Three palladium(II) complexes have been synthesized, using 3,4-bis(cyanamido) cyclobutane-1,2-dione dianion (3,4-bis(cyanamido)squarate or 3,4-NCNsq2−): [Pd(en)(3,4-NCNsq)] · 1.5H2O (1) (en=1,2-diaminoethane), [Pd(en)(3,4-(NC(O)NH2)sq)] · 0.5H2O (2) and K3Na[Pd2(3,4-(NCN)2sq)4] · 5H2O (3). Complex 1 has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 13C NMR spectroscopies. Complexes 2 and 3 have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In complex 2, the unusual hydration of the cyanamido ligand was observed, it proceeds in the coordination sphere of the palladium and leads to a chelating urea squarate ligand. Complex 3 is an anionic dinuclear complex containing four bridging cyanamido squarate ligands. In complexes 2 and 3, the 3,4-NCNsq2− ligand (hydrated or not) is, for the first time, coordinated to the metal atom by the two amido nitrogen atoms, either in a chelating mode (complex 2) or in a bridging mode giving a short Pd ? Pd distance of 2.8866(15) Å (complex 3). Electrochemical studies in acetonitrile and dmf solutions have been performed on complexes 1 and 3.  相似文献

Four new zinc(II) complexes [Zn(dien)(μ-nic)]2(BPh4)2·2CH3OH (1), {[Zn(dien)(isonic)]BPh4}n (2), [Zn(tren)(nic)]BPh4 (3) and [Zn(tren)(isonic)]BPh4 (4) (dien/tren = diethylenetriamine/triethylenetriamine, nic/isonic = nicotinate/isonicotinate anion) were synthesized and structurally characterized by IR, 1H NMR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. In the zinc(II) complexes of dien, both nicotinate and isonicotinate connect the zinc(II) ions via N,O-bis-monodentate mode. Complex 1 contains a centrosymmetric dinuclear unit bridged by two nicotinate anions in anti-parallel way. Complex 2 is characterized by an infinite one-dimensional zigzag chain bridged by isonicotinate anion in an end-to-end mode. The Zn···Zn distance is 6.782 for 1 and 8.805 Å for 2. While in the complexes of tren, both 3 and 4 are mononuclear complexes with nicotinate and isonicotinate coordinated to zinc(II) ion through only one oxygen atom of their carboxylate groups. The zinc(II) ions in all of the four complexes are in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. Complex 3 forms a dinuclear unit and complex 4 forms an infinite 2D sheet structure through intermolecular H-bonds. In all of the crystal lattices, the counterions act to balance the electronic charge at the same time to construct different 3D structures through noncovalent interactions such as C-H···π, N-H···π and van der Waals interactions.  相似文献

Four copper(I) complexes of 2,11-dithia[3.3]paracyclophane (dtpcp), [CuI(dtpcp)] · MeCN (1), [CuBr(dtpcp)] · MeCN (2), [CuCl(dtpcp)] · MeCN (3) and [Cu2I2(dtpcp)2] · Me-thf (4) (Me-thf=2-methyltetrahydrofuran), have been synthesized and their molecular structures determined by X-ray crystallography. Complexes 1 and 2 are isostructural, and exhibit 3D networks with elliptical channels along a-axis, which are constructed by dtpcp molecules bridging zigzag CuI and CuBr chains, respectively. Complexes 3 and 4 are 2D porous sheet networks constructed by bridging the zigzag copper-dtpcp chains via rhombic ring of Cu2X2 (X=Cl or I). All sheets in 3 are packed in an eclipsed manner through π-π stackings to generate channels along the a-axis. However, the 2D porous sheets in 4 are packed in an offset mode such that channels are not formed along c-axis. Complexes 1 and 2 can reversibly incorporate guest acetonitriles without collapse of structures, and the original frameworks of 1 and 2 are completely recovered after incorporation of guests which are confirmed by X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) pattern and 1H NMR spectrum. Additionally, complex 1 exhibits selectivity in size and polarity for guest inclusion.  相似文献

