The crystal structures of two 1:1 ligand-silver(I) cyanide complexes, [Ag(CN)(en)] (en = ethane-1,2-diamine) (1) and [Ag(CN)(pn)] (pn = propane-1,2-diamine) (2), and of two 2:1 ligand-silver(I) cyanide compounds, [(AgCN)2 · tn] (tn = propane-1,3-diamine) (3) and [(AgCN)2 · bn] (bn = butane-1,4-diamine) (4), were determined from single-crystal X-ray diffraction data, collected at 173 K. In 1 and 2, mononuclear AgCN complexes are formed, in which silver(I) is coordinated by one cyanide and one chelating alkanediamine donor ligand. However, in the dinuclear adducts of 3 and 4, two AgCN units are connected by one alkane-1,n-diamine bridging ligand (n = 3, 4). The resulting molecules of 1-4 are cross-linked via N-H?N hydrogen bonds. Apart from these intermolecular contacts, comparatively short Ag(I)-Ag(I) distances of 3.182(1) Å (in 1), 3.267(1) Å (in 2), 3.023(2) Å (in 3) and 3.050(2) Å (in 4) occur.  相似文献

Two new polymeric silver(I)-fluconazole complexes: [Ag(HFlu)(NO3)]n (1) and {[Ag(HFlu)2](ClO4)}n (2), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The crystal structure of 1 consists of infinite 1D single strand helical coordination arrays with alternative …PMPM… arrangements, which are interlinked through hydrogen bonding interactions to generate a 3D network. The shortest intrachain Ag?Ag distance bridged by HFlu ligand is 8.287(1) Å. In 2, each Ag(I) ion is coordinated by four triazole N atoms from four HFlu ligands to form a 2D coordination layer, which has a helical arrangement along the [1 0 0] direction. The results of anti-fungal studies demonstrate that both silver(I) complexes are more active in comparison to the fluconazole drug.  相似文献

Six hydrogen-bonded silver(I) complexes, Ag(4-abaH)2(NO3) (1), [Ag(4-abaH)2(NO3)]n (2), {[Ag(4-aba)(4-abaH)] · H2O}n (3), {[Ag(4,4-bipy)(H2O)](4-aba)0.5(NO3)0.5 · (H2O)0.5}n (4), [Ag[(3-abaH0.5)2] (5), and {[Ag(3-aba)] · H2O}n (6) (4-abaH=4-aminobenzoic acid, 3-abaH=3-aminobenzoic acid), have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. In 1, 4-abaH serves as a monodentate ligand coordinating to Ag(I) through its nitrogen atom, while uncoordinated carboxylic group links (4-abaH)-Ag-(4-abaH) into a one-dimensional metallic carboxylic synthon. 2 may be regarded as an extension of 1 into a two-dimensional carboxylic synthon through NO3 − bridging two adjacent Ag(I) centers. In 3, 4-abaH in a monodentate mode and 4-aba in a μ-N,O bridging mode link three-coordinated Ag(I) to form a one-dimensional swallow-like chain, which is further extended into a two-dimensional layer structure through inter-chain hydrogen bonding interactions. The alternating Ag(I) and 4,4-bipy in 4 give rise to a slightly distorted linear chain, which is further extended into a two-dimensional layer through the completely overlapping and off-set stacking interactions. The hydrogen bonds involving in weakly coordinated aqueous molecules and 4-aba further extend it into a three-dimensional framework. In 5, the inter-molecular hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking interactions extend Ag[(3-abaH0.5)2] into a two-dimensional supramolecular architecture. In 6, 3-aba in a μ3-N,O,O coordination mode links three three-coordinated Ag(I) into a two-dimensional network. Uncoordinated aqueous molecules and the adjacent 3-aba oxygen atoms form intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The silver(I) complexes [Ag{C5H4N(NC)}]n(BF4)n (1), [Ag{C5H4N(NC)}2]n(BF4)n (2), [Ag{C6H4(NC)2}]n(BF4)n (3), and [Ag{C6H4(NC)2}2]n(BF4)n (4) have been synthesized using different Ag:L ratios of 2-isocyanopyridine (or 2-pyridylisocyanide, CNPy-2) or 1,2-phenylenediisocyanide ligands. The polymeric complex 2 has been characterized by X-ray diffraction revealing a polymeric chain structure. Breaking the polymeric structure of [Ag{C6H4(NC)2}]n(BF4)n (3) with acetonitrile, the dimeric complex [Ag{(CN)2C6H4)}(NCMe)2]2(BF4)2 (5) is formed, which has been also characterized by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Two new Co(II) coordination polymers with mixed ligands, {[Co(BTA)0.5(DBI)2]·DBI·H2O}n (1) and [Co(PDA)(DBI)(H2O)]n (2) (H4BTA = benzene-1,2,4,5-tetracarboxylic acid; H2PDA = 2,2′-(1,2-phenylene)diacetic acid; DBI = 5,6-dimethyl-1H-benzoimidazole) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions, respectively. Both of them are characterized by elemental analyses, powder X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and magnetic susceptibilities. In 1, the Co(II) ions are four-coordinated and lie in distorted tetrahedron coordination environment. 1D ladder-like chain structure is formed by the bridging BTA4− ligand. In 2, the Co(II) ions are in slightly distorted octahedral coordination geometry, and linked by PDA2− ligand exhibiting a 2D layer structure. Temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility measurements of 1 and 2 revealed that there are antiferromagnetic interactions between Co(II) ions.  相似文献

