单面针的生物碱研究

自芸香科(Rutaceae)花椒属植物单面针(Zanthoxylum nitidum var. fastuosum How ex Huang)的根皮中分得五种已知生物碱:乙氧基白屈菜红碱(ethoxychelerythrine)(Ⅰ);氯化光花椒碱(nitidine chloride)(Ⅱ);去甲基白屈菜红碱(des-N-methychelerythrine)(Ⅲ);α—别隐品碱(α-allocryptopine)(Ⅳ);鹅掌揪宁(liriodenine)(Ⅴ).     

Studies on Alkaloids of Cephalotaxus sinensis (Rehd et Will.)Li

Seven alkaloids were isolated from Cephalotaxus sinensis (Rehd. et Wils.) Li and were identified by elements analysis, melting point and spectral data. Six of them are known alkaloids: cephalotaxine (Ⅰ), Ⅱ-hydroxyeephalotaxine (Ⅱ), drupaeine (Ⅲ), demethylcephalotaxinone (Ⅳ), c-3epi-witsonine (Ⅴ) and wilsonine (Ⅵ). Cephalo- taxine is the major alkaloid of this plant. (Ⅰ–Ⅳ) are alkaloid of Cephalotaxus type and another two (Ⅴ–Ⅵ) are alkaloid of homoerythrina type. (Ⅶ) seems to be a new alkaloid. Its strueture will be studied further.     

Alkaloidal Constituents of the Root of Aeonitum pseudogeniculatum

From the root of Aconitum pseudogeniculatum W. T. Wang, collected from the west of Sichuan province, six diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated and identified as denudatine ( Ⅰ ), chasmanine ( Ⅱ ), talatisamine (Ⅲ), yunaconitine (Ⅳ), crassicauline Ⅰ (Ⅴ) and vilmorrinianine C (Ⅵ). Yunaconitine, the major alkaloid of the plant, and its chemically transformed products pseudaconine and tetraacetylpseudaconine, showed antiinflammatory activities.     

Studies on the Alkaloids of Stephania lincangensis

Eight alkaloids have been isolated from the roots of Stephania lincangensis H. S. Lo. et M. Yang which is a novel species growing in Lincang district of Yunnan province. The structures of these compounds were identified as 1-tetrahydropalmatine (Ⅰ), capaurine (Ⅱ) isocorydine (Ⅲ), corydine (Ⅳ), roemerine (Ⅴ) and palmatine (Ⅵ) by means of spectral and chemical methods. Two others, namely lincangenine [4-hydroxy-2,3,9,10-pentamethoxyprotoberberine (Ⅶ)] and l-l,2,3,9,10-pentamethoxytetrahydroprotoberberine (Ⅷ), are new alkaloids, l-tetrahydropalmatine is the main alkaloid with 2.39% yield.     

秋水仙花生物碱

从云南昭通引种欧洲秋水仙花中分离出6个生物碱:秋水仙碱(Ⅰ),2-去甲秋水仙碱(Ⅱ),2-去甲脱羰秋水仙碱(Ⅲ),2-去甲-17-羟基秋水仙碱(Ⅳ),2-去甲-β-光秋水仙碱(Ⅴ),β-光秋水仙碱(Ⅵ)。     

用数字和形态分类学方法研究扁穗苔属的等级问题

本文是针对大花嵩草组的等级问题,选用了本类群和相关类群资料;应用经典植物分类学的比较方法和数字分类学的信息系统分类,相似性相关系统分类和相似性距离系统分类的方法进行研究的结。数宇分类的树系和和经典形态分类的比较表反映出它不同于蒿草属,虽然它较接近苔草属和扁穗苔属,但它们的形态性状是不相同的,所以把它作为属的等级更加合适;同时我们也同意伊万诺娃的观点。     

Studies on Alkaloids Albertisia laurefolia

The alcoholic extract of the rhizome of Albertisia laurefolia has been shown to possess antitumor activity. Seven alkaloids were isolated from the alkaloidal fraction of this plant. They were identified as aromoline(Ⅰ), daphnoline(Ⅱ), cocsuline (Ⅲ), cocsoline(Ⅴ), apateline(Ⅵ), and N-methylapateline(Ⅶ). The struture determination of alkaloid Ⅳ is hampered at present by lack of material.     

Studies on the Alkaloids of Stephania yunnanensis

Ten known alkaloids, sinoacutine (Ⅰ), 1-tetrahydropalmatine (Ⅱ), d-stepharine (Ⅲ), 1- stepholidine (Ⅳ), 1-corydalmine (Ⅴ), stephanine (Ⅵ), palmatine (Ⅶ), dehydrocorydalmine (Ⅷ), stepharanine (Ⅸ) and roemerine (Ⅹ) were isolated from the roots of Stephamia yunnanensis H. S. Lo. Their structures were determined from spectral data and chemical evidence.     

Studies on the Alkaloids of Stephania macrantha H. S. Lo et M. Yang

Eight alkaloids had been isolated from the roots of Stephania rnacrantha H. S. Lo et M. Yang which is a novel species growing in Yang-bi district of Yunnan Province. The structures of these compounds were identified as l-tetrahydropalmatine ( Ⅰ ), isocorydine ( Ⅱ ), corydine ( Ⅲ ), corydalmine (Ⅳ), stepholidine ( Ⅴ ), palmatine ( Ⅵ ), corytuberine salt (Ⅶ) and laudanidine (Ⅷ) by means of spectral and chemical methods. Isocorydine is a main alkaloid with 1.82% yield. It is interested that laudanidine is found for the first time in the plants of Menispermaceae.     