The distorted square-planar complexes [Pd(PNHP)Cl]Cl (1) (PNHP = bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl]amine), [M(P3)Cl]Cl [P3 = bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl]phenylphosphine; M = Pd (2), Pt (3)] and [Pt(NP3)Cl]Cl (5) (NP3 = tris[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl]amine), coexisting in the later case with a square-pyramidal arrangement, react with one equivalent of CuCl to give the mononuclear heteroionic systems [M(L)Cl](CuCl2) [L = PNHP, M = Pd (1a); L = P3, M = Pd (2a), Pt (3a); L = NP3, M = Pt (5a)]. The crystal structure of 3a confirms that Pt(II) retains the distorted square-planar geometry of 3 in the cation with P3 acting as tridentate chelating ligand, the central P atom being trans to one chloride. The counter anion is a nearly linear dichlorocuprate(I) ion. However, the five-coordinate complexes [Pd(NP3)Cl]Cl (4), [M(PP3)Cl]Cl (M = Pd (6), Pt (7); PP3 = tris[2-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl] phosphine) containing three fused five-membered chelate rings undergo a ring-opening by interaction with one (4, 6, 7) and two (6, 7) equivalents of CuCl with formation of neutral MCu(L)Cl3 [L = NP3, M = Pd (4a); L = PP3, M = Pd (6a), Pt (7a)] and ionic [MCu(PP3)Cl2](CuCl2) [M = Pd (6b), Pt (7b)] compounds, respectively. The heteronuclear systems were shown by 31P NMR to have structures where the phosphines are acting as tridentate chelating ligands to M(II) and monodentate bridging to Cu(I). Further additions of CuCl to the neutral species 6a and 7a in a 1:1 ratio resulted in the achievement of the ionic complexes 6b and 7b with ions as counter anions. It was demonstrated that the formation of heterobimetallic or just mononuclear mixed salt complexes was clearly influenced by the polyphosphine arrangement with the tripodal ligands giving the former compounds. However, complexes [M(NP3)Cl]Cl constitute one exception and the type of reaction undergone versus CuCl is a function of the d8 metal centre.  相似文献

The reaction of MCl2 · 2H2O (M = Cu, Zn) with 2,3,5,6-tetra(2-pyridyl)pyrazine (tppz) (referred hereafter as L) in 2:1 molar ratio in acetonitrile at room temperature afforded binuclear complexes [M23-L)Cl4] [Cu (1), Zn (2)] where the ligand is bis-tridentate manner. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, FAB-MS, IR, EPR, NMR and electronic spectral studies. Solid state structures of both the [Cu23-L)Cl4] · 5H2O (1), [Zn23-L)Cl4] · H2O (2) have been determined by single crystal X-ray analyses. A well-resolved uudd cyclic water tetramer and water monomer were reported in the crystal host of [Cu23-L)Cl4] · 5H2O (1) and [Zn23-L)Cl4] · H2O (2) showing the contribution of the water cluster to the stability of the crystal host 1 and 2.  相似文献