The synthesis, characterization, crystal structure, 1H NMR, spectrophotometric and conductometric studies of a new tetranuclear silver(I) complex of [1,3-di(2-methoxy)benzene]triazene are reported. Reaction of the ligand with silver acetate resulted in the formation of a tetranuclear cluster with a four-member Ag-Ag ring core, composed of four triazenide ligands and four metals. The results of studies of the stoichiometry and formation and of complex in tetrahydrofuran solution were found to be in support of its solid state structure.  相似文献

Five new silver(I) triple salts: (Ag2C2)(AgNO3)4(AgL1)2(L1H)2 (1), (Ag2C2)(AgCF3CO2)2(AgL1)2(L1H)1/2 (2), [(Ag2C2)(AgCF3CO2)4(L2)(H2O)] · (L2H2) (3), (Ag2C2)(AgNO3)3(AgL3)2 (4), and [(Ag2C2)(AgCF3CO2)4(AgL3)2(H2O)2] · H2O (5) (L1H = nicotinic acid, L2H = isonicotinic acid, L3H = 2-pyrazinecarboxylic acid) have been synthesized by the hydrothermal method. All five compounds contain polyhedral silver(I) cages each encapsulating an acetylenediide dianion, . In 1, C2@Ag8 cages in the shape of bicapped trigonal prisms are interlinked by nitrate, L1, and L1H ligands into a three-dimensional architecture. In 2, silver(I) columns generated from fusion of triangulated dodecahedra are linked by L1 into a layer structure. Compound 3 provides a rare example of a (L2H2)+-pillared three-dimensional structure via hydrogen bonding. In 4, nitrate ligands together with L3 link the C2@Ag7 cages into a three-dimensional architecture. Compound 5 also exhibits a three-dimensional architecture generated from trifluoroacetate and L3-linked C2@Ag8 cages.  相似文献

At ambient temperature, two silver(I) complexes [Ag4(SO4)2(dppm)4]·5CH3CH2OH·1/2H2O (1) and [Ag2(SO4)(dppm)2(2-ampz)]·CH3OH·H2O (2) (dppm = bis(diphenylphosphino)methane, 2-ampz = 2-aminopyrazine) were obtained by the reaction of Ag2SO4 with dppm in the presence of pyrazine or 2-aminopyrazine. They are characterized by IR, X-ray crystallography, luminescence and 1H, 31P NMR spectroscopy. Complex 1 is a tetranuclear cluster. In complex 2, the units [Ag2(SO4)(dppm)2] are connected by 2-aminopyrazine to form a 1D linear polymer. Due to the subtle interactions of different nitrogen heterocyclic ligands with silver ions, two SO42− anions in 1 adopt μ3-O, O′, O′ and unique μ4-O, O, O′, O′ bonding modes respectively, while SO42− anion in 2 adopts μ-O, O′ bonding mode.  相似文献

Two new polynuclear complexes of Cu(II), [(μ-1,1,3-N3)2{Cu2(me2tn)2(N3)2}]n (1) (me2tn=2,2-dimethylpropane-1,3-diamine) and [Cu2(μ-C2O4)(μ-N3)(ipr2en)2]n(ClO4)n (2) (ipr2en=N,N-di-isopropylethane-1,2-diamine) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. The crystal structure of 1 displays a 2D network in which distorted octahedral copper(II) centers, chelated by a me2tn ligand and bound to a terminal azide, are connected through μ-1,1,3 bridging azide anions. The structure of 2 shows 1D chains comprising alternating [(ipr2en)Cu-Ox-Cu(ipr2en)] units and end-to-end azide ligand. The chains on mutual H-bonding interaction through ClO4, give rise to a 2D supramolecular architecture. The magnetic data of complexes were recorded in the temperature range, 300-2 K. In case of complex 1, the magnetic data are consistent with a ferromagnetic interaction through the end-on azide bridge (JFM=10 cm−1) and a weak antiferromagnetic interaction (zj=−0.8 cm−1) between the ferromagnetically coupled dimers and an average g-value of 2.05. The susceptibility data of 2 were fitted using an alternating AF-AF chain spin 1/2 law which leads to the following parameters Joxalate=−180 cm−1, Jazide=−43 cm−1 and g=2.25 cm−1.  相似文献