A New Diterpenoid Alkaloid from Aconitum leucostomum

Four diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated by means of column chromatography and preparative HPLC from the roots of Aconitum leucostomum Worosch. Their structures were determined from the spectral data. One of them was found to be a new compound named leucostine ( Ⅱ ). The other three are known alkaloids, leuconine ( Ⅰ ), dehydroacosanine ( Ⅲ ) and sepaconitine (IV).     

Studies on the Alkaloids of Stephania succifera Lo. et Tsoong

Eleven alkaloids were isolated from roots of Stephania succifera Lo et Tsoong. They were identified as crebanine (Ⅰ), tetrahydropalmatine (Ⅱ), dehydrocrebanine (Ⅲ), palmatine (Ⅳ). dehydrocorydalmine (Ⅴ), crebanine nitrate (Ⅵ), oxocrebanine (Ⅶ), corydalmine (Ⅷ), phanostenine (Ⅸ), discretamine (Ⅹ) and corypalmine (Ⅺ) by means of TLC. UV, NMR MS spectral analyses and the fact that no depression of MP. with authentic samples was observed. Compounds Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ, Ⅸ, Ⅹ and Ⅺ were first reported from this plant.     

The Chemical Principles from the Female lnftorescences of Typha angustata

Seven crystalline compounds have been isolated from the female inflorescences of Typha angustata Bory et Chaub. They were identified as vanillic acid (Ⅰ), E-p-hydroxy- cinnamic acid (Ⅱ), Protocatechuic acid (Ⅲ), E-Pro-penoic acid-3- (4-hydroxyphenyl)- 2,3-dihydrohypropyl ester (Ⅳ), Succinic acid (Ⅴ), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (Ⅵ) and D-mannitol (Ⅶ). (Ⅳ) is a new compound. (Ⅰ), (Ⅱ), (Ⅲ) and (Ⅶ) were attained for the first time from Typhaceae.     

Steroidal Alkaloids from Sarcococca vagans

Sarcococca vagans Stapf (Buxaceae) was distributed in Southern Yunnan, China. From the plant collected in Xishuangbanna,three new steroidal alkaloids named vaganines A,B and C( Ⅰ–Ⅲ )together with three known compounds were isolated and on the basis of spectral analyses and chemical evidence, the chemical structures of three new compounds were determined as 20α-dimethylamino-4β-acetoxyl-3β-senecioylamino-5α-pregnane (Ⅰ), 20α-dimethylamino-4β hydroxyl- 3-senecioylamino-△2(3)-pregnaene (Ⅱ), acetate of Ⅱ (Ⅲ); respectively.     

薄层扫描法测定毛两面针三种生物碱的含量

从广西大瑶山产毛两面针中提取到了鹅掌楸碱(Ⅰ)、白屈菜红碱(Ⅱ)、氯化两面针碱(Ⅲ)三种生物碱,用薄层扫描法(TLCS)同时测定其含量,并与玉林、百色两面针中的同种生物碱进行对比。研究表明,毛两面针和两面针均含Ⅱ、Ⅲ,在毛两面针还能检测到Ⅰ的存在,其含量为0.00957%。     

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk

Six steroid alkaloids, imperialine (Ⅰ), imperialine-3β-D-glucoside (Ⅱ), peimissine (Ⅲ), imperialine N-oxide (Ⅳ), cycloparnine (Ⅴ), and cycloposine (Ⅵ) were isolated from the bulbs of Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk. Their structures were determined from spectral data and chemical evidences. Imperialine N-oxide was first obtained from nature.     

Alkaloidal Constituents from Aerial Parts of Delphinium grandiflorum L.

Seven diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated from the aerial parts of Delphinium grandiflorum L., including six known ones as anhweidelphinine (Ⅰ), 14-dehydrodelcosine (Ⅱ), delsoline (Ⅲ), methyllycaconitine (Ⅳ), lycoctonine (Ⅴ) and delphatine (Ⅵ). The compound Ⅶ, which is now referred to as grandiflorine, is a new alkaloid and its structure was determined by means of spectral analysis and chemical transformation as well.     

Alkaloids of Aconitum vilmoriniaum var. patentipilum

Seven diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated from Aconitum vilmorinianum var. patentipilum W. T. Wang. Their structures were determined as franchetine(Ⅰ), indaconitine(Ⅱ), yunaconitine(Ⅲ), talatisamine(Ⅳ), chasmaconitine(Ⅴ), crassicauline A (Ⅵ), and bikhaconine(Ⅶ). Last one has not been previously found in nature.     

杜鹃属(Rhododendron L.)的地理分布及其起源问题的探讨

杜鹃是人们所熟知的高山花卉，以它丰富的种类、独特的景观、优美的姿态和艳丽的花朵吸引着不少分类学家、生态学家和园艺学家对它们进行了广泛的研究和引种。我们在编写西藏植物志和云南植物志的基础上，试图就该属植物的地理分布及其起源问题进行初步的探讨。     

亮叶杨桐(石芽茶)中黄酮类成分的研究

从广西产亮叶杨桐(Adinandra nitida Merr.ex H.L.Li)中,分得三种黄酮类成分:Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ。经IR、UV(位移诊断)、熔点、混熔点、薄层层析鉴定:Ⅰ为芹菜素(Apigenin);Ⅱ为芹菜素-5-0-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4-6~(?)-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖吡;Ⅲ为芹菜素-5-0-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙。     

Two New Taxane Diterpenoids from Taxus yunnanensis

Five compounds were isolated from the bark of Taxus yunnanensis Cheng et L. K. Fu. Based on spectral IR, MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and physico-chemical constant analysis, they were identified as 7-epi-taxol B ( Ⅰ ), 1, 13-diacetoxy-10-deacetyl baccatin Ⅲ (Ⅱ ), taxol C-7-xylose (Ⅲ), taxol (Ⅳ), 3-epi-ursolic acid (Ⅴ). Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ were newly identified.