The reaction of aqueous solutions of the preformed 1:1 Cu(ClO4)2-polydentate amine with tetrasodium 1,2,4,5-benzene tetracarboxylate (Na4bta) afforded three different types of polynuclear compounds. These include the tetranuclear complexes: [Cu4(Medpt)44-bta)(ClO4)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2·2H2O (1), [Cu4(pmdien)44-bta)(H2O)4](ClO4)4 (2), [Cu4(Mepea)44-bta)(H2O)2](ClO4)4(3), [Cu4(TPA)44-bta)](ClO4)4·10H2O (4) and [Cu4(tepa)44-bta)](ClO4)4·2H2O (5), the di-nuclear: [Cu2(DPA)22-bta)(H2O)2]·4H2O (6), [Cu2(dppa)22-bta)(H2O)2]·4H2O (7) and [Cu2(pmea)22-bta)]·14H2O (8) and the trinuclear complex [Cu3(dppa)33-bta)(H2O)2.25](ClO4)2·6.5H2O (9) where Medpt = 3,3′-diamino-N-methyldipropylamine, pmedien = N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, Mepea = [2-(2-pyridyl)ethyl]-(2-pyridylmethyl)methylamine, TPA = tris(2-pyridylmethyl)amine, tepa = tris[2-(2-pyridyl)ethyl)]amine, DPA = di(2-pyridymethyl)amine, dppa = N-propanamide-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amine and pmea = bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-[2-(2-pyridylethyl)]amine. The complexes were structurally characterized by elemental analyses, spectroscopic techniques, and by X-ray crystallography for complexes 1, 2, 4, 6, 7 and 9. X-ray structure of the complexes reveal that bta4− is acting as a bridging ligand via its four deprotonated caboxylate groups in 1, 2 and 4, three carboxylate groups in 9 and via two trans-carboxylates in 6 and 7. The complexes exhibit extended supramolecular networks with different dimensionality: 1-D in 2 and 4 due to hydrogen bonds of the type O-H···O, 2-D in 1 and 7, and 3-D network in 6 as a result of hydrogen bonds of the types N-H···O and O-H···O. Magnetic susceptibility measurements showed very weak antiferromagnetic coupling between the CuII ions in 1-5, 7-9 (|J| = 0.02-0.87 cm−1) and weak ferromagnetic coupling for 6 (= 0.08 cm−1).  相似文献

Four new fluconazole-bridged zinc(II) and cadmium(II) complexes with dicarboxylate co-ligands, namely [Zn(HFlu)(TPA)]n (1), {[Cd(HFlu)2(TPA)]·2CH3OH}n (2), [Zn(HFlu)2(Suc)(H2O)2]·H2O (3), and [Cd(HFlu)2(Suc)(H2O)2]·H2O (4), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction (HFlu = 2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-1,3-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-propan-2-ol, H2TPA = terephthalic acid, and H2Suc = succinic acid). Complex 1 displays a 2-D corrugated network with common (4,4) topology, in which two types of grids constructed by two bridging TPA dianions and two HFlu ligands are found. Complex 2 shows an unusual (3,6) coordination layer consisting of alternative PMPM Cd-HFlu helical chains in which the Cd(II) nodes are also fixed by terephthalate dianions in a cis fashion. The isostructural complexes 3 and 4 have 20-membered dimeric macrocyclic motifs with the Zn···Zn and Cd···Cd distances of 11.258(2) and 11.528(2) Å, respectively. The fluorescence and thermal stability of complexes 1-4 have also been investigated.  相似文献

Iron (II) and iron (III) complexes, [FeII(DEDTC)2(dppe)] · CH2Cl2 (1), [FeII(ETXANT)2(dppe)] (2) (DEDTC = diethyldithiocarbamate, ETXANT = ethyl xanthate, dppe = 1,2-bis (diphenylphosphino) ethane), and [FeIII(DEDTC)2(dppe)] [FeIIICl4] (3) have been synthesized and characterized. Since 3 contains two magnetic centers, an anion metathesis reaction has been conducted to replace the tetrahedral FeCl4 by a non-magnetic BPh4 ion producing [FeIII(DEDTC)2(dppe)]BPh4 (4) for the sake of unequivocal understanding of the magnetic behavior of the cation of 3. With the similar end in view, the well-known FeCl4 ion, the counter anion of 3, is trapped as PPh4[FeIIICl4] (5) and its magnetic property from 298 to 2 K has been studied. Besides the spectroscopic (IR, UV-Vis, NMR, EPR, Mass and XPS) characterization of the appropriate compounds, especially 2, others viz. 1, 3 and 4 have been structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. While FeII complexes, 1 and 2, are diamagnetic, the FeIII systems, namely the cations of 3, and 4 behave as low-spin (S = 1/2) paramagnetic species from 298 to 50 K. Below 50 K 3 shows gradual increase of χMT up to 2 K suggesting ferromagnetic behavior while 4 exhibits gradual decrease of magnetic moment from 60 to 2 K, indicating the occurrence of weak antiferromagnetic interaction. These conclusions are supported by the Mössbauer studies of 3 and 4. The Mössbauer pattern of 1 exhibits a doublet site for diamagnetic (2-400 K) FeII. The compounds 1, 2 and 4 encompass interesting cyclic voltammetric responses involving FeII, FeIII and FeIV.  相似文献