A series of carbazole-functionalized carboxylate ligands (N-carbazolylacetic acid (L1), 4-carbazol-9-yl-benzoic acid (L2), and 3-(4-carbazol-9-yl-phenyl)-acrylic acid (L3)) and their corresponding silver complexes were designed and synthesized and the structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffractions. The silver atoms in the complexes are in tetrahedral geometry coordinated with two oxygen from carboxylic and two phosphorous atoms from triphenylphosphine. The complexes exhibit excellent electrochemical characters in solution and strong photoluminescence in the solid state. The emission wavelengths of the compounds can be tuned (from ultraviolet to visible region) by introducing of the second coordinating ligand triphenylphosphine and by elongation of the conjugation moieties.  相似文献

A novel dinuclear copper(I) complex, [Cu22-SH)2(PPh3)3] (1) (PPh3 = triphenylphosphine) has been prepared by the reaction of CuCl with triphenylphosphine and mercaptopropanoic acid (MPA) mixed in the ratio of 1:1:1. In the molecular structure of 1, two copper atoms are bridged by S atoms of two monohydrogensulfido anions forming a four-membered ring. The planar Cu2S2 core is characterized by significant cuprophilic interactions (Cu-Cu distance = 2.897 ?). One copper atom in 1 is coordinated with two sulfur atoms and one phosphorus atom of PPh3 adopting a trigonal planar geometry, while the coordination environment around the other copper center is distorted tetrahedral that is completed by two sulfur atoms of SH groups and two phosphorus atoms of PPh3 molecules.  相似文献

Mixed-ligand complexes of the formula [Ag(PPh3)(L)Br]2 were obtained by treatment of various heterocyclic thiones L {L=pyridine-2-thione (py2SH), pyrimidine-2-thione (pymtH), benz-1,3-imidazoline-2-thione (bzimtH2), benz-1,3-thiazoline-2-thione (bztztH), 1-methyl-1,3-imidazoline-2-thione (meimtH) and 5-methoxy-benz-1,3-imidazoline-2-thione (5MeObzimtH2)} with equivalent quantities of silver(I) bromide and triphenylphosphine in dry acetone. The compounds were characterized by their IR, far-IR, UV–Vis and 1H NMR spectroscopic data. The crystal structure of [Ag(PPh3)(pymtH)Br]2 was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The complex exhibits a planar Ag2Br2 moiety in which each of the doubly bromine-bridged Ag(I) centres is further bonded to one phosphine P and one thione S atom.  相似文献

Coordination polymers of [2.2]paracyclophane (pcp) with in situ silver(I) perfluoro-dicarboxylates characterized by single crystal X-ray analysis are described. Structures are found to strongly depend on the dicarboxylate spacer (n). With disilver(I) tetrafluorosuccinate ((CF2)n(COOAg)2, n = 2), 3D network with composition of [Ag4(pcp)(C2F4(CO2)2)2] (1) forms in which silver salts afford infinite double chains and pcp act as linkages between chains. Changing the silver salt to disilver hexafluoroglutarate ((CF2)n(COOAg)2, n = 3) produces 3D pillared-layer structure of composition of [Ag4(pcp)(C3F6(CO2)2)2] · THF (2) (THF = tetrahydrofuran), in which silver salts form 2D sheets and pcp act as pillars between the sheets. With silver octafluoroadipate (HO2C(CF2)nCO2Ag, n = 4), 2-fold interpenetrated diamond structure, [Ag2(pcp)2(HO2CC4F8CO2)2]2 · 2toluene (3), is obtained in which silver-anion chains and silver-pcp chains are connected with each other in the perpendicular manner. The three complexes represent unprecedented metal-organic networks of silver(I) multicarboxylates and polycyclic aromatic compounds. Additionally, the effects of the dicarboxylate conformations as well as the solvents on the resulting structures were discussed.  相似文献

A tetrameric [Ag(μ-3,5-tBu2pz)]4 · CH2Cl2 (1 · CH2Cl2) has been prepared and structurally characterized. The four Ag-atoms are in an approximate rhombic arrangement with pyrazolato bridges alternating on either side of the Ag4-plane. A 1H NMR study shows partial decomposition of 1 to the mononuclear [Ag(3,5-tBu2pzH)2]+ in solution.  相似文献

