6) Å, c=14.835(3) Å, β=94.25(3) °, V=1430(75) Å3, Z=4. Compound 1 exhibits a novel 2-D double-layers network based on apddica and Ni center. It is noteworthy that new ligand Hapddica was first prepared with hydrothermal technique involving in situ ligand synthesis and used for constructing coordination polymers. There are unusual parallelogram tunnels along a-axis in which the dissociative water molecules filled in. The magnetic property of compound has been studied.  相似文献