Three new ion-pair complexes, [4RBzDMAP]2[Cu(mnt)2] (mnt2− = maleonitriledithiolate; [4RBzDMAP]+ = 1-(4′-R-benzyl)-4-dimethylaminopyridinium, R = F(1), Cl(2) and Br(3)) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV, single crystal X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements. The [Cu(mnt)2]2− anions and the cations stack alternately and form a 1D column via C-H···S, C-H···π or C-H···Cu interactions for 1 and 2. While the cations stack into a column though π···π or C-H···π interactions between pyridine and phenyl rings for 1 and 3. The change of the molecular topology of the counteraction when the 4-substituted group in the benzyl ring have been changed from F or Cl to Br atom, results in the difference in the crystal system, space group and the stacking mode of the cations and anions of 1, 2 and 3. Some weak hydrogen bonds between the adjacent columns further generate a 3D network structure. It is interesting that 1 and 2 exhibits antiferromagnetic coupling with θ = −2.372 K and θ = −14.732 K, while 3 shows weak ferromagnetic coupling feature with θ = 0.381 K.  相似文献

A series of mononuclear organotin(IV) complexes of the types, R3SnL {R = C4H9 (1), C6H11 (2), CH3 (3) and C6H5 (4)}, R2SnClL {R = C4H9 (5), C2H5 (7) and CH3 (9)} and R2SnL2 {R = C4H9 (6), C2H5 (8) and CH3 (10)}, have been synthesized, where L = 4-(4-methoxyphenyl)piperazine-1-carbodithioate. The ligand-salt and the complexes have been characterized by Raman, FT-IR and multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectroscopy and elemental microanalysis (CHNS). The spectroscopic data substantiate coordination of the ligands to the organotin moieties. The structures of complexes 4 and 6 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and illustrate the asymmetric bidentate bonding of the ligand. The packing diagrams indicate O···H and π···H intermolecular interactions in complex 4 and intermolecular S2C···H interactions in complex 6, resulting in layer structures for both complexes. A subsequent antimicrobial study indicates that the compounds are active biologically and may well be the basis for a new class of fungicides.  相似文献

Using the principle of crystal engineering, six metal-organic coordination polymers, [Cd(bdc)(3-pytpy)]n · 2nH2O (1), [Cd(bdc)0.5(3-pytpy)]n · n(ClO4) (2), Cd(ndc)0.5(3-pytpy)]n · n(ClO4) (3), [Zn(ndc)(3-pytpy)]n (4), [Cd(bqdc)(3-pytpy)]n (5), and [Zn(pam)(3-pytpy)]n · 2nH2O (6) (H2bdc = benzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid, H2ndc = naphthalene-2,6-dicarboxylic acid, H2bqdc = 2,2′-biquinoline-4,4′-dicarboxylic acid, H2pam = pamoic acid), were synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Compounds 1-6 crystallize in the presence of organic-acid linkers as well as multi-functional N-donor ligand 4′-(3-pyridyl)-2,2′:6′,2′′-terpyridine (3-pytpy). In complexes 1, 4, 5, and 6, the dicarboxylate as bridging ligand connects metal atoms to form the main body of 1D zigzag chains for 1 and 4, nearly linear chain for 5 and helical chain for 6, while 3-pytpy as tridentate chelating ligand is just like lateral arm grafting on both sides of these chains. In complexes 2 and 3, both the dicarboxylate and 3-pytpy as bridging ligands connect metal atoms into 2D polymeric structure for 2 and 1D chain of alternating loops and rods for 3. The weak interactions such as hydrogen bonding and π···π stacking were investigated on the formation of superamolecular structures and the influence of organic acid on the formation of the final structures was discussed. In addition, the photoluminescent properties of 1-6 were also determined.  相似文献