Polydentate nitrogen heterocycle ligand 2,3-bis(2-pyridyl)pyrazine (2,3-dpp) reacted with M(NO3)x (M = Ag, x = 1; M = Cd, x = 2) to give two new complexes [Ag(2,3-dpp)(NO3)]2 (1) and [Cd(2,3-dpp)(NO3)2]n (2). Both complexes have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. Single-crystal X-ray analyses showed that complex 1 crystallized in monoclinic, space group P21/n is a dimmer containing penta-coordinated Ag+ ion. While compound 2 has 1D chain-like structure with repeat unit Cd(2,3-dpp)(NO3)2, in which the Cd(II) presents octa-coordinated N4O4 donor set with two four-membered chelating rings and two five-membered chelating rings around Cd(II) ion. Meanwhile, every neutral chain [Cd(2,3-dpp)(NO3)2]n is mutually connected by face-to-face π?π packing interactions to form a two dimensional layer. Furthermore, antibacterial activities of compound 1 and luminescent property of the compound 2 are also investigated.  相似文献

We have prepared and characterized two cationic ligands and their Ag(I) coordination compounds. For the bidentate ligand 2, 2,2-bis-pyridin-2-ylmethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindolium bromide, we obtained the organometallic polymer [AgL]x[CF3SO3]2x (4), and the unimolecular complex [AgL2][PF6]3 (5). Compound 4 exists as an organometallic linear polymer with triflate anions either bonded to Ag(I) or non-bonded and sandwiched between the polymer chains. Complex 5 is the only unimolecular example in this series due to the non-interaction of anions with Ag(I) or with the cationic portion of the ligand. In the case of the tridentate cationic ligand 3-(3-pyridin-2-yl-2-pyridin-2-ylmethy-propyl)-benzyl-triethylammonium bromide (3), two dimeric Ag(I) complexes are formed, [Ag2L2][CF3SO3]4 (6), and [Ag2(CH3CN2)2L2][PF6]4 (7). Both of these dimers have essentially similar structures, with a closed-shell Ag(I)?Ag(I) interaction of approximately 3.00 Å in both cases; the pyridyl moieties of the ligands are forced into an electronically unfavourable face-to-face arrangement. The coordination spheres of the Ag(I) cations are completed by in the case of 6, and by CH3CN solvent in the case of 7. In the extended packing diagrams, the arrangements of 6 and 7 are driven by intermolecular π-stacking and cation-anion interactions.  相似文献

Four new coordination polymers, namely [Ni1.5(L)(fum)0.5(mal)(H2O)]·4H2O (1), [Zn2(L)(male)2]·3H2O (2), [Ni(L)(adi)0.5(H2O)]·0.5(adi)·2.5H2O (3), and [Zn2(L)(adi)2]·5H2O (4) (L, tetrakis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)methane; fum, fumarate; mal, malate; male, maleate; adi, adipate) have been synthesized under hydrothermal condition and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In compound 1, the L, fum, and mal connect the Ni(II) atoms to form a three-dimensional framework. Topologically, the compound shows a trinodal (3,4)-connected (4·102)(42·82·102)(42·84) net. Interestingly, the fum and mal came from the configuration transformation and addition reaction of maleate during the synthesis, respectively. In compound 2, the L ligands link the Zn(II) centers to generate a 2D layer, which are further connected by the male ligands to furnish a 3D chrial 4-connected (3·75) net. In compound 3, the adi ligands and the L ligands link the Ni(II) centers to form a 3D framework. Topologically, compound 3 displays a (4,5)-connected net with the Schläfli symbol of (42·52·62)(42·53·64·7). In compound 4, the L and adi ligands link the binuclear Zn(II) clusters to yield an intricate 3D (3,6)-connected net with the Schläfli symbol of (4·62)(43·612). The fluorescence and thermal stability of complexes 1-4 have also been investigated.  相似文献