The 2:1 and 1:2 adducts of Au(I) and 1:2 adducts of Ag(I) with the diphosphine 2,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)maleic acid (dpmaa) have been prepared in high yields. Crystal structures have been determined for the neutral digold complex (AuCl)2(dpmaa) · 2thf (1) and the bis-chelated complex [Au(dpmaa)2]Cl · H2O · CH3OH (2). For 1, conformational rigidity imposed by the ethylenic bridge facilitates the formation of short intramolecular Au-Au contacts with no evidence of similar intermolecular contacts. Complex 2 crystallizes with [Au(dpmaa)2]+ cations hydrogen bonded through the carboxyl groups to a water molecule and chloride anion to form a H-bonded chain along the a axis. 31P NMR titration of 1 with dpmaa in acetone shows conversion to 2 at Au:P-P ratios less than 1:1 indicating similar high thermodynamic and kinetic stabilities to other bis-chelated [Au(P-P)2]+ complexes containing 5- or 6-membered chelate rings. The ionic Au(I) complex 2 and the analogous Ag(I) complex [Ag(dpmma)2]NO3 (3) are highly water soluble. The in vitro cytotoxic activity of 2 was assessed against eight different cell lines and no significant activity was found. The solubility properties and solution behaviour of the complexes are compared to the analogous 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe) complexes and the potential significance of these results to the antitumour properties of chelated 1:2 Au(I)diphosphine complexes are discussed.  相似文献

Four novel nicotinato-copper(II) complexes containing polybenzimidazole and polyamine ligands were synthesized with formula [Cu2(bbma)2(nic)2](ClO4)2·CH3OH·0.5H2O (1), [Cu2(dien)2(nic)2](ClO4)2·2CH3OH (2), [Cu(ntb)(nic)]ClO4·H2O (3) and [Cu(tren)(nic)]BPh4·CH3OH·H2O (4), in which bbma is bis(benzimidazol-2-yl-methyl)amine, dien is diethylenetriamine, ntb is tris(2-benzimidazolylmethyl)amine, tren is tris(2-aminoethyl)amine and nic is nicotinate anion. All of the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction analysis. Complexes 1 and 2 contain centrosymmetric dinuclear entity with the two Cu(II) atoms bridged by two nicotinate anions in an anti-parallel mode. The Cu···Cu separation is 7.109 Å for 1 and 6.979 Å for 2. Complexes 3 and 4 are mononuclear with nicotinate coordinated to Cu(II) ion by the carboxylate O atom in 3 and the pyridine N atom in 4. All of the complexes exhibit abundant hydrogen bonds to form 1D chain for 1, 3, 4 and 2D network for 2. Magnetic susceptibility measurements over the 2-300 K range reveal very weak ferromagnetic interaction between the two Cu(II) ions in 1 and antiferromagnetic interaction in 2 mediated by nicotinate ligand, with J value to be 0.15 and −0.19 cm−1, respectively.  相似文献

A family of four new phenoxo-bridged binuclear manganese(III) complexes of the general formula, [Mn(L)(X)]2 where L = [N,N′-bis(salicylidene)]propane-1,2-diamine and X = salicylaldehyde anion (sal) (1); NCS (2); NCO (3) and [Mn(L′)(N3)]2·2C2H5OH (4) where L′ = [N,N′-bis(2-hydroxyacetophenylidene)]propane-1,2-diamine has been prepared. The syntheses have been achieved by reacting manganese perchlorate with 1,2-diaminopropane and salicylaldehyde (or 2-hydroxyacetophenone for 4) or along with the respective pseudohalides so that the tetradentate Schiff base H2L or H2L′ is obtained in situ to bind the Mn(III) ion. The complexes have been characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, crystal structure analysis and variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements. The single crystal X-ray diffraction studies show that the compounds are isostructural containing dimeric Mn(III) units with bridging phenolate oxygen atoms. Low temperature magnetic studies indicate that the complexes 1-3 exhibit intradimer ferromagnetic exchange as well as single-molecule magnet (SMM) behavior while complex 4 is found to undergo an intradimer antiferromagnetic coupling.  相似文献

[Rh(CO)2Cl]2 reacts with two mole equivalent of 2-acetylpyridine (a), 3-acetylpyridine (b) and 4-acetylpyridine (c) to afford chelate [Rh(CO)Cl(η2-N∩O)] (1a) and non-chelate [Rh(CO)2Cl(η1-N∼O)] (1b, 1c) complexes, where, N∩O = a, N∼O = b, c. Oxidative addition (OA) of 1a-1c with CH3I and C2H5I yields penta coordinate rhodium(III) complexes, [Rh(COR)ClI(η2-N∩O)] {R = -CH3 (2a); -C2H5 (3a)} and [Rh(COR)(CO)ClI(η1-N∼O)] {R = -CH3 (2b, 2c); -C2H5 (3b, 3c)}. Kinetic study for the reaction of 1a-1c with CH3I indicates a pseudo-first order reaction. The catalytic activity of 1a-1c for the carbonylation of methanol to acetic acid and its ester was evaluated at different initial CO pressures 5, 10 and 20 bar at ∼25 °C and higher turn over numbers (TON = 1581-1654) were obtained compared to commercial Monsanto’s species [Rh(CO)2I2] (TON = 1000) under the reaction conditions: temperature = 130 ± 1 °C, pressure = 15-32 bar, rpm = 450, time = 1 h and catalyst: substrate = 1: 1900.  相似文献

Three mono-nuclear copper(II) complexes [Cu(tepza)X]ClO4 (X = Cl, 1; X = NCS, 2; X = dca, 3) and two dinuclear bridging complexes [Cu2(tepza)2(μ-C4O4)](ClO4)2·H2O(4) and [Cu2(tepza)2(μ-C5O5)](ClO4)2(5) where tepza = tris[2-ethyl(1-pyrazolyl)]amine, dca = dicyanamide, C4O42− = 3,4-dihydroxycyclobut-3-ene-1,2-dionate (squarate dianion) and C5O52− = 4,5-dihydroxycyclopent-4-ene-1,2,3-trionate (croconate dianion) were synthesized and structurally characterized by IR and UV-Vis spectroscopy as well as by single X-ray crystallography. In the solid state, the geometry of copper(II) centers in these complexes are as follows: close to SP in 2, distorted TBP in 3, predominant SP in 4, and distorted octahedral in 5, whereas in solution distorted SP geometry was generally found. The squarato and the croconato dianions in complexes 4 and 5 are bridging the two copper(II) centers in cis-bis-monodentate and bis-bidentate bonding modes, respectively. Magnetic susceptibility measurements at variable temperatures (2-300 K) reveal the weak antiferromagnetic coupling in the two bridging dinuclear complexes 4 (= −24.9 cm−1) and 5 (= −3.1 cm−1).  相似文献

The first [Pd(Ln)2(ox)] xH2O oxalato(ox) complexes involving 2-chloro-N6-(benzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L1; complex 1), 2-chloro-N6-(4-methoxybenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L2; 2), 2-chloro-N6-(2,3-dimethoxybenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L3; 3), 2-chloro-N6-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L4; 4), and 2-chloro-N6-(4-methylbenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L5; 5) have been synthesized by the reactions of potassium bis(oxalato)palladate(II) dihydrate, [K2Pd(ox)2]·2H2O, with the mentioned organic compounds (H2ox = oxalic acid; x = 0 for 1-3 and 5 or 2 for 4). Elemental analyses (C, H, N), FTIR, Raman and NMR (1H, 13C, 15N) spectroscopies, conductivity measurements and thermal studies (thermogravimetric and differential thermal analyses, TG/DTA) have been used to characterize the prepared complexes. The molecular structures of [Pd(L2)2(ox)] (2) and [Pd(L5)2(ox)]·L5·Me2CO (5·L5·Me2CO) have been determined by a single crystal X-ray analysis. The geometry of these complexes is slightly distorted square-planar with two appropriate Ln (n = 2 or 5) molecules mutually arranged in the head-to-head (2) or head-to-tail (5) orientation. The Ln ligands are coordinated to the central Pd(II) ion via the N7 atoms. The same conclusions regarding the binding properties of L1-L5 ligands can be made based on multinuclear NMR spectra. In vitro cytotoxicity of the complexes 1-5 has been evaluated against human chronic myelogenous leukaemia (K562) and human breast adenocarcinoma (MCF7) cancer cell lines. Significant cytotoxicity has been determined for the complexes 3 (IC50 = 6.2 μM) and 5 (IC50 = 6.8 μM) on the MCF7 cell line, which is even better than that found for the well-known and widely-used platinum-bearing antineoplastic drugs, i.e. oxaliplatin and cisplatin.  相似文献