The double-helicate dinuclear silver(I) complex [Ag2L2](SO3CF3)2 (1) was obtained by reaction of AgSO3CF3 with 4′-phenyl-terpyridine (L). Each Ag+ ion is coordinated by two N-atoms from one of the ligands and by one N-atom of the other ligand, forming an irregular Ag2N6 bi-triangle geometry, with a metallic bond between the two silver ions. Complex 1 reacts with potentially bidentate ligands (L1), such as 9,10-bis(diphenylphosphino)anthracene (PAnP), 4,4′-dipyridyl or bis(diphenyl phosphino)methane (DPPM), to give the corresponding dinuclear complexes with bridging L1, [Ag2L2(μ-L1)](SO3CF3)2 (L1 = PAnP 2, 4,4′-dipyridyl 3 or DPPM 4), whereas on reaction with PPh3 forms the mononuclear complex [AgL(PPh3)](SO3CF3) 5. Reaction of 1 with the potentially tridentate ligand tris(2-diphenylphosphinoethyl)amine (NP3) results in complete decomposition of the coordination spheres to form [Ag(NP3)](SO3CF3) 6. Compound 1 shows a strong fluorescence in the solid state with its excitation band at 383.5 nm, the emission band at 535.5 nm and the lifetime of 4.20 ns, but the derived complexes do not show fluorescent properties. The photoluminescence of 1 in various solvents was also studied. The complexes were characterized by 1H NMR, elemental analysis, IR, MS, UV and single crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The title compounds, for short Ag6(tsac)6 (1) and [Cu4(tsac)4(MeCN)2] · 2MeCN (2), were prepared by the reaction of thiosaccharin with Ag(I) or Cu(II) salts in different solvents. The new complexes were characterized by FT-IR, Raman, UV-Vis and NMR spectroscopy. Their crystal and molecular structures were determined by X-ray diffraction methods. The structures were solved from 1621 (1) and 7080 (2) reflections with I > 2σ(I) and refined to agreement R1-factors of 0.0261 (1) and 0.0456 (2). Ag6(tsac)6 molecule derives from the clustering of six Ag(tsac) moieties related to each other through the crystallographic 3-bar (S6) symmetry operations of the space group. This results in a highly regular molecular structure where the silver atoms are at the corners of an octahedral core slightly compressed along one of its three-fold axis [inter-metallic Ag?Ag contacts of 3.1723(4) and 3.1556(4) Å]. The six thiosaccharinate ligands bridge neighboring Ag atoms along the C3-axis through Ag-N bonds [d(Ag-N) = 2.285(2) Å] at one end and bifurcated Ag-S(thione)-Ag bonds [Ag-S distances of 2.4861(7) and 2.5014(8) Å] at the other end. In contrast, the 2 compound is arranged in the lattice as an irregular tetrameric copper complex [Cu4(tsac)4(MeCN)2] where the metals show different environments. Two copper ions are four-fold coordinated to three tsac ions through the N-atom of one tsac [Cu-N distances of 2.112(3) and 2.064(3) Å] and the thione sulfur atom of the other two [Cu-S distances in the range from 2.284(1) to 2.358(1) Å] and to a MeCN solvent molecule [Cu-N distances of 1.983(4) and 2.052(3) Å]. The other two copper ions are in three-fold environment, one trans-coordinated to two tsac ions [Cu-N distances of 1.912(3) and 1.920(3) Å] and to the thione S-atom of a third ligand [d(Cu-S) = 2.531(1) Å], the other one to the thione sulfur atom of three tsac ligands [Cu-S distances in the range from 2.229(1) to 2.334(1) Å]. The clustering renders the metals to short distances from each other, the shorter Cu?Cu distance being 2.6033(7) Å, as to presume the existence of weak inter-metallic interaction within the cluster.  相似文献

A series of chiral Ag(I) and Cu(II) complexes have been prepared from the reaction between AgX (X = NO3, PF6, OTf) or CuX2 (X = Cl, ClO4) and chiral biaryl-based N-ligands. The rigidity of the ligand plays an important role in the Ag(I) complex formation. For example, treatment of chiral N3-ligands 1-3 with half equiv of AgX (X = NO3, PF6, OTf) gives the chiral bis-ligated four-coordinated Ag(I) complexes, while ligand 4 affords the two-coordinated Ag(I) complexes. Reaction of AgX with 1 equiv of chiral N4-ligands 5, 7, 8 and 10 gives the chiral, binuclear double helicate Ag(I) complexes, while chiral mono-nuclear single helicate Ag(I) complexes are obtained with N4-ligands 6 and 9. Treatment of either N3-ligand 1 or N4-ligand 9 or 10 with 1 equiv of CuX2 (X = Cl, ClO4) gives the mono-ligated Cu(II) complexes. All the complexes have been characterized by various spectroscopic techniques, and elemental analyses. Seventeen of them have further been confirmed by X-ray diffraction analyses. The Cu(II) complexes do not show catalytic activity for allylation reaction, in contrast to Ag(I) complexes, but they do exhibit catalytic activity for Henry reaction (nitroaldol reaction) that Ag(I) complexes do not.  相似文献