The complexes of 2-[2-(diphenylphosphoryl)prop-2-yl]-1,8-naphthyridine (L) with lanthanide nitrates Ln(NO3)3 (Ln = Nd, Eu, Lu) were investigated to elucidate the coordination ability of a novel type of potentially tridentate ligands - phosphorylalkyl substituted naphthyridines. The X-ray crystal structures of [NdL3]3+ · 3(NO3) · MeCN (1), [EuL3]3+ · 3(NO3) · [Eu(NO3)3 · 4H2O] · MeCN (2), and [LuL3]3+ · 3(NO3) · [Lu(NO3)3 · 3H2O] · 2 MeCN · 0.5 H2O (3) are reported together with their IR and Raman spectra. All the compounds studied contain isostructural [LnL3]3+ cations and three NO3 counterions. Coordination of each L appears to be O,N,N tridentate-cyclic and coordination number of Ln is nine. Vibrational spectra of 1-3 are also compared with that of free ligand and model compounds.  相似文献

The reactions of Me(Ph)SnCl2 and Et(Ph)SnCl2 with 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(thiosemicarbazone) (H2DAPTSC) afforded the complexes [Me(Ph)Sn(HDAPTSC)]Cl · 1.25MeOH (1) and [Et(Ph)Sn(H2DAPTSC)]Cl2 · MeOH · H2O (2), respectively. Single-crystal X-ray crystallography showed that in both complexes the ligand, monodeprotonated in 1 and neutral in 2, is S(1),S(2),N(3),N(4),N(5)-coordinated, and the coordination geometry around the metal can be described as a distorted pentagonal bipyramid with the aryl and alkyl groups in axial positions. 1H and 119Sn NMR studies of solution in DMSO suggest that 2 dissociates completely in this solvent, while 1 evolves to the new complex [Me(Ph)Sn(DAPTSC)], with release of H2DAPTSC and Me(Ph)SnCl2. Five-coordinate thiolato complexes, [L1M(SMeIm)] (M = Co and Ni) (L1 = hydrotris(3,5-diisopropyl-1-pyrazolyl)borate anion and HSMeIm = 2-mercapto-1-methylimidazole), were synthesized. These complexes were compared with the corresponding Cu(II) and Zn(II) complexes with the same ligands and were also compared with the related four-coordinate complexes [L1M(SC6F5)] (HSC6F5 = pentafluorobenzenthiol). All the complexes were characterized by X-ray crystallography and UV-Vis absorption, IR, 1H NMR, and other spectroscopic techniques. All five-coordinate thiolato complexes, [L1M(SMeIm)] (M = Co, Ni, and Cu), form a distorted square pyramidal structure with a high spin state, and only [L1Zn(SMeIm)] takes a four-coordinate structure with a distorted tetrahedral configuration. The N21-M-S bond angles of the obtained five-coordinate complexes were proportional to the corresponding d value, which comes from between the equatorial basal plane with N4S ligand donor sets and metal ion. These observations and M-S bond distances affect on UV-Vis and far-IR spectral behavior.  相似文献
